00:06:59.280 intelligence community. The report reveals that the National School Board Association, the NSBA,

00:07:05.780 reached out to the Biden regime to create talking points to push back against critics of the tranny

00:07:10.680 policies and critical race theory. The NSBA labeled these parents, quote, domestic terrorists 0.76

00:09:38.100 this report, going out and doing some media. Here's what he had to say on the weaponization

00:09:43.680 of Merrick Garland, the weaponization of the Biden regime. Parents were either physically

00:09:50.720 stopped from talking, verbally stopped from talking and speaking up about what was happening

00:09:55.500 in their schools and with their kids, and even at times even arrested and prosecuted for standing

00:10:00.000 up and talking. And again, a lot of this has been reported, but what the DOJ did, what we did is we

00:10:05.100 looked inside to try to understand what went wrong. Like, well, how could this happen? How

00:10:09.840 can it be that an activist organization can go to the FBI and the Department of Justice and

00:10:16.080 encourage them to actually arrest parents and investigate, investigate parents who are speaking

00:10:21.700 up for their kids and, and then have the DOJ actually issue a memo. So, so the attorney general

00:10:26.720 issued a memo encouraging U.S. attorney's offices and law enforcement to investigate this type of,

00:10:32.320 of conduct. Okay. And the conduct were parents showing up at school board meetings and voicing

00:10:37.400 concerns about what was happening in their school district. It's, it's America. Thank, thank God

00:10:43.960 has already learned that this happened and rejected it

00:10:47.360 and said this can never happen again.

00:10:48.880 But what this memo, I hope that the American people read this memo

00:10:52.320 and again see how this happened, but then most importantly

00:10:55.960 how we're going to make sure it never happens again.

00:10:59.200 One of the interesting things, it came out a half hour before we're sitting down here,

00:11:05.400 but one of the things I did notice is that as this Garland memo was being released,

00:11:10.940 there was some kind of internal dissent actually happening in DOJ.

00:11:16.620 And there should have been internal dissent.

00:11:18.160 And so there were a handful of lawyers who raised their hand and said,

00:11:22.820 I'm not sure we should be doing this.

00:11:24.200 I'm not sure we should be encouraging our federal prosecutors around the country

00:11:28.200 to be investigating school board meetings when there's no evidence of federal crimes.

00:11:33.280 And we did see that happen.

00:11:35.500 Unfortunately, their views didn't carry the day, and the memo was still issued.

00:11:39.600 But we wanted to make sure that the American people understood that the work and the research that we did included understanding internally at DOJ what happened and why the memo was issued.

00:11:50.040 And we did find that there were lawyers within the department that said that this wasn't, this shouldn't be something that the Department of Justice is focused on.

00:14:53.120 p.m. Eastern time on March 21st, and Wiles returned the call for a minute and 34 seconds

00:14:57.600 later on that day at 2.59 p.m. This is the only context that we observed between the two times
