00:01:33.300 pickup basketball in the driveway. A short time later, I was at the hospital where, after a long

00:01:38.000 and rather physically agonizing wait in the waiting room, the doctor gave me Tylenol and told me that I

00:03:36.460 zero effort to pass as a woman. Clearly had no idea what an orchiectomy would entail or what it even

00:03:50.000 letter. And in return, Plume sent Greg a letter saying that he has gender dysphoria so that insurance would

00:03:55.500 pay for his testicle removal, even though he repeatedly told them that he didn't have gender

00:03:59.740 dysphoria. Now let's pause for a moment to consider one of the ironies of this whole saga, which

00:04:05.060 Manhattan Institute fellow Lior Sapir pointed out the other day, it's really important, that the same

00:04:10.820 insurance companies that will invent a fake dysphoria diagnosis for a quote-unquote trans patient

00:04:16.040 will often refuse to cover healthcare for detransitioners on the basis that they don't have dysphoria.

00:05:07.320 Taking six milligrams a day. Twice a day. Yeah, right, right, you got it. So you're taking

00:05:15.100 1.5 tablets yesterday? Yeah. Okay. And then, I guess the system, significant history. All right.

00:05:26.100 Um, okay, so let's, let's kind of get into this a little bit. So you are seeking

00:05:32.340 what surgery? So for a couple reasons, it's, I might be pronouncing it wrong, but I've been

00:05:40.360 told orchidectomy, right? Of course, you probably don't know. Things that are irreversible when it

00:05:44.800 comes to, um, estrogen-based therapy is breast development and testicular drainage, right?

00:05:51.060 But there's always a possibility for hair growth to come back. That may, that may change in orchidectomy.

00:07:17.900 it the wrong. He can't even pronounce the surgery that he's getting. Now, maybe if you're playing

00:07:23.540 devil's advocate, as you watch that, you might be tempted to think, well, Greg fooled them.

00:08:11.480 He's making no effort at all to, to, you know, pretend that he knows what, what's going on when

00:08:16.400 he goes into this, making no effort at all. Notice his reaction to the news that he's about to lose his

00:08:21.060 gonads. He doesn't seem happy about it. You think that maybe the Plume nurse would have, would have

00:08:25.600 noticed that reaction. You think that'd be part of what she's doing is paying attention to him and his

00:08:30.500 cues and evaluating. But of course, she wasn't paying any attention whatsoever to what Craig,

00:08:35.080 Greg was doing during that call. They also didn't care about what Greg directly told them.

00:08:41.720 As he said, again, that he didn't have dysphoria and yet they wrote a letter saying that he had it

00:08:46.300 anyway. And that's striking because it goes without saying that any reasonable and ethical healthcare

00:08:51.180 provider would have taken one look at Greg and listened to him and said, this is ridiculous.

00:09:20.820 are doing the same thing. So what now? That's always the key question after an investigation

00:09:25.660 like this. What are people saying about it? Is there going to be any change? Or are we all just

00:09:30.200 going to move on to the next thing and forget about it? Well, over at Media Matters, predictably,

00:09:34.100 they're hoping you ignore our investigation entirely. One of their flacks wrote this,

00:09:38.200 quote, if you're an adult and you want to remove your testicles, it is not the job of a medical 0.99

00:09:42.420 professional to stop you. And it certainly is not Matt Walsh's job either. This is not difficult. 0.99

00:09:47.360 The principle that the Media Matters flack is outlining is indeed pretty simple, also stupid. 0.99

00:09:55.580 It's that adults can do whatever they want. If an adult wants to carve up his testicles, 1.00

00:09:59.720 then that's his right. Well, the problem with that analysis from Media Matters is that, of course, 0.99

00:10:05.040 first of all, it's depraved and insane. Any moral person would not stand by while someone else butchers

00:10:12.920 themselves. I mean, if you saw someone about to stab himself in the stomach or cut off his own hand

00:10:18.420 or his testicles, you, I would hope, wouldn't sit there and say, well, adults have the right to do 0.95

00:10:24.380 whatever they want. Instead, you would intervene, realizing that this person is in deep psychological 0.99

00:10:29.920 distress and must be stopped for their own good. Rights have nothing to do with it. Just like if

00:10:36.440 someone's about to jump off a bridge and kill themselves, hopefully you would try to intervene

00:10:40.620 rather than say, well, it is right. It is right. But this is irrelevant anyway because patients

00:10:47.120 don't remove their own testicles. Doctors remove patients' testicles. And in the process, 0.99

00:10:53.340 these doctors claim to have a medical basis for the procedure, which we have now proven is a total lie.

00:10:59.860 These doctors cite standards of care that we've proven are fraudulent.

00:11:03.120 It is not a doctor's job to perform whatever surgery a patient happens to ask for.

00:11:09.780 They're supposed to adhere to some standards. They're supposed to use sound medical judgment.

00:11:18.220 That doesn't concern the hacks of media matters, but it does concern actual doctors. For example,

00:11:22.580 Mary Talley Bowden, who completed her residency at Stanford, now runs her own private practice

00:11:27.340 called BreatheMD, told us this, quote, every treatment recommendation from a physician requires

00:11:32.300 a discussion of risks versus benefits. And typically, the higher the risk, the more extensive

00:11:35.940 the discussion. Orchiectomy requires general anesthesia. Like any surgery, it could result in

00:11:40.160 hemorrhage, infection, or death, not to mention devastating psychological injury, should the patient

00:11:44.360 have a change of heart. It's not appropriate to declare someone fit for surgery, especially one this

00:11:49.080 major, over a 22-minute Zoom call with a nurse. None of those complications came up during

00:11:55.840 Greg's conversation with Plume. They didn't warn him of any complications, in fact. And that's crazy

00:12:02.040 because, as Bowden told us, telehealth is, quote, appropriate for minor health problems and low-risk

00:12:07.560 treatment. By contrast, orchiectomy is not a low-risk treatment. It often takes days to approve.

00:12:16.620 Greg J. March Markham, a surgeon and OBGYN, was also horrified by what Plume did. Here's what he told

00:12:24.020 us, quote, informed consent is a critical and essential part of surgery. In the absence of any

00:12:28.100 emergency, it is extremely important that the surgeon or the representatives assure that the

00:12:31.880 patient is completely aware of the nature of the procedure being performed, the likely sequela, and

00:12:37.060 the risks, benefits, and alternatives. A life-altering decision, such as permanent castration, has serious

00:12:41.820 irreversible consequences. The fact that a medical institution was willing to undertake this surgery

00:12:45.800 only 22 minutes after the patient requested this procedure is an unforgivable departure from the

00:12:51.080 standard of care in any city in the United States. Markham continued, quote, at a very minimum, a

00:12:56.940 person undergoing castration should have been alerted of the long and short-term changes following

00:13:00.700 castration, including hormonal changes, changes to cardiovascular risk, and changes to fertility and

00:13:05.740 sexual function. Instead, this patient found a user-friendly interface that they could click through

00:13:10.100 to get the surgery covered, even though they had just decided they no longer wanted their testicles. 0.88

00:13:15.320 There was none of the extensive psychological or psychiatric counseling that should have 0.75

00:13:19.080 accompanied any permanent surgical procedure for, quote, gender affirmation. I don't see medicine

00:13:24.120 here. This is clearly the tool of a political agenda aimed at mainstreaming so-called gender-affirming

00:13:28.560 surgery in order to achieve a political goal. I'm frankly terrified for any patients who have been

00:13:33.700 previously through this process and are certainly at high risk for regret after their surgeries.

00:13:39.720 That's the consensus from every serious medical expert that we've spoken to. After our investigation

00:13:44.060 was published yesterday, we scoured news reports and social media for any contrary opinions

00:13:48.920 from credible people. Couldn't find any. Except media matters, which we're not counting as credible.

00:13:55.640 So the question is, if these trans telehealth services are so obviously fraudulent, what can we do 1.00

00:14:01.420 about them? What's going to happen that will shut this down and save thousands of patients from this

00:14:07.120 butchery? As of today, we haven't heard anything from Aetna, Cigna, UnitedHealth, which are the three

00:14:13.000 providers that work with Plume. That's strange when you think about it. Anyone who pays into insurance

00:14:18.020 plans from any of these companies is funding these fraudulent surgeries. You'd think that would prompt

00:14:24.300 some kind of response. After all, the more these insurers have to pay for nonsense operations, the

00:14:29.600 more they have to raise the cost of other operations that are actually necessary from a medical perspective.

00:14:35.480 But these companies, as of now, don't appear to care about any of that.

00:14:38.800 We also haven't heard anything from Kraft Ventures, David Sachs, or the other investors in Plume.

00:14:43.860 And folks, we're going to keep trying, though. We have reached out to the attorneys general of the

00:14:49.840 states where this fraud is happening, including in Tennessee. We can confirm right now that the

00:14:54.200 Tennessee attorney general's office says that they will look into this. We're also waiting to hear

00:14:58.180 from Senator Marsha Blackburn, who we understand will issue a statement soon. And we have received

00:15:02.880 some responses from other key officials. Jack Johnson, the Senate majority leader in Tennessee,

00:15:06.820 where both Plume and folks operate, issued this statement, quote,

00:15:10.560 another disgusting attempt to label the mutilation of children as health care. I appreciate Matt

00:15:14.040 Walsh for exposing this deranged behavior. This is a real battle, and it is a real battle that we

00:15:18.340 will win. Tennessee State Representative William Lamberth endorsed that post on social media.

00:15:23.120 Officials in other states have also responded as well. So far in Utah, the attorney's general's

00:15:27.800 office has issued a statement calling the reports troubling, saying that they are making it a

00:15:32.160 priority to investigate this kind of fraud. At the federal level, Representative Lisa McLean of Michigan

00:15:37.480 is the chair of health care and financial services committee in Congress. She provided

00:15:42.340 this statement, quote, only in a country that lost its soul can major sex change surgeries be expedited

00:15:48.240 like buying a fast pass at a theme park. This is utterly disgusting, and we cannot continue down 0.80

00:15:53.380 this path of insanity. It's time America wakes up to reality and casts away progressive ideology that

00:15:58.680 is literally putting people's lives at risk. Arkansas Attorney General Tim Griffin issued this

00:16:03.680 statement, which was somewhat ambiguous, quote, telehealth providers operating in Arkansas

00:16:07.260 must, of course, follow our laws, and I stand ready to ensure that the law is followed.

00:16:11.540 Now, it's not clear exactly what Tim Griffin is waiting to see or what he's going to do to make

00:16:15.480 sure that trans telehealth providers will abide by the law. We have a lot of evidence that these

00:16:19.720 telehealth providers are operating in Arkansas and ripping off insurance companies in the process.

00:16:23.500 Hopefully, Tim Griffin will look into that. After all, it's his job.

00:16:27.080 Overall, it's been only 24 hours since our investigation was published, and we're already getting these

00:16:31.800 responses from officials who have the power to do something about it. And we're going to make sure

00:16:36.060 they do, in fact, do something about it. Because that's what matters to us. We don't chase down

00:16:41.760 these stories and publish them just for the sake of having viral content. We intend to get results

00:16:47.860 and hold people accountable. If we publish a story and it gets a lot of attention and then everybody

00:16:53.000 moves on and nothing happens, to us, to me personally, that's a failure. We have failed.

00:19:35.920 convening this week in the case after a lengthy hiatus. Democrats and Republicans went back and

00:21:37.920 an election. Because that's, of course, the only reason they're doing this. They try to take Trump

00:21:43.940 out of the equation so that the voters don't get a chance to choose him. They're worried the voters

00:21:49.000 will choose him again. And so they're trying to take him out of the equation. For all the talk we

00:21:56.680 hear about attacks on our democracy, that's what it looks like. When you try to stop people,

00:22:02.980 prevent people from voting for someone by indicting them and throwing them in prison for political

00:22:08.660 reasons only, which is all this is. We hear about how, well, if you have voter ID,

00:22:15.720 you're preventing people from voting. You're preventing them from doing anything.

00:22:21.840 Just get an ID and go vote. But you already have an ID. If you're a functional adult in the United

00:22:27.340 States of America in the year 2023, you must already have one. And if you don't, it's very easy to get

00:22:32.920 one. So that doesn't prevent anyone from voting and go vote for the person that you want. Now,

00:22:40.260 if you take someone who's running for president and you take them out and you throw them in prison

00:22:47.120 and the only reason you're doing it is to stop people voting for it, well, now you have prevented

00:22:51.180 people from voting for the person that they want. That's an attack on our democracy. But what would

00:22:56.920 make it all the more disastrous is just how obvious it is. Now, we know, and they're always,

00:24:47.800 about the human rights campaign yesterday, another far-left group declared a state of emergency,

00:24:53.040 and we kind of laugh about that because they're not a governmental entity, so who cares about them

00:24:56.160 declaring a state of emergency? It seems a little bit like in the office when Michael Scott walks out

00:25:00.540 of his office and shouts, I declare bankruptcy. It's like it doesn't work that way. You can't just

00:25:04.780 literally shout it. And you'd think it's the same thing. The human rights campaign can't walk outside

00:25:09.240 of its offices and shout, state of emergency, and anything happens. But they operate, human rights

00:25:14.700 campaign does, as sort of a quasi-governmental agency. So they kind of have the power of governmental

00:25:20.520 agencies. And it's the same thing with the Southern Poverty Law Center. So it shouldn't

00:25:24.840 matter. When they declare that you are a hate group or a hateful person or a terrorist,

00:25:30.000 it shouldn't make any difference whatsoever. Yeah, they think that, who cares? But it does matter.

00:26:00.520 Southern Poverty Law Center? Daily Wire says the SPLC, an uber-leftist civil rights watchdog group,

00:26:05.840 frequently brands conservatives and Christian organizations hate groups. And this year,

00:26:09.040 that includes parental rights groups like Moms for Liberty and Parents Defending Education.

00:26:16.400 The SPLC said in its The Year in Hate and Extremism Report for 2022, released on Tuesday,

00:26:22.020 says, quote, schools especially have been on the receiving end of ramped up and coordinated

00:26:25.860 hard right attacks frequently through the guise of parents' rights groups.

00:26:31.380 Moms for Liberty is at the forefront of this mobilization, the SPLC said.

00:26:35.640 The list of hate groups includes 230 chapters of Moms for Liberty, 12 chapters of Parental Rights

00:26:42.780 and Education, a group called No Left Turn in Education, and several chapters of another group

00:26:47.380 called Parents Involved in Education. The SPLC said extremist groups include anti-government groups

00:26:53.800 as well as hate groups. The report lists 523 hate groups and 702 anti-government extremist groups,

00:27:01.620 a total of 1,225 active groups. Moms for Liberty is listed on the hate map as an anti-government

00:27:10.340 movement. You know, God forbid, God forbid there's an anti-government movement. This is, I mean,

00:27:17.060 it's so absurd, obviously, especially if you've ever, if you know anything about Moms for Liberty and

00:27:21.560 you've been around, maybe you're in the organization, you've been to any of their events.

00:27:25.080 Um, and, and I have, I've spoken at Moms for Liberty events. I know a lot of people that are,

00:27:30.180 that are involved and, uh, you know who they are? Well, they're just, they're moms. Like I said,

00:27:36.040 it's, they're just, they're moms who are concerned about their kids' education and they don't want,

00:27:42.080 for example, pornography to be distributed to their kids at school. And that's what they're concerned

00:27:48.220 about. They're concerned about their kids. And so they organize events and, you know,

00:27:53.720 they raise awareness about these issues. They engage in activism that is of course, always peaceful.

00:30:37.620 reports, one father warned all these fake people pointing to several mass crowd members are going to go

00:30:43.820 away and we're going to vote every one of you out. The issue has roiled the district in recent days

00:30:49.060 with many parents, including those from ethnic communities, pulling their children out of school

00:30:52.580 in protest. Some elementary schools only had a 40% attendance rate on June 2nd, which that is music

00:37:28.480 now. The eight news now investigators obtaining another officer's video as he's sent to the

00:37:33.820 Northwest Valley home. I have butterflies, bro. Everyone thought of shooting star. Then these

00:37:38.700 people say there's aliens in their backyard. By now, it's more than an hour after that bright light

00:37:43.680 officers meeting up with the caller and his family. What'd you see? It was like a, it was like a big

00:37:50.240 creature, a big creature. Yeah. I'm not going to BS you guys. One of my partners said they saw something

00:37:55.580 fall into the sky too. So that's why I'm kind of curious. Did you see anything land in your backyard or

00:38:51.580 cell phone footage of the aliens, they would have shown that they're not going to save that for the end. I think

00:40:15.400 this report. Social media platform Instagram has been accused of helping to facilitate connections

00:40:19.420 between a vast pedophile network, according to a report from the Wall Street Journal and academic

00:40:24.020 researchers. The journal alongside researchers at Stanford University and the University of

00:40:27.380 Massachusetts Amherst reported that Instagram allowed and promoted accounts that openly buy

00:40:31.880 and commission underage sex content. Quote, Instagram connects pedophiles and guides them to content

00:40:39.780 sellers via recommendation systems that excel at linking those who share these interests,

00:40:45.040 the journal and the academic researchers found. The researchers found that Instagram enabled people

00:40:50.520 to search explicit hashtags such as, quote, pedo whore and, uh, or hashtag pedo whore and hashtag 1.00

00:40:59.320 preteen, preteen sex. So these are hashtags that you did on Instagram, you can search and Instagram 1.00

00:41:07.280 apparently has not disabled those hashtags, which, which it could easily do. And that connects them to

00:41:20.540 quote unquote, that offer inappropriate content, including imagery of the minor performing sexual

00:41:25.000 acts with animals. That's in quotes. Um, other menus reportedly offered videos of children hurting

00:41:32.060 themselves or meetups with kids. So, I mean, it's hard to even read this, but, uh, to summarize

00:41:40.220 on Instagram, there is this coordinated, uh, effort and conspiracy among a vast network of pedophiles

00:41:51.520 to prey on kids and to share, uh, this kind of material and Instagram apparently allows it. I mean,

00:41:58.200 there's, there's a lot of really basic things they could do to shut a lot of this down and, uh,

00:42:05.180 apparently they are not doing it. So what do we do about that? Well, I mean, on, on the legal end,

00:42:12.940 for one thing, you start holding these platforms accountable, like accountable. And what I mean by

00:42:19.940 that is burning them to the ground, legally speaking, if they aren't doing anything to prevent,

00:42:27.240 you know, um, child pornography from being distributed on their platform to prevent children

00:42:35.600 from being actively preyed upon on their platforms, this thing where they are totally exempt from any

00:42:43.200 kind of liability whatsoever has to end. That's the first thing that needs to be done.

00:42:49.740 And then the second thing, which is really the first thing on an individual basis is that we as

00:42:54.300 parents have to, uh, make some decisions about whether or not we're going to allow our kids 0.63

00:43:21.040 your, who will be able to access your kids. So it's not just about what your kids can access.

00:44:31.840 the screen. They become addicted to the screen. They don't know how to even be a, they don't know how

00:44:36.720 to socialize anymore. They don't know anything. They're, they're constantly, their lives become

00:44:40.780 absorbed by the screen. That's one consequence. The other even greater consequence is, uh, all of

00:44:47.320 the horrific content and material they're now going to be exposed to. And all of the degenerate

00:44:55.420 monsters who can access your kids. Now, those are all the downsides along with many other downsides.

00:55:19.660 Hollywood stars have children who end up being trans or quote unquote gender fluid or quote unquote

00:55:24.300 non-binary or some other made up identity. These identities are innate. They're deeply rooted in a

00:55:29.920 person's selfhood. All of these children are born like this. And yet somehow by pure luck,

00:55:36.440 everyone in Hollywood has a trans kid all of a sudden. What could possibly explain this perplexing 1.00

00:55:41.280 scientific phenomenon? Now, not to get into some semantics, but some have responded that in those

00:55:47.060 pictures that you can look at, only the oldest boy appears to be wearing girl clothes. The others

00:55:51.320 have long hair, but are arguably wearing normal clothing for a boy. That may or may not be the case

00:55:57.320 in those pictures, but other photos like these, for example, clearly show that Fox enjoys cross-dressing

00:57:16.060 the comment. The tweet swiftly brought bigots out of the woodwork. In the replies, Twitter users

00:57:20.760 voiced their opinions, saying things like, my sons will be men, or replying with cringey memes.

00:57:25.820 As Megan's parenting skills were called into question, Twitter user Queen of the Crew stood 1.00

00:57:30.620 up for her, saying, quote, she talks about how they like to express themselves and how at this

00:57:34.680 moment they like wearing dresses or pink or girly clothes. Just shut up. Now, the article notes that 0.99

00:57:47.960 she's spoken publicly about it. That's the whole point, is to speak publicly about it,

00:58:13.200 interview. Some of the books are written by transgender children. Some of the books are just

00:58:16.800 about how you can be a boy and wear a dress. You can express yourself through your clothing,

00:58:20.800 however you want. That doesn't even have anything to do with sexuality. This has generally been the

00:58:25.840 defense. Megan Fox is not pushing anything on her sons. She's just giving them room to explore and be

00:58:31.240 themselves, we're told. The website Education and Career News has more quotes from the actress on this

00:58:37.260 subject, though I'm not sure what any of this has to do with education or career news. Quote,

00:58:40.720 when I became pregnant with Noah, I could feel through my mother's intuition, I suppose,

00:58:46.020 that he was not subscribing to gender stereotypes. So I decided to provide an environment for him early

00:58:50.740 on that would allow him to discover how he wanted to express himself. She says, Fox encourages other

00:58:56.760 parents to implement non-gender binary lifestyles for their children. Start by giving kids, quote,

00:59:01.700 the space to find the things that resonate with them, she says, then encourage them. Quote,

00:59:06.440 it's not our job to shape them into people we think they should be, says Fox. It's our job to

00:59:11.820 receive with grace the lessons they bring us. Children are mirrors that reflect back to us our

00:59:18.300 shadow selves, our shame and our insecurities. Quote, it's our job to love and nurture the child

00:59:24.580 as they are so they can thrive as adults. Ah, so we're told that Fox isn't pushing this on her son,

00:59:31.640 that she's merely giving them space to express themselves. She's letting them lead the way.

01:02:14.460 and thriving members of society. Kids are not born with this knowledge. These are not skills that

01:02:20.460 are infused into children in infancy through some mystical force. They need their parents to lead them.

01:02:32.420 cliff, literally maybe. Now, I know that if I followed my children's lead, they would all be dead about

01:02:38.900 a hundred times over by now. So this parenting advice from Megan Fox is unsurprisingly nonsensical.

01:03:34.080 but that is itself a preconceived notion. And if you raise your boy according to it,

01:03:40.000 you will be leaving him to wander the forest without any kind of map or any landmarks to orient himself

01:03:52.020 and means exactly nothing. You're not freeing him to be himself. You're depriving him of himself.
