00:00:00.000 Today on the Matt Walsh Show, California's creepiest groomer politician pulls a Jussie Smollett,
00:00:05.000 and it's perhaps the dumbest and most blatant hoax of all time. Also, speaking of creepy groomers,
00:00:09.540 Biden's BDSM dog fetishist energy official gets put on administrative leave. A new film pushing
00:00:15.100 gender ideology on children is sponsored by pharmaceutical companies. I wonder why.
00:00:19.020 I am persecuted by the audience despite having fairly fulfilled the terms of my anime deal,
00:00:23.620 and director James Cameron warns that testosterone is a poison, quote unquote,
00:00:28.340 that must be purged out of men. All of that and more today on the Matt Walsh Show.
00:00:41.140 Roe v. Wade has been overturned, and this battle is now finally leaving D.C. and going to the
00:00:46.660 grassroots. No group in America is better positioned than 40 Days for Life. With about 1 million
00:00:50.800 volunteers in 1,000 cities, 40 Days for Life holds peaceful vigils outside of abortion facilities.
00:00:55.140 They have a larger presence in blue states, with California being their largest state.
00:00:59.260 Some former abortion facility directors say that these vigils can cause the abortion no-show rate
00:01:03.380 to go as high as 75%, which is detrimental to their abortion business. These law-abiding
00:01:08.240 vigils have closed many abortion businesses in America, and nearly half of those closed abortion
00:01:12.320 facilities were in liberal cities where abortion will remain legal, including closures in San Francisco,
00:01:17.140 Chicago, and Seattle. 40 Days for Life is effectively changing hearts and minds in the grassroots to end
00:01:22.700 abortion. You can check out their locations, podcasts, and free magazine at 40daysforlife.com.
00:01:28.260 And remember that now is not the time to slow down or back away in the fight for life. It's never
00:01:33.220 been more important. So for more information on 40 Days for Life, go to 40daysforlife.com.
00:01:38.660 Well, there's been some renewed attention this week on that parasitic organism attached to the
00:01:43.680 western part of the nation known as California. The state of California is, in many ways, really a
00:01:48.560 tragic American story. Geographically, it's terrifically beautiful. It was discovered,
00:01:54.360 explored, settled, civilized, and conquered with great effort and tremendous sacrifice over the
00:01:59.280 course of this country's early history. It was once one of our prize possessions, a sought-after
00:02:05.780 destination, a point of national pride. And now that pride has turned to shame. It has become a filthy,
00:02:12.300 grotesque cesspit. Basically, the country's septic tank is California. Its cities smell like urine and
00:02:20.740 weed, sidewalks covered in heroin needles and human fecal matter. Violent homeless drug addicts roam the
00:02:27.520 lawless streets. It's in the midst of just total moral and financial collapse. And this is all thanks
00:02:33.600 to the psychotic leftist regime that for so long has run the state and is now running it all the way
00:02:39.420 into the ground. Which explains the latest news out of California. You may have heard this reported by
00:02:43.840 The Daily Wire earlier this week. Quote, thousands of convicted pedophiles in California served less
00:02:49.060 than a year in prison after committing lewd or lascivious acts with a child under 14 years old,
00:02:54.140 according to an investigative report. The Daily Mail analyzed a statewide database of sex offenders that
00:03:00.060 showed more than 7,000 child molesters were released within months after federal authorities
00:03:05.460 sentenced them to prison. Former Los Angeles sex crimes prosecutor Samuel Dordaleon told Daily Mail
00:03:12.680 that the statistics shocked him, adding that the reality is frightening for society. Statistics
00:03:17.600 clearly show that pedophiles don't get reformed. He said they're going to come out and they're going
00:03:22.200 to commit again. Letting these people out early were allowing for a lot more victimization,
00:03:27.980 and that's terrifying. California law requires sex offenders to register their address and update their
00:03:33.000 location upon moving with the Department of Justice. Those names and other personal details are then
00:03:38.220 placed in a public database under Megan's law, which the Clinton administration passed in 1996 after
00:03:42.900 a pedophile murdered seven-year-old Megan Kanka. According to the report, 54,986 offenders were listed
00:03:49.900 on the website in July 2019, of which 76% committed offenses involving children. The average pedophile served
00:03:57.200 two years, sorry, two years and 10 months in prison. So almost got up to three years, but not quite.
00:04:04.960 Now, the report in the Daily Mail also provides specific examples, naming names and the crimes
00:04:09.420 they committed. Back to the Daily Wire, it says, one of the examples outlined in the Daily Mail
00:04:12.400 report said that an offender in the database named Carlos Alexander Nahu, 48, of Rosetta, California,
00:04:20.580 lives one block from Royal Montessori School daycare and three blocks from Rosetta Elementary School after
00:04:25.740 allegedly being convicted of continuous sexual abuse of a child in 2015. Authorities charged Nahu in
00:04:31.460 October 2014. He pled no contest to the crime in January 2015, which resulted in a judge sentencing
00:04:36.900 him to only two days in a Los Angeles County jail and five years of probation. Two days. I mean,
00:04:46.200 you could spend more time in jail for like a DUI. And this was the continuous sexual abuse of a child.
00:04:52.340 Which, by the way, this is why I have a problem with the sex offender registry as a concept.
00:04:58.640 Because if you're telling me that someone has been convicted of a sex crime and is a danger to
00:05:03.200 offend again, which is the point of the registry, that's what necessitates the registry to let people
00:05:08.340 know, oh, this dangerous person is out there and keep your kids away from him. Well, if that's the case,
00:05:13.380 then this is someone who should not be released from prison in the first place.
00:05:17.040 So the registry shouldn't exist because anyone who needs to be on it should simply be locked behind
00:05:23.340 bars. And then he's not our problem. And we don't need to have his name on the registry.
00:05:29.420 It's like we don't release serial killers from prison and then put their names on a
00:05:33.200 serial killer registry. You don't, you don't put the serial killers back in the community and then
00:05:37.280 say, hey, just so you know, here's a map with the red dots. And those were all the serial killers
00:05:41.120 are. You keep them in prison. So why are we doing that with sex predators? Why are they
00:05:46.620 being released in the first place? But this is no surprise in California. They believe that it is
00:05:51.320 cruel and unjust to punish violent criminals. So instead they punish law abiding citizens by
00:05:56.980 putting them in a position to be victimized by the violent criminals. And when it comes to violent
00:06:01.520 criminals, California has a special soft spot for predators and groomers. After all, this is a state
00:06:07.360 run by such people. As Charlie Kirk pointed out in a tweet thread yesterday, one of the most powerful
00:06:12.880 and influential lawmakers in the state is a guy named Scott Wiener. And that's a name you may recall
00:06:18.620 because, well, it's funny, but also because Wiener is the man behind some of the most horrifically insane
00:06:25.080 pieces of legislation this country has ever seen. Running through a few of them. For example, back in 2017,
00:06:31.780 Wiener authored a bill to reduce the penalties for those who knowingly and intentionally expose a sex
00:06:39.920 partner to HIV without telling them. So because of Wiener's legislation, willfully transmitting a
00:06:47.440 deadly STD to another person is now a misdemeanor offense. It used to be a felony and you get three
00:06:52.660 to eight years in prison. If you willingly expose someone to HIV and don't tell them that you have it,
00:06:58.920 you can go to prison. In the past, you go to prison for up to eight years for that.
00:07:02.780 He defended the law, the law that gets rid of those penalties and makes a misdemeanor by insisting that,
00:07:09.100 well, modern medical treatments have dramatically lengthened the lives of those suffering from HIV is what
00:07:14.580 he said. So don't worry. He says, if somebody willfully infects you with the virus, it's okay
00:07:19.820 because your life will likely be shortened, but not shortened by as much as it used to be. And this is a
00:07:26.520 sacrifice that you should be happy to make for the sake of allowing those with HIV to have
00:07:30.700 unencumbered sex. Because of course, in the eyes of somebody like Scott Wiener and really anyone else
00:07:35.980 on the left, it's just, it is an unthinkable form of oppression to tell someone that they should
00:07:45.540 exercise any caution or that there should be any restrictions at all on their sex life.
00:07:55.660 The only point of living is just to have unencumbered sex all the time with whoever
00:08:00.440 you want, whenever you want. That's the way that he looks at it. And so if people die in pursuit of
00:08:08.540 that, then it is a sacrifice worth making. Wiener, the same man who recently suggested that grade
00:08:14.500 schools should have mandatory drag queen 101 classes, also spearheaded a bill signed into law a few
00:08:20.440 weeks ago, making California into a sanctuary state, quote unquote, for child gender transition.
00:08:26.300 So parents who live in states where mutilation and castration on minors has been banned,
00:08:30.820 they can kidnap their children and bring their children to the West Coast where they can be
00:08:34.920 offered up as human sacrifices on the altar of gender ideology. And if you've got a situation where
00:08:40.920 one parent wants to abuse their child in this way and the other parent desperately is trying to save
00:08:45.640 their child from that kind of abuse. Well, again, the parent, the abusive parent can just kidnap the
00:08:49.880 child, bring them to California, and this will happen. And as part of this law, California has said
00:08:55.940 that if other states are trying to arrest the parent doing this, that California is not going
00:09:05.160 to cooperate with that. Now, that's not to say that Wiener considers parental involvement a necessity
00:09:11.520 when it comes to medical treatments, quote unquote, medical treatments. Last year, after all,
00:09:16.380 he wrote legislation permitting children as young as 12 to get the vaccine, the COVID vaccine,
00:09:22.240 without parental consent. So protecting children is certainly not among Wiener's priorities.
00:09:27.860 In 2020, perhaps most infamously, the California State Senate's most prolific groomer, Scott Wiener,
00:09:34.740 pushed through a bill to end, quote, discrimination against adults who have gay sex with minors.
00:09:41.520 The law gives discretion to judges in cases where an adult engages in sodomy with a child who's at
00:09:46.700 least 14 and no more than 10 years younger than himself. So for example, a 24-year-old man who abuses
00:09:53.760 a 14-year-old boy would potentially benefit from Wiener's legislation. Wiener was saying,
00:09:59.460 we don't want to discriminate against the predator in that case. So this is, in other words, a deeply evil
00:10:06.240 man. And we haven't even mentioned his recent bill, ensuring that convicted violent male criminals
00:10:11.200 will be housed with women if they claim to be women themselves. And in light of recent events,
00:10:17.720 I think the defense that he offered, this is at a town hall, actually a recent town hall,
00:10:21.160 where he's defending this idea that we should, if a convicted male criminal says,
00:10:25.740 I'm a woman, you put him in, lock him in a cage with actual women. And he defends it. I want you to
00:10:31.680 listen to what he says, because as I said, in light of recent events, this is kind of interesting.
00:10:35.660 Listen. Unfortunately, there's been a right-wing backlash against this law. And we have right-wing
00:10:42.360 publications that are publishing a lot of inaccurate information, frankly, fake news about this law and
00:10:50.580 trying to demonize and scapegoat trans people, including, unfortunately, there's a term called
00:10:58.820 TERF, trans-exclusive radical feminists, people who believe that trans women are not actually women,
00:11:06.980 and advocate in that way. They blockaded the London Pride Parade to protest trans people being
00:11:15.780 included in the Pride Parade. And so it's just very unfortunate, these anti-transgender attacks.
00:11:22.020 And so they're claiming that trans women are actually not real women and are men trying to scam their way
00:11:27.780 into a women's prison to victimize women. These are the same arguments we heard in the North Carolina
00:11:33.620 restroom law, that trans women are just trying to scam their way into a women's restroom to victimize
00:11:40.340 cisgender women. It's really unfortunate, but we're going to continue to work to really support all of
00:11:47.300 our marginalized communities here in California. Support the marginalized communities, except for the
00:11:54.020 women who are in prison and have basically no rights and have no ability to speak out and no way to defend
00:12:02.820 themselves. So that's not a marginalized community he's interested in defending. But he does say it's an
00:12:06.580 outlandish right-wing conspiracy theory that a man might claim to be a woman purely to manipulate and game
00:12:13.380 the system. And yet, when the Colorado Springs gay club shooter last week revealed his own non-binary
00:12:22.340 status, the left immediately assumed that he was claiming that identity purely to manipulate and game
00:12:28.180 the system. So on one hand, that would never happen. They would never do that. And then, well, except in this
00:12:34.340 case. The self-contradiction here seems indefensible. So how do they defend it? Indeed, how does someone like
00:12:41.780 Scott Wiener defend any of what I've just laid out? Well, like this. So last night, Wiener, who I should
00:12:49.580 remind you, is an elected lawmaker, tweeted this. Quote, not even 24 hours after MAGA grifter Charlie Kirk
00:12:58.900 tweeted homophobic lies about me. And the lies, by the way, were just accurately laying out the bills that
00:13:05.240 he has supported and authored and pushed through. Anyway, I received this threat repeating one of his lies.
00:13:11.780 But that was the point. Riling people up against me and other LGBTQ people. Words have consequences.
00:13:18.240 And Twitter is becoming a cesspool for this crap. He doesn't know a lot about cesspools. After all,
00:13:22.920 he lives in one. And then provides a screenshot of this death threat. And here's what the death threat
00:13:28.760 says. Quote, it's a shame you come out and you're trying to release all these pedophiles. You're okay with
00:13:36.560 people intentionally giving other people AIDS. And your office can't even pick up the phone to answer about
00:13:41.460 these questions. You're sick, man. I don't even call you. You shouldn't even be a man. You're a sick
00:13:47.400 individual. I don't care about what you do off hours. But when you try to force it upon California,
00:13:52.420 it's like myself and others. You'll have something coming to you. People like you won't be able to
00:13:58.980 walk down the street when light comes to the darkness that you're effing providing you piece of S.
00:14:04.900 okay. Now there is one problem here aside from how incoherent all that is. The problem is that as
00:14:12.780 you can see in the screenshot he provides, the cursor is clearly visible. You can see the cursor
00:14:20.680 in the screenshot, which obviously shows that he wrote the threat himself. You can also see the spell
00:14:26.900 check underlines indicating grammatical errors of which there are many in that fake dead threat,
00:14:32.360 which is obviously not something that appears on a message or email that you receive from somebody
00:14:39.020 else. That's only there if you're writing it. I mean, at this point, I'm only surprised that he
00:14:44.300 didn't accidentally sign the message with his own name. Maybe sign it sincerely Scott Wiener and then
00:14:49.500 cross it out and write some other name and still post it. This is not only a hoax, but perhaps the
00:14:55.540 laziest hoax we've seen yet, which is really saying something. It just, it continues to honestly amaze me
00:15:04.400 that the left invents so many hoaxes and relies so heavily on them and yet still hasn't figured out
00:15:12.120 how to make them even mildly believable. They also haven't developed convincing alibis. Some hours after
00:15:18.580 this original tweet was posted and after conservatives started mocking him ruthlessly for it, he tweeted this
00:15:24.220 follow-up. And by the way, speaking of conservatives mocking him for it, this thing was posted
00:15:29.960 and it took a few hours because conservatives, we don't typically check Scott Wiener's Twitter.
00:15:36.340 So I think it took us a few hours to even notice it. And in the intervening hours, his own supporters
00:15:41.120 were just commenting and say, oh, that's terrible. I can't believe they would say that. When the cursor
00:15:45.400 is visible in the screenshot, they either are too stupid to notice that or just were willing to look
00:15:50.620 over it. And I think it's probably more of the latter, although some of the former too.
00:15:54.960 So after conservatives noticed it, he then tweeted a follow-up. He said,
00:15:59.200 for all the MAGA conspiracy theorists out there, the threat was a voicemail. This is a transcription,
00:16:06.020 but have fun spinning around with your conspiracies.
00:16:10.820 Sure. So someone calls in a death threat to his personal phone, to his office, he doesn't specify.
00:16:15.700 And rather than post the audio of the call, which you could easily do, he writes out a transcript
00:16:23.380 and then posts that instead and doesn't mention that it was a voicemail until everyone doubts his
00:16:29.240 original story. Who could disbelieve, rather, such a tale? Well, anybody with a brain, which means that
00:16:37.720 he's pretty safe in California, of course. Now, in another universe, it might be shocking
00:16:43.440 that a sitting state senator would casually and so blatantly invent a death threat as a means of
00:16:52.440 silencing and his opposition, really silencing and defaming another person who he names.
00:16:59.980 But in this universe, it's exactly what we've come to expect.
00:17:03.400 Emotionalism is the only argument these people know. Self-victimization is their only rhetorical
00:17:11.680 strategy. And the truth, of course, is irrelevant. Jussie Weiner may not have actually been the victim
00:17:20.880 of this death threat, but at some level, he feels like he was. And in our culture, of course,
00:17:28.360 there's no difference between truth and feelings. Now let's get to our five headlines.
00:17:39.480 Are you struggling to reach your fitness goals? As it turns out, having world-class instructors

00:18:43.400 All right. I almost don't even want to move past that because it's so—I feel like I should spend
00:18:49.480 the entire—I won't. Don't worry. But it's worth an entire show. It's like worth an entire week of
00:18:53.920 shows. Faking a death threat and then taking a screenshot with the cursor still visible,
00:19:01.540 it's one of the greatest—it's one of the funniest things, I think, that I've ever seen. It's just—it's
00:19:07.740 incredible. But then what makes it so depressing is that it's also sort of, as I said, not incredible.
00:19:13.140 It's—it's—it should be more incredible than it is. And since we're on the subject of—of hoaxes,
00:19:20.520 you know, I was thinking about this. In fact, I saw someone tweeting about it last night before the—before
00:19:25.360 Scott Smollett leapt into action. But you may remember a couple weeks ago, in fact, during the
00:19:33.280 Daily Cancellation, I mentioned this story about a noose that was discovered at the—a so-called
00:19:39.080 noose was discovered at the Obama Presidential Center construction site in Chicago. And they're
00:19:45.240 still—because, you know, because of all the red tape and bureaucracy, it takes 65 years to build
00:19:50.720 anything anymore. And they're still working. They're not even like—they're barely past—you know,
00:19:56.620 they're still in the early stages of building his presidential center. And the story was that—and
00:20:03.100 this was back on—here's a CNN report. This was back on November 11th.
00:20:07.520 The story is that somebody found a noose at the construction site. And they shut everything down,
00:20:13.120 and everybody involved was issuing apologies. And the mayor and the governor spoke out,
00:20:18.040 and they condemned it and said this is an act of hate. And then as we talked about in the
00:20:22.060 Daily Cancellation, you know, far be it for me to—to cast any doubt whatsoever on a story like this.
00:20:28.540 But I did point out that, of course, we hear about nooses being discovered all the time.
00:20:34.020 And in literally every single case, I mean, as in 100% of the time, it turns out to be a hoax or
00:20:41.260 either a deliberate hoax or someone, a very stupid person, just sees an innocent rope,
00:20:46.960 like a Bubba Wallace situation. And that was, you know, how—to what level was that his stupidity
00:20:54.600 verse deliberate, you know, that's—we could debate it. Someone sees an innocent rope and
00:20:58.660 then misinterprets it. But that's—100% of the time, it's one of those two things.
00:21:03.020 And then I also pointed out how this actually happens a lot in construction sites. There's,
00:21:09.320 like, been this—and the media has reported on it—this rash, this mysterious epidemic
00:21:13.560 of nooses being found on construction sites. It happens a lot. Entire construction projects
00:21:20.100 are shut down because someone finds a noose. And then what do you—then what—what do you know?
00:21:26.800 A few weeks later, it turns out that, oh, well, it was just a rope because this is a construction site
00:21:31.180 and a rope is a tool that is often used in construction. And sometimes, believe it or not,
00:21:37.520 the ropes will be tied into, like, some kind of a knot. And also, believe it or not, not every knot
00:21:43.680 is a noose. There are other forms of knots. You learn this if you were in the Boy Scouts,
00:21:48.480 which I wouldn't recommend being in the Boy Scouts anymore.
00:21:51.760 So, going back to the Obama Presidential Center, so this was two weeks ago.
00:21:57.200 Everything was shut down because of this hate crime news. There was a $100,000 reward offered
00:22:02.840 for information about the news. Two weeks later, we've heard nothing about it. I just looked up for
00:22:08.800 an update. I went to Google, searched any news article that's been written about in the past week,
00:22:13.620 and nothing. Nothing. And this is the way that it always goes. It's going to be the same thing with
00:22:19.880 the death threat to Scott Wiener. We hear about it, and then, oh, this is terrible, condemnations,
00:22:27.540 and we're going to look into this, we're going to investigate, and then that's the last you ever
00:22:31.580 hear about it. All right. Here's another update on a story. This is from the Daily Mail as well.
00:22:39.800 It says the Biden administration's non-binary nuclear waste guru was a presenter at a fetish
00:22:45.800 conference in LA weeks after admitting to stealing a woman's suitcase at the Minneapolis-St. Paul
00:22:51.600 International Airport. Last Saturday, Sam Britton, Deputy Assistant Secretary of the Office of Spent
00:22:56.600 Fuel and Waste Disposition, who could be facing five years in prison for the bag theft, presented a
00:23:02.320 seminar titled Spanking from Calculus to Chemistry. The seminar was held at Westin Bonaventure Hotel
00:23:11.120 and Suites in Los Angeles, where, of course, in Los Angeles, where Britain 34 stayed on Friday and
00:23:15.520 Saturday night. The event was titled LA Leather Getaway and was sponsored by Claw Corporation,
00:23:21.320 a national leather charity. A national leather charity. So is this like they donate leather
00:23:31.940 bondage gear to BDSM fans in need? Is that what this is? Britain, who presented at the event under
00:23:40.220 the pseudonym Nuclear Nerd, has been teaching their physics of kink class at universities and
00:23:48.420 communities' events across the country for years, according to their profile on Claw's website.
00:23:55.720 The bio goes on to say, they have been active in the kink world since 2013. They host monthly kink
00:24:01.860 parties in their dungeon in Washington, D.C., and estimate that they have spanked over 2,000 butts.
00:24:09.740 I'm regretting even reading this. So he actually, he's keeping a body count of the number of asses that
00:24:15.900 he has spanked. And this person was given a position, a high-ranking position, let's not forget,
00:24:23.560 in the Department of Energy. And given, I believe, don't quote me on this, the highest security
00:24:30.340 clearance available to somebody in the department, or one of the highest at the very least.
00:24:36.720 Now, we should note that the other update to the story is that he has been placed on leave
00:24:41.980 after this incident was stealing the bag. But that's revealing on a couple of levels, because
00:24:48.220 number one, the bag was stolen, and the police found out about it, and charges were filed weeks ago.
00:24:57.260 This all happened weeks ago. It's not until the public finds out that the Biden administration
00:25:01.980 places this person on leave. But it's also revealing because, so, stealing a woman's bag,
00:25:08.600 which, yes, is bad and creepy on many levels, especially because we know why he stole it,
00:25:14.900 was almost certainly to steal the clothes and wear the woman's clothing, because he's a freak.
00:25:19.880 Yeah, that's bad, but that's what gets him placed on leave.
00:25:26.360 The fact that he runs a sex dungeon in Washington, D.C., that's not enough to do it.
00:25:31.480 Going and attending, or rather, hosting and teaching at fetish classes and giving spanking
00:25:39.780 classes, that's not enough to make you second guess? No, of course not.
00:25:48.440 Now, one thing, of course, is that Sam Britton is certainly not the first deviant fetishist to
00:25:56.800 work in Washington, D.C. We can certainly say that. He absolutely is not the first.
00:26:03.800 The difference is that he's so open about it, and that we're supposed to celebrate this.
00:26:13.540 And this is what happens when, you know, we are forced, as we talked about a few days ago, to
00:26:19.780 not just affirm someone's self-perceptions and self-identity, as bad as that is,
00:26:26.600 but now we have to go even further, and we are told we have to affirm even someone's fetish,
00:26:32.760 their, you know, sexual deviances and all the rest of it.
00:26:36.320 All right, a couple of weeks ago, the New York Times published an article questioning the use
00:26:40.120 of puberty blockers for children, and we talked about that on the show, and of course, they were
00:26:45.640 not outright condemning the use of puberty blockers, as they should, obviously, but they were
00:26:50.760 questioning it, and that is at least some amount of progress. It's not progress that we should
00:26:57.640 congratulate the New York Times for when they're a decade late to the party, and they still lack
00:27:02.140 the courage to come and outright say what they obviously know to be true, which is that we should
00:27:07.760 not be doing this to any kids at all. Instead, they said, you know, certainly there are times when
00:27:12.420 this is necessary, and it's, this is a medical procedure that's approved by many, but there
00:27:17.000 are questions. We should be asking questions. Now, the world, the WPATH, which is the biggest
00:27:25.400 transgender health organization in the world, they have finally responded, it took them a couple
00:27:30.860 weeks, but they finally responded to that New York Times article, and they issued a lengthy statement.
00:27:37.560 I'm not going to read the entire thing because there's no reason really to read it. Most of,
00:27:41.920 of, of their article just centers around questioning the credentials of the people who are quoted in
00:27:49.100 the New York Times article, because that's all these people can ever do. That's always what it
00:27:53.520 comes down to, right? Every single argument comes down to credentialism, appeals to authority. So that's
00:27:59.420 all they did for, for, for most of their, of their response. But then there's this part. I want you to
00:28:05.120 listen to this. WPATH says, the blockers themselves do not impact bone density. This is one of the big
00:28:15.420 claims, accurate claims, that the New York Times made in that article, is that it has, it has, it
00:28:22.900 damages bones, it damages bone density, and all the rest of it. They say, the blockers themselves do not
00:28:28.300 impact bone density. Bone density is impacted by the fact that sex steroid production is temporarily
00:28:35.900 halted when puberty blockers are initiated. Now, hang on a second. Let's go back and read that again,
00:28:43.320 because I'm a little confused. The blockers themselves do not impact bone density. Bone
00:28:49.960 density is impacted by the fact that sex steroid production is temporarily halted when puberty
00:28:56.180 blockers are initiated. In other words, they do impact bone density.
00:29:04.340 We'll go back to that in a second, but let's keep reading. The adolescent in this anecdote was
00:29:07.980 already using estrogen, which promotes bone health. Therefore, the point about stopping blockers due to
00:29:12.040 bone density loss is moot. Many types of blockers are routinely used in combination with estrogen
00:29:17.280 well through adulthood without deleterious effects on bone density. This has been the common practice
00:29:22.600 for treatment of adult transgender individuals for decades. But of adult, notice they're saying
00:29:28.940 adult. Bone density loss is generally not a concern once hormone therapy has begun. In fact, Dr.
00:29:34.140 Kostla's paper states that, quote, the skeleton should be relatively well protected, assuming adequate
00:29:40.560 compliance with hormone therapy. Now, that in and of itself is not, doesn't sound to me to be a
00:29:49.140 ringing endorsement of puberty blockers. Well, the skeleton should be relatively well protected.
00:29:55.700 What kind of parent, what kind of sane and actually loving parent could hear that from a doctor and
00:30:01.700 then decide to go through with it anyway? Yes, we're going to give your child this medically unnecessary
00:30:06.520 drug for cosmetic reasons. And as far as their bones, you know, your child's bones,
00:30:13.360 his skeleton should be relatively well protected. But going back to the very beginning, this is the
00:30:21.860 game that these people play and they get away with it. Because of course, no one in the corporate
00:30:28.580 media, nobody on the left is going to criticize them or put them under any scrutiny. And a lot of
00:30:33.780 people on the right are too afraid to. And so they get away with this kind of thing.
00:30:36.700 And it is, it is outrageous. They get away with making the claim. This is not going to be fact
00:30:44.440 checking. You know, Twitter's not fact checking in this. This is not, this is not going to go
00:30:47.340 through any of the fact checkers. And this is not going to be misinformation, context needed. No,
00:30:51.620 this is, they're allowed to say this. Not only that, but actually this is going to be used,
00:30:56.460 I guarantee it. Maybe not on Twitter anymore. I hope not. But certainly on Facebook and the other
00:31:00.380 platforms, this statement from WPATH will be used to fact check conservatives who are criticizing
00:31:08.220 gender ideology. They're not going to take this statement, rather than fact checking the statement,
00:31:12.020 the statement itself will be used as a fact check against people who are criticizing gender ideology.
00:31:19.220 And yet, what are they saying here? The blockers don't impact bone density. Bone density is impacted
00:31:24.700 by the fact that steroid production is temporarily halted. So the blockers don't impact density
00:31:30.000 but the blockers have an effect on the body, which then impacts bone density.
00:31:41.420 So it's not the blockers themselves that are impacting bone density. It's what the blocker is
00:31:45.240 doing to the body that impacts bone density. Now you may ask, what the hell is the distinction there?
00:31:51.340 There is no distinction. Okay, this is, it's not even a distinction. It's just a different way of
00:31:56.520 phrasing the exact same thing. And again, they get away with it. All right. Meanwhile, Christopher Ruffo
00:32:08.140 has this report. It says, the new animated film for kids, Mama Has a Mustache, is sponsored by
00:32:14.200 Abbey V, which is the pharmaceutical company that sells the chemical castration drug Lupron
00:32:18.460 to convicted pedophiles and, quote, transgender children. A little bit more on this animated film,
00:32:25.260 which is sponsored not just by this pharmaceutical company, but by others as well. But first,
00:32:29.200 let's watch the, I guess this is the trailer for this piece of propaganda. Watch.
00:32:36.260 So, what's the first question?
00:32:38.380 Can you be a girl and have a boy body? Or be a boy and have a girl body?
00:32:42.120 Yes. Dad turns gender.
00:32:44.820 Can this person be a parent?
00:32:46.260 Yes. My dad.
00:32:47.380 I feel like I'm not really a boy or a girl.
00:32:57.200 Because my God is in me.
00:32:59.080 I love myself.
00:33:07.880 Mama has a mustache.
00:33:11.020 Mommy has a mustache.
00:33:12.220 By the way, I was curious about the film itself, this propaganda film, and I tried, went to look
00:33:20.880 up where can you find it. Not that it's something that I would enjoy watching, but it is something
00:33:29.880 that I'm interested to see for the purposes of debunking it. And it's not available. Like,
00:33:37.140 you have to, they kind of keep it under lock and key. They're not making it widely available to
00:33:42.260 everybody, which is not a surprise, because that's exactly what they don't want. Exactly what
00:33:46.960 they don't want is someone like me watching it and going through to picking it apart.
00:33:52.280 So, you can access it, but you got to go, you got to sign, you have to basically fill like an
00:33:56.220 application form to access the film. Although we've seen enough from it just based on that.
00:34:00.400 And it will never fail to just absolutely disgust and infuriate me when I see any kind of propaganda
00:34:10.920 like this, but especially, you know, you hear the child, hear one of the children, one of the abused
00:34:16.020 children being exploited for this thing say, well, I love myself, which is good, right? Because you
00:34:24.640 should love yourself and we should teach our kids, our children to love themselves and accept
00:34:29.620 themselves for who they are. That's an important message because the other option is self-loathing.
00:34:37.740 The other option is to reject, to want to reject who you naturally are. And yes, we should be,
00:34:44.920 we should be teaching our kids to love themselves, but that is exactly what this kind of propaganda
00:34:50.880 does not teach. Teaches the opposite. Under the guise of loving yourself, it actually teaches kids
00:34:58.180 to hate themselves, to hate who they are, to try to destroy who they actually are with drugs and
00:35:06.960 surgery if necessary for the sake of obtaining some kind of image, an image that they didn't even come
00:35:13.360 up with, an image that was given to them by the propagandists, by the groomers.
00:35:17.940 Breitbart has more on this story. It says a pro-transgender propaganda film for children
00:35:24.280 called Mama Has a Mustache was sponsored by Bayer, a pharmaceutical company that produces
00:35:30.960 drugs that are used to feminize men who identify as transgender. Mama Has a Mustache is all about
00:35:37.040 normalizing transgenderism, particularly in the minds of one group of people, and that is young
00:35:41.240 children. The film's website bears the phrase kids talk gender directly above the trailer, which starts
00:35:46.540 with a child being asked, can you be a girl and have a boy body or be a boy and have girl body? We heard
00:35:50.400 that. The synopsis of Mama Has a Mustache leaves no room for doubt about the film's intentions to mold
00:35:57.620 the minds of young children. The film is driven completely by audio interviews of kids ages five
00:36:03.520 to ten and explores how children are able to experience a world outside of the traditional gender
00:36:09.500 binary. And of course, we're supposed to be getting the child's perspective, but we're not actually
00:36:16.460 getting the child's perspective. We're getting the child, these children, repeating the propaganda
00:36:21.640 that's been fed to them. So we're getting adult disseminated propaganda fed through the mouths of
00:36:28.760 children. Kids didn't come up with any of this. Kids didn't come up with gender identity. Kids didn't
00:36:34.760 come up with the idea that you could be a girl in a boy's body. No child developed that idea. That
00:36:39.880 was developed by the groomers and the predators, and kids are being made to repeat it. But the point
00:36:46.960 here is that you've got, it seems, at least two pharmaceutical companies that are behind this film
00:36:52.960 that have helped to sponsor it. And we see again where the left's, you know, this pose they strike
00:37:05.060 of being critical of corporations and skeptical of big money influence and all of that, all of that
00:37:12.120 reveals itself to be just that, a pose. That's all it is. I wish it were true. You know, and I think
00:37:20.100 for a long time the right bought into this too much. They bought into this, you know, this notion
00:37:24.560 that the left is like demonizing corporations and demonizing rich people. And I think simply
00:37:29.920 demonizing corporations and demonizing rich people is simplistic, but I wish that it was true. I wish
00:37:36.800 that that was, I wish that was the mistake that the left made, being overly simplistic in their
00:37:41.220 condemnations of money and rich people and corporations. I wish that was true.
00:37:50.100 But it's not true at all, of course. Because if you are going to be skeptical of billion dollar
00:37:56.760 corporations, the first place you should be looking and the first place where you should
00:38:02.600 be directing that skepticism is to the pharmaceutical industry. Doesn't mean all drugs that the pharmaceutical
00:38:10.900 industry produces are bad, necessarily. I think a lot of them are. They're not all bad.
00:38:16.100 But this is a multi-billion dollar industry that makes all that money, not just by, not just by
00:38:25.540 treating sickness, but by convincing people they are sick so that they can then treat it.
00:38:33.980 And this comes in many forms and it includes most nefariously and insidiously the, you know,
00:38:41.640 convincing children that they're sick with this gender dysphoria. So they then can be treated by
00:38:46.180 the drugs they provide. All right. Let's see. There's one other thing I wanted to mention before
00:38:51.680 we get to the comment section. Daily Wire has this story. Kathleen Casillo is a mother of three
00:38:58.540 from Queens, New York, was Christmas shopping with her daughter in Manhattan on December 11th, 2020,
00:39:04.080 when she drove up to an intersection filled with protesters blocking the road to impose,
00:39:08.240 to oppose rather, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement detentions. On Tuesday, she again
00:39:13.620 rejected a plea deal that would admit fault, but only require six hours of community service and a
00:39:18.540 one-year license suspension. Casillo, or probably Casillo, instead has opted for a jury trial where
00:39:25.140 she faces seven years in prison if found guilty. She rejected the same plea deal last year, according
00:39:30.520 to the New York Post. In video footage that captured part of the incident, Casillo's black BMW can be seen
00:39:35.840 surrounded by protesters, some of whom appear to be touching or banging on her vehicle. Casillo then
00:39:40.280 stepped on the gas and sped through the group, injuring nine. Casillo told the mail last year,
00:39:45.180 my side of the story was we were attacked by people who were going to break my daughter's window
00:39:48.780 and pull her out of the car, so I feared for my life. I'm going to court to clear my name
00:39:54.160 because I'm not guilty. I feel sick, she continued. I never intended on hurting anyone. I just feared for
00:39:59.080 my daughter's life more than anybody. I thought they were going to pull her out of the car.
00:40:02.500 And rightfully so, did she fear for her daughter's life. I mean, it's not as though there are no
00:40:09.600 examples of that happening. I think this woman, I don't know anything else about her besides what
00:40:14.680 I just read in the article, but this is like, this takes some real courage. Because they're
00:40:21.520 saying, okay, six hours of community service, we'll suspend your license. That's not a small deal to get
00:40:25.180 your license suspended, but she's willing to, she's going to turn that down. She's willing to risk
00:40:28.760 years in prison for the sake of clearing her name and standing by the truth.
00:40:36.420 It's a real risk there, but it takes a lot of guts, takes a lot of courage.
00:40:40.320 And you have to respect that. And I think it also shows you that, you know, the prosecutors
00:40:45.900 realize they don't have a case. Like if they thought they had a case and that this woman really was
00:40:50.500 just some crazed lunatic, guilty of, you know, attempted murder, essentially plowing down
00:40:56.520 protesters or whatever. If they thought they had any way of winning that, then they'd be charging
00:41:00.900 with that. But instead they're offering her six hours of community service because they know they
00:41:04.340 don't have a case. And even if she's innocent, which is clear to me that she is, does that mean
00:41:09.900 that she'll actually be found not guilty in court? Well, that of course remains to be seen.
00:41:16.120 But in reality, you know, first of all, nobody has any right to block a roadway.
00:41:22.760 You don't have any right to do that. Okay. It's not like she's driving the car into the front of
00:41:29.080 your house. You're sitting in your living room and you get hit. They're sitting blocking the road.
00:41:33.620 They have no right to do that. Now, these left-wing protesters have been empowered in this way and
00:41:37.800 have been told that they have the right to just, you know, block, invade restaurants, burn things
00:41:43.140 down, loot, whatever, blocking a road is the least of it. And the more they're in power, the more it leads
00:41:49.100 to incidents like this, but they don't actually have any right to do that. And when you're being
00:41:54.540 surrounded by this hostile group of maniacs, then you have every right to fear for your life. This is
00:42:01.460 a life-threatening situation. You have a child in the car. Absolutely. Step on the gas
00:42:06.140 without hesitation. That's the right move. All right, let's get now to the comment section.

00:43:21.700 You know, my wife, the one thing about her is that she doesn't like to make things easy on herself.
00:43:27.660 And I've never quite understood this. You know, I don't know if there's a little bit of the
00:43:33.000 gender difference here or what, but because I keep trying to tell her, like, make life easier on
00:43:39.500 yourself to any extent that you can. We're going to have six kids now. So life's difficulty setting
00:43:45.660 is already, I'm not going to say it's high as it can get, but it's already pretty high. Like six kids
00:43:50.920 all under the age of nine, all nine and under. That's a pretty high difficulty setting. I don't
00:43:56.100 think you need to, you know, you don't need to complicate it any more than it already is.
00:43:59.220 And that's been what I'm always preaching, but it doesn't always resonate. So she chooses the
00:44:04.780 hard way sometimes. So, so like for instance, yesterday, last night, put the kids down for bed
00:44:08.600 and she comes into the living room and she's all like exhausted. I mean, she's, she's, she's very
00:44:13.860 pregnant at this point with twins. So she's exhausted. She's exasperated. And I asked her what's wrong.
00:44:19.080 And she said, well, I had to move the elves around. And I said, elves. And she said, yeah,
00:44:27.240 elf on a shelf. And I said, oh, great. We're doing that again. And then I said, but what do you mean
00:44:31.180 is elf on a shelf? A singular elf on a shelf. And she said, oh no, no, it's, it's, what she informed
00:44:37.460 me is that, is that this year for reasons that have still not been explained, each of our kids have
00:44:44.080 their own elf. They each have their own elf on a shelf. And I'm not making this up. This is, this
00:44:50.320 is real. The elves also have pets. So this is a thing now with the elf on the shelf thing. You got
00:44:58.320 the elves and then the elves have their own, have like little puppies. And so we've got four elves for
00:45:04.680 all the kids that are, for all the born children. I'm surprised you didn't get two for the unborn
00:45:08.160 children too. And then the elves have pets. And so the elves have to be moved and the pets have to be
00:45:12.060 moved. Every night for the next month. And I was just trying to ask her, why would you do this?
00:45:21.040 What, why? Well, it's fun for the kids. Yeah, it's, but it's not even that fun.
00:45:26.620 That's fun for the kids, but you have to measure that it's the, the misery and hassle for you versus
00:45:32.040 fun for the kids. And, you know, sometimes fun for the kids wins out, but we got to strike a balance
00:45:38.120 here. The other thing too, is I don't even think the older kids believe the elf thing anymore.
00:45:43.960 I'm almost certain they know that we're the ones, well, not me. I don't do it. I'm, I'm almost
00:45:48.740 certain they know that my wife is the one moving the elf around, but they just enjoy the spectacle.
00:45:53.380 And so they're letting her continue to do it. And my God. All right. Philip has this.
00:46:02.020 LOL. How quickly people forget that Bob Iger was the one who started pouring, uh, started,
00:46:08.300 this is small. He started pouring on the woke at full speed before leaving. Who thinks this was a
00:46:13.400 victory? Uh, that's why I said, Phil, that it's, it's, it, this is not a complete victory. You know,
00:46:21.220 the, the clips we played of Bob Iger is the new CEO, the old CEO, and now the new CEO of Disney
00:46:25.760 seemingly sort of backing away from the, from, uh, from politics and backing away from this war
00:46:32.160 between Disney and DeSantis. So I said, it's not, it's not an absolute total final victory. I'm under
00:46:37.960 no illusion that, uh, Disney is going to become anti-woke or conservative. They're starting churning
00:46:42.800 out all this conservative content. Nobody's saying that, but they are backing away from the fight.
00:46:48.100 Okay. And that is a, it's a, it's a victory in the battle and there's nothing wrong with
00:46:53.680 acknowledging that. I think as conservatives, actually, that's something we should be doing
00:46:56.380 more often. Uh, you don't want to rest on your laurels. You have a victory. You don't want to
00:47:00.540 just kind of congratulate yourself and then give up at that point and, and, and think that the war
00:47:07.860 is over. But when there is a, a, a win, however minor, it's, it's a good thing to acknowledge that.
00:47:15.660 Um, as opposed to this kind of doom saying that I certainly can be guilty of quite often where just
00:47:21.760 like there's never any victories, nothing is ever any good. Nothing is, we're always losing.
00:47:27.580 I think after a while it becomes a defeatist mentality and, uh, that's what I'm worried about
00:47:31.920 here. All right. Ed says, clarification for Matt, not long ago, a close friend of mine went to a
00:47:39.020 hospital for a non COVID related health problem. He was taken to the ER for some reason, and then
00:47:43.820 assigned a bed elsewhere in the hospital. It turns out it was the COVID ward that needed to fill the
00:47:48.320 COVID ward for financial reasons. When he said he was leaving the hospital security force,
00:47:54.120 whatever that is, said that they would stop my friend for his own good. Finally, one lawyer and
00:47:58.500 two ex-military friends later, uh, my friend left the hospital and the staff cursed him and hurled
00:48:03.540 insults. Please do not trust the police or anyone to determine who needs to go to the hospital.
00:48:09.440 Yeah. And there were a few comments like this, uh, relating to, you know, New York city has
00:48:14.440 said that it's now going to start, um, involuntarily committing mentally ill, dangerous,
00:48:21.720 mentally ill people. And this was, uh, my point at as well that yeah, it's, it's on the surface in
00:48:27.980 theory, that's the right thing to do. We used to have mental asylums that used to be a thing. And
00:48:32.000 there's a place for those in society because there are crazy people out there who are dangerous and,
00:48:37.620 um, we're either going to protect society and protect them from themselves by committing them,
00:48:42.960 or we're just going to allow them to run free, you know, in the streets. And we see what that
00:48:47.040 happens in places, what, what happens because of that in places like New York. But the fear is that,
00:48:51.700 um, you're entrusting this power to the government and especially a government like the one that runs
00:48:58.140 New York. Um, and it's easy to see how that could be abused when they get to determine what
00:49:05.900 constitutes a mental illness and what constitutes a danger to society.
00:49:10.560 Joe says, your ability to weasel your way out of an uncomfortable commitment on a ridiculous
00:49:19.380 technicality is admirable. Thank you, Joe. Elizabeth says, we have to stop letting Matt
00:49:23.760 get out of his deals on technicalities. Landon says, come on, Matt, that was a bit of a cop out.
00:49:28.740 I really need to see internet dad watch a season of Japan's finest. Okay. I know, look,
00:49:34.460 I know you're not satisfied. I get it. There are a lot of comments like that. Some people,
00:49:39.080 in fact, were very upset. Um, I did yesterday, I did watch a season of anime. So that according,
00:49:46.580 maybe not the spirit of the deal, but according to the letter of the law, the letter, you know,
00:49:51.060 what we signed on the dotted line, I, I fulfilled my obligation. But here's the good news. If that
00:50:00.360 wasn't good enough for you, somebody else, another member of the SBG has made a different anime.
00:50:05.420 And this one is literally twice as long as the one yesterday. Okay. Twice as long. That's how long
00:50:12.620 it is twice as long. And I think that you will agree that if we watch this one together,
00:50:17.920 it will fulfill my responsibility and my obligation. And I will have lived up to my end of the deal.
00:50:23.220 So this is called the adventures of a Mutsuman. And, uh, which you can, you can find this on,
00:50:28.980 on YouTube. It's a wonderful, uh, anime video. And this is a, you know, this is an anime and we'll,
00:50:33.840 let's watch it. Go ahead.
00:50:48.880 Put the card away. It's really not that difficult.
00:50:58.980 Oh, it's a season one, episode one. So it that's, so the, the, the, this, this person
00:51:09.240 didn't understand the assignment completely, but that's supposed to be the entire season. But,
00:51:11.760 but still, I thought, look, I actually do that. These are just two anime shows now,
00:51:16.720 two in a row that I personally really like. And I thought that I thought the voice acting,
00:51:20.480 first of all, in this one was tremendous. Um, as much as I loved the anime from yesterday,
00:51:25.660 I thought this one, uh, I w I thought the plot was, uh, was even more absorbing and it was a
00:51:31.240 little bit long for my taste. It kind of, I felt that it dragged just a little bit, uh, had some
00:51:35.580 slower parts, but it, but it also, you know, you gotta, you gotta, you have to slow down the pace
00:51:39.760 a little bit too, to get more absorbed into the story. And, um, I thought that the character arc
00:51:44.880 was, was, uh, really well executed. I just thought it was really, really good. So yet again,
00:51:49.900 I'm going to give that, uh, an A plus. And so I have now fulfilled my obligation,
00:51:55.240 not once, but twice. And if that's not good enough for you, then I don't know what to tell
00:52:00.340 you. The season of giving is officially upon us, but as you shop holiday gifts and deals,
00:52:05.660 you should ask yourself, who exactly are you giving to? Because if you're buying stocking
00:52:11.040 stuffers from woke companies, you're really just stuffing the pockets of leftist CEOs and
00:52:15.400 paying them to mock your values. Don't give them your money. Give Jeremy your money. His brand new
00:52:21.100 collection of Jeremy's razor products will make the perfect gift for the pronoun less men in your

00:52:44.380 Now let's get to our daily cancellation. Well, if you saw the first Avatar films, then
00:52:52.460 you probably don't need any additional incentive to not watch the upcoming sequels from director
00:52:58.660 James Cameron, who hasn't made a decent film in about, I guess it's been probably 20 years.
00:53:04.320 Of course, the original Avatar back in 2009 was a massive multi-billion dollar hit,
00:53:11.140 but that was due mostly to this period of mass societal psychosis that caused millions of people
00:53:17.400 to believe temporarily that it was a good film. It was a very bewildering time for people like
00:53:23.040 myself who never fell under this hypnotic trance. Eventually though, everyone woke up from their
00:53:28.980 hallucinogenic stupor and realized that Avatar was, despite the special effects, one of the least
00:53:35.060 interesting and least inventive films ever released. It was essentially just Disney's Pocahontas, but
00:53:43.100 with blue people and less singing. It was a film so lacking in wit and creativity that the natural
00:53:50.240 resource that everyone is fighting over in the film, you know, it centers around this natural resource
00:53:54.740 and it's called unobtainium because, you know, it's difficult to obtain. That's the level of writing we
00:54:04.260 got in this film. It was the kind of film where the bad guy is an evil army officer with a scar on his
00:54:09.940 face who's motivated to do bad things because, you know, he's the evil bad guy and that's what evil
00:54:14.880 guys do. And I would continue in my critique of the movie, but it was so utterly forgettable that
00:54:19.500 there isn't much else I can really say about it. I will say that it was one of the only times in my
00:54:25.880 life that I almost walked out of a movie in the theater. The only reason I didn't is that I actually
00:54:30.480 fell asleep. And it's, it's, and this is true. It's the only movie I've ever felt. I missed like
00:54:34.600 45 minutes because I took a nice nap. Thank God. All of this to say the sequel set to be released in
00:54:39.720 a couple of weeks is guaranteed to be terrible. Now, almost all sequels are terrible, even sequels
00:54:45.200 to good films, but sequels to bad films are doomed from the start because they're building from a
00:54:50.280 foundation of crap. And yet judging from the director's recent public statements, this sequel
00:54:55.380 may well be awful in ways that exceed our wildest expectations. So here's the story
00:55:01.820 from the New York post. It says, James Cameron has revealed that his long awaited avatar sequel is
00:55:07.480 rooted in his personal issues. Quote, I thought I'm going to work out a lot of my stuff artistically
00:55:12.800 that I've gone through as a parent of five kids. Cameron 68 told the Hollywood reporter,
00:55:17.600 the overarching idea is that the family is the fortress. It's our greatest weakness and our greatest
00:55:21.940 strength. I thought I can write the hell out of this. I know what it is to be the a-hole dad.
00:55:27.840 Now, if somehow a big budget sequel to the most overrated film of all time made as a means for the
00:55:33.920 68-year-old director to work out his personal issues seems appealing to you, then wait until you hear the
00:55:40.500 rest of it. Quote, reflecting back on his career, which includes highly publicized clashes with studio
00:55:46.780 executives, Cameron said, a lot of things I did earlier I wouldn't do career-wise and just risks
00:55:52.640 that you take as a wild testosterone-poisoned young man. I always think of testosterone as a toxin that
00:55:59.660 you have to slowly work out of your system. Well, good news, James. It seems that you've mostly
00:56:05.780 succeeded in that regard. Nobody will accuse you of having excess testosterone. But for the record,
00:56:11.200 testosterone is not a poison, nor is it a toxin, nor is it something that you want to work out of
00:56:18.220 your system. It is, in fact, a hormone vital to growth and vital to development, which maintains,
00:56:25.000 among other things, your bone density, your muscle mass, strength. Of course, the irony here is that if
00:56:30.780 you asked him about the subject, James Cameron, as a Hollywood leftist, would almost certainly tell you
00:56:36.680 that he's a fan of gender affirmation drugs and procedures, which means that in his world,
00:56:42.300 testosterone is only a poison when it's naturally produced. Testosterone in the form of a drug given
00:56:49.940 to gender-confused girls is wonderful, and it's medically necessary and affirmative, but if it's
00:56:57.660 naturally produced by men, then it's bad. And yet Cameron is really only guilty of being overly honest here,
00:57:03.800 if anything, because this is how our society generally treats men and boys. Young men are
00:57:10.120 poisoned by the toxin of testosterone, we're told. That's the essence of toxic masculinity, after all.
00:57:18.060 And it's true that young men in particular can be wild, can be aggressive, can be prone to risk-taking
00:57:26.620 and confrontation. Testosterone indeed plays a big role in that. But our approach as a culture should
00:57:34.320 be to help these boys and young men harness their masculine energy, not suppress it or purge themselves
00:57:41.960 of it or drug it out of them, but help them to develop the character and discipline to funnel all
00:57:49.480 of that testosterone-fueled aggression and energy in a constructive and worthwhile direction.
00:57:55.540 You know, this is one of the many things our society gets wrong when it comes to men.
00:58:00.280 Boys, as they grow up, they're not given proper outlets. And most of the outlets that they once had
00:58:06.760 are being taken away. Even things like the, you know, more aggressive and sort of violent games kids
00:58:15.100 used to play on playgrounds. We don't play those games anymore. Take all that away. They're not
00:58:21.020 trained on how to harness this energy. They're not trained on how to be men. They're so often
00:58:25.320 deprived of competent male role models. We are fearful of masculinity, and so we demand that boys
00:58:31.720 essentially act like girls. And sometimes we literally try to turn them into girls. And then as
00:58:36.680 they get older and stronger and become unruly and violent, we conclude that masculinity itself must be
00:58:43.280 the problem. Rather than a lack of guidance, a lack of leadership, a lack of moral formation.
00:58:51.000 And then the goal becomes, as James Cameron puts it, to purge masculinity, to work it out,
00:58:55.720 to eradicate it. And now he's made a movie about it, which, you know, you can watch if you don't value
00:59:03.660 your brain or your time or your money. But I will decline the invitation for my part and instead say to
00:59:10.540 James Cameron, that you, sir, are today canceled. And that'll do it for this portion of the show as
00:59:17.400 we move over to the members block. Hope to see you there. If not, talk to you tomorrow. Godspeed.
