After Saturday s attempted assassination at the White House Correspondents Dinner, we re now at the point where it s truly challenging to keep track of all the serious attempts on Donald Trump s life. You might think that s an overstatement, or you might think you can name all those assassination attempts from memory, but I'm willing to bet that's not true.

00:00:30.000 After Saturday's attempted assassination at the White House Correspondents' Dinner,
00:00:34.160 we're now at the point where it's truly challenging to keep track of all these serious
00:00:38.560 attempts on Donald Trump's life. You might think that's an overstatement, or you might think you
00:00:43.040 can name all those assassination attempts from memory, but I'm willing to bet that that's not
00:00:48.180 true at all. So here's the test. What happened on September 6, 2017, during Trump's first term
00:00:54.960 his president. He was in North Dakota to give a speech at a refinery. While he was in transit,
00:01:01.440 a 42-year-old man from North Dakota stole a forklift, drove it into Trump's motorcade route
00:01:05.960 with the intent, according to the state's attorney, of, quote, flipping the limo and killing the
00:01:11.280 president. Now, the plan, as creative as it was, was foiled when the forklift got stuck on a fence.
00:01:18.920 In the end, it was basically a Timu killdozer. Ultimately, the attacker settled for lighting a few buildings on fire. For all this, he received an extremely light sentence, time served, because according to his public defenders, he suffered from attention deficit hyperactivity disorder.
00:01:35.840 So yes, his excuse, this is not a joke, was ADHD. And it worked. You see, ADHD is a disorder that
00:01:44.440 could explain literally everything away from getting bad grades to trying to kill the president.
00:01:50.720 If ADHD had been invented in the 1860s, maybe John Wilkes Booth could have saved himself the
00:01:56.880 trouble of running away and being an outlaw and then getting shot. In addition to the forklift
00:02:03.380 attack, by my count, Trump has faced five other serious attempts on his life. Now, most people
00:02:09.760 at this point say it's three attempts. Actually, it's six. There was Michael Sanford in 2016 who
00:02:16.820 tried to grab a police officer's gun to shoot Trump in Las Vegas. Thomas Crooks on the infamous
00:02:21.700 sloped roof in Butler. Ryan Ruth with the sniper's nest at the golf course. Austin Tucker Martin with
00:02:28.280 shotgun at Mar-a-Lago, and now the attack at the dinner on Saturday. And that excludes all the
00:02:34.300 people who sent Trump ricin in the mail. These are all cases in which assassins moved well beyond
00:02:40.700 making threats or planning an attack even. They went out in the world ready to throw their lives
00:02:47.560 away with the goal of murdering Donald Trump. This has happened six times, at least. Those are the
00:02:53.300 ones we know about. No other president in the history of this country has been directly targeted
00:02:59.040 this many times by serious assailants. That is a straightforward, uncontested fact.
00:03:05.480 Gerald Ford had two serious assassination attempts. Truman had one. Reagan had one. Andrew
00:03:11.400 Jackson had one. FDR had one. If you go looking up assassination attempts on, say, Barack Obama, 0.52
00:03:18.280 who we were told was the first black president, and therefore he was, you know, being hunted
00:03:22.540 relentlessly by white supremacists, you'll find just one incident that's remotely on the level
00:03:27.960 of the Trump attacks. And that incident involved a guy named Ortega Hernandez, who fired rounds at
00:03:34.220 the White House from a quarter mile away when Obama wasn't there. Beyond that, nothing. If you
00:03:40.460 pull up the Wikipedia page for security incidents involving Barack Obama, the first entry reads
00:03:46.080 North Carolina Waffle House Threats.
00:03:49.560 So that should give you some idea of the quantity and severity of the threats that Obama was facing.
00:03:55.620 And we could generalize even further.
00:03:57.900 In the past two years, can anyone name a single major act of political violence
00:04:01.400 that was committed by a Trump supporter?
00:04:05.020 The shooter who targeted those Minneapolis lawmakers claimed that he was taking orders from Tim Walls,
00:04:10.140 which is not exactly a right-wing motivation.
00:04:12.980 Tom Thomas Crooks, who we can conclude from a social media post, as well as the fact that he shot Donald Trump in the head, wasn't exactly a MAGA guy.
00:04:20.860 He was a Trump supporter at one point, but he was radicalized against the president during the pandemic, apparently.
00:04:26.620 On the other hand, violence committed by the left has been very hard to miss.
00:04:30.760 Putting aside the Trump assassination attempts, Charlie Kirk was murdered on camera in front of the entire world.
00:04:35.300 brian thompson the health insurance ceo was gunned down by a schizophrenic leftist ice agents
00:04:41.780 in dallas were nearly shot to death by a sniper who somehow missed and hit a few illegals instead
00:04:47.060 two israeli embassy staffers were executed by a guy screaming free palestine
00:04:52.020 a law enforcement officer was shot in a coordinated plan to assault an ice detention facility
00:04:56.900 in alvarado texas multiple tesla dealerships were set on fire and dozens of tesla vehicles
00:05:03.300 were vandalized. The headquarters of the New Mexico GOP was hit with firebombs. Josh Shapiro's
00:05:08.680 residence was set on fire by another free Palestine freak. Multiple officers were shot in an attack on 1.00
00:05:16.200 a border patrol facility in McAllen, Texas. A gunman opened fire on an ABC station in Sacramento
00:05:22.760 after the network suspended Jimmy Kimmel for lying about Charlie Kirk's murder.
00:05:27.240 All these attacks happened in just the past two years. If you go back a little bit farther than
00:05:31.940 that, then you start getting into all the attacks on pro-life pregnancy centers, of course, BLM,
00:05:37.640 the Summer of Love. There is simply no comparison here. This is not a both sides issue. Now,
00:05:47.480 that's not to say that there's never been violence in this country that was motivated by extremist
00:05:51.740 right-wing beliefs, but especially in the past two years, the past five years even,
00:05:56.120 the political violence has basically gone one way.
00:06:01.820 If there's any comparison to be made here to the epidemic of left-wing violence today,
00:06:08.320 well, the comparison is to the epidemic of left-wing violence in the past,
00:06:12.500 especially the 1970s, which has largely been memory hold.
00:06:16.840 Schools certainly don't talk about it, but it definitely happened.
00:06:21.300 In his book, Days of Rage, Brian Burrow quotes a retired police agent as saying,
00:06:26.120 people have completely forgotten that in 1972, we had over 1,900 domestic bombings in the United
00:06:32.700 States. People don't want to listen to that. They can't believe it. One bombing now and everyone
00:06:38.380 gets excited. In 1972, it was every day. Buildings getting bombed, policemen getting killed. It was
00:06:44.220 commonplace. And that's true. From 1971 to 1972, just a one-year period, the FBI reported more than 0.60
00:06:51.900 2,500 bombings in the United States. That averages to about five every day. And almost all of them
00:06:59.220 were committed by leftist organizations like the Weather Underground, the Black Liberation Army,
00:07:05.400 the May 19th Communist Organization, and so on. Now, what's different now is that the average
00:07:11.460 left-wing attack is far more lethal than it was in the 1970s. And more importantly,
00:07:16.320 unlike the 1970s, the violence reflects the consensus view of most Democrat Party politicians
00:07:23.480 and voters. Consider the embarrassingly bad Reddit-tier cringe manifesto of the man who
00:07:31.260 tried to kill Trump at the White House Correspondents' Dinner on Saturday. That man's name, as you know
00:07:36.420 now, is Cole Allen. Now, this is a guy who donated $25 to Kamala Harris and believed pretty much
00:07:44.260 every piece of Democrat Party propaganda imaginable, judging by social media posts.
00:07:48.820 He called Trump a Nazi.
00:07:51.020 He abandoned Twitter and fled to the open-air asylum that is Blue Sky. 0.98
00:07:56.780 And he even believed that Kamala Harris would win the state of Iowa based on that ridiculous
00:08:02.180 poll that dropped shortly before the election.
00:08:05.840 He bought into all this.
00:08:06.860 He wrote, quote, based on Iowa predicting that Kamala wins all swing states and at least
00:08:13.860 three red states. So the guy was a bit delusional. I mean, there were signs. There were signs.
00:08:21.460 And when you read his manifesto, it becomes obvious just how deeply held these beliefs were.
00:08:26.900 The key takeaway is that there's nothing in the manifesto that's out of step
00:08:31.820 with mainstream Democrat Party talking points. Now, Ted Kaczynski's manifesto, by comparison,
00:08:40.600 was at least thought-provoking and well-written.
00:08:45.120 There were some interesting ideas in there.
00:08:47.280 He didn't sound like a generic cable news talking head,
00:08:50.320 but Cole Allen simply writes a summary
00:08:53.140 of various Democrat hoaxes and propaganda.
00:08:55.820 He calls Trump a traitor, alluding to the Russiagate hoax. 1.00
00:08:59.480 He also says Trump is a pedophile, 0.98
00:09:01.160 alluding to non-existent evidence in the Epstein files. 0.99
00:09:05.260 He implies that inmates are getting sexually assaulted
00:09:08.580 detention camps and that innocent fishermen are getting blown up by a Nazi president. All of that
00:09:14.460 is, of course, not true. But the point is that it's all stuff you hear on CNN every day. Watch.
00:09:22.780 The dehumanizing rhetoric of Adolf Hitler is once again alive and well on a national political
00:09:29.400 stage. This time, of course, in the United States. Donald Trump a couple times over the weekend
00:09:34.020 referred to immigrants from South America, Africa, and Asia. He did not mention Europe,
00:09:41.120 South America, Africa, and Asia as, quote, poisoning the blood of our country, which
00:09:45.160 it's not hyperbole. That does very directly echo Adolf Hitler's language before World War II. 0.52
00:09:52.440 Open up a copy of Hitler's Mein Kampf. You would find the Nazi leader describing the mixing of 0.88
00:09:58.980 non-Germans with Germans as poisoning. There's really no other way to say it. Donald Trump's
00:10:05.240 language mirrors this directly. Everyone who heard Trump's remarks understood what he was saying. It
00:10:11.660 was a variation of his argument that third world countries aren't sending their best to the United
00:10:16.700 States. They're making us weaker rather than stronger. That's what poison does. And rather
00:10:22.420 than debate this self-evident observation, the press would rather pretend that Trump was talking
00:10:27.040 about racial purity, which he never actually did. He was talking about foreigners who came
00:10:33.160 into this country from mental institutions and prisons, drug traffickers, and generally low 1.00
00:10:39.340 quality migrants from all over the world. That's not what Hitler was writing about.
00:10:44.620 He was talking about race mixing, which is not what Trump was referring to. But the corporate
00:10:49.440 press exists to ignore all of this context so that they can convince as many people as possible
00:10:54.520 that Trump is the moral equivalent of Hitler.
00:10:57.860 And in the same breath, leftists will advance explicitly anti-white racial politics of their own,
00:11:04.000 which could be why, in his manifesto, Cole Allen explicitly writes that Mr. Patel,
00:11:10.680 as in Kash Patel, the FBI director, is not a target.
00:11:15.240 Now, he doesn't elaborate as to why that might be,
00:11:19.480 but that's an interesting omission.
00:11:22.900 It's an interesting exception for this guy to make. It's not unreasonable to conclude that Cole
00:11:27.940 Allen wanted to prioritize white targets. After all, in this manifesto, Allen goes out of his way 0.68
00:11:34.100 to identify as half black as a way of suggesting that white leftists should be the ones shooting 0.98
00:11:40.900 at the president. In the part of his manifesto where he addresses hypothetical issues somebody 0.98
00:11:45.920 might have with the assassination, he writes, as a half black, half white person, you shouldn't be 0.67
00:11:51.920 the one doing this. Rebuttal. I don't see anyone else picking up the slack. And then he states
00:11:57.880 administration officials, not including Mr. Patel, they are targets, prioritized from highest ranking
00:12:03.420 to lowest. So Cole Allen is channeling stock Democrat Party rhetoric when it comes to racial
00:12:09.520 equity and oppression narratives. He doesn't think that he should have to do the work, as they say.
00:12:16.300 And when he does feel compelled to act, he's going to spare the first non-white administration 0.58
00:12:21.140 official he can think of, even if that official is widely known as a loyal Trump supporter. 0.52
00:12:27.220 So race, as always in Democrat Party politics, is the primary fixation.
00:12:33.480 And we all know that Cole Allen, had he been successful, would have been widely celebrated
00:12:38.100 on the left. At this point, there's a pattern emerging with these assassination attempts.
00:12:44.780 Every time something like this happens, you see one of three responses from the left.
00:12:50.020 If the assassination is successful, like it was with Charlie Kirk, they'll openly celebrate it all over social media, which we saw with not only Charlie Kirk, Brian Thompson as well.
00:13:01.300 On the other hand, if the assassination is unsuccessful, they'll either lament the fact that the shooter didn't finish the job, or more commonly now, they'll claim the whole thing was a hoax or a false flag.
00:13:12.560 because those are the two categories of of assassination attempts if if in the mind of a
00:13:19.680 leftist either a successful one or a hoax if it's not successful then it must be a hoax
00:13:25.500 a legitimate assassination attempt that doesn't work is like impossible in the minds of a leftist
00:13:32.240 now but the one thing for sure is that in no scenario will democrat voters in large numbers
00:13:39.920 condemn the violence.
00:13:43.160 That never even enters into their minds.
00:13:47.320 This is a party that exists to do two things. 0.75
00:13:49.820 Replace white American voters with loyal foreign servants 1.00
00:13:52.680 and kill everybody who stands in their way. 0.99
00:13:56.980 And therefore, within hours of the shooting, 0.88
00:13:58.620 videos like this one were all over social media.
00:14:01.940 Watch.
00:14:03.320 Another staged pew-pew jest 0.99
00:14:09.660 so that Orange Child Grapist could get the ballroom that he wants,
00:14:19.440 that the judge said he couldn't use the money for.
00:14:23.280 But now he's going to say that he needs it
00:14:26.400 and also distract everybody once again from the fact that he graped children.
00:14:37.220 Have a nice night.
00:14:38.080 Well, it's a very persuasive piece of commentary. I mean, I'm certainly convinced. You know, the attempted assassination at the White House Correspondents' Dinner, yeah, it must have been a hoax.
00:14:49.480 Because, I mean, this is what happened. The Trump administration recruited a leftist Kamala Harris voting Trump hater to participate in a staged assassination that would include the shooter getting shot at and then locked in federal prison for the rest of his life.
00:15:04.520 The Kamala Harris voter agreed to this plan that works against both his political and personal interest because he's, you know, a really nice guy. He's a really generous guy.
00:15:16.780 Meanwhile, the Trump administration, despite dastardly planning multiple assassination hoaxes, apparently, decided to keep their patsy alive and a permanent liability to them rather than just killing him like they could have easily done.
00:15:31.960 And they did this because they are also really strangely generous in a very odd and specific way.
00:15:38.960 So, in summary, we have a plot where all parties involved are working against their own interests with no real discernible benefit to any of them.
00:15:49.400 There's no evidence of this plan. It doesn't even make any intuitive sense.
00:15:53.460 And the motives for everybody involved are unclear, if not insane.
00:15:56.600 But still, I believe it because I'm a very smart person.
00:16:01.960 Oh, and he did all this, by the way, all this, the hoax was really so that for an excuse to build the ballroom.
00:16:07.520 That's the other part. That's the other part of this theory.
00:16:09.860 The ballroom, which is already being built, but it's it's happening anyway.
00:16:14.260 But they wanted to do a whole hate crime, a whole assassination hoax just to justify the thing that's already happening.
00:16:21.360 Now, this is very common. You know, we can laugh about it and we should laugh at it.
00:16:26.580 But this is very common on the left.
00:16:28.280 According to a recent survey, nearly half of Democrat voters, not just random people on the Internet,
00:16:34.160 Democrat voters believe the assassination attempt in Butler was staged. 0.96
00:16:38.740 And that theory is perhaps even more ridiculous. 0.90
00:16:41.940 It's even more ridiculous because we know that real bullets were fired at Trump during this attempt. 0.98
00:16:49.440 We know that because somebody seated behind Trump was hit and killed. 0.98
00:16:54.260 So in order for this attempt to be a hoax, Trump would have had to volunteer to have real bullets fired at his head.
00:17:04.260 Which means they not only recruited somebody to participate in this hoax, knowing that they would die or go to prison forever, 0.98
00:17:10.700 but they also placed absolute faith in the marksmanship of their mentally ill patsy. 0.68
00:17:17.060 and of course this is to say nothing of the large number of people who would need to be involved or 0.82
00:17:22.960 complicit in this hoax all of whom have somehow kept their mouth shut even though the trump
00:17:26.880 administration through two terms is notorious for leaks and anonymous sources gossiping to the media
00:17:32.300 they've kept this to themselves though somehow none of it makes any sense but but just to give
00:17:38.700 you an idea of how widespread this kind of thinking is on social media cole allen himself
00:17:43.260 endorsed the idea that the Butler assassination attempt
00:17:46.360 was a false flag.
00:17:48.520 Yes, the latest wannabe Trump assassin
00:17:50.480 sincerely believed that previous attempts
00:17:53.640 on Donald Trump were staged.
00:17:55.920 Here's what he reposted.
00:17:58.360 He said, quote,
00:17:59.700 how do you get shot with no scar?
00:18:03.920 And there's a zoomed in shot of Trump's ear.
00:18:07.480 And at this rate, before long, 0.95
00:18:09.180 we're going to get a Trump assassin
00:18:10.440 who's convinced that his own assassination attempt was staged somehow.
00:18:17.220 I mean, these are people who find the idea that everything is fake or a simulation
00:18:20.920 to be extremely intoxicating, so I guess that's where all this is heading. 1.00
00:18:26.960 It's tempting to call all these people morons, which, of course, they are. 0.99
00:18:30.140 It would be an accurate characterization. 0.99
00:18:31.280 But if you look at the profile of a leftist assassin,
00:18:34.320 it's hard to ignore the fact that they're mostly above-average intelligence,
00:18:39.300 or at least they think they are. By all accounts, Luigi Mangione was not a dumb guy. 0.64
00:18:45.860 Neither was Thomas Crooks. And Cole Allen was educated at Caltech, which is one of the most
00:18:49.720 competitive schools in the country. So this is not just some random flunky. Their acceptance rate
00:18:56.300 is around 3%. Granted, he was almost certainly a DEI candidate who wasn't remotely qualified to
00:19:00.980 pursue mechanical engineering, which was his major. And I can make the determination for a few
00:19:05.160 reasons. First of all, his career flatlined. He quickly became a teacher for a strip mall SAT
00:19:09.960 tutoring company, as well as an indie game developer who didn't actually make any games.
00:19:15.140 Not exactly the profile of a competent engineer. And secondly, when the shooter was in school,
00:19:19.120 he appeared in this local news report, which strongly indicates that he's much less impressive
00:19:23.700 than he thinks he is. Watch. College student Cole Allen developed a prototype for a wheelchair
00:19:29.320 emergency brake. The wheelchair brakes tend to lock the wheels but don't actually lock the chair
00:19:35.740 to the ground. The idea with this is to prevent it from moving at all. His grand invention is 0.97
00:19:45.420 sticking some PVC pipe into the bottom of a wheelchair to function as an emergency brake and 0.97
00:19:50.820 because he's black or at least half black we're all supposed to be impressed by this. It's kind
00:19:55.740 of reminiscent of that kid, if you remember Ahmed Mohammed, who way back in the day supposedly
00:20:01.700 designed a clock and brought it to school only to be accused of carrying a bomb because he had this
00:20:07.000 weird like ticking thing that he was carrying around. And Obama and every media outlet told
00:20:11.560 us the kid was a genius, even though he just took a store-bought digital clock, ripped the casing
00:20:16.540 off of it, and put it inside a pencil container. But it was a miraculous invention because after
00:20:23.320 all, he's not white. And even though from a distance it definitely looks like a bomb, we're 0.99
00:20:28.120 all supposed to ignore that. Otherwise, we're racist. Cole Allen's life story is similar in
00:20:34.280 that respect. Instead of telling him to accept his natural limitations, leftists promoted him
00:20:38.300 as a genius at every opportunity. And when that fake reality collapsed, Cole Allen wasn't
00:20:43.980 intelligent enough to realize he'd been lied to instead in what presumably was his final act as
00:20:48.640 a free man. Lest he successfully pleads to having ADHD, who knows? Cole Allen attempted to charge
00:20:55.180 into a ballroom on a mission to assassinate Trump administration officials on behalf of the
00:20:59.480 very same party that had been deceiving him for his entire life. And by the same token,
00:21:06.060 the assassin who murdered Charlie Kirk had obviously come to believe Democrats' unscientific
00:21:10.620 and deranged views about gender to the point that he was dating a furry who was taking off-market
00:21:16.440 cross-sex hormones because he believed that he was really a woman. Luigi Mangione internalized
00:21:20.620 all the eat the rich propaganda from the left. He cited Michael Moore in his manifesto, which
00:21:25.320 reused many of the typical talking points that you hear from Elizabeth Warren and Bernie Sanders.
00:21:31.020 Ryan Ruth fell victim to the Democrats' obsession with advancing the interests of Ukraine over the
00:21:35.400 interests of the United States. All the people shooting at ICE officers, of course, are also
00:21:39.960 taking Democrats' rhetoric about death camps and Gestapo to its logical conclusion.
00:21:44.720 these shooters aren't going down rabbit holes they're simply taking the corporate press
00:21:50.620 and the democrat party in the mainstream at their word put another way if you if you stop a random
00:21:57.400 democrat on the street there's a good chance that they want to see donald trump and all of
00:22:03.000 his supporters die a horrible death there are too many examples to go through to make this point so
00:22:09.820 we'll settle for just a couple but here they are. We're cooked as a country when my first reaction
00:22:16.040 to hearing the news about Trump's attempt was it was probably fake like immediately I was like oh
00:22:23.660 that wasn't real probably fake and the second was oh they missed so happy they missed oh
00:22:32.800 yeah that's that's that's sad that's when you know we're cooked. Man there's been a few creators on
00:22:38.960 here saying that like friday or yesterday could have been the day and then i wake up to that news
00:22:45.120 but not that news we're gonna have to pay really close attention to what they're trying to actually
00:22:54.580 distract us from you need to tell me that a pedophile was almost eliminated from this earth
00:22:59.380 and i'm supposed to feel anything other than disappointed right
00:23:02.300 they missed again it's america 1.00
00:23:12.540 so you get the idea and you'll notice it's entirely women and
00:23:31.960 low-testosterone men in these videos. Several of them are public school teachers. Here's
00:23:36.500 one more example. This is apparently someone who sits on a school board. Quote,
00:23:44.020 staged. Drump stages more crap than a realtor. Getting a wide variety of whole food ingredients 0.99
00:23:49.940 into my diet is key for me. And our sponsor, Balance of Nature's Whole Health System,
00:23:54.980 makes it simple. With their convenient blend of fruits and vegetables and easy-to-take capsules,

00:24:47.760 mushrooms, spinach, kale, cayenne pepper, so much more. It's a simple way to give your body
00:24:53.280 the nutrition it needs every day in conjunction with other healthy habits. I personally love it
00:24:58.180 because of its convenience, if I'm traveling for work, or as I am right now, or trying to keep up
00:25:03.560 with the kids, gives me a simple, no mess, no stress way to make sure I'm getting all the

00:25:20.060 Now, we're well past the point where conservatives need to get serious about the extent of this
00:25:24.680 threat. And to do that, we need to be honest about why all the hoax theories are circulating
00:25:30.320 on social media right now among both conservatives and leftists. For the most part, for most people,
00:25:36.320 it's a lot more palatable to believe that these assassinations are staged than to confront the
00:25:42.500 truth, which is that indeed a large percentage of this country's population has been radicalized. 0.79
00:25:50.660 If you're a conservative, they want you dead.
00:25:55.260 I mean, that could very well include your next door neighbor or your doctor, your Uber driver, the person serving you food at a restaurant.
00:26:05.080 Take a look at this data point.
00:26:07.000 According to a poll by YouGov and The Economist, 25% of people who describe themselves as very liberal
00:26:13.740 and 17% of people who describe themselves as liberal
00:26:16.740 believe that violence can sometimes be necessary
00:26:19.560 to achieve political goals.
00:26:20.740 So basically, one in five Democrat voters, at a minimum,
00:26:24.060 believe that political violence is acceptable.
00:26:27.300 Less than 9% of conservatives,
00:26:28.760 including people who describe themselves as very conservative,
00:26:31.300 held the same position in this poll.
00:26:33.160 So like we said, this is not a both-sides thing.
00:26:36.480 In other words, leftists are more than twice as likely
00:26:38.640 to admit openly to a pollster
00:26:40.380 that they support political violence.
00:26:43.740 And you factor in all the ones who feel that way but don't want to admit it to somebody, and what do you end up with?
00:26:51.840 I don't know, but it's a lot of people.
00:26:54.820 That's why Jimmy Kimmel is still on the air.
00:26:56.780 The executives at ABC know that he has a reliable audience, albeit a relatively small one.
00:27:01.440 Millions of Americans want to see someone lie about the deaths of conservatives and encourage more assassinations.
00:27:07.700 That's what Kimmel did after Charlie Kirk's murder, and it's what he did just two days prior to the White House Correspondents' Dinner.
00:27:13.740 Watch. Our First Lady Melania is here. Look at Melania. So beautiful. Mrs. Trump, you have a glow like an expectant widow.
00:27:23.180 Throughout all of American history until very recently, most people would be repulsed by something like that.
00:27:27.960 It's crass. It's not funny. It's not clever. It's obviously trying to appeal to leftists.
00:27:33.140 And there are many of them who fantasize about the brutal murder of the president.
00:27:36.580 For comparison, here's how Johnny Carson opened the 1981 Oscars shortly after the assassination attempt on Ronald Reagan.
00:27:44.900 This is how Hollywood reacted to the attempted murder of a Republican after delaying the ceremony 24 hours out of respect.
00:27:52.660 And then this is what happened. Watch.
00:27:55.000 Thank you very much, ladies and gentlemen.
00:27:56.600 I'm sure that all of you here and most of you watching tonight understand why we delayed this program for 24 hours.
00:28:02.980 because of the incredible events of yesterday
00:28:06.680 that old adage the show must go on
00:28:09.040 seemed relatively unimportant.
00:28:11.380 The Academy, ABC Television,
00:28:13.020 and all of us connected with the show
00:28:14.460 felt because of the uncertain outcome
00:28:17.020 as of this time yesterday,
00:28:18.560 it would have been inappropriate
00:28:19.660 to stage a celebration.
00:28:22.360 But the news today is very good, as you know.
00:28:24.240 The president is in excellent condition at last reports.
00:28:26.880 He's been conducting business. 0.98
00:28:32.980 when you import tens of millions of foreigners and flood everybody's brain with non-stop social 0.99
00:28:43.520 media slop that's designed to reward their worst impulses you get a very different country one 0.99
00:28:49.620 that's a lot more deranged and destructive and that's where we are now that's why michelle obama 0.99
00:28:57.000 and rachel maddow and all the other feminists won't say a word about what jimmy kimmel said
00:29:02.560 Neither will the women on The View or anybody else.
00:29:05.560 And even after Saturday's attack, particularly enough, the corporate press is doubling down.
00:29:09.400 CNN's Jake Tapper just launched a very painful extended defense of Kimmel.
00:29:13.720 One of the more excruciating segments you'll see on cable news.
00:29:17.100 Watch.
00:29:18.460 I'll get into the responsibility that we all have to help bring down the temperature in a second.
00:29:23.440 But first, let me touch on the news today and what was perhaps inevitable that the Trump administration would try to use Saturday's horrific act of violence.
00:29:31.860 to try to clamp down on criticism and free speech.
00:29:35.860 Today, the president and the first lady, Melania Trump,
00:29:38.860 citing a joke that comedian Jimmy Kimmel made last Thursday
00:29:41.860 on his show, tried to connect that joke
00:29:44.860 with the assassination attempt.
00:29:46.860 Now, there is zero evidence, zero evidence,
00:29:50.860 that the would-be alleged assassin heard the joke.
00:29:54.860 In fact, authorities say the suspect left California
00:29:56.860 for Washington, D.C. by train on Tuesday,
00:29:59.860 So his trip to D.C. started long before Jimmy Kimmel told this joke on Thursday night,
00:30:06.980 airing this pretend correspondence dinner skit.
00:30:11.700 Earlier today, the first lady tweeted, quote,
00:30:14.020 Kimmel's monologue about my family is in comedy.
00:30:17.040 His words are corrosive and deepens the political sickness within America.
00:30:20.460 It is time for ABC to take a stand.
00:30:22.100 How many times will ABC's leadership enable Kimmel's atrocious behavior
00:30:25.680 at the expense of our community, unquote.
00:30:27.920 this in response to a joke she did not like.
00:30:30.800 This afternoon, President Trump followed
00:30:33.160 with a Truth Social post that said, quote,
00:30:35.060 this is something far beyond the pale.
00:30:36.660 Jimmy Kimmel should be immediately fired by Disney and ABC.
00:30:39.120 Unquote, there was more.
00:30:40.540 But let us just take this moment and say,
00:30:43.540 is it fair to judge Jimmy Kimmel's joke
00:30:46.120 in light of what happened at the dinner two nights later?
00:30:51.200 This is coming from the same network
00:30:52.940 that banned Ryan Drodusky for making a joke
00:30:55.620 about beepers going off.
00:30:57.060 they were outraged about that for weeks and more to the point this is the same jake tapper who was
00:31:03.800 outraged genuinely furious over aaron rogers joking about how jimmy kimmel was on the epstein list
00:31:09.280 watch new york jets quarterback aaron rogers is facing intense and frankly well-deserved
00:31:15.060 criticism over comments he made on espn's the pat mccaffey show in which rogers made false
00:31:21.060 allegations about accused sex trafficker jeffrey epstein and a popular late night comedian
00:31:25.600 A lot of people, including Jimmy Kimmel, are really hoping that doesn't happen.
00:31:31.920 False, defamatory, wildly irresponsible, and not funny if Rogers was trying to be funny. 0.89
00:31:37.480 This is child sex trafficking. 0.53
00:31:39.820 I should note CNN has reached out to a representative for Rogers and one for ESPN and one for ABC.
00:31:45.420 They've all declined to comment.
00:31:46.560 Frankly, just the latest example of Aaron Rogers using his platform to spread misleading and false information.
00:31:54.720 So wildly irresponsible. There are lunatics out there who believe this kind of stuff. 0.91
00:31:59.840 I mean, Kimmel's right when he says he's putting his family at risk. 0.82
00:32:02.760 So you don't get to imply that Kimmel is on the Epstein list because crazy people might take it seriously.
00:32:08.160 But making a joke about Trump getting murdered is totally fine, apparently.
00:32:14.040 Tapper goes on like this for several more minutes.
00:32:16.960 And first of all, there was no joke here. It's kind of an important point.
00:32:20.920 Jimmy Kimmel hasn't been funny in about 15 years or longer.
00:32:24.540 He hasn't really told a joke in that long.
00:32:26.920 And this particular moment was no exception.
00:32:29.920 As a one-liner, it had all the humor of a trans activist on Reddit 0.76
00:32:33.680 gleefully celebrating Charlie Kirk's assassination. 0.71
00:32:36.400 On top of that, his whole argument is a straw man.
00:32:39.480 No one is saying the killer was motivated specifically by Jimmy Kimmel's joke.
00:32:43.060 The point is that the entire left-wing media apparatus,
00:32:46.480 which is to say virtually every media outlet in the country,
00:32:50.060 constantly repeats this kind of rhetoric.
00:32:52.600 And when leftists are exposed to this kind of venom all the time, it has the effect of turning many of them into dangerous and unstable people.
00:33:03.400 Or I think more accurately, many of them are already unstable.
00:33:08.960 And then you're dumping all of this nonsense on top of it.
00:33:15.940 Some of them are going to go to the logical conclusion.
00:33:18.060 what it's worth kimball's routine uh went on to repeat the same nazi tropes that cnn uses every
00:33:25.340 day they they uh they want people to marinate in this stuff because they know the effect it has
00:33:31.020 watch oh look at who we have here steven miller steven miller is so racist the reason he went 0.92
00:33:37.020 bald is because his hair was black steven miller puts the cyst in white supremacist 0.99
00:33:44.880 He's like if baby Hitler traveled in time to kill us. 0.96
00:33:48.960 Again, there's not even an attempt at humor here. 0.84
00:33:51.240 It's the same old standby. 0.98
00:33:52.660 Trump is Hitler. 0.99
00:33:53.840 His administration is Hitler, Nazis. 0.99
00:33:57.660 And when multiple gunmen decide to take this seriously 0.94
00:34:01.000 and attempt to murder the president,
00:34:04.240 this is the kind of response that follows.
00:34:08.260 This is Chuck Todd, the former Meet the Press host.
00:34:11.360 Watch.
00:34:12.380 I'm not going to any more events where Trump's at him.
00:34:14.740 I don't feel safe.
00:34:16.000 Wherever Donald Trump is.
00:34:17.000 Chaos follows him.
00:34:17.980 Chaos follows him.
00:34:18.980 And you are less safe, right?
00:34:20.800 If you decide to go into his orbit, you have become less safe.
00:34:24.860 He's just, he does not care about your safety.
00:34:27.540 He's not going to protect you if you go into his orbit, because he's always going to protect
00:34:31.420 himself first.
00:34:32.460 He's more likely to throw you under the bus.
00:34:34.700 He's more likely to have you be the target of Iranian assassins, if you're John Bolton
00:34:38.680 or Mike Pompeo.
00:34:39.420 And he's going to pull any sort of federal support. Right. You know, I think about when somebody using Donald Trump's words and actions targeted me and a bunch of other members of the press.
00:34:51.000 You know who I didn't hear from? Donald Trump. Right. So the guy doesn't care when people commit violence in his name.
00:34:58.000 He only cares when the violence is committed against him and he does not see that he is a contributor to the atmospherics of the world we're living in. Right.
00:35:08.660 So now Trump is responsible for the people who are trying to murder him.
00:35:13.140 Victim blaming, you know, is something the left used to pretend to care about.
00:35:17.280 But that doesn't even begin to describe this.
00:35:20.220 I saw somebody on X say that this is like that Chappelle show sketch, Mad Real World, where they stab the white guy's father and sleep with his girlfriend and kick him out of the house because he makes them feel unsafe.
00:35:31.380 uh you really can't parody this kind of pathological way of looking at the world
00:35:37.320 because it's so farcical uh on its face i don't like how you looked at me why you gotta look at
00:35:44.760 me like that sandra i apologize i don't know how i'm looking at you like that like what oh look
00:35:50.060 look you're doing it i'll look over here don't look at me you don't know how to talk to people
00:35:54.580 why you gotta be looking at me white man i'm not looking at anyone if someone could 0.99
00:35:58.140 I've been stabbed. 0.99
00:36:06.100 Sandra, I've been stabbed.
00:36:07.660 The reason why we called this house meeting is because we just don't feel safe to put you in the house anymore, Chad.
00:36:13.520 Are you serious?
00:36:15.380 I feel safe.
00:36:17.000 We kind of thought you should leave.
00:36:19.360 Dad.
00:36:20.200 I should leave. 0.99
00:36:23.000 Tyree, you stabbed my dad. 0.89
00:36:25.180 in a span of 20 years this has gone from sketch comedy to mainstream democrat party orthodoxy 0.97
00:36:33.500 they will shoot at you multiple times and then blame you for it and again this is coming from
00:36:39.500 the guy who hosted meet the press he's one of the most prominent journalists in the country or was
00:36:43.680 claims to be one of the sane ones the takeaway is clear if and when these people finally do
00:36:51.720 kill Trump or another prominent conservative, they'll do exactly what they did after Charlie
00:36:56.460 Kirk's murder. They'll say he had it coming. We all know that. Summer has a way of reminding you 0.99
00:37:04.860 what actually matters. The family, vacations, road trips, your kids are outside, your family's
00:37:10.580 together. Life feels full. These are the moments that raise the question, am I actually protecting
00:37:15.620 this or am I just enjoying it? Because it's easy to assume everything will be fine. It's harder to
00:37:20.680 take responsibility for what happens if it's not. The responsibility of protecting your loved ones
00:37:25.220 and planning for the future is heavy. Trying to navigate life insurance on your own, well,
00:37:30.860 that could be a mess. Our sponsor, Policy Genius, makes that process dramatically easier by acting

00:39:33.420 The more this type of propaganda ramps up from every angle, the more prepared the right needs to be.
00:39:40.820 Instead, the opposite seems to be happening as Fox News is a comedian who was at the correspondence dinner.
00:39:47.540 He was caught on a hot mic before the shooting, remarking about how the front door to the hotel was being propped up by two random women who were not affiliated with the Secret Service.
00:40:00.300 He was marveling at how lax security was. Watch.
00:40:04.620 I love that they have like two random chicks holding the front door open.
00:40:10.820 guys we're not even trying anymore it's just it's not even like i just mean like they're not even
00:40:16.760 a team of service people it's like the girls who work here are holding the door even if it was the
00:40:20.600 guys wouldn't even make it better it's like it's just like they might as well put a door stop in
00:40:28.420 they put up a door stop and a scarecrow this guy so that's jimmy fela in the clip he's someone who
00:40:37.100 unlike jimmy kimmel actually tells jokes from time to time doesn't just make death threats tries to
00:40:41.660 you know tell jokes what comedians are supposed to do in fact he's often pretty observant and in
00:40:45.100 this case he made the same basic observation as the gunman in his manifesto cole allen repeatedly
00:40:50.680 expressed his surprise that the secret service presence in the hotel was so minimal he wrote
00:40:55.180 quote if i was an iranian agent instead of an american citizen i could have brought a mod deuce
00:40:59.540 in here and no one would have noticed that's a reference to a 50 caliber machine gun and he
00:41:05.040 raises a good point, actually. If the Secret Service isn't going to screen anyone in any way
00:41:09.220 until they try to enter the actual ballroom, it's a big problem. According to reports that we've
00:41:14.720 seen, it looks like the Secret Service shot several times and managed to shoot one of their
00:41:19.660 own agents, not the actual assassin. They only arrested him because he tripped and fell after
00:41:24.280 running straight through a checkpoint. With that in mind, imagine what 50 highly trained Iranian
00:41:29.420 commandos could have done. They could have stormed into the ballroom easily. From the surveillance 0.99
00:41:34.700 camera footage we saw, some of the Secret Service agents wouldn't have seen it coming.
00:41:40.340 Now, you can see it here, the Secret Service agent in the suit there isn't even looking in
00:41:46.300 the right direction, and no one at the checkpoint even attempts to tackle the guy. Imagine the
00:41:50.940 Secret Service was actually dealing with a well-trained group of assassins, which isn't
00:41:55.060 exactly unthinkable since we're at war with a country that has a documented history of organizing
00:41:58.800 terrorist attacks on American soil. And by the way, running through the checkpoint is just one
00:42:03.840 of their available options. They're completely free to roam around the hotel, rent as many rooms
00:42:08.860 as they wanted. They could have planted explosives. And possibilities are endless. And it doesn't
00:42:14.580 appear the Secret Service had considered many of those options. Instead, by all accounts,
00:42:18.780 they ran the exact same security plan that they've run for the last 50 White House
00:42:23.020 Correspondents dinners. Now, if nothing else, it's a solid metaphor for how unprepared we are
00:42:28.140 in general on the right. Social media, along with the corporate press, has fried the brains
00:42:33.080 of millions of Americans, a total break from reality, a mass psychosis that poses a direct
00:42:39.760 threat to every sane person in the country. It certainly poses a threat to everybody serving in
00:42:43.620 public office on the right. It can't be overstated that nothing like this has ever happened before
00:42:49.160 in American history. And as tempting as it may be to conclude that there's some vast international
00:42:53.980 conspiracy here, the truth is actually a lot more disturbing. No matter where you live, if you're a
00:42:58.660 conservative, you're almost certainly surrounded by people who want you dead. That is not hyperbole.
00:43:02.420 it's not paranoia it's a factually true statement if you take it seriously which you should could
00:43:10.660 very well save your life that will do it for the show today thanks for watching thanks for
00:43:14.900 listening talk to you tomorrow great day godspeed i do believe that if people have committed treason
00:43:28.280 against the United States of America,
00:43:30.880 their statues should not be in the Capitol. 0.91
00:43:34.860 History is written by the victors.
00:43:36.280 And since the 1960s, we've been told mostly
00:43:38.260 by people whose ancestors didn't even live here
00:43:40.620 during the war that the South committed treason.
00:43:44.220 But if the Confederates were traitors,
00:43:48.600 then why was Jefferson Davis never put on trial for treason?
00:43:53.440 What were Abraham Lincoln and Andrew Johnson afraid of?
00:43:57.080 Do they know something they're not allowed to say today?
00:44:01.040 It's time for the truth, so here it is.
00:44:03.120 Robert E. Lee was a military genius
00:44:05.040 and a man of immense honor.
00:44:06.680 He was beloved by Americans from the North and South
00:44:09.220 for a century after the war.
00:44:11.540 This is the real history of the Civil War.
