00:00:00.000 In today's uncertain economy, American financing is helping families find a way out of the high
00:00:05.760 interest trap. We're heading into summer, but the economic clouds aren't clearing for most
00:00:10.580 middle-class families. Between persistent inflation and the cost of daily life,
00:00:14.320 you're likely feeling the pressure. You've worked hard for your home,
00:00:17.600 probably have more equity than you realize, yet the summer surge is forcing many to rely
00:00:21.820 on credit cards. It's an exhausting cycle, but American financing understands that 2026 requires
00:00:27.240 a real strategy. That's why they have salary-based mortgage consultants with mortgage rates in the
00:00:32.520 fives. Their customers are saving an average of $800 a month by wiping out high-interest debt.
00:00:38.400 That's money that stays in your pocket to fight back against rising costs. No upfront fees,
00:00:43.360 no pressure. And if you start today, you could delay two mortgage payments. Call American

00:00:57.760 The conviction of Shiloh Hendricks, as we discussed at length on the show yesterday, marks the end of the First Amendment in the state of Minnesota.
00:01:05.780 The right to free speech had a good run, but truth be told, its days were numbered, beginning with the first Bush administration when Africans were invited to flood into mostly white places like Minneapolis and Rochester.
00:01:17.000 It was the administration of George H.W. Bush that first granted temporary protected status to Somalis on the theory that it would be inhumane to make Somalis live among Somalis. 0.98
00:01:28.840 I mean, think about that. It wasn't a natural disaster like an earthquake or a hurricane that led Somalis to get temporary protected status to live in this country indefinitely.
00:01:36.780 No, it was the fact that Somalis are so primitive that they can't govern themselves. 1.00
00:01:41.060 And then in one of the greatest acts of treason ever committed, this so-called temporary protected status was extended for more than 30 years, enough time for Somalis to transform many American neighborhoods into Mogadishu. 1.00
00:01:54.600 And now Americans living in Minnesota have the same speech rights as the typical Somali back home, which is to say they don't have free speech rights at all. 0.95
00:02:02.500 If you say the N-word, if you voice your outrage and frustration with the state of your country in a vulgar way, then you'll be arrested and convicted. 0.99
00:02:13.140 At the same time, there are some encouraging signs in the days after the clearly unconstitutional conviction of Shiloh Hendricks that Americans will fight to reclaim their civil liberties in the face of this foreign invasion. 0.91
00:02:25.600 Tens of thousands of additional dollars have flowed into Shiloh's Give, Send, Go fundraiser following her conviction.
00:02:31.600 the fundraiser is now approaching $1 million, which is extremely upsetting to the mainstream
00:02:37.400 press, as you might imagine. They're realizing that this verdict, and indeed this whole trial,
00:02:42.300 has gone over very poorly with the general public, and now they're scrambling to do damage control.
00:02:48.360 So case in point, here's the headline of a Newsweek article from the other day.
00:02:52.840 Fundraiser for woman who called autistic boy N-word surges after verdict.
00:02:57.560 So the framing isn't exactly subtle
00:03:00.380 They don't mention what the verdict was about
00:03:03.060 Because they know the verdict is indefensible
00:03:05.900 They also imply that she was convicted because of her behavior towards the child
00:03:10.300 Which is not true
00:03:11.100 But they do mention that the poor boy is supposedly autistic
00:03:15.260 And therefore it's horrible to use bad words in the presence of this child
00:03:20.500 Now of course every Somali child has an autism diagnosis 0.98
00:03:24.680 As Nick Shirley demonstrated 1.00
00:03:25.960 If there's one thing Somalis understand, it's how to rip off Medicaid to the tune of a billion dollars using phony autism claims. 1.00
00:03:32.860 That's why in the state of Minnesota alone, Medicaid payments for autism treatment increased from under $700,000 to over $342 million from 2018 to 2024. 1.00
00:03:43.940 That is an increase, if you do the math, of more than 50,000%.
00:03:49.560 And if you try to visit these autism treatment centers, as we've seen, nobody's home.
00:03:54.560 the sign on the wall is misspelled. And if there is anybody there, they'll threaten to have you
00:03:59.380 arrested if you ask any questions. But let's assume for the sake of argument that Shiloh 0.82
00:04:02.780 did in fact direct a bad word towards an autistic child, whatever that means. Let's assume that
00:04:08.920 after this child stole her property, she briefly lost her temper and uttered a vulgarity. Now,
00:04:15.460 why exactly would it be improper for Americans to raise money for her defense, given the fact that 1.00
00:04:21.980 in this country, you're allowed to say vulgarities under the First Amendment.
00:04:27.200 Well, here's the explanation from Newsweek. Quote, a fundraiser for the Minnesota woman
00:04:30.820 at the center of a viral playground confrontation involving an autistic black child
00:04:34.660 has seen renewed support following her criminal trial verdict, with supporters continuing to
00:04:40.260 donate and some leaving messages containing racist language. So the idea is that the fundraiser is bad
00:04:47.380 because the people who are donating are racist.
00:04:50.580 Perhaps the state of Minnesota needs to kick down the doors
00:04:52.860 of everybody who left a racist message on the Give, Send, Go,
00:04:56.260 just to really send the message that the First Amendment doesn't exist anymore.
00:05:00.120 Now, if there were indeed a lot of threatening, anti-Black racist messages on the Give, Send, Go, 0.52
00:05:06.680 that would be arguably noteworthy.
00:05:09.220 After all, we all saw the comments on the Carmelo Anthony fundraiser
00:05:12.620 where they celebrated the murder of a white teenager
00:05:14.860 using very explicitly racist language against whites.
00:05:19.800 Now, Newsweek didn't run any stories on those comments,
00:05:22.920 but we all saw them, and they were noteworthy in that case,
00:05:26.320 even if the media didn't take note of them.
00:05:28.940 If something similar were happening in this case,
00:05:31.160 then you could imagine a scenario where it might be worth mentioning.
00:05:34.820 So I took a look at the top comments on the fundraiser,
00:05:38.780 which we'll put on the screen. You can see for yourself.
00:05:40.440 I came across comments like, long live Joan of Park, which is kind of clever, actually.
00:05:48.920 And sorry, you have to go through this unconstitutional proceeding, said another person.
00:05:53.560 Free speech for everybody, wrote another person. Here's three more. Trial is a total sham. You said
00:06:00.180 the magic word, Shiloh, the same word black folks use every day. Free speech is paramount. We must
00:06:05.480 all defend it. Godspeed. Then there's this one with 20 likes. I'm giving you money to help you
00:06:12.160 appeal a blatantly unconstitutional verdict. I want you to appeal this ruling and fight it all
00:06:16.660 the way to the Supreme Court if that's what it takes. Then there's please take them down with
00:06:21.120 the appeal. And then there's never let the Marxists win and on and on. Now, all told, it seems like
00:06:28.100 a very civilized comment section, actually remarkably coherent for a comment section.
00:06:32.700 by comment section standards, these are, you know, these are, this is like a bunch of Shakespeare's
00:06:38.080 writing their comments. And one in which people were concerned about important abstract concepts
00:06:44.800 like the freedom of speech, you know, rather than race hatred. So I was curious what Newsweek was
00:06:50.060 talking about when they said that the give, send, go is racist. And here's what the outlet came up
00:06:54.600 with as examples of the racist messaging on the fundraising page. I'll read their article.
00:07:00.300 A review of publicly visible comments on the fundraiser found messages from supporters defending Hendricks, including comments such as fight for free speech alongside others containing racist remarks and attacks targeting racial groups.
00:07:15.020 One donor wrote, long live America, get these foreign invaders out.
00:07:20.600 So there you have it. According to Newsweek, long live America, get these foreign invaders out is racist hate speech.
00:07:27.960 Now, hundreds of thousands of foreigners can enter this country illegally, defraud us, harass us, steal from us, lower our quality of life in every respect, murder us. 0.99
00:07:38.240 And we're racist if we call them what they are. 1.00
00:07:41.480 You know, it's not hard to see what's going on here.
00:07:43.320 They don't want to stop with the prosecution of Shiloh Hendricks.
00:07:45.860 They want to make it illegal for anybody, anywhere, to object to the illegal invasion of the United States.
00:07:51.740 This is a top-down effort from some of the most influential activist groups and NGOs on the left.
00:07:56.640 It's much bigger than one case in a park in Rochester.
00:08:01.240 Now, one of the many elements of the Shiloh Hendricks case that we didn't have time to mention yesterday is how the prosecution originated.
00:08:07.980 This was not an isolated decision by one district attorney.
00:08:11.300 It was the result of pressure from the NAACP, which put out this statement shortly after the incident in the park went viral.
00:08:19.440 Take a look at this.
00:08:21.000 The NAACP actually wrote out a list of all the charges that they wanted to see in the case, beginning with disorderly conduct.
00:08:31.740 And their list of charts, now this is the NAACP, not a law enforcement organization, last time I checked, listing out the criminal charges that should be placed.
00:08:44.380 It also includes fifth degree assault, harassment slash stalking, bias motivated assault, child endangerment, and assault in the second degree, otherwise known as assault with a weapon.
00:08:57.780 Did she have a weapon? No. Did she assault anybody? No. But NAACP doesn't care.
00:09:02.880 Now, if Shiloh Hendricks had been convicted of all those charges, she'd have to spend at least 10 years in prison. 0.99
00:09:09.140 That's what the NAACP was pushing for. 1.00
00:09:11.720 They wanted this woman to go to prison for a decade for saying a bad word.
00:09:17.720 And really, it wasn't a pressure campaign at all.
00:09:19.960 The NAACP was issuing orders, and the prosecutors felt compelled to follow orders, as they always do, and bring a criminal case as a result.
00:09:31.640 As the independent journalist Tom Hennessey has found, the president of the Rochester NAACP, a sub-Saharan African by the name of Wally Alegbadi, good old down-home American name right there, delivered a speech in which he demanded that Shiloh Hendricks be held accountable for the alleged trauma that she caused.
00:09:52.040 He was upset that more charges were not forthcoming.
00:09:56.060 Watch.
00:09:56.320 I also want to thank the city attorney's office for their leadership in this.
00:10:03.540 You know, we asked for a lot more charges that we felt were appropriate.
00:10:09.040 They did their due diligence, and this is sort of where they landed.
00:10:12.820 Yeah, we're going to continue to pursue, and we, you know, we call on the county attorney's office to really look at everything they can do.
00:10:20.920 There's a lot more than meets the eye.
00:10:23.060 there's some things I'm not going to share, but trauma was inflicted, and she continues to show
00:10:31.720 no remorse, continues to try to fundraise and take advantage of this vulnerable child.
00:10:40.220 And so accountability and justice is essential. I mean, that's why we all stand here today to say
00:10:45.860 that, you know, when you're traumatizing our children, any child, you need to be held accountable.
00:10:53.060 now as for what he said in the clip um first of all the child stole Shiloh's property the fact
00:11:01.920 that he has some fake diagnosis doesn't mean that he's allowed to steal from somebody in a park and
00:11:06.080 secondly there's no evidence whatsoever that she inflicted trauma on the child as the jury found
00:11:12.840 if there had been any hint of evidence that the jury could have used they would have returned a
00:11:18.380 guilty verdict immediately for disorderly conduct against the child, but there was zero evidence,
00:11:24.000 so they had to acquit. But more importantly, notice what he says at the end there. He says that
00:11:29.120 anybody who traumatizes a child must be held accountable under the law. And of course,
00:11:35.040 I would agree with that, which is why we need to know exactly why Sharmiki Bail Omar,
00:11:41.740 the guy who shot the viral video of Shiloh Hendricks, and whose name I'm almost certainly
00:11:46.660 mispronouncing, and who repeatedly urged her to say the N-word on camera, fled to Somalia
00:11:52.260 before this trial began, according to Tom Hennessey's reporting. Now, Sharmakey is the guy 0.89
00:11:59.740 on the right in this photograph. You can see him right there. And just weeks before he recorded
00:12:05.400 the video of Shiloh Hendricks in the park, he was facing charges for, quote, third and fifth degree
00:12:11.220 criminal sexual conduct after being accused of raping a 16-year-old after offering her a place
00:12:16.280 to stay. The charges related to criminal sexual conduct penetration of person under 18 years old
00:12:21.600 using coercion and fifth degree criminal sexual conduct and non-consensual penetration dating
00:12:27.580 back to January 20th, 2022. Okay, so what happened to those charges? Well, I mean, why was this guy
00:12:34.940 free to walk around a playground after those kinds of charges? Well, according to a local
00:12:38.860 news station, quote, the Olmstead County Attorney's Office dismissed charges against Muhammad Hussein
00:12:44.140 Omar and Sharmaki Bile Omar in March of 2025. Court documents state that the case was dismissed
00:12:50.880 in the interest of justice. Now, what does that mean exactly? Why would serious charges like this
00:12:59.220 be dismissed in the interest of justice? In Minnesota, this is basically a catch-all
00:13:06.500 provision. It means whatever prosecutors want it to mean. So we have no idea. It basically means
00:13:12.960 the prosecutors didn't think the case was fair for some reason. Maybe they didn't want to put
00:13:18.400 another black criminal in prison because that would be racist, or maybe a witness decided not 0.98
00:13:22.700 to testify. We don't know. We also don't know why this guy was at a playground, which really makes 0.98
00:13:28.700 you think. There are very few things that will make me stop giving a business my money faster
00:13:33.780 than calling them and getting absolutely nothing. No answer, no callback, just the phone ringing
00:13:39.200 into the void. And at that point, I assume one of two things. Either they've gone out of business
00:13:44.660 or they don't actually want my business. Either way, I move on. Now, if you're like most millennials,
00:13:50.880 you hate picking up the phone. And I know I do. Now you don't have to. Nextiva built an AI 0.90
00:13:57.320 receptionist called Expert that answers every call on the first ring, even if you're in a meeting
00:14:02.060 on the road or on the other line. And if you hate the idea of talking to an AI chatbot, and trust me,
00:14:07.560 I understand. I still think it's better than talking to some guy in Mumbai. It's making
00:14:12.580 sure a potential customer actually gets in contact with your business, not having to send them 10,000
00:14:18.600 miles away to a foreign country. And if the caller needs a real person, Expert hands it off with a
00:14:23.120 summary of what the customer needs. Listen to this example of what Expert sounds like when it takes a
00:14:27.920 call. Thank you for calling Copperleaf Kitchen. This is Expert, an AI assistant on a recorded
00:14:35.200 line. How can I help you today? Hi there. Can I make a reservation for tonight? Preferably
00:14:41.100 somewhere quiet. I can help with that. We do have indoor seating away from the main
00:14:45.480 dining area. May I have your name and party size? Yeah, it's Jane and it's for two. Perfect.
00:14:52.380 Thank you, Jane. I'll reserve a table for two in a quieter section and send you a confirmation
00:14:56.900 shortly. Awesome. Thank you. Well, not bad at all. And you know, I'm as AI skeptical as
00:15:03.000 they come, as you know, but there are legitimate uses for AI. And in this case, it certainly beats
00:15:07.860 talking to some guy with a heavy accent that you can barely understand on the other side of the
00:15:13.080 world. It's detailed and precise, and it's a great tool for business owners because every call is a
00:15:17.060 potential customer. And if you miss that call, they'll probably just find someone else. Expert
00:15:20.860 helps make sure that doesn't happen. Right now, if you use my link, nextiva.com slash Walsh,
00:15:26.760 you'll get your first 30 days totally free. That's nextiva.com slash Walsh for your first
00:15:31.900 30 days free. Whatever the case, a dismissal for this particular reason is not a dismissal
00:15:38.120 with prejudice, meaning prosecutors are free to bring the case again if they want to, or if a
00:15:43.180 hypothetically a witness starts cooperating. So it's not quite a get out of jail free card.
00:15:50.600 From Tom Hennessey's reporting, we know that the police report in this case seemed very thorough,
00:15:54.440 including an exact address and very specific accusations. So it seems unlikely the case fell
00:16:00.960 apart on the merits, although, again, we don't know. Is it possible that Sharmakey, the man at
00:16:05.880 the center of the prosecution, fled the country in order to avoid further prosecution for these
00:16:11.160 charges or maybe other similar charges? I don't know. This is a question that, to the best of my
00:16:16.740 knowledge, has gone completely unanswered by local media, and the ramifications for Shiloh
00:16:21.260 Hendricks's trial were clear. Because the guy with the cell phone recording fled to Somalia,
00:16:25.960 she was not allowed to confront her accuser in court which is her constitutional right
00:16:31.000 she wasn't able to question him on the stand as to whether he was raising money from the incident
00:16:36.020 as Hendricks's defense attorney believes to be the case now along the same lines because
00:16:41.240 Sharmaiki fled the country we probably won't learn anything about how he obtained a commercial
00:16:45.260 driver's license allowing him to drive 18 wheelers yes uh this guy along with the Somali father who
00:16:52.180 testified against Shiloh Hendricks, Shire Jamali, has a CDL. This is footage that appears to be
00:16:57.920 from one of Jamali's social media accounts. These are the kinds of people who are taking jobs from
00:17:02.780 American truckers, total degenerates who lie on the stand, who harass white women and their 0.97
00:17:08.060 children in the park, and then in one case flee the country before the trial. Again, the whole 0.99
00:17:13.000 trial was a complete farce, and the more you look into it, the worse it gets. We actually spoke to
00:17:18.720 Brian Karalus, Shiloh Hendricks' lawyer, by phone. And he told us that when he went to Rochester to
00:17:25.360 try this case, he was under the impression it would be a First Amendment case that would be
00:17:29.920 taken seriously, because it is a serious First Amendment case. And he said upon arriving in
00:17:35.500 Rochester, he noticed several things that were strange. First of all, many names in the police
00:17:39.720 report were redacted, including the name of the Somali child in the park. And he didn't think that
00:17:44.620 was a big deal at first. He expected he'd get the names eventually and that they weren't relevant,
00:17:48.960 but the names were not disclosed even through pretrial proceedings. He emailed the prosecutor
00:17:54.660 over the weekend before the trial saying, am I missing something? I still don't know who you're
00:17:59.000 calling to testify. On Monday morning, the prosecutor asked to approach the bench with a
00:18:04.640 piece of paper containing the witness names. When the defense attempted to object, the judge blew up
00:18:09.840 on Carolus, not the prosecutors, the judge attacked the defense attorney for attempting
00:18:14.300 to try the case through the media, which made no sense because the objection took place
00:18:18.920 in the courtroom. And the judge then brought everyone back in chambers and accused Carolus
00:18:24.200 of grandstanding. But the judge also privately acknowledged that she had ordered the prosecution
00:18:28.760 to hand over a witness list the week prior when the trial began. In other words, even the liberal
00:18:33.860 judge, who was clearly biased against the defense, admitted that the prosecutors were playing games.
00:18:39.840 so when you take all this together along with all the problems we outlined in detail yesterday this
00:18:46.700 is a case that needs to go to the supreme court and it needs to end with a clear ruling
00:18:50.980 that the fighting words doctrine is unconstitutional people are allowed to say whatever
00:18:56.940 they want in this country unless they make an explicit threat of violence that would make a
00:19:00.860 reasonable person fear for their life that's the line slurs do not qualify you know having an
00:19:09.140 You can have whatever. This is America. If the First Amendment means anything, it means that you can have whatever opinion you want.
00:19:16.000 You can express your opinion. And if your opinion is insulting or vulgar, well, that's the way it goes.
00:19:25.100 Objecting to Democrats' open border agenda does not qualify as, you know, making a threat, period.
00:19:31.140 Arresting American citizens for exercising their constitutional right to freedom of speech is an act of treason.
00:19:36.980 and anyone involved in these prosecutions belongs in prison. That's what actually should happen.
00:19:43.260 This is not just an academic legal debate. As you've probably noticed,
00:19:47.160 this explicit effort to quash free speech is not confined, of course, to one park in Rochester. 0.63
00:19:53.240 Wherever you find leftist women and low testosterone men in positions of power, 1.00
00:19:56.900 you'll notice that constitutional rights are being suspended, particularly the First Amendment. 0.99
00:20:01.020 This is happening everywhere. The judge in the Shiloh Hendricks case is just one example among
00:20:05.420 many. Consider this recent video out of Fort Worth, Texas, for example, if you haven't seen
00:20:10.400 it. So the Fort Worth Police Department has acknowledged that the footage is real and they
00:20:16.060 say they're going to retrain their officers on the First Amendment. But in this in this video
00:20:22.620 here, you see that they ticketed Christian preachers for offensive speech. Watch.
00:20:28.500 that ordinance means like music not talking if someone is offended by your talking then we have
00:20:38.480 a problem it's a constitutional violation of our rights if you shut us down no if they are offended
00:20:44.560 by your speech okay then i'll allow you to take it and we'll go from there wait you're going to
00:20:49.080 take us for offensive speech yes absolutely are you serious speech you're going to cite us for
00:20:54.120 Yes, it's called disorderly conduct.
00:20:56.120 Oh, whoa.
00:20:57.120 No, no, no.
00:20:58.120 Disorderly conduct has to be accompanied by conduct.
00:21:01.120 Conduct.
00:21:02.120 This is the conduct that you're doing.
00:21:03.120 I'm a retired police officer myself.
00:21:05.120 For who?
00:21:06.120 26 years, federal law enforcement.
00:21:08.120 So it's federal.
00:21:09.120 So this has nothing to do with local.
00:21:10.120 Wow.
00:21:11.120 It has nothing to do with local.
00:21:12.120 Do whatever y'all need, the thing that you can do.
00:21:15.120 Whatever it says 80 decibels.
00:21:16.120 Wow.
00:21:17.120 It says 80 decibels.
00:21:18.120 If y'all know the law is so well, I'm not going to let y'all...
00:21:21.120 So I just want to clarify.
00:21:23.120 If anything is said that's offensive, you're going to write the ticket.
00:21:26.840 If someone complains that your language or what you're saying is offensive.
00:21:34.540 Now, it's not just that the police officer doesn't understand the Constitution.
00:21:38.220 She's so brazen about it that she's willing to say all of that out loud when she knows she's being recorded.
00:21:45.060 If someone is offended by your talking, then we have a problem, the officer says.
00:21:51.460 She's going to hand out tickets for offensive speech.
00:21:55.940 And indeed, she did.
00:21:57.520 Last night, Libs at TikTok obtained the citation that was given to the preachers for their offensive speech. 1.00
00:22:03.900 You know, because female cops can just invent laws on the spot now. 1.00
00:22:08.640 It reads disorderly conduct noise. 1.00
00:22:12.880 Again, it's the same fake charge they use to suspend the First Amendment rights of Shiloh Hendricks.
00:22:16.880 It's egregious to the point that it's almost incomprehensible.
00:22:21.000 How does this happen? How can any American, much less a trained police officer, lack a basic understanding of the Constitution and freedom of speech?
00:22:29.620 I mean, it would have been unthinkable just a few decades ago.
00:22:31.980 It's the inevitable result of a few things, starting with DEI hiring. 0.90
00:22:37.200 This woman almost certainly benefited from her gender when she was getting hired, just like the judge in the Shiloh Hendricks case benefited when she was appointed. 1.00
00:22:46.580 These are women who, at best, are qualified to volunteer at a local animal shelter or maybe work part-time at a preschool. 1.00
00:22:54.360 Although I'd feel better if we kept them around animals instead of human children. 1.00
00:22:57.840 But the point is, they're not equipped, mentally or otherwise, for serious positions of authority. 1.00
00:23:02.460 And to make matters worse, throughout their entire lives, these women are encouraged to be narcissistic and self-obsessed. 0.99
00:23:07.780 They're never held to account. They're never told they're wrong. 0.99
00:23:10.060 because anyone who punishes them or contradicts them will be deemed sexist and their careers will
00:23:15.780 be over. That's how we get women helicopter pilots flying into commercial airliners. It's how we get 1.00
00:23:20.900 judges and police officers who don't understand anything about the law.
00:23:24.960 They don't pause for a second to think, am I qualified? Well, they lack any capacity for
00:23:29.960 introspection. As a result, you know, civilizational collapse. For most of human history, when someone
00:23:36.500 in your community was struggling, people stepped in to help. Families helped families. Churches
00:23:41.600 helped families. Neighbors helped neighbors. We understood that carrying one another's burdens
00:23:46.640 was part of living in a community. Somewhere along the way, we outsourced almost everything.
00:23:51.380 That's one reason I appreciate what Christian Healthcare Ministries is doing. CHM isn't health
00:23:55.960 insurance. It's a health cost-sharing ministry where Christians come together to share one
00:24:00.420 another's eligible medical bills. It's a simple idea that's been working since 1981. In fact,
00:24:05.260 CHM has satisfied 100% of every eligible medical bill that they've received.
00:24:12.760 Programs start at just $115 per person per month with added protection for catastrophic medical events.
00:24:19.000 If you're looking for an affordable biblical alternative to the way most people approach health care costs,
00:24:24.780 it's worth taking a serious look.

00:24:34.720 One of the most important investments we can make is in the people who will come after us.
00:24:40.060 That starts with giving young people the tools, knowledge, and foundation they need to lead.
00:24:44.960 Today's students are stepping into a world that looks very different from the one many of us grew up in.
00:24:49.720 They need more than just a degree.
00:24:51.100 They need the ability to think critically, the confidence to pursue their goals, and the character to lead with purpose.
00:24:56.700 That's why the kind of education students receive matters so much.
00:24:59.500 The Rake College Experience can help young people discover their strengths, develop their talents, and prepare for the responsibilities ahead.
00:25:06.420 That's exactly why I'm proud to have Grand Canyon University as a sponsor.
00:25:10.240 GCU has held tuition rates steady on a traditional campus for 17 years.
00:25:14.480 They've also continued investing in their students with 75% of their programs and facilities built within the last decade.
00:25:20.280 Whether you're pursuing a degree on campus in Phoenix or online from wherever you are,
00:25:24.920 GCU offers hundreds of programs designed to meet students where they are and help them move toward where they want to go.
00:25:31.400 More than 132,000 students have chosen Grand Canyon University because they want an education built around opportunity, leadership, and purpose.

00:25:52.140 you. This is something we have to keep in mind. Foreigners have dramatically increased their
00:25:56.540 numbers in the United States, but they still need the assistance of leftists, mostly women and 0.99
00:26:01.280 emasculated men, to get what they want. And the problem is that at the moment, they're getting
00:26:06.920 this assistance to a degree that would be comical if the impact on the country weren't so serious.
00:26:11.820 In fact, as we speak, leftists are doing their best to enable another wave of George Floyd-style
00:26:17.380 riots across the country. This is happening right now. It's all because of the death of
00:26:21.880 a lifelong felon named Corey Ruiz, who by all accounts was a degenerate and a menace to society.
00:26:28.900 Ruiz had something like 12 felony convictions dating back to 2007. Those are convictions,
00:26:35.300 not even just arrests in everything from robbery, strangulation, auto theft,
00:26:41.680 assault. As reported by Andy Ngo, Ruiz was also a deadbeat father.
00:26:47.780 I'm shocked by that. I'm surprised. You see a guy like this, you expect that he'd be
00:26:51.400 you know, married, got three kids, living at home, taking the kids to baseball practice on the
00:26:57.960 weekends. I'm shocked that he's a deadbeat dad. Who could have thought? No, apparently he owed
00:27:03.820 nearly $50,000 in child support at the time of his death. And like George Floyd, Ruiz died
00:27:09.460 doing what he loved, namely resisting arrest while committing multiple felonies.
00:27:14.860 This is from Madison, Wisconsin. Watch.
00:27:18.060 Horrifying video captured the moment a Wisconsin police officer fatally shot a man who authorities
00:27:24.360 say knifed him while resisting arrest.
00:27:27.280 The chilling cell phone video from bystander Michael Dubek starts off by showing three
00:27:31.700 cops wrestling with the suspect in the middle of an intersection in Madison.
00:27:36.180 As the man appears to collapse to the ground, one of the other officers is seen firing his
00:27:40.140 gun three times at the suspect before a witness can be heard wailing, no, in the background.
00:27:45.220 The disturbing clip appears to show blood pooling on the concrete surrounding the face-down
00:27:52.920 suspect. According to Madison Police Chief John Patterson, bystander videos, which circulated
00:27:58.900 largely across social media since the July 22nd shooting, show an incomplete perspective
00:28:04.180 of what happened.
00:28:05.180 I will say that I'm aware of cell phone video that has been shared and circulated
00:28:09.740 online depicting this incident.
00:28:12.980 I ask the community recognize that there is other video that they have not seen
00:28:20.180 that's not circulating online that will be reviewed as a part of this investigation.
00:28:25.420 Cops have been responding to calls that someone was trying to enter
00:28:28.220 parked cars in the neighborhood when the harrowing incident unfolded, Patterson said.
00:28:33.960 The suspect fled on a bike through nearby backyards in an attempt to get away
00:28:38.140 before officers intercepted him in the street.
00:28:41.300 During a brief scuffle, cops say the man then pulled out a knife
00:28:44.840 and injured the same police officer who later shot the suspect.
00:28:48.240 The officer, who was described as a veteran cop, has yet to be publicly identified.
00:28:53.680 The suspect was identified as ex-con Corey Ruiz, who later died at a local hospital.
00:28:58.920 The deadly incident has sparked fury in Madison,
00:29:01.860 with protesters taken to the streets, as well as the site of the shooting.
00:29:05.120 so to recap he was trying to break into some cars which is something he had a habit of doing then he
00:29:11.580 ran from the police and resisted arrest which he also had a habit of doing this is a career felon
00:29:17.000 who should have been rotting in a cell for the rest of his life this is a guy who's never
00:29:20.440 contributed anything worthwhile to society at any point in his life just a total drain on everybody
00:29:25.700 around him all the time um at the time of this incident he had just been released from a
00:29:30.680 correctional institution in May on extended supervision for battery on a police officer,
00:29:35.180 but he absconded. The police found him and yelled at him to drop the knife several times. They
00:29:41.060 attempted to deploy a taser. An officer's injured by a knife. The officers opened fire and retrieved
00:29:47.140 the knife from Ruiz's right hand. So this is maybe the least sympathetic case imaginable.
00:29:53.080 Yet another case where the BLM martyr did everything in his power, literally everything he possibly could, to escalate the situation until deadly force was necessary. 0.70
00:30:08.220 This was a man with a death wish, and his wish was granted. 0.87
00:30:13.420 And in a sane society, that's really all that needs to be said about it. 1.00
00:30:17.060 The degenerate, useless criminal got what he was asking for. 1.00
00:30:21.660 That's fine. 1.00
00:30:22.900 Let's move on.
00:30:24.700 Okay, that really is the only response to something like this.
00:30:26.940 That's the only rational response.
00:30:29.360 You see a video like that, like, okay, well, 1.00
00:30:32.700 total degenerate, useless criminal, 1.00
00:30:34.880 doing nothing but victimizing other people for his entire life, 1.00
00:30:38.220 never contributed anything,
00:30:40.420 constantly resisting arrest, assaulting police officers,
00:30:42.800 and finally he takes it a step too far and gets shot.
00:30:46.120 Okay.
00:30:47.280 Oh, well.
00:30:48.580 Moving on.
00:30:49.300 But instead, we're supposed to be shocked by this turn of events and pretend that some grave injustice was done.
00:30:56.620 Pretend that we're sad.
00:30:58.600 Pretend that this is something really sad.
00:31:01.340 Why is it sad, exactly?
00:31:04.600 And then we have the wailing bystanders, the bystanders who immediately conclude that this was a cold-blooded murder,
00:31:12.360 which they were going to literally no matter what happened.
00:31:15.780 It doesn't matter.
00:31:16.480 Now, I'll repeat the most important fact here
00:31:19.700 He was armed with a deadly weapon while resisting arrest
00:31:22.280 And injured an officer with that deadly weapon before he was shot
00:31:26.280 That's it
00:31:27.080 That's the end of the analysis 0.83
00:31:29.340 But, of course, none of the facts matter when there's a BLM martyr to christen
00:31:33.740 In fact, Reese's ex-girlfriend, Marjorie Ann Alomar, told NBC News
00:31:38.300 There were many other ways that he could have been subdued
00:31:40.980 Whether he had a knife or not 1.00
00:31:42.920 now you might expect uh you know that kind of brain dead legal analysis from the kind of woman 1.00
00:31:49.040 who would date a man like cory ruiz the kind of woman who spends her entire life bouncing from 0.99
00:31:55.500 one abusive deadbeat to another and yet we're supposed to see her as a victim rather than an
00:32:00.280 active participant in and cause of her own dysfunctional life the problem is that the
00:32:06.300 inane position uh miss alomar just presented is actually the official position of ruiz's defense 1.00
00:32:11.320 team, which includes a race hustler and Ben Crump disciple named the B. Ivory Lamar. And their
00:32:18.180 defense, if you can call it that, is that the officer should have kept using the taser when
00:32:23.340 Ruiz produced a knife. Nevermind the fact that he was indeed hit with a taser before he was shot
00:32:27.300 and it didn't stop him from hurting the cops with the knife. The defense's position in defiance of
00:32:35.100 all available evidence is that the taser alone would have been effective. And if the taser was
00:32:42.360 not effective, then I guess the police officers just have to get stabbed. I guess they just have
00:32:46.720 to offer themselves up to be butchered at that point. That's according to the defense attorney. 0.93
00:32:53.020 Watch. The facts are, did he make any type of aggressive movements? Did he threaten someone?
00:32:58.920 Did he threaten the officers? The answer is, I think, overwhelmingly no. I think that's what
00:33:02.840 the evidence supports. Perhaps the taser was was was reasonable. The taser was was was
00:33:08.560 reasonable. You know, she said taser, taser, taser. They used it. They didn't even wait
00:33:12.620 five seconds to see the effect that the taser had on Corey. Not five seconds. You got four
00:33:18.600 officers. You've already tased a guy. Two people at least tased them. We have to wait
00:33:23.400 on reports that confirm if there were more than two tasers, but they never even waited
00:33:28.360 to see the effect of it. Instead, they resorted to deadly force.
00:33:32.840 now i guess the idea is that as they were getting stabbed the officers were supposed to try one more
00:33:39.960 time with the taser even in the midst of actively being stabbed by a violent lunatic the officers
00:33:45.600 are supposed to refrain from using lethal force they're supposed to willingly sacrifice their
00:33:51.280 lives for the sake of keeping a criminal parasite alive that's the idea if you remember during the
00:33:57.460 2020 election they tried to run the exact same narrative with jacob blake who was shot by police 0.82
00:34:02.480 after he went into his car, grabbed a knife, and turned toward an officer. Blake had a warrant for
00:34:07.140 domestic violence at the time, and police were on the scene because a woman called 911 to report
00:34:11.340 yet another domestic incident in which Blake trespassed on her property and took her car
00:34:15.460 keys. The police tried to tase her, but it didn't work. He grabbed a knife and threatened to stab
00:34:19.880 the officers with it, and so the police defended themselves. And in response, Kamala Harris said
00:34:24.840 the police officer should be charged, and she met with Blake's family and pretended that he was
00:34:28.480 somehow a victim. Riots began almost immediately in Kenosha, destroying tens of millions of dollars
00:34:34.400 worth of property, mostly small businesses. Kyle Rittenhouse attempted to defend some of
00:34:38.400 the businesses when the mob attacked him, at which time the local government tried to ruin
00:34:42.560 his life. It was a perverse episode, by far one of the most disturbing cases in modern American
00:34:47.320 political history. And now Democrats are trying to do the exact same thing with a very similar
00:34:53.400 fake narrative once again. The protests and riots are ramping up because it's an election year and
00:34:59.340 Democrats were looking for an excuse to terrorize the public. And to that end, in addition to
00:35:03.920 swarming the streets and blocking the traffic, leftists just took over the stage at a concert
00:35:09.160 at the state capitol. Watch.
00:35:23.400 HURRY!
00:35:53.400 Again, it's very similar. As we've seen, it's very similar to 2020. The barbarians are running
00:36:08.060 rampant, shutting down everyday life because they're communists. And that's what communists 0.73
00:36:12.240 do. Bitter people who are furious that other people have normal lives and they don't. 0.91
00:36:17.220 And other people are happy and they aren't. They can't tolerate it. And weak people are giving 1.00
00:36:22.160 the communists exactly what they want. The Wisconsin Chamber Orchestra has reportedly
00:36:26.100 just canceled all the remaining concerts at the Capitol for the year because the Socialist Party
00:36:30.040 in Madison has threatened to continue terrorizing the events, which, by the way, should prompt
00:36:34.460 immediate action by the DOJ. The Wisconsin Socialist Party or DSA should be shut down
00:36:39.480 as a terrorist group and the leaders should be arrested. That's not hyperbole. It's how you need
00:36:44.120 to handle something like this. But of course, the DOJ, as usual, is doing nothing. And it's not just
00:36:50.080 happening at the Capitol, to be clear, there are plenty more videos like this. Rioters are getting
00:36:54.100 in people's faces while they're trying to eat dinner. They're shutting down small businesses
00:36:57.060 and berating customers. Running the same playbook we saw from 2020, and once again,
00:37:02.860 none of them are being rounded up and thrown in prison. You see, if you're white, then police will 0.88
00:37:07.240 arrest you for disorderly conduct when you say a bad word. But if you're a leftist, and you,
00:37:11.560 especially if you're not white, and you deliberately prevent people from going about 0.54
00:37:14.880 their lives, harassing and accosting people and screaming at them, nothing will happen to you.
00:37:20.880 Recently, our company's softball team lost the big game by one run.
00:37:25.180 Then Dale tried to console us with the quote,
00:37:27.580 winning isn't everything.
00:37:29.460 Well, Dale and I are very different.
00:37:33.140 I get early payout from Bet365.

00:37:50.820 Just the other day, a deranged BLM leftist 0.94
00:37:52.840 hijacked a press conference that was being run 0.59
00:37:54.800 by the police chief of the Madison Police Department,
00:37:58.420 John Patterson.
00:37:59.620 He threatened several people in attendance.
00:38:01.660 One protester held a sign saying, 1.00
00:38:03.720 corrupt cops deserve to die too. 1.00
00:38:07.020 The main agitator was screaming the entire time 1.00
00:38:08.820 about capitalism and Zionism and so on.
00:38:11.840 But the activist wasn't even detained, much less arrested.
00:38:15.220 his skin was too dark for disorderly conduct laws to apply to him apparently and instead the police 0.93
00:38:23.020 chief kept apologizing to the man and called him his friend it's one of the most pathetic displays 0.86
00:38:28.340 you'll ever see from american law enforcement every single one of these officers should be
00:38:31.520 terminated watch theness of trust in the city right now did not start well we just shut this
00:38:38.200 down you can stop talking because we don't want to hear anything you've been saying you're going 0.99

00:39:12.220 this oh you don't get to talk i said right go ahead let's go step aside that's right oh give me this
00:39:19.900 microphone then excuse me that's right my name is carlos i represent aptap all power to all people

00:40:09.500 mother hands with no imperialist I don't do that you get your you're in my space right now too now
00:40:16.280 I'm going back up right here and if you keep walking up on me I'm gonna show you what I'm
00:40:20.900 talking about
00:40:32.300 No, we ain't running it like that.
00:40:34.160 Let the police chief,
00:40:35.080 then at least continue on with what you gotta say,
00:40:37.660 and please respond to any questions that is asked
00:40:39.820 when you open the floor.
00:40:41.200 Okay, I can't even watch any more of this. 1.00
00:40:46.840 Just, okay, tase his dumb ass 1.00
00:40:49.380 and drag him out of there. 1.00
00:40:51.920 Tase his dumb ass, drag him out, 1.00
00:40:53.960 throw him in the gutter. 1.00
00:40:55.740 Okay, like, you know, like the old, like, cartoons,
00:40:58.600 or what was it, like, Fresh Prince of Bel-Air.
00:41:00.900 Just toss him out.
00:41:04.160 What was it?
00:41:04.880 Jazzy Jeff getting tossed out of Will Smith's uncle's house.
00:41:08.680 The guy even looked like Jazzy Jeff a little bit.
00:41:12.060 Just throw him out like a rag doll into the gutter. 1.00
00:41:17.180 That's what you do. 0.96
00:41:18.100 That's how you handle these people.
00:41:20.640 Instead, what do they do? 1.00
00:41:21.560 They move aside and listen to this moron babbling. 1.00
00:41:27.900 Nothing he's saying makes any babbling about colonialism and Zionism total abject, indefensible cowardice. 1.00
00:41:39.140 Imagine having so little respect for yourself, your job, your community, or your oath.
00:41:45.460 All of it.
00:41:47.220 Just a total humiliation ritual. 0.96
00:41:50.140 Some deranged bum just pushed the chief of police aside at his own press conference. 0.76
00:41:54.760 and the chief of police just moves timidly to the side. Okay, I'm sorry. Yes, no, no, continue. 0.72
00:42:04.680 Continue with your schizophrenic babbling. We're all very interested. 0.97
00:42:09.160 That's not disorderly conduct, by the way. Again, not to belabor the point. Disorderly conduct is,
00:42:15.560 is, you know, in a playground where there's like nobody else around and saying a bad word and while
00:42:20.040 you're trying to walk away. That's disorderly conduct. But shutting down a police chief's
00:42:24.760 press conference with a sign that says cops deserve to die. No, no, that's not disorderly 0.92
00:42:31.960 at all. And it's certainly not threatening. And why is this happening? Well, because obviously
00:42:39.360 the bum is black and the chief police's wife, white, because the Democrat party needs another 0.99
00:42:46.020 excuse to riot and intimidate American citizens with less than 100 days to go until the midterm 1.00
00:42:52.460 election, midterm election. So will it work again? Probably it will. Actually, it'll probably be more
00:42:58.900 effective this time as Democrats attempt to get another slate of socialists elected in positions
00:43:03.360 of power. This time they're using the same tactics to get even more anti-American candidates in
00:43:08.320 office. Take a look at this footage, which was shot by Laura Schultz with the journal Sentinel
00:43:13.780 in Milwaukee. You can see the footage here. This is Corey Ruiz Square, which is how communists are
00:43:21.380 marking the spot where their latest martyr was killed by the police. Their newest autonomous 0.53
00:43:27.360 zone, just like we're back in 2020. Time is a flat circle, like Matthew McConaughey said.
00:43:35.180 We can never move on. We're always just cycling back to the same things over and over and over
00:43:40.720 again. Another autonomous square. Another thing that could be shut down in five seconds. No
00:43:45.480 problem. No problem. They refuse to. We got the mattresses, the tents, the chalk. They're
00:43:52.000 playing hopscotch on the ground with the chalk. It's a total dump. Perfect illustration of what
00:43:58.660 these people will do to anything they govern. They're even setting up barricades to prevent
00:44:04.440 people from entering unless, you know, well, unless they're emitting a sufficient amount of
00:44:08.180 body odor. That's how they, you know, they just take a sniff under the pits to see if you belong
00:44:12.940 there or not. Got to keep the stench at just the right levels or else really there's no point.
00:44:19.000 Hopefully you're not expecting an ambulance to get to you in time or to save your loved one who's
00:44:23.500 having a heart attack or cross town or something. These adult children have decided to shut down
00:44:28.360 the road and nobody's stopping them. This illegal blockade has been erected in a state representative
00:44:35.880 Francesca Hong's district, which isn't surprising because Francesca Hong is a socialist who wants 0.54
00:44:41.920 to destroy the United States. And right now she has a very real chance of becoming Wisconsin's
00:44:45.680 next governor. This is one New York Times quote, the race for governor is crowded with five 0.99
00:44:50.140 candidates vying for the Democratic nomination. With less than three weeks to go before the
00:44:54.120 election day, the field is still in flux. An establishment front runner left the race this
00:44:59.020 month after discovering campaign finance problems. And another candidate dropped out only to jump
00:45:03.940 back in to receive a late endorsement from Mr. Evers. Then there's Miss Francesca Hong, who has
00:45:09.400 hurtled to the front of Democratic PAC in polls with a platform that includes increasing the
00:45:13.000 minimum wage to $20 an hour, allowing local governments to raise income taxes on high earners
00:45:18.220 and putting a freeze on the construction of new data centers. What could go wrong? Just force
00:45:24.680 businesses to pay higher wages to people who don't deserve them? Tax the productive people
00:45:30.120 until they flee the state and for good measure shut down the data centers completely. I mean,
00:45:37.120 this is a side note, but, you know, the whole data center debate, as we've discussed, has
00:45:40.480 completely lost all nuance, of course. There are serious criticisms and concerns related to the
00:45:47.820 data centers, which we've outlined, just as like there are plenty of serious criticisms and concerns
00:45:51.940 related to AI generally, which we've discussed many times. But that doesn't mean that we should
00:45:57.160 just abolish AI outright, nor can we, or ban literally all data centers across the board.
00:46:03.780 And keep in mind that many of the data center hazards you see on TikTok, data centers turning
00:46:08.140 people's water orange or whatever, a lot of that stuff is completely fabricated.
00:46:14.300 And meanwhile, people have no problem with cell towers that emit massive amounts of radiation,
00:46:18.640 which is interesting. Put simply, Francesca Hong, like every other communist, 0.61
00:46:22.560 wants to sabotage the United States. And she's happy to take advantage of every mass hysterical 0.78
00:46:27.160 and every false narrative in order to achieve that end. So she'll jump on the hysteria over 0.95
00:46:31.640 data centers, just like she'll push the false narrative about Corey Ruiz or anything else. 0.51
00:46:35.880 Democrats are intent on bringing back the greatest hits of the BLM summer of 2020,
00:46:40.680 except this time they've come prepared with candidates who are far more intelligent,
00:46:45.300 you know, relatively speaking, and therefore more dangerous than Kamala Harris or Joe Biden.
00:46:52.060 For all their many faults, Kamala Harris and Joe Biden wore at least empty suits. You know,
00:46:57.160 they didn't have the mental competence to actually do anything. So they let deep state bureaucrats
00:47:01.280 run the government and the secret service, which incidentally allowed Donald Trump to get shot in
00:47:05.880 the head right before he was nominated. Now, was that a catastrophe for the country? Yes, it was.
00:47:11.400 But the current crop of Democrats running across the country right now are much worse.
00:47:16.480 And it's not even close. I mean, unlike Kamala, these people aren't running for office so they
00:47:22.120 can just hang out with Queen Latifah while their underlings run rampant. These people are running
00:47:27.620 for office so they can dismantle the United States piece by piece until there's nothing left. And
00:47:32.160 they're very explicit about that. And they're smart enough to know that most Americans don't
00:47:38.920 support them, which is why they won't stop with Shiloh Hendricks. They understand that the First
00:47:42.460 Amendment poses the greatest threat to their ambitions, with the Second Amendment close behind
00:47:50.140 it. And that's why the Shiloh Hendricks case is the most important free speech case of the
00:47:54.800 generation. It's why we need to overturn it and begin civil rights investigations into everybody
00:47:59.840 responsible. As events in Minnesota and Wisconsin have now demonstrated, the left is now fully
00:48:04.880 committed to destroying their political opponents as quickly and ruthlessly and efficiently as
00:48:10.640 possible. While we still have control over the government, allegedly, we have no choice but to
00:48:17.380 respond in kind. When the chief of police is surrendering on camera to a raving lunatic 0.91
00:48:23.440 because of his skin color, it's time for the federal government to step in, to assume control,
00:48:30.200 to shut down the socialist parties that are engaging in domestic terrorism, and to ensure 0.65
00:48:34.760 that the civil liberties of every American are protected. Wisconsin and Minnesota have made it
00:48:40.020 clear that they need some adult supervision. And for once in the modern history of the conservative
00:48:46.120 movement, we should give it to them. That'll do it for the show today. Thanks for watching.
00:48:51.860 Thanks for listening. Talk to you tomorrow. Have a great day. Godspeed.
00:49:16.120 cabin in the Bible. Their father admired the country's leaders. They were patriotic and happy.
00:49:22.300 Both sons went to universities where they were radicalized. One of the brothers read a book
00:49:26.960 and convinced him to try to shoot the country's leader. He was hanged. The other brother read the
00:49:32.460 same books but decided to lead a movement. First they came from the universities. No one seemed
00:49:37.940 to care. Then they took over the unions. And again, no one seemed to care. Then they created
00:49:42.320 their own media organizations and took over the cities and again most people just ignored it
00:49:47.440 change after all was something they could believe in until it was too late sound familiar
00:49:53.520 this is the real history of communism the russian revolution
