00:00:30.000 It can be difficult to keep track of all the news, especially when every day seems to bring new horrors beyond all human comprehension.

00:00:37.420 But it was just two months ago that one of the largest psyops in modern American political history was exposed in a federal indictment.

00:00:45.240 You might remember the Trump administration presented evidence showing that a prominent and very powerful left-wing activist group called the Southern Poverty Law Center, or SPLC, was secretly giving millions of dollars to people who were closely associated with and working on behalf of white supremacists and Nazis.

00:01:03.700 And in public, the SPLC claimed that white supremacy was the greatest threat facing the country,

00:01:09.620 and they raised a lot of money from leftists in order to defeat this great threat.

00:01:15.060 They also pressured federal agencies and social media platforms successfully, in many cases,

00:01:19.600 to harass and censor anyone that they deemed racist.

00:01:23.680 But in private, as alleged in this indictment, the SPLC was funneling huge amounts of money

00:01:29.860 to people actually associated with the Ku Klux Klan and Aryan Nations and National Socialist

00:01:35.940 Party of America. In other words, because the demand for white supremacy greatly exceeds the

00:01:40.960 supply in this country, the SPLC had to create some more supply. That's exactly what they did.

00:01:48.280 By far, SPLC's most successful PSYOP was the so-called Unite the Right rally in Charlottesville,

00:01:53.620 which took place in August 2017. This event immediately became a central part of left-wing

00:02:02.080 mythology. It was their ace in the hole against Donald Trump, proof positive, supposedly, that he

00:02:07.480 was a white supremacist. The rally was allegedly the reason that Joe Biden ran for president.

00:02:12.600 Kamala Harris repeatedly mentioned it. Every claim the left made about the event was, of course,

00:02:19.000 a lie. First, they claimed that everybody in attendance was a white supremacist,

00:02:22.160 but that was not remotely true. Most of the attendees were protesting the removal of a

00:02:26.800 Robert E. Lee statue, which was a righteous cause because Robert E. Lee is a great man of history

00:02:32.200 and an American icon. And as Trump pointed out, the left was never going to stop with his statue

00:02:37.460 anyway. They were on a mission to destroy the statues of all American heroes, which is exactly

00:02:41.820 what they did. Then the left claimed that Donald Trump called neo-Nazis very fine people when he

00:02:46.760 explicitly said the opposite. And additionally, the left pushed the narrative that a white

00:02:50.820 supremacists had deliberately run over a crowd of protesters, even though evidence showed that

00:02:54.820 his vehicle was surrounded by a mob and attacked, and he pressed the accelerator to escape the

00:02:59.720 violence. The driver of the vehicle had entered his home address on his GPS. He was distraught

00:03:05.280 to learn people had died. Responding officers believed the incident was an accident, none of

00:03:09.800 which mattered to the media, which never reported any of this. But the SPLC's role in the rally,

00:03:14.560 according to the DOJ's indictment, wasn't really understood until recently. As it happens, one of

00:03:19.580 the organizers of the Unite the Right rally was on the SPLC's payroll, and this informant helped

00:03:25.440 plan the Unite the Right rally and, quote, attended the event at the direction of the SPLC.

00:03:30.920 He also, quote, made racist postings under the supervision of the SPLC. It helped coordinate

00:03:35.600 transportation to the event for several attendees. From 2015 to 2023, the SPLC paid this individual

00:03:41.880 more than a quarter million dollars yes the worst neo-nazi rally in memory really the only neo-nazi

00:03:50.820 rally in memory which wasn't even really a neo-nazi rally the one that dominated the news

00:03:55.520 cycle for weeks and became a permanent part of american political discourse was organized

00:04:00.900 by somebody on the left's payroll for the spLC and the democrat party more generally the return

00:04:08.000 on investment was immediate and enormous. The SPLC's revenue ballooned from $51 million to $133

00:04:15.620 million thanks to massive donations from Apple, JPMorgan Chase, other major corporations. Spotify

00:04:21.860 and Facebook, along with other social media platforms, began crackdowns on so-called hate

00:04:26.420 speech. And of course, Donald Trump was forever branded as the new Hitler, someone who had

00:04:31.000 publicly endorsed violent tiki torch mobs, even though he did no such thing.

00:04:35.460 only now, many years later, are federal prosecutors alleging that the SPLC was involved in this

00:04:42.600 operation the entire time. In the process, according to the DOJ, the SPLC defrauded its

00:04:48.260 donors. The donors were told their money was going to fight white supremacy, whatever that

00:04:52.940 means. But in reality, their money was going towards Nazi fundraising and false flag operations.

00:04:59.640 All this to say, it would be difficult to imagine that the year could get any worse for the SPLC.

00:05:06.420 The SPLC's entire racket requires that people can pretend to take them seriously as some kind of impartial arbiter of the truth when they decree that somebody is racist and dangerous or whatever.

00:05:18.480 For example, when Joe Biden's FBI began investigating radical traditional Catholics, quote unquote, the FBI cited the SPLC.

00:05:26.680 The FBI knew the SPLC was lying, but that didn't matter. All that mattered is that in the FBI's estimation, the SPLC was trustworthy enough to cite in a memo as a pretext to crack down on Catholics.

00:05:39.340 And along the same lines, if you ended up on the SPLC's hate list, then many corporations and advertisers would avoid you. You'd get blackballed.

00:05:48.120 And that's not even getting into the fact that once you were tagged by the SPLC, an army of angry left-wing nutcases would also descend on you.

00:05:55.700 I was on their list, along with Turning Point USA.

00:05:58.080 So was the Family Research Council, which was shot up by a gunman who was inspired by the SPLC's hate list.

00:06:03.320 He explicitly told the police that the SPLC's hate list inspired his attack.

00:06:08.740 Just a few years later, the SPLC is no longer trustworthy enough for any serious person to even pretend to take seriously.

00:06:15.440 their cover has been blown. If the FBI or major corporation wants to harass you on the basis of

00:06:22.420 some false accusation of racism, well, the SPLC isn't helpful anymore. So really, they have no

00:06:28.600 reason to exist. But as if that's not bad enough, somehow the case against the SPLC has become even

00:06:34.680 more devastating and utterly humiliating. The DOJ filed what's called a superseding indictment in

00:06:41.420 the case, which is basically an indictment that revises the original one. And in this new

00:06:46.700 indictment, the DOJ alleges that a high-level SPLC official, the director of their intelligence

00:06:52.020 project, was sleeping with an informant in a white supremacist group called the National Alliance.

00:06:59.840 The group was founded by William Luther Pierce, who wrote the Turner Diaries, which inspired the

00:07:05.740 Oklahoma City bombings for some background there. On top of that, according to the indictment,

00:07:10.800 the SPLC was funneling more than a million dollars to this particular white supremacist

00:07:16.940 while their intelligence director was sleeping with him.

00:07:22.240 So here's a picture of the intelligence director, apparently.

00:07:28.640 Also gives you an idea of the standards of this white supremacist, lowly standards.

00:07:34.180 And now the New York Post reports that the SPLC official in question is, quote,

00:07:37.960 believed to be Heidi Barrick, a 58-year-old fascism expert who was the director of intelligence

00:07:44.900 at the SPLC between 2012 and 2019. Now, before we go further into the details of the allegation here

00:07:51.640 and the details are worth talking about, let's just stop and think about this for a second.

00:07:57.560 Think about how on the nose this is. The SPLC was going around saying F-fascists,

00:08:03.700 you know and what do you know they were doing exactly that they were effing the fascists

00:08:11.620 and they were funding them too so there's a lot of f words getting mixed in

00:08:15.460 i mean really somebody needs to turn this story into a romantic comedy screenplay immediately

00:08:22.020 okay if none of you guys will do it then i'll have to do it myself um someone's got to do it

00:08:28.420 and i've already started kind of pre-production in my mind and uh the only snag i can identify

00:08:33.680 if I, you know, admittedly, it's a big one, is that Philip Seymour Hoffman is not alive to play

00:08:39.620 the woman. That's the great tragedy here. Take a look at these at these two and tell me the

00:08:44.340 resemblance isn't uncanny. I'm generally opposed to you to the use of like holograms in movies or

00:08:50.340 AI. But in this case, it may be worth it. And it's not just because she looks exactly like

00:08:54.060 Philip Seymour Hoffman. The more you read the DOJ's allegations, which include a Watergate

00:08:58.020 style break-in, the more you'll agree with me that he's the perfect casting choice, even if he's

00:09:05.120 dead. Quoting from the new indictment, at the direction of the SPLC, the informant infiltrated

00:09:10.100 the neo-Nazi organization, the National Alliance, while receiving donors' money from the SPLC. The

00:09:15.520 informant was also fundraising for the National Alliance. The money the informant raised helped

00:09:20.640 the National Alliance carry out its extremist activities. So in other words, the SPLC was paying

00:09:26.600 a guy to raise money for a Nazi group. They're so opposed to Nazis that they install secret

00:09:32.440 operatives inside Nazi organizations in order to help the Nazis raise money for themselves.

00:09:39.380 Oh, and then they also, you know, sleep with the Nazis too. So you're probably asking yourself, 0.55

00:09:44.440 what exactly makes this guy an informant? I mean, aren't they just paying a Nazi to be a Nazi?

00:09:49.840 As it turns out, indeed, this informant did perform some undercover work, which appears to be very illegal.

00:09:58.760 Quote, in 2014, the informant broke into headquarters of an extremist organization and stole approximately 25 boxes of documents.

00:10:06.280 The informant transported those documents across state lines from West Virginia to North Carolina.

00:10:10.740 The informant broke into the headquarters again and returned the originals after copies were made.

00:10:16.080 The SPLC official used the copies, knowing they were stolen, as the basis for a story published on Hate Watch.

00:10:22.720 The SPLC used this story to solicit more donations.

00:10:25.520 The SPLC official paid approximately $6,000 in donors' money to a separate individual to falsely take responsibility for the burglary.

00:10:35.020 Okay, so these are like major crimes, by the way.

00:10:37.440 This is a major criminal conspiracy. 0.99

00:10:39.620 The woman allegedly used donor money to pay someone else to take the fall for her boyfriend.

00:10:47.960 And the hate watch article that the SPLC wrote, allegedly based on stolen documents, is called Chaos at the Compound.

00:10:55.400 It's still online. And according to the article, quote, Randolph Dilloway, 49, an accountant with almost a decade of experience,

00:11:02.320 was secretly hired by Alliance chairman Will Williams in December to conduct in a forensic

00:11:06.960 audit of the organization's bake statements, member dues documents, and federal income

00:11:11.520 tax filings. Terrified as his former employer, Dilloway contacted the SPLC on May 6th.

00:11:17.780 Active in the neo-Nazi white supremacist scene for more than a decade, Dilloway moved to the

00:11:21.940 NA headquarters compound last winter and was given full, unsupervised access to offices

00:11:26.280 holding dozens of boxes of poorly filed financial documents and data disks associated with the

00:11:32.100 Group's various business entities going back to 1985. Among the thousands of pages of documents,

00:11:37.360 database files, transaction records, and digital media provided by Dilloway to the SPLC, the

00:11:41.580 disturbing email exchanges he had with Calamaros and Williams outlining possible financial

00:11:46.360 improprieties earlier this year seemed to suggest the alliance attorney was advising them to ignore

00:11:51.780 evidence of tax fraud and embezzlement to avoid being audited by the IRS. Okay, so you can see

00:11:57.740 what's going on here. The SPLC is doing what it usually does. They're providing a pretext

00:12:03.200 for federal agencies to shut down groups that they don't approve of. The FBI presumably

00:12:09.200 couldn't get a warrant to look into the financial records of this particular white supremacist

00:12:13.980 group. So the SPLC steps up to the plate. They break into the offices, steal the documents,

00:12:20.260 and then publicize them. And then once that happens, the FBI and the IRS have probable cause

00:12:25.880 to get their search warrants and to launch their investigations.

00:12:30.680 Now, this is something a lot of people don't understand about how the legal system works,

00:12:35.340 but it's a very common tactic that's used by law enforcement.

00:12:38.800 So the Constitution only bans the government from engaging in unlawful searches and seizures.

00:12:43.800 If the government randomly breaks down your door on a hunch,

00:12:47.820 then it doesn't matter if they find incriminating evidence inside your house.

00:12:51.520 All of it will be thrown out in court if they don't have a warrant.

00:12:53.960 On the other hand, if a random guy breaks into your house and finds, say, a stash of drugs, he's allowed to tell the police about it, and the police can then get a search warrant and raid your house based on that illegally obtained information, and everything they find in your house will then be admissible in court.

00:13:14.260 And the same is true for confessions.

00:13:16.860 So once you're in custody and you say you want a lawyer, the police can't question you anymore.

00:13:20.540 If they ask you questions, and even if you confess at that point, your answers can't be used in court. 0.86

00:13:25.580 But if a jailhouse snitch asks you questions in your prison cell and you're dumb enough to talk to him,

00:13:38.980 Technically, if the police direct the jailhouse snitch to get you to confess,

00:13:46.080 then the evidence also won't be admissible in court.

00:13:48.680 So what's happened is that groups like the SPLC have formed in order to do the police's job for them

00:13:55.580 without an explicit authorization from the police.

00:14:03.400 And therefore, it's a legal partnership.

00:14:05.720 The SPLC can break into your business and post your private files on the Internet,

00:14:09.600 and then the FBI can use those documents to prosecute you. As long as there's no smoking

00:14:15.560 gun, there's no explicit order from the FBI telling the SPLC to raid you, then everything

00:14:21.320 will hold up in court. This is why fake nonprofits like the SPLC are so dangerous. I mean, this is

00:14:26.920 fundamentally why they exist. They're an end run around the constitution. Again, it's one of the

00:14:33.120 main reasons that they exist. And that's what's actually being uncovered in this. This is not

00:14:39.680 just a case of the SPLC inventing cases of hate crimes, you know, to get attention and to fundraise

00:14:45.560 off of it, although it is also that. This is at a deeper level a way for the government to,

00:14:53.300 you know, especially under the Biden administration, to get around the Constitution.

00:14:56.420 and what you have to understand is that groups like the SPLC especially at their upper levels 0.98

00:16:33.080 anyway uh secretly paid the informant over 1.2 million dollars in donors money the spLC official

00:16:38.360 oversaw the payments of donors money to the informant the spLC official was also in a

00:16:42.960 relationship with the informant during the relationship the spLC official and the informant

00:16:46.000 shared a house and two bank accounts approximately 140 000 dollars in donors money was ultimately

00:16:51.200 deposited in the joint bank account held by the SPLC official and the informant. This amount

00:16:55.420 amounted to approximately 66% of all money ever deposited into their joint bank accounts.

00:17:00.060 The SPLC official then used donors' money to pay the couple's personal living expenses. 0.58

00:17:06.460 Now, keep in mind, this is just the Nazi fling that we know about. We can assume based on the

00:17:19.920 every imaginable sense, and they got away with it for decades. They were so fake that they were 0.95

00:21:36.660 the latest picture that Chicago police released earlier this evening, you can get a very clear

00:21:41.840 look at this man's face. Police say that he ran from Grant Park shortly after this cross was set

00:21:55.340 expect to see here. Kanika Carlton and her daughter were driving down Lakeshore Drive near

00:22:15.600 angry. This was very, very intentional. You had to have made this cross, put it in some kind of

00:22:22.680 vehicle, brought it downtown, carried it over to the putting against a tree, which has another

00:22:28.960 whole symbolism, and then lighting on a fire. You were sending a message. Chicago police releasing

00:22:35.520 new images of a suspect wanted in connection to the arson. The man with dark hair first seen

00:22:41.560 crossing a street, then running, wearing dark pants, white shoes and a black backpack with no

00:22:46.940 shirt. People calling for the man to be charged with a hate crime. As a history teacher, I am

00:22:54.060 very familiar about the trauma, the violence and the terror of a burning cross. This was a tactic
