00:03:05.960 Jussie Smollett's defense team certainly didn't do anything to convince them of his innocence, but they played the victim card, constantly reminding the jury that Smollett is a gay black man.

00:03:18.460 The victim card shouldn't be worth anything at all, especially in court, and especially when it's played by a wealthy actor.
