00:01:36.940 So, usually, in the midst of Francis' scandals, there would have been some kind of orthodox-sounding story,
00:01:43.880 so as to soften the blow of the scandalous appointments.
00:01:47.080 But now, it seems there is a no-holds-barred approach.

00:05:35.420 who is also opposed to the Vatican's ban on same-sex blessings and the current papal Carmelengo,

00:06:25.920 there's bishops appointed to the Congregation for Divine Worship,

00:06:34.380 and he is Hamilton, Ontario, Canada Bishop Douglas Crosby.
00:06:39.040 Bishop Crosby backed a move to fly the gay pride parade flag at Catholic schools.
00:06:46.020 He actually muzzled the priest of his diocese from speaking out in opposition to it.
00:06:51.360 He went so far as to remove one priest from the diocese
00:06:54.960 who spoke out against the gay pride flags flying at Catholic schools.
00:07:00.760 Bishop Crosby forced parishioners to wear masks in church
00:07:04.720 and ordered his priests to deny the faithful Holy Communion
00:07:09.220 if they would not wear masks in church.
00:07:12.820 He also warned his priests, who refused the vaccine,
00:07:16.800 that he would restrict their ministries.
00:07:19.140 And while he forbade a speaker in his diocese speaking against graphic sex education in schools,
00:07:27.060 Bishop Crosby ignored the pleas of the faithful Catholics
00:07:31.100 to ban two former priests, one actually a bishop,
00:07:35.540 from speaking at a Catholic college in his diocese on issues promoting homosexuality.
