00:00:00.000 Today on the Matt Walsh Show, Trump delivers an excellent State of the Union address, even better for him politically though, Democrats utterly embarrassing themselves the entire way through.
00:00:09.880 We'll talk about that. And also, you know, they proved again that they are anti-American sovereignty and they are pro-crime.
00:00:17.120 And we're going to explore just how pro-crime they are. It's actually way worse than you think.
00:00:21.880 Also, AOC and Mamdani team up to advertise tax-funded daycare to illegal immigrants.
00:00:26.800 We'll talk about all that and more today on the Matt Walsh Show.
00:00:30.000 It was hard to watch the State of the Union address without reacting,
00:00:58.060 as Donald Trump did, with exasperation and utter contempt for what the Democrat Party now represents.
00:01:05.860 This isn't really a political party anymore. It's something a lot more sinister than that.
00:01:10.700 Last night, through their reactions to Trump's remarks, Democrats endorsed the idea that children should be sterilized and castrated without their parents' knowledge in the name of gender ideology.
00:01:21.300 And the most remarkable moment of any State of the Union address in memory, Democrats refused to stand for the proposition that the role of the U.S. government is to protect American citizens over the interests of foreigners,
00:01:34.020 especially illegal aliens who have no right to be in this country. Watch.
00:01:37.780 Agree with this statement. Then stand up and show your support.
00:01:42.000 The first duty of the American government is to protect American citizens, not illegal aliens.
00:01:49.320 Thank you.
00:01:51.320 Thank you.
00:01:56.320 So, of course,
00:02:25.240 all the Democrats are seated because they don't agree that the first duty of the American
00:02:29.840 government is to protect American citizens, even though that's the only reason the American
00:02:33.460 government exists. Now, in saner times, this would be an enormous scandal and every single one of
00:02:40.560 those Democrats, the ones refusing to stand, would be run out of office and forced to resign in
00:02:46.020 disgrace. And this theme carried on as expected through the night. As the speech continued,
00:02:51.960 Democrats also refused to stand when Trump called on Congress to prevent violent,
00:02:56.300 habitual criminals from going free and slaughtering American citizens, like
00:03:00.020 what happened to Irina Zarutska, who was murdered on the light rail in Charlotte last year. Let's watch
00:03:06.280 that. Mrs. Zarutska, tonight I promise you we will ensure justice for your magnificent daughter, Irina.
00:03:14.320 How do you not stand? How do you not stand?
00:03:30.320 How do you not stand? How do you not stand? I'm asking this Congress to pass tough legislation
00:03:43.600 to ensure that violent and dangerous repeat offenders are put behind bars and importantly,
00:03:48.820 that they stay there.
00:03:49.980 So they can't even muster standing for that, which you would think is not even, that's an easy one.
00:04:01.500 That's an easy one. I mean, at least with the illegal aliens, it was a brilliant gambit by Trump
00:04:07.300 there to specifically say, stand if you agree with this, because he knows that, of course,
00:04:12.980 Democrats can't stand for that. They can't stand because if they do, if they stand and say,
00:04:18.980 yeah, I agree that American citizens should come first, well, then we can say, well, okay,
00:04:23.720 great that we agree. So here's a bunch of policies and laws that you should agree with. And by the
00:04:27.540 way, why are you out there protesting ICE? So they can't stand for it because their ideology is so
00:04:33.160 insane that it doesn't allow them to. But you would think if you didn't know any better that just
00:04:38.460 standing for the mother of a woman who was murdered would be really easy. There's no,
00:04:44.780 you would think, political implications to that. But there are for the Democrats because they are
00:04:50.380 pro-crime. And they're especially pro-crime when the criminal is black and the victim is white.
00:04:59.160 Now, in this case, an incompetent black female judge let Irina's killer go free without bail,
00:05:05.360 even though he had a long and violent criminal history. That judge and Democrat policies are the
00:05:10.880 reason that an animal was able to slice Irina's neck on the train, leaving her to bleed out as
00:05:17.420 he said, I got that white girl and walked off the train. It was all on camera. Everyone saw the
00:05:22.520 horror on Irina's face as it happened and the disinterest of the nearby passengers. For any sane
00:05:28.820 person, it's one of the most radicalizing events of the decade. The Democrats simply don't care.
00:05:36.520 Even when Irina's family is in the chamber, it just doesn't matter to them.
00:05:41.540 They weren't moved to stand by the tears of Irina's grieving mother. It just doesn't,
00:05:46.000 they don't care. Irina is white. She was killed by a black felon with a rap sheet longer than a CVS
00:05:50.440 receipt. They stand with the black felons, not their victims. It really is as simple as that.
00:05:56.460 Now, we'll talk in more depth about the State of the Union address in a little bit, but
00:06:00.500 I want to spend a little time here focusing on this particular point because most people have no
00:06:07.320 idea how pervasive this problem is. Irina's case, as horrific as it was, is not unusual. It's
00:06:15.840 happening all over the country. And if Democrats ever return to power, it's going to happen much more
00:06:21.200 often. This is one of the planks. This is one of their party planks is to make sure that this happens
00:06:27.400 even more. If you want to understand why Democrats wouldn't stand and applaud the idea of keeping
00:06:33.020 criminals in prison rather than allowing them to roam free, you have to understand that letting
00:06:38.060 criminals roam free is a central part of their platform, as I will demonstrate. Now, you probably
00:06:43.280 remember the case we discussed a few weeks ago when a black female judge slashed a black criminal
00:06:49.080 sentence in half, even though he was an unrepentant rapist. And he told the judge that
00:06:54.580 in the courtroom that he's not sorry for what he did and he doesn't care about his victim or her
00:07:00.400 family. He'll do it again if he's let out. And we don't know the race of the victim, which might
00:07:05.780 have influenced the judge's decision, especially if the victim was white. But we do know that the race
00:07:09.940 of the rapist did matter because the judge said so. She explicitly cited race as one of the reasons
00:07:18.260 for making her insane decisions. Watch. But Judge Davis thought the jury's recommendation
00:07:24.020 was too long. She feels he hasn't mentally matured yet and never had a real shot at getting any help
00:07:31.140 early in life. But if you were to come in here and instead of being hurt and angry, which is what this
00:07:38.180 court hears, right, as a 20 year old African-American male that has been, you know, experienced this
00:07:46.660 society, et cetera, and you would show that, yes, okay, this is the situation. This is who I am.
00:07:53.540 I don't want to be this person anymore. I don't want to be killed forever.
00:07:58.340 Thompson repeatedly stated he did not care, not about his sentence, the victim or her family.
00:08:04.660 But Judge Davis emphasized she's the one that holds the pen.
00:08:08.740 This kind of case is not an aberration. I mean, it is happening constantly.
00:08:12.740 And to really grasp what's happening, we need to need to go through some some recent examples
00:08:18.580 in detail. Just so you can understand, this is a this is an epidemic. It's not a one off thing.
00:08:24.820 So here's one of the more egregious ones. In 2022, a black 15 year old named Tavari Pearson
00:08:32.340 was attending the Spring Mountain Youth Camp in Las Vegas, which is a rehab facility
00:08:37.220 for juvenile offenders. And while he was out for a walk with a camp psychologist, which was intended
00:08:42.740 to teach Pearson coping skills, Pearson beat the therapist's head with a rock, sexually assaulted
00:08:48.180 her and strangled her until she lost consciousness. Pearson's case was heard by a black female judge who
00:08:57.460 disregarded prosecutors requests for a 20 year prison sentence, which even that would be lenient.
00:09:02.740 This is attempted murder and rape. Instead, the judge, whose name is Erica Ballou,
00:09:08.420 sentenced Pearson to a sentence of probation and time served. So for raping and nearly murdering,
00:09:14.900 trying to murder a woman, he suffered no actual consequences. The judge unleashed him back into
00:09:23.940 civilization. And you'll never guess what happened next.
00:09:30.260 Tavari Pearson was just 15 years old when we first reported on him in May of 2022.
00:09:36.180 He'd complained to his therapist about getting kicked off his high school track team.
00:09:40.660 She suggested they go for a walk outside. And during that walk, Pearson attacked her. He pleaded
00:09:46.820 guilty in criminal court and was recently found liable in civil court. But her attorney says the
00:09:52.900 judgment the victim recently won is largely symbolic. There are no victories in this case
00:09:58.980 because my client's going to live with this for the rest of her life. And frankly, Mr. Pearson
00:10:04.820 potentially is going to live with this for the rest of his life. There are no victories. Court
00:10:09.140 records describe Pearson's attack on his therapist during their outdoor counseling session at Spring Mountain
00:10:14.820 Youth Camp, a county-run facility for juvenile offenders. Records show he pushed her to the ground,
00:10:21.620 pinned her hands, punched her repeatedly, hit her with a rock, strangled her, pushed her into a ravine,
00:10:29.140 and sexually assaulted her. In the criminal case, Pearson took a plea deal, allowing him to be found
00:10:34.580 guilty of just two of the six charges he was facing. Judge Erica Ballou sentenced him to six months
00:10:41.540 behind bars, followed by five years of probation. He was immediately released from prison with credit
00:10:47.700 for the two and a half years he had already served. Just months after his release on probation,
00:10:53.220 he was indicted for a string of car thefts and burglaries. And this time, sadly, it appears as though,
00:11:01.620 again, I haven't seen the evidence, I've just seen the criminal indictment,
00:11:05.060 that guns were involved. And to me and to my client, that's the scary part.
00:11:13.220 Though the new indictment is only eight counts, court records show Pearson allegedly committed
00:11:18.260 21 separate crimes between September and November of 2025.
00:11:25.540 Yeah, well, of course he did. Of course he committed 20. You let someone like this out of jail,
00:11:30.580 it's not a question of, well, will he offend again? Will he commit more crimes?
00:11:35.300 No, he will. Guaranteed. In fact, he'll probably commit crimes the very day you release him.
00:11:44.660 So, and this should obviously be a case, again, in a sane society, which clearly is not the society
00:11:50.820 we live in. But obviously, in a case like this, you have someone who does that. The sane thing to do
00:11:58.500 is to convict them and then that day take them out back and shoot them. Death by firing squad,
00:12:06.420 just be done with it. We can all move on and pretend that this scumbag never existed. Although
00:12:12.260 for the victim, that still is not possible because they have to live with it for the rest of their
00:12:16.660 lives, as her attorney points out. So a wild animal who should have been thrown in prison for the rest
00:12:23.380 of his life, at a minimum, is allowed to go free. And almost immediately, in a matter of months,
00:12:30.580 he committed nearly two dozen additional crimes, including car theft and burglary,
00:12:35.940 apparently armed in some of these cases. This was the predictable result of the decision by Erica
00:12:42.180 Ballou, a judge who, as you can see here, enjoys wearing her Black Lives Matter pin.
00:12:49.540 And as a general matter, she also enjoys handing out extremely lenient sentences to black defendants.
00:12:56.980 In fact, at the moment, Judge Ballou is serving a six-month suspension from the bench
00:13:01.700 because she repeatedly defied the state appellate courts and kept trying to free a Black woman named
00:13:07.060 Mia Christman. And there was never any reason for letting her out of prison. Mia Christman committed
00:13:12.500 a home invasion and participated in a high-speed chase that severely injured an innocent victim.
00:13:17.620 But Judge Ballou decided to let Christman go free, supposedly because she had a compelling sob story or
00:13:23.220 something. And then when the Nevada Supreme Court overruled the judge and ordered her to send Christman
00:13:28.820 to prison, Judge Ballou simply ignored the Supreme Court. On at least two occasions, she defied their
00:13:35.460 orders. That's how devoted she is to making sure that as many Black criminals are out on the street as
00:13:40.260 possible. Watch.
00:13:43.220 Today I'm a survivor.
00:13:45.220 Christman is now 30 years old. At the age of 18, she committed an armed robbery. She was part of
00:13:50.980 a violent home invasion. One man pistol whipped another victim, an elderly woman. And she drove a
00:13:57.140 car in a high-speed police chase, which left another driver severely injured. While Christman became a free
00:14:03.700 woman, prosecutors argued to the Nevada Supreme Court, which decided Judge Ballou needs to send
00:14:10.100 Christman back to prison to finish her sentence, an order Ballou didn't immediately follow.
00:14:16.820 What do you think of Judge Ballou's actions throughout this case?
00:14:20.900 I believe that she defied the Supreme Court orders twice.
00:14:24.980 How rare is that for a judge to defy the Nevada Supreme Court's orders?
00:14:30.580 It's extremely rare.
00:14:32.180 In the meantime, Christman had relocated to California. She says she was learning to become
00:14:37.060 a barber and found housing. She also had a baby.
00:14:43.860 Now, if you have any concern whatsoever for the rule of law in the US, and you should,
00:14:48.020 because Western civilization won't last long without it, this is the kind of case that you
00:14:52.340 should be following very closely. And it's important to realize that there are many,
00:14:56.020 many more cases like it. Judge Ballou is just one example of a much larger pattern,
00:15:02.420 often involving mostly female judges, including many black female judges, who in many cases tend
00:15:10.340 to be the worst offenders here. That's just the reality. Who have clearly decided to discard the rule
00:15:17.380 of law and render decisions based on suicidal empathy and or racial and ethnic solidarity?
00:15:25.700 For example, did you know that Carmelo Anthony, the black teenager who stabbed an unarmed white
00:15:30.180 student to death at a track meet, had his bond reduced by 75%. That's how he got out of jail. His
00:15:36.740 bond went from a million dollars to just $250,000 for the alleged crime of first-degree murder.
00:15:41.380 And here's the judge who made that decision. You can already kind of guess what you're going to see
00:15:46.980 there. As it happened, the judge's name is Angela Tucker, and she's a black woman. And if you look up
00:15:52.740 her official biography, you'll discover that her gender and skin color are her primary qualifications.
00:15:58.260 It's all she talks about. So once again, this is not about, oh, you're making it about race. No,
00:16:03.380 that's, she does. She makes it about race. Quote, in Collins County's 170-year history,
00:16:10.020 she was the first judge of color. Early in her tenure, Judge Tucker remembers attending a conference
00:16:14.580 and calling one of the other female judges of Collins County to say, I'm here with a sea of white
00:16:20.020 hair. It's a room of 600 judges. Where are the women? This was the central question that the Biden
00:16:26.580 administration asked in their four years in power. They didn't want judges who are competent or fair.
00:16:31.700 Instead, they flooded the federal bench with black women, most of whom had no idea what they were
00:16:36.100 doing. Ketanji Brown Jackson is the most visible of these appointees. But there were many more as
00:16:41.460 this chart demonstrates, and you can see it right there. The Biden administration went out of its way
00:16:46.740 to appoint as many non-white female judges as possible. The numbers were extremely disproportionate.
00:16:54.180 As the researcher Jonathan Pallison found, non-white lawyers account for less than 20%
00:17:00.820 of the total number of lawyers in the country, but they accounted for roughly 70% of Biden's judicial
00:17:08.180 appointees. That's staggering. And meanwhile, women make up only around 40% of lawyers in the US. But
00:17:15.540 again, women accounted for approximately 70% of Biden's judicial appointees. One of Biden's judicial
00:17:23.540 appointees was D.C. Judge Kendra Briggs. And she's the judge who handled the case of the doge
00:17:30.980 staffer known as Big Balls. As you probably remember, a mob of black teenagers attacked
00:17:36.580 Big Balls and brutally beat him on the streets of the nation's capital when he tried to defend a woman
00:17:42.020 that they were accosting. But then Judge Kendra Briggs didn't seem bothered by the attack. She sentenced the
00:17:48.100 criminals to simple probation and explained that her job is to rehabilitate the mob.
00:17:56.740 Here's another case along those lines that no one ever talks about. In 2021, a black man in his
00:18:01.140 20s named Shaquille Taylor opened fire at a vehicle which was occupied by a female driver and her two
00:18:07.460 children. Several rounds hit the car. Obviously, this should have resulted in a conviction for attempted
00:18:12.820 murder and Shaquille Taylor should have been sent to prison for 25 to life at a minimum. But that's
00:18:18.740 not what happened because a judge named Angelita Blackshear Dalton, well, she was on the case,
00:18:24.980 sadly enough. And Judge Dalton, who happens to be a black female, determined that Shaquille Taylor
00:18:32.100 should be released immediately without serving any time in prison. According to the judge and the DA,
00:18:37.620 who didn't want to prosecute the case either, Shaquille had developed pneumonia at birth,
00:18:42.500 which led to a brain infection. And this brain infection, in turn, supposedly prevented Shaquille
00:18:47.460 from developing, you know, intellectually, mentally beyond a kindergarten level.
00:18:53.460 So according to the judge, Shaquille was simply too stupid to go to prison.
00:18:57.780 And he wasn't insane, so he didn't have to go to asylum either. So she just cut him loose. Even though
00:19:03.780 you would think that, well, if that's true, if he's so dumb that he doesn't know you're not supposed
00:19:08.820 to shoot at moving cars, uh, then that'd be all the more reason to put him in prison forever.
00:19:16.500 But no, they said, uh, they said, no, this guy's so dumb. He's so stupid that he, he might kill you,
00:19:22.260 uh, without even knowing he's not supposed to. And so here you go, society, we're, we're going to give
00:19:27.700 him back to you. Hot potato. Well, two years later, Taylor, again, opened fire at a moving vehicle.
00:19:34.100 And in the process, he apparently missed his target and fatally hit an 18 year old Belmont
00:19:38.820 University student named Jillian Ludwig, who was walking on a track in a local park. And of course,
00:19:45.140 after all this, Shaquille's family doesn't blame him at all. Who do they blame? They blame the system.
00:19:52.180 Watch. That's right, Lauren. We went to an address listed for Shaquille Taylor's family today.
00:19:57.620 His grandmother told me that she is extremely upset and feels like the system failed her grandson.
00:20:03.540 And the district attorney's office has come out and said that the system is flawed. Since the Supreme
00:20:08.420 Court forbids district attorneys from prosecuting people who are determined not to be fit to
00:20:13.460 understand the trial process or the crimes they've committed, their charges are dismissed. They're then
00:20:18.660 released back out onto the streets, often reoffending. And that's what happened with Taylor.
00:20:23.300 He was charged with aggravated assault back in April, then was released in May and charges dropped
00:20:29.140 since he was found incompetent. Police say he then went on to shoot and kill Jillian Ludwig
00:20:34.980 just seven months later. He's now charged in her death. We took a look at the rest of his criminal
00:20:40.580 history and found two cases in which he was charged with assault and contributing to the delinquency of a
00:20:45.380 minor. And in those cases, he was able to plead guilty to lesser charges. So we're now looking into
00:20:51.700 how Taylor was able to plead guilty several times in the past, but later deemed mentally incompetent.
00:21:00.580 There's a conundrum for you. The guy commits a series of crimes, pleads guilty, and everybody
00:21:05.060 agrees he belongs in prison. And then a judge suddenly decides he's not mentally competent
00:21:09.940 all of a sudden based on a childhood illness. I mean, it's almost as if we need to drop the entire
00:21:15.620 idea of mental competence and criminal trials. If you're a threat to the public, then whether you're
00:21:21.860 crazy or not, you belong in prison, period. That would simplify the system considerably. It would
00:21:29.940 remove discretion from judges who obviously don't deserve it and can't handle it and shouldn't be
00:21:35.220 allowed to exercise it. And it would also save lives. But the more you look, the more stories
00:21:40.420 like this you'll find. Consider the case of a black man named Donnie Allen, who you can see on your
00:21:46.900 screen. From 2019 to 2024, Allen had been arrested for two counts of attempted burglary, assaulting a
00:21:51.940 peace officer, drug possession, damage to property, and four counts of burglary. This is in Cleveland,
00:21:57.700 Ohio. So that's a long rap sheet. He had at least 10 separate arrests in that period of
00:22:05.140 time. On December 4th last year, he was arrested and charged with drug possession, vandalism,
00:22:10.580 possessing criminal tools, and breaking and entering. But despite his criminal history,
00:22:14.660 a black female judge named Joy Kennedy lowered his bail from $15,000 to only $5,000, meaning that
00:22:21.220 a left-wing bail fund called the Bail Project only had to pay $500 to spring him loose. And the Bail Project
00:22:30.180 paid the money, even though Allen's family begged them not to. This is from Fox, quote,
00:22:35.860 two family members who asked to remain anonymous told Fox News Digital that the Bail Project contacted
00:22:41.060 them on December 8th and December 9th. The family members said that they warned that Allen should
00:22:45.060 not be released because he would continue to reoffend and needs professional help or to remain
00:22:49.220 incarcerated. Fox News Digital obtained a voicemail left for one family member in which
00:22:53.700 a representative for the Bail Project said she met with Allen and wanted to discuss the organization
00:22:58.820 posting his bail. No, this is not a good idea. You guys should just leave him where he is because
00:23:03.860 he's been in and out and in and out of jail multiple times. He needs rehabilitation, not
00:23:08.260 release, a family member told the Bail Project. And they just dismissed it.
00:23:13.940 While the judge dismissed these warnings too, and sure enough, with his newfound freedom just five
00:23:18.420 days after getting out of jail, Allen allegedly murdered a 27-year-old man named Benjamin McComas at a
00:23:24.260 Cleveland light rail station around 7.30 p.m. He's also accused of committing a series of other
00:23:29.060 crimes, including robbery. And once again, everybody saw this coming. And once again,
00:23:35.060 thanks to a black female judge, the black criminal was unleashed on the public.
00:23:41.140 Now, there's obvious racial components to these rulings. And as I've outlined, you know,
00:23:47.620 often the judges will openly admit that. I mean, this is a thing that's actually happening,
00:23:52.660 and we just need to talk about it. Black judges letting black criminals go free because they're
00:23:57.140 black. This is a thing. This is a problem in society. Got to talk about it. Doesn't matter
00:24:01.620 if it makes you uncomfortable or not. But it's also important to understand that suicidal female
00:24:07.700 empathy from left-wing women, regardless of race, poses a major problem in general. And that's why
00:24:14.100 a criminal named Christian Moniz Rubino just received a sentence of probation for allegedly killing
00:24:20.980 a 17-month-old child who was the son of his girlfriend. Rubino entered a plea that acknowledged
00:24:28.660 prosecutors may have enough evidence to convict him, although he didn't admit guilt. But prosecutors
00:24:35.460 were supposedly worried that they didn't have enough proof beyond a reasonable doubt. So they proposed
00:24:40.100 a plea deal that let Rubino out of prison on probation after killing a 17-month-old baby.
00:24:50.980 And the judge accepted the plea. Watch.
00:24:55.380 A Las Vegas man who beat a one-year-old to death has received no jail time. Christian Moniz Rubino was
00:25:02.580 sentenced to probation for the death of 17-month-old Kai Tesoro, who suffered fatal injuries while in his
00:25:08.740 care. Prosecutors said Kai was rushed to hospital in June after being found unresponsive. Doctors reported
00:25:14.660 severe head trauma, bruising and broken bones. They said the injuries were consistent with abuse,
00:25:20.340 not an accident. Rubino initially told investigators the child had fallen. The injuries could not be
00:25:26.180 caused by a simple fall. Kai was placed on life support and died days later. Rubino was originally
00:25:32.340 charged with murder and child abuse, charges that could have sent him to prison for decades. But prosecutors
00:25:38.260 later agreed to a manslaughter plea deal. They cited major risks at trial,
00:25:43.220 including inconsistent witness statements and a lack of direct eyewitnesses. At sentencing,
00:25:48.420 the judge acknowledged the seriousness of the case and said she did not like the outcome,
00:25:53.300 but approved the agreement. Rubino was sentenced to probation, a curfew and anger management classes.
00:25:59.300 So he didn't just kill a child. He also lied about it to cover his tracks. And this is the part where
00:26:05.380 the judge should have rejected the plea deal. Prosecutors, especially leftist prosecutors,
00:26:09.620 will always try to let killers out of prison, particularly if they're not white. But judges don't
00:26:14.420 have to accept the plea deals that those prosecutors propose. They can push prosecutors to hold a trial so
00:26:20.260 that no other children are murdered. And when you're talking about the killing of a 17-month-old child,
00:26:25.460 probation obviously just isn't good enough. That cannot be an acceptable outcome. But the judge,
00:26:34.180 a white woman named Jacqueline Bluth, apparently disagreed. The judge said she wasn't happy about
00:26:39.460 the plea deal, but she wasn't willing to do anything about it. So at the moment, a guy who essentially
00:26:45.060 admitted to killing a child, a baby, is going to walk free. Then there's the case of Jacoby Tillman.
00:26:53.540 Watch.
00:26:55.860 Sir, I want you to listen up. You've got an atrocious record. These charges are violent in nature.
00:27:01.780 Despite his criminal history, Jacoby Tillman was granted a $9,500 bond and released from jail this
00:27:08.100 weekend. He's accused of trying to rape a woman on the Little Econ Greenway Trail this summer.
00:27:13.460 The Orange County Sheriff's Office released this surveillance video shortly after the attack in July.
00:27:18.740 Tillman was just arrested this month on charges of attempted sexual battery, strangulation and false
00:27:24.180 imprisonment. What bothers the court in setting bond in this case is that, you know, he's got some
00:27:31.780 violent offenses and a violent history and these are violent offenses. But nonetheless, I think that the
00:27:38.580 bonds is set. We've been looking into Tillman's record too and found out he was also arrested after
00:27:44.260 grabbing a woman in the same area three years ago. So a black man with a violent history, one that
00:27:52.580 includes sexually assaulting a woman who was out jogging, is once again accused of attempting to
00:27:59.300 rape a girl in a park. He's on the run for more than two months. And then when he's finally caught,
00:28:04.980 the judge sets his bail at $9,500. That's it. The ruling was courtesy of this white female judge,
00:28:14.740 one Elaine Barber of the Ninth Circuit in Florida. And in this case, the bail was revoked because
00:28:20.740 the man went on to mock his accuser on social media, but otherwise he'd be free to, you know,
00:28:26.580 go out and assault more women, which of course he would definitely do. Meanwhile, in San Francisco,
00:28:31.620 as Gary Tan reports, there's the troubling case of a Honduran man named Evan Perez Villanueva.
00:28:38.980 And he was, quote, caught with a loaded .380 Cobra semi-automatic pistol in a mission district
00:28:44.900 tent encampment. He was charged with several felonies, but a judge dropped those felonies
00:28:49.780 as long as the man agreed to, quote, complete a gun safety course, possess no weapons or ammunition,
00:28:54.900 write a reflective essay on what he learned, and obey all laws.
00:29:01.940 So he had to write a book report, essentially. Well, just 36 days later, prosecutors say,
00:29:07.460 Evan Perez Villanueva armed himself with a shotgun and killed a man on the streets of San Francisco.
00:29:14.180 And here's the judge who made that murder possible. There's the shot there. It's the woman on the left,
00:29:20.340 in case there was any doubt. Judge Gail the Creon is, unsurprisingly, a left-wing white woman. So you're
00:29:28.100 probably noticing a pattern at this point. Many female judges are making this country
00:29:33.780 much more dangerous. Female left-wing judges are a scourge on the country. The Brookings
00:29:40.820 Institution looked into this phenomenon, and they found that, quote,
00:29:44.420 As the percentage of black judges in a courthouse increases, white judges are less likely to render
00:29:50.180 incarceration sentences in cases with black defendants. For white judges, as they interact
00:29:55.220 with a more diverse group of colleagues, they may become more aware of the salience of race in
00:30:00.820 sentencing that update their beliefs about racial disparities in sentencing or face pressure not
00:30:06.900 to appear discriminatory. That's very interesting. There are plenty of possible variables here,
00:30:12.900 but this seems like a reasonable explanation. One of them, white left-wing women are afraid,
00:30:20.340 more than anything else in the world, deeply terrified of being accused of racism. It's the
00:30:25.860 worst thing you could ever accuse them of. As the courts become flooded with black women who
00:30:31.220 don't like sentencing black defendants to any prison time at all, the white left-wing women follow suit,
00:30:38.740 both because of their suicidal, deranged empathy and also because of their deep terror of being accused
00:30:47.380 of racism. To be clear, it's not just killers who are getting bailed out by these judges. Many of the
00:30:53.140 judges who are releasing illegal aliens after they're detained by ICE are women. That includes
00:31:00.580 New Jersey District Judge Karen Williams, who released a 19-year-old illegal alien from custody
00:31:05.060 after he was detained. She declared that it was blatantly illegal for ICE to detain someone who has no
00:31:11.060 right to live in this country in the first place simply because he has a work authorization and arrived
00:31:17.140 when he was younger. And then there's Mount Vernon City Judge Nichelle Johnson, who you can see here.
00:31:25.540 A judicial panel found that she helped former Mount Vernon Mayor Clinton Young, who's also black,
00:31:30.500 to, quote, skip out on a $750 judgment personally intervening to take the case herself and then writing to
00:31:36.420 a clerk that the judgment must be vacated. So she just decided to flagrantly violate the law to help a defendant
00:31:43.300 out. And that defendant happens to be non-white. And along those lines, there's the infamous Judge
00:31:49.860 Tracy Hunter, who used her office to help her brother, who was in the process of getting fired
00:31:54.340 from a juvenile detention center. Judge Hunter didn't take her conviction for judicial misconduct
00:32:00.020 very well. She went limp and had to be dragged out of the court. Watch.
00:32:05.380 Seconds after Judge Patrick Dinkelacher affirmed Tracy Hunter's jail sentence, his courtroom erupted
00:32:11.780 in chaos. You are to do six months in the Hamilton County Justice Center, credit one day.
00:32:17.540 Mr. and Ms. Deputy can take her away.
00:32:23.300 A woman who seemed to run to Hunter's defense was quickly taken into custody. Meanwhile, Hunter fell
00:32:28.260 limp in the arms of a deputy who ended up dragging the former juvenile court judge away from her outraged
00:32:33.380 supporters. Now we can go on for another hour. I mean, hours and hours really going through case
00:32:47.300 after case. This is happening so much. We're not talking about one or two rogue judges here.
00:32:53.780 You know, suspending punishment for black criminals is now a central plank of the Democrat Party's
00:32:58.820 platform. And judges, particularly female judges, are taking that mandate very seriously.
00:33:05.860 That's why Democrats didn't stand last night when Trump condemned the judges who are
00:33:10.100 springing violent criminals out of prison, resulting in the death of women like Irina
00:33:14.580 Zarutska. That's the whole reason. Earlier this month, we talked about jury statistics,
00:33:18.500 which show that non-white jurors are statistically biased towards non-white defendants. It's the OJ effect,
00:33:23.460 except on a national scale. Well, the same principle applies for judges. It's the
00:33:27.540 reason why so many criminals have been allowed to murder American citizens. And as Donald Trump
00:33:32.980 made clear last night during the State of the Union, every single Democrat in Congress, without
00:33:37.060 exception, either wants those murders to continue or doesn't care if they do. It's one of the most
00:33:42.500 important responsibilities of conservatives in government to do whatever is necessary to remove
00:33:46.820 these judges from the bench before Democrats get exactly what they want.
00:33:52.660 More book reports for violent felons, more racial equity,
00:33:57.540 and ultimately, more dead Americans. Now let's get to our five headlines.
00:34:02.340 Do you find yourself avoiding working out because your knees hurt and the very idea of one squat
00:34:13.860 sounds like your personal hell? Do you find that your recovery time after a workout seems to be
00:34:17.940 getting longer and longer? Don't let these issues be the thing keeping you from taking care of your
00:34:22.900 health. There is a solution. My producer McKenna started using collagen peptides from our sponsor,
00:34:28.740 Bubz Naturals to help with all these issues, and it's been a total game changer.
00:34:33.540 If you don't know what collagen is, think of it as basically the glue that holds you together. And when
00:34:39.060 your levels drop, you get stiff joints, slower recovery, thinning hair, and dull skin. Bubz
00:34:44.660 helps you restore your collagen levels closer to what your body had when you were younger, so you feel and
00:34:50.500 look better. It's clean with no sugar, sweeteners, or fillers. It's third-party tested, NSF-certified for

00:35:24.260 and tell them that we sent you. Okay, so the State of the Union address, we've already talked
00:35:31.860 about it, but the actual address itself I thought was excellent. I maintain my longstanding objection
00:35:37.700 to the State of the Union address conceptually. I don't think it should exist, but it does exist,
00:35:42.980 and I think that Trump delivered probably the best one that I've heard in my lifetime. Bar's pretty low,
00:35:48.100 but still, it was a good speech. Clear, eloquent, inspirational, aspirational, especially the final
00:35:55.620 minute or so of the speech I thought was particularly good. Let's listen to that.
00:36:01.140 There is no challenge Americans cannot overcome. No frontier too vast for us to conquer. No dream too
00:36:10.580 bold for us to chase. No horizon too distant for us to claim. For our destiny is written by the hand of
00:36:19.860 Providence, and these first 250 years were just the beginning. From the rugged border towns of Texas to
00:36:28.580 the heartland villages of Michigan, from the sun-kissed shores of Florida to the endless fields of the
00:36:35.540 Dakotas, and from the historic streets of Philadelphia to right here in our nation's capital, Washington, D.C.,
00:36:44.340 the golden age of America is upon us. The revolution that began in 1776 has not ended. It still continues
00:36:54.020 because the flame of liberty and independence still burns in the heart of every American patriot,
00:37:01.860 and our future will be bigger, better, brighter, bolder, and more glorious than
00:37:07.620 ever before. Thank you, God bless you, and God bless America.
00:37:12.660 Well, that's how a president should speak about America, with pride in its past, in its history,
00:37:22.980 hope for the future. I mean, this is what you want to hear. The problem for Democrats is that they can't
00:37:27.140 speak that way about America. It's because they deeply hate the country. They really do. They don't
00:37:33.220 want the country to exist. And that's why, as good as Trump's speech was, he could have said nothing.
00:37:40.100 He could have gotten up there and recited nursery rhymes, and it still would have been a political
00:37:45.540 win because of the way the opposition comported themselves, the way that they were self-immolating,
00:37:52.500 as they were guaranteed to do. And it was exactly what you would expect. Worse in some ways. We've
00:37:56.980 already seen how they sat on their hands. They didn't stand for the grieving mother of Irina
00:38:03.220 Zarutska. We saw how they refused to stand and affirm the idea that the American government should
00:38:09.140 be primarily concerned with protecting American citizens. And they humiliated themselves in many
00:38:14.740 other ways, ways that you... They always come up with new ways, the ways you don't expect. So
00:38:19.380 Representative Al Green showed up carrying a sign. I think this was his second year carrying a sign
00:38:25.780 and getting kicked out. They did the exact same thing last year. And here's the sign this time.
00:38:30.980 Black people aren't apes is the sign. Which I got to say, that's maybe the least inspiring slogan I've
00:38:40.660 ever seen on a sign. I mean, you got a sign. It's going to be seen by millions of people because
00:38:46.420 you're holding it. It's a star for attention. You're holding it at the State of the Union address,
00:38:50.900 so lots of people are going to see it. And this is your chance to get across a simple
00:38:55.700 message. And your message is black people aren't apes.
00:39:02.740 Not the most inspiring slogan. Or maybe it is because another way of looking at this is,
00:39:08.100 I don't know, is this Al Green coming out against the theory of evolution?
00:39:12.500 That would be bold for a Democrat in the modern Democrat party to come out against the theory
00:39:20.900 of evolution? Was this his attack on Darwinism? Is that what that was? Because according to the
00:39:29.780 theory of evolution, black people are actually apes. So are white people. All humans are.
00:39:35.380 I mean, that's the theory, right? So is he saying that's not true? That would be interesting.
00:39:43.940 Is he planting his flag on the creationist side of the debate? I mean, I don't think anyone saw that
00:39:48.660 coming. Meanwhile, Ilhan Omar and Rashida Tlaib, two of the most... I'm trying to put this in a way that's
00:39:56.340 not so insulting. Two of the most hideous and repulsive creatures to ever hold elected office.
00:40:03.460 I mean, that's the most flattering way I could possibly put it. They were at the speech also,
00:40:09.140 and they were... I thought a lot of these people were going to boycott the speech, but apparently
00:40:13.540 they showed up and they were screeching and screaming throughout the event. Watch.
00:40:18.420 And you should be ashamed of yourself not standing up. You should be ashamed of yourself.
00:40:25.860 That is why I'm also asking you to end deadly sanctuary cities that protect the criminals
00:40:32.900 and enact serious penalties for public officials who block the removal of criminal aliens. In many
00:40:39.940 cases, drug lords, murderers all over our country. They're blocking the removal of these people
00:40:47.460 out of our country. And you should be ashamed of yourself.
00:40:51.380 USA! USA! USA! USA! USA! USA! USA! USA! USA! USA! USA! USA! USA!
00:41:12.820 USA! USA! USA! USA! USA! USA! And perhaps most importantly... All right.
00:41:19.540 I'm so so every year we go through this with Democrats heckling and yelling making total asses
00:41:27.420 of themselves and every year you can't help but think back to when a Republican shouted one thing
00:41:34.680 you lie at Obama during a State of the Union address whenever whenever that was during the
00:41:40.720 Obama tenure and it was a month-long scandal I mean those of us who are old enough to remember
00:41:49.020 you could recall it very well it was it was a huge scandal those were the good old days I guess and
00:41:55.880 now Democrats have turned the event into a professional wrestling match I mean they they
00:41:59.560 just sit there and scream the whole time which is yet another reason by the way why the the State
00:42:05.040 of the Union address should just be abolished and there's a lot of reasons but this is maybe the
00:42:11.280 best one now because the whole point of the event I mean yeah the president is communicating the
00:42:18.800 State of the Union talking about what what's happened what the plan is for the future but
00:42:22.600 that could be conveyed many other ways you could just put out a memo you could send an email uh he
00:42:29.340 could just give an address without an audience but there's a lot of different ways to do it now
00:42:33.440 the whole reason of doing it with the pageantry is supposed to be uh the pageantry it's supposed
00:42:39.620 to be the kind of it's the symbolism it's supposed to be the symbolic show of unity that you've got
00:42:44.780 both sides all together everyone's in the same room and everybody is is cheering for most of what
00:42:54.360 the president is talking about that's the way it used to work yeah you'd have a few instances where
00:42:59.220 one side stands the other side doesn't but for the most part it is a symbolic show of unity
00:43:05.480 that's what it's supposed to be and those days are over those days are just over and so why are
00:43:14.380 we still doing this yeah as a as a conservative there's part of me that says well it's all the more
00:43:23.880 reason to keep doing it because Democrats are embarrassing themselves so great if they want to
00:43:28.060 harm themselves politically let's let them do it but it's also embarrassing I have to say as an American
00:43:33.180 citizen as an American citizen and I see what's happening in Congress it is it's humiliating it's
00:43:40.380 embarrassing and that's reason enough to just stop doing it most of us have no idea what phytonutrients
00:43:48.740 actually are but thankfully our sponsor balance of nature understands the importance of phytonutrients
00:43:54.420 phytonutrients are naturally occurring plant nutrients and whole foods that actually give fruits and
00:43:59.520 vegetables their color taste and smell if you're eating something with vibrant color and real flavor
00:44:04.800 well it's a pretty good sign you're getting genuine phytonutrients now what balance nature does is they
00:44:10.500 take all that produce and they run it through a specialized vacuum cold process that keeps everything
00:44:16.540 stable and then powders it down their whole health system is essentially a value bundle that combines their
00:44:22.380 fruits and veggies with their fiber and spice supplements so you're getting 47 different different
00:44:27.520 ingredients fruits vegetables spices and fibers along with all those naturally occurring phytonutrients
00:44:33.780 and you're getting all that every single day I personally love the whole health system because
00:44:38.020 of its convenience when I'm traveling for work or trying to keep up with my kids gives me a simple
00:44:42.740 no mess and no stress way to make sure I'm getting all the essential nutrients in my diet so whether
00:44:47.720 you've been on the fence for a long time or it's the first time you're hearing about them I recommend
00:44:51.880 that you go to balance of nature.com order the whole health system supplements as a preferred customer
00:44:56.880 today the good news is that some of the craziest nutcases on that side did not attend the event
00:45:02.720 because instead they held their own state of the union speeches competing events uh very similar to
00:45:09.360 the episode of the office you know the christmas party where there's competing christmas parties so
00:45:13.200 kind of like that only this was funnier actually unintentionally so so let's uh check in on one of
00:45:19.500 the competing democrat events no context here um here's just a guy in a giraffe costume
00:45:25.420 um talking about something ice prison in minneapolis i've been arrested three times by ice over absurdity
00:45:38.040 over us being ourselves over me singing songs like hey mr tangerine man get rid of brown people for
00:45:48.180 me i'm airy and white there ain't no place i'm going to and then all of a sudden he's not ready for
00:45:56.720 primetime player ice agents with two weeks of training come after me i got arrested in portland
00:46:05.020 i got arrested in minneapolis in the last three weeks twice but they can't erase a movement all right
00:46:15.280 what i went through is one one thousandth of a lot of marginalized people and what they have to go
00:46:23.240 through and those ice detention centers and i want to tell you something right now there's an announcement
00:46:29.300 pumpkin spice oh yeah um wait what about pumpkin spice
00:46:34.720 i cut it off he finally got something interesting did he just say as an announcement i want to
00:46:40.920 announce pumpkin spice there was a what announcement related to pumpkin spice did he was did he feel the
00:46:47.440 need to make i don't know we're never we're never gonna know we're never gonna know uh because we
00:46:51.600 don't need to listen anymore that that was um so yeah that's the state of the swamp event is what
00:46:56.240 they're calling it just imagine the smell in that room dear god and they had an actual as we saw
00:47:03.840 like an actual schizophrenic hobo in a giraffe costume i guess they figured the democrat party
00:47:11.220 they are the party for schizophrenic hobos they their whole platform is really centered around
00:47:18.940 schizophrenic hobos it's all about making everything better for schizophrenic hobos
00:47:24.320 and so they decided hey let's have the real deal up on stage put him in a giraffe costume why is he in a
00:47:29.640 giraffe costume i have no idea what does a giraffe have to do with the swamp what's the symbolism there
00:47:34.720 uh who knows i don't know i maybe they have swamp i got i assume that in areas where there are
00:47:42.940 giraffes they're all they also have swamps maybe but i you never you don't associate giraffes and swamps
00:47:48.460 but um that's to be expected and by the way this event with the schizophrenic hobo that was not
00:47:56.600 some random spontaneous gathering of of vagrants that what robert de niro headlined that event
00:48:04.960 so there was real money put into this there's funding this thing was funded and they decided
00:48:11.360 to give that guy a speaking slot then over at the people's state of the union an entirely different
00:48:17.040 competing state of the union so they had a competing state of the union and then a competing state of the
00:48:20.900 union to compete with the competing state of the union and over there um an entirely different
00:48:26.740 schizophrenic hobo this one named joy reed was addressing the crowd through song
00:48:32.580 i think i did okay
00:48:46.980 you did amazing yes you get an a i don't give grades though we just go on vibes and the vibes
00:49:10.340 were immaculate thank you so much thank you thank you very much uh i don't know i kind of blocked
00:49:21.060 that out honestly while i was playing i couldn't i couldn't uh i couldn't stomach it so there there's
00:49:25.880 your alternative right there the the shrieking boomer women singing protest songs off key the crazy
00:49:34.160 guy in the giraffe costume the somali politician who married her brother screaming uh that's the
00:49:40.160 opposition that's your that's your other choice and this is why i also want to say this last thing
00:49:44.620 i'll say on this topic is is it's why i have no patience for anyone who says that you know um
00:49:53.440 well the left and right are are the same thing right two sides of the same coin
00:50:00.060 uh it's all the same man this is this is what they they they just do left and right it's all a big
00:50:07.380 uh charade to keep us divided man it's it's it's this this is this is a no we're all on the same side
00:50:17.140 right left and right that's not real i mean you hear this all the time
00:50:22.760 you hear it from some conservatives sometimes you hear it from podcasters
00:50:29.860 that is uh and they always they always say it's so proud of themselves like it's some insight they
00:50:35.800 just came up with like they're the first person that's to say it they feel so wise you know what
00:50:40.800 i'm just gonna say it no one else is gonna say this thing that a billion other people have already
00:50:45.400 said left and right are the same it's all it's all the same
00:50:48.480 no that is a midwits attempt at nuance okay that is a stupid person attempting to sound like a
00:50:56.520 smart person that is that is a stupid person's attempt at sounding like a free thinker
00:51:02.480 except you just sound like everybody else which is the irony of it it's not true left and right
00:51:09.520 are not the same thing there is there's an actual difference here there's a real it's not a small
00:51:15.200 difference it's not a difference of style it's not a difference of tone and there are some differences
00:51:21.160 there too but it is a substantive real difference and the gap between the left and right is vast and deep
00:51:29.340 it is it is it is um infinitely deep
00:51:33.840 because on the left
00:51:37.960 just go back to where we started
00:51:41.560 the entire democrat party would not even stand to even symbolically agree with the idea
00:51:51.880 that the american government's first priority is to american citizens
00:51:56.720 they don't even agree in theory with that idea
00:52:01.140 okay so that that's the difference
00:52:05.460 they actually they're the the whole ideology the whole point
00:52:10.400 is to destroy dismantle destroy western civilization and all of the institutions
00:52:17.080 that western civilization is based on and depends on
00:52:23.380 that that is what they want to do that is their objective that is their agenda
00:52:29.540 um and yes

00:56:33.960 ingreso o estatus migratorio, es elegible para registrar a sus hijos.
00:56:41.780 Oh, sorry about that. Silly me, I assumed that I could play a video of an American mayor
00:56:49.240 and an American congresswoman, allegedly American, and that Americans will be able to understand
00:56:54.660 it. That's how dumb I am. So sorry about that. I thought, well, this is a video, a video address
00:57:01.900 of a prominent congresswoman and the mayor of our largest and most important city. Surely
00:57:08.280 I could just play the video and my audience of Americans will be able to understand it.
00:57:14.360 But apparently not. So I will translate for the benefit of our audio podcast listeners.
00:57:19.960 AOC and Mamdani were conveying in Spanish that free childcare is available to New Yorkers.
00:57:27.560 And that is tax funded childcare. So not free at all. And it's available. She made sure to emphasize,
00:57:33.960 regardless of immigration status. So in other words, they were explicitly advertising free childcare for
00:57:39.960 illegal immigrants. So if you live in New York City, you are forced at gunpoint to provide,
00:57:45.640 to pay for daycare for people who don't legally belong in the country.
00:57:52.760 Now, I don't even need to say at this point that this should not be legal. These people should be
00:57:57.320 arrested. I mean, that's obvious. It's also obvious or should be that tax funded daycare is an insane idea.
00:58:09.880 Insane for illegal aliens, but insane in general. You know, we should be doing everything we can to,
00:58:16.040 we should be doing the opposite, like everything we can to discourage families from putting their
00:58:21.000 kids in daycare. So that's the opposite of what we're doing. Because even getting aside from the
00:58:29.400 illegal alien part of this, which again, that's especially egregious, but a tax funded daycare is
00:58:36.600 a terrible idea in and of itself. Daycare is a terrible idea for the most part. Daycare is bad for
00:58:43.240 kids. It just is. Okay. Dropping your two or three year old child off in a daycare center
00:58:51.240 and saying, Hey, I'll see you later tonight. That's bad for them. It is very bad for them. And tons of
00:58:57.880 research shows this. Young kids going to daycare centers translates to attachment issues, emotional
00:59:04.200 issues, behavior problems, um, learning difficulties. Yeah. Kids are not at that age are not supposed to
00:59:16.680 be away from home all day like that. Not in, not in that kind of environment. That's the kids are not
00:59:25.160 that that's, it's not healthy. It may be more most convenient, but that's just, it's, it's not much
00:59:34.520 different from, okay, I'm going to put my kid in front of a TV all day. I'm going to have them on their
00:59:39.240 phone all day. So I don't have to deal with them. I understand that that's more convenient. I get it.
00:59:44.520 It makes your life easier, but it is obviously bad for your kids. So at least admit that.
00:59:50.200 Um, and keep, keep in mind too, that when you look at the, and again, you can look at the research into
00:59:57.320 this. I think it's common sense should tell you this, but you can look at the reason a lot of
01:00:00.200 research has been done, uh, to look at the outcomes. I mean, we've got multiple generations
01:00:04.280 now of kids who've been raised in daycare centers. And so you can look at, you know, you can do these,
01:00:08.360 um, these, these studies and things. You can look at the outcomes and they're not good.
01:00:13.880 And keep in mind that, that kids in daycare tend to come from families with on average higher incomes.
01:00:20.680 than families who don't use daycare. So you can't even say that there's a selection bias here where,
01:00:25.880 uh, you know, where these kids are, you know, they have poor outcomes and they would have had
01:00:30.440 poor outcomes anyway, because they come from financially disadvantaged families. Actually,
01:00:33.880 on average, that's less likely to be the case. No, this is just because daycare screws your kid up,
01:00:41.560 putting them in a daycare center, which isn't to say that it's bad. If you have help raising your
01:00:48.120 kids, that's perfectly natural. Ideally we'd all have help. You know, one of the reasons we have
01:00:55.160 daycare centers is because we've set things up fundamentally as a society where people are
01:01:00.360 expected to just kind of raise their kids entirely on their own. Um, and, uh, and you know, we, we,
01:01:07.240 we kind of all spread out. You don't have your family around and we're all just in different
01:01:11.560 places. We're all these little islands on our own. And, uh, and it was also, that's also not meant to
01:01:16.920 be that way. That's not how human society has ever worked in the past and it shouldn't work that way.
01:01:21.000 So, um, having family help, raise your kid, having family help, watch your kid and help with the date,
01:01:28.120 the, uh, childcare responsibilities that, um, there that's perfectly healthy. And, and that can,
01:01:35.880 not only does that not harm your kid, but that's actively good for them. I mean, provided your family
01:01:40.520 member isn't abusive or something, obviously, but generally there are no negative outcomes to having
01:01:46.280 family help. Um, even having paid in-home help like a nanny or something, you know, generally speaking,
01:01:54.440 research doesn't show the same kind of negative outcomes as daycare, which you would kind of expect
01:02:00.120 because it's in your home. There's like a big difference between having, uh, having a child in
01:02:05.240 your home and sending them off to a daycare center. So having help in your home, having, uh,
01:02:11.720 or in the home of a family member, dropping a kid off with grandma for the day, that is a totally
01:02:16.620 different thing. Now I understand obviously that a lot of people don't have families who can help.
01:02:23.020 A lot of people can't afford to hire in-home help, hire a nanny or something. Totally get that.
01:02:30.000 Okay. So this is not, oh, you're out of touch. You don't understand. No, I get it. I, I am,
01:02:33.820 I acknowledge that. Of course, that's the case. All I'm saying is that daycare is basically the
01:02:39.540 worst possible option. It's no, it's, it's like what I say about public school.
01:02:46.880 That public school is a failed experiment. It's not working. We just talked about this
01:02:49.940 yesterday. We don't need to go into it again, but it's a similar, it's, it's, it's, it's even
01:02:54.340 without bringing in AI and all that stuff, public school is already harmful for a lot of the same
01:02:59.160 reasons why daycare is a lot of the same reasons, like just dropping your kid off in some facility
01:03:06.380 all day, every day, five days a week, nine months a year for first 12 or 13, for 12 or 13 years
01:03:13.460 through their formative years of childhood. It's not, it's not healthy. It's not good for a kid
01:03:18.480 and better option is homeschool. Um, or in some cases, like there are some good, usually small
01:03:30.040 private schools. Um, but again, I recognize that some families can't do that. Can't afford private
01:03:36.960 school. And, uh, there are some families where it feels like homeschool just doesn't work. We can't
01:03:41.660 do it. So I totally get all that. All I'm saying is that bringing it back to daycare, daycare is
01:03:49.500 basically the worst possible solution. I mean, if you really have to do it, then you got to do it.
01:03:54.760 You make do, I get it, but you should only have your kid in daycare if you actually have no other
01:04:00.760 choice, no choice. Like you just, you have to. And, um, then you go into it knowing the risks and
01:04:09.740 knowing that like, okay, we got to do this now. We have no other choice. It's where we're gonna
01:04:13.760 make the best of it. And, uh, and we're going to stop this as soon as we can. And then in that case,
01:04:19.480 look, you do what you got to do. Problem is a huge percentage of kids who are in daycare
01:04:24.860 don't actually need to be there. The family chooses it for lifestyle reasons. And if you're choosing it
01:04:31.280 for, uh, lifestyle reasons, you're then, then in that case, you're kind of choosing the, the negative
01:04:40.480 effects for the sake of lifestyle. And then it does become similar to, okay, I'm going to give my
01:04:47.280 kid a phone and let them be on the phone all day, uh, because it's better for my lifestyle, even if it's
01:04:52.720 harmful to them. So that's what's happening. And, uh, regardless of any of that, taxpayers should not
01:05:02.860 be funding this. I mean, that's, that's the real thing. That's what it comes down to. And we will
01:05:09.360 leave it there for today. Thanks for watching. Thanks for listening. Talk to you tomorrow. Have a
01:05:12.220 great day. Godspeed. They told you America invented slavery. They told you the Indians were peaceful.
01:05:26.800 They told you colonialism was evil and that Joseph McCarthy was a bad guy. And guess what?
01:05:33.100 They lied. For half a century, generations of American school children have been taught to hate
01:05:38.320 our history, hate our country, hate themselves. Time to set the record straight. And since no one
01:05:44.580 else is going to do it, I will. Who sold us the slaves? What were India and Africa like before
