00:00:00.000 Today on The Matt Wall Show, after overcoming the coronavirus, Trump tells Americans not to be
00:00:04.520 afraid of the virus and not to let it dominate our lives. The media doesn't like this message
00:00:09.600 very much, but it's exactly what people need to hear, I think. And my own personal
00:00:13.680 recent experience proves it. I'll explain why. Also, five headlines, including more stunning
00:00:19.100 revelations from the Melania tapes, only they aren't the sort of revelations that the left
00:00:24.020 wants. And in our daily cancellation, we'll talk about the not at all shocking conclusion
00:00:28.020 to the Althea Bernstein alleged hate crime case. That's a case that we've been following on this
00:00:32.840 show. It has come to a conclusion. You're never going to guess. We'll talk about all of that on
00:00:38.160 the way and much more. But first, you know, I've been telling you about our friends at Rock Auto
00:00:41.880 for a long time and for good reason. Everyone has car related expenses that pop up. Everyone is
00:00:46.980 looking for the easiest and most affordable options to deal with that. And rockauto.com
00:00:51.660 is that option. I'm telling you, you just have to give it a try. Rockauto.com is always going to be
00:00:56.740 so much easier and ultimately faster than walking into a store. You know, if you have someone
00:01:00.700 demanding quick answers to questions about your car, you might not know the answers to the
00:01:04.680 questions. And they usually, they just have to order the part online anyway, because there are
00:01:08.600 so many types of cars, it's impossible to keep them all stock. You have access to rockauto.com at
00:01:13.860 your desk, in your pocket, which means in a certain sense, you can fit more parts, auto parts in your
00:01:19.320 pocket than the store can in the whole building because you got your phone there. Rockauto.com offers the
00:01:24.060 lowest prices possible rather than changing prices based on, you know, what they think they can
00:01:28.620 charge you. Go to rockauto.com to shop for auto and body parts from hundreds of manufacturers. Best of
00:01:33.600 all, prices at rockauto.com, cannot stress this enough, are always reliably low. And they're the
00:01:39.140 same, no matter if you're a professional or do-it-yourselfer. Why spend up to twice as much
00:01:43.080 for the same parts? There's no reason to. The rockauto.com catalog is unique and easy to navigate.
00:01:49.160 You can quickly see all the parts available for your car or truck, and you can choose the brand,
00:01:53.580 specifications, whatever you want, that you prefer. Amazing selection, reliably low prices. All the
00:01:59.120 parts your car will ever need, go to rockauto.com. Rockauto.com right now. See all the parts available
00:02:04.800 for your car or truck, and remember to write Walsh in their How Did You Hear About Us box so that they
00:02:09.540 know that we sent you. Okay, well, Donald Trump returned from the hospital after three days being
00:02:17.640 treated for the coronavirus. I don't know if you heard about that, by the way. Donald Trump had the
00:02:21.600 coronavirus, sort of a fringe news event, modestly reported. In any case, he returned. And from the
00:02:28.160 reaction on the part of the left-wing media, you'd almost think that they were, I don't know, upset
00:02:34.480 that the president of the United States recovered from his illness. There certainly wasn't much in
00:02:38.900 the way of relief, much less celebration upon his return. Instead, there was a lot of stuff like this.
00:02:46.100 This is from Chris Cuomo on CNN, very angry that Trump appeared on the balcony after returning home
00:02:52.580 to wave to the crowd. Here's what Cuomo had to say. He didn't just walk into the White House one time
00:02:57.700 with no masks tonight. He had his video crew capture that stupid scene again so he could put out
00:03:02.880 propaganda, fronting a lie to his people. Once again, just like, don't worry about the mask. Now he
00:03:09.240 says, don't worry about COVID. Don't let it control your life. Just propaganda. That's all it is. I know
00:03:18.900 this sound to it. I'm not going to play it for you. Why should I? How much bullshit do you need in your
00:03:24.320 life? Now, this, of course, is coming from the guy who had COVID himself and claimed he was quarantined
00:03:30.360 in his basement but was apparently gallivanting around town. Cuomo is, you know, worried about
00:03:35.800 propaganda and lies and BS, as he eloquently puts it. But he's also the person who staged his own
00:03:43.120 re-emergence from quarantine, filmed it for TV, even though he'd already been out of quarantine,
00:03:48.500 apparently. And as a side note to that, the funniest thing about that stunt from Cuomo,
00:03:53.000 if you remember that video, was the visible ambivalence from his wife and children about
00:03:58.680 the fact that dad had escaped from the basement. They didn't seem very happy to have him up there.
00:04:02.320 Maybe they were ambivalent more about the phony pageantry than anything else, but still,
00:04:06.820 it was pretty funny. So that's Cuomo. That's what he has to say. The media reaction, though,
00:04:11.580 got a lot more unhinged than that. And we're not going to waste time showing a million examples.
00:04:16.300 You can kind of imagine. Just one more. This is from Maureen Dowd. She says, when Trump walked
00:04:21.460 through the doors, Walter Reed had a stellar reputation. That's the hospital Trump was being
00:04:25.440 treated at. As he walks out 72 hours later, its reputation is in tatters. There's nothing Trump
00:04:32.940 can't ruin, she says. Its reputation is in tatters because it successfully treated the president of
00:04:38.460 the United States and got him on his way and back home in three days? That's going to ruin their
00:04:43.240 reputation? Jennifer Rubin, a professional insane person, now wants Walter Reed to be defunded,
00:04:49.820 she says. Defunded for committing the crime of helping the president not die from the coronavirus.
00:04:57.040 As I said, it's almost as if these people are unhappy that Donald Trump recovered. You'd be
00:05:02.120 forgiven for arriving at that conclusion, is all I'm saying. Now, Trump himself had a message for
00:05:06.820 the people upon his return to the land of the living. And I thought his message was better than
00:05:12.240 what we're getting from the media. Here's what he had to say.
00:05:13.820 I just left Walter Reed Medical Center and it's really something very special. The doctors,
00:05:20.960 the nurses, the first responders. And I learned so much about coronavirus. And one thing that's
00:05:28.060 for certain, don't let it dominate you. Don't be afraid of it. You're going to beat it. We have the
00:05:35.060 best medical equipment, we have the best medicines, all developed recently. And you're going to beat it.
00:05:41.740 I went, I didn't feel so good. And two days ago, I could have left two days ago. Two days ago,
00:05:46.840 I felt great, like better than I have in a long time. I said just recently, better than 20 years
00:05:52.060 ago. Don't let it dominate. Don't let it take over your lives. Don't let that happen. We have the
00:05:58.240 greatest country in the world. We're going back. We're going back to work. We're going to be out front
00:06:02.860 as your leader. I had to do that. I knew there's danger to it, but I had to do it. I stood out front.
00:06:08.900 I led. Nobody that's a leader would not do what I did. And I know there's a risk. There's a danger,
00:06:16.840 but that's okay. And now I'm better. And maybe I'm immune. I don't know. But don't let it dominate
00:06:23.040 your lives. Get out there. Be careful. We have the best medicines in the world. And it all happened
00:06:29.280 very shortly. And they're all getting approved. And the vaccines are coming momentarily. Thank
00:06:35.420 you very much. And Walter Reed, what a group of people. Thank you very much.
00:06:39.820 Now, he reiterated this main point in a tweet saying, I'll be leaving the great Walter Reed
00:06:44.380 Medical Center today at 6.30 p.m. feeling really good. Don't be afraid of COVID. Don't let it
00:06:48.300 dominate your life. We have developed under the Trump administration some really great drugs and
00:06:52.320 knowledge. I feel better than I did 20 years ago. Okay. So that's been his message. Don't be afraid.
00:06:57.440 Don't let it dominate your life. Now, I'm not going to be the guy to sit here and tell you
00:07:02.060 that the White House's response to Trump's COVID diagnosis has been brilliant or even vaguely
00:07:07.680 competent or coherent even. But this messaging right here, okay, these two sentences are absolutely
00:07:14.700 what Trump should be saying and what all of our leaders, if they actually care about leading,
00:07:19.560 should be saying. Don't be afraid. Don't let it dominate your life. Live your life. Live like a
00:07:25.980 normal human being. Maintain your dignity and your sanity or reclaim them if you've already
00:07:30.520 forfeited them. This is the message that Trump should carry into the election. Don't be afraid.
00:07:35.740 We used to want our leaders to say stuff like that. Don't be afraid. This is a message that is
00:07:42.380 especially necessary now as states like New York contemplate going back into lockdown mode,
00:07:47.760 though they never really left lockdown mode in the first place. Yesterday, Governor Cuomo of New York
00:07:52.420 held a press conference where he specifically threatened to close down religious institutions
00:07:57.640 if they don't bend to his will. Listen to this.
00:08:01.180 If we're going to keep religious institutions open, it can only be with two conditions.
00:08:11.420 One, the community must agree. Whether it's the Jewish community, whether we're talking about
00:08:22.700 black churches, whether we're talking about Roman Catholic churches, the religious community
00:08:28.560 has to agree to the rules. And they have to agree that they are going to follow the rules.
00:08:36.020 And they have to agree that they are going to be a full partner in the enforcement of the rules.
00:08:44.400 That's condition one. I'm going to meet with members of the ultra-Orthodox community tomorrow.
00:08:51.020 I want to have that conversation directly myself. This cannot happen again.
00:08:56.900 If you do not agree to enforce the rules, then we'll close the institutions down.
00:09:06.680 I am prepared to do that.
00:09:08.280 Cuomo, of course, continuing to operate on the premise that the First Amendment isn't a thing.
00:09:13.880 The First Amendment doesn't exist. Or it does exist, but it's automatically neutralized,
00:09:18.820 null and void, whenever people are scared of getting sick. But, you know, as some of us have
00:09:23.200 been arguing for months, that is not actually how the Constitution works. The unless people are
00:09:28.800 scared of getting sick clause is not written anywhere in the document. And though I haven't
00:09:33.720 checked, I'm assuming it wasn't written in invisible ink either. You know, maybe you need
00:09:37.740 a special decoder ring or something that you find at the bottom of a Cracker Jack box to see it. But
00:09:42.620 I tend to doubt that theory. You know, and this has made all the more unconstitutional,
00:09:48.480 blatantly, absurdly unconstitutional. When you consider that religious institutions are
00:09:53.020 being specially targeted as mass gatherings, while the mass gatherings of BLM supporters
00:09:59.280 are ignored or even encouraged by these very same leaders. You know, we damn sure haven't
00:10:06.160 heard Cuomo or any other Democrat governor threaten to close down BLM protests. Have you
00:10:11.320 heard them say that? No. If they did, all the people cheering for the forcible shuttering of
00:10:16.800 churches would suddenly discover a renewed love of the First Amendment. Of that, we can be sure.
00:10:20.940 Now, why is this being tolerated? Well, because of fear. Trump is right. People are terrified. And
00:10:29.180 fear is irrational. It is always irrational to some extent. In this case, a very great extent.
00:10:34.720 We can see the evidence of irrational fear. You know, we could see it plain as day because people
00:10:39.040 wear it on their faces. Even as the WHO announces, as it did this week, the World Health Organization,
00:10:44.560 that 10% of the world's population may have already been infected by the virus, making the already low
00:10:50.320 mortality rate much, much lower still. Even as this additional evidence emerges that the virus is
00:10:56.180 not as deadly as we were first told. Still, masks seem to be becoming only more common, not less.
00:11:04.580 It's not that every person who wears a mask is scared. You know, I wear them when I go to the
00:11:08.500 grocery store because they won't let me in the building unless I do. And I need groceries. But it
00:11:14.480 seems many Americans are getting comfortable with them. You know, just wearing them all the time,
00:11:18.700 often for no discernible reason. The polls do reflect this. A National Geographic poll released
00:11:23.420 today finds that 92% of Americans say they wear a mask when they leave their home. 74% say they
00:11:30.780 always do. Always wear a mask when they leave their home. Now, this poll is somewhat vague and leaves
00:11:37.940 open some questions. You know, when they say they always wear masks when they leave their home, do they
00:11:43.040 mean they put it on when they exit their front door and don't take it off until they walk back in it?
00:11:47.380 So like in the car, walking on the sidewalk, etc., walking down their driveway, they wear masks for
00:11:53.600 that too? I don't know. And how many of the 92% or the 74% are doing this because they want to? And
00:12:00.300 how many are forced to by local ordinances? We don't know exactly, but anecdotal evidence suggests that
00:12:05.780 a certain significant portion of Americans do in fact, by choice, eagerly and willingly wear a mask
00:12:13.260 mask literally everywhere they go now. I have noticed this myself. In the last two weeks, I've
00:12:18.360 taken my family to the beach and up into the mountains on different days. We've been doing a
00:12:23.540 lot of driving, mainly because we need to get out of the house for showings and inspections and things
00:12:27.400 as we prepare to make the move to Nashville. So we've been going all over the place. But I can report
00:12:32.440 that in both places, on the beach and up in the mountains, 600 miles apart, I saw plenty of people
00:12:38.300 wearing masks. And I just want to emphasize so you understand, we were hiking on a mountain
00:12:43.320 in the woods. And there were people in the woods hiking with surgical masks on. Who are they worried
00:12:50.660 about infecting or getting infected by? The trees? A squirrel? Me? Well, I never came within 30 yards
00:12:56.020 of these people. Like I said, the woods are a pretty big place. You can easily maintain a very comfortable
00:13:02.420 distance from people. Coronavirus or not, that's part of the whole point of going for a hike,
00:13:07.480 right? To get some space, breathe the open air. Only these people, instead of breathing the mountain
00:13:13.120 air or the ocean air, were breathing their own sweaty fumes. And this is supposed to be safer,
00:13:18.960 healthier, more in keeping with the science? Let me ask you, what science tells us that you stand
00:13:25.300 any significant risk of getting infected or infecting someone else while hiking on a trail in the woods,
00:13:31.460 or sitting on the beach, or driving in your car by yourself, or walking down the sidewalk? Have there
00:13:38.540 been any confirmed cases of anyone anywhere contracting the virus in any of those settings?
00:13:44.580 I mean, of the millions of, hundreds of millions of cases, according to who, has there been one single
00:13:50.940 confirmed case of someone contracting it when they're outside and just maybe walking by someone
00:13:57.420 several feet away, or even a couple of feet away. I'm not aware of any such confirmed case. And if it
00:14:03.640 did happen, it's an extreme, extreme outlier. Now, you might respond that, sure, the chances of
00:14:09.640 contracting or spreading COVID when you're going for a walk in the woods or doing any of these other
00:14:13.800 activities is very, very, very, very low. But it's not impossible. It could happen. Sure, it could
00:14:20.000 happen. It could also happen that a tiny space rock flies out of the sky, hits you in the head. Yet,
00:14:25.000 you don't wear a helmet everywhere, do you? It could happen that you trip and bash your knees
00:14:28.960 on the ground. Yet, you don't wear knee pads everywhere. In fact, even before COVID, there
00:14:33.480 were plenty of airborne illnesses that you could have contracted. Could have. Maybe did contract.
00:14:39.440 Yet, you never wore a mask before. So why now? And don't tell me that COVID is more dangerous than
00:14:45.700 the flu or whatever else. It might be, or might not be, depending on your demographic. But even if it
00:14:50.860 is, the point is that before COVID, it's not that you took fewer precautions or wore the mask a little
00:14:57.300 less often. It's that you did nothing at all and wore the mask not at all, ever. And now you wear it all
00:15:05.200 the time and take a million precautions as opposed to zero. Something is out of balance here. Perspective
00:15:12.140 has been completely lost. Now, why do I care? You know, why not just let people wear the mask all day if
00:15:19.140 they want to? Wear them to bed. Wear it in the shower. Why not let them do that? Well, they're
00:15:24.360 free to do that. I'm not preventing them, nor do I seek to. But I care because it's irrational and
00:15:29.920 embarrassing and undignified. And this is not the kind of society I want to live in. Let me show you
00:15:37.080 one other thing. Speaking of undignified, and then we'll get to the news. But here's a clip from a
00:15:42.340 funeral service in the UK. It's a grieving widow mourning the loss of her husband. Her son's moving
00:15:47.480 closer to comfort her and then and then watch what happens next. It's my privilege to have been
00:15:53.420 asked to conduct our service today to celebrate the life of Alan Wright. I therefore offer you all
00:16:01.700 a very warm welcome as we unite in love and friendship to
00:16:06.580 Now let's put aside the fact that the fear of the coronavirus is largely out of balance and out of
00:16:25.120 perspective, even if it wasn't. Even if the virus was as deadly as many people seem to think it is,
00:16:30.780 what you just saw there would still be outrageous and wrong and disgraceful. I don't care if it had
00:16:36.620 a mortality rate of 70%. Her sons move in to comfort her and someone comes in to separate them and
00:16:43.420 scold them, telling them to maintain social distance from their grieving mother. What we're watching here
00:16:49.540 is the total forfeiture of basic dignity and decency and humanity. And forfeiting that because you're
00:16:55.500 scared is not okay. It's never okay. It's cowardice. And it's a fool's bargain in the end anyway, because
00:17:00.920 we're all going to die. We're all mortal. None of us will leave this life alive. No matter what happens,
00:17:06.900 you, whoever is listening right now, you will almost certainly be dead in 70 years, at most,
00:17:12.340 probably much sooner. Your body will decay in the ground. You will be eaten by worms. It will happen.
00:17:18.540 And the thing that kills you will almost certainly not be the coronavirus, whatever it is, though,
00:17:23.800 that does you in, ultimately. Do you want to face that demise, a demise that was always inevitable,
00:17:29.840 that was always going to happen, that you could never have escaped anyway, knowing that you lived
00:17:34.440 your life in fear, that you lived without dignity in order to avoid this very moment that was always
00:17:39.040 going to come anyway? Is that what you want? Is that what anyone wants? I don't think so.
00:17:45.160 Like, this is not a call for us to throw caution to the wind or be reckless or suicidal. It's just
00:17:50.500 a call for us to live our lives and have just a little bit of courage and a little bit of perspective
00:17:55.420 and to let sons comfort their grieving mothers and parents go to work to feed their families
00:18:00.100 and religious people go to their houses of worship to praise their God. And it's a call to take the mask
00:18:04.720 off every once in a while and breathe the open air, because one day you're not going to be able to
00:18:09.340 anymore. So don't give up these small human joys before you have to.
00:18:16.000 That's my point. Let's get to our five headlines.
00:18:24.980 You know, it's difficult these days to find companies that offer a great service, but also
00:18:29.700 are, you know, in keeping with our values so that we can support a good cause and also a good company
00:18:35.740 at the same time. It's difficult as conservatives to do that, especially as pro-lifers. You know,
00:18:40.660 it could be very hard, but that's why I'm so grateful. We have the pro-life phone company that
00:18:45.020 is charity mobile. Um, you know, charity mobile, 5% of your monthly plan goes to the pro-life pro
00:18:51.400 family charity of your choice. So that means that you're, you know, you're just paying your,
00:18:55.420 your phone bill, but you're also supporting a cause that's important to you. So it's not just,
00:19:01.060 it's just not, it's not just the charity mobile is, is, is not objectionable. Like they're,
00:19:05.500 they're not actively undermining, um, our cause in the culture. It's that they're actively helping
00:19:10.720 it. You know, now, uh, new, there's a lot, there's a lot of other great stuff about this company,
00:19:14.840 new activations and eligible accounts, get a free cell phone with free activation,
00:19:18.320 free shipping. Um, there's no contracts, there's no termination fees. There's no risk with 30 day
00:19:23.240 guarantee. You also get that live customer service based in the USA. Uh, you get a lot of other
00:19:28.580 benefits too. You could, you could block the use of cellular data, picture messages, tech messages
00:19:33.180 on any and all lines in your account. Um, you get free usage alerts. You get a free app to monitor
00:19:38.600 your usage. You can pay your bill and more. A lot of great benefits. It's a great service. In fact,
00:19:43.360 I was, um, speaking of being up in the woods, I was, you know, we were, we were up in the mountains as part
00:19:47.340 of the country. We'd go to a lot because my wife's family's up there. And usually before I had
00:19:51.480 charity mobile with my other phone, uh, I could never get reception up in that up there. And,
00:19:57.220 uh, and I was getting great reception, even out in the woods. My wife wasn't necessarily so happy
00:20:01.020 about that, but, but, you know, I thought it was great to get that good reception. You can help build
00:20:04.920 a culture of life in America while supporting a pro-life company, uh, turn every day living into
00:20:10.440 effortless giving for the charity of your choice. You could call charity mobile. This is what I would
00:20:14.540 recommend. Call them at 1-877-474-3662 or chat with them online at charity mobile.com. All right.
00:20:23.280 So I was, I was away, uh, when this big bombshell dropped big, big bombshell, the biggest bombshelliest
00:20:30.200 bombshell of them all. But fortunately, you know, um, I can still weigh in because just last night,
00:20:35.680 there was another, there was another bombshell related to this, another development. We'll talk
00:20:39.500 about that in a second. I'm referring of course, to, uh, the Melania tapes, Melania Trump,
00:20:43.740 the first lady used to be friends with a vile wretch of a woman named Stephanie Winston
00:20:50.240 Wolkoff. And I only call her that because I call her a vile wretch of a woman because she
00:20:55.520 was secretly recording for a period of time, uh, secretly recording her friend. And, you
00:21:00.140 know, I would say that secretly recording someone who you claim to be your friend so that you
00:21:03.620 can give the tapes to the media later. I think that qualifies you for the vile wretch camp
00:21:08.640 personally. Um, and, uh, let's, so, so the, the, the, the, the first tape that came out,
00:21:15.840 this was last week. You probably heard the first one, but let's play it again. Anyway,
00:21:19.140 this was the, um, tape that was released a few days ago. Media is making a big deal of
00:21:24.480 it, but here's what was said. They say I'm, I'm complicit. I'm the same like him. I support
00:21:30.600 him. I don't say enough. I don't do enough. Where I am. I put the, I'm working like a
00:21:36.720 Christmas stuff that, you know, who gives a about Christmas stuff and decoration, but I need to do
00:21:44.240 it. Right. Yeah. But a hundred percent. You have no choice. And okay. And then I do it. And I said
00:21:51.040 that I'm working on Christmas, uh, planning for the Christmas. And they said, Oh, what about the
00:21:55.600 children that they were separated? Give me break. Don't where they were saying anything when Obama did
00:22:02.800 that? I know. I cannot go. I, I was trying to get the kid reunited with the mom. I didn't have a
00:22:12.000 chance. Needs to go through the process and through the law. But here's my thing here. What you just
00:22:16.840 said. But instead of that, if, if you just, your messaging, you, you were so loved. You were not do
00:22:25.560 the story. We put it out. They would not do the story. I'm telling you would not believe it.
00:22:32.800 They would not do the story because they are not, they would not do the story because they,
00:22:39.520 they, they are, they are against us because they're liberal media. Yeah. If I go to Fox,
00:22:44.800 they will do the story. I don't want to go to Fox. So that tape is supposed to prove
00:22:48.960 something. I don't know exactly. I don't know what they thought it proves. What it proves to me
00:22:57.440 is that Melania is much nicer and more buttoned up, um, than a lot of people are in private,
00:23:04.420 including me. Okay. She was being recorded by a trusted confidant. And that's the worst thing
00:23:11.220 they caught her saying was that, you know, it has to be the worst. There are a lot of tapes out there,
00:23:15.280 but they're going to lead with their, their, the biggest one, the worst one. They're going to lead
00:23:19.360 with that. And that's it. I can just tell you this. If a trusted confidant was recording me
00:23:28.020 secretly for weeks on end, um, you would hear a lot worse than that. A lot worse. I can tell you.
00:23:36.540 And that's the irony is that both Trump and his wife have been secretly recorded by people they
00:23:42.120 trusted. For Trump, it was Michael Cohen. And somehow they weren't caught saying anything
00:23:49.280 horrible. They're actually, it would seem they are less offensive in their private lives than the
00:23:55.540 average American. That was the surprising thing from, for, for me with, with the Trump tapes,
00:24:00.300 especially is that he's actually, he's more outrageous in public than he is in private.
00:24:07.200 Um, so what do you hear in that tape? Melania complains about the media, rightfully so,
00:24:10.860 um, you know, because they, they refuse to cover the good things that she and her husband are doing.
00:24:14.500 She's complaining about that. She complains about Christmas decorations.
00:24:18.560 The left tried to make that into a, Oh, she's waging a war on Christmas. Oh, please.
00:24:23.340 Who doesn't complain about Christmas? Complaining about Christmas decorations is a time-honored
00:24:27.780 American tradition. It's as American as, as blue jeans and drive-thrus. It's, it's the most
00:24:31.880 American thing in the world. We, that's what, this is what we do. We put up the Christmas
00:24:35.880 decorations and we complain about them. We complain about them while we're putting them
00:24:40.640 up. Anyone who ever grew up, you know, watching their dad hang the Christmas lights outside,
00:24:46.780 you can attest to this. All the colorful language that came out of your dad's mouth as he was trying
00:24:52.040 to hang the Christmas lights. Um, and so that was the first thing. Uh, the worst thing she did was
00:24:57.440 she complained about, uh, Christmas decorations. Then last night, another tape was dropped. This one
00:25:03.000 is even at, this one's probably even more shockingly unshocking than the first. This is what she said.
00:25:08.240 Listen. Uh, Annie Leibovitz shot the porn hooker and she will be one of the issues September or
00:25:16.900 October. What do you mean? She, she shot the porn hooker? Stormy. Yeah. And that's it. She refers
00:25:24.040 to Stormy Daniels as a porn hooker, which she is. It's a pretty decent, uh, description.
00:25:32.200 And that's it. There's no, there's really not much else to it than that.
00:25:38.200 I, I, I got it. I'm, I am really, really surprised. I, I just sort of assume, can you
00:25:42.720 imagine? Okay. What if there were Michelle tapes? What if Michelle Obama had been secretly recorded
00:25:47.940 by her most trusted ally and friend in secret for, you know, for weeks? What kind of stuff do you
00:25:55.540 think we'd hear? I'm thinking probably worse stuff than I don't want to hang the Christmas
00:26:00.980 decorations. Um, all right, here's another story that I missed last week that I have to circle back
00:26:06.400 and, uh, and talk about reading from the website discern headline Navy SEALs changes creed to be
00:26:12.100 gender neutral removes brotherhood. Other gendered language says, uh, U S Navy SEALs and the Navy special
00:26:18.100 warfare combatant craft crewmen have, um, recently changed their ethos and creed to be gender neutral,
00:26:24.540 removing gendered words like brotherhood. According to Naval special warfare spokesman, uh,
00:26:31.140 Lieutenant commander Matthew Stroop in an emailed statement to American military news. One of the
00:26:35.880 changes to the SEAL ethos is an altered sentence that says common citizens with uncommon desire to
00:26:41.820 succeed instead of the original, a common man with uncommon desire to succeed. Uh, then he goes on to
00:26:47.520 explains a says, um, Naval special warfare continues to deliberately develop a culture of tactical and
00:26:53.820 ethical excellence that reflects the nation we represent and that draws upon the talents of the
00:26:58.700 all volunteer force who, who meet the standards of qualification as a SEAL, blah, blah, blah, et cetera,
00:27:03.940 so forth. Uh, now we should also mention that Trump has come out against this and said that he wants
00:27:09.600 to reverse it. Thankfully, whether it's reversed or not though, the fact that the Navy SEALs are even
00:27:14.500 considering doing gender neutral language is lunacy. And let's start with the simple fact that no woman
00:27:22.740 has ever been a Navy SEAL. No woman in history has ever been able to endure the physical demands to
00:27:28.280 become a Navy SEAL. It's never happened and not for lack of trying. So at a, at a minimum, maybe we should
00:27:34.200 wait until a woman actually manages to become a SEAL before we consider changing the language for this
00:27:39.740 hypothetical woman. It doesn't even exist. Also spokesman's troop said, uh, said, you know, this
00:27:45.320 is part of the, the ethical X excellence. No, it's exactly the opposite. This is capitulation.
00:27:51.960 It is surrender to the PC culture. It is precisely the opposite of what you want to see from the Navy
00:27:57.460 SEALs. This is not ethical excellence. Oh yeah. We're caving. We're caving to the demands of, um,
00:28:03.760 screeching purple haired feminists because it's, it's ethically excellent. It's the ethically
00:28:08.300 excellent thing to do. No, you know, you got to be able to withstand an assault from the feminists
00:28:13.920 because these are the people that are out. The Navy SEALs are out in God forsaken corners of the,
00:28:17.680 of the, of the world going against the baddest of bad guys. So they should be able to withstand,
00:28:25.160 uh, you know, an attack from gender studies majors. And they can, of course, the actual Navy
00:28:30.940 SEALs can, but they're not the ones making these decisions. This is coming from bureaucrats
00:28:34.480 who continue to do everything they can to ruin everything that's good about America.
00:28:39.260 All right. Uh, number three, here's something extremely disturbing. The parents of one of the,
00:28:44.960 the kids were killed in, in the Parkland shooting in 2018. They've teamed up with an activist group
00:28:51.160 and come up with an AI version of their dead son so that he, the dead son, the, the AI could deliver an
00:29:01.020 anti-gun message. Like I said, extremely disturbing. Here it is.
00:29:05.620 I am Patricia Oliver, and this is my husband, Manuel. Two years ago, our beautiful son,
00:29:11.620 Joaquin, was shot and killed at Parkland. Every day I think about him and what his last moments
00:29:18.980 must have been like.
00:29:21.240 Meanwhile, every day, nearly a hundred more families lose someone they love to gun violence.
00:29:27.020 Every single day, we keep telling people it doesn't have to be like this. They don't listen.
00:29:36.060 So we found a way to bring back someone that no one will ignore.
00:29:41.120 It's very hard for me to look at this. So please, please listen to what our son has to say.
00:29:48.960 Yo, it's me. It's Guac.
00:30:07.600 I've been gone for two years and nothing's changed, bro. People are still getting killed by guns.
00:30:14.720 What is that? Everyone knows it, but they don't do anything. I'm tired of waiting for someone to
00:30:22.460 fix it. The election in November is the first one I could have voted in, but I'll never get to choose
00:30:30.600 the kind of world I wanted to live in. So you've got to replace my vote.
00:30:35.260 Okay. I can't watch any more of that, that, that, uh, I cannot fathom using my child like that.
00:30:44.040 I can't fathom using my child for political messages, you know, even as my child is alive,
00:30:51.300 much less when they've died tragically in doing this. It's
00:30:57.640 I, I, you know, I'm not even going to continue. I think, uh, I'll just, I'll just leave it at that.
00:31:04.660 Number four, the UN, um, actually UN women. That's the group because women need their own UN.
00:31:11.000 It seems UN is the United Nations. Women apparently aren't part of nations, so they need their own UN.
00:31:17.780 Um, and that's where UN women comes in. And it's good that UN women exists because we need them for
00:31:23.680 stuff like this. Here's the tweet from UN women. Uh, it says you can avoid being a mansplainer by
00:31:30.180 asking yourself these questions. Did she indicate any desire to hear this information? Is it possible
00:31:36.300 that she knows more about this topic than I do? Did I read the room before starting to speak?
00:31:42.240 And then it offers a helpful explanation of mansplaining or definition rather definition
00:31:46.680 as the practice of a man explaining something to a woman in a way that shows he thinks he knows
00:31:51.280 and understands more than she does. Like I said, this is good. Uh, mansplaining is certainly one
00:31:57.260 of the great threats facing the world. You know, we used to think it was terrorism, nuclear holocaust,
00:32:01.820 global conflict, war, disease, famine. No, it's none of that. Uh, it's mansplaining. A man might
00:32:08.440 explain something to a woman and the woman might get her feelings hurt by the explanation. And that's
00:32:13.860 the problem. That is the real nuclear holocaust, if you will, uh, that we, that we all face. Now, of course,
00:32:18.700 you read these questions and you think, okay, has any woman ever in her life asked herself any of
00:32:26.620 those questions before speaking, especially did he indicate any desire to hear this information?
00:32:32.560 I mean, you tell me ladies, have you ever asked yourself that question before saying something to
00:32:37.080 a man? Has any wife, especially ever in the history of marriage asked herself that question
00:32:43.240 before saying something to her husband, if wives did 95% of marital communication would disappear
00:32:49.820 overnight. So this is another example of feminists blaming men for something that women are certainly
00:32:57.360 the primary culprits of. Feminists do this a lot. I've talked about it before. Um, but the whole idea
00:33:03.240 that men are the ones talking too much, that's just, what is this opposite day? It's, it's, it's mind boggling.
00:33:11.260 I might as well claim that women are the main ones in a marriage guilty of clogging up the drains
00:33:17.940 from their beard clippings. You know, that that's primarily a woman problem. I might, it's, it's as
00:33:24.180 absurd and granted, you know, there might be some women with luscious beards who clog up drains. I'm
00:33:29.340 not judging. I mean, good for you. If you are a woman with, with a beard like that, but statistically,
00:33:34.800 this is probably more of a man problem just as mansplaining ironically is actually more of a woman
00:33:39.880 problem than it is a man thing. Okay. Number five, finally, um, there was a rally over the weekend.
00:33:45.560 I think this was in Miami pro Trump rally. And, uh, anyway, here's what happened. Watch.
00:33:51.120 Yes. Uh, they were barking like dogs just so you're not confused. Those were, if you're listening on the audio
00:34:20.720 podcast and that's, so you had two leftist women, um, and they were wearing their masks, you know,
00:34:27.080 they're being very, so very socially conscious in that way, wearing the masks. And they were at this
00:34:32.620 protest. They were, I guess, counter protesting by barking in the faces of the Trump supporters.
00:34:39.280 And that was what you saw there. That was basically Twitter in real life. People say that
00:34:42.680 Twitter isn't real life. No, that's, that's it. That's Twitter right there. That's what Twitter is.
00:34:45.800 But really for me, the most perplexing thing about this, when I watch a video like this is that there
00:34:52.120 were two of them, you know, because what that tells me, you got two women barking. What that tells
00:35:00.260 me is that either this was spontaneous and one of them started barking and the other one saw it and
00:35:08.060 went, wow, that's a good idea. I think I'll do the same. Or they talked about it ahead of time
00:35:13.780 and planned out, like they, they planned this to go there and bark like dogs.
00:35:19.440 They had a conference and one of them said, Hey, you know what we should do? We should go to this
00:35:25.440 Trump protest and, uh, and no, listen to this, listen to this bark like dogs. Yeah. Bark in
00:35:31.320 their faces. That's what we should do. And the other one said, I like it. I'm in let's do it either
00:35:37.400 way, whatever, however that happened, however that developed, whatever the genesis was of that.
00:35:42.280 Um, it's, it fascinates me. I'm absolutely fascinated by it. And you know, there are many
00:35:47.360 other words I could use besides fascinated, but we'll go with fascinated. All right. We're
00:35:50.560 going to get to our daily cancellation just a second. But in case you didn't get enough politics
00:35:54.700 last week, this Wednesday, October 7th will be the vice presidential debate between Mike Pence
00:35:59.540 and Kamala Harris. Uh, and it's going to be hosted by me. God help us all. For some reason,
00:36:05.400 I'm just as confused as you are, but I'm the guy for this one. I'll be live reacting to the,
00:36:10.460 um, debate as part of a, uh, live reacting. Well, it's good. I'll be alive. What's it?
00:36:16.340 It says live reacting as opposed to dead reacting. I mean, how else if I'm reacting, I must be,
00:36:21.740 I don't understand that, but anyway, I'll be reacting to debates part of a special edition
00:36:25.800 of all access live. So members, uh, you know, you could join me Wednesday night at 8 30 PM Eastern

00:37:21.500 All right. I think that went well. What do you think? Let's get to our daily cancellation. Okay.
00:37:26.040 For day for a daily cancellation today, a short one, I went a little bit long in the opening had
00:37:30.040 a lot to say there. So here's an update on a story that I've been following for months. A few others
00:37:35.020 in media have been following it too. Not, not very many others. Uh, this is, this is one that the
00:37:39.100 media wanted us to forget about as soon as it became obvious that the evidence wasn't forthcoming
00:37:44.340 to support the claim. I refer to Althea Bernstein. She's the biracial woman who, uh, claimed that she
00:37:50.260 was attacked by flame throwing racist white men in Madison, Wisconsin. The daily wire has the
00:37:55.760 latest. Uh, we talked about, you know, earlier the inevitabilities of life and well, here's another
00:38:01.220 one. This is, this was inevitable. Madison, Wisconsin police dropped an investigation into
00:38:05.380 alleged hate crime against an 18 year old biracial woman on Friday after finding little evidence to
00:38:09.920 corroborate the woman's story. Althea Bernstein told police in June that she was attacked by a group of
00:38:15.440 four white men while stopped at a light in Madison. Local police partnered with the FBI and U S district
00:38:22.040 attorney, Scott Blader of the Western district of Wisconsin to investigate the case. So you've got,
00:38:26.500 this is a federal and local investigation. They've all, they've come together to investigate this.
00:38:32.100 The Madison police department closed its investigation on Friday after spending significant
00:38:35.560 resources, looking into Bernstein's claim, investigators were not able to establish that
00:38:40.260 the alleged attack ever occurred. Uh, this from the police, the police department said in a
00:38:45.440 statement after an exhaustive probe, detectives were unable to corroborate or locate evidence
00:38:49.900 consistent with what was reported. Blader's office issued a similar statement saying that the case
00:38:55.160 could not move forward for quote, lack of evidence. Like I said, this is shocking, shocking stuff.
00:39:02.480 Uh, it says in a statement after a thorough investigation to the events of June 24th, 2020,
00:39:07.080 including extensive interviews, exhaustive review of traffic and surveillance video,
00:39:10.980 expert review of digital and forensic evidence, federal investigators determined that there's
00:39:14.940 insufficient evidence to prove that a violation of any federal criminal statute occurred.
00:39:18.960 That's the U S attorney's office. Uh, that's what they said. Further, further after reviewing all
00:39:23.960 available evidence, authorities could not establish that the attack as alleged by the complainant
00:39:28.920 had occurred. Accordingly, the federal investigation into this incident has been closed
00:39:32.760 based on the lack of evidence. Now, this is very telling. Bernstein's family released a three
00:39:38.560 sentence statement through the police department, thanking officials for their work. This is their
00:39:43.100 statement. Althea Bernstein and her family appreciate the detailed investigative efforts by
00:39:48.540 all involved in the case. Althea's injuries are healing and the support of our community has
00:39:53.160 been invaluable in that regard. We continue to maintain our family privacy and will not be
00:39:57.880 granting interviews at this time. Okay. So you notice how the family, they're not calling for
00:40:05.340 more investigation. They're not chastising the police for failing to apprehend the dangerous gang of
00:40:10.660 neo-Nazis. Again, that again, to remind you, according to Bernstein, accosted her at a stoplight,
00:40:17.580 doused her with lighter fluid, and then set her face on fire. Now, this is the kind of thing that'd
00:40:24.220 be very easy to prove that it didn't, if it did in fact happen, there are surveillance videos
00:40:28.980 everywhere in the city. Like they said, they were checking the surveillance videos. She said it happened
00:40:33.220 in the middle of the street at a stoplight. Chances are the attack itself would be on camera,
00:40:37.720 but even if it wasn't, surely there would be footage of the white guys walking down the street,
00:40:41.960 holding the lighter fluid and lighter. Unless these dudes rappelled down from helicopters right
00:40:47.440 into a specific spot where no cameras can see it, carried out the attack and then used like
00:40:53.800 grappling hooks like Batman to escape running across the rooftops, short of something like that,
00:40:59.940 they would be on camera. Yet no cameras noticed them, nor did any witnesses apparently notice them.
00:41:07.720 That's because it would appear they never existed. And it's rather easy to not be noticed when you
00:41:15.480 don't exist. Now, it's a common saying that absence of evidence is not evidence of absence,
00:41:20.920 but actually sometimes it is. And the absence of evidence of the torch-wielding racists is very,
00:41:27.900 very compelling evidence of their absence. Yet the police will not be charging Bernstein with a crime
00:41:33.680 for filing a false police report, wasting law enforcement resources. The media outlets that
00:41:39.380 promoted this claim will not print retractions or even acknowledge the latest development.
00:41:44.540 And the BLM activists who use this case as evidence of the alleged scourge of white supremacy
00:41:49.580 will not apologize or even give us so much as a, you know, oh wait, never mind, forget about that
00:41:55.920 one. There will be no consequence of any kind for any of the people involved in promoting this story.
00:42:02.300 A story that was obviously extremely, extremely dubious from the get-go.
00:42:08.680 And all that means, of course, is that we're going to get more dubious stories, which is by design.
00:42:14.580 So, everyone involved here is, of course, rightfully, needfully canceled. That'll do it for today.
