00:19:55.160So Daily Caller has a little bit more information about the Democrat running mate, Tim Walls.
00:20:02.160Democratic vice presidential candidate Tim Walls attends a church that preaches beliefs related to gender, race, and sexuality
00:20:08.160that many Christian denominations strongly oppose.
00:20:10.160Walls, who's governor of Minnesota, identified Pilgrim Lutheran Church in St. Paul as his parish during a 2020 briefing on the COVID-19 pandemic.
00:20:19.160Materials published by Pilgrim Lutheran Church instruct parishioners not to refer to God using male pronouns,
00:20:25.160push congregants to support reparation funds, encourage them to celebrate Ramadan,
00:20:30.160and include a modified gender-neutral version of the Lord's Prayer, among other liberal practices.
00:20:36.160Pilgrim Lutheran Church is part of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America.
00:20:39.160A mainline Protestant denomination that's been criticized by some conservative Christians for deigning transgender and lesbian bishops,
00:20:46.160as well as for its embrace of LGBT ideology.
00:20:50.160Criticized by conservative Christians, yes, but criticized by anyone, if you're a Christian in general,
00:20:58.160then you would be critical of these sorts of things that are, because this is not Christianity, this is heresy.
00:21:06.160Pilgrim Lutheran Church in 2015 approved guidelines for language in worship, wherein the congregation asserted that
00:21:13.160a patriarchal culture gave birth to the writing of scripture and the selection of the canon,
00:21:18.160and to rectify the purported injustice committed to using gender-neutral language to describe God.
00:21:24.160Members of the church, for instance, are encouraged to use non-anthropomorphic language, like hen or baker, to refer to God,
00:21:34.160and urge not to limit these by following them with male or female pronouns.
00:21:39.160The guidelines instruct parishioners to refer to God using titles that signal actions but don't imply gender, like advocate or healer.
00:21:46.160Walls' church also uses a modified version of the Lord's Prayer, beginning with our guardian, our mother, our father in heaven,
00:21:54.160instead of our father who art in heaven, of course, which is the actual prayer.
00:21:58.160All right, so this is, he attends a church that, not really a church, but more of a far left social club.
00:22:05.160One of these churches that's just like cartoonishly liberal.
00:22:09.160A church that I guarantee you is dead, by the way.
00:22:12.160Like if you went into one of these places, all of these churches are dead.
00:22:16.160If you, you know, drive by a church and you see a rainbow flag hanging outside, that tells you two things.
00:26:36.160Church with a lot of gayness incidentally.
00:26:38.160And there's probably no point in, you know, picking apart the specifics here and trying to refute or debunk any of the, you know, heretical beliefs of this church.
00:26:48.160I mean, this is a church where they celebrate Ramadan.
00:26:51.160They rewrote the Lord's Prayer, even though Jesus Christ himself gives us the words of the Lord's Prayer.
00:26:58.160And tells us to pray it exactly as he says it.
00:27:02.160Not going to use male pronouns for God, even though that's what's in the Bible.
00:27:08.160God even, you know, if we're supposed to respect self-identification, well, God himself self-identifies by the male pronouns.
00:27:15.160Jesus refers to God the Father as God the Father.
00:27:19.160So, this is all totally unjustifiable.
00:27:23.160But, you know, these are, that's why I say this is not, I don't even just mean it as like an accusation or something when I say this is not real Christianity.
00:27:34.160It just isn't, like it's not actually Christianity.
00:27:38.160Again, if you went to one of these churches, aside from the fact that there's nobody there and they're just, and everyone is elderly and gay.
00:27:43.160It's, it's, it, it, what they're talking about bears no resemblance to Christianity whatsoever.
00:27:49.160The only thing that is Christian about it is that the building they go to, they call a church.
00:27:56.160And often the building, at least architecturally, will look like a church.
00:29:03.160And the funny thing is that he's trying to be extra woke, you know, by saying that.
00:29:08.160But the woke people are just as disgusted by that kind of thing as you and me.
00:29:13.160For different reasons, but they are just as disgusted.
00:29:17.160Because on the woke side, right, you're supposed to say that you would never want to trade places with a black person because it's so hard to be black.
00:30:19.160But then, of course, over here on the normal side, you shouldn't say that you want to be black or wish that you were black because it's a pathetic, self-loathing thing to say.
00:30:30.160And this is the inevitable and quite intentional result of instilling in white people for decades that they aren't allowed to have any pride in who they are.
00:30:41.160Black people can be proud of being black.
00:30:43.160Native Americans can be proud of being Native American.
00:30:45.160Hispanic can be proud of being Hispanic.
00:30:51.160But whites were the one group that is not supposed to have any pride in who we are whatsoever.
00:30:57.160And that's the propaganda that's been relentlessly drilled into us to the point that, you know, somebody like Ben Stiller will come out and say this.
00:35:40.160And they've shoved that version up into the attic somewhere, and they're creating this fictional Kamala,
00:35:46.160which is mostly being done by the media and Hollywood.
00:35:49.160And, you know, it's, it's such a, it's, it's such a pervasive kind of all encompassing effort to create this fake Kamala that, that even SNL is getting in on the action.
00:36:01.160Which is a shame because there's a lot to, to mock there with Kamala Harris and a good Kamala Harris impression can be really funny.
00:36:09.160Um, so like this, I've seen this woman all over Twitter, for example.
00:36:14.160Like this is what a good Kamala Harris impression sounds like.
00:38:47.160He called up big numbers and the big numbers knocked them out so fast it was like bowling pins.
00:38:52.160Now, the Trump, so this is, uh, the media's making a big deal about this yesterday.
00:38:59.160And, um, and this is supposed to delegitimize all of the criticism of Tim Walls' response to the BLM riots.
00:39:07.160The fact that Trump back in June of 2020 was, uh, complimenting Tim Walls.
00:39:14.160Now, the Trump camp response to this has been to point out, I think accurately, that, that, that he was complimenting Walls on his response after his initial failure.
00:39:27.160And you can hear that in the, in the recording.
00:39:30.160It's, it's, he says, um, I fully agree with the way he handled it the last couple of days.
00:39:36.160And then he says again, I was very happy with the last couple of days, Tim.
00:39:41.160Um, so, um, so their, their kind of, uh, response here is quite plausible and I think correct that Trump was referring to the last couple of days.
00:39:54.160He specifies that multiple times in the call.
00:39:57.160Now, even with that specified, like, is it great that there's a recording of Trump saying this to Tim Walls?
00:40:11.160Like, was it true in June, on June 1st of 2020, was it true that for the last couple of days, Tim Walls' response had been great?
00:40:19.160No, Tim Walls' response was never great.
00:40:22.160Not for the last couple of days, not for any of the days while this was going on.
00:40:27.160His response was terrible the whole time.
00:40:30.160And so does that, does that let him off the hook?
00:40:35.160If Trump was much nicer and more complimentary than he should have been, does that mean that the criticism against Tim Walls is no longer legitimate?
00:40:47.160And this is also one of the good things about, you know, being a conservative who is, you know, you have a mind of your own and you're not going to automatically take whatever position Trump happens to take.
00:40:57.160Those of us in that camp, this doesn't change my opinion at all of Tim Walls' response.
00:41:02.160Trump said it was good for the last couple of days.
00:42:21.160And as far as Trump's response, we also know the other thing about Trump is that this is how he operates.
00:42:26.160That if you're not doing what he wants, then he's going to come at you hard.
00:42:31.160But once you start doing what he wants, then he's going to be very complimentary and very nice and probably more complimentary than he needs to be.
00:43:23.160So then are you willing to admit then that, that Walls' response was terrible?
00:43:28.160And Trump's, Trump's to blame for not pointing that out in the phone call?
00:43:33.160Because if that's the, I'm willing to take that compromise, but I don't think they will on the left.
00:43:39.160When you're running a business, time is money.
00:43:41.160That's why I'm so excited to introduce you to Ramp.

00:44:09.160You'll never have to chase down a receipt again and your employees will no longer spend hours submitting expense reports.

00:46:01.160Yes, the gymnastics event wrapped up with three black women winning gold, silver and bronze.
00:46:22.160It was apparently the first time that three women with that particular shade of skin happened to all get onto the podium in gymnastics in that event.
00:48:14.160I'm not shocked by them, but I still object to them.
00:48:17.160And there's certainly a massive glaring one in this case.
00:48:20.160We all know what would happen if Olympic athletes celebrated and gloated over an all white podium.
00:48:26.160We know the reaction if the silver and bronze medal were won by white people and they bowed to the gold medalist in part to celebrate the fact that he was also white.
00:48:37.160You can't claim that it'd be different because all the all white podiums are more commonplace.
00:48:42.160In in many events, that's not the case at all.
00:48:45.160I don't know how long it's been since there was an all white podium in the 100 meter race, for instance, but I'm confident that it's been a very long time.
00:48:54.160In fact, if there was an all white podium in the in the 100 meter race, it would be very notable like it would be.
00:49:01.160But you would not be allowed to make note of it unless you were noting it in a negative way, in a disappointed way.
00:49:07.160You can lament that something is all white.
00:49:10.160But you may never be happy that it's all white.
00:49:14.160And it's a rule that I do not recognize because it's hypocritical and arbitrary.
00:49:18.160If we would say that Olympians were racist for cheering an all white podium, we must say the same about Olympians cheering an all black podium.
00:49:25.160Those are the rules, which means I'm afraid that Simone Biles is a horrendous bigot.
00:49:30.160She is a racist and she owes America an apology.
00:49:45.160The only point that I really wanted to make.
00:49:47.160But then I found out that the all black podium thing is quite a bit worse than I thought.
00:49:53.160I didn't know this because, again, I'm not watching, but it turns out that the bigger problem is not that they're celebrating the all black podium, but rather how the all black podium came about in the first place.
00:50:29.160Reading now, the final event in Olympic gymnastics came with a side of drama.
00:50:35.160After Simone Biles flew out a tumbling pass and conceded the top spot to Rebecca Andrade,
00:50:40.160teammate Jordan Childs saw an opportunity to secure her first individual medal.
00:50:44.160At first, she didn't get it, but then she did.
00:50:47.160Last up, Childs would need a 13.7 to surpass Romania's Ana Barbasu, who was also tied with her fellow countrywoman Sabrina Voinea.
00:50:59.160Though Childs hit her routine, she appeared to finish short on leap, potentially downgrading the scoring of her exercise.
00:51:06.160The judges caught the under rotation, and Childs' difficulty score was downgraded from 5.9 to 5.8, a 0.1 difference, small but consequential.
00:51:16.160Childs posted a 13.666, falling to fifth and failing to unseat Barbasu for bronze.
00:51:25.160For a minute, it seemed that there would be no individual medal for Jordan Childs.
00:51:29.160So that's the setup. I understood some of that.
00:51:34.160But next, Team USA went to the judges, and they disputed the way that it was scored.
00:51:40.160And the judges accepted their inquiry and raised Childs' score, which brought her from fifth place to third.
00:51:47.160So the Romanian gymnast, Ana Barbasu, thought that she was about to stand on the podium and receive her bronze medal, but in just a few minutes, it was ripped away from her.
00:51:59.160But, so that, you think like, well, that's the controversy, but that's not even the real controversy here.
00:52:04.160Forbes continues, quote, in the midst of the controversy surrounding the robbery of Ana Barbasu, fans determined that the other Romanian athlete, Sabrina Manessia Voinea, was the one who was wronged.
00:52:18.160During competition, the judges deducted .1 from her routine due to her stepping out of bounds.
00:52:23.160In the re-air of the final Monday evening, NBC commentator John Roethlisberger reported that Manessia Voinea visibly remained inside the floor area.
00:52:34.160Almost instantly, Team Romania's indignation multiplied.
00:52:37.160Okay, now, again, I'm not a gymnastics expert, but anyone, expert or not, can look at the replay and clearly see, plain as day, that she absolutely did not step out of bounds.
00:52:50.160I mean, it's not even particularly close.
00:52:52.160You can just look and see, she didn't step on the out of bounds part.
00:52:56.160And they docked her for stepping out of bounds, but she didn't.
00:53:02.160Without that penalty, she would have finished third.
00:53:05.160So, you could argue that two different white women were pushed to the side to give the Olympics its black podium moment.
00:53:15.160But certainly, without question, we can say that at least one white woman was.
