00:01:01.780 District Court Judge Sharon Johnson-Colbin issued the ruling in regard to a case where
00:01:07.480 an illegal alien has been living in the United States illegally and was caught carrying a gun
00:01:13.700 in Chicago during the riots of 2020.

00:01:18.220 The Marxist Dems want to take guns out of the hands of American citizens who want to protect
00:01:23.480 themselves and their families, but want to arm the illegal aliens whose first act of coming to

00:01:35.540 Also happening this week, former Trump aide Peter Navarro reporting to a Miami prison to begin a
00:01:41.100 four-month sentence for not appearing before the fake sham J6 committee.

00:01:51.680 Of course, the rule of law doesn't apply when it comes to Republicans or anyone associated

00:01:58.740 The cowardly chief justice, John Roberts, denied Navarro Monday, denied his request to stay out
00:02:05.400 of prison while he appeals this disgusting and awful ruling.
00:02:09.760 Peter Navarro spoke to the press before heading into jail, and Fox News took some of it, but
00:02:15.420 then felt the need to cut away from it to fact-check Peter.

00:03:31.240 All right, and he will be reporting to that prison 2 p.m. Eastern time there in Miami to serve his four-month prison sentence.

00:03:42.820 He said this is about a crippling blow to the justice system.
00:03:45.720 To fact-check there, it is no longer an alleged crime that he'll be serving this four-month sentence for.
00:03:50.360 He has obviously been convicted, and there was no evidence that would have excluded him, per executive privilege, from testifying.
00:04:00.880 So John Roberts just, on Monday, refused to delay his prison time.
00:04:04.860 He continues to appeal his conviction, Peter Navarro, for refusing to testify before Congress for his involvement in efforts to overturn the 2020 presidential election.

00:05:26.720 I've heard you say a couple times that the government can post its own speech,
00:05:31.100 but in my hypothetical, you know, kids, this is not safe, don't do it, is not going to get it done.
00:05:37.480 And so I guess some might say that the government actually has a duty to take steps to protect the citizens of this country,
00:05:48.320 and you seem to be suggesting that that duty cannot manifest itself in the government encouraging
00:05:54.080 or even pressuring platforms to take down harmful information.

00:06:01.260 Because I'm really worried about that, because you've got the First Amendment operating in an environment of threatening circumstances
00:06:11.080 from the government's perspective, and you're saying that the government can't interact with the source of those problems.
00:06:18.560 Well, there it is, Laura, a justice of the U.S. Supreme Court without even a clue about the purpose of the Bill of Rights.

00:06:27.540 Well, I think it's pretty evident that, you know, we have full-blown Marxists like Hassanji Brown Jackson
00:06:32.560 serving on our Supreme Court who just don't have respect for the Constitution.
00:06:37.700 And this is why so many people are concerned about the future of what our country looks like as well as the future of the court
00:06:44.560 if Donald Trump doesn't get reelected for another four years.
00:06:48.040 I mean, we're looking at potentially Democrats having another four years and packing the Supreme Court
00:06:53.700 with people who think exactly like this.
00:06:55.940 And it's a problem because, you know, these companies like to pretend that they're private companies,
00:07:01.020 but then you make the argument, well, aren't you more of a state actor if you're actually having conversations with the White House?
00:07:08.440 You know, this is the presidency, the executive branch, taxpayer-funded, of course, for the sake of taking orders, right,
00:07:16.460 taking orders on who to censor and who to shut down.
00:07:18.860 We've seen through these big tech lawsuits that the White House submitted lists to the big tech social media companies
00:07:24.360 about who they wanted banned as it related to what they called, you know, COVID misinformation
00:07:29.020 or how they met with the FBI regarding the Hunter Biden laptop story that they said was Russian disinformation.
00:07:37.440 And this ultimately impacted the elections.
00:07:40.640 There were reports that said that over 70 percent of Democrats said that if they knew that Hunter Biden's laptop
00:07:47.920 actually was his laptop and it wasn't some Russian disinformation, then they wouldn't have voted for Joe Biden.
00:07:53.300 But as we saw, right, Facebook and Twitter both took orders from the White House
00:07:59.360 and they had private meetings with the FBI to shut down certain social media users.
00:08:06.020 Yeah, and it goes well beyond that, as you well know.
00:08:09.900 And that is Facebook obviously had a program underway to impart guidance to civil election authorities,
00:08:21.000 whether it be in Wisconsin, whether it be in Michigan, across the country.
00:08:26.520 And Zuckerberg became all the rage for these these institutions.
00:08:31.560 And and they had a tremendous impact on the election without question.
00:08:36.880 And for the idea that this is a simple arm's length relationship between the FBI and Twitter,
00:08:46.180 the FBI and Facebook, it's preposterous.
00:08:49.560 They're doing the bidding of the White House and the Biden regime itself, the deep state, the permanent bureaucracy.

00:09:01.120 From 2000 to 2004, we still don't have the truth as to the relationship between the U.S.

00:09:21.540 Indeed, they turn out to be an amplifier of the party line, which was it was a perfectly secure election.

00:09:36.460 was assuring America that there was the perfect election.

00:09:45.940 The government can't do anything in that time, let alone assure intelligently and ethically and objectively the security of an election.

00:13:29.420 What we're dealing with is an actual instance of government disinformation posing as truth when they put out a 51 veterans affirmation that it's Russian disinformation, this Hunter Biden laptop.

00:13:50.400 It also, as you suggested, I think, turned the course of history.
00:13:55.060 We looked at polls that showed very clearly that Democrats would have voted quite differently if they had not, if they had not believed that it was Russian disinformation and that it was the real thing.

00:16:26.060 of Jake Sullivan, who says the First Amendment is a real impediment to our policies.

00:16:36.040 And how much of this can any republic, any constitutional republic, tolerate?

00:16:44.940 I do believe that the two biggest issues on the ballot going into November, Lou, are weaponized

00:16:57.020 And we're seeing today, you know, even, what, three years after January 6th now, there's a
00:17:03.440 new slate of conservative activists and conservative journalists that are now being jailed.

00:17:09.940 You need to tell me, three years after the fact, they're still making arrests, right?
00:17:13.520 They're still targeting supporters of President Trump.
00:17:16.300 They're still finding ways to limit the constitutional rights and the civil liberties of President

00:17:24.940 And I think it's only going to intensify as we get into the 2024 presidential election.

00:17:34.780 We have actual terrorists, like the case of this Lebanese guy that just came across our

00:17:49.100 is, he would say that it's domestic violence extremists, DVEs, ultra MAGA, Trump supporters.

00:18:02.740 ignore the deaths of more than 100,000 Americans every year to fentanyl overdoses, opiate, deadly
00:18:12.420 drugs of all sorts.
00:18:13.660 We're talking about, as we approach now, this fourth year of the Biden administration, we're
00:18:20.820 looking at, we're approaching a half million people dead from fentanyl overdoses because
00:18:28.360 that border Biden turned over to the Mexican drug cartels.

00:18:34.780 And it is that sickening and callous and tragic that this administration cannot bring itself

00:19:03.720 Oh, well, I need to go to Western Union and I need to get $50 so I can go get a bus ticket.
00:19:08.480 And then I need to get a bunch of ones and fives and tens so that I can have them with

00:19:16.880 And they said, well, I need to give a 10 and a five to $15 to the Mexican police.

00:23:43.700 It's just obscene. And when you look at all the judgments and you look at the, you know, ridiculous fines that are out of control and you don't see Democrats facing these types of fines.

00:23:57.300 They're all conservatives. They're all Trump supporters or they're Donald Trump himself.
00:24:01.560 And and what is the commonality of those persecuting him?

00:24:32.480 And I think that John Roberts is nothing more than a quaking bowl of jelly now holding down the role of chief justice when he should be intervening in a judiciary, a federal judiciary that is just rampant with corruption.

00:24:52.680 Where are leaders in this country? Business leaders, you name it, civil leaders.
00:24:57.200 They're not expressing any concern for the rule of law and order and the Constitution.

00:26:09.080 Hamas was elected by the people of Gaza, and everybody knows that all aid that goes into Gaza is controlled and distributed by Hamas.
00:26:18.060 OK, oftentimes it's not even distributed because they sell it and they use it for themselves in order to fund to fund terrorism.
00:26:24.920 And so President Trump is spot on. I say this as a Jew myself.
00:26:28.580 But unfortunately, right, I like to say that only 20 percent of the Jews chose to leave Egypt and only about 70, well, only about 25 percent of the Jews are voting Republican in this country.
