Meanwhile, Senate Republicans smash fundraising records by an eye-popping margin. Joe Biden's physician is refusing to testify before the House Oversight Committee.

00:00:05.440 The FBI has launched a criminal investigation into two of the most deserving people possibly on this planet.

00:00:14.360 Now this investigation comes as some backlash from the FBI and DOJ about their handling of the Jeffrey Epstein case.

00:00:22.400 Of course, we all know this week, A.G. Pam Bondi putting an end to that case, 1.00

00:00:26.520 clearing Jeffrey Epstein of any blackmail, any murder that may have been done to him, any of that good stuff.

00:00:33.360 Cases close over, so the FBI has got a new case.

00:02:20.260 and weaponized by the intelligence agencies in an effort to sabotage Donald Trump's presidency

00:02:28.620 Brennan testified under oath in Congress in 2023 that he opposed including the unverified Steele dossier

00:02:39.700 but recently declassified emails and internal CIA review proved quite the opposite.

00:02:46.100 According to these internal CIA memos, Brennan insisted on including the Steele dossier

00:02:50.800 even after senior analysts warned it would jeopardize the credibility of the entire intelligence report.

00:03:09.720 The narrative, of course, was a basis for Crossfire Hurricane,

00:03:32.240 Senate Republicans' main outside groups raised more than $85 million in the first half of 2025,

00:03:42.880 Axios is reporting today that Senate Leadership Fund and its non-profit partner, One Nation,

00:03:47.960 more than doubled the total they posted over the same stretch in 2023.

00:03:51.660 Two groups now hold $83 million in cash on hand, according to the latest internal figures.

00:03:58.480 Now, the Senate Leadership Fund has $29 million in the bank.

00:04:01.900 That's triple last year's level, five times its 2021 mid-cycle balance.

00:04:07.880 It makes us wonder, did the Senate Republicans really have a problem with fundraising,

00:04:25.380 House Oversight Chairman James Comer subpoenaed Dr. O'Connor to testify on Biden's mental health

00:04:33.020 Dr. O'Connor initially stalled, and on Wednesday, he showed up to the Rayburn House Office,

00:04:38.160 asserted doctor, patient privilege, and pleaded the Fifth Amendment.

00:04:41.340 Chairman Comer will now take the next steps in getting O'Connor to testify one way or another.

00:04:47.880 The White House is saying they will waive privilege on this case.

00:04:52.900 Speaking of cases, Los Angeles Mayor Karen Bass announcing this week that the city will be

00:04:57.860 joining a private class action lawsuit against the Trump administration over ICE raids.

00:05:09.700 violent riots that have targeted federal, state, and local law enforcement, saying that
