00:03:17.100finding her guilty of one count, but not guilty of the other count.
00:03:20.760The count she was found guilty for was not related to the racial slur thrown at the child,
00:03:26.100but instead conduct against the man who took that viral video.
00:03:30.120During the trial, the Rochester branch of the NAACP submitted a victim impact statement
00:03:34.820and asked the judge for the stiffest sentence possible, saying, quote,
00:03:38.740the words and actions of Ms. Hendricks caused tremendous fear and trauma to a defenseless child.
00:03:43.500For many members of our community, this was not simply an isolated playground incident.
00:03:48.740It was a painful reminder that the hatred represented by that word still exists today.
00:03:56.560So there it is. Hatred is now illegal, by which they mean hatred of non-whites.
00:04:02.320Now, they can hate you as much as they want, and they do, but you're not allowed to express any degree of hatred or just displeasure with the third worlders who now inhabit this country, even when they rob you.1.00
00:04:13.820You're not allowed to say anything to them1.00
00:04:15.720or else you're causing tremendous fear and trauma.
00:04:19.120I mean, we're meant to imagine the Somali community
00:04:41.600Now, anyway, this is the impact of a naughty word, according to the NAACP, an organization that, according to your history textbooks, was allegedly founded to promote racial equality.
00:04:51.380And now they want you to suffer criminal consequences if you say words they don't like.
00:04:58.640Now, black people can, of course, continue to say whatever they want to anyone using whatever language they want in whatever context all the time.0.89
00:05:05.700There is no single word a black person could ever say that would lead to a court case, much less a conviction.
00:05:11.600I mean, in this country, bad language has apparently been criminalized, but only when that bad language is used by one particular race.
00:05:20.920You should also note that contrary to what the NAACP implied in their statement, Shiloh Hendricks was not convicted of any crime relating to the child who stole from her.
00:05:30.020This was a child who incidentally had a history of taking things that didn't belong to him, unsurprisingly.
00:05:35.720Now, instead, she was convicted of disorderly conduct with respect to the Somali adult who
00:05:39.660decided to harass her on camera after the fact, which is what makes it an incoherent,
00:05:45.360one of the things that makes it an incoherent verdict, which is also why the NAACP wants to
00:05:49.220confuse the issue as much as possible. So we're going to go in depth. We're going to analyze the
00:05:54.840trial of Shiloh Hendricks at some length because it's easily one of the most important criminal
00:05:59.940cases in memory, even if much of conservative media is ignoring it. The First Amendment protects
00:06:06.560the most fundamental rights we have. That's why it's the First Amendment. It's what separates the
00:06:11.020United States from almost every other country on the planet, including countries like the UK and
00:06:15.180Australia and Canada, which share our common law tradition, or at least supposedly they do.
00:06:20.820Every other country with any degree of influence has abandoned the right of free expression. So
00:06:25.820when a court in the United States decides to suspend the First Amendment, which is what they've
00:06:30.920done, when a court decides to make it illegal to offend black people, especially if they're
00:06:36.300foreigners, then we have a major existential problem on our hands. This is a problem that0.89
00:06:41.740demands an immediate response from the federal government, including civil rights investigations
00:06:46.920into Minnesota officials and the dramatic acceleration of deportations, especially in
00:06:52.460the state of Minnesota. Anything less is unacceptable. Anything less, and this will
00:06:57.500fester until we don't have a constitution anymore. Now, to set the stage, we're going to begin
00:07:03.920to refresh our memories with the now infamous video of Shiloh Hendricks in the park.
00:07:10.600Other than the testimony of some barely literate Somali witnesses, this was the only relevant
00:07:16.340evidence in the case that the jury was allowed to be presented. And so let's go back and watch
00:07:24.660it again. Here it is. You call him a child? Did you call the child? It is my own business.
00:07:34.680You call him. OK, why don't you have the boss to say it right now again?
00:46:26.860They all want Shiloh Hendricks to go to prison.
00:46:28.840They all believe the punishment was not enough.
00:46:32.060You know, suspending the First Amendment to charge her with a crime and convict her was not enough.
00:46:37.980So put simply, none of these people care about the First Amendment or the rule of law or how the trial was conducted or any of that.
00:46:45.280This is pure racial tribalism, and that's it.
00:46:48.380These are the same kinds of people who donated hundreds of thousands of dollars to Carmelo Anthony solely because he murdered a white kid in cold blood.0.71
00:46:55.460Again, if you import the third world, then you are also importing third world attitudes.
00:47:02.060You get third-world justice and third-world race hate, and now it's all over social media.0.80
