Summary
The Great America Show with John McLaughlin. President Joe Biden's poll numbers continue to plummet, and it's bad news for the Republicans in the mid-term elections. John McElaughlin and I discuss why this is happening, and what it means for the chances of a Biden win in November.

Hello everybody and welcome to the Great America Show. Thanks for being with us. I've got to tell
00:00:05.960
you our nation's capital is a mess. President Biden is simply out of it and he's really testing
00:00:12.520
the outer limits of the public's patience with his silly prattle blaming COVID and Putin for
00:00:18.980
soaring gasoline prices. Claiming that releasing crude oil from the strategic petroleum reserve
00:00:25.260
will have a significant impact on gasoline prices. And then when he said Americans will save 80 bucks
00:00:32.580
a month by buying an electric car. Sounds like a great deal, huh? 80 bucks a month. All you have
00:00:39.100
to do is spend 60,000 for a car. This is all Biden crazy talk. And then he says families can save $500
00:00:46.880
a month by switching to renewable energy. There's another great idea. But oh wait, a quick White
00:00:54.780
House correction. Make that 500 bucks a year. This Biden White House is a joke. They can't even do
00:01:02.700
third grade math. Something else weird. First a Supreme Court nominee, Ketanji Brown Jackson,
00:01:10.680
couldn't define woman. And now the Washington Post is being mocked for being way too woke on social
00:01:17.760
media for using the phrase pregnant people. That's right. Pregnant people in a report on COVID infections
00:01:26.600
among expectant mothers. I won't blame Biden for all this woke nonsense, but it did become a lot worse
00:01:33.760
under Biden. He seems to awaken the woke among the left and neither the president or the woke left are
00:01:41.080
very popular right now. But the White House seems to just flat not care about what the polls say. That's not a
00:01:48.580
bad development for the nation, in my opinion, or for the Republicans in November. John McLaughlin is here
00:01:55.260
today for all the rest of us who do care what the polls are saying to talk about what his monthly poll on
00:02:01.920
presidential approval and all that it portends for November. John McLaughlin, great to have you with us here.
00:02:08.980
Your poll is, I think, fascinating, because I don't think anybody was expecting a bounce, but to see Biden's
00:02:17.320
numbers this bad, your reaction to what you polled?
00:02:23.320
My reaction is they're ignoring the polls. They're just doubling down on failure. And when you look at 65% of all
00:02:32.460
Americans think the country's on the wrong track, only 29% right direction. What's worse is that 53%
00:02:38.960
of the voters already think we're in a recession, because the top issue is inflation. And when you
00:02:44.600
ask, are we going to get better or worse, 70% of all voters say worse, only 25 better. And that is the
00:02:50.800
highest we've probably ever seen. Even during the height of COVID, it wasn't that high when the economy
00:02:56.560
was shut down. So that's a really distressing signal, because, you know, the policies that got us
00:03:02.860
here. I mean, let's let's face it, Donald Trump left the country with a growing economy vaccines. There was the
00:03:09.640
majority of Americans thought back then that the economy was getting better, not worse. And, you know, so there was
00:03:16.400
this optimism. And then as Biden kept implementing his policies, and you saw the price of gas start to rise, you saw
00:03:23.480
inflation start to kick in government spending, there were national debt went to 30 trillion in a year. And then he
00:03:30.140
surrenders Afghanistan back in August, his numbers have collapsed. And for the last three months,
00:03:34.600
we've had him holding steady at only 41% approval. And again, this is a likely voter model poll. So
00:03:41.520
there's other polls now that haven't below that, because they're doing all adults. And, you know,
00:03:47.200
57% still disapproved. It was 57% in January, 57% in February, 57% this month. And some pundits had said
00:03:56.560
to me, do you think after the State of the Union, Biden's numbers would improve? And I said, not
00:04:01.360
until you, you know, they might. But next morning, when you buy gas, or you go to a supermarket, you
00:04:08.640
know, you're not going to be happy. And so his numbers have been, you know, in the basement. And it's
00:04:15.420
fueling a Republican red wave, because now we've got a number that's higher than 2010 or 2014, where the
00:04:22.860
Republicans generically are beating a generic Democrat for Congress 48 to 44. And of the 8%
00:04:29.040
that's undecided, three quarters think the economy's, I think the country's on the wrong
00:04:36.940
track and 70% disapprove the job that Biden's doing. So there's a hidden vote in the undecided
00:04:41.880
for Congress where the Republicans could probably get 52 to 54% of the national vote for Congress in
00:04:47.680
November. But the seven months, so they have time to snatch defeat from the jaws of victory.
00:04:52.860
And you, we all know that they will try the Republicans. I loved your note, though, on that
00:04:59.100
issue of the undecided, saying that the undecideds really aren't undecided, because they don't like
00:05:03.900
the way the country is moving. They, they're very pessimistic. And that puts them, as you note, really
00:05:11.400
in the Republican column, doesn't it? Right. And a lot of them are younger voters that the Democrats
00:05:16.720
were carrying on, because they won the under 40 vote against President Trump. But they were
00:05:21.760
counting on making that a part of the permanent coalition. And what you've got is you've got
00:05:25.280
what I call the post COVID, Gen Z, let's go Brandon generation is in revolt, because they want freedom,
00:05:33.180
they want opportunity again. And here you are, you know, saddled with student loans and debt,
00:05:40.080
and you can't get a job that you really want. And, you know, there's a lot of job opportunities. I mean,
00:05:46.640
unemployment is low, but it's not what people had thought. And, and now you, you know, you're looking
00:05:52.680
at, you know, can you afford apartment? Can you afford a, it certainly can't afford a home. It's
00:05:57.520
like, you know, they can't go out and buy a new car. Because if you wanted to buy a new car,
00:06:02.040
whether it's electric or not, there's a shortage of Mike of chips. So, so use cars are way up and
00:06:09.000
and there's no new cars to go buy. And this is Joe Biden's economy. This is Joe Biden's America that
00:06:14.480
we talked about during the Trump campaign. And it's, and it's really bad. Plus, if you live in an
00:06:19.400
urban area or suburban area, crime is up. And it's affecting everybody. So you know, you don't want to be
00:06:25.520
on the New York City subways. You don't want to be in the downtowns where, you know, younger voters
00:06:31.080
like to go. They're afraid to go out at night. So it's, it's, you know, it's, it's really bad. Plus
00:06:37.240
now you got to be concerned if Joe Biden can put us in World War Three. I mean, his weakness has
00:06:44.120
really manifested itself in Russian aggression. And China's just watching this and the Iranians are
00:06:50.460
going to get a nuclear weapon again, thanks to Joe Biden. And, you know, he's probably not going to
00:06:54.840
bring it to the Senate. He's going to have some bad deal that, uh, the, the revolutionary guard
00:07:00.420
from Iran is no longer terrorists. And we can start giving Iran billions of dollars and buying their
00:07:05.260
oil and, um, allowing Russia to negotiate the deal and then give them a $10 billion deal to build a
00:07:11.860
nuclear reactor for the, uh, Iranians. I mean, it's nuts. It's totally nuts. Why should his numbers
00:07:17.640
improve? He's destroying the world in the country.
00:07:20.280
Uh, and, and it's clear that the left expects those numbers to improve with each passing day,
00:07:26.700
uh, or at least they project that expectation, uh, to that end, I've got to ask you before we go,
00:07:34.700
there are so many incredible issues and stories and events I want to talk to you about, uh, today,
00:07:40.360
but I have to ask who is doing the polling for this white house because today, you know, uh, national,
00:07:48.860
uh, transgender visibility day, Biden is embracing transgenderism for children. Uh, he is clearly
00:07:58.280
interposing himself and his administration between parents, the schools, their own children,
00:08:04.620
whether it's mandates, uh, for vaccinations, which are absolutely the science says unnecessary for
00:08:12.120
five-year-olds and younger, uh, just isn't, it's a crazy thing that they're talking about doing.
00:08:17.700
It's a highly profitable thing for big pharma, but it's a crazy thing for those children.
00:08:23.260
This president is making all sorts of decisions and supporting, uh, all sorts of initiatives that
00:08:30.600
blunt parental rights or abrogate those rights and are offensive as hell.
00:08:37.820
Well, to you, to your first question, the first part is, uh, the Joe Biden's campaign,
00:08:42.740
they had smart political operatives. You had Mike Donnellan, you had Anita Dunn and he did,
00:08:46.460
Anita Dunn is left. Uh, you have John Anzalone who does polling and certainly the Democrats know the
00:08:51.940
polling. They know, they know exactly what's going on in terms of, uh, public opinion in America.
00:08:57.360
And, uh, you know, so you're seeing a situation where, um, they're just ideologues and they're
00:09:04.480
trying to implement this agenda. And, you know, it's, it's not just, uh, it's not just, uh, in terms
00:09:11.520
of it, you were asking about what the transgender day, et cetera. Um, you know, that's, that's, uh,
00:09:18.020
that's something that most Americans we found in last month in our polls on McLaughlin,
00:09:21.880
online.com that 68% of all voters don't think biological men should be competing with biological
00:09:27.700
women, uh, in sports. And, uh, you know, have, uh, like, uh, even overseas in Hungary, we're doing
00:09:34.840
an election for prime minister Orban who's supported by president Trump. And on Sunday, there'll be,
00:09:40.060
uh, you know, four ballot, uh, propositions where should, you know, bureaucrats and Brussels
00:09:47.740
be deciding, uh, what's best for children and should they be allowed to, uh, be taught about,
00:09:55.000
uh, transgender choice and, and have operations where the parents lose control. And you've seen
00:09:59.920
governor DeSantis in Florida, copy that law. And, uh, you know, it doesn't say like governor
00:10:05.680
DeSantis says, it says it never mentions gay or anything in the bill. It just talks about
00:10:10.020
children from kindergarten through third grade, um, shouldn't be taught, uh, of sexual content
00:10:17.280
five to nine years old. They didn't want to explain that five-year-olds six and seven and eight and
00:10:25.380
nine-year-old kids. Uh, it, it just, it is just disgusting what the teachers unions are behind,
00:10:33.960
what the democratic party is behind. And you know, what else is appalling is that the Republicans,
00:10:39.500
and I'm talking about at the community level have put up with these ignorant fools because they're
00:10:45.760
supposed to be intelligent teachers, uh, you know, bringing enlightenment to our children instead
00:10:52.280
of this disgusting and decent material, which has nothing to do with reading, writing, and
00:10:57.600
arithmetic, uh, whatsoever. I just can't understand how they can blindly proceed with this. And by the
00:11:06.000
way, prevail in nearly every instance. Yeah. Well, now you're seeing a parents revolution across the
00:11:12.040
country where, uh, basically parents during COVID, I mean, COVID has changed so much in the United States,
00:11:18.560
but you know, before COVID people would put their children in a school bus or drop them off at school
00:11:24.560
and the teachers that would have them in the classroom. And you really didn't know what was
00:11:28.440
going on and, you know, except when we'd come back with the homework or the assignments or the
00:11:33.120
parent teachers meeting. And during COVID people were zooming in with their kids to, you know, get
00:11:40.580
their daily lessons. And they were finding out there was something going on that didn't have to do with
00:11:45.460
math and reading and writing and other things. And, uh, I, I think that caused the revolt you saw it in
00:11:51.840
Virginia last year. You're seeing it go on this year where parents don't want their children to be
00:11:57.720
politically indoctrinated in the classroom. They want it. They want them to get a good education
00:12:01.820
to succeed in life and move on. And they don't want, they don't want this kind of propaganda that
00:12:06.880
has nothing to do with, uh, nothing to do with the purpose of, you know, yeah, I, you know,
00:12:13.620
their children's wellbeing. You know, I, I have the feeling that there is a certain amount of
00:12:18.800
privilege involved in this, a sense of entitlement, but it's the entitlement of the left. It's the
00:12:25.060
entitlement of those who think that they are actually, uh, superior to those working class
00:12:31.360
families, those working men and women and their families. And I get outraged. I mean, I, my blood
00:12:37.020
boils when I see a teacher, uh, speaking down, uh, to a parent of a kid. Uh, I, I just can't stand it
00:12:46.000
because those, if anybody in here has, it goes to, as a kid going to that school with that teacher
00:12:53.120
behaving that way, uh, my advice is get on, you know, just simply say that you're going to demand
00:12:59.740
respect and you want your questions answered and you want your school board involved and you want
00:13:05.240
your superintendent to report to the citizens of your community, because we can't put up with this,
00:13:10.860
this crap anymore. Uh, I, I'm just tired of having a, uh, elites, you know, with their,
00:13:17.600
with their major and from university in a subject that, uh, that they don't even teach. Only 10%
00:13:24.240
of teachers are actually teaching subjects that they majored in. Uh, we've got to get by this and
00:13:30.700
we've really got to make sure that people understand they're working for the community. They're working
00:13:34.860
for the, for the parents and for those kids, client number one, instead of treating them as if
00:13:41.880
there's some sort of social experiment or biological experiment for God's sake. Right. And, and, and,
00:13:48.360
and you're right that there's a huge opportunity for the Republicans and what's what it is, is the
00:13:53.740
conservative movement, the Trump movement is basically lifting them up and, and going to put
00:13:59.000
candidates into primaries, win those primaries, have those candidates on the ballot in November,
00:14:03.880
and they will win elections because families and parents across America are saying, you know,
00:14:10.220
we want our children to learn about men and women and be called boys and girls in school.
00:14:14.780
And basically, um, you know, be respected for who they are rather than, you know, this globalization,
00:14:21.980
because it's not just, it's not just, uh, education you're seeing on other issues where
00:14:27.100
they think it's good that we pay five or $6 a gallon of gasoline, you know, when you go to fill up
00:14:32.540
the pump and you've got in our polls, you've got Americans saying we ought to increase oil and gas
00:14:37.420
production, 68%, only 24% opposed to it, but they have this radical climate change agenda that
00:14:43.980
they think they know better than us. And they're killing working class Americans where, you know,
00:14:49.500
people on fixed incomes, people who aren't getting the raises it's, it's, it's like having this
00:14:54.940
inflation is having like a $5,000 tax on the average average family and our standard of living's
00:15:00.620
declining so that, you know, we serve some radical agenda, uh, whether it's, they control what we
00:15:07.340
learn in schools, what, what, uh, we can get paid, uh, what, you know, goes on to heat our homes, uh,
00:15:14.380
to, to basically what, how, what should we pay in the supermarkets for groceries and food every day?
00:15:20.300
It's, it's really, uh, um, it's really very radical and it's, it's way beyond what Americans
00:15:25.740
thought they were, uh, engaging in the last election in the 2020 election. This is changing
00:15:31.020
all the voting coalitions and giving a huge opportunity to the Republicans if they, if
00:15:36.380
their candidates, um, you know, come through and, and, and contrast and fight and make sure that we, uh,
00:15:42.860
have a different agenda than the, than the Biden Democrats this November.
00:15:47.580
Yeah. You know, I do have to give the Republicans, the house Republicans credit.
00:15:52.620
They decided finally to do something aggressive to take action. And they're asking the Biden White
00:15:58.460
House why the Biden administration is not sanctioning North Korea and China as well as Russia.
00:16:07.260
I, I've just got to say to Kevin McCarthy, who I'm no fan of, as you know, uh, he is a rhino
00:16:14.220
through and through, but to get this message to the White House and, and to the American people,
00:16:20.060
I think is absolutely critical and good on the Republicans in the house for doing so.
00:16:25.420
Yes. And, and, and you know what they're, they're seeing good polls and they're seeing the results
00:16:30.540
and they're realizing that they have to do this because they want to win. And the good part is
00:16:35.980
if they win with this mandate, they'll have to enact the agenda and get America back on track.
00:16:42.140
Because right now with two thirds of the country, every vote we can get, it's in the two thirds,
00:16:46.220
the 65% that think we're on the wrong track. And every vote we can get is in the 57% that
00:16:51.980
disapproves of what Biden's doing. And the great part about elections is people can vote for change.
00:16:58.460
They can vote to make it happen. And then we can hold those elected officials accountable,
00:17:03.580
uh, to fix the things that they're being sent to Washington and go fix and to the state capitals
00:17:08.700
or school boards or local town halls across America. Yeah. I hope that it's more than the,
00:17:15.660
you know, the 2008, uh, uh, hope and change, uh, uh, kind of a mantra from the Republicans,
00:17:24.060
because I really think they have to go back to what was at 94, 96, where they're actually talking about
00:17:31.580
a specific contract, a specific agenda with promises to the American people.
00:17:37.260
I hope that's where they land because that's what I'm sorry to interrupt, but that's what our friend
00:17:43.500
new Gingrich is advising them on. And I think Kevin McCarthy is reacting to his caucus where they have
00:17:50.780
working groups and talking about a commitment to America that they're going to put this out before
00:17:54.460
the election. So people can actually see, so it allays voter cynicism. At the same time,
00:18:01.420
it will excite voters to come out and vote in November, that there'll be an alternative and a,
00:18:06.940
and a, and a more sane, uh, practical, uh, hopeful vision, uh, you know, for the Republicans to
00:18:15.340
have a majority in Congress and not just the house, but also the Senate.
00:18:18.620
Yeah, it's, that's exciting. And to have newt there is important. Uh, it's also, you know,
00:18:25.180
maybe somebody should get one of the advisors from the Clinton administration from that period as well,
00:18:30.460
because that was a significant piece of, uh, strategy, strategic combat, uh, at the time, uh,
00:18:36.860
which, uh, obviously, uh, newt one, uh, for the short term at least. Uh, and I'd like to see something
00:18:43.260
far more positive and permanent than that. Uh, I also, I've got to, I've just got to say too,
00:18:50.300
that Madison Cawthorne, I don't know if you're aware of this development, apparently Kevin McCarthy
00:18:55.820
told him to watch his words, brought him in to talk to him because, uh, Madison Cawthorne was talking,
00:19:01.740
uh, talking about, uh, uh, going to an orgy where there were drugs and, uh, sex, uh, and Kevin McCarthy
00:19:12.300
decided to make this elevate the issue by going to, uh, having a talk with Madison Cawthorne.
00:19:19.580
What is your, you know, he was, by the way, I should say being invited to, not that he did,
00:19:25.740
uh, that is Madison Cawthorne. Uh, your reaction to, to this? Well, full disclosure,
00:19:32.860
we polled for Madison to get him elected to Congress, uh, in 2020. And I've not polled for him since,
00:19:39.340
well, right. It was good to beat the Democrat. Democrat in that seat was really radical and,
00:19:45.260
uh, you know, it was like pro quote Guantanamo Bay kind of terrorist. He had a really bizarre
00:19:52.460
record, but the, uh, um, but, but we pulled from back then we haven't pulled from this time. And I,
00:19:58.540
I'm not sure I'm going to, because I think he's changed his team, but I have not spoken to him about
00:20:04.140
this. And as you said, he said he was invited. And I think, uh, the, the right way is, is because
00:20:10.060
you saw freedom caucus members saying, well, if that's happening, you need to name names because
00:20:16.860
the one thing we have to make sure is a lot of what's going on with Biden is corruption and
00:20:22.300
Washington is a swamp. And you know, although, you know, like we've got our polls where 58% of the
00:20:29.260
voters think Biden should take a cognitive test and make it public. And they think that people,
00:20:34.060
the president now should be tested regularly and reporting the health 75, 17. And I think
00:20:39.180
Pelosi should have a cognitive test 61%. Um, and they don't think Biden's going to make it through
00:20:44.780
the term 55%. They think Harris will be the president before the end of his term. Um,
00:20:50.060
although people are worried about his health, ultimately, I think a lot of the, uh, problems we're
00:20:55.660
seeing goes to corruption and, you know, it's, you wonder about, okay, Hunter's laptop and the Biden
00:21:02.540
family, you know, they were getting paid millions and possibly tens of millions of dollars from Chinese
00:21:09.660
special interests, from Ukrainian special interests, from Russian oligarchs. Um, they, they were on the
00:21:16.540
payroll. So what does Putin know about them that we don't know about? And the, the FBI, some,
00:21:22.460
some FBI official who's in charge of cybersecurity, when he was asked where, where the, uh, uh, when
00:21:29.500
he was asked about where the Hunter Biden laptop was, he said he didn't know. So they've had this
00:21:35.020
in their possession for three years or so, and they may have lost it. Um, I think there's a real serious
00:21:41.580
problem with corruption and all this goes back to, you know, a lot of what Biden's doing, um,
00:21:48.300
green new deal, uh, a lot of what they're doing in terms of government spending and handouts,
00:21:54.140
the so-called infrastructure that's not infrastructure, it flat out goes to corruption
00:21:58.540
and benefits special interests that, that are basically destroying the America and taking from
00:22:05.260
the middle class and, you know, wrecking our standard of living, increasing our debt, increasing
00:22:10.860
government spending to basically, you know, help in, in, in, corrupt politicians here and enemies
00:22:19.020
abroad, which is a really serious thing. A very serious thing. And on this broadcast and throughout
00:22:26.060
my career, uh, I have focused on, uh, government corruption, uh, the corruption of our globalist elites,
00:22:34.940
whether they're on wall street or corporate America, that makes a lot of people uncomfortable,
00:22:38.860
but it also happens to be the truth. And this, even though, um, you know, we are definitely on this
00:22:45.900
broadcast, uh, pro for first America, uh, America first, and, uh, without a doubt,
00:22:53.900
want the Republicans to prevail. I want the truth about the Republicans out there too,
00:22:58.380
because I can't, I don't understand who's polling for Kevin McCarthy and who his political
00:23:02.940
counselors are because when he asked this, uh, Cawthorn, uh, who I don't know at all, uh, he has a,
00:23:11.180
uh, you know, he has a history like everyone else. I'm not sure quite how to read it always,
00:23:17.180
but naming names would have been the appropriate thing for him to have done rather than telling him
00:23:22.460
to watch his words and be silent. It's entirely the wrong message for the new Republican Party.
00:23:28.220
The Republican Party representing the American people is populist in energy and purpose,
00:23:35.340
and it has to be open and transparent. And my God, I don't think you could, I don't think
00:23:41.340
the Republicans could lose a race if they would just be, uh, everything, uh, that they ought to be,
00:23:48.300
which is transparent, highly energized for the fundamental values and the American family and
00:23:54.300
working man and woman and small business people. I mean, that's, that's a pretty good group of
00:23:59.580
people to represent. Absolutely. And, and when you look at it, you know, if you're going to be the
00:24:06.300
anti-corruption party and look what the Democrats threw at us for four years, the dossier, and now
00:24:11.580
they have this, it's, the dossier is totally phony. Um, it's, you know, yesterday, the Clinton campaign
00:24:18.940
was fined in the DNC, a million dollars for misreporting the phony dossier on the RPC documents.
00:24:25.340
Well, you know, Durham needs to keep that investigation going because it did such damage,
00:24:30.940
not just to the Trump administration, but to the country because they, all they were doing was
00:24:36.140
bogging us down and totally, totally phony investigations that led to a phony impeachment.
00:24:41.100
Yeah. And now you've got a January six commission. That's a can, uh, a kangaroo court. You got two
00:24:47.180
anti-Trump Republicans, you know, on, on this committee with Liz Cheney and Adam Kinzinger,
00:24:53.820
and they wouldn't let John Jordan or not Jim Jordan or, uh, uh, Jim Banks appoint any Republicans
00:25:01.100
to that committee. And it's a one-sided kangaroo court and they're trying to affect the future election.
00:25:05.580
So I have to tell you that corruption is rampant. If I'd been Kevin McCarthy, I would have told them,
00:25:12.220
you know what we're doing as a conference until we have our people on that committee.
00:25:17.180
We're not cooperating in any way. And you can just do whatever the hell you please,
00:25:21.900
because we won't make a quorum and we're not going to be there to put up with this kind of
00:25:26.300
corruption. He should have stood up. Uh, instead they fold up like the lawn chairs they've been
00:25:31.420
for the past 25 years. Well, well, the Democrats are better at that kind of political show than we
00:25:38.780
are, but, um, I can't disagree with you that, uh, that that's an important moment where I, I,
00:25:45.580
I know he's opposed to it. I know he's speaking out against it. It is ultimately, you know,
00:25:49.500
they removed Liz Cheney from conference chair, but, you know, I'm like, you ought to just remove
00:25:54.780
her from the party. And ultimately the voters of Wyoming will have a primary in August and they will
00:25:59.740
vote her out of office. And, uh, that'll be that. And, uh, um, you know, the voters are gonna,
00:26:06.220
if, if, if the Republicans don't lead, the voters will lead them and they'll, you know,
00:26:11.900
they'll in effect throw out the Biden Pelosi Democrats, and we'll see new candidates that
00:26:17.900
really stand up for integrity and transparency. Well, you know, all of this presupposes, John,
00:26:23.820
that the election won't be rigged like 2020. And now people can talk honestly about it because
00:26:29.660
the evidence is mounting by almost the, certainly the week, if not the day, uh, that these irregularities,
00:26:36.140
anomalies, et cetera, uh, there, they were without question, uh, a necessary part of the Biden victory.
00:26:46.860
And, you know, when you sift through it all and balance it out, I don't know who prevails,
00:26:51.980
but I know one thing it shouldn't have been Biden, uh, with that vote count that he received.
00:26:58.460
I don't know what the vote should have been, but I know that those votes were wrong. What do you think?
00:27:03.660
Absolutely. I mean, that's why you see them, you know, when people say, oh, the president shouldn't
00:27:11.660
talk about, this is the big lie. You're, you're seeing things come across in Georgia and Wisconsin,
00:27:16.300
where, um, those mailing ballots and the ballot harvesting and the drop boxes were all funded for
00:27:22.380
tax exempt, by the way, a lot of it, uh, through nonprofits that Mark Zuckerberg paid for and David
00:27:27.660
Plough strategized about it because he was on Zuckerberg's payroll and no one's getting to the bottom of it.
00:27:32.860
There should be an FEC investigation. There should, there should be an IRS investigation
00:27:37.980
into the tax exempt status of those nonprofits because it was partisan. They put the drop boxes
00:27:43.580
and they had Democrat operatives, you know, privatizing the elections, you know, where God
00:27:49.260
knows, you know, which ballots made it to the polls and which didn't. There's tens of thousands of ballots
00:27:53.580
in Georgia. There's no chain of custody records for when they were picked up at drop boxes. No.
00:27:58.140
And now the Democrats are like trying to fight and sue to undermine the election law that was finally
00:28:03.420
passed that, you know, you have secured drop boxes in government offices that are watched. So
00:28:09.020
person can only drop them. They shouldn't even permit them. Uh, they're illegal and, and, and, and many,
00:28:16.220
if not most jurisdictions, I mean, it's true. It's nuts. Uh, last year. Yeah. I was going to say
00:28:23.580
last year in New York state, the conservative party, we fought three propositions in deep blue
00:28:28.460
New York counting illegals and redistricting. That was prop one prop three was same day registration
00:28:34.140
in a state where you're not allowed to ask for voter ID. And then prop four was no excuse absentees.
00:28:39.500
And guess what? Every one of those props went down to defeat in a two to one deep blue state
00:28:44.940
where 56 to 58% of the majority of voters said, no, they weren't going to enable fraud in New York.
00:28:51.260
So, uh, um, so that, so voters get it and they understand the Democrats are trying to get rid of
00:28:56.780
voter ID and have no verification of these absentees and enable ballot harvesting.
00:29:02.860
Yeah. And, and we're one of the few countries, uh, uh, in the developed world that doesn't have
00:29:12.060
voter identification, uh, as a requirement for casting a ballot. Uh, and no one wants seemingly
00:29:19.580
in the national media wants to even raise the issue as to why the Democrats are so, so adamantly
00:29:25.900
opposed. Uh, it's because they want to cheat. It's what they do. And, and that's why I ask you at
00:29:32.700
the beginning, how can the Biden white house ignore common sense, common decency, uh, and
00:29:40.620
the judgment to serve in the national interest. And there's only one answer. He's not worried
00:29:45.820
about how people are going to vote because he has decided or someone else has decided
00:29:51.740
pretty much how that boat's going to look in 2022. What do you think of that possibility?
00:29:57.580
Well, like was it Joseph Stalin said, it's not who votes it. Who's who's counts. Absolutely.
00:30:03.100
And that's what they're operating by. And you're right. When I worked in Israel for BB Netanyahu,
00:30:09.660
you know, you had to show up, there was a national ID card, you know, not in favor of national ID cards,
00:30:14.300
but they have them in Israel. Right. And anybody can vote Arab or Jewish or Christian or whatever you
00:30:19.580
can vote. And, but you have to prove who you are. And Israelis have to fly back to their country
00:30:26.460
to vote on election day. It's only on election day during COVID would, there might've been some
00:30:31.020
limited mail and ballots for the very sick, but that was it. And in most European countries,
00:30:37.020
it's the same thing. You got to show up in person, be a national and go vote. Although the EU and their
00:30:42.620
municipal elections, they let non-citizens vote from like another country or something like that.
00:30:47.900
And that's working out splendidly. That's working out splendidly for them, isn't it?
00:30:52.620
Yes. And when you can see the, you can see the, uh, uh, the corrosive corruption again,
00:30:58.380
that Soros funds over there, you know, he's funding over here where New York city,
00:31:03.900
they want 800,000 non-citizens to be able to vote in municipal elections.
00:31:08.460
And it passed the city council and the Democrats in Albany are allowing it to happen. And
00:31:15.500
Governor Hochul or stand up against it. Like can again, full disclosure, I work for Lee Zeldin,
00:31:20.300
he's going to fight it. And cause you know, what will happen is you get 800,000 non-citizens voting
00:31:26.140
in New York. The next thing you know, they're called special election on the presidential election
00:31:30.460
end up in the ballot places. It's just, but the corruption, that's the Biden corruption.
00:31:36.380
They know exactly what they're doing. They basically want to, uh, promote, uh,
00:31:41.660
ballot harvesting and enabled fraud. And, uh, it's not about the last election. It's about the
00:31:47.740
next election for them because they're in such trouble in these polls. They know the only way to
00:31:53.260
try to be successful again is to rig the elections and we've got to fight them and stop them.
00:31:57.580
And do you see any, I do want to go here. Do you see any sign in any state in any precinct in this
00:32:08.060
country where the Republican party is pounding on his chest, uh, rolling up its sleeves and working
00:32:15.820
like hell to make sure that the, that this election, uh, has is secure and is a, an election with integrity.
00:32:25.020
Well, well, going back to 2020, I think you saw it in certain states, North Carolina,
00:32:32.380
they fought the legislature and that's why Trump won the state, Texas. Remember all those polls
00:32:37.580
that were dead, even are losing Texas. Well, Texas, the attorney general Ken Paxton fought the Mark
00:32:43.580
Elias, Obama, Clinton, Biden funded lawsuits and won. And Trump was able to win in Texas. And in Florida,
00:32:52.780
you have the Republicans controlling the governorship, the legislature, and you know,
00:32:57.740
they have drop boxes there and they have early mail imbalance, but they're secure and they're
00:33:02.780
watched by both sides that you have, uh, you know, balance security and Trump won Florida. And now you
00:33:10.300
have for the first time that I can ever remember, there's more Republicans registered in Florida
00:33:17.020
than there are Democrats. And some of that's in my out migration of Republicans from blue states into
00:33:24.460
Florida, where they wanted to go for freedom and, you know, normal life during COVID and escape high
00:33:31.020
taxes. But, you know, still there are more Republicans registered to vote than Democrats in Florida. So
00:33:38.220
there are pockets of what I would call resistance in the United States, where we are fighting, uh, to
00:33:44.300
preserve our freedoms and, and to preserve, uh, you know, a fair and honest democracy. But, you know,
00:33:50.540
in other places like New York state, I mean, the Democrats, you know, twice we passed, uh, a
00:33:56.220
referendum to have a nonpartisan or bipartisan, uh, redistricting commission. And the Democrats just
00:34:02.700
ignored it and, you know, railroaded the law and, uh, to knock Republicans down from eight seats to
00:34:08.380
four seats in Congress, seeing the same thing in Illinois, seeing the same thing in California.
00:34:12.540
And, uh, they're playing hardball and, uh, not as good as the Democrats in terms of going state by
00:34:22.140
state district by district and unrigging the rigged elections. And, you know, think about,
00:34:29.580
think about, uh, you know, the last election in 2020, the Republican national committee does not
00:34:35.580
have a center on fraud and abuse. We should be out there proving that there were fraudulent votes.
00:34:41.660
And, you know, too often, like the, the attorney general and not an attorney general,
00:34:47.260
U S attorney in Pennsylvania, uh, would, uh, didn't investigate the fraud, uh, charges in
00:34:55.260
Philadelphia. Right. Don't explain now he's running for governor. I mean, you can't, and again,
00:35:01.740
I'm again, full disclosure, I'm working for Dave White, a Trump Republican who's imposing him.
00:35:05.900
And, and that you've got, you got situations where the rhinos rolled over and we shouldn't
00:35:12.620
have rolled over. We should be outing fraud and, uh, corruption wherever we can, because
00:35:18.540
elections are the fundamental process of democracy. If you don't have honest elections, um, you don't
00:35:24.140
have a democracy. Yeah. And, and, and Ronna McDaniel and the RNC, I I'm just going to say this out loud
00:35:30.700
again, Ronna McDaniel and RNC are an absolute, uh, pathetic shadow of what they should be. Uh,
00:35:39.260
and by the way, uh, it's, it's not the rhinos, uh, credit, uh, that she's there and the, and the
00:35:46.140
sops who were sitting there running, uh, the RNC, like a bank, uh, it's, it's the Republicans who are
00:35:52.460
conservative, uh, and CS, some of them are America firsters who have just been duped, uh, and lazy
00:35:59.900
and did not insist on making sure that's a Trump organization, but it's outrageous to me. What do you
00:36:06.140
think? Yeah, I would have taken a more Reagan-esque approach to, uh, uh, to what happened. Like, I'm old
00:36:12.780
enough to remember when Reagan took over the White House, he put in Don Devine and, you know,
00:36:16.540
controlled the personnel at the White House and fired a lot of people. Yeah. And the Trump transition
00:36:22.780
did not do that because you had people like Bindman and other people in the basement of the
00:36:28.300
White House undermining the president because they were still left there. They should have been
00:36:31.900
like totally turfed out. And that kind of policy in the government should have extended to the RNC.
00:36:37.180
Cause I, you know, I remember, you know, when Reagan came in, he definitely changed, uh, you know,
00:36:41.900
we put Frank Farrenkopf in charge of the RNC, he had Ed Rollins running his campaign. Um, and then
00:36:47.500
when Bush won George H.W. Bush, uh, you had, uh, Lee, Lee outward did the same thing when he took over in
00:36:53.980
88. He basically fired the Bushies at the RNC with his Bushies from the campaign. So, uh, you know,
00:37:01.580
in a way that, you know, people are policy and Reagan understood that. And if you want to,
00:37:07.900
you know, enact policies that are successful, you've got to put the right people in totally
00:37:12.300
in your administration and make that change. And, you know, that's what the Biden administration
00:37:17.260
has done with these radical policies. And basically you now have, instead of the first or second term of
00:37:23.260
Obama, you have Obama third termers in there, people like Blinken and, you know, uh, Sullivan.
00:37:31.260
Do it. So domestic advisor in the white house and, you know, Sullivan, you're right. Another one.
00:37:41.660
So there you have the third or 14 from the Obama and Clinton administrations
00:37:47.340
coming back, doubling down on the failed policies that didn't work for America back then and just
00:37:52.940
railroading them through and trying to get as much done. And, you know, there it's enabling
00:37:57.420
a phenomenal amount of destruction on the United States in the world right now.
00:38:02.300
Yeah. Yeah. It's, uh, on that note, uh, we're, as you know, always give our guests the last word.
00:38:09.900
Uh, it's been a fascinating discussion as always with you, John. Thanks so much for being here.
00:38:16.620
My last thought is that we got to keep hope because you've got seven months till an election.
00:38:23.180
People have to go out and vote in primaries. They have to figure out who the Trump conservative
00:38:27.260
is in these primaries. And regardless of what the establishment of the mainstream media says,
00:38:31.740
you got to vote for them. And then what we have to do is make sure those candidates win in November,
00:38:36.540
because right now the best remedy and medicine to, uh, these failed Biden policies are going back to
00:38:44.860
the Trump policies that work, whether it was energy, the border, immigration, economic growth,
00:38:50.780
uh, national security. I mean, we have to go back to those policies that we know worked
00:38:56.300
just a matter of a few months ago, even through COVID, the worst historic pandemic in a hundred years,
00:39:02.780
the Trump policies were working. And, uh, you know, we gave them a gift when we left office with a
00:39:08.220
growing economy and vaccines in a strong country, and they've destroyed it in just over a year.
00:39:13.740
And we've got to go take it back. So people need to go vote in primaries and in the November
00:39:18.460
election and fight like hell. If I may add that, uh, John, thanks so much. As always,
00:39:25.180
John McLaughlin, uh, we appreciate it. Uh, and you can go to McLaughlin online, uh, dot com, uh,
00:39:32.700
to go through the details of his monthly report, uh, his monthly polling. Uh, and we encourage you to
00:39:38.540
do so, John, thanks for being with us. God bless you. Luke, thank you. And go and keep getting the
00:39:44.060
truth out because the great part is people are listening to you and they will be motivated and
00:39:48.940
they will, they will save America and they'll save the world at the same time. Absolutely. We
00:39:54.700
thank you so much, John, uh, John McLaughlin. And, uh, as you heard, uh, he is, uh, he has his finger
00:40:01.420
on the pulse of what's happening in this country. Thanks for being with us, everybody. And a program
00:40:06.460
reminder Tuesday, April 5th, president Trump will be our special guest here. That's Tuesday,
00:40:13.420
April 5th for president Donald Trump right here on the great America show. And tomorrow,
00:40:19.180
our guests will be the federalist Sean Davis and the attorney Alina Habba representing president
00:40:25.660
Trump and his lawsuit against the alleged perpetrators of what he calls the greatest scandal in American
00:40:32.460
history. And I think he's right. Please join us till then. God bless you and God bless America.
