The Great America Show - WOW! The DEEP STATE that is Only Getting DEEPER!

00:00:00.000 Hello, everybody, and welcome to The Great America Show.

00:00:04.980 It's great to have you with us on another beautiful day in America.

00:00:07.540 Happy Friday, folks.

00:00:08.400 We made it all through another week, and boy, it was an eventful week, at least in the nation's

00:00:13.020 capital, Washington, D.C.

00:00:15.080 Attorney General Pam Bondi was showed the door last night, and I think it's probably

00:00:20.640 for the betterment of the administration, for the betterment of the country, as they

00:00:24.740 can now pursue what President Trump ran on, a true justice in the American way.

00:00:28.660 and finally maybe get some arrests get some indictments from the deep staters who have

00:00:34.260 sought to undermine democracy in this country for 10 years plus just a few moments we're gonna be

00:00:39.060 joined by a friend of mine friend of the great america show russ tice former senior nsa intel

00:00:44.000 analyst and whistleblower uh to take up some of the biggest stories of plague in the nation right

00:00:48.560 now including a massive cyber hack from good old china they just can't seem to help themselves as 0.99

00:00:55.240 we're in a war with Iran. China wants to be a proxy to think they're going to do whatever they

00:00:59.160 want to do. But I think they're going to wind up learning the hard way, as President Trump has

00:01:03.480 shown this time around, that he's not for the games. He's not for the bullshit. He doesn't 1.00

00:01:08.540 want to deal with the nonsense, as he saw with Iran. He negotiated with Iran for a year 0.88

00:01:13.380 to give up nuclear weapons. They messed with him for a year.

00:01:18.100 let him along let him along and lo and behold iran has been faced with fire and fury because

00:01:27.620 of their failure to come to the table for one simple issue get rid of your nuclear weapons 0.64

00:01:32.320 so china may be the next one around i want to bring in our guest as i said friend of mine

00:01:37.100 friend of the great america shows former senior nsa intel analyst and whistleblower russ tice russ

00:01:42.040 happy friday uh you'd emailed me last night a good old clip from our friend over at fox news

00:01:48.140 jesse waters from a couple years back and uh i think it's probably a good way before we get

00:01:54.220 into the news of the day to maybe kick off our friday so what do you say i want to roll this

00:01:57.740 to the audience because some of them may not know i mean they should because you've been on the show

00:02:01.880 i don't know probably 20 or 30 times with me alone and then another 30 with lou uh what your

00:02:08.160 story is and and you being i guess one of the first people to blow the whistle uh on illegal

00:02:14.700 surveillance not around the world not spying on our enemies but illegal surveillance right here

00:02:19.900 on our american people so good old jesse waters came out to your house we won't say where it was

00:02:26.480 but came out to your house and and did a little man on the street interview trying to get you

00:02:31.400 let's you remember this man william arkin who was a military analyst for nbc news in the washington

00:02:37.080 post arkin wrote that u.s troops in iraq were mercenaries and said other demeaning things about

00:02:42.120 them nobody at nbc news or the washington post really challenged arkin for his outrageous opinion

00:02:47.880 but we did mr arkin could talk to you about some of the comments that you made can you leave me

00:02:52.840 alone for just a second actually no we'd like to talk to you for a second what they do best

00:02:58.520 don't you think that was really hurtful and harmful well actually they hit me where i would

00:03:02.280 because of some death threats.

00:03:03.980 Well, now here we go on our situation.

00:03:05.840 On January 21st, former U.S. intelligence analyst Russell Tice

00:03:09.860 went on NBC's cable news network and said this.

00:03:14.520 The National Security Agency had access to all Americans' communications,

00:03:18.720 faxes, phone calls, and their computer communications.

00:03:25.160 And it didn't matter whether you were in Kansas, you know,

00:03:28.820 in the middle of the country, and you never made a foreign communication,

00:03:31.380 foreign communications at all. They monitored all communications. Now, that would be illegal.

00:03:39.360 And if true, a very frightening situation which could send those who ordered it to prison.

00:03:44.240 So, of course, the factor wanted to know what evidence Mr. Tice has. Who exactly ordered what?

00:03:50.320 NBC News didn't push him for any specific proof. No surprise there. So we respectfully called Tice,

00:03:57.400 inviting him on the program he said no we found that strange if you're trying to stop a wrongdoing

00:04:03.260 you get the word out right so we sent factor producer jesse waters to visit russell tice

00:04:08.880 hey russell how are you worth fox i just want to ask you a few questions you claiming the bush

00:04:15.920 administration spied on the media who exactly was spied on i have no comment for you guys

00:04:21.340 i've already spoken that's enough i mean you're going on national television and saying this

00:04:26.140 You've got to say who it is.

00:04:28.560 I've said what I'm going to say.

00:04:29.900 That's it.

00:04:30.900 That's enough.

00:04:31.540 You guys are done.

00:04:33.160 Come on.

00:04:33.600 This is just unprofessional.

00:04:34.900 You've got to back up your accusations.

00:04:38.640 Why aren't you in front of Bush's abode there in Texas?

00:04:41.520 Why aren't you there?

00:04:42.900 Fair question.

00:04:43.340 I mean, apparently he's the one that allowed this to happen.

00:04:46.800 Why aren't you tracking him down?

00:04:48.520 What exactly did you do?

00:04:51.480 Good day, gentlemen.

00:04:52.420 That's really disgraceful.

00:04:53.600 You've got to back it up, your accusations.

00:04:55.360 Oh, man.

00:04:56.200 Disgraceful?

00:04:58.220 Disgraceful? 0.98

00:05:00.920 Over that hill is an agency that spied on every f***ing American in this country. 0.96

00:05:06.040 I assume you can edit that out. 0.98

00:05:08.300 That's disgraceful.

00:05:10.520 Good day, gentlemen.

00:05:12.180 Who told you this?

00:05:13.380 What evidence do you have of these kind of things?

00:05:15.700 We're just worried about the fact you're getting wiretapped.

00:05:19.780 Well, the bottom line on this is that Tice made some very serious accusations.

00:05:24.700 He went on NBC News, and he can't back them up.

00:05:28.960 Now, if we're wrong, he can join us at any time.

00:05:33.540 Bill O'Reilly, just as pompous as ever, Russ.

00:05:36.440 Russ, first, I got to say, that's a couple of years back.

00:05:39.520 You haven't aged a bit.

00:05:40.780 You still got all your hair, which I think a lot of people would be jealous of.

00:05:44.560 So after you said that to me, I went over on Grok, which I think is a really awesome AI tool.

00:05:49.640 It's Elon Musk's AI bot over Twitter.

00:05:54.700 And I said, Russ Tice made accusations that Americans were being illegally spied on.

00:05:58.760 Did it prove to be true? Yes, Russ Russell Tice, his core accusations that the NSA was conducting illegal warrantless surveillance on Americans were largely proven truth of some of his more expansive claims,

00:06:11.060 such as word of word, domestic content collection or specific high profile targets, relied on his personal testimony without full public documentation at the time.

00:06:23.520 But we know that now to be entirely true because what they did to Donald Trump ties, they go on to give you a little background and they go on to say what you know, what your claims that you made and everything that you have said, Russ, has been confirmed to be true. 0.97

00:06:40.640 Yet, you've never got a phone call from good old Jesse Waters apologizing, number one, for coming to your house, and number two, apologizing for being a total buffoon and a total idiot and acknowledging the fact that we were illegally spied on here in America. 0.98

00:07:01.980 Or is yours, sir? 0.99

00:07:04.060 I wasn't expecting that little weasel to show up anytime soon.

00:07:07.620 What gets me is he's done interviews after that, especially after what happened with Ed Snowden, where he goes to people and says, are you upset that the government's spying on you?

00:07:21.280 And it's interesting that I wonder why Ed Snowden is not here, that he can do interviews with Mr. Walters, because to show him information, the difference between me and Ed was that Mr. Snowden, he had the tangible proof of what I said many years before.

00:07:43.480 He had the documentation and some of that was classified.

00:07:47.840 So what did the government do?

00:07:49.920 They came after him.

00:07:51.280 even though he was proving what they were doing was illegal and unconstitutional.

00:07:55.540 So what I had was my word.

00:07:58.640 What Ed Snowden had was the proof of what I'd said in my words with their own documentation.

00:08:05.200 And boy, they didn't like that fact because you can't say that Ed Snowden is now just crazy. 0.94

00:08:10.580 He's a crazy liar like they accused me of being because he's got he's got the goods on him. 0.89

00:08:16.160 So that's that's sort of interesting. 0.99

00:08:18.840 And I don't want to cut you off, Russ, but I have a short train of thought.

00:08:23.760 And I'll probably forget. I think I'm getting experience in the onset of getting old.

00:08:29.540 I just want to get this and get your reaction to this.

00:08:33.920 It's funny for me because Jesse Waters goes out there and talks about President Trump being spied on and wiretapped.

00:08:41.760 And he's made a career on it. He's made millions of dollars a year on the fact that.

00:08:45.740 But he's never acknowledged the fact, Russ, that you were the one who called it out. 0.99

00:08:49.560 And he was a little pompous jerk that showed up your house to pretty much make fun of you when he goes on television every night. 0.97

00:08:55.720 And he's like, oh, well, Trump was the victim, which he was 100 percent, but never acknowledging the core fact of you blowing the whistle on this over 20 years ago. 0.99

00:09:06.520 Well, you remember when I when I first blew the whistle, a Republican was in the White House.

00:09:10.940 a guy named w bush so um so then it was okay i guess for the for the for the for that side to

00:09:18.720 come after me and what's ironic is you know i'm i'm very much a conservative and they always have

00:09:23.700 been a constitutional or republic kind of guy so um it's uh they you know the people they were

00:09:33.680 going after when i when i was showing being shown the the documentation was i mean they went after

00:09:40.520 president obama before he became president when when he did that big speech for the democratic

00:09:46.320 convention in 2004 and everyone realized this guy was a rising star and they say boom they hit him

00:09:52.840 right away now they hit him any staffers they had his wife they they did all of his comms and i'm

00:09:59.080 talking not just the metadata which is b you know we've talked about that that's the bs that they

00:10:04.840 put out there that they're only doing but so they can do the parallel construction thereafter but

00:10:09.320 of course they went after word for word for for uh wannabe senator of illinois barack obama well

00:10:16.600 at that time there were bigger things in line for that fellow so and but but the nsa will they'll

00:10:24.580 go after anyone either side they play both sides off the other and so as long as they stay in power

00:10:31.460 that they're in charge you know you got to understand we're in charge hey i'll give you

00:10:36.040 some dirt on this guy at this side i'll give you a dirt that's like an arms dealer selling selling

00:10:40.960 arms to both sides of a conflict both sides are killing each other but and they're using your

00:10:45.740 guns and you're you're you're you're the one you know making the money and you're in charge

00:10:49.580 so that's the game that essay was playing

00:10:51.980 it was a big big case out in in illinois i mean you probably remember rod bulgoyevich who i've

00:11:03.120 I don't know, show before a man who was completely set up and framed charges.

00:11:08.620 They had a hung jury within seven minutes of the hung jury.

00:11:11.940 I mean, we found out that he was wiretapped and everything within seven minutes of there being a hung jury.

00:11:16.780 The prosecutors came out and said, well, we're retrying this case.

00:11:19.940 You know, they jigged it around a little bit, dropped some charges, added some charges and boom, you got a conviction of this guy.

00:11:25.380 And that was in the same time frame of them spying on Obama. 0.90

00:11:29.460 And to me, it's just totally asinine that they continue to do this and they continue to get away with it. 0.84

00:11:37.520 You know, it must drive them nuts, nuts, Russ, because, you know, being one of those fellows used to be in this agency, you spy on people to get the dirt. 0.91

00:11:45.560 It must drive them nuts inside of that basement, inside of that bunker, wherever the heck they're hiding, Russ, to have spied on Donald Trump and not got as much as a salacious photo of the guy.

00:11:57.760 I mean, it's got to drive them absolutely nuts to know we spent all this time.

00:12:02.900 We've ruined the credibility of this agency and we have absolutely nothing on the big bad orange man. 0.99

00:12:09.060 Well, think about that. You know what? I when I came out in.

00:12:13.100 Well, actually, I started talking to the press in 04, but it finally came out at the end of the December of 05.

00:12:20.940 after the White House was doing everything they could to suppress

00:12:24.820 the information coming out from the New York Times.

00:12:28.760 But, you know, it's like, boom, they hit.

00:12:33.260 Obama was talking about when he was running for president.

00:12:35.300 He's going to clamp down on the intelligence community

00:12:38.760 and on all these abuses, blah, blah, blah.

00:12:41.060 So then what happens when he gets in?

00:12:43.340 I'll tell you what happened.

00:12:44.540 Someone came to him and showed him the laptop

00:12:46.600 all the goodies they had on him.

00:12:48.440 And then they said, look, now President Obama will work with you and maybe get you some goodies on your enemies.

00:12:56.640 But you got to understand, you got to play with us and we're kind of in charge here.

00:13:01.520 So what did Obama do with the IC and NSA and all this?

00:13:04.720 He doubled and tripled down on all of it.

00:13:07.540 So that meant they had the goods.

00:13:10.280 They have whatever dirt.

00:13:11.460 I don't know what dirt they had on Obama, but I bet they had some good juicy dirt on him.

00:13:15.460 And then Trump comes along.

00:13:17.820 Now, Trump is a public figure.

00:13:19.940 He's lived in a glass house his entire life.

00:13:22.840 So all the foibles he's had in his life, and he's been with a couple different ladies here and there, and was known as a bit of a playboy, and everyone's known that.

00:13:35.040 So here he comes in.

00:13:36.180 Everyone's known that, and his loyalists basically say, we forgive you, Mr. Trump, because we know you're going to be in it for us.

00:13:43.720 and then and they can't get they can't so they can't blackmail him they can't bribe him because

00:13:49.340 he's got his own billion plus bucks so he cannot be controlled and they detest the fact that

00:13:56.760 president trump cannot be controlled so they had to do everything they could the deep state did

00:14:01.880 everything they could to submarine our president everything and and of course the history proves

00:14:06.640 it out yeah well i i i mean i guess i could have a a little bit of speculation on uh on what they

00:14:14.980 had on obama um a man by the name of larry sinclair did an interview a few years back with

00:14:21.380 tucker carlson um who had came out in 2008 and made allegations that uh he himself had smoked

00:14:28.080 i think crack with barack obama and and had some sort of sexual relationship with him so i don't

00:14:34.080 know if this is uh you know part of the uh the allegations or you know dirt they had on obama but

00:14:40.180 this is a man who came out and said so you know and i think he's actually since passed away i'm

00:14:44.840 not entirely sure but i think he's he's passed away so it just boggles my mind russ that all

00:14:51.120 the stuff they've gotten on everybody i mean the bush family you forget about it you you've got a

00:14:55.860 rap sheet of uh the scumbaggery that family has done over the course of you know 40 years uh the

00:15:02.360 obama regime i think is highly questionable uh clinton he's got a rap sheet bigger than anybody

00:15:08.020 that guy's the biggest um criminal out there him and his family um so you know you go down the list

00:15:14.140 of these people there's actually dirt on then you come up on the orange man and it turns out 0.98

00:15:18.580 i mean the guy's as clean as a freaking whistle so it must drive them nuts let's turn russ to 0.89

00:15:24.820 uh tulsi gabbard who they're allegedly saying is on the chopping block but the white house is 0.98

00:15:31.420 denying that. There were some people who were floating that they would like Pam Bondi to take 0.91

00:15:35.300 over. Tulsi Gabbard's job, which absolutely

00:15:39.380 made me cringe. But the scariest part about it all is that, should Tulsi leave,

00:15:43.800 someone like John Ratcliffe would have a say in Tulsi's

00:15:47.000 replacement. They've gone for Tulsi, Russ, from

00:15:51.240 day one, which only makes me believe that she's one of the good people.

00:15:55.360 Your thoughts? I'm right there with you. The flack that she's 0.92

00:15:59.380 taking leads me to believe and i was skeptical about her at first because she's a bit of a neophyte

00:16:05.820 in the intel world but uh and and you know the one thing we discussed about her you know being

00:16:10.740 fed the wrong stuff and and saying that iraq wasn't i mean iran wasn't a threat but uh i think

00:16:16.460 she's learning very quickly where where those daggers are coming from and the fact that they're

00:16:21.520 still after her throat makes me believe that that that she's the she's the gal we need to have in 0.94

00:16:27.480 there and that i can't believe that president trump is is wants to dump her because she she's 0.98

00:16:34.100 she's trying to root this out and i certainly hope she's uh she's looking into what i've said

00:16:39.260 about the you know nsa being the the all in all for getting all the comms yeah so excuse me russ

00:16:46.800 i'm dying i think allergy season has come really here in new york it's got me bad so for anyone

00:16:52.780 who's suffered i've never suffered them until like the last three or four years i do the

00:16:56.280 I'm dying out here, so forgive me, folks.

00:16:59.920 I'm not sick.

00:17:01.200 It's just the allergies that has got me.

00:17:04.460 So Pam Bond, it's taken now over a year to get her out. 1.00

00:17:09.040 Do you think now that Pam is gone will finally, maybe, possibly get some sort of justice?

00:17:16.240 Now, Bongino ran from the FBI, quit, ducked his tail between his legs,

00:17:20.680 and then decided to go back to private life to be a gangster that he is.

00:17:24.100 I don't know if you know this, but Bongino's a tough guy.

00:17:27.960 You know, talks a lot of smack on Twitter and threatens a lot of people.

00:17:31.220 I think one day he's going to be sorry he's going to threaten the wrong person.

00:17:35.180 But he ran, ducked his tail.

00:17:37.680 I've said from the beginning, I believe that Cash, I think,

00:17:41.340 wants to do the right thing, but has been held back by Pam Bondi.

00:17:46.700 And from everything it looks like right now,

00:17:50.260 that could be the issue now Todd Blanche who's right behind her I think is just as bad as her 0.94

00:17:57.820 so it's going to take President Trump to bring someone else different and some names that have

00:18:02.400 been floated Lee Zeldin Ron DeSantis I you know I didn't like the guy when he ran for President

00:18:07.060 Trump but I think if you put Ron DeSantis in there it wouldn't be the worst thing in the world

00:18:11.520 your thoughts on Pam being gone I don't know what though she was just lazy or she just 0.99

00:18:19.880 like the spotlight is too busy you know doing interviews or or whether maybe uh maybe the ic

00:18:26.160 has dirt on her because you know they they go after everything go after the supreme court they 1.00

00:18:31.300 go after all the key players in congress they go after all the admirals and generals at the three

00:18:36.040 rang three star and above they go after the high muckety mucks in finance and they go after a whole

00:18:42.700 lot of a lot of you know movers and shakers so it's not just the you know select the you know

00:18:48.980 group that the the nsa and ultimately has dirt on and then whenever the fbi says hey we want dirt on

00:18:55.840 this person and then they get a fisa you know the the junkyard jackal jack smith you know so they

00:19:02.760 said okay you get the fisa you get the metadata and we'll feed you all the word for word under

00:19:08.140 the table uh not to be and to like i said to this day how come no one in congress has brought this

00:19:14.440 up to any of the questions you know which are do you have you ever gotten word for word from any

00:19:20.500 other government agency or any any private sector anything on uh on any of these individuals or

00:19:26.660 anyone else and and then ultimately where did it come from and if you lie to us we're going to throw

00:19:31.160 you up there we're going to put you up the river but you don't see that question how come you don't

00:19:35.120 see the clapper question anymore and you know what rush you bring up a really good point because

00:19:44.420 because we're on the heels now of FISA 702 getting ready to be restored.

00:19:50.420 And it boggles my mind every I think it's every two years that this comes back up for for renewal.

00:19:59.160 But, you know, the same people who have talked strong about they spied on President Trump, they did this, they did that.

00:20:06.480 every time it comes up for renewal last time i guess was 2024 uh which president trump called

00:20:15.760 for republicans to kill fisa the thing gets renewed every single time i have a feeling russ

00:20:21.980 this time around it might be a little bit different your thoughts i disagree i think 0.94

00:20:29.180 it's not different at all i and you know i i'd like to go talk to jim jordan or marcia blackburn

00:20:35.660 or some of the other key shakers that are involved.

00:20:43.180 But every time 702 comes up, it's like, oh, yeah, we must have 702,

00:20:48.340 which is nonsense.

00:20:50.040 We can get whatever we want with court orders to get someone who's spying

00:20:55.080 against the United States, someone who's committing espionage,

00:20:58.220 someone who's a terrorist who wants to blow something up in our country.

00:21:01.160 We can do all of that with warrants.

00:21:03.860 you know if they're and if it's overseas we can get it anyhow because guess what that's nsa's job

00:21:10.220 we spy overseas and we listen in word for word if we can get it for for all kinds of stuff so

00:21:17.280 it's just you know it comes back to me it's like you know tom cotton and then his ilk it's it's

00:21:25.980 i think that the they are all being blackmailed um that's what i believe that um

00:21:32.060 i mean there's a few good ones in there but but they're they're they're you know maybe both hands

00:21:38.800 i could i could read them often but that's it in my opinion i think i think they're just gonna just

00:21:43.600 try quietly just push it through and hope nobody notices push it through on like a like a night

00:21:49.280 like to this before like a big holiday or something and then you know and then that's

00:21:54.540 that's the way they operate the reason i say i think be different i say be different this time

00:21:59.640 is because you've got people like anna paulina luna congresswoman from florida who have been 0.96

00:22:05.900 becoming very very vocal eli crane of arizona very very vocal on certain situations and certain

00:22:13.620 big issues this has been one of them so i i mean she's been banging the drum uh so i i think you're

00:22:20.960 you're not going to get um as many people to roll over on their back this time and you know even if

00:22:26.200 does pass, which you're right, it probably will with flying colors, you will

00:22:30.180 have a Napoleon Luna, Eli Crane, Andy Biggs

00:22:34.260 exposing and continuing to reveal these

00:22:38.280 Republicans who continue to vote for these special

00:22:42.340 spy powers for the deep state. That's what I meant

00:22:45.780 and I believe it being different this time around, Russ. Well, maybe I need to

00:22:50.120 try to make an appointment with Representative Luna to go talk to her on Capitol Hill.

00:22:54.140 Maybe she'd talk to me, you know, face-to-face.

00:22:57.980 Or Biggs.

00:23:00.960 Is it Biggs or Diggs?

00:23:02.900 Diggs from Arizona.

00:23:05.480 Governor.

00:23:07.280 Well, that's unfortunate because then we lose him for –

00:23:10.880 Yeah, he's awesome, man.

00:23:13.000 He's really – he's such a solid dude, man.

00:23:15.500 He loved Lou.

00:23:16.980 I mean, loved – I spoke to him after Lou passed away,

00:23:19.780 And then his daughter, actually, his daughter, young, I think early 30s, Andy Biggs, his daughter just passed away from some complications.

00:23:27.520 Yeah. So, you know, I texted with him not long ago and, you know, let me know his daughter passed away and she's in heaven now at Lou.

00:23:34.040 So just a solid Congress doesn't deserve people like him. 0.98

00:23:39.200 They don't deserve people like Anna Polina Luna because the place is just accessible of just trash. 1.00

00:23:45.040 I mean, it really is a cesspool of total, total garbage. 0.99

00:23:49.160 And they continue to sell the American people down the river with no repercussions. 0.99

00:23:54.500 People continue to go out and vote for these people.

00:23:56.620 Nobody exposed it.

00:23:57.800 Now you'll get people to say, oh, well, what about Thomas Massey?

00:24:00.300 You know, he's the one who's exposing it.

00:24:02.220 Thomas Massey only cares about himself.

00:24:04.220 Marjorie Trader Greene, she only cared about herself.

00:24:07.320 She only came out and decided to start yapping at President Trump when he wouldn't endorse 0.96

00:24:11.960 her for a Georgia Senate seat. 1.00

00:24:13.240 Let's just get to the bottom of it and be honest about what it is, Russ.

00:24:16.900 Let's turn, Russ, to FBI warning Congress of a major cyber attack that involves China that could threaten our national security.

00:24:27.280 A computer security breach in the Bureau's Virginia offices first detected in February.

00:24:33.740 It's been reported to Congress as a major incident that could threaten national security.

00:24:37.920 And it appears, Russ, that Beijing is behind it.

00:24:41.000 last week we saw salacious hacks of cash patel's personal email address they said it was from

00:24:49.880 iran but i don't think the iranian regime is smart enough to to do something like that which

00:24:54.860 relates it all back to china well i'm not sure if you're old enough to remember john but back in

00:25:00.160 the 90s um there was a big major computer company that was writing code and uh and doing a lot of

00:25:06.800 work for the government and one of the systems they wrote that was being sent out to all the

00:25:12.080 commercial market um someone got a chance to look at the inside of the code and someone noticed

00:25:20.060 that whoever coded when someone writes code by the way you you put little notes in there that

00:25:25.660 this is for this this block of code is for to do this or whatever and normally before you release

00:25:30.440 the code you take all those annotations out well some of the annotations were left in and one of

00:25:36.780 said uh this is nsa's back door into the system yeah so you go oh well well that guy he was told

00:25:47.840 to do that and the company he worked for obviously let him do it told him to do it but no one was

00:25:53.200 supposed to know until they saw that annotation where they forgot to take that out of the code

00:25:58.520 register so um this has been happening for a long time now why do i bring that up it's because when

00:26:06.600 you create back doors into something that that normally means nsa has petitioned to have that

00:26:13.020 done so that nsa can get into the back door of the communications against uh originally against

00:26:19.340 our true enemies but now of course we you know against you and me and we're the enemy right the

00:26:25.960 domestic public um and then the deep state will come after anyone who's who goes against the deep

00:26:32.640 state that at the cess the dc cess swamp so so but when they do that and and they also open up

00:26:41.120 a fissures that other hackers say in china or you know you know some smart punk 13 year old in his

00:26:49.540 basement yeah can can break into so they create their own nightmares with some of the stuff that

00:26:56.480 i was dealing with where i told you they went after obama company not only did you know it

00:27:02.620 It was worse because they made sure there was no audit trail capability because they didn't want to get caught in the evenings when they're going in and they're spying on the politicians and they're spying on the top military and Congress and all these other law firms and all these other folks that they didn't want to get caught.

00:27:24.620 So they made sure there was no audit trail that someone could go in and see that someone in the evening at 930 at night was going and getting all this information.

00:27:33.740 But it's the same mentality.

00:27:35.860 When you create your own cracks and your own crevices and you don't shore them up, it's not just you that can weasel your way in.

00:27:46.600 It's a little mouse or a rat from somewhere else that can get in there.

00:27:50.020 and i think we we created our own little crack for a chinese mouse or rat to come weaseling in 0.99

00:27:57.900 and um and in this case you know it's here's another thing the fbi has more of these burn

00:28:04.080 bags and it's like a proliferation of secret burn bag rooms all over the fbi uh very interesting

00:28:10.480 um why are the burn bags that's like this is the thing that boggles my mind a little bit russ

00:28:18.020 you know these people did all this stuff and then they left all the stuff in burn bags they left the

00:28:22.000 evidence behind is it like sort of an f you and a middle finger to to like the us and saying oh

00:28:28.940 well you guys aren't gonna do anything about it anyway no i think it's someone who who maybe

00:28:33.660 wanted some leverage so to think about it if i if i'm like thinking you know i want to have some

00:28:39.860 leverage that i know some information that if if you want to fire me or do something you know i i

00:28:45.260 have a little secret cache somewhere that i can pull out that uses my own little my little insurance

00:28:50.420 policy so i think these are insurance policies that someone set up or there's someone who really

00:28:56.700 had an honest um hey let's let's not destroy all the evidence because i even if you remember when

00:29:03.940 this last time when president trump was elected i told you immediately i said all the all the burn

00:29:09.780 bags and all the all the data smashers and crunchers are working 24-7 now that be you know

00:29:17.180 from from november what five it was until the 20th of january uh to destroy as much as they

00:29:24.000 possibly could so that trump and his his cadre when they came and couldn't find out the dirt

00:29:29.060 that the the biden uh dirt bags have been doing in their puppet his puppet masters but apparently 0.66

00:29:34.700 someone decided to put a few of those items aside. And I think maybe insurance policies are maybe an

00:29:40.700 altruistic reason. As far as the FBI, I don't think that exists, you know, my opinion of the FBI.

00:29:47.140 But that's how I can explain it. But, you know, who knows? Maybe if we found out who these were,

00:29:52.860 these folks could tell us themselves. Yeah, I think it's certainly about time we find out. And

00:29:58.500 maybe with Pam Bondi gone at the DOJ, Cash Patel will be a little bit more free to do his job.

00:30:04.700 I guess time will tell Russ Tice,

00:30:07.620 former senior NSA Intel analyst and whistleblower.

00:30:09.980 It's always a delight to have you with us,
