The Matt Walsh Show - Ep. 1608 - LGBT Activists Have Found Their Next Hate Crime Hoax And It’s The Most Insane One Yet

00:00:00.000 Today on the Matt Wall Show, we've known for a long time that LGBT activists have a persecution

00:00:03.940 fantasy. That's why they've come up with so many hate crime hoaxes over the years.

00:00:07.280 This week, they came up with another one, and it's one of the most absurd that we've seen in

00:00:10.820 a very long time. Also, you may recall the Wee Spa case, where a male sex offender went into the

00:00:15.560 women's locker room claiming to be a quote-unquote trans woman. He was charged with indecent exposure.

00:00:20.240 Well, we now finally have a jury verdict in that case. The trial was in Los Angeles,

00:00:23.860 so you can guess how that went. Plus, a federal judge declares that Trump must continue providing

00:00:28.540 taxpayer-funded gender transition procedures to convicted criminals in prison. We'll talk about

00:00:33.000 all that and more today on the Matt Wall Show.

00:02:38.900 liars feel trapped, when they realize they've lost all their credibility and their power, they don't

00:02:44.120 suddenly decide to become honest people. Instead, they simply continue lying. I mean, think of Elizabeth 0.89

00:02:48.480 Holmes after the collapse of Theranos, one of the most obvious clear-cut cases of fraud imaginable.

00:02:54.100 From prison, Holmes has refused to take any responsibility, even though she orchestrated

00:02:58.600 the entire fraud. She still claims she's a victim. There are about a million other examples from

00:03:02.520 Jussie Smollett to Bernie Madoff. The only way forward in the liar's mind is to come up with even

00:03:07.760 bigger lies. And that's all they really know how to do. The more desperate they become, the more trapped 0.76

00:03:12.520 they feel, the more obvious their frauds become as a result. At the moment, as a particularly

00:03:18.700 depressing and financially insolvent Pride Month continues to trudge along, there is no greater

00:03:25.080 illustration of this phenomenon than the so-called LGBT movement. These activists understand that 0.97

00:03:30.960 they've been discredited. All of their narratives about alleged hate crimes from Matthew Shepard onward

00:03:36.220 have collapsed under the slightest scrutiny. All of their claims about not having equal rights and

00:03:41.020 just wanting to live their own lives without bothering anybody have fallen apart as well. And

00:03:45.600 that's why Pride Month ultimately is dying. And in response, rather than engage in any introspection,

00:03:52.900 LGBT activists have particularly decided to push yet another lie. And this one, even by their standards, 0.97

00:04:00.440 is truly staggering, not just because it's so grotesque and evil, but also because there are

00:04:06.700 precisely zero sane people that would possibly be convinced by it. I'm talking about the decision by

00:04:12.780 LGBT activists to push a bizarre and obviously false narrative about the recent death of a 59-year-old

00:04:20.440 actor named Jonathan Joss, who was well known for voicing the role of John Redcorn in the King of the

00:04:26.940 Hill show. He also appeared on Parks and Recreation. And according to activists, as well as several other media

00:04:32.540 outlets, Joss was just a few days ago executed in front of his home by a homophobic bigot who had

00:04:42.340 been tormenting him for a very long time in various ways, all leading up to his eventual execution in

00:04:49.360 this homophobic hate crime. And as proof of these extraordinary claims, the activists point to the

00:04:55.480 following statement, which was posted on Facebook by somebody identifying as Jonathan Joss's husband.

00:05:03.320 And here's the relevant part of it. And as you listen to this, imagine you're a detective arriving at

00:05:10.200 the scene of this homicide, trying to figure out who's telling the truth. And then imagine that this

00:05:17.380 is what an alleged witness tells you. So I'm going to read it now. Quote,

00:05:22.740 My husband, Jonathan Joss, and I were involved at a shooting while checking the mail at the site of our

00:05:27.940 former home. The home was burned down after over two years of threats from people in the area who

00:05:33.240 repeatedly told us that they would set it on fire. We reported these threats to law enforcement

00:05:37.760 multiple times and nothing was done. Throughout that time, we were harassed regularly by individuals

00:05:43.180 who made it clear that they did not accept our relationship. Much of the harassment was openly

00:05:47.920 homophobic. When we returned to the site to check our mail, we discovered the skull of one of our dogs

00:05:53.340 and its harness placed in clear view. This caused both of us severe emotional distress. We began

00:05:59.360 yelling and crying in response to the pain of what we saw. While we were doing this, a man approached us.

00:06:04.820 He started yelling violent homophobic slurs at us. He then raised a gun from his lap and fired.

00:06:10.980 Jonathan and I had no weapons. We were not threatening anyone. We were grieving. We were standing by side by

00:06:16.120 side. When the man fired, Jonathan pushed me out of the way. He saved my life. Jonathan is my husband.

00:06:22.920 He was murdered by someone who could not stand the sight of two men loving each other. Close quote.

00:06:28.980 That's the story. Now, having read that out loud, even if you know nothing about this case at all,

00:06:36.500 you can immediately see the problem. And it's a pretty big one. None of it makes any sense. It's

00:06:44.700 incoherent. It's the kind of thing that somebody would write if they've lost their mind. If you live

00:06:50.180 in reality, you know that gay men living in San Antonio are not going to be stalked for years by

00:06:56.080 roving gangs of homophobes who taunt them with the skulls of their dead pets and then light their home 0.99

00:07:02.020 on fire and then shoot them. Okay, it's not the kind of thing that happens outside of the fevered 0.95

00:07:06.720 imaginations of very delusional activists. It reads like a screenplay that was written by a

00:07:11.860 demiqueer NYU student who's, you know, also happens to be high on meth or something. At no point

00:07:17.940 should anyone have even pretended to take this statement seriously for any reason. It discredits

00:07:24.160 itself. It makes no sense. So we know that the man was killed, but there is no reason why we would

00:07:34.000 take that statement at face value to explain how exactly he was killed and why. But a lot of people

00:07:41.860 did present this statement as incoherent as it clearly is, as a serious, believable account by

00:07:49.100 a firsthand witness, not just believable, but according to LGBT activists, it's absolutely

00:07:54.280 unassailable. It's bulletproof evidence that this is exactly what happened. And the media treated it that

00:08:00.260 way too. In the UK, the Independent ran this headline, quote, King of the Hill actor Jonathan

00:08:04.820 Joss was killed in a homophobic hate crime after years of threats, husband says. So they're leading 1.00

00:08:11.420 with the statement from this alleged husband without pushing back in any way. Outlets like Variety and

00:08:16.640 MSNBC did the same thing. So did some very popular accounts on social media. The account Discussing

00:08:21.920 Film, which has more than 2 million followers, wrote, quote, Jonathan Joss, the voice of John Redcourt

00:08:27.200 and King of the Hill has sadly passed away at the age of 59 after being shot in a homophobic attack.

00:08:33.680 So they're not even clear. They're not even qualifying it as husband says. They're just

00:08:37.880 saying it was a homophobic attack. The pop culture site Toon Hive posted this report, which has more

00:08:43.360 than 14 million views, quote, King of the Hill voice actor Jonathan Joss was murdered in a homophobic 0.51

00:08:48.280 hate crime. His husband confirms. Here's another post with 5 million views, quote, they burned down his

00:08:55.060 house, killed him and his husband's dog, showed them the dead dog's skulls, called them homophobic 0.75

00:08:59.720 slurs, and then shot them. And there were thousands more posts like this all over the internet from 0.81

00:09:05.000 X to Reddit to Facebook to Instagram and everywhere else. Here's another post with hundreds of thousands

00:09:09.720 of views, quote, this is why the LGBTQ plus movement is necessary. This is why Pride Month is

00:09:14.720 necessary. People shouldn't fear stepping outside to check their mail just for loving somebody of the

00:09:19.880 same sex. If you think otherwise, go F yourself. So the LGBT community is unanimous. This was a homophobic

00:09:31.280 hate crime. A gay man was executed in cold blood, in broad daylight, simply for being gay. 0.99

00:09:39.420 But if you look a little more closely at this situation, as in if you spend like five seconds

00:09:44.560 looking into it, you'll immediately find a few very fundamental problems with these claims. First

00:09:50.840 of all, to begin with, here is a picture of Jonathan's alleged, quote, unquote, husband. And you

00:09:59.140 can see it here. The, quote, unquote, husband is on the left. Now, admittedly, like Kentonji Brown

00:10:05.240 Jackson, I'm no biologist. But that looks a lot like a woman who is claiming to be a man. 1.00

00:10:14.560 And indeed, this particular woman has a trans flag on her Facebook profile. In other words,

00:10:20.420 there's no husband involved here. And as much as we all recognize that definitions and facts

00:10:26.860 aren't really important to the LGBT movement, it seems like a big issue for their narrative that

00:10:31.120 this was a homophobic attack. And given that little detail, you might be wondering, well,

00:10:37.520 who exactly is this woman? How credible is her story exactly? Well, she married Joss just a few

00:10:42.740 months ago on Valentine's Day of this year. They hadn't known each other very long before that.

00:10:47.600 And now this woman is claiming to know that for years, Joss has been tormented by neighbors who

00:10:52.980 supposedly torched their home. But the opposite is true. I mean, she's completely inverting reality.

00:11:00.580 Here's a report from a local news station just a few months ago, shortly after the house fire,

00:11:04.340 quote, Joss said he left the house to go eat earlier on Thursday and thought he had turned

00:11:08.740 everything off. He said he had been using a propane heater in the home for warmth.

00:11:13.680 Mistakes happen, man. And it's all it's and it's my fault for, I guess, leaving something on,

00:11:18.360 Joss said. Or if somebody came in and did something, who knows? Close quote.

00:11:24.100 Well, that's a helpful bit of context that was strangely missing from the post that

00:11:28.500 Joss's alleged quote unquote husband wrote on Facebook. She suggests that homophobes burn the

00:11:34.440 house down. But she leaves out the fact that Joss admitted that he'd been using a propane heater for

00:11:39.420 warmth and also admitted that he had probably made a mistake because he might have left it on.

00:11:44.860 And she also leaves out the fact that the local utility company had cut the power to the house

00:11:49.220 and that it was slated for demolition. More on that later. In any event, essentially, he's acknowledging

00:11:54.920 that, yes, he burned his own house down. And that's not all the information that Joss's alleged

00:11:59.640 husband left out. Watch. This house was built by my dad in 1957 for my mom.

00:12:06.280 This was no role but real life heartbreak for actor Jonathan Joss when his family home on Dorsey

00:12:12.200 Street burned down in January. On Sunday, neighbors say he was back on the now empty lot checking on

00:12:18.840 the Southside property when he got into a deadly confrontation. In the neighborhood, people say

00:12:24.280 Joss made his presence known and not always in a good way. We would see him down the street

00:12:29.420 yelling, ranting and raving, sometimes walking up and down the street.

00:12:33.600 Neighbors say Joss took the whole private property concept very seriously. Even after his house had

00:12:38.660 burned down, they say he fiercely protected not only what was behind this fence but well beyond it.

00:12:43.680 And just different things he'll argue with different people.

00:12:46.380 Maybe somebody would drive by his home. He didn't like people driving in front of his home.

00:12:50.900 One neighbor says she saw similar behavior from Joss Sunday, although it's still unclear exactly how

00:12:57.080 that led to him being shot. So according to the neighbors, Joss would scream at passing cars.

00:13:03.200 He would regularly harass innocent people in the community. He would act, in other words,

00:13:07.760 a lot like an unstable drug addict with mental health issues, right? That's how he would act. And 0.92

00:13:13.000 that's just the beginning. Here's a report from the local station WFAA, which has more details from

00:13:20.280 the day that Joss died. Quote, neighbors said that Joss was at the site Sunday night checking his mail,

00:13:25.160 which he did regularly, when something went terribly wrong. A video shared by a neighbor who

00:13:29.300 was present shows a man, who they identified as Joss, pacing up and down the street with a pitchfork

00:13:33.680 and screaming. The neighbors say that it was common behavior over the years for Joss to scream while 1.00

00:13:38.940 carrying weapons. And even though they say they didn't like it, several neighbors said they were

00:13:43.000 surprised when a man who lives just 50 yards away responded to the situation with a gun around 6 p.m.

00:13:48.780 on Sunday. Close quote. Now, before I read the rest of this paragraph, it's worth repeating this line.

00:13:53.640 The neighbors say it was common behavior over the years for Joss to scream while carrying weapons.

00:13:59.480 And on the night he was killed, Joss was pacing up and down with a pitchfork and screaming.

00:14:04.800 Again, none of this made it into the husband's quote unquote account of events. Instead,

00:14:09.980 we're supposed to believe that Joss was just minding his own business, checking the mail when somebody 0.82

00:14:14.200 shot him for no reason other than the fact that he's gay, even though he's in a relationship with a woman. 0.80

00:14:18.780 Now, that sounds a little hard to believe. It gets even worse. Let's continue reading from the local 0.98

00:14:23.300 news report. Quote, many neighbors said that Joss and Alvarez had a long history of trouble. They say

00:14:28.100 both men had been showing weapons and trading threats for years. The feud took many forms.

00:14:32.940 Weapons, everything, guns, shootings at all times of night, one neighbor said. Adding the men didn't

00:14:38.220 shoot at each other. No, just shooting rounds at their own property and stuff. You could just hear the

00:14:42.800 multiple rounds just blowing off on both ends, both ends, and he would be yelling a lot, close quote.

00:14:49.380 So there was just some casual gunfire on both sides of the dispute. It was a regular thing,

00:14:53.720 apparently. And it was a conflict that Joss was obviously participating in actively.

00:14:59.100 According to various news reports, police had been called to the Joss residence more than 60 times so

00:15:04.180 far this year alone for a variety of reasons, from welfare checks to reports of shootings and fires.

00:15:09.040 The callers reported that Joss had been carrying crossbows and pointing them at people, which led

00:15:14.540 police to confiscate the weapon last summer. Also, it's emerged that neither Joss nor his alleged

00:15:19.540 quote-unquote husband actually own the home that burned down. In fact, the property was slated for

00:15:24.000 demolition before it mysteriously burned down. Quoting from Fox San Antonio, quote, city officials saying

00:15:30.380 that the home Joss and his quote-unquote husband had lived in was slated for demolition well before the

00:15:36.020 fire in January of 2025. Records from the city of San Antonio's dangerous assessment response team

00:15:43.180 indicated that neither Joss nor his husband owned the property. According to city officials,

00:15:48.300 after several reports of theft and mental health concerns, the DART team got involved. After

00:15:53.400 inspecting the property, the building was brought before the Building Standards Board, which ordered

00:15:57.900 it demolished. DART then gave the couple a notice to vacate. The homeowner consented to the demolition

00:16:03.280 of the home and services were disconnected from the property in October of 2024. Officials say the

00:16:09.600 home then sat on a list of homes to be demolished before a fire on January 23rd destroyed most of the

00:16:15.880 structure, killing at least one dog in the blaze, close quote. So the home was going to be demolished

00:16:23.540 because of the state that it was in. And then after that, mysteriously, it burns down.

00:16:29.100 Again, these are not facts that suggest that Joss and his quote-unquote husband were living the most

00:16:37.260 stable life or that they were being tormented by random, mysterious homophobes. It looks a lot like

00:16:43.160 they were very unstable people. And then there's this Facebook post from a different neighbor

00:16:48.620 describing her experiences with Joss. Quote, I lived across this man for years. He started gunfights

00:16:55.040 constantly and he burnt his own house down trying to make a meth lab inside. He constantly threatened

00:17:00.340 his surrounding neighbors and played victim when cops came. He used to throw bricks through my

00:17:04.320 window and tore several of our mailboxes down. And no one on that block ever yelled homophobic slurs

00:17:09.500 at him. It's a lie from his quote, husband for sympathy, close quote. Now these multiple independent

00:17:16.860 accounts are believable in part because of Joss's public behavior. In fact, just two days before his

00:17:22.020 death, Joss crashed an event for the King of the Hill revival at the Paramount Theater in Austin

00:17:27.680 and he had to be escorted out by security. According to People Magazine, quote, while the panel was in

00:17:33.140 full swing, Joss stood up and approached the microphone, set up for the Q&A portion of the

00:17:37.420 event, which had not begun yet. The onlooker says that security guards came out at this time.

00:17:42.360 The eyewitnesses says that audience members laughed nervously in the crowd and that King of Hill

00:17:48.080 co-creators, Mike Judge and Greg Daniels, didn't seem alarmed while others appeared a bit worried

00:17:52.840 or uncomfortable. So here's part of that footage of what took place. It was shot by an attendee

00:17:57.280 using the name Brandon Brokenheart on Facebook. Watch.

00:18:00.080 He said the mic wasn't going to be used and I'm an actor. I see a mic, I use it. I see

00:18:09.540 it wrong, I make it right. I take a breath, I'm going to breathe. And no offense, sir, I'm

00:18:15.980 not a super fan. I said there's a hole in where my money should go. There's a hole. My house

00:18:22.200 burned down three months ago. Because I'm gay. I've had a couple loves in my life. 0.90

00:18:37.660 So he's obviously falling apart personally and professionally. He thought these people

00:18:41.300 snubbed him by not inviting him onto the stage. Although you can kind of see why they didn't

00:18:47.020 want him on stage. So he interrupts them while they're speaking. He shuts the whole event down.

00:18:51.300 He veers between a joking demeanor and, you know, being dead serious as he rants incoherently

00:18:55.500 about 10 different topics. For example, he says that his house was burned down because

00:18:59.080 he's gay, which is completely different from what he said a few weeks ago when he acknowledged

00:19:03.200 that he may have caused the fire himself. And meanwhile, everybody in the room is, you 0.87

00:19:07.560 know, nervously hoping that he's not going to become violent because he's acting like a

00:19:10.620 schizophrenic. Two days later, what do you know? The neighbors say that he was acting like

00:19:15.360 a drug addict, screaming at random people while carrying a pitchfork. And to be clear,

00:19:21.300 I don't know exactly why he was shot. No one does at this point. We can't say whether

00:19:25.540 Joss was threatening anyone or whether the shooting was justified or not at this point.

00:19:29.060 But the balance of the evidence overwhelmingly suggests that he was not minding his own business 0.51

00:19:34.540 and checking the mail when out of nowhere, he was executed for being in a gay relationship

00:19:39.160 as the media and LGBT activists are claiming. There are about a million reasons why that claim

00:19:45.340 is not convincing, starting with the fact that he wasn't even in a gay relationship, as well 0.96

00:19:49.280 as the fact that he's repeatedly acted like a lunatic in public and the fact that the source 0.71

00:19:53.520 is a trans-identifying woman with every incentive to play the victim. And indeed, San Antonio police 0.99

00:19:59.140 who have access to all the available evidence have come to the same conclusion. Here's what

00:20:02.600 they wrote, quote,

00:20:03.200 But because reality doesn't matter to these people, this statement hasn't convinced LGBT activists to

00:20:21.320 stop claiming that Jonathan Joss was executed for being gay, nor have any of the other facts I just

00:20:26.180 outlined. They still won't admit that Matthew Shepard was killed 30 years ago because of a

00:20:30.620 meth deal gone bad, not because he was gay. In fact, one of Shepard's killers was a man that he'd

00:20:35.820 allegedly occasionally had sex with himself, meaning that one of the killers was gay. Every single one 0.97

00:20:41.160 of these hate crime hoaxes going back 30 years, every single one of these hate crime claims going

00:20:46.620 back 30 years has been a fraud. This is just the latest example of a trend that we've all seen for

00:20:52.460 decades now. If anything's changing, it's that the hoaxes are becoming far more incoherent and lazy

00:20:59.300 and unconvincing. And you only see lies that are this transparent and desperate from people who are

00:21:05.020 losing and who know they're losing. Desperate to find some justification for Pride Month and the LGBT 1.00

00:21:11.400 movement in general, these pathological liars are deliberately attempting to exploit the very 0.87

00:21:17.100 unpredictable and tragic death of an unstable guy, all under the guise of compassion and social

00:21:24.480 justice. It's a fraud. And that's no surprise because their entire movement is a fraud.

00:21:31.920 And the more they pretend otherwise, the more they pretend to care about Jonathan Joss, and the more 0.98

00:21:37.020 they pretend to be terrified of phantom homophobic gangs that randomly stalk and torment gay men in San 0.99

00:21:43.060 Antonio, the more obvious it is, how truly powerless and pathetic these people have become. 0.99

00:21:52.640 Now let's get to our five headlines. 0.87

00:21:59.960 Have you ever come across somebody saying that capitalism is evil or something similar? Maybe in

00:22:04.920 a video online on TV or just talking with someone? What was your reaction if you did? When did capitalism

00:22:10.420 become such a hot-button issue anyway? Well, it seems like people have such strong opinions about

00:22:14.700 it and very little understanding of capitalism as a whole. Luckily, if you're looking to expand

00:23:19.500 hillsdale.edu slash walsh. All right, we have an update four years later on the Wee Spa case. The Wee Spa case,

00:23:27.780 if you recall, is where a man, a registered sex offender, went into the women's locker room at Wee Spa and exposed

00:23:34.800 himself to several women, including minors. And that is what prompted this viral video. We'll play

00:23:41.720 just a clip of it, just to jog your memory. But this one is back in 2021. So let's just play this again

00:23:50.820 to remind ourselves. Wee Spa, so you don't, so it's okay, I just want to be clear with you. It's okay,

00:23:58.680 it's okay for a man to go into the women's section, show his penis around the other women, young little 0.99

00:24:05.860 girls under age, your spa, Wee Spa, condone that. Is that what you're saying? Like I asked. It's so he 1.00

00:24:14.900 so he could stay there. He could stay there. What sexual orientation? I see it. It lets me know he's 0.69

00:24:23.100 a man. He's a man. He is a man. He is not no female. He is not a female. He is not a female. 0.77

00:24:35.700 You remember that? I assume we all remember that man, the women's locker room. This is again,

00:24:41.840 a repeat sex offender, exposing himself to women and young girls, multiple witnesses,

00:24:49.180 all attesting to this. And so this man, Darren Adji Marager, was eventually charged with indecent

00:24:57.820 exposure. And now we have the update. This is the post-millennial. A trans-identifying male who

00:25:05.200 was accused of exposing his genitals to a little girl and several women at the female-only Korean

00:25:09.340 Wee Spa in Los Angeles in June, 2021, has been acquitted. Darren Aggie Marager of 55 of Riverside

00:25:17.700 was found not guilty of felony indecent exposure on Monday following a four-week jury trial at the

00:25:22.760 Los Angeles County Superior Court in California. Marager is a tier one registered sex offender

00:25:28.280 with multiple felonies and several jail stints, according to records. The jury came to their

00:25:32.800 conclusion after less than an hour and a half of deliberation, telling the court that prosecutors

00:25:37.400 did not submit sufficient evidence proving that Marager exposed himself with the intent of sexual

00:25:44.420 gratification. Marager is a heterosexual male who identifies as transgender, and prosecutors could

00:25:50.020 not prove that his penis was partially erect while sitting unclothed next to nude female patrons, 0.91

00:25:55.860 which were claims made by several witnesses at the spa. Additionally, the jury foreman told 0.95

00:26:01.360 Judge Joseph Burghardt that the spa let the defendant in, which assisted the jury in reaching its verdicts,

00:26:08.040 according to Los Angeles Magazine. Okay, so let's review here. There is no dispute that this guy went into

00:26:19.380 the women's locker room and disrobed. There's no dispute about that. There's no dispute that he is a guy,

00:26:27.680 he's a male. There is no dispute that he's a registered sex offender. There's no dispute, as far as I know,

00:26:35.680 not that this should even matter, but given all the above facts, this stuff, but there's also no dispute that

00:26:41.300 he's a heterosexual, meaning he's attracted to women. So this is a man disrobing in the women's locker room 0.65

00:26:53.380 around a bunch of women, and at least one girl, at least one minor, who are also in various states of

00:27:01.620 undress. And yet, the jury in Los Angeles comes back with a not guilty verdict because, and not to be

00:27:10.260 graphic, but I mean, this is what they said, because they didn't see proof that he had an erection.

00:27:15.720 I mean, that was their reasoning for letting him off the hook. Which, what kind of proof

00:27:24.160 did they want? I mean, multiple witnesses saw that fact and reported it. Apparently,

00:27:32.260 that doesn't count as proof. Like, obviously, there isn't going to be security camera footage

00:27:36.460 from inside the locker room. You would hope there isn't. So there's no way to prove it beyond the

00:27:42.380 witness testimony. And also, why does that matter? How in the world does that matter? What is it? I

00:27:49.460 mean, think about the precedent that's being set here. This is, I mean, this is one of the most

00:27:58.200 outrageous jury verdicts I think I've ever heard. Not just because of the fact they're letting this guy

00:28:04.900 off the hook. That's bad enough. The reason they're giving is what? And strangely enough,

00:28:13.600 I've seen very few people talking about this case, even among conservatives. Now, a lot of people

00:28:18.880 talked about it at the time, but this is kind of an important update. So what we're being told in the

00:28:25.520 precedent that this trial has set is that a sex offender can expose himself to children,

00:28:33.240 and it's not indecent exposure unless you can prove that he was visibly aroused.

00:28:42.840 I mean, what the hell? What the hell kind of madness is that? What kind of, again, it's one of the 0.72

00:28:50.440 craziest verdicts I've ever heard. And by the way, he's a registered sex offender because of multiple

00:28:58.660 prior convictions for indecent exposure. And those incidents stem all the way back

00:29:05.520 from 2002, I believe. So this is, so this disgusting creep has been going around for 20 years

00:29:13.880 exposing himself. And yet in this case, when engaging in the exact same kind of behavior,

00:29:21.620 it doesn't count as indecent exposure because the jury didn't personally see, you know,

00:29:28.160 that he was aroused. Like, am I now, am I shocked by this? Well, given that this is Los Angeles,

00:29:34.840 no. And given that the, the, the, given the trans victim status that this sex offender was trying

00:29:42.280 to use as a get out of jail free card, it's, it's hard to be surprised, but you know, but this kind

00:29:52.460 of madness is exactly why the trans movement is falling apart. This is exactly it. I mean, people 1.00

00:30:01.520 are just tired of this and you, you have to be a lunatic to hear about this case here that this guy 0.93

00:30:11.460 was let off the hook and the reason that he was let off the hook. And you have to be a lunatic to 1.00

00:30:16.880 think that that was the right decision. I mean, you, you, you actually cannot be a sane person and agree 0.99

00:30:21.720 with this. And this is what, and this is why the movement's falling apart because, uh, it's just not,

00:30:28.020 it's not sustainable. All right. I wanted to play this. This is, uh, not exactly a headline,

00:30:36.520 but this is a, it's interesting to me because this is a clip that's been making the rounds on X over

00:30:41.900 the last couple of days. And I don't know why exactly all of a sudden now people are talking

00:30:47.220 about it, but it has 15 million views of the last day or two. Uh, even though it's from a show that

00:30:52.360 went off air several years ago. So it's not new, but somebody just posted it. And, um, I don't,

00:30:59.040 I don't even know the politics of the person who initially posted it or what point they thought they

00:31:03.100 were making, but I can say this, this clip is from, I believe the HBO show. Uh, yes, it is from the HBO

00:31:10.060 show girls, which is the, the Lena Dunham show from several years ago. And, um, and we do know that

00:31:20.260 the creators of the show, including Lena Dunham were definitely trying to make a certain point

00:31:26.560 with this scene and with the entire show. These were like raging far leftists and feminists. So 1.00

00:31:33.220 we know what, we know where they're, where, where they stand on the issues. We know what point they

00:31:39.120 were trying to make. And instead in this clip, they made exactly the opposite point of what they

00:31:43.960 were trying to say. So in this scene, we see two characters who are dating and the female character

00:31:51.340 informs the male character that she just had an abortion. She aborted his baby. And now again,

00:31:58.820 keep in mind, and there's another detail about this particular episode that I'll tell you on the other

00:32:03.680 side of this clip that makes it even more interesting, but keep in mind the writers and

00:32:08.900 creators of the show expect us to sympathize with the woman in this exchange. That's, that was the 0.98

00:32:17.260 point. You're supposed to watch this and come away from it on the woman's side. Uh, so let's see how 1.00

00:32:26.760 that turned out. Let's watch. I can't go for a run and I can't take a bath or use a tampon or have

00:32:33.420 intercourse for like a week. Are you, uh, what? Yeah, just a couple of things I can't do because

00:32:47.500 I had an abortion yesterday. Was it mine? Yeah, of course it was yours. 0.99

00:32:53.140 I didn't want to talk about it beforehand. I just wanted to do it, but I haven't shared with

00:33:04.940 boyfriends in the past. I'm trying to be more open with you. So you're trying to be open with

00:33:09.040 me. How many abortions have you had? I'm not going to share that with you because that is private.

00:33:15.120 I'm not going to ask you how many girls you've gotten pregnant. None. It's not private. I've got

00:33:20.120 no girls pregnant except for you now. Who f***ing went with you? My friend Sue Ellen Garth. I don't 1.00

00:33:36.420 even know her. You'll meet her. She's a somnambulist. Well, who, who, who, who did it? Who, who aborted 0.98

00:33:42.980 you? A doctor named Gunita did the procedure. She delivered my cousin's baby. Was it a boy or a

00:33:49.960 girl? My cousin's baby's a girl. No! Ours! It was a ball of cells. It was smaller than a seed pearl. It

00:33:58.940 didn't have a penis or a vagina. Isn't this a decision that people typically make together? So 1.00

00:34:04.180 you wanted a baby? Maybe. That's kind of absurd. We've been together for less than seven weeks. I

00:34:09.940 don't think that we're ready for a child. Crazier things have happened. People do crazy things. My

00:34:14.540 parents got married after a f***ing week. Okay. So we should have the baby and put it in your toolbox 1.00

00:34:20.760 as a cradle and feed it sardines and tell it that you don't know my middle name? It's Rose! No, 1.00

00:34:26.160 my first name is Mimi Rose. My middle name is Eleanor. I don't understand how you could do something

00:34:31.360 like that without talking to me first. It's, it's evil. You're right. You don't understand.

00:34:41.660 Okay. So that's the scene. Now, again, this is a Lena Dunham show. Uh, the intention was to make the 0.99

00:34:47.860 woman look like the good guy and the man look like some kind of, you know, uh, unhinged, uh,

00:34:54.240 narcissist, some sort of controlling power hungry man, but instead to any normal human,

00:35:00.620 it comes off exactly the opposite way. Of course, we sympathize much more with the male character

00:35:07.320 in this scene. He's the good guy in the scene, no matter what was intended by the people who wrote

00:35:12.900 the script. And so there, there are a few interesting things here to talk about. And first of all,

00:35:18.840 again, the makers of the show intended for this to be pro-abortion propaganda. And in fact,

00:35:24.140 I went back and found an interview that the actress did, uh, with the Huffington Post when

00:35:29.300 the episode first aired all the way back in, um, in 2015. And she said that Planned Parenthood

00:35:36.620 consulted on the script for this episode. So Lena Dunham was literally working with Planned Parenthood

00:35:45.580 to make pro-abortion propaganda. And it was supposed to be a refreshing and realistic depiction of

00:35:54.000 abortion. And it was, uh, you know, and, and coming from an organization, Planned Parenthood that,

00:36:07.060 you know, that, that commits millions of abortions. And so, uh, they would know. And in this case,

00:36:16.040 they were actually honest about it. Um, though, though, for all the wrong reasons. Now I know

00:36:24.380 that a lot of people in the pro-life movement like to think of and talk about women who get

00:36:30.000 abortions, like they're all these kinds of scared, helpless, confused victims. But the fact of the

00:36:37.060 matter is that a lot of them are exactly like this, well, exactly like the woman in this scenario.

00:36:44.580 And that's, uh, that's, that's the harsh reality of the situation. This is very common.

00:36:50.040 In fact, this exact scenario that we see in this show is very common. We never talk about it. We

00:36:59.780 hardly ever hear anyone talk about it, but, uh, the men who are victims of abortion are rarely

00:37:06.640 acknowledged, but there's a lot of them. Men whose children are aborted against their will and

00:37:13.440 without their knowledge. But it happens all the time. All the time. It's very common.

00:37:18.460 And Planned Parenthood who consulted on the script admits it in this scene. That was the point of the

00:37:27.140 scene. They were trying to show a realistic kind of like normal situation. And they did,

00:37:33.140 they succeeded. They succeeded way more than they ever hoped to. The fact is that a lot of women who 0.90

00:37:42.160 get abortions are callous and cold blooded, totally unfeeling about it. They don't care that they're 0.95

00:37:55.640 killing their child. Like they, they, they know it and don't care. Cold blooded killers. I mean, that

00:38:03.320 that's what we saw in that scene. The woman in that scene is just a cold blooded, callous, 1.00

00:38:09.920 murdering sociopath. And she does represent a certain, not insignificant portion of the women 1.00

00:38:22.020 who get abortions. That's the, that's like the unspoken truth. And we're not supposed to acknowledge

00:38:26.340 that, but, um, it's true. Now you do also have women who are scared, who are exploited. You have

00:38:35.280 women who are in some cases pressured into it by their, by the men in their, in their lives. Um,

00:38:41.500 that's real. That happens. Still doesn't excuse it. Obviously it's still murder, but, uh, you do,

00:38:48.620 you do have that, you know, you have women who you have the opposite of this scenario, 0.65

00:38:53.260 not quite the opposite, but you have a scenario where the man is, is, is more eager for it than

00:38:58.900 the woman. That, that is also true that no one's denying that, but those are the cases that we talk

00:39:08.260 about all the time. I mean, that's when we talk about abortion as pro-lifers, we tend to talk about

00:39:13.860 it as though the latter kinds of cases are the only ones. We don't really talk about cases like

00:39:22.540 the one you see depicted in that Planned Parenthood produced propaganda. And, you know, yeah, it's 0.57

00:39:32.500 fiction, but once again, it's a fictional scenario crafted by abortion propagandists to reflect the

00:39:38.360 sort of quote unquote patients that Planned Parenthood sees every day. So this is a real

00:39:45.340 thing. And, um, and, you know, uh, especially, you know, you have a lot of pro-life activists who

00:39:54.500 are worried about the optics, um, which to a certain extent, when you're in a political movement,

00:40:01.000 you have to be concerned with that. I mean, it's, you're, you're, we're in, you're in the business

00:40:04.640 of persuading people. And so, yeah, part of what you're taking into account is, is the optics of,

00:40:10.660 of, you know, that's, that's part of the part of the, um, that's part of how it goes. But I think

00:40:17.160 some pro-life activists are far too concerned about that. And, uh, and so they, they won't talk

00:40:23.960 about this fact publicly, but privately, I mean, you talk to anybody who works, any pro-life

00:40:31.020 activist activists who, um, works outside of an abortion clinic, sidewalk counselors, people like

00:40:37.320 that. And, uh, they might not all say it publicly, but if you talk to them privately, they'll tell you

00:40:42.740 that, yeah, you know what? We run into those kinds of women all the time. That is very common 1.00

00:40:48.100 and it's chilling. It is bone chilling because it is like the guy says in the, in the, uh, in the scene,

00:40:58.040 it's evil. It's just pure evil. And that's what you're dealing with. And the other thing we learn

00:41:05.360 here is that it is impossible actually to create pro-abortion propaganda. It's basically impossible

00:41:13.260 to do. You can try, but any depiction of this practice or its aftermath is automatically horrifying

00:41:22.720 no matter how you present it. I mean, think about it. There was, there was no way to show this scene

00:41:31.160 without it seeming like a moral outrage and a tragedy. There's no way to do it.

00:41:38.280 And leftists and, and feminists and pro-abortion people in Hollywood have been trying for years to,

00:41:46.000 like, figure out a way to solve this riddle, right? Figure out a way to portray abortion,

00:41:53.780 you know, in a film, in a TV show where the abortion seems like trying to figure out a way

00:42:01.240 to portray it in a favorable light. And they've been trying for years to do this. There have been

00:42:07.440 dozens and dozens and dozens of attempts and all of them fail because in every case, when you watch it

00:42:14.100 as an audience member, it doesn't matter where you stand on the issue, you watch it and you're

00:42:18.640 like, this is horrifying. This is terrible. Like I, this is, this is, uh, this is like a horror movie

00:42:25.880 because, because that's what abortion is. It's a moral outrage and it's a tragedy and it's a, 0.89

00:42:32.720 it's a horror. So if they had made this, so again, like think about their options.

00:42:39.500 If they wanted to make pro-abortion propaganda, they wanted to have a character who gets an

00:42:44.620 abortion, but it's in a, but they, but they frame it in a favorable light. Well, there are only a few

00:42:51.500 ways to do it. Um, they could have gone the opposite way. They could have made it a dramatic

00:42:55.660 scene where the woman is crying about it and, um, and very distraught, but they don't want to do that

00:43:03.840 because then they're admitting that abortion is a tragedy and it's a sad thing. They don't want to

00:43:07.480 admit that. So they're not going to do that. Uh, they could have flipped the roles so that the guy

00:43:12.440 was the one who was more insistent on the abortion. They could have done that, but then that would also 0.95

00:43:19.600 be a moral outrage. And so they didn't want to portray it that way. And they also didn't want

00:43:22.980 to portray it. Like they don't want to make it seem as though all the women who get abortions

00:43:26.780 are, um, are victims because if they do that, then they lose the whole female empowerment thing 1.00

00:43:35.700 because they want abortion to be empowering. They don't want it to just be this last resort

00:43:41.120 that, uh, women in desperate straits, uh, you know, are forced to, to, to, to resort to.

00:43:48.280 So they can't do that. So they landed on, well, okay, let's have the woman do it and we'll treat 1.00

00:43:56.820 it casually. We'll treat it like it's no big deal. You know, it's like to her, it's like she just got

00:44:02.020 her wisdom teeth removed and that's what they went with. And that turns out to be the most 1.00

00:44:08.540 horrifying approach of all because there is no non-horrifying way to approach a horrifying

00:44:16.920 thing. That's what it comes down to. Let's get to the comment section.

00:45:06.760 college kids. It's a fact. I agree with every complaint you've leveled against women, 1.00

00:45:10.600 but you should criticize these man children for once for once, Matt, come on.

00:45:15.780 It's a comment from Vanessa. Yeah. For once, for once you want, you want me to criticize immature

00:45:24.000 men for once. That's like saying you want me to for once, um, uh, take a stand against

00:45:32.340 transgenderism. That's like saying you want me to for once speak out against people who ditch their 1.00

00:45:37.960 shopping carts. I think I'm pretty well known for like going after man child types. Uh, I've done that 1.00

00:45:46.020 many, many, many times. I, I, and, and, and here's the thing. I actually wish that I could

00:45:54.040 continue to focus on criticizing men, given that I am a man myself. So I wish that I could,

00:46:01.640 my focus could remain there, but I could only do that if there were enough female commentators in 1.00

00:46:09.160 the mainstream who were giving like tough talk to women and calling out women and criticizing them

00:46:14.380 and criticizing their behavior and their laziness and, uh, their selfishness and their refusal to

00:46:20.300 grow up and become adults. If there were enough females doing that, then I could say, well, like my 1.00

00:46:25.480 voice isn't needed there. That's already being covered. Um, you, you ladies handle the women all, 1.00

00:46:30.920 I'll handle the men. And, uh, and that's the way that I wish it could go. But the problem is,

00:46:35.840 as we discussed most mainstream female pundits, not all, but most of them don't really call women out.

00:46:45.920 Um, they don't, they don't give any tough talk to young women. They don't, they don't point out any

00:46:50.120 of the stuff that I pointed out a couple of days ago when we were talking about when we did our

00:46:54.460 Tommy Lahren cancellation. Uh, they just, they don't talk about it. They refuse to talk about it.

00:46:59.700 And so if you won't talk about it, then that forces other people to step in and do it for you.

00:47:07.820 And that's just the way it goes. Um,

00:47:12.400 what really convinced me that abortion is wrong is having children of my own. I realized that infants 0.57

00:47:19.240 really aren't that advanced in terms of consciousness, despite the claims of pro-abortion

00:47:22.960 activists, that there's a huge difference between a baby in the womb and a newborn that doesn't make

00:47:27.280 newborns less precious or less human. And once you realize that you instantly see the unmistakable

00:47:31.880 humanity of babies in the womb at any stage of development. Yes, this is, uh, one of the most

00:47:38.100 ludicrous things about the pro-abortion position. It shows how arbitrary the position is. 0.65

00:47:43.040 Newborn babies are totally helpless. They're totally dependent. We can assume that they have some,

00:47:48.280 you know, I think they clearly have some degree of conscious experience, but it's not much more

00:47:53.320 than what an unborn child has. They have little to no self-awareness. Um, and you know, that's why 0.99

00:48:03.320 when you look at, when, when you see a newborn infant, right. And they're, and they're moving their

00:48:10.860 limbs around and they kind of like stare at their own hand because they don't understand that they're,

00:48:16.760 they don't have control over their limbs yet. They don't, they don't understand that that's their

00:48:20.560 hand, like that concept. So, because they're newborns, which just speaks to a, to a, to a,

00:48:27.760 they are not totally self-aware really. Um, and so what that means is that whatever arguments justify

00:48:37.200 abortion would also justify the abortion of infants because the arguments always come down to basically

00:48:44.520 two things. One of them is that unborn children are not conscious. And the other one is that they

00:48:51.760 are physically dependent on their mothers for survival where, well, the issue, as you point out,

00:48:56.340 is that a newborn baby, that's also true to basically the same degree for newborn babies.

00:49:04.660 So if you justify one, it justifies the other,

00:49:06.800 which tells you that there are no arguments to justify abortion. Uh, Matt's sense of humor always

00:49:16.200 delivers by age 65, Matt will likely be an appallingly curmudgeonly man with a figure,

00:49:20.740 not unlike Orson Welles. Uh-huh. That's my goal. I've told my wife this. I've told her she knows

00:49:28.760 like I'm in reasonably good shape now. So this, but don't get used to it because the clock is ticking

00:49:39.060 in 25 years. I will have the physique of a toad. That's mourning you right now. That's where all this 0.58

00:49:47.620 is headed to me being a toad. Okay. Next stop toadville. That's where we're going. So nothing, 0.83

00:49:55.820 we can't do anything about it. I mean, we could do something about it, but I'm not going to.

00:50:00.720 Well, you still got, you still got a good, you got a solid 20 to 25 years. So that's, that's not bad.

00:50:05.040 Uh, I say that you're my clone, Matt, but of all things I agree with you about,

00:50:08.540 the anime thing has got to be the biggest. I have an unhealthy hatred for it, but let's face it,

00:50:12.780 hating anime can only be healthy. So nevermind that last part. Um, you know, so this comment and a

00:50:19.560 bunch of others refer to a comment yesterday from yet another anime fan recommending yet another

00:50:24.580 anime that this person swore that I would like. And I actually did look it up. I didn't watch it,

00:50:33.360 but I looked it up out of curiosity. And, uh, the one he recommended is called the saga of Tanya.

00:50:40.200 The evil was the one that was recommended yesterday in this, in this very segment of the show.

00:50:45.820 And I looked it up because despite what you guys might think, I actually am,

00:50:49.520 relatively open-minded. And when people recommend stuff to me, when they say, Oh, you'll like this

00:50:55.500 show. You'll like this movie. I always, I, I, I make a note of it. A lot of times I'll make like

00:50:59.520 an actual note. And then when I'm home later, I'll look it up. And, um, and so when someone says to

00:51:06.560 me, Hey, you hate anime, but this will change your mind about the entire genre. I'm intrigued by that.

00:51:12.780 And I say, okay, well, Hey, look, I'm open to that. I'm actually open to it. Believe it or not.

00:51:19.560 So I looked it up. Let me just read the description of this anime from Wikipedia.

00:51:24.560 This one that was just recommended to me. Uh, the saga of Tanya, the evil is a, uh,

00:51:34.160 let's see. The series focuses on a salary man whose reincarnation as the titular character living in an

00:51:41.140 alternate version of World War I leaves her to be trapped in an endless cycle of reincarnation.

00:51:48.500 Willing to avoid being killed whilst dying of natural causes, Tanya must take it upon herself

00:51:55.340 to don a bloodthirsty sadist ego in hopes of joining the ranks of the empire's mage core 0.98

00:52:01.480 as part of her plan to become a seemingly indestructible foe. 0.89

00:52:05.640 I got, I'm sorry. This is one you thought I would like.

00:52:13.900 So you saw an anime about what an adult man who reincarnates as an evil little girl in World

00:52:19.020 War I who commits war crimes. And you thought to yourself, Matt Walsh would love this. 0.53

00:52:25.260 This is right on Matt's alley.

00:52:30.560 I, I, but okay, let's keep it open mind. Cause I, I, I have the, I went to IMDb and I have the

00:52:37.960 trailer of the show, which I actually have not watched yet. Uh, but I found it on IMDb.

00:52:42.020 Haven't watched it. And let's, uh, we have that queued up. Let's just watch this anime.

00:52:48.400 Maybe this is what maybe, maybe it's the one that will change my mind. Maybe it will.

00:52:52.140 Existence was first confirmed several months ago by our own forces.

00:52:55.500 We know practically nothing about her background.

00:52:58.320 Soldiers have a nickname for her though. The devil of the ride. 1.00

00:53:01.940 Believers have faith in the Lord's blessings.

00:53:05.140 At the end of our hard fought battles, paradise awaits.

00:53:08.260 And one day we will reach the promised land.

00:53:11.140 I think I've seen enough of that. Um,

00:53:16.240 What?

00:53:18.400 Do you understand? I would have, I would have to have gone actually insane to sit down and watch

00:53:23.640 that and enjoy it. I would, I would, I would have, I would have to, I would have to smoke more

00:53:30.480 meth than Glenn Greenwald to enjoy that show. So, so it's about what it's a salesman who becomes an

00:53:38.140 evil girl and then flies through the air and shoots a magical rifle at planes. And you think I would enjoy 1.00

00:53:44.820 that, you might as well leave a comment saying, Hey Matt, have you, have you tried stabbing yourself 0.54

00:53:52.020 in the face with a butcher knife and then pouring lemon juice directly into the open wound? You would 0.97

00:53:56.380 love it. Give it a try. You might as, in fact, I would rather do that than watch the show. I, and it's

00:54:02.940 like no offense to anyone who likes it, but I, I would soon, you could sooner convince me to stab 0.94

00:54:07.940 myself in the face than to watch that show. So what would my children think? Like, what would my

00:54:15.900 kids think if they came into the room and I was watching an anime cartoon about an evil school girl

00:54:21.680 flying, flying around and shooting people, they would think that, you know, dad has finally lost

00:54:27.940 his mind. That's what they would think. My wife would have me committed to an asylum. She would 0.91

00:54:32.700 actually, there are no asylums open. So she would lobby Congress to open an asylum. And then, and then,

00:54:37.940 and then next, then the next step would be to have me committed to it. Um, and justifiably so. So

00:54:44.540 anyway, I'll pass. I think I'll pass on that one, but thanks for the recommendation.

00:56:26.840 As we've covered on this show extensively, the judiciary in this country is completely out of

00:56:31.580 control. For every executive action President Trump has tried to take, there has been some judge

00:56:36.320 somewhere who has declared that somehow he has no right to take it. The judges have made it clear

00:56:41.300 that the president, someone we once thought was the most powerful man in the world, actually has no

00:56:45.920 power to do anything at all. According to an army of activist judges, the President of the United States

00:56:50.500 has less power and less authority than the manager of your local Domino's pizza. In fact, if Trump tried

00:56:56.560 to order a pepperoni pizza from Domino's, a judge would issue an injunction and declare that Trump

00:57:01.180 only has the authority to order cheese pizza. The question of whether he can have toppings on his

00:57:05.920 pizza will need further deliberation by the courts. So that's the current state of affairs. And so it is

00:57:11.720 no surprise to read this headline from Politico, quote, judge orders Trump admin to maintain gender

00:57:16.880 affirming care for transgender inmates. So not only is Trump not allowed to prevent self-identified

00:57:23.260 trans inmates from receiving quote unquote gender affirming care, he is required to actively provide it.

00:57:28.540 And let's read on quote, a federal judge has ordered the Trump administration to continue

00:57:34.280 providing gender affirming care to hundreds of transgender prison inmates, ruling that an

00:57:38.440 abrupt decision to curtail their medical care was not based on any reasoned analysis as the law

00:57:43.260 requires. U.S. District Court Judge Royce Lamberth previously ordered the Bureau of Prisons to continue

00:57:48.680 to provide medical care to several individual prisoners who are transgender, but his ruling Tuesday

00:57:53.180 is the first that broadly blocks federal prison officials from carrying out an executive order from

00:57:57.820 President Donald Trump targeting gender ideology. Trump's executive order requires the Bureau of

00:58:02.360 Prisons to cease providing any medical procedure, treatment, or drug for the purpose of conforming

00:58:06.640 an inmate's appearance to that of the opposite sex. Lamberth's order requires that the Bureau of

00:58:11.740 Prisons to resume providing hormone therapy and social accommodations such as gender conforming 0.75

00:58:16.380 undergarments and hair removal products that were available prior to Trump's executive order.

00:58:21.640 Lamberth ruled that there was no evidence that the administration

00:58:24.040 made any factual analysis before implementing Trump's directive.

00:58:28.580 And the judge further explained, quote,

00:58:31.000 neither the BOP nor the executive order provides any serious explanation as to why the treatment

00:58:35.260 modalities covered by the executive order should be handled differently than any other mental health

00:58:40.280 intervention.

00:58:40.800 Well, this is the same judge who ruled back in February that trans-identified male prisoners

00:58:46.780 could not be transferred back to male prisons, where they obviously belong, because somehow

00:58:52.100 putting men in a men's prison would be a violation of their Eighth Amendment right to be free from

00:58:56.880 cruel and unusual punishment, never mind the fact that allowing men to be in a women's prison 1.00

00:59:00.760 is not only cruel to the real women in the facility, but also the very definition of unusual. 0.93

00:59:06.460 So it violates the Eighth Amendment to put the males in the women's prison, not to transfer 0.96

00:59:11.400 them back out of it.

00:59:13.120 But this is the kind of basic reasoning that Judge Lamberth is not capable of.

00:59:17.860 And as for this latest ruling, Lamberth says that the ban on gender transition treatments for

00:59:22.800 trans-identified prisoners was implemented without any factual analysis.

00:59:27.880 And this, of course, makes no sense on a number of different levels.

00:59:30.720 I mean, why would the judge assume that there was no factual analysis done?

00:59:34.320 Obviously, there was some kind of analysis, which is how they arrived at the conclusion

00:59:38.360 that no federal fund should be used to give inmates medical treatments meant to transition

00:59:42.300 them into the opposite sex.

00:59:43.740 There's as much evidence that the Trump administration analyzed the facts in making the order as there

00:59:48.540 is that the judge analyzed the facts in reversing it.

00:59:51.980 Just because you disagree with the analysis doesn't mean that there was no analysis.

00:59:57.640 But the judge frames it this way because otherwise he would have to affirmatively explain

01:00:03.680 why and how male inmates have a God-given right to drugs and treatments provided by the taxpayer

01:00:12.140 intended to turn them into women, you know, or vice versa. 1.00

01:00:16.640 The judge can't explain that, so instead he hides behind this lack of analysis dodge.

01:00:22.500 Now, admittedly, the analysis conducted by the Trump administration on this question

01:00:25.780 was likely very brief.

01:00:28.240 In fact, it was an analysis that probably took them, you know, less than one second to complete.

01:00:35.080 And that's because the analysis of whether male inmates should be given tax-funded treatments

01:00:39.400 to turn them into females need only consist of answering one question. 1.00

01:00:45.180 And the question is this.

01:00:48.200 Can males, if given certain medicines or surgeries, actually become female?

01:00:54.000 Any sane person with a five-year-old's understanding of human biology can answer immediately, no.

01:01:01.620 And that's all there is to the story.

01:01:03.600 That's all the analysis that's needed.

01:01:06.060 It's an analysis, a factual analysis, but it's an analysis as quick and easy

01:01:09.880 as analyzing the question of whether pigs can actually fly or whether, you know,

01:01:14.040 Jack and the Beanstalk is a historically accurate account of a real event.

01:01:17.900 Again, since this must be explained to people like Judge Lamberth, the whole entire reason

01:01:24.520 why taxpayers should not pay for gender transition procedures for inmates

01:01:28.760 and why no such procedure should be provided to inmates or, frankly, to anybody else

01:01:33.420 is that gender transitions are impossible. 0.99

01:01:38.680 They cannot happen.

01:01:40.000 They never have happened.

01:01:41.380 They never will happen.

01:01:42.800 They defy the laws of human biology and common sense.

01:01:45.140 If the judge believes that taxpayers should provide gender transition procedures to inmates,

01:01:51.160 he should provide us with one example, just one will suffice,

01:01:56.160 of an actual successful gender transition procedure performed anywhere in the world

01:02:00.800 on anyone at any point.

01:02:03.540 That is, he should point to one example of a man taking a drug or getting a surgery

01:02:09.220 and then, as a result, becoming a woman or vice versa. 0.93

01:02:13.540 But he can't.

01:02:16.000 Nobody can.

01:02:17.500 And he knows it.

01:02:18.900 Everybody knows it.

01:02:20.680 And yet, somehow, we still have not gotten to the most outrageous part of the judge's ruling.

01:02:25.560 The most outrageous part is this.

01:02:27.820 Reading now.

01:02:29.060 If democratic self-governance means anything, it means giving effect to all duly enacted laws,

01:02:36.220 including those that were enacted decades ago.

01:02:38.200 It does not mean blind submission to the whims of the most recent election victor.

01:02:44.380 So that's the judge in his ruling.

01:02:47.580 Here, the judge is claiming that, out of respect for democratic self-governance,

01:02:52.200 he must prevent the president from enacting this policy.

01:02:55.980 This policy that the duly elected president put in place.

01:02:59.220 This policy that not only did he put in place, he ran on it.

01:03:05.120 President Trump spent millions of dollars running ads in key swing states,

01:03:09.360 specifically promising to end the practice of taxpayer-funded gender transition procedures.

01:03:15.420 Lots of voters saw those ads.

01:03:17.380 They then went out and voted for Trump.

01:03:20.180 In fact, those ads were some of the most powerful and influential and successful ads

01:03:24.180 that were run during the campaign by either campaign.

01:03:28.780 So people voted for Trump in part so that he would put exactly this policy in place.

01:03:37.660 And now the judge, who was not elected by anybody,

01:03:40.900 is trying to block the policy that the voters asked for,

01:03:44.860 and he's doing it in the name of democracy.

01:03:48.740 I mean, this is reasoning so convoluted and fallacious and insulting to our intelligence

01:03:52.780 that it almost makes his belief in gender transition seem reasonable by comparison. 0.98

01:03:57.320 It is pure nonsense. 0.99

01:03:59.340 It is nonsense built on top of nonsense, 0.97

01:04:01.420 which is why Trump should, once again, just ignore this judge

01:04:06.860 and continue with the policy and dare the judge to do anything about it,

01:04:11.960 which he won't and can't.

01:04:13.940 And that is why this judge is today canceled.

01:04:18.100 That'll do it for the show today.

01:04:18.900 Thanks for watching.

01:04:19.380 Thanks for listening.
