00:02:08.880 Tim, a lot of people might say that your book, Trump and Sodom, Letting the Cat Out of the Bag, might be extreme.

00:02:22.680 Well, we don't think it's extreme at all, really.
00:02:24.820 As you know, President Trump had a gala at Mar-a-Lago where he said, quote, we are fighting hard for the gay community, and we are fighting and fighting hard.
00:02:42.100 Then later, actually, when we did start doing some research, we found out there was another gala in 2021 where Melania, his wife, was given an award by the Law Cabin Republicans.
00:02:54.080 And also, Rick Grinnell is the openly homosexual, first homosexual member of his cabinet, was given the Game Changer Award, and President Trump actually presented that to him.
00:03:05.040 And at that time, he said, Rick Grinnell has been the best spokesman for our nation.
00:03:15.640 What he said is, there's been no better spokesman for our nation than this man.
00:03:22.580 So, that was pretty amazing.
00:03:27.560 So, that's what really kind of launched my wife into digging a little bit deeper and writing the book.
00:03:35.580 And we found that, of course, beyond President Trump, the alignment, what I call the alignment with Sodom, goes deep within the Republican Party.
00:03:46.080 Uh, the RNC, uh, has established a pride coalition, um, there's over 56, um, representatives and senators that have, that have endorsed the Law Cabin Republicans.
00:04:00.080 So, our, our approach, of course, then, was to go to mega supporters, people that are, have been and always have been supporting President Trump, and get their opinions, and that's what we did.
00:04:13.520 So, that, that's, that's really the heart of the book are the letters, even more than Melissa's narrative, which is go, go into some depth, scripturally and everything else about that.
00:04:24.320 But it's more, these letters, uh, people were shocked, uh, by this fact, the fact that President Trump has aligned himself with this group.
00:04:34.120 And what's really interesting, I, it's a true, uh, work of the Holy Spirit, because each person can, comes at it from a different angle.
00:04:42.920 Of course, the theme is very concerned.
00:04:45.520 They're all very concerned, but really concerned about destroying, uh, the integrity of the family.
00:04:51.600 Um, but again, they come at that from many, many different angles, um, all of them very supportive of President Trump.
00:05:00.560 I mean, every, all the letters basically started by saying, thank you so much for what you've done for our nation.
00:05:06.620 We really appreciate it, but, and then it goes in their different ways of talking about it.
00:05:12.720 Um, they go, um, to, um, and many, many of them, uh, quote scripture, um, believing and knowing that, that homosexuality is an affront to God and against his word and, uh, urging him to reconsider.
00:05:28.480 Here's something really, really stunning to understand that President Trump was pushing harder for the LGBT community from his own testimony.
00:05:41.840 Then anyone else is very, very bizarre because not only does that agenda already rule so much of our world today in America and in the whole of the West, that agenda has been forcing itself on African countries, on third world countries, basically either bribing them or threatening them with loss of economic aid.
00:06:09.760 Look what just happened now when Uganda dared to stand up against the LGBT lobby.
00:06:18.340 It was America that came down its throat.
00:06:21.860 And yes, that's being done now under Biden, but you know what?
00:06:24.780 If Trump was right there with the agenda, as he said he was, and the LGBT pushing Republicans, the log cabin Republicans, as they call themselves, praised him for it.
00:06:37.340 He must have been in support of that same thing.
00:06:41.180 This is really stunning because this is not a new occurrence that countries all over the world are being cajoled into accepting this agenda.
00:06:49.980 America has been pushing this agenda for decades now.

00:06:56.200 How did these letters come about?
00:06:58.120 What is this?
00:06:58.760 What happened?
00:06:59.700 Basically, I contacted Christian friends of mine around the country, letting them know about this and asking if they would be willing to write a letter.
00:07:09.160 And the response was overwhelming.
00:07:13.000 Very few people didn't want to do it, but most people said yes, definitely.
00:07:17.440 And I didn't give any hints or anything.
00:07:20.820 I just asked them to just write their thoughts, their heart.
00:07:27.100 And that's what they did.
00:07:28.280 So that's how it came about.
00:07:29.400 We had I had letters from from six different states, Nebraska, California, Texas, Wisconsin, Nevada.
00:07:41.560 And what were the letters for in the first place?
00:07:43.840 This is the way I was able to kind of sell it to the people is that if you'll write a letter, our GOP leader, the messenger, will take them to President Trump, present them in person to him and talk about their concerns.
00:07:59.420 So you had a contact inside the Trump administration with access to the president.
00:08:05.920 Not inside the administration, but a GOP leader who has ties to President Trump.

00:08:11.700 Who told you he could get the letters to the president if you wrote them?
00:08:15.380 He believed he could.
00:08:16.500 It's only when he actually tried to get the meeting that we were stonewalled.
00:08:20.700 Okay.
00:08:20.800 What meeting is that?
00:08:21.920 We wanted to get a private meeting between our messenger and President Trump.
00:08:26.580 It was that simple.
00:08:27.360 To be able to present these letters.

00:08:29.640 And we had a way of presenting them to him.
00:08:33.140 We, of course, what we really wanted him is to read the letters because they're very moving.

00:08:38.980 It's quite amazing how people spoke from their hearts to hopefully his heart.
00:08:45.560 And so, obviously, we're disappointed that we couldn't get that.
00:08:49.000 Now, just so you'll know this, is that the letters are still out there and we're not stopping.
00:08:54.560 In other words, we haven't gotten to President Trump yet.
00:08:56.840 But our GOP leader, who was unable to do this, still has the letters and I'm actually going to be meeting with him very shortly to discuss our next steps.
00:09:08.940 So, you've got these letters compiled now into your book as well as the story about trying to reach President Trump with your concerns.
00:09:16.940 They've been rebuffed so far in terms of having no meeting.
00:09:20.380 Do you know if your contact close to the president has been able to voice any concern to him at all?
00:09:28.720 Not directly to President Trump as far as we know.
00:09:31.080 I asked him when we were getting the pushback, when we were getting the stonewalling, did he think that President Trump was – that it was communicated to President Trump?
00:09:42.680 And his point to me was, when there's any trouble brewing, this gatekeeper would let President Trump know about it.
00:09:54.220 Now, I don't have any evidence that he ever did that.
00:09:57.220 Whether President Trump has heard about these letters, I don't know.

00:10:07.640 We are just about to have the Synod on Synodality, and everything that you've seen indicates that it's going to be an absolute disaster.

00:10:26.640 These picks of the Pope to engage in this Synod are indicative of where we're going.

00:10:35.060 And at these times of great crisis, the church, especially those called in the laity to work for the glory of Christ and his church, are called to gather and strategize.

00:12:11.080 There was a huge kerfuffle during the, you know, any time you have a blog cabin Republicans doing something pro-Trump,
00:12:19.900 the media is always mixed up because the mainstream media likes to support everything LGBTQ.
00:12:24.060 But they also like to bash President Trump.
00:12:27.080 So, they're in a quandary at that point.
00:12:28.680 But nonetheless, it's been around.
00:12:30.040 So, to say that President Trump doesn't know about the concerns, I don't think makes much sense.
00:12:36.500 He's very media savvy.
00:12:39.980 And so, he knows.
00:12:42.100 Why do you think this is an important issue for America?
00:12:46.320 Everything that's going on in America right now, I'd say the horrors that are going on,
00:12:51.660 child mutilation, et cetera, have its root in this sin in Sodom.
00:12:59.100 And so, it's really important, Lord, that President Trump is confronted on this,
00:13:04.260 that we believe that if he does not repent, our nation is in trouble.
00:13:10.160 And we believe that very firmly.
00:13:11.840 No matter what happens in the election, by the way, even if he were to be elected,
00:13:15.720 and if he doesn't recant of this, and affirm that marriage is between only a man and a woman,
00:13:23.320 I think that the nation, I mean, Scripture is very clear about nations that are aligned with Sodom.
00:13:29.720 And God's Word doesn't change.
00:13:32.680 And it's in the Old and New Testament both.
00:13:35.120 So, we know that we're on firm ground here.
00:13:37.280 Absolutely. Our Lord spoke of Sodom.
00:13:39.640 There's a lot of people who suggest that, no, that's only in the Old Testament.
00:13:44.040 They had a better understanding later and so on.
00:13:47.460 But that's because they've not read their New Testament.

00:13:53.540 How did your Christian faith inspire you then to actually take on this project?
00:13:58.720 Because it seems quite the thing to do.
00:14:00.480 You know, a lot of people would think, oh, come on.
00:14:02.240 You want to try and get a meeting with the president?
00:14:03.640 Seriously? Or trying to, you know, what inspired you to do this?
00:14:08.200 We love the Bible. We believe the Bible.
00:14:10.260 I have no idea where President Trump stands with the Bible, with the Scriptures.
00:14:17.180 But it was really the Holy Spirit that inspired us, to be very frank.
00:14:21.500 We thought this was something that we could do,
00:14:25.180 not only for President Trump and his family, but for the nation.
00:14:28.820 And so, that was really it for us.
00:14:32.480 So, what kind of responses did you get?
00:14:34.800 You know, you asked people to take on the chore of writing letters.
00:14:38.320 They did that.
00:14:40.280 Ostensibly, you could say it wasn't successful in getting it to Trump,
00:14:43.940 but you're publishing them now in a book.
00:14:45.660 But what's been the response?
00:14:47.260 Again, overwhelming.
00:14:48.380 People, of course, are disappointed we haven't gotten the letters to President Trump.
00:14:53.000 But they know that we're not stopping.
00:14:56.240 And they're still praying.
00:14:58.840 People are praying that we have success.
00:15:01.420 And so, yeah, no, we've – the people have been terrific.
00:15:07.200 Again, coming at it from all different angles, showing their hearts, very, very concerned.
00:15:12.620 Loving President Trump, really loving President Trump,
00:15:15.100 believing that God has called him to lead the nation.
00:15:18.980 But this is something that he must address.

00:15:23.560 What kind of people are these?
00:15:25.900 And what are some of the messages that they had of, you know, other than telling him that they love him
00:15:31.620 and they support and they thank him for what he has been doing that's been really good?
00:15:36.320 What's some of the other messages?
00:15:37.480 There's a common theme, of course, that people are concerned about their children,
00:15:43.260 their grandchildren seeing this abomination, having – we're seeing it already, of course.
00:15:50.120 Other people are saying, look, the nation has bought into Satan and his lies.
00:15:55.840 And these lies – the truth needs to shine.
00:16:00.800 So they're really shining the light on this situation.
00:16:05.080 People are concerned, for example, about the Republican Party
00:16:08.100 and that there's going to be division in the Republican Party.
00:16:11.080 Well, there's already division in the Republican Party about this.
00:16:14.360 People have said, for example, we know that God will bless this nation if we follow his word.
00:16:20.760 And we're not following his word right now.
00:16:23.600 And so, again, that's another angle that was taken.
00:16:29.880 The people range all kinds of ages, all kinds of backgrounds.

00:16:38.360 There are ranchers out here.
00:16:39.860 There's people that I knew from my time in California.
00:16:43.480 There are teachers, all kinds of different people.
00:16:47.380 People, again, shocked and really, more than anything, want him to know that his base –
00:16:58.940 that is – and several people talked about this – is that his MAGA base,
00:17:03.560 this has been hidden from them.
00:17:06.300 And this is very concerning.
00:17:09.060 You know, it's like, why hasn't he announced this at his rallies?
00:17:12.480 That he's, you know, pro-homosexual, for example, or pro-LGBT.
00:17:19.080 But he hasn't done that.

00:17:21.040 And so, now it's important that people know so they can make a decision one way or the other

00:17:29.180 Is this a fear of yours that, you know, come election time, this could affect President Trump?
00:17:36.120 Or what are your thoughts on what might happen?
00:17:38.840 I can tell you our messenger, who is a GOP leader, believes that if enough people in his
00:17:48.180 base – I mean, basically, for many people in the president's base, the MAGA people,
00:17:54.580 this is a line that they won't cross.
00:17:56.680 Just like abortion is a line they won't cross.
00:17:59.740 But this is one they won't cross.
00:18:00.820 So if enough people become aware of this, it could affect the election.
00:18:05.520 And just, again, the GOP leader, our messenger, believes that it could have a significant

00:18:12.000 So, again, our goal is to get the message to him, to President Trump, so that he'll do

00:18:21.000 So, because our goal isn't to take President Trump down in any shape or form.
00:18:26.020 The left is already trying to do that.
00:18:27.740 Rather, it's to just awaken him to this so that he can really be the leader that I believe
