00:03:58.560shooting obviously stubblefield clearly posed an imminent threat of serious bodily injury or
00:04:04.920death of the officer he received multiple warnings and lawful commands he ignored every single one
00:04:11.120of them. Instead, he charged towards a police officer with his fist clenched that he had
00:04:17.180already thrown to the ground after already endangering the public by colliding into
00:04:20.820multiple vehicles while driving drunk. This is yet another example out of countless others of
00:04:25.640a suspect, very often a black male, who did literally every single thing in his power
00:04:31.400every step of the way to escalate an interaction with a police officer into a deadly confrontation.
00:04:37.460Okay, this was someone absolutely determined to turn what could have been a comparatively minor DUI charge, if you can call such a thing minor, into a life or death struggle.
00:04:50.080And the thing about a life or death struggle with police is that you will always lose 100% of the time, one way or another, you will lose.
00:05:04.120Now, the fact that the cop was armed while Stubblefield was unarmed at that particular moment doesn't change the fact that Stubblefield posed an imminent threat to the officer's life.
00:05:14.520A gun isn't useful anymore if somebody jumps on you and beats you and takes it.
00:05:20.660And very clearly, that's what Stubblefield was trying to do to this officer.

00:06:13.300option is that is to just allow this to turn into hand-to-hand combat over the gun. So in that
00:06:22.340situation, the cop has two choices, either shoot the guy or engage in hand-to-hand combat over the
00:06:27.440gun with the guy. Does any reasonable person think that it's the officer's obligation to choose the
00:06:34.560latter? Does anyone think that that's, when you're out in public with other people around, is that
00:06:39.060the most responsible thing? Is that the most ethical thing, the most moral thing? Obviously
00:06:43.880not. For your sake and the sake of everybody around you and the public, you have no choice
00:06:49.980but to neutralize this threat now you also have to wonder how stubblefield must act towards other
00:06:57.740people in his life if this is how he acts towards an armed police officer pointing a gun at his
00:07:02.520chest this is very clearly a volatile unhinged human being we see this kind of thing so often
00:07:10.400that we become inevitably desensitized to it but it's worth pausing to reflect on this fact a little
00:07:16.300but Stubblefield was charging towards an officer, an armed officer with a gun pointed at him.
00:07:23.320Okay, the level of suicidal rage and aggression and violence necessary to do something like that,
00:07:30.280to completely override what should be just like your base level self-preservation instinct

00:08:28.020towards him and threatening to beat him, Officer Neely is now facing the prospect of spending
00:08:33.620the rest of his life, or at least a very large portion of his life, in prison. Now, this is a
00:08:40.020case that should be national news. If we had a worthwhile media in this country, every single
00:08:45.180one of them would be leading with this story. But as it stands, from what I can tell, only local
00:08:50.580news stations are covering the indictment. And predictably, they're not covering the absurdity
00:08:54.920of charging a police officer with murder for defending himself. Instead, they're running
00:09:00.300puff pieces where they speak to Stubblefield's family about what a great father he supposedly
00:09:05.700is. You know, because nothing says great father like driving drunk, armed, with blood alcohol
00:09:11.800three times the legal limit, and then trying to fight the cops. Yeah, must have been a great dad,

00:15:36.040family? Why don't we get his side of the story? Is the cop a good dad? Like, does he have kids?

00:15:46.880have friends? Is he a good person? Are we going to hear about the cop's favorite color? All the

00:15:57.380to walk on. What about that? Well, instead, shockingly enough, we learned that Stubblefield's
00:16:05.140son was ignored when he pleaded with the cop to chill. So, uh, the wife really can't comprehend
00:16:12.640that one. Why on earth would the cop not listen to her son and allow this violent thug to beat
00:16:18.540him in the street? It's a real mystery. After all, on their first day at the academy, every cop is
00:16:23.780taught that when a random bystander tells you to chill, then you need to lay down your weapon and
00:16:29.520just take whatever beating is coming. Textbook police procedure. Try to comprehend the gall
00:16:36.140that these people have in order to run this playbook when the shooting is on video. The
00:16:41.040family, the media, all of them. It's almost unbelievable. And we can't forget the new DA,

00:16:58.060wanted the visual. Amy Padden, of course, is a leftist white woman with the important lady
00:17:02.700glasses who believes in racial equity and social justice and all the rest of it. She's endorsed by
00:17:07.580communists, including Bernie Sanders, for obvious reasons. Amy Patton's objective is anarcho-tyranny
00:17:13.940where she lets black criminals out of prison and spends most of her time prosecuting police
00:17:18.080officers and other white people who attempt to maintain law and order. Just to make sure I wasn't
00:17:22.900missing anything, I pulled up the grand jury indictment in this case. This is the document
00:17:27.140the prosecutors drafted and the grand jury signed off on. I wanted to see if there was some actual
00:17:31.740evidence that this police officer had committed murder, but there's nothing there. The officer
00:17:36.560told investigators that he thought Stubblefield was going to assault him and take his firearm,
00:17:40.440which was obviously a reasonable assumption from that footage. He stated he didn't have a taser at
00:17:47.640the time and he didn't believe pepper spray would be effective because it would incapacitate both of
00:17:51.540them. Again, reasonable point, right? And then there's this, quote, at one point, the officer
00:17:57.200attempted to holster his pistol so that he could transition to his retractable baton, less lethal
00:18:02.360device, but he was unable to get the pistol in his holster. Defendant spent approximately seven
00:18:06.520seconds trying to holster his weapon, but he was not successful in doing so. Stubblefield never
00:18:11.140verbally threatened to harm defendant, nor met any overt acts to disarm the officer or to rearm
00:18:16.280himself. Well, that last part is a flat out lie. If you square up in a boxer stance and say,
00:18:23.300you ready for this over and over again, you're obviously making a verbal threat to harm someone.
00:18:28.560So they're just flat out lying, saying he never made a threat.
00:18:31.980Yes, he did. We all heard it. You heard it on the video.

00:19:15.160in a grand jury proceeding, the defense doesn't get the opportunity to say anything.
00:19:18.660They're not invited. So the prosecutor is free to lie about whatever she wants. And in this case,
00:19:25.060Patton's gambit is to say whatever she needs to say to get this white male police officer in front of a Colorado jury.
00:19:33.880And she knows that at that point, all bets are off.
00:19:37.580I mean, even if she has no case and she doesn't, she could very well still send this innocent man to prison for life.

00:21:20.540the thing is, as long as the officer's handgun wasn't holstered, for whatever reason,
00:21:24.200there's a real threat this guy could take the handgun if he closed the distance. Even if it
00:21:27.960was in the holster, he could still take it. And that's the whole point. The officer's inability
00:21:32.220to holster his firearm under the stress of the situation does not give a criminal license
00:21:36.460to charge towards him and potentially take his firearm. And talking about these cases as though
00:21:42.940the suspect, the criminal has zero responsibility, the way the family and the media talks about this
00:21:49.220guy, just like in all of these cases, no responsibility. So we have, there's zero onus
00:21:55.020on him. He is allowed to escalate, escalate, escalate every step of the way. And the onus
00:25:28.660Yes, the only reason Stubblefield reacted the way he did was that he was confused about what the officer wanted him to do.
00:25:33.740Sure, you know, the officer did say multiple times, get on the ground, get your hands up, etc.
00:25:41.040The officer did give clear instructions to this guy multiple times.
00:25:46.320But still, Stubblefield was perplexed.
00:25:49.360The officer needed to be even more clear.
00:25:51.100And because the officer wasn't more clear, Stubblefield did the only reasonable thing with the limited information available to him, which is he tried to beat the officer to pulp and steal his gun.

00:26:07.020Right, because if a cop is trying to detain you and you're confused about what they want you to do, even though they're saying, get on the ground, put your hands up, get on the ground, put your hands up, get on the ground, get on the ground.

00:26:28.480But, but if you're confused, then, uh, then I guess you have license to just, uh, beat the hell
00:26:33.400out of the cop. That that's what the, that's what the, the DA is saying. This is a case for the
00:26:40.480department of justice to look into immediately. It's one of the most egregious cases of misconduct
00:26:44.860by a prosecutor we've ever seen. And that, I mean, that's really saying something. This DA needs to
00:26:49.900be removed from office in handcuffs. I mean, at what point are we going to have enough of this?
00:26:54.420There is no universe in which this indictment should stand. We have basic human rights in
00:26:59.120this country, or at least we should. We cannot stand by and just allow a psychotic evil DA to
00:27:04.940railroad an innocent man and ruin his life. His human rights are being violated at the most

00:27:17.340even by their standards. It's a sign of a really a new strategy in their war on body cams, which

00:27:40.080has a very real chance of success. Recently, we talked about how leftists in Madison, Wisconsin
00:27:46.020have done a rather comical 180 on the use of police body cams. First, BLM activists in Madison
00:27:52.240said body cams were racist because they might disproportionately affect minority communities,
00:27:56.600meaning they'd record Black people committing crimes, and Black people commit crimes at a
00:28:00.980disproportionate amount, so therefore they're going to be disproportionately recorded. So the
00:28:04.980body cams should be banned completely, is what they said and what they did. But now those same
00:28:09.960BLM activists are furious because there's no body cam footage of a recent police shooting
00:28:14.000involving a degenerate, lifelong black felon named Corey Ruiz.
00:28:18.220Leftists were convinced that the footage would show some kind of police misconduct,
00:28:21.620which would allow them to instigate a new wave of all-important riots in an election year.

Now, according to left-wing activists in July, Rashaun was out for a walk with a 15-year-old friend at 2.45 a.m., right? Perfectly normal time to go for a walk.
00:35:00.540Obviously, kids, they weren't up to anything illegal.
00:35:03.000They were just going for a walk, just going for a stroll.
00:35:05.580And then the police, out of nowhere, attacked them.
00:35:08.700The police used racial slurs, supposedly, and beat the children for no reason.
00:35:14.400All because they had jaywalked, right?
00:35:31.760So football player and 14-year-old student Rayshawn Knight was walking with one of his friends when JSO officers decided to stop the two boys for so-called jaywalking.
00:35:40.920Officers then began to harass the boys, trying to accuse them of messing with cars and weapons possession.
00:35:46.500Now, according to Rayshawn's mom, officers then proceeded to call the boys racial slurs before beating them.
00:35:52.160And during the incident, JSO officers stomped on Rayshawn's ribs, beat him, and then sick their dogs onto him.
00:35:58.460Now, Rayshawn was bitten on the arms, legs, and neck, and his injuries were so severe that he had to go to UF Health to be treated.
00:36:04.640He was then transferred and is now being held at the Duval Juvenile Detention Center, despite having done nothing wrong other than going on a walk with one of his friends.
00:36:13.300Now, oftentimes, young black boys are caught in the wrong place at the wrong time simply because of trigger-happy, brutalizing JSO officers.

00:37:59.960officers should be indicted, their lives should be ruined. And of course, the kid's family deserves
00:38:03.560a massive payout from the city because he's so traumatized. So traumatized. Well, the problem
00:38:11.560is every aspect of what you just heard is fake. It's all made up. They just make things up. That's
00:38:18.520what these people do. They just make things up. They just simply lie about everything all the
00:38:22.940time. First of all, Rashawn Knight and his friends were not jaywalking, nor did the police suspect
00:38:29.200that they were jaywalking. They were actually suspected of breaking into cars and residents
00:38:35.380called 911 because when a couple of black teenagers are out wandering the streets at
00:38:40.500three in the morning, it's almost certain that they are committing crimes. Okay. Call me this
00:38:49.340racial profiling. Go ahead. Can you give me one real example that you've ever heard of in your
00:38:55.540life of a 14-year-old black kid out at 3 a.m. for an innocent reason? Oh, just going for a walk.
00:39:06.800Yeah, his friends called him up. His friends called him up at 2 in the morning and said,
00:39:10.040hey, you want to go for a walk? I just need to get some fresh air. I got a lot on my mind. I
00:39:14.480got to clear my mind. Let's go for a walk at 2 a.m., 3 a.m. But even if you buy that that's
00:39:22.300plausible, that you could have 14, 15-year-old black kids in the city going for a walk at 3 a.m.,
00:39:27.520that doesn't even matter because that's not what was happening here. They were actually suspected
00:39:31.180of breaking into cars. There's like a specific crime that they were reasonably suspected of
00:39:35.800committing, and it was that. But we're supposed to pretend that we don't realize all of this,
00:39:44.260Now, when the police arrived on the scene, officers caught the teens in the act of breaking into a vehicle.
00:39:49.660OK, so they again, pretty they had every reason to suspect that these kids break into vehicles because they caught them in the act of doing that.

00:58:01.780At the most recent village council meeting, Monday, April 21st, the group approved a resolution that allows the village to charge for public records requests of video footage from the Yellow Springs Police Department's body-worn camera and police cruiser.
00:58:13.200dash cameras. According to the resolution, the village will charge $75 per hour of video produced
00:58:19.360not exceeding a total of $750 for each recorded video. So if there's an incident in Yellow Springs
00:58:26.780and a YouTube channel wants to collect the body cam footage from multiple officers, they might
00:58:31.900end up paying thousands of dollars all without knowing if the footage is actually newsworthy.
00:58:36.900For example, if a channel requests all the body cam footage from three officers on the scene,
00:58:41.480the police department could produce the officer's body cams from the entire shift and demand more
00:58:47.940than $2,000. This is obviously an effort to prevent the public from accessing information

00:59:27.140and HB 3524 would have limited access by changing which officers require body cams or changing
00:59:33.780requirements to have body cams turned on while on duty. Other bills, HB 3515, HB 3380, and SB 1796
00:59:41.220under Senate Amendment 1 were broader. They would have targeted the requester and the requesting
00:59:45.960process, limiting either the circumstances for accessing body cam footage, who can access it,
00:59:51.820or both. Now, again, this is just one state. The same thing is probably happening where you live.
