The John-Henry Westen Show - Pope Francis and the Deep Church： A Warning from Canceled Priests!

00:00:00.260 Life is on the line, and we will be accountable.

00:00:03.800 Even Jesus says in Luke 22, verse 36,

00:00:06.940 if you don't have a sword, sell your cloak and buy one.

00:00:09.620 Let us each commit to join the resistance.

00:00:13.860 Our help is in the name of the Lord who made heaven and earth.

00:00:16.300 And God does not need numbers.

00:00:17.820 Never get discouraged by the numbers.

00:00:19.640 God needs faith.

00:00:27.080 Hey there, friends.

00:00:27.860 We're here in Chicago, Illinois.

00:00:30.280 Which many people call the belly of the beast.

00:00:32.440 And home of Rahm Emanuel.

00:00:34.900 Home of Cardinal Supic.

00:00:36.820 And it's a, sometimes you can think of it as a dark place, you might say.

00:00:41.500 But we're here for a very joyous event.

00:00:43.220 We're here for the Coalition for Cancelled Priests Conference.

00:00:46.500 Their second conference.

00:00:47.760 We hear the numbers are huge.

00:00:49.940 And the lineup of speakers is amazing.

00:00:52.740 So get this, in addition to Father Lovell, our host.

00:00:55.260 He's the head of the, one of the co-founders of the Coalition for Cancelled Priests.

00:00:58.980 Along with Craig Hawley, by the way.

00:01:00.320 Great layman.

00:01:01.600 Abby Johnson is here.

00:01:03.240 Father James Altman, of course, is here.

00:01:05.200 Jesse Romero.

00:01:06.020 Dr. Janet Smith.

00:01:06.940 Dr. Peter Krasniewski.

00:01:08.440 Doug Berry is here.

00:01:09.800 Michael Hitchborn.

00:01:10.800 Liz York.

00:01:11.420 Kennedy Hall.

00:01:12.060 David L. Gray.

00:01:13.120 Philip Gray.

00:01:13.660 Raymond D'Souza.

00:01:14.740 Father Scott Duvall.

00:01:15.820 Brian McCall from Catholic Family News.

00:01:19.160 And also, Anthony Abate.

00:01:21.560 Anthony Abate is a really fascinating guy.

00:01:24.660 He's new into the Catholic blogger scene.

00:01:28.100 And, boy, you're going to see, he is a very interesting fellow.

00:01:32.560 So, it is a place full of powerhouse speakers.

00:01:37.060 Beyond that, there are so many of the faithful coming because they support the Cancelled Priests. 0.99

00:01:43.260 Right in this diocese where the bishop, our Cardinal Slupich, is responsible for Cancelling.

00:01:48.600 Very good men from the priesthood.

00:01:50.560 So, it's a very unique thing that is going on here.

00:01:54.320 This is the faithful showing their support for.

00:01:58.760 The priests have been Cancelled.

00:02:00.020 Now, they've been Cancelled, like the Cancelled Culture, for doing the right thing, for doing good, for preaching the truth in season and out of season, despite what the hierarchy might be afraid of or unfaithful to.

00:02:13.600 And they're being Cancelled for it.

00:02:15.260 But, blessed are they when they are persecuted for Christ's name.

00:02:19.200 And that's what they are.

00:02:20.900 Join us for this episode of the John Henry Weston Show, where we're going to show you the highlights of the Coalition for Cancelled Priests Conference.

00:02:28.160 You can go on and stay tuned for this one.

00:02:30.800 My dear friends, LifeSite News is honoured to support these holy priests, these spiritual fathers of ours, who have been cast out of their parishes for standing for Christ's truth unwaveringly in a time of great confusion and peril in the Church.

00:02:47.100 In a time where it seems the warning of Our Lady of La Salette has come to fruition, that Rome will lose the faith,

00:02:53.800 We at LifeSite will stand with these heroic priests who are unwilling to remain silent while the faithful are led astray by false ideologies taught by compromised priests, bishops, cardinals, and even Pope Francis himself.

00:03:09.320 From the beginning, LifeSite stood with the Coalition of Cancelled Priests, giving a platform for Father James Altman, who made international shockwaves, first for his courage in preaching during the lockdowns, and then for his heroic denunciation of political programs of the left.

00:03:26.680 LifeSite's grassroots supporters rallied behind Father Altman and the entire Coalition of Cancelled Priests, and proudly do so to this day.

00:03:36.220 The faithful are called to support their pastors, and we will continue to do so even when our pastors are persecuted, even when those persecutions come from within the hierarchy.

00:03:47.080 These are our fathers in the faith. They are faithful to Christ and suffer, as he did, betrayals from among their own brethren.

00:03:54.540 Like Christ, they do not hate their enemies, but offer their own sufferings for the conversion of their enemies. 0.73

00:04:02.080 These priests offer the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass, the greatest work on earth with no comparison, and remain faithful to God and his Church, despite the suffering, ridicule, and shame that they have endured.

00:04:14.500 They endure this gladly as they see in it a participation in the suffering of the very man-God that they are called to represent on this earth.

00:04:24.760 LifeSite News is a proud sponsor of the Coalition of Cancelled Priests and its second annual meeting.

00:04:30.480 The priests in this room are priests whom you can trust, because they are priests who have refused to bow to the false idols of the LGBT agenda, globalist regime, and godless relativism, which plague much of our Church today. 0.73

00:04:47.700 Because LifeSite News is dedicated to speaking the truth on all matters of life, faith, family, and freedom,

00:04:52.940 we recognize that in supporting the Coalition, we also advance these values.

00:04:58.420 Advance the glory of God with us at LifeSite.

00:05:01.060 Support the work of the Coalition of Cancelled Priests.

00:05:04.160 Make a difference in the spiritual and temporal worlds.

00:05:07.900 Friends, we will not be outdone in generosity by God who is watching over his Church, despite the darkness that surrounds us.

00:05:14.940 So join with me and all of LifeSite News in defending the dignity of Christ's ministers.

00:05:19.940 For LifeSite News, this is John Henry Weston.

00:05:23.940 May God bless you.

00:05:29.420 Father Level, here we are, day one of the second annual conference, the Coalition of Cancelled Priests conference.

00:05:37.900 So what's your take so far and what's going on?

00:05:40.600 It's a complete and utter miracle, in my opinion, because two weeks ago, we thought that we were not going to be able to pull this off,

00:05:49.700 just having to deal with the unions, having to deal with the hotel.

00:05:55.160 We weren't at where we were at.

00:05:57.980 We weren't where we wanted to be with the ticket sales two weeks ago.

00:06:01.960 And then all of a sudden, we had this late surge, which happens with all conferences, and we know that.

00:06:08.260 But the turnout has been tremendous from across the country and really across the world.

00:06:12.480 We've had a priest from Scotland.

00:06:14.160 We've had people from Europe come over, Arizona, California.

00:06:17.640 It is just wonderful that we have so many people coming here.

00:06:21.100 And the talks have just been excellent.

00:06:22.660 I said this at one point, that there is no B-list of speakers at Archives.

00:06:29.820 Everyone has been amazing.

00:06:32.040 And can I just give a shout out to our mutual friend, Anthony Abbate, from Avoiding Babylon?

00:06:36.640 His first public speaking engagement, I mean, he had several rounds of applause, and the people stood up and applauded him.

00:06:45.020 Well done, Anthony, for that.

00:06:46.680 Well done.

00:06:47.780 It's an amazing thing.

00:06:50.260 We've been running around here.

00:06:51.620 You're bumping into some of the real heroes of the faith.

00:06:56.080 And little Liz Yore, I thought, seemed to bring down the house. 1.00

00:07:02.060 It was just great.

00:07:03.460 She gets teased a lot for being of short stature, you for being of very tall stature. 0.77

00:07:08.840 But it was amazing to see Jesse Romero just rocked the house.

00:07:13.080 And lots and lots here.

00:07:16.860 Tell us, there's still going to be people.

00:07:18.700 There's probably going to be a lot of people who still don't know anything about the Coalition of Canceled Priests.

00:07:24.080 What is a Coalition of Canceled Priests?

00:07:26.920 Why is there a Coalition of Canceled Priests?

00:07:29.080 Well, you know, to be honest with you, and not to put you on the spot, it's not the Coalition of Canceled Priests.

00:07:34.820 It's the Coalition for Canceled Priests.

00:07:37.440 And, you know, I addressed that today at the conference because the Coalition is the lady that helped the priest.

00:07:45.460 I always tell people we don't have a membership card for the priest.

00:07:48.600 It's about helping the priest and forming that coalition.

00:07:52.540 That's one of the reasons why we chose a house united as our theme, which both Joe Gallagher and Jesse Romero, I think, hit out of the park.

00:08:01.500 We have to unite and we have to mean it.

00:08:04.080 Okay.

00:08:04.420 We have to have conversations with people, even sometimes people that we don't necessarily get along with, because we should all be reaching for heaven.

00:08:12.320 We need to realize that is our true goal.

00:08:15.640 It's always our true home.

00:08:17.480 And so we wanted to give that sense of hope.

00:08:20.380 Last year, our conference was called Finding Hope in the Desert, which spawned my show, Hope in the Desert.

00:08:26.820 And so this year we wanted to go with the same theme of hope, but a house united.

00:08:32.740 We have to come together because, John Henry, you know, while we have an A-list of speakers, not all of them agree on everything.

00:08:38.960 And that's okay, because we're able to come together and say, yes, we're going to defend canceled priests that have done nothing wrong, that are standing up for orthodoxy, that are standing up for truth.

00:08:48.920 But at the same time, we're going to say we can put away our differences and unite.

00:08:55.860 So that's an important distinction you made just there.

00:08:59.260 There are all sorts of priests who are canceled for good reason.

00:09:02.860 They have their faculties removed or they are suspended or they're laicized even, Cardinal McCarrick, former Cardinal McCarrick.

00:09:13.020 But that's not at all who the canceled priests are.

00:09:17.080 Who are the canceled priests and how do they become a member of or a part of priests whom you support through the ministry that you co-founded with a layperson, Craig Hawley?

00:09:27.780 Okay, I'm going to say it here, and I've been saying it for a long time because we got the name from the canceled culture.

00:09:36.080 And if you think about it, nobody is ever justifiably canceled.

00:09:41.800 Okay, if a priest is removed because he did something wrong, that's not being canceled.

00:09:45.680 That's justice.

00:09:47.380 And so often that doesn't happen.

00:09:49.280 So often the priest is hidden or moved or covered for.

00:09:53.040 And what happens with the cancel culture is you take somebody who's saying something true and possibly just common sense.

00:10:03.160 You know, I mean, J.K. Rowling, not in any way conservative.

00:10:07.220 Okay, still cancel culture is attacking her for simply saying that a man is a man and a woman is a woman. 1.00

00:10:14.160 And so what we have to realize is that that's what it's about because we thought about when we started this.

00:10:20.400 And we, two years ago in Lombard, Illinois, we came together very quickly to raise money for a priest that was being canceled.

00:10:29.460 And we were thinking, what's a great name that we can come up with?

00:10:32.660 And we thought about sidelined priests.

00:10:35.100 We thought about Orthodox priests.

00:10:37.400 But we thought, you know, sidelined, yeah, priests that have done something wrong should be sidelined.

00:10:42.080 Okay, then when we say Orthodox priests, people might confuse that with Greek Orthodox.

00:10:46.420 They might also confuse it with, oh, I'm better than you.

00:10:49.640 You know, I know the real faith.

00:10:52.420 So we thought, what would be a term to use?

00:10:54.440 And I'm going to be the first to say it's not a perfect name, Coalition for Canceled Priests, but we're not in a perfect world.

00:11:00.140 In fact, it was discussed today that maybe we should change it to Coalition of Freed Priests.

00:11:05.420 It's because Father David Nix made a wonderful point that what you're seeing up here is not really canceled priests, but priests that have been freed in order to be disciples of Jesus Christ.

00:11:17.380 As Father David Nix says, the greatest freed man ever was Jesus Christ.

00:11:23.100 Even on the cross, nobody was as free as our Lord and Savior.

00:11:27.660 Yeah, he said the nails didn't hold our Lord there.

00:11:30.560 His love for us did.

00:11:32.080 Absolutely.

00:11:32.900 Amazing.

00:11:33.640 Absolutely.

00:11:34.120 What would you like people to learn about, or what do they need to do?

00:11:39.880 Because really, the Coalition, there's a lot of people still don't know about it.

00:11:45.220 There's a lot more canceled priests out there that don't even know about you and don't know what to do.

00:11:51.720 How can people help spread?

00:11:53.140 I would say if they know of a priest that has been unjustifiably removed, they are canceled, and to have them get in contact with us.

00:12:02.220 For the priests that are listening to this show, we value your privacy, we value confidentiality.

00:12:11.400 You do not have to come up on stage with Father Altman and me.

00:12:15.640 Father Altman and I are a very good act when we come together, especially for the question and answer today, as you saw.

00:12:22.560 There's a lot of good banter going on.

00:12:24.680 And I think what a lot of people that do see the canceled priests are like, oh, you're not really sad and downtrodden.

00:12:31.360 I mean, all of you seem happy, even though you're being attacked, even though as a public person, you're being defamed by your bishop or your superior or even by your brother priests, which is so sad.

00:12:44.940 So what I want to say to the people that are not too familiar with the coalition, that might be hearing about us for the first time, go to our website, canceledpriests.org.

00:12:55.220 You're able to find out more about us.

00:12:58.220 We are going to soon revamp that website.

00:13:01.040 It was kind of geared towards the conference, and now we're moving towards gearing it towards showing people what they can do to support priests and how priests can get involved and realize their confidentiality will be respected.

00:13:13.360 We're here to bring them fraternity.

00:13:15.700 We're here to bring them financial support for canon lawyers, for attorneys, so they don't have to worry about where their next meal is coming from or have to worry about where they're going to sleep that night.

00:13:25.340 Those are things that the coalition does.

00:13:27.280 Something about the conference, too, because you've more than doubled your numbers here.

00:13:31.820 You've got powerhouse speakers.

00:13:33.880 As you said, there's no second tier of speakers, and the roster is massively full for two days.

00:13:40.500 But not only is the roster full and the hotel is full, but you've got vendors here from all over the place, and you have to put them all over in order to accommodate them all.

00:13:50.740 Just incredible.

00:13:51.860 Absolutely incredible.

00:13:53.440 And we were hoping for maybe 10 vendors, and I think we have 25.

00:13:58.820 And not only that, talk about a house united there.

00:14:02.720 I mean, I'm so impressed that Jim Vogel at Angelus Press came.

00:14:07.140 We have Loretto Publications.

00:14:09.640 We have Os Justi.

00:14:10.940 We have, obviously, LifeSite News.

00:14:12.840 We have a lot of vendors that are coming out to show support for the canceled priests.

00:14:18.600 And that says a lot because what it does, it gives people a chance when we do have a very thick schedule.

00:14:25.620 And I think thick is the right word.

00:14:27.400 I mean, we were moving today, and we got through a lot of talks.

00:14:32.460 And I was talking to Eric Sammons over at Crisis Magazine.

00:14:34.900 He said, you know, when I saw that you had me on for 105 and I saw the lineup in the list, he says, I thought I'm not going on until 2 o'clock.

00:14:42.120 And so he was amazed that we stayed on time.

00:14:45.340 And we finished by 745.

00:14:48.580 Now, ladies and gentlemen that are watching this, we started at 7 a.m. this morning.

00:14:53.560 Okay, we almost went 13 hours, so we ended early, but we're all about to go to bed here very soon.

00:15:01.440 One of the amazing things that I think is so special about the coalition is what Bishop Schneider actually said about them.

00:15:12.220 And I think it's really a testimony to his great love for you, his witnessing of your persecution and recognizing it for what it really is.

00:15:23.600 He said publicly in an interview with me on LifeSite that he thought that the coalition would be for the future an escape hatch for Catholics, 0.98

00:15:33.240 a way for Catholics to still get the sacraments when what seems like it's inevitable, although I hate to even say that, that, you know, there will be more lockdowns and such things coming.

00:15:45.740 Just a beautiful thing, a beautiful future for your organization, which you've been called to found, obviously.

00:15:53.540 No, absolutely.

00:15:54.460 And, you know, we've talked about this in the past.

00:15:57.380 It's not just Bishop Schneider.

00:15:58.780 We actually have bishops that support us.

00:16:02.140 They might not want to come on to do an interview.

00:16:05.220 They might not want to be public about it.

00:16:07.080 But I've had a lot of bishops come up to me because we're not an organization that is directly attacking bishops.

00:16:13.040 And I would even dare say we're not even indirectly attacking.

00:16:15.960 But we're shedding light on an injustice that some of the bishops are perpetrating, okay?

00:16:22.880 And it needs to be shown on that.

00:16:24.780 And I always like to tell people it's not just the big names.

00:16:28.100 It's not just the McElroys or the Cupichs that are doing it.

00:16:31.040 There are a lot of bishops that might just seem run-of-the-mill.

00:16:35.740 My diocese, the Diocese of Rockford, Bishop Malloy canceled 12 priests, all right?

00:16:40.880 It got to the point where parishioners were saying, okay, I understand one or two, maybe three or four.

00:16:46.860 But 12?

00:16:48.320 They're not on any list for the state's attorney of Illinois of doing anything, which just came out, by the way.

00:16:55.580 They've never been charged with a crime.

00:16:57.920 You're not accusing them of anything.

00:16:59.880 You've just simply canceled them because you don't like them either for ideological terms or because they stood up and said something and people complained.

00:17:09.380 And that's the thing that we realize.

00:17:11.400 And so what we saw last week at Dodger Stadium, where we only had one bishop show up, one bishop show up, and not even a bishop of California, a bishop of Texas, Bishop Strickland, what are we seeing?

00:17:24.880 What we're seeing is that we're seeing that the people are getting fed up with the bishops staying on the sidelines.

00:17:29.480 I think it was the Archdiocese of Los Angeles' comments about the Dodger Stadium.

00:17:34.280 I think it was, and I'm paraphrasing, they said they're going to take a step back.

00:17:37.720 And what we're trying to say is, no, Your Excellencies, don't take a step back.

00:17:41.740 Be the pastors that we need.

00:17:43.340 Be the fathers that we need.

00:17:45.240 Not just the priests, but the laity.

00:17:47.580 You're the father of the diocese.

00:17:49.560 You're the successor of the apostles.

00:17:51.100 We need you now more than ever.

00:17:55.480 But at the same time, John Henry, I just want to say, I think people have to realize, let's not try to curry favor with bishops for the sake of currying favor for bishops, okay?

00:18:08.360 We are for our Lord Jesus Christ.

00:18:12.380 We are for him ruling in our hearts and through proclaiming, as Jesse made so clear today.

00:18:18.100 Get off watching reruns of Gilligan's Island and get out there and show the love of Jesus Christ.

00:18:25.980 Father, we're going to catch up with you tomorrow for part two of this because I want your reaction after it's all done.

00:18:32.700 Check this out.

00:18:35.500 Abby Johnson, of course, she blew everyone away. 1.00

00:18:41.620 But she talked about vaccines in a way that really blew everyone away.

00:18:48.400 Check this out.

00:18:48.880 We must be willing to take the risks.

00:18:55.520 We must be willing to make people uncomfortable.

00:18:59.500 We must be willing to offend whoever needs to be offended. 0.99

00:19:05.900 And really, damn the consequences. 0.96

00:19:08.180 We must be willing to do that. 0.99

00:19:14.280 Because in these situations, literally, life is on the line.

00:19:22.220 And we will be accountable for what we did and what we failed to do.

00:19:31.740 Don't lose heart.

00:19:34.420 Don't ever grow weary of doing good.

00:19:36.400 And friends, we will win this battle.

00:19:44.420 God bless you all.

00:19:48.300 You know Doug Barry.

00:19:49.780 Doug Barry is the one who did Radix for so long.

00:19:52.940 He did a play with Jesus where he acted.

00:19:55.060 Then he was on E.D.B. with Hian for a long, long time. 0.98

00:19:57.260 And then he now runs the show U.S. Grace Force with the beloved Father Rick Hallman.

00:20:04.480 Amazing guy.

00:20:05.280 Anyway, watch this powerhouse speaker.

00:20:09.300 We've been warned.

00:20:10.540 And we have seen the warnings.

00:20:12.260 And we've seen warnings from the past.

00:20:14.140 And we've seen what happened when those warnings were not followed.

00:20:17.500 I've had so many people ask me over and over, Doug, do you think that the Vatican and the

00:20:21.740 popes, did they consecrate Russia the right way to the American America?

00:20:25.340 Because you know, if they would have, Russia wouldn't spread the Arab her ways and so forth 1.00

00:20:28.480 and so forth.

00:20:28.860 And I say, you know, I don't know.

00:20:29.700 That's all about my pay grade.

00:20:31.720 I really don't.

00:20:32.540 I don't.

00:20:32.900 I mean, that's the Vatican.

00:20:33.940 Like, I can send emails like crazy to Pope Francis.

00:20:36.040 He's not going to listen to me.

00:20:38.220 I may have a hard time sometimes getting a hold of my pastor.

00:20:41.180 Right?

00:20:41.440 I mean, I just want to get, you know, a communion rail in my church.

00:20:45.160 You know what I mean?

00:20:45.500 I mean, we just, so that's on a whole other level.

00:20:48.160 But what I do know is I haven't done what she asked me to do, is pray that rosary every

00:20:55.300 day and fast and sacrifice.

00:20:58.460 Even Jesus says in Luke 22, verse 36, if you don't have a sword, sell your cloak and buy

00:21:05.160 one.

00:21:05.920 That's an idea of preparation.

00:21:08.740 Even the Catholic Church, through history, to think of St. Pope Pius V, who went to Don

00:21:13.100 Juan of Austria and said, hey, the Muslim Turks are going to wipe us out if we don't get an 0.96

00:21:16.500 army together and deal with it. 0.59

00:21:17.740 And that resulted in what?

00:21:18.880 The Battle of Lepanto.

00:21:20.420 We must use our wits to survive until God closes all the doors.

00:21:25.820 And if God closes all the doors, then we die like champions.

00:21:31.220 You know, I'm with Liz Yor every week doing Faith and Reason, but we're remote.

00:21:36.980 We did Faith and Reason from here.

00:21:38.960 That was awesome.

00:21:40.760 But Liz Yor, whoa, she blew everyone away. 1.00

00:21:47.100 This woman is so petite, but she's like a Mother Teresa. 0.56

00:21:52.000 She just totally took everyone's breath. 1.00

00:21:54.720 Watch this.

00:21:55.820 So in the words of Jorge Bergoglio, I'm delighted to be with you, backwardists, you 1.00

00:22:04.000 indentress, you restorationists, you who suffer from the disease of nostalgia, you who safeguard

00:22:13.700 the ashes of the past, and you keyboard warriors who argue with each other online, you who are

00:22:22.840 rigid because there is no Holy Spirit in you, there is a perversion in you, and you traditional

00:22:30.680 Catholics who are gagging the reforms of Vatican II, guilty as charged. 0.91

00:22:37.860 And so, folks, with our rosary as our weapon and our shield, let us each commit to join the resistance, doing our

00:22:52.640 part, guided by the Holy Spirit, protected by angels, imbued with sanctifying grace and the

00:23:01.120 knowledge that in the end her immaculate heart.

00:23:05.000 St. Catherine said, start being brave about everything.

00:23:13.300 Drive out darkness and spread light.

00:23:18.340 Don't look at your weaknesses.

00:23:21.480 Realize instead that in Christ crucified, you can do everything.

00:23:28.560 He will provide the way and the means, such as you never could have imagined.

00:23:36.920 Leave it all to him.

00:23:39.780 Let go of yourself.

00:23:42.980 Lose yourself on the cross.

00:23:45.800 And you will find yourself entirely.

00:23:50.400 Kyrie eleison.

00:23:51.600 Thank you.

00:23:55.600 You know, when you have to speak at a conference and then you hear Jesse Romero speak, you always

00:24:01.280 gulp because this can't be talked.

00:24:04.040 Watch this.

00:24:06.660 You know, it was interesting.

00:24:08.040 We had some signs over there at the Dodger rally.

00:24:10.660 Some of the signs said, our lady crushes the head of the serpent.

00:24:14.720 And, of course, there's Protestants there, so they're, like, looking, like, cross-eyed and, like, what? 1.00

00:24:18.580 Our lady crushes the head of the serpent. 1.00

00:24:21.100 So we did have some Our Lady, you know, Our Lady signs and her power over.

00:24:26.940 So if the Protestants were kind of like, hmm. 0.87

00:24:30.000 So I was the emcee the whole weekend.

00:24:32.680 So I was trying to build bridges with the Catholics and the Protestants.

00:24:35.620 And, John, did I do a decent job?

00:24:37.040 I was trying to, right?

00:24:38.600 I mean, it's hard to navigate because, you know, like, okay, my heresy, I got to watch what they're saying.

00:24:44.800 Take the mic.

00:24:45.320 Okay, that's it.

00:24:45.940 Get off the stage.

00:24:46.480 So it's not easy to monitor Protestants in a public rally like this.

00:24:51.180 It was difficult.

00:24:51.960 And I told them, you guys say anything anti-Catholic, I'm shutting off the mic.

00:24:56.360 This is our rally.

00:24:57.580 You guys are just our guests.

00:24:58.820 Okay, okay, Jesse.

00:24:59.620 Okay.

00:25:00.000 I remember I told a few Protestants, they're saying, this one guy, a Protestant pastor for Calvary Chapel.

00:25:05.920 Hey, Jess, I want to be respectful.

00:25:08.780 But what's this about Mary crushes the head of the serpent?

00:25:12.180 And I told him, hey, Pastor, what Bible translation do you use?

00:25:16.280 He goes, I use the King James Bible.

00:25:18.720 I said, open up your King James Bible and look at Genesis 3.15.

00:25:22.120 You know what the King James Bible says in Genesis 3.15?

00:25:25.180 She shall crush thy head. 1.00

00:25:28.760 I said, that's the first Protestant Bible.

00:25:30.740 You guys actually interpret it correctly.

00:25:32.640 Because I'll tell you, when you look at the great Jewish minds like Rabbi Maimonides, Philo-Judeus, Flavius-Josephus, all the great Jewish minds translate Genesis 3.15 as, she shall crush thy head. 0.99

00:25:49.480 For the Blessed Virgin Mary, praise the Lord.

00:25:51.680 So that pastor, he took out his Bible and looked and he goes, oh, it says she.

00:25:56.600 I told some of the Protestant pastors that were there, I said, you guys wrote the Battle Hymn of the Republic.

00:26:03.160 It's a Protestant hymn that was written, like, back in the 19th century.

00:26:07.160 Look at what the Battle Hymn of the Republic says.

00:26:09.660 Because, again, these Protestants got it right 200 years ago when they wrote this. 0.99

00:26:14.220 The Battle Hymn of the Republic says this.

00:26:16.280 Okay, here's one of the refrains.

00:26:17.340 It says, let the mother of the Savior crush the serpent with her head as we go marching on.

00:26:27.000 Glory.

00:26:27.780 It says, the mother of the Savior in a Protestant hymn.

00:26:32.340 The Battle Hymn of the Republic.

00:26:33.840 Once I showed our Protestants, friends there, these verses in their Bible, and the fact that the Battle Hymn of the Republic says the same thing,

00:26:41.660 they didn't ask me anything about those signs anymore.

00:26:44.240 Every one of us, in your tombstone or your grave marker, you're going to have the year you were born.

00:26:50.680 You're going to have the year you died.

00:26:52.440 And then there's going to be a dash, a dash, a dash in between.

00:26:56.200 Every one of us is going to have a dash.

00:26:58.360 What you did in that dash is going to determine where you spend all eternity.

00:27:04.400 Remember that.

00:27:05.280 In the name of the Father, Son, and of the Holy Spirit.

00:27:08.160 Amen.

00:27:10.540 You know how we hear a lot about Masonic infiltration?

00:27:13.560 What is that all about?

00:27:14.560 Well, no better to learn about it than from a former Mason.

00:27:18.560 Have a look.

00:27:20.880 From 1994 to 2004, I was engaged in Freemasonry, as humanly possible as you can be.

00:27:28.360 And this was long before I was even baptized, even before I really understood what a Catholic church was.

00:27:33.440 But Freemasonry was my life.

00:27:35.300 It was my moral code.

00:27:36.580 It was my religion.

00:27:37.260 It was the lenses through which I really understood how the world operated.

00:27:42.720 To successfully combat this Masonic program, we have to recognize that it's going to be adopted by the next person that's going to come, the next group that's going to come. 0.89

00:27:53.620 But we have to recognize that a Masonic program is not greater than God.

00:27:58.000 And it does not have a place in the kingdom of God.

00:28:01.200 So through prayer, fasting, and action, let us continue to reject Satan and all his works and false promises.

00:28:10.080 Philip L. Gray, he's one of the great canonists in the church.

00:28:17.680 And boy, are the canceled priests in need of that.

00:28:20.160 He was here today.

00:28:21.220 You've got to listen to what he said.

00:28:24.100 So we recently had a case.

00:28:26.060 I won't say where.

00:28:27.980 Some people probably figure it out.

00:28:31.220 The bishop involved or the archbishop was going to close about, I don't know, 90 parishes in his diocese.

00:28:39.420 So we came in and I told the people, if you don't unite, you're going to lose.

00:28:45.520 Because they're going to sucker punch you one down at a time.

00:28:49.160 And if I have to write 90 appeals for 90 parishes, I can't do it.

00:28:53.080 And you can't find enough canon lawyers in this country who will do it.

00:28:57.020 So you need to come up with a better plan.

00:28:59.240 So we did.

00:29:00.680 But part of the plan was we surveyed the priests of that diocese.

00:29:05.300 Now, the bishop had surveyed the people.

00:29:08.420 And I surveyed the priests.

00:29:10.480 He got a 14% response rate from the people.

00:29:13.800 I got a 14% response rate from the priests.

00:29:16.860 Now, he didn't publish his findings about what they thought about closing parishes.

00:29:21.880 But I published mine.

00:29:24.220 Here were my findings.

00:29:26.760 89% of the priests opposed the merger and closure of parishes in that diocese.

00:29:33.120 50% of the priests did not know what their rights were as pastors.

00:29:39.460 35% said they would file their own case against the archbishop if he did something to them or their parishes.

00:29:46.000 So far, none of the parishes that followed our program were closed.

00:29:55.920 And none of the priests were moved.

00:29:57.440 Father Altman did not disappoint.

00:30:03.400 In fact, I think, you know, he's the same, Father Altman, with the lines, with the cues, with the lines.

00:30:08.440 It's so hard to catch him.

00:30:09.480 We actually did catch him for a fatal reason.

00:30:11.340 That was hard.

00:30:12.180 But boy, oh boy, up there he was totally on fire.

00:30:14.760 When Moses walked down the mountain, listen very closely and understand this.

00:30:22.200 When Moses walked down the mountain 3,400 years ago, he carried with him those stone tablets, the Ten Commandments,

00:30:31.080 hand carved by the finger of Almighty God Himself in stone.

00:30:35.920 And there was no expiration date.

00:30:37.460 There was no expiration date of March 13, 2013, the day Jorge Bergoglio was elected Pope.

00:30:47.620 So when, over the last ten years, we have endured the first and worst anti-Catholic Pope in history,

00:30:54.960 listen, there have been many badly behaved Popes in the past. 0.78

00:30:58.780 They were, and we are, sinners.

00:31:01.480 But no one in 2,000 years has been a fake and a fraud of a Catholic as the imposter prancing around in white in our day, Jorge Bergoglio. 0.90

00:31:11.700 But you don't have to take my word for it.

00:31:15.180 Realize that Jesus, the Lord said, He came not to change the smallest part of the letter of the law.

00:31:23.400 Jesus, our Lord, affirmed that there was no expiration date on the Ten Commandments. 0.89

00:31:29.840 But recently, Jorge Bergoglio spread his unique and damned rat poison amongst us, saying that the commandments are not rigid. 0.94

00:31:39.680 Sorry, Jorge, they are rigid. 0.98

00:31:41.200 They are written in stone by the finger of God.

00:31:43.440 Jesus didn't change them, and neither can you, Jorge Bergoglio.

00:31:47.000 The church is dying because her pastors are afraid to speak in all truth and charity and clarity.

00:31:51.980 We are afraid of the media.

00:31:53.720 We're afraid of public opinion.

00:31:55.260 We're afraid of our own brethren.

00:31:56.980 We're afraid of being canceled.

00:31:58.100 But he says, the good shepherd gives his life for his sheep.

00:32:02.040 And then Cardinal Saras says this, the collapse will come.

00:32:05.220 Do not doubt it.

00:32:06.220 So here's my last word of hope.

00:32:07.800 In the midst of the collapse, it is coming, and reassured, it is coming.

00:32:12.400 Our hope is in the name of the Lord who actually did make heaven and earth.

00:32:15.880 Our help is in the name of the Lord who made heaven and earth.

00:32:18.400 And God does not need numbers.

00:32:19.960 Never get discouraged by the numbers.

00:32:21.760 God needs faith of a few. 0.67

00:32:25.260 He needs you.

00:32:25.960 He only needed one David, took down Goliath in the Philistines.

00:32:30.580 He only needed one Gideon and his 299 helpers.

00:32:34.120 He only needs one American bishop, Bishop Strickland.

00:32:36.760 Let's show him our support.

00:32:38.620 He needs and wants all of us, too, to be faithful.

00:32:42.200 God bless you in your journey of faith.

00:32:43.780 In the name of the Father, and the Son, and the Holy Spirit, amen.

00:32:47.160 So the problem is this, as we talked a bit through the conference.

00:32:52.840 The bishops are responsible for nominating those who become new bishops.

00:32:57.660 They recommend clones of themselves, right?

00:33:01.360 They groom them.

00:33:02.340 They pick them out long before they get to the level.

00:33:05.160 They're groomed in seminary, of course.

00:33:07.560 They're corrupt, as we've taught, company men who willingly tow the line

00:33:12.260 and do as their superiors bid, because that is what they are by temperament

00:33:16.880 and what they've been trained to be in seminary and throughout the priesthood, right?

00:33:22.160 They are little clones of their superiors.

00:33:25.700 So they're not going to criticize their superiors.

00:33:28.120 They're not going to buck their superiors.

00:33:30.100 They're made in the image of their superiors, okay?

00:33:34.520 Most of them, oddly, not oddly, likely, have done something known to others

00:33:40.040 that make them subject to fear of exposure and thus can be controlled.

00:33:44.960 The church is absolutely ruled by the fear, the implicit fear of blackmail, right?

00:33:53.240 There's something on every one of them.

00:33:55.700 There's a high cardinal once who told people he would not hire anyone,

00:34:01.580 that he did not have something on, right?

00:34:06.220 He knew how to control people, right?

00:34:08.680 Fear.

00:34:09.560 There's almost nothing we can do, honestly.

00:34:11.540 Pray and sacrifice.

00:34:12.940 We have to be prepared to go underground.

00:34:15.740 The persecution by the government and our culture and, sadly, our church is alive and well

00:34:21.180 and warming up.

00:34:23.080 I had no idea how to go underground.

00:34:25.700 But I know there are those who do, and I hope not one of them sometime will put an arm around

00:34:30.620 my shoulder and say, come with us, all right?

00:34:32.760 Because now I did buy a house that has more than one possibility for a priest hall.

00:34:37.860 And one of the very, in fact, before I even moved in, Father Lovell, who's not listening to what

00:34:45.180 I'm saying and won't know that I'm complimenting him, he was the first, he came, before I slept

00:34:54.640 in that house, he came and said a traditional Latin mass for me and blessed the house.

00:34:59.620 I mean, who's privileged like that?

00:35:03.660 And then, of course, there was one of the canceled priests we talked to, and he's a very famous

00:35:07.600 canceled priest.

00:35:08.360 His name is Father David Nix.

00:35:11.160 Now, it's not totally canceled, partially canceled, you might say.

00:35:14.040 Take a look.

00:35:14.400 You know, trying to understand about what canceled priests are is sometimes complicated, because

00:35:21.600 these priests still have faculties for the most part, the poor able to say masses and

00:35:27.120 so on.

00:35:28.080 They, some of them just aren't assigned to parishes.

00:35:32.500 Some of them, it gets more and more, some of them suspended, whatever else.

00:35:36.440 This is Father David Nix.

00:35:37.880 He's sort of called one of the canceled priests, but in his case, he's just not assigned to

00:35:41.980 parish.

00:35:42.320 You've been, how long have you been a father without a parish?

00:35:44.280 Yeah, so I've been a priest 13 years, and I'm still in good standing as a priest, but

00:35:49.440 I haven't been in parish life for about six years.

00:35:52.100 That's where I became a diocesan.

00:35:54.220 Hermit was kind of a detente with my diocesan, but I haven't been in parish life in about five

00:36:00.080 years.

00:36:00.420 So, what do canceled priests do?

00:36:02.700 What do you do day to day?

00:36:04.400 Yeah, so, I mean, one of the advantages to priests no longer in parish ministry is, this

00:36:11.160 might sound a little bit overly pious, but it's given a lot of us a ton of time for prayer

00:36:15.520 and study.

00:36:16.200 And so, the whole hermit thing isn't a farce.

00:36:19.200 It allows me to pray, read, and study three, four hours a day, and in the afternoon, I usually

00:36:23.960 write a blog post or a podcast or whatever.

00:36:25.980 And then there's just a lot of people that will text or email across the nation with

00:36:30.880 one emergency or another, and I can put people in touch with priests who can bring them extreme

00:36:35.400 unction.

00:36:35.940 And so, I'm busier now outside of parish life than I ever was in parish life.

00:36:41.600 So, what's your association with the canceled priests group?

00:36:47.720 So, Father Lovell jokes that I'm semi-canceled since I still have all my faculties as a priest,

00:36:54.000 but I'm not in parish life.

00:36:56.160 And I really support the canceled priests because, as you know, one way to be a canceled

00:37:02.460 priest, the only way to be a canceled priest is you have to be canceled for being too conservative

00:37:05.700 or too traditional.

00:37:06.480 These are not the priests who've harmed somebody.

00:37:08.300 And they do very extensive background checks to make sure you're actually canceled for the

00:37:12.800 right reasons.

00:37:14.220 And one of the things that why I really enjoy hanging out with canceled priests, we were

00:37:18.340 all having some drinks last night pretty late, all of us, is these are some of the best men

00:37:23.120 I know who were canceled for just speaking the truth.

00:37:26.600 These are the people who were removed from parish ministry because a few people complained

00:37:34.560 about them.

00:37:35.320 And most bishops just don't like letters on their desk.

00:37:37.480 One of the things I explained to the canceled priest last year is I said, stop trying to

00:37:41.740 figure out who's a conservative bishop and a liberal bishop.

00:37:44.720 Most of them are just lazy and don't want any complaints on their desk.

00:37:47.920 And so what you find about a lot of these guys is a small percentage of the liberals in

00:37:51.800 these parishes will complain about them and they'll get ejected because bishops won't

00:37:55.820 support them.

00:37:56.480 I think these bishops often know these are some of their most orthodox priests, but they're

00:38:01.600 not willing to foot the bill for them.

00:38:03.500 So they become scapegoats of orthodoxy.

00:38:06.520 Wow.

00:38:07.480 Wow.

00:38:08.360 What's your message to Catholics in the pews with what we can do to support priests who

00:38:14.560 are canceled, partially canceled, or whatever?

00:38:17.120 Because we want those priests.

00:38:20.120 We love those priests sometimes.

00:38:21.520 They're taken from us with trips like anything.

00:38:23.560 Just thinking, you know, we watched sort of live, if you will, the shattering of lives when

00:38:30.640 they took Father Altman out of his parish.

00:38:32.520 They were so beloved.

00:38:34.680 What are the faithful to do?

00:38:36.020 So one of the things is to realize that there's two sides to every story.

00:38:41.120 Most of the canceled priests are hung on a red herring.

00:38:43.960 I think since you just mentioned Father Altman, I think the red herring they hung him on was

00:38:47.520 he was divisive.

00:38:48.460 Well, Christ was divisive.

00:38:50.560 The truth is divisive.

00:38:52.080 And so when you see a story like that, I understand we're in a time when the laity are very jumpy

00:38:59.180 about priests because of all the priest child scandals that we've had.

00:39:01.920 But you have to look behind the scenes to see why was this priest canceled?

00:39:07.040 Was it because he was actually divisive or is it because he spoke the truth?

00:39:11.800 And so I would just encourage people to go ask the priest, what's the real story?

00:39:16.600 And I'm the last person in the world to say, you know, give them the benefit of the doubt

00:39:22.720 because there are some very serious priest child scandals out there.

00:39:26.320 But when we see some of the very best men canceled, you got to get the real story.

00:39:31.040 Amen.

00:39:32.040 Father David Nix.

00:39:32.740 Thanks for having me, John Henry.

00:39:33.800 God bless.

00:39:35.980 So Father, here we are.

00:39:38.020 Come to the end, finally.

00:39:39.360 I know it must be very harrowing for you.

00:39:41.820 Want to get your opinions.

00:39:42.900 We literally just finished the conference just a few moments ago.

00:39:47.460 What are your thoughts right now?

00:39:49.220 To be honest with you, I didn't think we could top the first day.

00:39:52.700 But the second day was just as good.

00:39:55.600 Janet Smith knocked it out of the park.

00:39:57.780 All the speakers did.

00:39:58.880 But, you know, it was nice to have even the banter of me being in the back speaking with

00:40:04.920 my AV team and Janet Smith noticing it and calling me out for not listening to her.

00:40:11.100 You know, and it felt like being with a family because that's what we are as people fail to

00:40:17.940 realize this.

00:40:18.520 Yes, we're a religion.

00:40:19.420 Yes, we're a faith.

00:40:20.340 But we're also a family.

00:40:21.800 And Janet Smith actually said this.

00:40:24.140 It was, it's nice to get together like this.

00:40:26.840 And I said, it's not always nice to organize it, Janet, but I agree with you.

00:40:30.220 It's nice to get together.

00:40:31.260 And there was just such a warmth.

00:40:33.420 You know, I could speak from personal experience.

00:40:36.660 There were some at the hotel running things that were not too keen on us at first.

00:40:43.340 And I think we melted their hearts.

00:40:45.200 And then there were some staff that were excellent.

00:40:47.080 Uh, especially the manager, David, just, just a wonderful gentleman.

00:40:51.640 And they completely, and I mean, excuse me, not completely, but often commented, uh, about

00:40:58.460 how kind everyone was, you know, there was no fights, there was no bickering.

00:41:02.480 It was a house united.

00:41:04.820 So the theme of house united came up quite a bit during the conference.

00:41:09.120 What was your take on, first of all, what was said, but your vision in terms of bringing

00:41:14.700 that forward?

00:41:15.160 My vision on bringing that forward was brought to us by our, uh, communications head, Joseph

00:41:22.940 Gallagher.

00:41:23.640 He wanted to see a united front.

00:41:28.280 And we had a meeting in Dubuque with Jesse Romero, Tom Oglesby, who's on our board.

00:41:34.020 And we decided this is the perfect theme for what we're trying to do.

00:41:41.160 We're trying to bring people together in order to support canceled priests.

00:41:45.160 In order to support the canceled mass, which is the traditional mass.

00:41:49.320 And again, that doesn't mean we don't help priests that are canceled in the Novus Ordo.

00:41:52.900 Of course we do.

00:41:53.680 But it's a chance to show the importance of the traditional Latin mass in connection with

00:42:00.100 the priesthood, which is so important.

00:42:02.020 And one thing I have to say, John Henry, I just loved your talk.

00:42:05.860 And you just went through showing all the problems, but still the hope that's there.

00:42:11.840 That's so important.

00:42:12.780 We have with us so many heroes in the church.

00:42:17.680 Last year, you learned of the overturn of Roe v. Wade at your conference.

00:42:24.740 Yes.

00:42:24.900 This year, you had the striking news about Bishop Strickland having a visitation from the Vatican.

00:42:33.660 Just stunning.

00:42:34.660 It happens a week after he was just out in L.A. with many of us.

00:42:41.340 What are your thoughts on that?

00:42:42.560 It seems so momentous.

00:42:44.760 In the same conference, you have this massive news both years.

00:42:49.340 What do you think that means?

00:42:50.460 Well, Father Altman addressed it.

00:42:52.340 He stated in his talk, and I hope I'm not misquoting him, that both Cardinal Gregory and

00:42:59.340 Cardinal Wuerl were seen at the Vatican or dining with the Pope or something, and that all of

00:43:06.320 a sudden this is happening.

00:43:07.800 And what I find amazing is that I saw in my news feed today that one of the visitors, both

00:43:14.020 are from the United States, is Bishop Kikaitis, who is the Bishop Emeritus of Tucson.

00:43:19.660 But he's a priest and former auxiliary of the Archdiocese of Chicago, where we're sitting

00:43:24.720 right now.

00:43:25.960 And Bishop Kikaitis is not a fan of tradition, is not a fan of orthodoxy.

00:43:31.760 And it certainly seems like that this is, I don't want to say a kangaroo court, but they're

00:43:40.740 stacking the deck.

00:43:41.980 They're definitely stacking the deck.

00:43:43.940 And I think the other bishop is from New Jersey.

00:43:46.140 You know, I could understand if it was maybe one that you and I might consider more liberal,

00:43:54.020 and then with someone like Cordelione or Bishop Paprocki.

00:43:58.660 But no, what we're seeing is Bishop Kikaitis, who, in my opinion, has an agenda.

00:44:05.120 And I saw that firsthand here in Chicago when I was a seminarian, and we've seen that in

00:44:10.740 Tucson.

00:44:11.000 It's unbelievable.

00:44:12.400 I know many of the faithful have pledged prayers and fasting for Bishop Strickland.

00:44:19.640 And there was a real arousing call here to fight for, to defend our bishop.

00:44:27.380 And he might become a canceled bishop, gosh.

00:44:31.880 But who knows, whatever the future holds, he is beautiful in that he's not backing down.

00:44:39.280 He didn't stop coming.

00:44:40.920 He didn't refuse to come.

00:44:42.340 I know he was under pressure already, because he was just at the Bishop's Conference.

00:44:46.080 He came from there to LA.

00:44:48.300 And I can imagine what he would have heard already in doing that.

00:44:53.360 But amazing thing.

00:44:54.520 So what do your brother-canceled priests think of Bishop Strickland?

00:45:00.380 Well, we love him.

00:45:01.700 As a brother, as a bishop, you're first still a priest.

00:45:04.900 And it was really only until the Second Vatican Council that we started to distinguish a bishop

00:45:09.500 separate from the order of priesthood.

00:45:12.760 Before the Second Vatican Council, before Paul VI, the three major orders were subdiaconate,

00:45:18.160 diaconate, and priesthood.

00:45:20.040 And you were ordained to all the minor orders and to the three major orders.

00:45:24.640 And we used to say you were consecrated a bishop, because he is the high priest.

00:45:29.740 And if Bishop Strickland is canceled, I want him to know that we are there for support for him.

00:45:35.880 Although he's going to get support from a lot of people around the country, which is great.

00:45:40.700 And I hope this allows people to see that a bishop who is simply standing up for the Catholic faith

00:45:51.180 is now being visited, despite the fact that from everything that I see, he's running the

00:45:58.500 Diocese of Tyler, Texas very well.

00:46:00.540 It's not a very large diocese.

00:46:03.640 But they're clearly seeing a problem.

00:46:07.460 Why?

00:46:07.740 I mean, I don't see the Diocese of Tyler declaring bankruptcy, or merging of parishes, or shutting

00:46:15.360 down parishes.

00:46:17.120 So why are they getting the visitation?

00:46:20.120 I would love to see the explanation.

00:46:22.460 We may never see the explanation of why.

00:46:25.040 But I just encourage everyone, and I know the priests, we've been talking, all of us,

00:46:29.860 especially when we gave our blessing to Bishop Strickland today.

00:46:33.840 I know we're all going to keep him in our prayers, and we're going to fast as well for

00:46:38.980 him, because we need courageous bishops.

00:46:41.360 You know, if we need to start a coalition for canceled bishops, you know, let's do it.

00:46:46.540 Amen to that.

00:46:47.280 Let's show that blessing, because that was really powerful.

00:46:49.200 Your Excellency Bishop Strickland, on behalf of the Coalition for Canceled Priests, and

00:46:56.400 for the priests represented on this stage, we want to send a message of support to you.

00:47:01.560 We love you.

00:47:02.640 We're praying for you.

00:47:04.380 God bless you.

00:47:07.020 Father, now that you've come to the end of the conference, what are your sort of final

00:47:12.580 thoughts on the conference itself?

00:47:14.280 And tell us about next year.

00:47:15.800 I hope there's a next year.

00:47:17.000 I hope there's a next year, too.

00:47:18.460 We get always a little jittery around here, because this isn't our first conference.

00:47:24.000 But, you know, sometimes ticket sales are not going as well as you think they are.

00:47:28.540 There's headache after headache.

00:47:31.480 I'm going to make your team behind the cameras here smile a little bit.

00:47:36.360 But AV is always seems to be a curse.

00:47:40.560 You know, the devil certainly does things.

00:47:43.400 I mean, even yesterday in Jesse Romero's talk, the microphones just gave out.

00:47:48.460 The microphone's full battery power.

00:47:51.120 There was no indication on the backboards or whatever you call them that there was any

00:47:56.260 issue.

00:47:56.880 But right when he started to talk about the power of Satan, they went out. 0.90

00:48:01.700 And I said, you were a black person. 0.94

00:48:07.880 And now here's you. 0.93

00:48:09.240 I said, what just happened?

00:48:10.460 Two, three, yes.

00:48:14.840 Still got levels here.

00:48:16.360 Something would be out.

00:48:17.140 So we're definitely going to have another conference.

00:48:22.480 What we're going to do Monday morning, Joseph Gallagher is going to be sending out a survey,

00:48:27.000 not only to our participants, but even to our speakers.

00:48:29.920 Asking what they think, what we can improve on, suggestions of where we can go.

00:48:37.620 I mean, granted, most of us are based here in the Chicagoland area in the Midwest.

00:48:42.420 And while many people want to take a dig at Chicago for the violence, it is still the biggest hub in the United States.

00:48:50.860 It's still central.

00:48:52.280 It's not too far away from Canada.

00:48:55.480 So I was very happy that Kennedy and you were able to come.

00:48:59.360 And you pretty much could fly in anywhere in the world, almost direct flights to O'Hare Airport.

00:49:04.780 But we are definitely open to other places.

00:49:06.620 We're looking into Indiana, possibly Indianapolis.

00:49:09.220 We always have hopes of expanding and making it a little bit bigger.

00:49:12.780 But we were over 400.

00:49:15.740 And it was just a very cozy atmosphere in the ballroom.

00:49:18.840 And I've been to a lot of conferences, and I'm sure you have as well, where you feel jammed, you feel too hot, you feel too cold.

00:49:28.240 It seemed just cozy and just right.

00:49:31.720 And I really think the Holy Ghost was working.

00:49:34.140 And there was a certain point yesterday where I thought, this is going smoothly.

00:49:39.260 So there's always that pre-jitter talk of we're never going to do this again.

00:49:43.240 But I could say, with almost 100% surety, we're going to have a third anniversary celebration for sure.

00:49:52.480 Beautiful, Father.

00:49:53.220 I very much look forward to it.

00:49:55.100 God bless you.

00:49:55.980 It was an awesome, awesome time.

00:49:59.480 What a conference.

00:50:01.200 That Coalition for Canceled Priest conference was just incredible.

00:50:03.840 Well, the theme was A House United.

00:50:07.920 And I have to say, I've been to a lot of conferences that seemed to be one of the most united groups of folks ever.

00:50:17.860 One faith, one spirit, one baptism.

00:50:21.640 It was amazing.

00:50:23.020 Thank you, Father Lovell, for this incredible conference.

00:50:26.700 I am so honored, as is all of LifeSite, to stand with the Canceled Priests, Canceled for being faithful to God's call to preach the truth without compromise.

00:50:39.680 For all of us here at LifeSite News, God bless you, and we'll see you next time.

00:50:56.700 And may God bless you.
