The John-Henry Westen Show - Satan has a three-point plan for us all—here's what it is

00:00:00.000 Let's begin, as we always do, with the sign of the cross.

00:00:02.600 In the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost. Amen.

00:00:09.700 Despite the evils which dominate the modern world,

00:00:13.900 the continued celebration of Christmas in our societies,

00:00:18.060 even in the crass ways that we're used to seeing now,

00:00:22.220 shows that the modern world hasn't completely forgotten

00:00:25.840 about the One who was born 2,000 years ago.

00:00:30.380 In my opinion, Christmas retains its power to move and inspire

00:00:34.900 because it reflects a universal human experience.

00:00:38.580 The birth of a child.

00:00:40.800 And that changes everything.

00:00:43.640 When a child is born, a new ray of light breaks through the darkness

00:00:47.940 of our superficial, distracted, materialistic world.

00:00:53.220 A newborn child calls us back to deeper truths and higher purposes.

00:00:57.760 In fact, you remember the birth of your first child?

00:01:02.660 And an innocent little baby brings us face to face

00:01:06.880 with the truth that's found at the very heart of the Bible,

00:01:11.180 that God made us in His image.

00:01:14.180 Even accounting for original sin,

00:01:17.720 this divine image shines so brightly in an innocent little baby.

00:01:22.040 And it's the clarity of this divine image

00:01:24.980 that causes Satan to hate children with a particular ferocity.

00:01:30.860 Today, Satan ferociously attacks children

00:01:34.040 with this three-point hellish plan. 0.81

00:01:38.140 Number one, there's abortion, which kills children in the womb. 1.00

00:01:43.240 Number two, there's this transgender ideology, 0.99

00:01:46.460 which mutilates children after birth. 0.99

00:01:49.420 And number three, there's corruption through depraved education, 0.97

00:01:54.040 so-called education,

00:01:55.440 murdering and mutilating the souls of children and adolescents.

00:01:59.980 So if you look at abortion,

00:02:02.000 in the U.S., the overturning of Roe v. Wade

00:02:05.100 returned abortion to the states.

00:02:08.180 And two years after this great pro-life victory,

00:02:11.600 many states have banned abortion

00:02:13.380 or imposed further restrictions on abortion.

00:02:16.680 But abortionists have been fighting back.

00:02:19.700 At the recent election,

00:02:21.300 seven states voted to expand access to abortion,

00:02:24.940 with similar measures being defeated in three other states.

00:02:28.560 The war against abortion is being fought in each state

00:02:33.160 and will only be won by the truth

00:02:36.240 and a massive education campaign.

00:02:39.800 That's why our team at LifeSite News are committed to,

00:02:44.040 number one, educating the public with the truth about abortion

00:02:47.320 and countering the lies of the abortion industry. 0.57

00:02:50.580 We're providing in-depth coverage of state abortion battles

00:02:54.000 with the mainstream media never covers.

00:02:56.980 We're mobilizing support for pro-life measures nationwide.

00:03:00.940 We've got our work cut out for us.

00:03:02.340 But you see, abortion is just the beginning.

00:03:05.960 Satan and his globalist pawns know

00:03:08.400 that they can't have every baby killed in the womb.

00:03:12.620 And if a baby does manage to avoid the horrible fate

00:03:15.620 of being murdered before he or she sees the light of day,

00:03:19.040 the devil has the next stage of his three-point plan in store for them.

00:03:23.560 In the Bible, God tells us that he made human beings as one of two sexes.

00:03:28.960 The book of Genesis says, and I quote,

00:03:30.680 male and female he created them, end quote.

00:03:34.660 Just as Satan hates the image of God in souls of children,

00:03:38.420 so too he hates their masculinity and femininity.

00:03:42.300 That's why he's long been mobilizing his servants

00:03:47.140 in the political, media, and financial worlds,

00:03:50.360 and there are many, many of his servants in those worlds,

00:03:54.340 to mutilate the bodies of children and obscure God's work in them.

00:03:59.000 I have rarely been more distressed

00:04:00.720 than by reading the story of Texas father Jeffrey Younger.

00:04:04.880 Lifesight had the privilege of interviewing him years ago

00:04:08.500 when he was going into this battle.

00:04:12.260 Jeffrey just lost custody of his sons following a divorce,

00:04:16.320 specifically because he opposed his wife's wish

00:04:19.480 to have his son castrated and allegedly turned into a girl.

00:04:24.880 Now that he's lost custody,

00:04:26.560 there's nothing standing in the way of doctors

00:04:29.040 chemically and surgically castrating 12-year-old James Younger,

00:04:33.960 ensuring that James will be permanently mutilated

00:04:37.480 and unable to father children for the rest of his life.

00:04:42.940 These evil laws and the morally corrupt judiciary

00:04:47.460 which enforces them are so wicked

00:04:49.720 as to almost defy description.

00:04:52.680 You can't even imagine that this is happening, but it is.

00:04:56.800 That's why it's time to fight back

00:04:59.960 for boys and girls like James Younger,

00:05:02.460 who are defenseless against Satan's allies in the establishment.

00:05:07.120 Our plan at Lifesight News to fight this

00:05:09.480 is we're going to carry on fighting to free children

00:05:12.600 from the medical and political establishment

00:05:14.820 so eager to interfere with their bodies.

00:05:17.780 We're going to carry on exposing the lies and distortions

00:05:22.600 on which gender ideology is founded. 0.99

00:05:25.620 And we're going to carry on and never stop

00:05:28.600 sharing the gospel of Jesus Christ,

00:05:30.940 our true hope.

00:05:32.820 This kind, said Jesus,

00:05:34.760 can go out by nothing but prayer and fasting, he said.

00:05:41.060 So, the alternative is too horrible.

00:05:45.060 Like I said, we've got a lot on our plate

00:05:47.460 here at Lifesight News.

00:05:48.340 And then, just as he knows he can't kill all the babies,

00:05:54.940 Satan also knows that he can't castrate, sterilize,

00:05:58.780 neuter, and physically ruin every child that's been born. 1.00

00:06:02.620 And so, those who escape being aborted in the womb

00:06:05.860 or having their bodies physically mutilated

00:06:08.220 then become the targets of his spiritual and moral corruption.

00:06:13.040 Satan hates to see innocence and purity in children and young adults.

00:06:18.820 And so do his globalist minions in the government,

00:06:22.160 in the media, and in public education.

00:06:24.400 Through his extensive control over all these branches of public life,

00:06:28.780 Satan gets his tentacles around millions of children and adolescents

00:06:33.280 working to extinguish the life of grace in their souls

00:06:37.200 and to twist and corrupt them into total moral depravity.

00:06:43.320 Through schools, the devil teaches anti-Christian ideologies

00:06:48.260 like liberalism and atheism to lead young people to reject God altogether.

00:06:54.660 And by flooding the world with pornography and immodesty,

00:06:59.360 he is succeeding in destroying innocence

00:07:02.200 and making chastity basically impossible. 0.97

00:07:05.160 You know, once upon a time, not even that long ago,

00:07:09.380 there was a great bulwark holding back

00:07:12.240 this flood of moral sewage into the world.

00:07:16.060 But that bulwark, that block, that defense

00:07:19.820 was what St. Paul called the pillar and bulwark of truth,

00:07:25.800 the Roman Catholic Church and her divinely instituted hierarchy.

00:07:30.000 But today, Satan has won many of our supposed shepherds to his dark service.

00:07:38.360 And from defending children, life, innocence, and purity,

00:07:41.580 they're working with Satan, even providing the moral cover

00:07:45.960 for his agents of impurity. 0.68

00:07:50.020 Dark forces in the Vatican are building new synodal church,

00:07:55.280 as they themselves call it, by the way.

00:07:56.880 This synodal church has been bestowing its anti-blessings on sexual immorality. 0.92

00:08:02.920 From adultery in Amoris Laetitia,

00:08:05.920 to the unnatural sin of sodomy in Fiducia Supplicans, 0.99

00:08:10.420 to the trans mania in Cardinal Fernandez's

00:08:13.680 dubia on the transgender godparents.

00:08:17.160 And in light of all this, 0.76

00:08:18.600 Cardinal Fernandez's book of erotic, really filthy poetry

00:08:23.460 feels almost innocent by comparison.

00:08:26.820 But it's not all innocent in reality.

00:08:29.880 And it's just as appalling that a priest, bishop, cardinal,

00:08:34.580 prefect of the alleged holy office

00:08:37.420 is appointed having published such smut.

00:08:41.840 This synodal church is working to eclipse the Catholic Church, 0.82

00:08:47.920 which is the only force against which Satan can never ultimately prevail.

00:08:55.380 To oppose these evils, LifeSite News is working

00:08:57.940 to expose the schemes that corrupt children wherever we find them,

00:09:02.500 to provide true education founded on Christian principles,

00:09:06.220 and inspire young people with a healthy model for life

00:09:09.800 to share the fullness of the gospel without compromise.

00:09:13.820 The protection of children has always been

00:09:16.360 at the heart of our mission here at LifeSite News,

00:09:18.920 and it always will be.

00:09:21.200 LifeSite News was born out of the fight

00:09:23.620 to protect children from abortion.

00:09:26.060 And as you can see, this battle rages as fiercely as ever.

00:09:30.540 That's why we have entered the battlefield

00:09:33.160 against these other threats to our children.

00:09:36.680 But the scale of evil that we face,

00:09:39.540 like Satan's three-point plan of murder of unborn babies,

00:09:44.620 followed by the transgenderization and castration of children who are born, 0.86

00:09:49.660 followed by the corruption of those who aren't castrated,

00:09:53.160 can seem, well, overwhelming.

00:09:57.160 First of all, the odds are certainly against us.

00:10:01.340 And that's why I need to call on your help today

00:10:04.220 to support our urgent campaign with a financial gift.

00:10:08.760 Please donate.

00:10:10.460 Donate today if you can to defeat those who want our children dead 0.99

00:10:15.060 or mutilated or in hell. 0.52

00:10:49.880 we can build an unstoppable global movement

00:10:53.120 for freedom.

00:10:54.880 But there's more.

00:10:55.780 Those who escape Satan's three-point plan

00:10:59.220 for the destruction of children

00:11:01.040 and go on to grow up

00:11:02.820 are soon to be faced with efforts 0.92

00:11:05.100 to get them to kill themselves. 0.95

00:11:09.600 Doesn't this sound just insane? 0.99

00:11:12.680 Someone from a hundred years ago

00:11:14.940 would think,

00:11:16.000 come on, you guys are making it up.

00:11:18.380 But unfortunately, it's true.

00:11:20.100 It's happening right before our eyes.

00:11:22.040 In my own country of Canada

00:11:23.900 and many other places,

00:11:26.120 through the spread of euthanasia,

00:11:27.820 assisted suicide,

00:11:28.800 and so-called medical assistance in dying,

00:11:32.400 of course, 0.85

00:11:33.580 this pro-suicide backup plan of Satan

00:11:36.780 also has our children in its sights.

00:11:40.040 In Canada,

00:11:41.000 which I'm sorry to say

00:11:42.100 is leading the world

00:11:43.440 when it comes to assisted suicide,

00:11:45.700 the pro-death advocacy organization,

00:11:48.440 they call themselves

00:11:49.320 Dying with Dignity Canada,

00:11:51.180 they claim that 71% of Canadians

00:11:54.240 support mature minors

00:11:56.640 to be granted medical assistance in dying.

00:12:01.580 People think that this maid, 0.99

00:12:04.260 as they call it,

00:12:05.560 is all about the elderly 1.00

00:12:07.760 or at least the terminally ill.

00:12:09.880 But no,

00:12:10.800 we know all too well

00:12:12.580 that it's being offered

00:12:13.900 in the place of more costly treatments

00:12:16.040 for diseases like cancer.

00:12:18.180 Take Sarah, for example.

00:12:19.660 She's a beloved Canadian grandma.

00:12:22.660 Okay, Sarah's not a real name, of course,

00:12:24.560 but all this really happened

00:12:26.500 just in 2022.

00:12:29.620 She was sitting on a plastic chair

00:12:32.320 in a hospital hallway,

00:12:34.460 shivering in a surgical gown,

00:12:36.720 waiting alone to go in

00:12:38.580 for breast cancer surgery.

00:12:41.320 After a while,

00:12:42.540 she said a doctor came

00:12:44.160 and sat with her.

00:12:45.220 She was undergoing a mastectomy,

00:12:48.280 which is a pretty frightening process

00:12:50.440 all by itself.

00:12:51.240 Even if it's just routine in many cases,

00:12:54.040 it involves actually losing part of yourself.

00:12:58.020 So as you can imagine,

00:12:59.440 Sarah was glad to have

00:13:00.780 the reassuring presence of a doctor with her,

00:13:03.640 even if it was about going through

00:13:05.980 those frightening consent forms.

00:13:08.160 But after he did all that,

00:13:10.340 he committed what I think

00:13:12.080 is the ultimate betrayal

00:13:14.080 of a doctor to his patient.

00:13:16.480 He asked Sarah,

00:13:17.720 did you know about

00:13:19.060 medical assistance in dying?

00:13:21.080 That's right.

00:13:22.100 Just before surgery,

00:13:23.400 while Sarah was on her own

00:13:25.320 without any loved ones around her,

00:13:27.300 while she was cold and vulnerable,

00:13:30.440 in a hospital gown,

00:13:32.560 awaiting surgery,

00:13:33.820 this doctor was offering 0.98

00:13:36.200 to help her kill herself instead. 0.91

00:13:40.140 This wasn't the last time 0.98

00:13:41.460 that these doctors of death

00:13:43.840 offered Sarah

00:13:44.860 medical assistance in dying.

00:13:47.460 They brought it up two more times.

00:13:50.960 This is a quote from Sarah herself,

00:13:53.260 and I quote,

00:13:54.480 I felt like a problem

00:13:55.740 that needed to be gotten rid of

00:13:57.740 instead of a patient

00:13:59.220 in need of treatment.

00:14:00.800 End quote.

00:14:01.400 Welcome to Canada in the 2020s.

00:14:03.820 But make no mistake,

00:14:06.300 this wickedness

00:14:07.680 is going to spread beyond Canada.

00:14:10.700 We can look at all the debates

00:14:12.780 in the United Kingdom

00:14:14.180 after the radical labor government

00:14:16.580 gave parliamentary time

00:14:18.140 for a proposed suicide legislation,

00:14:20.860 and the death cult

00:14:21.880 just won that vote.

00:14:25.040 But this evil is already legal

00:14:28.220 throughout the United States,

00:14:30.200 in California, Maine,

00:14:31.620 Washington, and many more.

00:14:34.500 How long until it's in your state?

00:14:37.140 How long until it's

00:14:38.260 your own grandmother

00:14:39.220 sitting there,

00:14:40.220 scared, alone, cold,

00:14:41.900 and vulnerable?

00:14:43.340 Or your mother, for that matter.

00:14:45.120 How long until it's you?

00:14:47.840 Imagine being told,

00:14:50.080 your life is painful,

00:14:51.680 your care is expensive,

00:14:53.320 difficult,

00:14:54.100 and inconvenient,

00:14:55.080 probably a burden

00:14:55.820 on your family.

00:14:56.620 You should probably consider 0.94

00:14:59.440 ending your life 0.99

00:15:00.520 and not being a burden,

00:15:01.480 especially on your family.

00:15:02.980 It would be good for you, too.

00:15:04.140 You know,

00:15:04.800 all this pain,

00:15:05.780 you don't need to suffer it.

00:15:07.300 Our relentless reporting

00:15:09.300 of these horror stories

00:15:10.760 at LifeSite News

00:15:11.740 is a crucial means

00:15:13.600 of stopping the spread

00:15:14.860 of assisted suicide

00:15:16.200 throughout the world.

00:15:17.520 It's only by knowing

00:15:20.000 the truth

00:15:20.580 that defenders of life

00:15:22.540 and the natural law

00:15:24.080 can fight

00:15:24.760 for the vulnerable people

00:15:26.740 like Sarah,

00:15:28.980 like your grandmother.

00:15:30.040 But unless this winter campaign

00:15:32.700 goes well,

00:15:33.760 we're going to struggle

00:15:34.960 to keep this costly work going.

00:15:37.560 So please support

00:16:11.420 the mission of LifeSite News

00:16:12.720 as we raise the alarm

00:16:14.480 against the push

00:16:15.380 to pressure us all

00:16:16.980 to commit suicide? 0.85

00:16:19.340 Now, you might think 0.78

00:16:20.900 that you're strong enough

00:16:21.960 to resist the pressure 0.98

00:16:23.060 to commit suicide,

00:16:24.160 but it might not be up to you.

00:16:26.860 That's because it's not just

00:16:28.480 legal-assisted suicide

00:16:30.420 that's the problem.

00:16:32.340 Even palliative care

00:16:34.180 is sometimes used

00:16:35.840 as a codename

00:16:37.080 for actual euthanasia.

00:16:39.800 Involuntary medical assistance

00:16:41.660 in dying, they say.

00:16:44.020 Just the other day,

00:16:45.340 on this very show,

00:16:47.480 Sister Deirdre Byrne,

00:16:49.080 known as Sister Didi,

00:16:50.740 told me about her friend,

00:16:52.240 Sister Philip Marie Burley,

00:16:54.180 who she says

00:16:55.660 was a victim

00:16:56.720 of stealth euthanasia

00:16:58.160 under the cover

00:16:59.720 of palliative care.

00:17:01.800 Back in 2022,

00:17:03.420 Sister Philip Marie

00:17:04.360 was in a coma

00:17:05.760 following surgery

00:17:06.920 and on narcotics.

00:17:09.800 Being a doctor,

00:17:10.820 Sister Didi asked questions.

00:17:13.020 The hospice said

00:17:13.980 it was helping her transition,

00:17:17.440 which she says

00:17:18.660 is the code word 1.00

00:17:19.800 for we're killing her. 0.99

00:17:21.360 When Sister Philip Marie 0.96

00:17:23.800 came out of the coma,

00:17:26.200 she was of sound mind

00:17:27.540 and wanted to live.

00:17:30.260 But visitors,

00:17:31.260 like Sister Didi,

00:17:32.100 were soon banned

00:17:33.020 from the hospital.

00:17:34.840 And then,

00:17:35.800 they turned off her oxygen,

00:17:38.220 she couldn't drink

00:17:39.360 anything by mouth,

00:17:40.960 and this allegedly

00:17:42.440 Catholic hospice,

00:17:43.880 by the way,

00:17:44.920 wouldn't even let the priest

00:17:46.680 give her the last rites. 1.00

00:17:48.860 That's until Sister Didi 0.96

00:17:50.360 insisted.

00:17:52.140 After he visited her,

00:17:54.460 he told Sister Didi

00:17:55.600 that Sister Philip Marie

00:17:56.680 was still breathing,

00:17:58.120 but that she had

00:17:59.000 no IV fluids

00:18:00.480 or feeding tube

00:18:01.860 and was very over-sedated.

00:18:05.300 Soon after this visit,

00:18:07.120 Sister Philip Marie

00:18:08.000 was dead.

00:18:10.400 Sister Philip Marie

00:18:11.280 had a priest visit

00:18:12.720 for the last rites

00:18:13.560 because Sister Didi

00:18:15.180 was there advocating

00:18:16.320 for her

00:18:16.940 and not taking no

00:18:18.980 for an answer.

00:18:19.980 And if you know

00:18:20.500 anything about Sister Didi,

00:18:22.320 you can see

00:18:23.780 the hospital

00:18:25.340 really had no choice.

00:18:27.320 But Sister Didi 0.98

00:18:28.040 isn't going to be there

00:18:29.320 to advocate

00:18:30.500 for everyone.

00:18:31.820 She can't be as much

00:18:33.040 as she'd love to.

00:18:34.440 Who's going to advocate

00:18:35.260 for our children

00:18:36.140 and our grandchildren

00:18:37.480 once we've gone?

00:18:39.360 Friends,

00:18:39.780 this is just plain evil.

00:18:41.860 And it will only get worse

00:18:43.420 if assisted suicide

00:18:44.600 is legalized.

00:18:46.000 LifeSite News

00:18:47.800 is at the forefront

00:18:48.980 of speaking the truth

00:18:50.700 boldly about the evils

00:18:52.580 of the Canadian,

00:18:54.240 Dutch,

00:18:54.920 and other stealth

00:18:56.100 euthanasia systems

00:18:57.940 which are also

00:18:58.940 in the United States.

00:19:00.660 We are working tirelessly

00:19:02.660 to report

00:19:04.320 every abusive legislation,

00:19:06.460 to advocate

00:19:07.140 for true palliative care,

00:19:09.160 to educate readers

00:19:10.680 about the risks

00:19:11.900 that they face.

00:19:12.820 The devil never sleeps,

00:19:16.300 nor do his minions.

00:19:18.140 And that's why

00:19:18.960 we are working

00:19:19.760 night and day

00:19:20.860 with a team

00:19:21.940 based around the world

00:19:23.240 to ensure

00:19:24.420 that we get the truth

00:19:25.440 out to the millions

00:19:27.060 of people

00:19:27.740 who read LifeSite News

00:19:29.000 in eight

00:19:30.160 different languages.

00:19:32.560 And like I said,

00:19:34.180 we're also

00:19:35.020 exposing the truth

00:19:36.360 about abortion

00:19:37.020 to the general public

00:19:38.460 and providing

00:19:39.620 in-depth coverage

00:19:41.040 of abortion battles

00:19:42.160 that the mainstream media

00:19:43.700 will just not give you.

00:19:45.680 We are fighting tirelessly

00:19:47.300 to keep children safe

00:19:49.080 from the scalpels,

00:19:51.280 surgical knives,

00:19:52.360 and artificial hormones

00:19:53.620 which the media,

00:19:55.420 medical,

00:19:56.160 and educational

00:19:57.080 establishments

00:19:58.020 are brandishing

00:19:59.520 in their faces.

00:20:00.680 And we're sharing

00:20:01.840 the fullness

00:20:02.240 of the gospel

00:20:02.980 and education

00:20:04.900 in accordance

00:20:05.620 with the moral law.

00:20:07.240 And we are exposing

00:20:08.600 the synodal church

00:20:10.360 by laying the axe

00:20:12.580 at the roots

00:20:13.440 and asking the questions

00:20:15.580 which so few

00:20:16.740 will allow themselves

00:20:17.660 to even think about.

00:20:19.720 The situation

00:20:20.860 is very simple.

00:20:22.880 The world needs

00:20:23.720 truthful media organizations

00:20:25.360 like LifeSite News

00:20:26.300 to get out the truth

00:20:27.400 and the evidence.

00:20:29.560 If the truth gets out

00:20:31.180 to enough people,

00:20:32.580 we win.

00:20:33.920 If people remain asleep,

00:20:35.860 we lose.

00:20:37.040 It's as simple as that.

00:20:38.920 But we can't do this alone.

00:20:41.620 Every dollar you give

00:20:43.020 amplifies the truth

00:20:44.360 and protects the vulnerable

00:20:46.080 like Sarah

00:20:46.960 and Sister Philip Marie.

00:20:49.340 That's why I've been forced

00:20:51.260 to ask your help today

00:20:53.300 to support our

00:20:54.580 urgent winter campaign.

00:20:57.220 Modest but essential donations

00:20:59.120 in the order of $35, $50, $100,

00:21:01.600 $150, or $500,

00:21:03.160 they make up the bulk

00:21:04.600 of LifeSite News funding.

00:21:07.120 These critical gifts

00:21:08.560 are essential for us

00:21:09.920 to carry on

00:21:10.800 telling the whole truth

00:21:11.880 about the attacks

00:21:12.740 on life, faith,

00:21:14.200 family, and freedom.

00:21:15.820 Larger donations

00:21:16.800 of $1,000 or $2,500

00:21:18.600 or $5,000

00:21:19.860 or more

00:21:21.140 will have a very

00:21:22.900 significant impact

00:21:24.220 and set us up

00:21:25.520 in a strong position

00:21:26.620 as we enter

00:21:27.380 a period of global

00:21:28.860 violent conflict.

00:21:30.380 That's why I urge you

00:21:32.500 to help LifeSite News

00:21:33.640 continue this fight.

00:21:35.540 Funds are urgently needed.

00:21:37.760 Will you be part

00:21:38.420 of our fight?

00:21:40.000 My dear friends,

00:21:41.100 the moments of new life

00:21:42.220 and of death

00:21:43.400 are precious.

00:21:45.120 And we need to protect them,

00:21:47.260 sanctify them,

00:21:48.080 and help others see

00:21:49.260 that they are sanctified too.

00:21:52.260 Christ's enemies 0.64

00:21:53.160 called for Him

00:21:54.540 to come down

00:21:55.420 from the cross,

00:21:56.340 but He stayed there

00:21:57.500 in agony and humiliation

00:21:59.480 out of love for us.

00:22:01.300 When we are in agony

00:22:02.520 or humiliated

00:22:03.860 at being a burden,

00:22:05.940 our duty is to stay

00:22:07.480 on the cross with Him

00:22:09.200 out of love

00:22:10.000 for Him

00:22:11.260 and for our brothers

00:22:12.980 and sisters.

00:22:13.820 The globalist death cult

00:22:15.560 doesn't just want

00:22:17.420 our babies.

00:22:18.940 It wants our grandparents

00:22:20.360 and parents.

00:22:21.400 It wants you

00:22:22.500 and me too.

00:22:24.380 And it wants us

00:22:25.340 to get down

00:22:26.160 off our crosses

00:22:26.840 and reject

00:22:27.480 the power of sacrifice

00:22:29.220 and of redemptive suffering.

00:22:32.300 This is our moment

00:22:34.020 to draw a line

00:22:35.080 in the sand.

00:22:36.500 With your support,

00:22:38.020 we can protect

00:22:38.680 the dignity of life

00:22:39.840 for generations to come.

00:22:42.140 I know the approach

00:22:43.440 of Christmas

00:22:43.980 brings increased

00:22:45.120 financial commitments

00:22:46.060 for many families.

00:22:47.800 And so,

00:22:48.300 sacrifices made

00:22:49.180 at this time of year

00:22:50.040 are particularly appreciated.

00:22:52.800 Sacrifices made

00:22:53.760 for children

00:22:54.420 and the vulnerable

00:22:55.380 put me in mind

00:22:56.880 of those made

00:22:57.860 for the Christ child

00:22:58.900 during that first

00:22:59.700 Christmas season

00:23:00.440 when Our Lady

00:23:01.540 and St. Joseph

00:23:02.400 sacrificed their comfort

00:23:04.120 while in a stable,

00:23:06.020 when the Magi

00:23:06.920 took their long,

00:23:07.980 difficult journey

00:23:08.620 to adore our Lord,

00:23:10.100 and when Herod

00:23:11.100 made the holy innocents

00:23:12.600 into the first martyrs

00:23:14.620 to shed their blood

00:23:15.680 for Jesus Christ.

00:23:17.500 By making an Advent gift,

00:23:19.960 you ensure

00:23:20.700 that LifeSite News

00:23:21.560 can keep the Divine Child

00:23:23.380 and His beloved children

00:23:25.200 center stage

00:23:26.660 in the year to come.

00:23:29.020 But let me tell you,

00:23:30.660 the end of the wicked

00:23:31.860 is never pretty to see.

00:23:33.920 Herod the Great,

00:23:34.960 the one who slaughtered

00:23:36.020 the holy innocents,

00:23:37.340 died from an excruciating

00:23:39.340 and disgusting disease, 0.61

00:23:40.940 and the worms

00:23:41.820 started eating him

00:23:42.940 before he died.

00:23:44.720 He actually tried

00:23:46.020 to commit suicide, too,

00:23:47.400 to end it all. 0.99

00:23:48.220 You know,

00:23:50.600 things don't change much,

00:23:51.700 do they?

00:23:52.720 History shows

00:23:53.660 that powerful enemies

00:23:55.020 often collapse

00:23:56.300 at the height

00:23:56.920 of their power.

00:23:58.300 God then shows

00:23:59.160 that He alone

00:24:00.140 is the Lord

00:24:00.860 and ruler

00:24:01.500 of the universe.

00:24:02.360 So we must do

00:24:03.360 what we can

00:24:03.980 and leave the rest

00:24:05.200 to God.

00:24:06.420 In the meantime,

00:24:07.920 you can chip in today

00:24:09.080 by giving generously

00:24:10.140 to Defend Life

00:24:11.860 and Dignity.

00:24:13.340 Please donate

00:24:14.100 to LifeSite News

00:24:14.940 today

00:24:15.540 to make your contribution

00:24:17.480 to that victory.

00:24:19.520 Thank you.

00:24:20.620 And for LifeSite News,

00:24:21.620 this is John Henry Weston.
