00:00:38.000 Vladimir Putin, the former communist KGB agent, turned dictator, making the mess and killing a lot of people,
00:00:46.300 mostly Ukrainians and his own troops, as his military wages war against Ukraine,
00:00:52.300 reducing many cities to mostly rubble, killing lots of innocent people.
00:00:57.960 President Zelensky knows Ukraine's on its own.
00:01:01.400 And Ukraine is fighting hard against the Russians, and so far, holding their own.
00:01:07.060 Europe doesn't have the guts to step into the mess to stop Putin, and neither does NATO.
00:01:12.880 And the Ukrainians are, as I said, on their own.
00:01:16.140 Despite the pictures of General Milley and Secretary of State Blinken in or near Ukraine,
00:01:23.160 those you know were photo ops only.
00:01:26.300 And all the Biden bluster is just bull.

00:01:31.660 Biden's ban on Russian oil is just bull as well,
00:01:35.480 and will hurt American wallets far worse than any in Russia.

00:04:13.120 and the citizens and public officials targeted by the January 6th committee

00:04:46.100 And unfortunately, Lou, I think when most freedom-loving people
00:04:50.380 in the Western world surrender their rights so quickly under COVID tyranny
00:04:55.360 and let our political leaders of both parties strip our rights away,
00:05:01.180 you know, hold our kids hostage away from school,
00:05:04.680 shutter our businesses,
00:05:05.700 it was a big clue to these leaders
00:05:11.000 that they could use any justification to strip our rights away,
00:05:16.180 whether it was COVID,
00:05:18.140 now it's political protests against vaccine mandates
00:05:21.500 or against the 2020 election.
00:05:23.860 We see the FBI doing this for parents who are protesting at school board meetings.

00:05:28.980 I mean, this is an expansive, dangerous reach,
00:05:32.340 and this is not democracy.
00:05:33.860 This is not freedom and liberty.
00:05:35.420 And it is interesting, too,
00:05:37.600 that Biden is promising these severe, painful sanctions.

00:05:45.880 no matter how casual an observer of geopolitics,
00:05:49.760 understands that economic sanctions of any kind do not work.
00:05:55.060 They certainly, and empirically, the evidence is clear.
00:05:58.760 Putin has revolutionized the weaponry for his military in every branch,
00:06:08.280 Navy, Air Force, and Army.
00:06:10.780 We see only weakness and mindlessness day after day after day and disaster after disaster.
00:06:19.060 And this looks like another one.

00:06:25.000 And look, I'm no expert on the relationship or conflicts between Russia and Ukraine.
00:06:30.460 But I think most Americans look at how unpopular Joe Biden is,
00:06:35.920 how unpopular the Democratic Party is overall,
00:06:39.060 and wanting to change the subject.
00:06:42.800 This is a lot of what this is all about.
00:06:45.380 Meanwhile, most Americans want to know why our own southern border remains open
00:06:50.640 to criminals of all kinds, including potential terrorists.
00:06:55.940 They can't answer how many people have entered the southern border
00:06:59.360 from dangerous countries, terrorist-sponsored countries.
00:07:03.780 That was a DOJ official last month in a Senate hearing,
00:07:07.660 could not answer a senator's question about that.
00:07:10.800 But we're supposed to be worried about what's happening there.
00:07:13.580 I think most Americans recognize this is an attempt by Biden,
00:07:18.860 other unpopular leaders in the West,
00:07:20.700 to pivot away from the truly crisis situation in so many regards here in America.
00:07:28.620 This is not an administration capable of doing anything right.
00:07:34.240 And so, you know, we still recall the horrific withdrawal from Afghanistan
00:07:39.280 that took the lives of 13 American servicemen and women.
00:07:42.520 And we really think that this president and this vice president who's humiliated herself
00:07:47.860 the past few days on the international stage
00:07:50.840 can't even put two cogent sentences together
00:07:53.600 as to why this isn't America's best interest or interest at all.
00:07:58.480 And so I think most Americans are looking around saying,
00:08:01.800 what does this have to do with us?
00:08:04.300 We have a mentally, physically unfit president.
00:08:07.560 We have a vice president who doesn't even know what she's talking about,
00:08:13.520 who only got the nod for vice president because she is a black woman.
00:08:21.180 It clearly not capable of this job, let alone really any other job.
00:08:26.860 And then you have an administration filled by not just incompetence,
00:08:32.200 but also people who have burned the trust of the American people
00:08:36.780 by peddling any number of falsehoods from Russia collusion
00:08:41.640 to going in on the Trump-Zelensky phone call impeachment
00:08:46.400 while covering up the Biden family's grift in China and Ukraine and Russia,
00:08:53.820 by the way, all of these countries.
00:08:56.760 And so no one in a position trying to convince Americans
00:09:00.120 that this is the right thing to do has any trust.
00:09:03.300 In fact, they should be held at arm's length with nothing but distrust and suspicion
00:09:08.260 as to their political motives for entering and prioritizing this
00:09:13.320 as an agenda item when so many other things are going wrong in the country.
00:09:17.860 And more disgusting to me, Julie, is the fact that the national corporate media,
00:09:23.820 will not cover with honesty and diligence and responsibility
00:09:28.800 what is happening in this country.
00:09:32.000 They give him an entire pass.
00:09:34.620 Kamala Harris can do no wrong.
00:09:37.020 And the federal government is in the hands of, without question,
00:09:42.020 abject wannabe totalitarians.

00:09:48.280 And let's not excuse, too, and I know that you never do,
00:09:51.620 the Republican leaders who are going along with this,
00:09:55.100 Republican senators who are helping the Biden regime and Democrats
00:09:59.440 bang the drums of war and talk about what a dangerous threat this is
00:10:03.900 to our national security, now saying that inflation and energy prices
00:10:08.480 will escalate if we don't do something.
00:10:10.860 One starts to wonder if this will be the excuse for the cover-up for the high energy costs
00:10:18.960 because, of course, the Biden administration can't explain or fix it.
00:10:24.080 And so now this will be the next excuse, the next fall guy for why fuel prices are sky high.
00:10:30.840 But these Republicans should not be going along with this either.
00:10:34.500 And it infuriates me to see Republicans who have been completely silent
00:10:39.140 on this abusive, punitive, federal criminal investigation into January 6th,
00:10:45.100 ruining the lives of hundreds, thousands of Americans.
00:10:49.280 They're utterly silent, but now want us to worry about Putin's aggression.
00:10:55.100 Yeah, exactly.
00:10:56.800 Let's turn now to January 6th, because you have written on this,
00:11:00.720 I believe, more than any other journalist.
00:11:03.480 You have reported more, and you've done it with, to me, great skill and great eloquence.
00:11:11.920 So I want to turn to an element of it, though, and that is Ashley Babbitt,
00:11:18.340 who you have written about, who you've reported on, but so few have,
00:11:24.040 certainly in the corporate media.
00:11:26.580 This woman was shot dead, unarmed, in the midst of the Capitol riot,
00:11:35.300 whatever you want to call it, by a police officer, a police lieutenant,
00:11:40.640 who had no provocation and who has had no critical judgment of his actions whatsoever,
00:11:47.740 other than to have a perfunctory and pro forma dismissal of any thought of charges against him.
00:11:56.580 It is a case of, to me, of absurdity and disgust that an American citizen can be shot down
00:12:06.260 without any suggestion of threat or harm to anyone else.
00:12:13.720 Your thoughts?
00:12:15.800 It is just still, I think, the most jarring aspect of January 6th to me,
00:12:21.140 that Officer Michael Byrd could shoot Ashley Babbitt, an unarmed female veteran, 5'2",
00:12:28.860 shoot her almost at point-blank range, almost shooting her directly in the face.
00:12:37.360 Gets away with that.
00:12:39.160 He is allegedly investigated by the DOJ Civil Rights Division,
00:12:44.880 which concluded he committed no offense, did not strip Ashley Babbitt of her civil rights
00:12:50.880 by shooting her, without warning, by the way.
00:12:54.600 The same DOJ who just filed charges and got a plea deal out of a police officer in Louisville
00:13:02.500 charged him with violating the civil rights of a BLM activist who is violating the law on numerous occasions
00:13:10.640 and allegedly hit this man in the head with the riot stick.
00:13:14.720 He's going to jail for two years.
00:13:17.500 This same Justice Department that cleared Michael Byrd of shooting a woman almost in the face,
00:13:23.220 point-blank range, with no provocation, now asked a court to send a Louisville police officer to jail
00:13:30.840 for four years because he hit a BLM rioter in Louisville, breaking the law in the head,
00:13:38.440 allegedly with a riot stick.
00:13:40.080 A judge sentenced him to two years in prison on the same civil rights charges that were dropped
00:13:45.420 or not even pursued by this Justice Department against Michael Byrd.
00:13:49.760 Furthermore, his name was covered up for months by Capitol Police, DOJ, the news media.
00:13:58.780 They all knew who he was.
00:14:00.260 They covered up his name because they were afraid he would get threats.
00:14:04.340 Of course, that's never the case in any other police-involved shooting.
00:14:09.280 But here's just more examples of the double standards for January 6th.
00:14:13.960 Let's just call them what they are, Trump supporters.
00:14:16.120 Yeah, Trump supporters, conservatives, there's just no interest on the part of the Justice
00:14:24.260 Department, as far as I can see, or the FBI, of functioning as anything more than the action
00:14:32.520 arm of the Democratic Party.
00:14:35.820 I am hardly alone in that.
00:14:38.940 What are your thoughts?
00:14:40.320 It's absolutely true.
00:14:41.700 I mean, you have the same Justice Department that are charging nonviolent protesters from
00:14:49.520 January 6th with parading at the Capitol.
00:14:52.400 This Justice Department has charged more than three times as many people with federal crimes
00:14:57.540 related to a four-hour disturbance in the Capitol on January 6th than the totality of the criminals
00:15:03.340 involved in the 2020 riots that lasted for months that prompted, by the way, as you recall,
00:15:08.600 the lockdown of Trump's White House for an entire weekend.
00:15:12.360 These people burned federal property.
00:15:14.800 They vandalized federal lands, such as Lafayette Park.
00:15:18.560 They attacked federal police officers.
00:15:21.520 The same, at worst, actually, crimes committed by those rioters versus January 6th.
00:15:27.080 But the DOJ is dropping cases, asking for leniency in sentencing for some of these individuals,
00:15:33.240 protesters, rioters, while throwing the book at January 6th protesters, including right now
00:15:39.360 the incarceration of at least 70 men who have been convicted of no crime, awaiting trials
00:15:46.080 that this DOJ continues to delay with the help of federal judges, from Trump judges to Obama
00:15:52.860 judges, Clinton down to Reagan judges.
00:15:54.640 They're all playing along with the Biden regime's game plan here.
00:15:59.840 And we have to consider the jurisdiction as well.
00:16:03.680 It is Washington, D.C.
00:16:05.600 It is a blue Capitol.
00:16:09.500 And it is a Capitol that has so much orchestration, coordination, and simpatico thinking,
00:16:19.380 herd-like reactions, that it's sickening to witness.
00:16:24.440 Because our courts, the FBI, the Justice Department, and I'm talking about all of the federal courts
00:16:32.660 in Washington, D.C., including the Supreme Court, have tilted left, and there is no doubt
00:16:40.320 about it.
00:16:40.840 The corruption of the federal court system.
00:16:43.380 John Roberts, the chief justice, famously saying there are no Trump judges, there are no
00:16:47.940 Bush judges, there are no Obama judges.
00:16:51.020 The hell, there aren't.
00:16:52.480 And to even say, utter such a fiction from a chief justice, we know what he was intending
00:16:59.900 to do.
00:17:00.620 He would like to have the reserve of objectivity as a perception of the court.
00:17:06.540 It absolutely is not.
00:17:08.400 These decisions, one by one, as we examine each one, are settled on partisan terms.
00:17:14.860 And it's that straightforward.
00:17:16.340 And in the case of the Democratic Party, it's even worse because they control the prosecutors,
00:17:22.720 the investigators, as well as the courts.
00:17:25.440 They absolutely do.
00:17:27.440 And now they are going to have to put together juries in the most hyper-partisan city in America,
00:17:34.920 93% of residents who voted for Joe Biden.
00:17:39.800 They've done a few defense attorneys have done polls of D.C. residents.
00:17:44.580 And, Lou, I don't see any way how they could put together a fair jury to openly hear and
00:17:52.160 objectively hear these cases.
00:17:54.800 These residents have told pollsters, 70% of them, regardless of what these people did
00:18:00.920 on January 6th, they should be charged with crimes, that they are insurrectionists, they
00:18:05.360 are traitors, they are domestic terrorists.
00:18:08.160 This is the collective viewpoint of D.C. residents who are going to have to serve on these juries.
00:18:14.740 Every single case should be moved out of Washington, D.C.
00:18:17.700 Several attorneys have filed change of venue motions and, of course, are denied by D.C.
00:18:22.800 judges.
00:18:23.640 So these people are trapped in a rigged system that hates them, that wants them punished.
00:18:30.280 And so far, they are being very successful.
00:18:34.340 Yeah, and the Republican Party in this country, because it is the only countervailing influence
00:18:41.500 to, as you said, the Republican Party, particularly the Republican leadership, deserves great
00:18:49.440 to me.
00:18:52.520 I get so angry when I think about what they've done.
00:18:55.080 But the RINOs and the Republican Party have become an equivalent force against our Constitution
00:19:01.800 and against the interests of this nation, that they might as well be lining up with the radical
00:19:06.680 Democrats.
00:19:07.960 And this is where we are as we approach these midterm elections.
00:19:12.920 I want to focus on a couple of other parts of your reporting that are fascinating.
00:19:18.480 And let's start with, you mentioned the judges.
00:19:21.420 Let's go to the judge, McFadden, accusing the prosecutors.
00:19:27.240 I mean, the man has got more guts than I have seen in the federal court system, and I won't
00:19:34.740 even put a time on it.
00:19:36.260 I've never seen such guts.
00:19:38.780 He accused the prosecutors of deceiving a grand jury over a year after first putting
00:19:45.180 charges forward, misleading the jury about the whereabouts of the vice president-elect
00:19:52.220 on January 6th.
00:19:53.360 Can you tell our audience what that is all about and how we got to this sorry place in
00:20:01.560 our judicial system?
00:20:03.540 Well, I will only give Judge Trevor McFadden about a half of cheer for what he did.
00:20:09.140 He was a Trump-appointed judge.
00:20:11.000 He has helped detain even a nonviolent offender who's been behind bars for over a year.
00:20:16.600 So he has played along with DOJ's game.
00:20:19.300 He came from the same U.S. attorney's office, now prosecuting all these cases.
00:20:22.900 The D.C.
00:20:23.920 U.S. attorney's office, don't know why President Trump appointed him, but anyway, we're stuck
00:20:28.400 with him.
00:20:29.400 But look, so what came out is that the DOJ has been lying for over a year that Kamala
00:20:35.000 Harris was in the building during the Capitol protest.
00:20:38.020 The reason why this is important is because it supports thousands of charges related to
00:20:43.680 restricted access in the building.
00:20:45.900 Because Kamala Harris and Mike Pence are Secret Service protectees, therefore the building was
00:20:50.720 restricted to the public.
00:20:52.440 And this bolsters thousands of charges against hundreds of protesters.
00:20:58.580 So it turns out Kamala Harris was not in the building.
00:21:01.940 Judge McFadden didn't figure that out.
00:21:03.980 Politico actually reported it.
00:21:06.380 And McFadden was the first judge to call DOJ out on it.
00:21:10.580 Meanwhile, all of these judges have presented this information falsely to a grand jury, to federal
00:21:17.100 judges, to defense attorneys.
00:21:19.360 It's in, I don't even know how many court filings the DOJ has said Kamala Harris was in the building,
00:21:24.980 therefore rendering the building restricted access.
00:21:28.300 So they lied about that.
00:21:29.740 McFadden called them out, wanted an explanation, and then denied what they wanted to present in
00:21:35.700 court in a jury trial, which was pending.
00:21:37.820 I know that's a little complicated, but the bottom line is the DOJ lied.
00:21:41.280 The federal courts let them get away with it.
00:21:43.980 The grand jury was intentionally misled.
00:21:46.300 Defense counsel was intentionally misled.
00:21:49.080 And it wasn't until Politico reported this that anyone acknowledged it.
00:21:54.020 Now, how do they back out of this?
00:21:55.560 I don't know.
00:21:56.480 Furthermore, the location of Mike Pence now is very vague because they keep saying they,
00:22:01.920 we don't know if Mike Pence was actually in the building either.
00:22:04.820 If he wasn't, and they have intentionally misled everyone on Mike Pence, then all of those
00:22:11.460 charges have to be tossed out.
00:22:14.640 At this point, I would say to you as a, not an objective reader, but one who tries to be
00:22:21.140 objective as I try to keep up with all of the news of the day, just as you do, there is
00:22:28.400 no way in hell that anyone should put up with a court system, a federal prosecutorial system.
00:22:36.300 These agencies, these judges, these investigators, and this January 6th committee, why in the
00:22:44.840 world are we permitting this to go ahead?
00:22:48.220 And why would not the Republican Party leadership?
00:22:51.260 And here I'm talking about Kevin McCarthy, the minority leader of the House, and Mitch McConnell,
00:22:56.000 the minority leader of the Senate, why in the world would they not go after these Dems and
00:23:03.800 demand that they back off?
00:23:07.900 Well, they're weak and they're craven.
00:23:12.120 They're afraid.
00:23:13.640 They have been cowed by all the bad press.
00:23:16.940 Mitch McConnell has been in on this from the beginning.
00:23:19.780 We've talked about this.
00:23:21.020 Mitch McConnell and Nancy Pelosi, Muriel Bowser, were responsible for securing the Capitol.
00:23:26.000 on January 6th, not Donald Trump, those three individuals, those leaders were responsible.
00:23:32.100 So we need to ask Mitch McConnell why he did not advise his Sergeant of Arms to submit to
00:23:38.980 requests by the Capitol Police, the chief of the Capitol Police for more security that day.
00:23:45.520 Why did they leave the building and the grounds intentionally unsecure?
00:23:49.280 There are so many questions about Mitch McConnell and his involvement working with Nancy Pelosi
00:23:55.620 and others to what I describe January 6th as an inside job.
00:23:59.980 So where is he?
00:24:01.160 He's silent.
00:24:02.140 I mean, he just called this a violent insurrection two or three weeks ago.
00:24:06.740 So he is in on the narrative.
00:24:09.000 Kevin McCarthy and others, there's no excuse for this.
00:24:12.180 Um, Lou, if there was a political prison in Washington, DC under Trump's DOJ by his attorney
00:24:20.020 general holding, um, Trump, uh, uh, you know, protesters against Donald Trump in a political
00:24:26.520 prison, the first people who would show up would be people like Kevin McCarthy, Ben Sasse,
00:24:33.000 Mitt Romney showing up in front of the prison saying, this is not who we are.
00:24:37.160 They have been completely silent, which means they are complicit.
00:24:40.420 And if they think that these powers are not going to be turned against them because they're
00:24:45.180 silent and they're craven, um, you know, read a history book.
00:24:49.020 That's not how regimes like this work.
00:24:51.940 It is, it is, it's gut-wrenching.
00:24:55.640 Uh, it's sickening for any American who cares about this country, cares about our constitutional
00:25:01.980 republic, cares about our bill of rights, our individual freedoms to, to tolerate this.
00:25:08.320 And, you know, I don't hear preachers in their, you know, in their pulpits.
00:25:13.040 I don't hear the politicians and their official capacity raising hell about this.
00:25:20.420 Uh, it, it is.
00:25:21.680 And by the way, what, what's wrong with American citizens that we are not marching on Washington
00:25:28.760 to tell them enough.
00:25:30.180 We're not going this far.
00:25:32.200 We are going to be a constitutional republic.
00:25:35.440 Our freedoms will be honored by every one of you.
00:25:38.340 Silly, uh, left-wing judges, prosecutors.
00:25:43.740 And if you don't like it too bad, because we're going to root you out no matter what it

00:25:54.600 I know that this issue is in the forefront of, um, Republican conservative rank and file,
00:26:01.340 and they are pushing their lawmakers to do and say something, because I'll tell you, I've
00:26:07.120 heard this firsthand from congressmen who ignored my reporting, who ignored my pleas on
00:26:13.580 social media for some sort of attention.
00:26:16.180 Even congressmen I spoke with directly last year about political prisoners and what was
00:26:21.360 happening.
00:26:21.840 They would not touch this with the 10 foot pole.
00:26:24.380 They are now being forced to confront this investigation, the political prison, everything
00:26:28.800 I talk about in my book on January 6th, they're being forced to do it because they are getting
00:26:34.080 heat from their constituents and donors, but this is not what should be happening in America.

00:26:59.060 They're going to be forced to deal with what this DOJ, this federal court system did, continues

00:27:08.560 Um, so they're forced into a corner and I don't think that rank and file are going to let

00:31:47.200 Uh, he has been under investigation since he left and Americans need to ask themselves a

00:35:51.840 So Ray Epps is the man who was seen the night before and on January 6th, encouraging people
00:35:57.100 on several occasions to go into the Capitol building.
00:35:59.940 Most importantly, he is the man who whispers in the ear of Ryan Samsel, who is the first
00:36:05.880 person to breach the official barriers far outside of the Capitol building.
00:36:13.320 Ray Epps whispers in Ryan Samsel's ear.
00:36:16.320 Ryan Samsel then pushes over a few of these metal racks, knocks over a few police officers
00:36:21.640 and leads a big crowd up the stairs towards the building.
00:36:24.460 This happens around 10 minutes to one on January 6th, while the president, by the way, is still
00:36:29.980 speaking more than two miles away.
00:36:32.620 So he also is on restricted grounds.
00:36:36.120 There's no reason why he has not been charged when so many others have been charged for far
00:36:41.240 less what he did.
00:36:42.640 We can't get a straight answer from the FBI.
00:36:45.440 The January 6th committee lied and said that they interviewed him and then had to come back
00:36:49.940 and say, oh, he's going to sit for a formal sworn interview because people were asking
00:36:54.600 for the transcript of his testimony.
00:36:57.220 But Ray Epps is just the tip of the iceberg of either federal agents or undercover or confidential
00:37:04.840 human sources or political actors who were infiltrated.
00:37:10.460 I mean, thousands of them with this crowd outside and inside the building on January 6th.
00:37:16.100 And so that's just one more mystery we cannot get answers from.
00:37:20.780 And what is it going to take to get those answers?
00:37:24.240 And at what point, what can the Republican Party do to stand up for the people who are
00:37:32.380 political prisoners of this Soviet-era-style secret court called the January 6th committee?

00:37:49.080 It defies reason to see this feckless behavior on the part of the Republican leadership, whether
00:37:57.740 it be on Capitol Hill, whether it be the RNC, whether it be, frankly, the supporters of

00:38:05.160 You shut down all of their funding when they take control in Congress.
00:38:10.100 You zero out the budget of the FBI and the DO and the D.C. U.S. Attorney's Office.
00:38:15.580 You shut down what they now just changed the terms of, Capitol Breach Probe to the Capitol

00:38:22.440 You shut off their funding source as much as you possibly can.
00:38:26.500 Then you get all of the documentations, all of the correspondence between the FBI and their

00:38:42.480 of special forces, FBI official officers at Quantico the weekend before January 6th.
00:38:49.820 Now, why did he have spot teams, hostage rescue teams, hundreds of agents that he then deployed
00:38:55.860 to the Capitol on the morning of January 6th?

00:39:01.020 What were these FBI agents doing?
00:39:03.040 When they got to the Capitol, what did they do?
00:39:05.700 Did they infiltrate these militia groups?

00:39:12.280 Jill Sanborn, a top FBI official, was asked numerous times, if any FBI agents or informants
00:39:21.000 either provoked or engaged in violent behavior on January 6th, she would not answer the question.
00:39:26.940 So, you make her answer the question, if she doesn't, then you do what they're doing now.
00:39:31.900 Hold her in contempt of Congress, of course it will go to Biden's DOJ, but they need to
00:39:35.980 do nothing, Lou, except get to the answers, expose all the correspondence, shut down the
00:39:42.480 funding source.
00:39:44.380 What is paying for this war on terror, as I call it in my book, war on terror against the
00:39:50.840 political right?
00:39:51.520 Yeah, and we've got to confront one other reality, and that reality is that Mitch McConnell
