00:02:10.540 Gates sparked lasting controversy with a March 18 online question and answer session where he said,

00:02:24.260 tested recently, or when we have a vaccine, who has received it, end quote. His remarks there quickly
00:02:32.600 drew scrutiny, including from Attorney General Barr. When Barr was asked about Gates's digital
00:02:38.800 certificate proposal, Barr said he was very concerned about the slippery slope in terms of continuing

00:03:34.140 I've never been involved in any sort of microchip type thing, end quote. However, Gates actually has
00:03:44.280 been substantially involved in a majorly invasive microchip program. In fact, he directly commissioned
00:03:51.280 such a program from a company called Microchips Biotech that specializes in implantable microchips.
00:03:58.500 Contrary to his June statement, Bill Gates personally ordered a contraceptive microchip program in 2012,
00:04:07.340 led by a company called Microchips Biotech.
00:04:11.060 The grants for the project are readily accessible on the Gates Foundation website, as you'll see here.

00:04:21.500 has been working on implantable drug delivery chips since 1999. It was founded by MIT scientists

00:04:44.600 Gates' contraception project came about following a meeting between Gates and MIT professor Robert Langer,

00:04:58.960 Langer is a frequent Gates collaborator who also oversaw a controversial quantum dot vaccine record.

00:06:44.300 In fact, on June 15, which was 10 days after Gates totally denied any microchip connections,
00:06:53.320 Daray Bioscience announced another $1.5 million Gates Foundation grant.
00:06:59.940 So, not only does the microchip program have links to Gates,
00:07:04.500 it also has ties to coronavirus vaccines.
00:07:08.040 Because besides starting microchips, Robert Langer co-founded Moderna.
00:07:14.900 It's a major COVID vaccine maker.
00:07:17.540 It's the big one that even the U.S. government pre-ordered 100 million doses from in August.
00:07:24.180 Langer currently sits on Moderna's board of directors and its scientific advisory board.
00:07:29.100 Bill Gates also has funded Moderna, dispersing $20 million to date with the possibility of a future $80 million.
00:07:39.200 Now, while this doesn't verify theories that Gates will put microchips into coronavirus vaccines,

00:07:48.120 there is no connection between these vaccines and any tracking type thing at all, end quote,
