It's been exciting and nerve-wracking, but it has been a battle.

In the days leading up to the protests, we have gotten a lot of incidents involving spiritual warfare,

discord within our families, just moments of despair, questioning our motives,

and just things where we kind of began to feel like it wasn't always a good idea to stand in front of Dodger Stadium and protest.

But rising above that was the biggest challenge for us because, you know, as Catholics, you know,

you want to believe that you're doing the right thing.

But when you're silent, it's just as bad as doing evil.

And so I realized that a lot of the things that I was experiencing, these doubts,

were actually largely because we were doing something very good.

So in the days leading up, we had to fight against those thoughts.

And, you know, even within our own leadership, we've had issues where, you know, things weren't working out.

It was really stressful on everybody, and a lot of people started to lose faith.
