00:01:17.940 So, Steve Mosher, to me, you are a hero for having delved into this.
00:01:26.580 I mean, long time ago, you did the whole one-child policy in China, exposing that for what it is because of the many Chinese languages that you know.
00:01:36.420 You have an access like none other, and you were given that special access back in the day by the President of the United States in conjunction with the Chinese President at the time.

00:01:50.220 But you've now written a new book about, yes, it's the very politically incorrect guide to pandemics.
00:01:58.020 Tell us, what's the thesis of that?
00:02:01.300 Well, the thesis of the book is, at one level, it's that China is the great breeding ground of pandemics.
00:02:09.460 And what I mean by that is the Chinese Communist Party, after taking power in 1949, has consistently, time after time after time, covered up epidemics within its own borders until they spread and became pandemics around the world.
00:02:26.120 People listening may think, wait a minute, they've only done that with the coronavirus over the last two years.
00:02:30.820 No, they did it in 1958 with the Asian flu.
00:02:35.900 It didn't come from some anonymous country in Asia.
00:02:38.640 It came from the southwest province of Guizhou.
00:02:41.840 It was a true zoonosis.
00:02:44.100 That is, it passed from an animal to human beings, created an epidemic in China, which then spread because China hid it from the world health authorities.
00:02:53.900 They hid the fact from the world that there was a dangerous epidemic spreading in China until it became a pandemic.
00:03:01.900 And only years later did we trace it back to China.
00:03:05.700 That was the first pandemic spread by the Chinese Communist Party, which runs a great breeding ground for pandemics.
00:03:12.460 Second came in 1967-68 with the so-called Hong Kong flu.
00:03:17.800 Now, the Hong Kong flu didn't come from Hong Kong.
00:03:19.880 The people in Hong Kong were actually incensed to find that their name had been attached to this epidemic because they knew quite well that an epidemic was raging across the border in mainland China.
00:03:31.040 Tens of thousands of people were dying.
00:03:33.660 And what did the Communist Party do?
00:03:36.100 They covered up the epidemic once again.
00:03:38.660 They didn't alert the world's population.
00:03:41.220 They didn't tell the World Health Organization that there was a dangerous epidemic brewing in China until it became a pandemic, killing a million people.
00:03:50.080 Today, that would be the equivalent of three million deaths.
00:03:53.480 And then in 2002-2003, same thing happened.
00:03:57.080 A snake seller in the southern Chinese province of Guangdong, where they actually buy and sell snakes and eat them, became ill with a snake coronavirus.
00:04:07.800 Not a bat coronavirus, a snake coronavirus.
00:04:10.440 He died fairly quickly, but not before infecting many, many others.
00:04:14.420 Thousands of people were dying in China.
00:04:17.220 Did China tell the world?
00:04:18.540 Did the Communist Party tell the world, the World Health Organization, that it had a dangerous epidemic, a dangerous new virus, snake coronavirus on the loose?

00:04:29.680 They hid it.
00:04:30.520 They silenced whistleblowers.
00:04:31.980 They doctored the data.
00:04:33.500 It was only because the Canadians, John Henry, the Canadian Intelligence Service, picked up wire transmissions that showed that there was a new epidemic in South China that was killing thousands and thousands of people.
00:04:47.920 That we began to put pressure six months after the breakout on the Chinese government to come clean.
00:04:54.040 They finally admitted, yes, we have a new epidemic in China.
00:04:57.900 By then, it had begun to spread around the world, by the way.
00:05:00.940 But what did they say then?
00:05:02.740 In 2003, they said, yes, a foreign agent released a bioweapon on China.
00:05:07.780 That's where it came from.
00:05:09.640 Does that sound familiar?
00:05:10.720 Because that's exactly the playbook that they followed in 2019, when the epidemic began in Wuhan.
00:05:18.200 And we can talk about how that happened.
00:05:20.380 China doctored the data.
00:05:22.400 They said no human-to-human transmission.
00:05:24.620 There's nothing to worry about.
00:05:26.060 They lied to the World Health Organization.
00:05:28.220 First, they covered it up.
00:05:29.080 Then they got Dr. Tedros Cabrissus, the head of the World Health Organization, to go to Beijing, where he promptly parroted everything that the Chinese Communist Party was saying about the virus.
00:05:40.180 It's not very deadly.
00:05:41.200 No human-to-human transmission.
00:05:43.420 All of the rest.
00:05:44.460 And then, of course, later, when it turned out that all of those things were false, they turned around and blamed the United States for releasing a bioweapon in China, just as they had done in 2003.
00:06:00.520 So one way to look at the politically incorrect guide to pandemics, which is a history of pandemics going back to the plague of Athens 200 years before the birth of Christ and the Antonine plague and the bubonic plague of the Middle Ages and so forth, the Spanish flu, is to see China as the great breeding ground of pandemics.
00:06:19.860 We should have been ready for this.
00:06:22.040 We should have remembered what happened in 58 and 68 and 2003.
00:06:27.140 These are serial liars about a lot of things, not least about epidemics.
00:06:33.100 The only thing different about what happened in 2020 with the coronavirus that we've all lived through for the last two years is that was genetically engineered in the lab, and it was deliberately released around the world.

00:06:49.780 Okay, so one of the first questions that crops up with all of this is, what's their endgame, and has their endgame changed?
00:06:58.800 So when this was going on in the 50s and 60s and then in the 2000s, was it a different agenda than what's going on here?
00:07:07.000 It seems like maybe it was about saving face, but when you're releasing it yourself purposefully, you're creating it and releasing it, that sounds like another agenda altogether.
00:07:17.900 What do you make of that?
00:07:19.400 Well, it does, and my point in bringing up the pattern here is to say we should always be very, very wary of things coming from China.
00:07:30.820 Just as Taiwan was at the outbreak of the coronavirus pandemic, they were the first ones to shut down flights from China to the island of Taiwan.
00:07:39.340 Why? Because the island of Taiwan knows that nothing good comes from across the Taiwan Straits and China.
00:07:46.480 And so when they had news of an epidemic brewing in Wuhan, they began to test arriving passengers for 36 different viruses.
00:07:55.560 And when the test came back negative, they said, the Taiwan CDC said, this must be something new.
00:08:02.320 And they shut down flights immediately.
00:08:05.200 Trump shut down flights three days later on January 29th of 2020.
00:08:09.620 And you remember what the Chinese Communist Party said, which was the same thing that President Biden said, that it was racist and xenophobic and barbaric to shut down flights from China to the rest of the world.
00:08:22.260 Fauci, of course, was interested in covering up his connection to the creation of the coronavirus and the Wuhan Institute of Virology.
00:08:31.540 We can talk about that in a minute.
00:08:33.200 China was interested in spreading the virus around the world, and it didn't want a shutdown in flights from the United States, China to the United States to interfere with that prospect.
00:08:45.740 You know, people ask me, was it, did it leak from the lab or was it deliberately released?
00:08:51.980 And the answer is both.
00:08:54.540 The answer is that it did leak from the lab during vaccine trials.
00:08:59.180 They had the virus already genetically engineered to be more infectious, and they were working on a vaccine in 2019.
00:09:07.660 And during vaccine trials, and remember, in China, they don't use the mRNA vaccines.
00:09:14.500 They rejected the mRNA vaccines, and they used an attenuated vaccine, which is just a weakened form of the virus, so weak that it is not supposed to actually allow you to become ill with the disease caused by the original virus.
00:09:30.020 But I believe that during vaccine trials in the fall of 2019, the virus actually escaped into the population at large.
00:09:39.200 So there's your escape, not really a lab leak, but an escape during vaccine trials.
00:09:43.820 And then the Chinese Communist Party did what it always does.
00:09:48.240 It allowed the virus, the pandemic, to spread throughout the world.
00:09:53.460 Remember, they stopped flights from Wuhan, the epicenter of the epidemic in China.
00:09:59.880 They stopped flights from Wuhan to Beijing and Shanghai and Guangzhou and other Chinese cities.
00:10:05.680 But they allowed flights to go to Milan and New York City and Madrid, Spain, all early hotspots of the coronavirus pandemic.
00:10:16.380 So both and, it was from the lab, it leaked from the lab, got out of the lab during vaccine trials, but then it was deliberately spread around the world.
00:10:25.600 That's how it happened.
00:10:27.580 That's the story I tell in the pandemic's book.
00:10:31.200 And if I recall correctly, it was right at the time of the Chinese New Year's, so you had massive visiting outside of China.
00:10:39.480 Absolutely.
00:10:40.260 I mean, this is the largest human migration on the planet.
00:10:43.340 200 million Chinese travel within China back to their native places, but millions upon millions go overseas.
00:10:52.980 And, of course, they were being used by the Chinese Communist Party as innocent human disease vectors to carry the disease to places like Milan and Madrid and New York City and Los Angeles.
00:11:06.120 And I'm not blaming the Chinese people.
00:11:08.320 They're the first and foremost victims of the Chinese Communist Party in this instance, as in every instance.
00:11:14.800 But you can see the party's behavior because they were doing the same thing in 2020 that they did in 2003 and 1968 and 1958, allowing it to become a pandemic and killing millions and millions of people.
00:11:28.720 Now, one of the things you've talked about before, and you've talked about in the book as well, is about the goal of China with regard to the spreading of the virus.
00:11:42.320 And lay that out first, if you will.
00:11:44.340 Well, you know, I have to mention Dr. Anthony Fauci here, because he enabled the Chinese PLA, bioweapons experts, to really make a generational advance in their ability.
00:11:59.740 And just before we continue, PLA is People's Liberation Army, right?
00:12:03.360 The People's Liberation Army has a bioweapons program.
00:12:07.000 It's had a bioweapons program since the 1950s.
00:12:10.460 So this is a program to create biological weapons that kill people.
00:12:16.220 And it's decades, decades and decades of research.
00:12:20.560 But in the early years of this century, Dr. Anthony Fauci allowed gain-of-function research,
00:12:28.480 the ability to genetically engineer viruses to make them more infectious and deadly,
00:12:34.000 taught Chinese scientists how to do that, and actually helped to fund their efforts in the Wuhan lab and other places.
00:12:43.740 Now, I have to believe that Dr. Anthony Fauci may have been motivated by a noble desire to expand the frontiers of human knowledge.
00:12:56.020 Let's leave it at that for now.
00:12:57.600 I mean, who knows what's going on in his mind.
00:12:59.920 But the Chinese People's Liberation Army bioweapons expert couldn't believe their luck.
00:13:07.620 Here you had the leading American virologist, the expert in gain-of-function research to make viruses more infectious and deadly,
00:13:16.320 teaching them how to do exactly that and actually helping to pay for the research.
00:13:21.920 And they weren't interested in advancing the frontiers of human knowledge.
00:13:25.560 They didn't have noble purposes in mind.
00:13:27.620 They were interested in creating a bioweapon, and we gave them the ability to do just that.
00:13:33.800 The coronavirus is a bioweapon.
00:13:36.520 It's what we call an unrestricted bioweapon.
00:13:40.080 It has fairly low lethality, but it is highly infectious, and it has plausible deniability.
00:13:47.780 So you can release it in the world.
00:13:50.500 It caused, of course, the coronavirus caused millions of deaths and tens of trillions of dollars in economic damage.
00:13:56.880 But you can stand back and say, oh, we had nothing to do with it.
00:14:00.500 And then when you're finally accused of having cooked it up in your own lab in the Wuhan Institute of Virology,
00:14:07.780 you then turn around and say what you said in 2003, that it was a U.S. bioweapon that was released in China during the World Military Games from October 17th to the 24th of 2019.
00:14:21.340 And it's the evil United States that's responsible.
00:14:25.000 The same playbook over and over again.
00:14:27.600 Once again, we should have seen this coming.
00:14:30.420 What did China gain from this?
00:14:32.700 Well, it gained, I think, a step or two on the free world.
00:14:38.060 It improved its standing in the world and weakened its principal competitor, the United States of America.
00:14:46.640 It weakened us by closing down millions of businesses, never to reopen.
00:14:51.040 It weakened us by sending us into a recession.
00:14:53.860 It weakened us by ensuring that a friend of China, former Vice President Joe Biden, was against all odds elected President of the United States.
00:15:07.960 So I think for them, they see it as a win, win, win.
00:15:13.120 You cripple your principal economic competitor economically.
00:15:16.920 You cause a million deaths.
00:15:18.740 And of course, you get someone who's compromised by Chinese money into the White House.
00:15:26.120 It worked out very well for them.
00:15:28.320 And because it worked out so well for them, and because no one is calling them to account,
00:15:33.680 I fear that lurking in a lab somewhere, in a test tube somewhere, perhaps in the Wuhan Institute of Virology itself,
00:15:42.640 is another virus, another coronavirus or another virus of another kind,
00:15:46.920 that they're going to release at the appropriate time, perhaps, you know, in the year before the 2024 elections.
00:15:53.640 We must be ready.
00:15:56.040 The only person, John Henry, who wants to call China to account,
00:16:01.860 we had President Trump down in Tampa, Florida a few days ago,
00:16:07.100 and among the things he listed as needing to be done was setting up a commission
00:16:11.240 to hold China accountable for releasing the China virus on the world.
00:16:17.220 He's saying it, but where's the rest of his party?
00:16:20.240 Where's the, you'll never hear that from the Bidens.
00:16:23.060 Yeah, yeah.
00:16:27.200 So there is another half to this story, though,
00:16:30.100 because even though all of that happened, China has its agenda.
00:16:35.560 They were aided and abetted not only by Fauci.
00:16:39.540 Yeah, Fauci had his own agenda, perhaps an economic one for his own benefit or whatever,
00:16:44.480 but he had that agenda.
00:16:46.600 He did carry it out.
00:16:48.140 But there was all sorts of moves by the World Economic Forum,
00:16:53.220 by our own governments to shut down the world, despite all the evidence.
00:16:59.200 Take us through that, if you will, and then also their agenda.
00:17:02.740 How is that playing in?
00:17:05.060 Yeah.
00:17:06.760 Our reaction to the coronavirus caused as much damage as the coronavirus itself.
00:17:15.280 And in part, that was, I say that was a very successful psychological operation run by the Chinese Communist Party.
00:17:26.180 So let's go back to January of 2020 and run through that very quickly.
00:17:31.460 In the initial stages, of course, the Chinese Communist Party was saying that it's not very infectious.
00:17:39.040 There's no human to human transmission.
00:17:42.160 You know, it's not something that the world needs to worry about.
00:17:45.760 They were saying that, downplaying that, because they wanted to create a pandemic.
00:17:50.220 And they couldn't do that if the world was alerted to how dangerous it actually was.
00:17:56.020 Once the pandemic was well underway, what happened?
00:17:59.320 Well, then we began to see videos out of China showing people dropping dead in the streets of Wuhan, just toppling over.
00:18:07.480 We saw pictures of trucks being loaded with body bags.
00:18:10.620 We saw fields of people in body bags, some of which were, some of whom were still not so dead that they couldn't smoke a cigarette.
00:18:20.060 There were one or two videos where it was clear that they were just staged.
00:18:24.380 And then China locked down.
00:18:26.320 We all know about the Wuhan lockdowns.
00:18:28.320 12 million people under lock and key locked in their own apartments, not allowed out on the street.
00:18:33.540 We all know about 60 million people in the province, surrounding province of Hubei.
00:18:37.880 A couple hundred million people by the end of the day were locked down in China.
00:18:42.060 And then what did China say to the world?
00:18:44.420 China said to the world by early April, they said, our lockdowns have been a phenomenal success.
00:18:50.660 We have reduced the infection rate down to very low levels.
00:18:54.740 We've reduced the death rate down to very low levels.
00:18:57.580 Look, you can see now, Chinese communist propaganda organs were saying,
00:19:02.260 more people are dying in New York City than are dying in all of China.
00:19:06.480 That was propaganda, of course.
00:19:09.000 It wasn't true.
00:19:10.360 And probably more deaths in China than any other country in the world.
00:19:13.580 I don't doubt that to be the case.
00:19:15.920 But they were blaming the so-called loose political system in the United States for failing to control the epidemic,
00:19:24.340 the way the Communist Party had with its one-party dictatorship controlled, supposedly the pandemic.
00:19:30.260 And what happened to Dr. Anthony Fauci and Dr. Deborah Birx?
00:19:34.960 They watched wide-eyed.
00:19:37.340 They swallowed this hook, line, and sinker.
00:19:40.020 They went together to President Trump and they said, China has the answer to the pandemic.
00:19:47.500 We must lock down.
00:19:48.900 And later, of course, President Trump, in explaining his actions, said, two very smart people came to me and told me that we had no choice but to lock down.
00:19:58.080 Otherwise, millions of people would die.
00:20:00.140 And he did agree to a two-week lockdown.
00:20:03.220 But they immediately set about, we now know from Dr. Deborah Birx's own autobiography,
00:20:08.780 they immediately set about trying to extend it from two weeks to two months to indefinitely to eliminate the virus altogether.
00:20:16.660 They were pursuing the fantasy of COVID zero.
00:20:20.640 You can never completely eliminate a highly infectious airborne respiratory disease,
00:20:25.380 but that's exactly what Birx and Fauci set out to do.
00:20:28.840 Mimicking China.
00:20:30.580 So I say PSYOP.
00:20:32.280 They tricked Fauci and Birx, who have no background in, don't understand how communism works,
00:20:39.580 don't understand how the Chinese Communist Party works,
00:20:42.360 don't understand, probably to this day, how they were misled and deceived by the Chinese Communist Party
00:20:49.840 to inflict pain on the American people and on the American economy.
00:20:55.220 Amazing.

00:20:57.460 So where does the whole push from the World Economic Forum fit in?
00:21:03.480 Because this is a, they seem to latch on to this, to encourage this,
00:21:09.160 but also to encourage this as a never-ending thing, as a perpetual change to get basically to run their agenda.
00:21:18.640 Where does that fit in?
00:21:20.480 Well, John Henry, I think there are a lot of interlocking agendas here.
00:21:24.440 And I think the World Economic Forum and the Democrat Party and the CDC and Fauci were all trying to advance their own agenda throughout this.
00:21:38.380 The World Economic Forum saw lockdowns as a wonderful mechanism of control to try to move us towards the new world
00:21:46.280 in which we would own nothing and be happy.
00:21:48.540 They thought that it would help to train us to be obedient servants of the state
00:21:55.580 if they locked us down in our homes for a few weeks or a few months.
00:21:59.760 We would, they could turn us into sheep who would dumbly follow their orders from then on.
00:22:05.540 I think you certainly see that behavior on the part of the governors of red states,
00:22:11.920 like Governor Cuomo in New York and the governor of New Jersey and governors up in Michigan and California, Governor Newsom.
00:22:20.700 They were eager to lock down.
00:22:22.240 They were eager to declare a pandemic and use their emergency powers to lock down churches,
00:22:29.460 to shutter small businesses.
00:22:30.900 And if you look at the pattern of the lockdowns, it's clear that they were targeting these very astute political animals,
00:22:40.320 Governor Newsom and Governor Cuomo, were targeting their political opposition,
00:22:45.540 targeting the economic base of their political opposition, small business, working people,
00:22:51.080 and of course, people of faith.
00:22:54.020 Absolutely.
00:22:54.500 And one of the things that comes out clearly, if you, if you look at the history of pandemics,
00:22:59.040 and again, this is from the book, you know, the Politically Incorrect Guide to Pandemics,
00:23:03.380 you see that during every pandemic, it was Christians who took the lead in caring for the sick.
00:23:09.480 It was Christians who understood natural immunity.
00:23:13.040 And once they got over the plague, or once they got over a smallpox,
00:23:16.640 they understood they were immune.
00:23:17.940 And they stayed like Catherine of Siena, right?
00:23:21.300 When the city fathers of Siena fled before the Black Death in the Middle Ages,
00:23:26.760 St. Catherine of Siena, what did she do?
00:23:28.640 She stayed, she opened up hospitals.
00:23:30.580 And that's what Christians did down through the ages, until this pandemic,
00:23:35.380 when they were locked out of their churches, sometimes by their own pastors,
00:23:38.700 when they were forbidden to gather and even pray for the sick.
00:23:41.440 So, different agendas, different agendas, the Democrat Party, of course,
00:23:48.900 targeted its political opposition.
00:23:52.200 And you see that most clearly when during the riots, the BLM riots in the summer of 2020,
00:23:59.420 all of a sudden, Dr. Fauci, who had been warning people to stay in their own bedrooms
00:24:04.500 and not have any sort of interaction with their children for fear of spreading COVID,
00:24:10.040 said not a word for weeks on end as tens of thousands of people gathered in the streets of
00:24:15.300 cities like Minneapolis, Minnesota, in BLM protests.
00:24:19.720 So, clearly, he was a political operative wearing a white lab coat.
00:24:25.120 The World Economic Forum, of course, saw lockdowns as a means of moving towards total control.
00:24:32.640 And they were absolutely furious with Sweden.
00:24:36.900 Because what did Sweden do?
00:24:39.300 Sweden did nothing.
00:24:41.020 Sweden treated it like the seasonal flu.
00:24:44.760 They protected the vulnerable, the people in the rest homes.
00:24:48.220 But they didn't close down their schools.
00:24:49.980 They didn't do social distancing.
00:24:51.400 They didn't do the masking.
00:24:52.700 They allowed businesses to stay open.
00:24:55.300 And the European Union, the World Health Organization,
00:24:59.000 was predicting virtually that every last Swede was going to die
00:25:03.020 because of their reckless response to the pandemic.
00:25:05.880 And guess what?
00:25:06.900 Sweden had better outcomes than almost every other European country.
00:25:11.460 And the children did not get penalized by being locked out of their schools
00:25:16.140 for a year or two in Sweden.
00:25:17.920 They were locked out in neighboring Finland for a year or two,
00:25:21.140 suffered a loss of learning.
00:25:22.660 But guess what?
00:25:23.340 The Swedish kids had no higher rates of infection.
00:25:26.980 They had no higher rates of death.
00:25:29.280 Kids generally don't get very sick from COVID, right?
00:25:33.440 They're more likely to die of the seasonal flu than they are from the coronavirus.
00:25:39.020 And get this.
00:25:39.980 Teachers in Sweden did not get sick or die at higher rates than in countries where they were locked down.
00:25:45.920 So Sweden went against the tide and proved that the school closures,
00:25:51.700 which I think was one of Fauci's biggest errors, were absolute nonsense.
00:25:55.860 They caused much more damage to kids in terms of learning,
00:25:59.220 in terms of psychological mental health,
00:26:01.460 than they did nothing in terms of public health.
00:26:04.880 So why did Sweden go its own way?
00:26:08.560 Well, it didn't really go its own way.
00:26:10.200 The head of the Swedish Health Department
00:26:11.760 simply followed the plan that had been drawn up 10 years before
00:26:15.180 in dealing with a highly infectious respiratory disease.
00:26:18.560 It was all there in black and white by the World Health Organization,
00:26:21.420 how they were supposed to behave, protect the vulnerable,
00:26:24.580 protect the immune compromised.
00:26:26.180 He had written an article about it himself.
00:26:28.300 And so when the real thing came, he followed the plan.
00:26:31.540 Everybody else ran like lemmings over the cliff following China into lockdowns.
00:26:37.180 Amazing.
00:26:37.660 Speaking of that kind of willingness to do what harms your people,
00:26:44.960 even though you know it's harmful,
