00:00:31.000 Welcome to The Megyn Kelly Show, live on Sirius XM Channel 111 every weekday at New East.

00:00:43.240 Hey everyone, I'm Megyn Kelly. Welcome to The Megyn Kelly Show.

00:00:46.540 What a week. We made it to Friday and the explosive trial of Donald Trump is officially off today

00:00:52.480 with the former president allowed to leave New York and attend the high school graduation of his son, Barron.

00:00:59.280 There's a lot to get to, and I'm so happy to be joined today by the one and only Dan Bongino, host of The Dan Bongino Show.

00:01:09.420 Dan, so good to see you. Welcome back.

00:01:11.480 Oh, it's my favorite show. And listen, no crying today.

00:01:15.480 You know, Tom Hanks, there's no crying in baseball, but there's no crying on The Megyn Kelly.

00:01:19.760 You got me two times. We're not, this is not going to be a threefer, all right?

00:01:23.500 So I got to keep my emotions in check.

00:01:24.140 I don't know, I've got some really inspirational Kamala Harris soundbites for you.

00:01:28.240 They might, they might bring a tear.

00:01:30.080 Might draw a tear, onion style, but you're the only one who seems to get me to consistently break out of my shell.

00:01:37.240 You're such a great interviewer. That's why I like doing the show. It's like psychotherapy for me.

00:01:41.520 You're so sweet.

00:01:42.380 I can't wait to get your take on so many things in the news.

00:01:45.140 Let's start with the debate, and then I'll get to what happened with Michael Cohen late yesterday.

00:01:49.880 But the debate, they're on. We've got two of them.

00:01:53.960 Some saying, oh, Trump should have negotiated more.

00:01:56.500 Like, maybe he shouldn't have said yes to CNN. We all know why they hate him.

00:02:01.280 You know, my own take on it is you're never going to find an impartial moderator.

00:02:04.960 You know, it's going to be very hard if we have to go by the Joe Biden parameters, right?

00:02:10.520 Because he said, we have to, I'll only do it if we go with somebody who hosted a Democratic debate in 20 and a Republican debate in 16, which basically rules out Fox, right?

00:02:21.300 They didn't do a Dem, and limits it all to places like CNN and ABC.

00:02:24.960 But what do you make of the agreement to do at least two?

00:02:28.000 Well, I'm glad you brought that up because I was doing the radio show today, and some listener had made a comment on Facebook saying,

00:02:34.620 hey, I think Donald Trump got played here agreeing to these debates under their conditions.

00:02:39.660 And listen, I'm telling you this objectively.

00:02:42.760 I'm a Trump supporter. Everybody knows that.

00:02:44.860 But I do have the ability, like a thinking human being, to pull myself out of the bubble, unlike leftists.

00:02:50.000 He did not get played at all.

00:02:51.880 He actually broke the news about the debate on my radio show three months ago, where that quote, anytime, anywhere, was from my show when we were doing an interview.

00:03:01.140 So you've got to think of it this way.

00:03:02.520 Go to a strict business school analysis.

00:03:04.580 Do a SWOT analysis, right?

00:03:06.000 Strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, threats.

00:03:07.720 Obviously, this was a huge weakness for Donald Trump.

00:03:10.860 The weakness being Biden wasn't going to debate, and he's got all the toys.

00:03:15.680 Megan, you can't make the guy debate.

00:03:17.740 I mean, what are you going to do?

00:03:18.620 Walk in the White House and drag him out at gunpoint and say, debate me? 0.88

00:03:21.840 I mean, poke him with a stick?

00:03:23.520 If he doesn't want to debate, he's not going to debate.

00:03:25.760 That was a weakness for Trump, because obviously, at this point, Trump is a superior debater.

00:03:31.880 And here's the thing.

00:03:32.800 Even if you thought 2020, the debates were a push or Biden won, Biden is now worse cognitively than he was four years ago.

00:03:40.700 Nobody disputes that.

00:03:42.460 And secondly, Biden now has a record to run on, unlike in 2020, which, let's be candid, is objectively disastrous.

00:03:49.940 He's not the same guy.

00:03:51.680 So just turning back to where I started, so the weakness for Trump was they can't make the guy debate.

00:03:57.040 So Trump did the smart thing.

00:03:58.700 He said anytime, anyplace, anywhere, knowing that the lack of conditions would give Biden no vehicle off that highway.

00:04:06.720 Biden couldn't say, well, I would do it, but Trump said this.

00:04:09.660 No, he said nothing.

00:04:10.880 He said anytime, anyplace, anywhere.

00:04:13.200 So when you say that, he had to stick by it.

00:04:15.780 But it was the only way to lure him into the bullfighter ring.

00:04:18.840 I think it was a genius move.

00:04:20.100 I don't think he got played at all.

00:04:21.300 I think Biden got played.

00:04:22.520 And you're right.

00:04:23.500 He's not going to get a fair moderator or a fair outlet.

00:04:26.360 Forget it.

00:04:26.840 Just do it.

00:04:27.840 Expose this guy to the world for who he is and move on.

00:04:31.040 It's amazing, because I think Trump wins even in front of biased moderator, because he'll just say, it's a fake news media.

00:04:37.360 They hate me.

00:04:37.940 Everybody knows that.

00:04:38.840 And I think that people know right now that the media doesn't like Donald Trump.

00:04:42.700 So he goes in there.

00:04:44.120 It's understood.

00:04:44.900 You're going to have moderators who are all voting for Joe Biden, not a single one who's going to be voting for Trump.

00:04:50.920 We'll see how that plays.

00:04:52.060 But Trump knows how to turn those things to his advantage.

00:04:54.880 What do you make of the other conditions?

00:04:56.420 Like no audience, just in a TV studio.

00:05:00.480 Trump, a natural performer, thrives on the energy of a crowd.

00:05:04.660 The moderators tend to hate that, or at least Chris Wallace did.

00:05:08.380 I guess we know why.

00:05:09.740 And the earliness of them.

00:05:13.260 They're not very close like they normally would be to the November vote.

00:05:16.860 I want to go back to how you opened up, because all of the factors you just mentioned, these these X factors in this debate, all work in Trump's favor.

00:05:25.780 You opened up.

00:05:26.260 He said all he has to do is show up.

00:05:28.160 You're 100 percent correct at this point.

00:05:30.380 Megan, the debate is already over.

00:05:33.080 It's actually the title of my show.

00:05:34.320 The debate's over.

00:05:35.960 The performance is OK.

00:05:37.960 Is it?

00:05:38.520 I mean, I mean, let me ask you, is there any issue you're confused about the difference between Biden and Trump?

00:05:44.500 The Megyn Kelly answer, because you follow us.

00:05:46.440 I want to see the reason I'm going to tune in and I think they're going to get great ratings.

00:05:51.000 I want to see what Joe Biden can do.

00:05:52.380 I want to see if he's going to fall down.

00:05:53.640 I don't think he can do it.

00:05:54.660 I know there's danger and like setting the expectations so low for him.

00:05:58.540 They're all hoping that we do that.

00:05:59.740 But I really wonder whether he can make it through a total of four hours, mano a mano.

00:06:05.440 You're making exactly the point I was trying to say.

00:06:07.920 You know, I gave the analogy on the show the other day.

00:06:10.460 It's like a movie derived from a popular book.

00:06:13.600 Like everybody knows what happened in The Hobbit, in The Lord of the Rings.

00:06:17.420 I mean, you read it in high school.

00:06:18.920 OK, it's not like you went to the movies like, holy Moses, what's going to happen here?

00:06:22.620 Like everybody knew.

00:06:23.700 Why did you go then?

00:06:24.920 You went because you wanted to see how it acted out on screen.

00:06:28.220 So that's the point I'm making about the debate.

00:06:30.920 Nobody's there to hear, oh, who's better on the board or Trump or Biden?

00:06:33.980 Really?

00:06:34.260 Like you really need a debate to understand that?

00:06:36.840 You're there for exactly that.

00:06:38.700 Is Biden going to wet himself?

00:06:40.140 Is he going to fall off?

00:06:41.200 I mean, I don't want this to happen.

00:06:42.720 I'm not looking for anything.

00:06:43.440 I'm not.

00:06:43.800 I'm just saying like it's the guys obviously in horrendous condition.

00:06:48.240 You can see it.

00:06:49.380 They're hiding them.

00:06:50.100 They've got a Praetorian guard walking them to Marine One, which I've never seen in my history in the Secret Service in case he wears these in case he falls.

00:06:59.600 He wears these hookah shoes with 72 inch soles so he can bounce around like he's on a less gravitational pull Mars or something.

00:07:07.560 Nobody's watching for the issues.

00:07:09.880 The debate is over.

00:07:11.140 They're only watching the movie to see how it acts out on screen.

00:07:15.200 And the visuals matter. 0.87

00:07:16.640 You may have read the book, but a lot of movies are made from books and really suck.

00:07:20.780 Some are fantastic.

00:07:22.040 So we'll see how it acts out.

00:07:23.340 But I think your opening statement said it all in that it doesn't really matter.

00:07:27.980 Trump just has to show up, look authoritative, look presidential, and it doesn't matter what he says.

00:07:33.900 He's already better on the issues and we're not going to change it.

00:07:36.500 Yeah, exactly.

00:07:37.300 And look alive, unlike Reverend Cain on the other side from Poltergeist.

00:07:41.520 I mean, he looks like he's dying, you know, so that's all he's got to do.

00:07:46.480 I'm excited.

00:07:47.220 I'm thrilled it's happening.

00:07:48.140 I do think, you know, Trump, he's going to have some tough questions from these moderators, but he always did.

00:07:53.340 I can speak to that myself and he handles it just fine.

00:07:56.740 I just want to see what the old man's going to do.

00:07:58.480 I mean, I agree based on the State of the Union, he can get through two hours reading off of a script, but this is not scripted and anything could happen.

00:08:07.280 And I'm sure if the moderators do the real job and be quiet and let the two argue, then it's on.

00:08:13.100 Then we're really going to get a show because we're going to see Trump tweaking him.

00:08:14.960 Can I say this one thing about this, too?

00:08:16.200 I mean, listen, you were there.

00:08:18.400 You've done these.

00:08:18.980 I've never moderated the debate, but my humble opinion, nobody respects the media.

00:08:23.340 Anyway, nobody thinks the media is going to be fair to Trump.

00:08:26.200 They don't need advice from me.

00:08:27.580 They're doing fine on their own.

00:08:28.640 But if it was me on stage, I wouldn't even answer the question asked.

00:08:32.340 I would give the question asked maybe to, oh, yeah, yeah, great.

00:08:35.160 Immigration, he's done terrible on it. 1.00

00:08:36.540 Let me tell you something.

00:08:37.540 I would just use that time.

00:08:39.300 I would. 0.99

00:08:39.740 I would not even bother with the question because it's going to be stupid. 1.00

00:08:43.680 It's going to be like, you're a felon. 1.00

00:08:46.200 You're.

00:08:46.580 Yeah. 0.99

00:08:47.020 And I would just go on a whole big rant about the police state and not even address the question at all, because, you know, the questions are going to be biased and, you know, Biden's going to be full of crap. 0.97

00:08:55.480 I mean, the guy embarrassed himself in 2020. 0.96

00:08:58.200 Every single Trump hoax, every single one he put out there, the fine people hoax, the liquid bleach in the veins hoax, the Putin bounty on his the Russian. 0.69

00:09:10.880 Go back and look.

00:09:11.820 Well, every single hoax Joe Biden put out there.

00:09:14.840 So why should Donald Trump, you know, pay attention to the moderator either?

00:09:18.160 Just do your own thing.

00:09:19.220 He's good at that.

00:09:19.840 That's a great idea, because the moderator after, like, the first time could say you didn't answer the question.

00:09:25.580 You know, it was about immigration, sir.

00:09:27.180 We'll get to that other subject later. 1.00

00:09:29.200 But once you're on the third or the fourth time having to do that, you look dumb. 0.99

00:09:33.500 That's like it's not your debate. 0.83

00:09:35.560 I love it because CNN is like RFKJ is like, I want in and I think I meet the qualifications to make this debate.

00:09:42.020 I'm going to be I'm going to have 15 percent national support.

00:09:44.600 And I'm like, what qualifications?

00:09:47.380 There was no debate.

00:09:48.600 Suddenly, suddenly the two candidates said F you to the Commission on Presidential Debates.

00:09:53.120 We're forming our own.

00:09:54.760 Biden said, let's do it with one of these four networks.

00:09:56.920 Trump said, fine.

00:09:57.600 Next thing we knew is on CNN.

00:09:59.220 CNN is not setting terms.

00:10:00.780 No, it's who's following their terms.

00:10:02.540 The two candidates are following the terms.

00:10:04.260 So if they don't want RFKJ, he's not coming.

00:10:07.060 Trump sent out a post the other day saying Biden's afraid of RFKJ.

00:10:10.700 I don't mind.

00:10:11.360 I don't know why we'd have him because he's a junior and he's really not a serious contender here.

00:10:15.660 But what do you think is going to happen with him?

00:10:17.220 And is it important?

00:10:18.600 You know, it is.

00:10:21.180 And I'm again, I'll throw a piece of advice to the Trump team.

00:10:24.340 They certainly don't need to hear.

00:10:25.680 But I think it's valuable.

00:10:27.540 I do this every day is all I think about is my I don't have a real job.

00:10:30.720 My only job is thinking about politics all day.

00:10:32.800 And I'm obsessed with it.

00:10:34.300 I think Trump should come out and argue for RFK to be included for a couple of reasons.

00:10:39.160 Number one, he won't be.

00:10:40.960 Biden will never agree to it.

00:10:42.780 Biden doesn't want to be humiliated from the left. 0.99

00:10:44.800 And for all the bullshit everybody keeps saying about, oh, RFK could hurt. 0.99

00:10:49.760 He's not going to hurt Trump. 0.99

00:10:51.760 Please stop.

00:10:52.960 OK, the MAGA base is never going to vote for a guy named Kennedy.

00:10:57.120 It's not going to happen.

00:10:58.680 You might as well run as Obama.

00:11:00.760 It is not going to happen.

00:11:02.140 For every one vote he takes from Trump, he probably takes two or three votes from Biden.

00:11:07.560 So he's not going to let Biden, their team, RFK in.

00:11:11.060 So if the Trump team looks like they're taking a high road and says, listen, I disagree with

00:11:15.780 this guy.

00:11:16.460 He's obviously a leftist on the environment, abortion.

00:11:19.240 He supports late term abortion.

00:11:20.680 But he has the right to speak out on stage two.

00:11:23.460 He looks like the bigger soul in the whole debate. 0.96

00:11:26.140 Biden looks like the buffoon who's afraid of his left flank. 0.98

00:11:28.920 And it only makes him look worse. 0.97

00:11:30.340 Because that's exactly what I would do if I was a Trump team.

00:11:35.060 OK, let's switch to Michael Cohen, star witness of this Trump trial in New York.

00:11:41.460 And that word star is doing a lot of work in that sense.

00:11:44.400 A lot of work.

00:11:46.320 Although it came out, we talked about this on the show yesterday.

00:11:48.480 It came out that in that $50,000 he paid this group, Red Finch, to get some good polling

00:11:53.340 for Donald Trump.

00:11:54.020 What he really wanted was a hashtag women for Michael Cohen website and Twitter account.

00:12:02.080 And they kept putting out how hot he was and how he looked just like some who was the famous

00:12:07.240 actor.

00:12:07.820 Oh, I can't remember. 1.00

00:12:09.460 He's a pathetic man. 1.00

00:12:10.560 That's what he wanted. 1.00

00:12:11.800 A fake women espousing their adoration of him.

00:12:15.080 Andy Garcia.

00:12:15.800 That's who it was.

00:12:16.580 OK, here's what happened late Thursday.

00:12:18.660 Trump's defense attorney really zeroed in on what was kind of the kill.

00:12:23.960 I mean, it wasn't on a point that well, it wasn't a point that mattered, but it wasn't

00:12:27.360 really a jugular moment as as you saw the on ramp.

00:12:31.260 But the off ramp, the defense lawyer did have Michael Cohen's jugular in his hand.

00:12:36.060 And even Anderson Cooper saw it and talked about it.

00:12:39.420 So it was a great moment for Team Trump.

00:12:41.640 Here's what happened.

00:12:42.120 Michael Cohen had said that he called Donald Trump's bodyguard and he asked to speak to

00:12:52.020 Trump and he did after he made the payment to Stormy Daniels and that he told Trump all

00:12:57.800 about it.

00:12:58.860 Remember, Trump is denying that he knew about this.

00:13:01.000 He says this is a Michael Cohen operation.

00:13:03.340 He says, no, that's a lie.

00:13:04.740 I told Trump about it.

00:13:05.600 I called his bodyguard, Keith Schiller, and he put me on the phone with Trump and it happened

00:13:09.180 in October before the election.

00:13:10.500 It happened.

00:13:10.820 So the lawyer for Trump gets up there and he sets the stage by saying, you had a series

00:13:17.100 of harassing phone calls at or about this same time, right?

00:13:20.560 Yes, I did.

00:13:21.460 And it turned out that you found out who was behind it.

00:13:23.660 It was a 14 year old boy because he had forgotten to block the number on at least one of the

00:13:27.820 calls, right?

00:13:28.600 Right.

00:13:29.320 And you threatened that you were going to go to the Secret Service about him and he begged

00:13:33.400 you not to saying, I'm a 14 year old boy.

00:13:35.280 And you said, you better loop your parents in ASAP.

00:13:38.180 Correct?

00:13:38.780 Correct.

00:13:39.020 It was within moments of that, that Cohen called Trump's bodyguard and spoke with him

00:13:48.980 for a matter of minutes.

00:13:51.820 It was just after eight on October 24th, 2016.

00:13:55.000 He said, Cohen did, this is a way of getting a hold of Trump because he knew that Keith Schiller,

00:13:59.740 the bodyguard, would be with Trump.

00:14:01.100 And Blanche, Trump's lawyer, cited text message records showing Cohen messaged the bodyguard

00:14:08.020 at 7.48 PM about the harassing caller.

00:14:13.120 Okay?

00:14:13.700 This is a big phone call.

00:14:14.800 We're supposed to be telling Trump, Stormy, Pater, we're good.

00:14:17.840 Instead, he shows 7.48 PM that day.

00:14:21.100 Cohen texted the bodyguard about his own problem.

00:14:25.340 His 14 year old tormentor.

00:14:29.160 Okay.

00:14:30.200 He says, Cohen texts Schiller, who can I speak to about harassing calls to my cell and office?

00:14:36.300 Blanche then cited phone records showing Schiller calling Cohen and leaving a voicemail at 8.01 PM

00:14:41.920 following text messages stating, call me at 8.02 PM.

00:14:45.180 Cohen then called Schiller's number.

00:14:46.880 The conversation lasted one minute and 36 seconds.

00:14:50.700 Show the phone records.

00:14:52.660 Todd Blanche said Cohen's claim that he was talking to Trump in that one minute and 36 seconds

00:14:58.700 about the Daniels deal, quote, was a lie because you were actually talking to Mr. Schiller about

00:15:04.680 getting harassing phone calls from a 14 year old.

00:15:07.760 Cohen, this is amazing, Dan.

00:15:10.740 Part of it was about the phone calls.

00:15:13.160 But I knew that Keith was with Mr. Trump at the time, and it was more than potentially

00:15:19.460 just this.

00:15:21.420 Potentially.

00:15:22.140 It was more than potentially just this.

00:15:24.880 I'm almost done.

00:15:26.660 Blanche, his voice growing louder, was incredulous.

00:15:30.860 This is from the Associated Press.

00:15:33.100 It was incredulous.

00:15:34.300 You had enough time in that one minute and 36 seconds to update Mr. Schiller about all the

00:15:38.540 problems you were having with this harassing phone call and also update President Trump

00:15:42.360 on the status of the Stormy Daniels situation.

00:15:45.380 Cohen responded, that that was my belief based on the records he was able to review that it

00:15:52.220 said he said had refreshed his memory.

00:15:54.720 The answer was, quote, yes.

00:15:57.600 I believe I was telling the truth.

00:16:01.300 Yeah, which is a very lawyerly answer.

00:16:04.680 I believe I was.

00:16:06.920 You and I have been immersed in the legal system.

00:16:09.100 I am not an attorney.

00:16:10.540 However, you know, 15 years of my life spent around criminals and lawyers and courtrooms,

00:16:16.240 federal and city and state.

00:16:18.260 I'm not new to this.

00:16:19.920 Let me just say first, by the way, Michael Cohen, trying to get people to promote him

00:16:24.660 looking like Andy Garcia.

00:16:25.860 Like, I look like Cary Grant if he looks like Andy Garcia. 0.99

00:16:29.860 Like, that's like the dumbest thing I've heard. 0.98

00:16:31.540 Can you imagine paying people to? 0.99

00:16:33.360 I mean, you look at him like Andy Garcia.

00:16:35.460 Andy Garcia is actually a good looking guy.

00:16:37.680 Michael Cohen is not.

00:16:39.260 I say that.

00:16:39.780 That's objectively true.

00:16:41.120 I'm thinking, like, who else could it?

00:16:41.880 Maybe Chaz Palmitari.

00:16:43.240 I don't know if you really wanted to stretch.

00:16:45.080 I just had good with Chaz.

00:16:45.720 Not that long ago. 0.97

00:16:46.720 He's a damn good looking guy. 0.96

00:16:48.620 He's a great guy. 0.99

00:16:49.180 That restaurant Chaz's in Manhattan is incredible.

00:16:51.680 And let me tell you something.

00:16:52.280 He don't look like Michael Cohen.

00:16:54.240 But is this guy, right?

00:16:56.260 Is this guy the most unlikable witness you've ever seen?

00:17:00.800 That whole exchange with the 14-year-old, I took interest in because why he thinks the

00:17:06.020 Secret Service would help him when he's not a protectee was just bizarre.

00:17:10.080 I mean, when I talk about a narcissist, but second, as you know from reading through most

00:17:14.780 of the case, this was just one of about five or six different episodes that Todd Blanche

00:17:21.060 just eviscerated this guy's credibility on.

00:17:24.400 I mean, Megan, in court, one of the worst things that can happen to you is for you to

00:17:28.660 have to debate yourself.

00:17:30.200 When you're contradicted by your own voice, video or audio, you'll just watch the jurors. 0.99

00:17:35.560 They're typically like, damn, that was good. 0.87

00:17:37.760 So at one point, Cohen says something really simple. 0.98

00:17:40.720 I never met Alvin Bragg.

00:17:42.380 You know, the prosecutor, of course.

00:17:43.840 That's not a hard thing.

00:17:45.220 You either met him or you didn't.

00:17:46.400 It's not a marginal case.

00:17:47.640 You didn't kind of meet him.

00:17:49.020 And then they play Michael Cohen's own podcast where he's like, I sat for hours with Alvin

00:17:53.600 Bragg.

00:17:54.200 If you're sitting there as a jurist, I'm talking about an I don't I can't get in their heads.

00:17:58.020 I don't know if they're Democrats or not.

00:17:59.640 I don't know.

00:18:00.460 I'm just saying if you're a reasonable jurist, because all they need is a reasonable doubt.

00:18:04.460 This guy's done right there.

00:18:06.400 He doesn't even know he met the prosecutor.

00:18:09.000 Of course, you know, he just spoke about in the podcast.

00:18:11.300 He doesn't know a conversation he had with Trump about a 14 year old who he considered

00:18:15.400 such a threat.

00:18:16.340 He had to call Trump's bodyguard, Schiller.

00:18:19.000 This is a mess.

00:18:19.780 And one of the things that we learned early on as the feds on the fed side, because we

00:18:24.760 were deeper in the court system there in the city.

00:18:26.740 Nothing goes to trial.

00:18:27.680 Everybody's just played out.

00:18:28.680 So but in the fed system, a lot of stuff goes to trial.

00:18:31.220 And I've been to quite a few of them is 90 percent of the game is not the facts.

00:18:35.980 It's just not.

00:18:36.580 You know, the old adage, you get the facts, pound the facts.

00:18:38.520 If not pound the table, it's just not court is not about facts.

00:18:42.340 Ninety percent of the time.

00:18:43.140 I wish it were civil court is contractual court criminal court.

00:18:46.940 If someone's going to trial, they're just trying to make this guy somewhat likable.

00:18:50.220 And you go back and look at the research on this.

00:18:52.240 It's conclusive.

00:18:53.020 You know, there was that case a while back with the two drug dealers, the identical case.

00:18:57.200 They're both accused of the same thing in the same crime.

00:18:59.580 One gets like 20 years.

00:19:00.940 One guy gets five.

00:19:02.100 And when he asked the jurors later, they're like, yeah, the one guy was just likable.

00:19:04.540 So that that's not a reason.

00:19:06.800 And the thing about Cohen, the problem they have is not only is he a convicted perjurer,

00:19:11.940 he's now been eviscerated his credibility in front of every branch of government in this

00:19:16.780 courtroom multiple times.

00:19:18.160 And he just comes off unlikable.

00:19:20.760 That's why the 14 year old story, the story about the women for Michael Cohen, that's not

00:19:26.380 irrelevant stuff.

00:19:27.660 People are probably like, well, what does that have to do with the law?

00:19:29.580 This case has nothing to do with the law.

00:19:31.160 The jury's trying to determine who do they dislike more because it's a blue state.

00:19:35.720 Do they dislike Donald Trump or Michael Cohen?

00:19:38.100 And Blanche, I thought today, today, when it when that testimony happened, did an absolutely

00:19:42.880 masterful job of eviscerating this guy's credibility and likability.

00:19:47.880 The likability thing is critical.

00:19:50.380 He on that subject of likability, he zeroed in on something we've been discussing here,

00:19:54.960 which is what kind of an attorney tapes his client surreptitiously.

00:20:01.200 The reason we've heard Trump talking to Cohen about the payoff, not to Stormy, which is at

00:20:05.560 issue in this case, but to Karen McDougal, another woman who was trying to shake him down 0.95

00:20:09.720 for money or actually that let me correct that.

00:20:12.580 She was going to strike a deal with AMI, American media, National Enquirer, to write my write

00:20:18.860 stories for them about fitness in exchange for not giving the story to anybody else about

00:20:23.520 her love affair with Trump.

00:20:24.540 So she says, the reason that's on tape is because Michael Cohen taped his own client

00:20:28.360 in going back and talking to him about how he buried it.

00:20:33.000 I mean, it's really like it is beyond the pale for a lawyer to do that to a client.

00:20:36.540 And Blanche zeroed in on it on Thursday and said this is from audio from a September 2016

00:20:42.040 conversation.

00:20:43.320 Blanche, you understand that it's not ethical for a lawyer to record a conversation with

00:20:48.620 their client.

00:20:49.020 Cohen agrees and then adds that recording a client conversation is permitted.

00:20:53.520 Under the cried crime fraud exception to the attorney client privilege rules, meaning

00:20:57.460 it's not privileged if you and I are talking about committing a crime together.

00:21:02.420 But the hush money payment is not a crime.

00:21:04.400 It's not.

00:21:05.080 So whatever.

00:21:05.640 Okay.

00:21:06.000 So then Blanche says, just so I understand, you surreptitiously recorded your client so

00:21:11.740 you could play a privileged recorded communication between you and your client with a third party.

00:21:17.000 Cohen, that's correct.

00:21:18.540 But he admits it.

00:21:20.960 He wanted to play for somebody else.

00:21:23.160 And Megan, this is so sleazy.

00:21:24.980 Again, let's separate legality from likability.

00:21:28.440 Okay.

00:21:28.800 The likability thing is huge in this case.

00:21:31.380 It is super important.

00:21:33.020 I mean, look at the data on parolees, right?

00:21:35.900 Parolees.

00:21:36.480 If you get there in front of your parole board after lunch, you've got a greater chance of

00:21:40.300 getting parole because everybody's in a good mood.

00:21:42.400 Michael Cohen is putting everyone in a bad mood.

00:21:45.020 No one, no one, not a jurist, not a Democrat, not a Republican, wants to be surreptitiously

00:21:50.260 taped by someone they place their trust in, no less an attorney.

00:21:53.800 Having said that, this is viewed on so unfavorably that in the state of Florida and Maryland, two

00:21:59.280 states I lived in, it is patently illegal to tape someone without both parties consenting.

00:22:05.520 New York, I believe, is a one-party consent state, meaning if you consent and you're on the

00:22:09.960 phone, you can record it.

00:22:11.760 But that is viewed so, that's considered so shady that some states have said, you can't

00:22:19.740 even do that.

00:22:20.920 You need this guy's permission.

00:22:21.800 But a lawyer to a client, if you're my client, I have a fiduciary obligation to you.

00:22:26.500 I have an ethical obligation to protect you.

00:22:30.180 There's no, there is no legal or likability explanation.

00:22:36.580 Why?

00:22:36.800 You know, I argued this.

00:22:38.000 This came out, I believe it was the prosecution, too, introduced this.

00:22:41.920 And I'm sitting there on my show, and like you, I'm like, having sat through trial and

00:22:47.360 trial, I'm like, who the hell thought this was a good idea?

00:22:50.780 Like, hey, my client, and by the way, the stuff that was recorded wasn't even the type 0.97

00:22:55.920 of dispositive stuff you'd want to introduce, like, damn, we got him now. 0.57

00:23:00.060 It was the kind of thing where, again, you made this guy look so shady that whatever value 0.95

00:23:06.040 you think you got out of it came off completely the wrong way.

00:23:10.520 And again, attorney-client privilege, I mean, this just, them stretching this crime-fraud

00:23:17.860 exception for everything, Megan, here has been just embarrassing.

00:23:22.240 The guy has no credibility.

00:23:23.560 His own legal advisor was under oath Costello this week up on Capitol Hill.

00:23:28.600 And the legal advisor, again, just eviscerated this guy's credibility.

00:23:32.720 And it turned out that attorney-client privilege was waived by Cohen because the FBI was going

00:23:38.800 after the other lawyer, too.

00:23:40.680 I mean, nothing this guy touches works out, Cohen, nothing.

00:23:44.240 It is amazing that what they're really trying to tell us, the implication is the hush money,

00:23:50.300 what do you ever want to call it, to these women was illegal, that there was something 1.00

00:23:54.800 nefarious about it.

00:23:55.780 And the ones jumping on that the most are the people over, yes, at CNN and at MSNBC.

00:24:03.540 They love suggesting this lie.

00:24:06.440 The nerve, Dan.

00:24:09.160 MSNBC and NBC, do you know the number of hush money payments they have had to make to women 0.99

00:24:16.980 coming forward to accuse their multiple male anchors?

00:24:20.240 And now they want to suggest it's a crime?

00:24:23.340 Then they should all be in jail.

00:24:25.700 Every executive at MSNBC, NBC, CNN, ABC, they should all be in prison.

00:24:32.900 Yeah, it's obviously, I mean, it's another example of what I call hierarchy versus hypocrisy. 0.99

00:24:39.020 I mean, Megan, you and I can argue all day, oh, they're hypocrites. 0.98

00:24:42.160 They don't care. 0.99

00:24:43.320 They're not hypocrites.

00:24:44.540 To them, this is hierarchy.

00:24:46.420 The left-wing media owns the culture.

00:24:48.460 They're in charge.

00:24:49.400 And they give you the double-barrel middle finger.

00:24:51.820 There's not two standards.

00:24:53.080 There's one standard.

00:24:54.140 They're in charge and you're not.

00:24:55.600 They don't care.

00:24:56.780 Communists and socialists who operate by those type of authoritarian principles don't give

00:25:01.020 a damn if they look bad doing their commie stuff. 0.62

00:25:03.400 So that's the problem with that. 0.99

00:25:04.960 But I like the Andy McCarthy approach.

00:25:07.280 He's a very talented lawyer.

00:25:08.480 You see him on Fox elsewhere.

00:25:09.800 I know you know him.

00:25:10.480 But Andy's a very smart guy.

00:25:12.160 He was an old SDNY, AUSA, deep experience in the criminal case realm.

00:25:16.820 And he's like, listen, man, I got to tell you, I don't even think they should argue this.

00:25:21.460 They should come out and say, Donald Trump didn't know about these payments.

00:25:24.880 And even if he did, it doesn't matter.

00:25:26.820 It's not illegal.

00:25:27.720 That's right.

00:25:27.860 You have no case.

00:25:28.960 Them arguing over and over.

00:25:30.760 Did he know or did he not?

00:25:32.760 Implies somehow that there's a basis criminally, because that's what they're there for, for this case.

00:25:38.000 And that's all they should say.

00:25:39.820 He didn't know.

00:25:41.080 Even Cohen's lawyer, Costello, saying the guy didn't know.

00:25:45.120 He's saying Cohen told him that.

00:25:46.680 But even if he did, and none of you believe that at all, it still doesn't matter, because that's still not a crime.

00:25:52.540 And no one's established it.

00:25:53.860 Forget it beyond a reasonable doubt.

00:25:55.500 There's not even a reason, probable cause for us to be here.

00:25:59.060 No, you could get an instruction from the judge to the jury that if, you know, at the beginning, it's too late now,

00:26:05.360 where he could have said, for the record, Mr. Trump denies that he ever had an affair with Stormy Daniels.

00:26:11.500 And he denies that he knew anything about this payment that Michael Cohen made to her.

00:26:16.640 However, he will stipulate that whatever, I don't know, whatever he's willing to give.

00:26:22.220 But the point is, the next instruction to the jury would be what's at issue here is whether he was aware of how the payment to Stormy Daniels

00:26:34.220 was recorded in the Trump books and whether he knew there was a discrepancy between that record keeping and the truth.

00:26:41.640 That's it.

00:26:42.380 So you maintain for the record, Donald Trump does dispute this.

00:26:45.420 But for the purposes of this trial, we don't have to get into that.

00:26:48.560 He's going to let you believe whatever you want to believe.

00:26:50.180 It's not relevant to your determination.

00:26:53.920 But instead, this is a defense mistake.

00:26:56.060 Like, we've had lots of testimony on Stormy and the positions and the birth control protections and, you know, whatever, STD protection, whatever.

00:27:04.600 And it's all been a walk down her weird, disgusting, X-rated lane that none of us wanted to take, Dan.

00:27:11.760 Yeah, I'm not really, you know, interested in, you know, hearing what happened that, you know, he was blocking.

00:27:17.620 And the story changes a thousand times.

00:27:19.280 I mean, when Bill Maher, who is no fan of, yeah, yeah, I mean, when he comes out and says, hey, listen, this Me Too stuff, that's, that's, she said, she said literally the exact opposite.

00:27:31.720 She made it explicit. 0.99

00:27:32.500 Dan, in her book, she said that night she made Trump her bitch. 1.00

00:27:37.560 Yes, she was, she was proud of it. 0.99

00:27:39.620 That is not how the Harvey victims spoke.

00:27:43.280 No, no, they're not. 1.00

00:27:44.640 And it just goes to show how fraudulent and bullshit the left is, too. 0.99

00:27:48.060 I mean, they've got this thing going on this week with the FDIC that just, there's a guy at the head of the FDIC running an agency with rampant sexual harassment. 1.00

00:27:57.180 And the left doesn't give a shit. 0.99

00:27:58.740 Like, Martin Grunberg. 1.00

00:27:59.920 I know, it's the craziest story ever.

00:28:01.160 And the media, of course, ignoring it because the guy's a Democrat.

00:28:03.720 The FDIC of all places.

00:28:04.920 Yeah, the FDIC.

00:28:06.380 I know, like, what the hell's going on?

00:28:07.920 Like, do you banking?

00:28:08.580 What are they doing?

00:28:09.300 It reminds me of that, that scene from, well, what is she doing back there?

00:28:13.200 You know, like, no one knows what the hell they're doing at the FDIC.

00:28:15.500 Well, now you know. 0.99

00:28:16.260 But it's because these people are total frauds.

00:28:19.360 Like, this whole Me Too movement has entirely collapsed because now they've got this woman who they should be calling out. 0.99

00:28:25.260 They should say, hey, listen, sexual harassment, this is a serious topic, okay?

00:28:30.440 You've got women out there who seriously are being in the workplace. 1.00

00:28:33.380 And, I mean, listen, I don't need to lecture you on this.

00:28:36.020 I mean, this is stuff that happens, and this is really serious.

00:28:39.080 And she's making a mockery out of it. 1.00

00:28:41.120 Here is the video of her on Bill Maher.

00:28:44.160 Oh, saying I did none of this happened.

00:28:46.640 It was voluntary.

00:28:48.140 This is specifically not a forced case.

00:28:50.500 And then she's in court trying to imply it. 0.99

00:28:53.560 And if I were a real victim of this, which, thankfully, I don't know anyone who was, and I hope never, too, I would be like, you know, that's pretty offensive.

00:29:01.340 And you'd think people on the left would come out, but because in their hierarchy of needs, they don't care about hypocrisy.

00:29:07.640 It's power to them, and that's their ultimate goal.

00:29:10.060 And she represents an obstacle to their power, Donald Trump, in taking him down. 0.96

00:29:14.540 Then, you know what?

00:29:15.760 It's one of the casualties of war.

00:29:18.880 They're literally treating her like Joan of Arc.

00:29:21.800 I mean, she's a heroine.

00:29:23.580 Oh, you see the articles?

00:29:24.280 She's going to take him down. 0.99

00:29:25.580 Michael Cohen, as disgusting as he is, he's a hero to them because they all have a shared goal, which is destroy Trump. 0.84

00:29:32.500 That manifests on television every day. 0.93

00:29:35.120 You remember Carville during the Clinton era?

00:29:37.080 I mean, you know, you and I remember that.

00:29:39.000 Well, if you drag a dollar to a trailer park and the bimbo, we're calling women bimbos and the bimbo eruption. 1.00

00:29:45.320 I mean, I'm just asking the liberals who watch the show.

00:29:47.280 You got them, too.

00:29:47.980 I mean, I got them.

00:29:48.860 I get their death threats and stuff every day as you listen to the radio show.

00:29:52.320 I do.

00:29:52.960 I know there's tons of watch.

00:29:53.820 I'm just asking you a serious question.

00:29:55.880 Like, this is the kind of thing I have no problem calling out.

00:29:58.200 I don't care if you're a Republican, a Democrat, conservative or a communist.

00:30:02.100 You know, I have two daughters at home. 0.99

00:30:04.220 Leave them the hell alone.

00:30:05.080 Let them go to work and let them do their thing. 0.99

00:30:08.000 George Stephanopoulos had Nancy Mace on his show and took issue with how on earth she could support a man who had been accused of sexual assault or rape.

00:30:19.540 George Stephanopoulos.

00:30:22.760 Accusing Nancy Mace, who was a rape victim.

00:30:26.040 I mean, we want to talk about the biggest tactical screw-up of all time.

00:30:29.980 Love that.

00:30:30.600 But he's the one we have to thank for Bill Clinton.

00:30:33.600 His whole book talks about how he tried to bury all those women, hurt them, whole war rooms devoted. 0.99

00:30:38.740 He didn't give a shit whether they were telling the truth. 0.99

00:30:40.600 He just wanted Clinton to win. 0.98

00:30:42.000 But he can't understand how Nancy Mace.

00:30:44.180 You've got to be kidding.

00:30:45.280 Now, I saw the whole clip.

00:30:47.280 I mean, again, it's just an example of what I said.

00:30:49.780 You can't beat the left on pointing out hypocrisy because they don't care.

00:30:54.560 Now, you can beat them with independence and pointing it out, but they don't care.

00:30:59.340 The central tenet of the authoritarian tendency is we're in charge and crave power.

00:31:04.820 Principles come second.

00:31:06.340 What they do is they beat us up using our principles against us.

00:31:10.400 They do it all the time.

00:31:11.780 The left.

00:31:12.080 That's how they're doing this now.

00:31:14.240 I mean, not to get off topic, but all these college campus rallies.

00:31:16.740 They're going, oh, you conservatives, join us.

00:31:18.420 It's a First Amendment issue.

00:31:19.540 It is certainly not.

00:31:21.180 I'm in no way objecting to the First Amendment right. 0.99

00:31:23.800 I'm just saying don't threaten that guy's life and say, I want to kill you because you're Jewish. 0.97

00:31:28.400 That's not a First Amendment issue. 0.99

00:31:29.640 That's called against the law.

00:31:30.860 That's menacing. 1.00

00:31:32.000 You're not allowed to do that, dipshits. 1.00

00:31:33.800 But they do this all the time. 1.00

00:31:35.360 They appeal to our principles because they have none. 0.98

00:31:38.700 And suckers sometimes fall for this.

00:31:41.140 And I try to tell people all the time, do not get roped into this BS. 0.89

00:31:45.940 Stand on principle.

00:31:47.440 Do the right thing. 0.69

00:31:48.780 And in the end, you'll be on the right moral arc of history, not these losers.

00:31:52.740 The examples of their failures are everywhere on this.

00:31:55.600 It is amazing to watch her bastardize the Me Too movement and not hear one woman's rights 1.00

00:32:01.480 advocate, in quotes, on the left, speak up to say, this is bullshit. 1.00

00:32:05.760 Stop glomming on. 1.00

00:32:06.960 This is disrespectful.

00:32:08.180 But that's what they do.

00:32:09.340 On their chosen issues, their sacred cows, they are the moral arbiters.

00:32:13.900 And the rest of us are bad people, even if we've been through it ourselves.

00:32:17.240 And that leads me to my next clip.

00:32:18.340 But it's not true in any department more than it's true when it comes to racial stuff.

00:32:24.220 So they, of course, notwithstanding Joe Biden's long history of saying racial things, racist

00:32:29.700 things, they think Trump is the racist in this contest.

00:32:33.160 And recently, Trump made a comment, which didn't strike any of us who have been watching the

00:32:38.760 race as particularly controversial.

00:32:40.500 I mean, we all saw all the TikTok videos among Black Americans after he had the mugshot and 0.73

00:32:46.820 put it out on an actual mug and how so many Black Americans were celebrating the moment

00:32:51.900 and celebrating Trump's toughness and his big middle finger to the system and saying,

00:32:55.700 I'm going to fight.

00:32:56.280 I'm going to fight all of this.

00:32:58.200 OK, Trump makes a comment on it and they lost their mind.

00:33:02.200 I'm going to walk you through the sequence because it's absolutely beautiful.

00:33:06.120 You're going to love it.

00:33:06.600 All right.

00:33:06.740 So here's the Trump comment that it was just like a week or two ago that they reacted to.

00:33:12.540 I got indicted for nothing, for something that is nothing.

00:33:18.000 They were doing it because it's election interference.

00:33:20.900 And then I got indicted a second time and a third time and a fourth time.

00:33:25.500 And a lot of people said that that's why the Black people like because they have been

00:33:30.160 hurt so badly and discriminated against.

00:33:32.680 And they actually viewed me as I'm being discriminated against.

00:33:36.520 It's been pretty amazing.

00:33:38.080 The Black people are so much on my side now because they see what's happening to me happens 1.00

00:33:42.760 to them.

00:33:43.780 Does that make sense?

00:33:46.080 Mike, the mugshot.

00:33:47.600 We've all seen the mugshot.

00:33:49.400 And you know who embraced it more than anybody else?

00:33:52.700 The Black population.

00:33:54.080 It's incredible.

00:33:54.740 You see Black people walking around with my mugshot. 0.88

00:33:57.520 You know, they do shirts and they sell them for $19 a piece.

00:34:01.580 It's pretty amazing.

00:34:03.800 OK, so that's February 23rd of this year.

00:34:07.980 Here's a little sampling as to how the media reacted.

00:34:10.440 I could have done 20 more sots.

00:34:12.260 But here we've kept it short.

00:34:13.860 I couldn't be more, and I'm going to take the privilege of speaking for all the Black

00:34:20.320 people.

00:34:20.880 I couldn't be more offended by that statement.

00:34:23.420 Him saying Black the way that he did, it just felt mocking in some sense.

00:34:27.500 Let's be clear. 0.98

00:34:29.300 Donald Trump is using the stereotype of Blacks being criminals. 0.97

00:34:33.520 He's in a mugshot for trying to interfere with an election. 0.98

00:34:38.220 Blacks were arrested to get the right to vote.

00:34:41.180 America, please, please share it with your Trump-loving friends.

00:34:47.120 Have them understand why what we just heard is so unbelievably racist, but also problematic

00:34:55.560 for a democracy.

00:34:56.940 That man should never be president of the United States. 0.99

00:34:59.560 The only reason we have a mugshot is because of the Black DA in Fulton County and the Black 1.00

00:35:04.060 sheriff that made sure he got one to ensure that he knew that he was not above the law. 0.98

00:35:08.960 So I am, I, it is disgusting.

00:35:11.920 It is offensive.

00:35:14.200 Okay.

00:35:14.900 I love the woman.

00:35:15.760 I'm just going to speak for all Black people.

00:35:18.100 That's, I was, I was appointed head Black.

00:35:21.840 Here's how we all feel. 0.99

00:35:23.900 He's a racist. 0.98

00:35:24.840 Okay. 0.99

00:35:25.380 Those are racist comments. 0.82

00:35:26.500 Kim Godwin, the recently ousted president of ABC News, who is Black, she felt the need

00:35:33.340 to weigh in, which is extraordinary to have the president of a network, Dan, weigh in on

00:35:37.560 something like this and said, those comments, quote, are as racist as they come and went

00:35:43.600 on to say, no matter what your politics, the fact that a person running for president made

00:35:47.440 these remarks, period, but also to a public crowd.

00:35:49.680 And with so many Black people present, present, and that they stand with him is mind blowing,

00:35:54.780 shocking.

00:35:55.960 Okay.

00:35:56.340 So what did he say?

00:35:57.940 He said, Black people like me because they've been hurt so badly and discriminated against.

00:36:03.840 And they actually viewed me as I'm being discriminated against.

00:36:07.740 There are so much on my side now because they see what's happening to me happens to them.

00:36:12.920 Does that make sense?

00:36:13.900 Let's flash forward to this week.

00:36:17.560 MSNBC, which was responsible for many of those thoughts we just played in horror, did

00:36:22.380 a focus group with some voters.

00:36:25.420 I think it was, was it in Georgia?

00:36:27.880 Some Trump voters in Georgia, two of whom in this clip for the listening audience are

00:36:32.640 Black. 0.93

00:36:33.520 And listen to what happened.

00:36:36.540 Do each of you support Donald Trump?

00:36:38.780 I do.

00:36:39.360 Yes.

00:36:39.720 Yes.

00:36:40.120 Yes.

00:36:40.340 For all three of you.

00:36:41.000 Has this trial changed your opinion, even caused you to waver or question that at all?

00:36:47.460 No, it's actually caused me to support him more.

00:36:52.460 I just don't believe that's a coincidence that we have a trial happening in Atlanta.

00:36:58.320 We have one happening in New York.

00:37:00.940 So the question people are beginning to ask themselves, like I did, it's like, why now?

00:37:05.220 I've talked to many people who formally identified as a Democrat.

00:37:08.600 They have changed their political persuasion to independent, and they are looking forward

00:37:13.100 to voting for Trump.

00:37:14.120 Because now they find something in common with a political candidate at that level.

00:37:19.480 When you say they find commonality, what is that commonality?

00:37:22.620 They have felt persecuted by the system of American injustice.

00:37:27.500 And it's not a stretch for them to think that Trump may be a victim as well.

00:37:32.940 So, yeah, Dan, yeah, yeah, I obviously have a lot to say on this.

00:37:39.300 Where does Trump go for his apology?

00:37:41.440 Yeah.

00:37:41.960 Well, listen, I'll just say to these leftists, like, honestly, man, nobody, nobody gives a 0.96

00:37:46.140 shit anymore. 0.98

00:37:46.860 They really don't. 1.00

00:37:47.520 You've thrown this, you've thrown this term around.

00:37:50.540 So they, we just don't.

00:37:52.340 Listen, Republicans call real racism out when they see it.

00:37:55.940 We're not waiting for you to do it.

00:37:58.140 We don't.

00:37:58.620 Matter of fact, when you do it, we ignore it because you call everyone a racist.

00:38:01.580 We just assume you're lying. 1.00

00:38:03.280 We actually call real racist bullshit out. 1.00

00:38:06.700 You jokers on the left, nobody cares anymore. 1.00

00:38:10.540 Everybody's a racist to you. 0.99

00:38:12.400 It's phony. 0.97

00:38:13.480 It's fake.

00:38:14.500 You don't care about it.

00:38:16.160 Nobody's listening to you.

00:38:17.980 30 years ago in radio or TV, you being tarred by a major cable outlet as a racist was a death

00:38:25.860 sentence for your career.

00:38:27.380 Nobody's even listening anymore.

00:38:29.040 So much so I know this story because I covered it.

00:38:31.580 And I covered that panel on MSNBC, but it had absolutely zero traction because everyone

00:38:38.000 just assumed, oh, it's MSNBC saying someone's a racist again.

00:38:40.960 It's like right over everyone's head.

00:38:43.200 Nobody cares.

00:38:43.740 It's a day ending and why.

00:38:44.540 Yeah.

00:38:45.320 What's that?

00:38:46.520 It's a day ending and why.

00:38:48.520 It's a day ending and why.

00:38:49.960 Exactly. 0.74

00:38:50.520 It's just so just typical leftist nonsense.

00:38:54.420 And I'll say, secondly, another point of irony that that the weapon they want to use the

00:38:59.040 most, they've so diluted its potency that it has no effect.

00:39:03.660 The second point I'd like to introduce on this one is that, you know, the left with the

00:39:08.860 with the racist cudgel has told black and Hispanic and minority voters for years that

00:39:15.420 there's this thing out there that exists called it's called systemic discrimination or systemic

00:39:20.800 racism.

00:39:21.760 So, you know, whenever I was doing Fox or my own show, I'd say, well, OK, the system is racist.

00:39:27.720 That's the derivative word, right?

00:39:29.480 Systemic racism.

00:39:30.820 Who's running the system where the racism is happening? 0.93

00:39:34.260 Oh, look, big cities led by Democrats.

00:39:36.700 So, yes, systemic racism is real.

00:39:39.040 Liberals are doing it.

00:39:40.200 Correct.

00:39:41.080 Like, where is this happening?

00:39:42.180 It's happening in your cities, liberals.

00:39:44.480 You're doing it.

00:39:45.540 So it's strange that you told black and Hispanic voters for years the system we have governed 0.62

00:39:51.420 under our system, this liberal system, is racist.

00:39:55.280 Donald Trump then goes and gives a speech and speaks in a way plainly that Donald Trump

00:39:59.600 speaks.

00:40:00.400 Donald Trump is not a racist.

00:40:01.700 He's not anything close to racist.

00:40:03.020 We shouldn't even have to say that. 1.00

00:40:04.340 It's just liberal bullshit. 0.99

00:40:05.840 However, this is one of the things people love about Trump, how plainly he speaks. 1.00

00:40:08.540 Yeah, he's candid.

00:40:09.220 He just doesn't talk in focus group tested nonsense and scientific research abstracts.

00:40:15.400 He talks like normal people talk.

00:40:17.200 And he brings up the point.

00:40:18.920 Hey, you've been told the system screwed you over?

00:40:21.460 Yeah, it probably has.

00:40:23.140 And you know what?

00:40:23.960 System's screwing me over, too. 0.83

00:40:25.940 Conveniently, in some of the same cities, you're getting screwed over. 0.80

00:40:29.160 New York City, Fulton County.

00:40:31.840 And a lot of voters are out there going, eh, kind of sounds right to me.

00:40:35.740 And it's chapping their butts that this guy's beating them at their own game.

00:40:39.900 That's the only reason they're doing this.

00:40:41.460 And I'm telling you, nobody cares.

00:40:43.620 Zero people listen to the left with their faux charges of racism.

00:40:47.500 We call it out on our own. 1.00

00:40:48.840 We don't need these idiots. 1.00

00:40:50.440 What's interesting to me, though, is that it's just, as you point out, it's not working. 1.00

00:40:54.260 And it's not even working with their, the people they think are their core base.

00:40:58.280 I mean, black women are overwhelmingly Democrat. 1.00

00:41:00.820 They're losing black men as registered Republicans.

00:41:04.840 But we saw that New York Times-Siena poll come out earlier this week that showed the same results from November.

00:41:09.660 Trump's winning in five out of the six key swing states.

00:41:12.840 All states Joe Biden won in 2020.

00:41:15.240 Trump's up, in some cases, by 10 points, by six points.

00:41:19.360 I mean, big margins.

00:41:21.260 And so strong, robust State of the Union response.

00:41:25.060 At least that was the narrative in the media about Joe Biden.

00:41:27.260 I mean, tens of millions of dollars of ads in all of these swing states. 0.94

00:41:31.580 Nonstop coverage on MSNBC about what a criminal he is and what a racist he is. 0.94

00:41:36.360 And, of course, what a sexist he is because the stormy thing all, it all ties together, right? 0.98

00:41:41.060 Nothing hasn't moved the needle at all.

00:41:43.720 He's winning.

00:41:44.980 I realize it's not voting day, but right now he's winning.

00:41:48.400 And to me, it does seem like that had to be Biden's calculation for saying,

00:41:53.000 okay, I'll do it because I'm the one on the debates.

00:41:56.540 I'm the one who needs a game changer in this race.

00:41:59.720 Yeah, I, you know, there's so much there.

00:42:02.940 You know, one of the things I want to say about this is I called this a long time ago,

00:42:07.580 and it was by no means due to my political analytical skills or anything.

00:42:11.180 It was just listening to people about, I don't know, three years ago, a business partner of mine.

00:42:15.940 And he's at a sporting event that we do business with, and he's talking to,

00:42:20.860 he does a lot of business with a lot of black business leaders, entertainers, sports figures, a lot, not just a little bit.

00:42:27.360 And he calls me after the event.

00:42:29.160 He's like, hey, man, you're never going to believe this.

00:42:31.180 But this really prominent guy who comments on the rap industry told me,

00:42:35.200 you're never going to believe how many of these guys love Trump.

00:42:38.820 He said they call him like Uncle Trump or something like that, and they love this guy.

00:42:43.620 I said, really? He says, Dan, I'm telling you, man, they love this guy because this isn't the first time I've heard this.

00:42:49.960 Sports everywhere. And I thought there's something going on there.

00:42:52.640 So I put that out on my show, and it was interesting because all of the negative feedback I got were from conservative influencers

00:43:00.320 who were like, oh, man, that's not true. You're overestimating this.

00:43:03.760 And now you're seeing it in the numbers. Now, is Trump going to win 25% of the black vote?

00:43:07.920 No, not even close. He doesn't have to. If he wins 18 or 20%, there's no man.

00:43:13.260 He wins 14. If he wins 14, it's water shed.

00:43:17.000 And people have to understand here that this isn't, I know they get it.

00:43:20.580 I shouldn't have said it. That would be sounding like a jerk. 0.99

00:43:21.980 But this is not a national election. It is a series of state elections in the Electoral College. 0.99

00:43:26.900 And when you look at these states, Pennsylvania has Pittsburgh and Philadelphia.

00:43:32.620 You flip four or five percentage points of the black vote with a substantially large black population

00:43:37.840 in Philly, in Pittsburgh, in Atlanta, in Detroit.

00:43:42.580 The Democrats listening to your show, you need to understand there's no man whatsoever for you to win a presidential election now or any time in the future.

00:43:52.060 It is the Democrats' biggest nightmare.

00:43:54.280 It's why, to the Democrats out there and the liberals who have been gaslit, it's why everything's racist all the time.

00:43:59.960 And I'll make another case. Listen, I get it. I've been a Trump supporter for a while, and it's not for the reasons people think.

00:44:05.940 I'm a pretty diehard doctrinaire conservative. I get it.

00:44:10.240 Has he been the most conservative guy in the past on some issues? No.

00:44:13.720 I mean, Donald Trump, the one thing I respect about him is, contrary to what people tell you,

00:44:18.140 you do not have to be in line with Donald Trump or he's going to kick you out of his camp. 0.99

00:44:22.700 That's bullshit. Whoever's telling you that is lying or doesn't know. 0.99

00:44:25.560 Donald Trump and I disagreed publicly on my radio show. You can listen. It's a clip on my channel about abortion.

00:44:32.300 We disagree on it. He has never once been like, Dan, agree with me, or I'm kicking you out of the next event.

00:44:39.220 That's total crap. We've disagreed. So you may say, well, if you disagree on this issue, there's a couple more. 0.99

00:44:45.080 I wasn't crazy about criminal justice reform either, but I'm with him on taxes.

00:44:49.200 I'm with him on regulatory reform, judicial appointments, school choice.

00:44:52.760 Obviously, the border, national security. I think he's got the NATO situation right.

00:44:58.340 I think he's got incredible political instincts. I'll say this about the guy.

00:45:02.200 His lasting gift to the Republican Party is going to be none of that stuff.

00:45:06.380 What do you mean? I'm telling you, it's going to be none of that stuff.

00:45:09.300 His greatest gift to the party, his greatest gift, those are all good things,

00:45:13.500 the judicial appointments and everything else, is going to be,

00:45:16.620 he opened the eyes of a number of groups of demographic people out there who had never in their life considered a Republican

00:45:25.720 who somehow looked at him and said, I don't know, it's my guy.

00:45:30.560 What is it? I don't know. The French have a name for it called the je ne sais quoi.

00:45:33.680 If we knew what it was, we'd bottle it. We don't.

00:45:36.520 Donald Trump has his gift. Charisma, political instincts. I don't know.

00:45:40.380 I ran for office. I lost. I obviously don't have it. I do a different thing.

00:45:44.720 You have it.

00:45:45.400 However, that is, well, thank you. I appreciate it. But that is his gift.

00:45:48.840 His gift is going to be changing the coalition of what the Republican Party looks like in the future.

00:45:55.500 And I guarantee you on the show, cash this check and spend the money.

00:45:59.340 That is 100% going to be his legacy.

00:46:02.240 I love that. And the other thing about Trump is he showed Republicans had a fight.

00:46:06.700 You don't have to follow these rules.

00:46:07.940 You don't have to do it the way that Mitt Romney says you have to do it or just, you know,

00:46:13.220 the Commission on Presidential Debates says you have to do it.

00:46:15.500 Joe Biden, he never would have said F you to the Commission on Presidential Debates had it not been for Trump.

00:46:20.360 Just thumbing his middle finger at the debate process in the primaries and just doing it the way he wants.

00:46:25.100 He's he's sort of shown people you don't have to play within these rules that everybody else set for you.

00:46:31.500 Yeah. And I think, you know, one more thing. You're correct.

00:46:33.660 A hundred percent. I mean, even George W. Bush, they were, you know, that old line, you know, don't fight people who buy ink by the barrel.

00:46:39.820 The old idea was if the media is against you, just kind of acquiesce and, you know, be as obedient as you can, like a little lapdog and move on.

00:46:47.280 And Trump not only said, well, F that Trump actually said, you guys are fake news.

00:46:51.640 And he made them the story.

00:46:52.820 I mean, he made the war against the media, which a lot of Americans kind of attached to and were like, yeah, I get it.

00:46:59.100 Like, I've been screwed over by these people, too.

00:47:01.680 But, you know, one more thing on this, too, is what I was going to mention is it.

00:47:06.520 This was a unique, very unique time.

00:47:09.060 Well, every time's unique, but I mean, unique.

00:47:11.020 And I hate that word, too, which is ironic because I just can't stand unique or literal, which are two words you should probably not hate.

00:47:16.860 But Joe Biden running against Donald Trump, Megan, was the perfect foil. 0.72

00:47:20.780 It was like a diamond on a black background.

00:47:22.780 Right.

00:47:23.300 I have no doubt Trump could have done these things against another candidate. 0.99

00:47:26.660 But I think the eye opening for the black and Hispanic community, a lot of minority voters, younger voters where Trump is doing well, Republicans always get their asses kicked by younger. 0.97

00:47:36.960 I mean, that was just a fact that was baked into the cake. 0.98

00:47:40.340 Is just the foil effect.

00:47:43.160 Life's about contrast.

00:47:44.620 You know, I mean, we've all seen the optical illusion, two parallel lines.

00:47:47.960 You put a slanted line in between them.

00:47:49.400 They look like they're going towards each other.

00:47:50.940 They're not.

00:47:51.640 It's an illusion.

00:47:52.860 So it's a contrast that matters.

00:47:54.920 The contrast with Joe Biden.

00:47:56.940 I mean, just listen, I know a lot about that. 0.99

00:47:59.460 He's just a really disgusting guy. 1.00

00:48:01.160 He's an awful guy. 1.00

00:48:02.460 He's a liar. 1.00

00:48:03.420 He is a sociopathic narcissist. 1.00

00:48:05.600 He is also incompetent. 1.00

00:48:07.120 And the fact that he cannot accept the fact that he cognitively isn't there. 0.98

00:48:10.780 I don't wish ill on the guy.

00:48:12.160 I really don't.

00:48:12.720 I'm not I'm not an immoral cat.

00:48:14.720 Good for you, man. 0.77

00:48:15.740 You got old.

00:48:16.340 You lived a long life.

00:48:17.420 Everybody gets old.

00:48:18.220 I'll be there, too, one day.

00:48:19.060 The thing is, he's the same age as Bernie Sanders.

00:48:21.640 Bernie Sanders, for as much as I can't stand them, is still all there and walks around

00:48:25.020 like he's 20 years old.

00:48:26.240 Not Joe Biden.

00:48:26.720 Chuck Grassley.

00:48:27.300 The fact that right, Chuck, exactly.

00:48:29.540 The fact that Trump has this foil, I think, has made even more voters say, well, I liked 0.95

00:48:35.580 him in the first place, but now I really like him compared to this goofball.

00:48:39.420 So Biden's actually been a gift in that respect.

00:48:41.800 How do you think the Hunter Biden trials are going to play?

00:48:49.880 Because we've got not one, but two now scheduled to start in June.

00:48:54.180 And if Hunter Biden were this sweet, sad little character who's being wrongly bullied by the

00:49:01.660 feds, I think it could actually have the effect of creating sympathy for Joe Biden.

00:49:06.800 And that seems to be where the White House is going for it.

00:49:09.280 We saw them already getting the talking points out like this is going to be really hard for

00:49:13.040 the president.

00:49:13.840 He may be just despondent over his poor son and what what he's having to go through because

00:49:19.380 Joe's the president.

00:49:21.020 But I I have my doubts whether that narrative is going to sell.

00:49:24.960 You know how they've been doing all along. 0.98

00:49:26.200 He's a drug addict.

00:49:27.020 I love my son. 1.00

00:49:28.360 Whether that is going to sell because Hunter Biden is so unlikable.

00:49:33.060 Yeah.

00:49:33.580 Yeah.

00:49:33.840 I mean, that goes back to what we were talking about in the beginning.

00:49:35.780 Right.

00:49:36.040 I mean, politics is no different, you know, than a court case.

00:49:39.600 I mean, it really isn't.

00:49:40.700 Politics is about who's the most likable guy.

00:49:42.280 I want this guy more than the other one.

00:49:43.620 You know, it's an interesting point.

00:49:44.940 There's a kind of a little bit of a triple quadruple reverse psychology take place where

00:49:49.860 they thought they'd get Trump by lawfare.

00:49:52.300 I'm not suggesting Hunter's lawfare.

00:49:53.900 Those are real cases.

00:49:54.900 He actually did, you know, is charged with this stuff.

00:49:58.180 However, it's interesting.

00:49:59.800 It obviously backfired against Trump and martyred the guy.

00:50:03.300 I mean, that's just clear.

00:50:04.080 Look at the polls.

00:50:04.880 It's clear as day.

00:50:05.460 They started going up right after the search warrant, his polls.

00:50:08.820 I think this case is different.

00:50:10.360 I'll tell you why.

00:50:12.100 Because Biden has transparently lied about it.

00:50:15.580 I mean, he hasn't kind of like obliquely lied about it.

00:50:19.580 He has transparently lied and said, I knew nothing about my son's business.

00:50:24.240 Now, that story has evolved, evolved, and morphed into five or six different iterations.

00:50:30.900 But Biden's in a little bit of trouble.

00:50:32.900 Trump's story's never changed.

00:50:34.200 He's like, I don't know anything about this.

00:50:36.080 Even if I did, it's not illegal.

00:50:38.080 Trump's story about the papers.

00:50:39.700 You notice with the papers, he doesn't say, I don't have papers.

00:50:41.800 What does he say?

00:50:42.640 Hey, I was the president.

00:50:43.520 Presidential Records Act.

00:50:44.480 It's the same story every time.

00:50:46.260 You get what I'm saying?

00:50:47.180 With the Hunter case, it's totally different, right?

00:50:49.620 Joe Biden's come out and said, hey, I'm a good dad.

00:50:52.600 I don't know anything about this nefarious, illicit, potentially illegal deal this guy

00:50:57.360 was doing.

00:50:58.180 Really?

00:50:59.260 There's a check for $40,000 written to one Joseph R. Biden.

00:51:03.360 What was that for?

00:51:05.100 Was it house painting?

00:51:06.820 What were you doing here?

00:51:08.100 Were you teaching basketball even?

00:51:09.740 I mean, no one's explained yet what this guy actually does.

00:51:13.280 It's why the business stuff never stuck with Donald Trump either.

00:51:16.600 Everybody was like, oh, Donald Trump was going to build a hotel tower in Russia.

00:51:21.120 Really?

00:51:22.020 Donald Trump's in the hotel business.

00:51:23.780 Reminds me of that line from The Usual Suspects.

00:51:25.640 I can place you in Queens on the night of the robbery.

00:51:27.960 Really?

00:51:28.500 I live in Queens.

00:51:29.420 You figure that out yourself or you got a team of monkeys working around the clock.

00:51:32.620 I mean, none of this works for Joe Biden.

00:51:34.740 One of the greatest movies.

00:51:35.960 I love that, man.

00:51:36.860 I talked to Chaz Palminter about that movie, too.

00:51:38.760 He loved that.

00:51:39.240 A lot of that stuff was ad lib.

00:51:40.320 I got to say, Kevin Spacey was also magnificent.

00:51:42.500 Also magnificent.

00:51:43.380 Fantastic movie.

00:51:44.040 I love it.

00:51:44.400 But that's my point is that I don't think that's going to...

00:51:46.940 Martyring Joe Biden here I don't think works.

00:51:50.200 But I will say, too, that I think the Joe Biden is corrupt narrative is, at this point,

00:51:58.120 is kind of baked in the cake.

00:51:59.420 I don't think it hurts anyone.

00:52:00.960 I think it's legally the right thing to do to prosecute Hunter Biden, show the nobody

00:52:04.980 above the law thing.

00:52:06.180 You want to...

00:52:06.440 Okay, you guys said that.

00:52:07.440 Now nobody is.

00:52:08.440 But I'm not sure.

00:52:10.420 I think Joe Biden right now, at this point, is on the terminal decline electorally.

00:52:14.420 And whether Hunter Biden's guilty or not, it's not going to help him.

00:52:17.920 Or I just don't think it hurts him anymore.

00:52:20.740 He's going down no matter what.

00:52:22.900 See, I think Trump lies and Biden lies.

00:52:25.480 And they all lie.

00:52:26.560 I mean, all politicians lie.

00:52:27.920 We've been living with these long enough to know.

00:52:29.400 I mean, you almost can't make it to the presidency without lying.

00:52:33.340 It's sad, but it's kind of where we are.

00:52:35.160 I say...

00:52:35.680 Wait, I make this point all the time.

00:52:38.540 Yes, 100%.

00:52:40.040 I say this every single day.

00:52:43.260 I can on my show.

00:52:44.740 Everybody lies, no doubt.

00:52:46.420 Nobody in politics is even close to telling you the truth even half the time.

00:52:50.940 But that's not the question.

00:52:52.600 Everything in life is on the margin, right?

00:52:54.820 In the summer, it's not AC or no AC.

00:52:57.280 It's how much.

00:52:58.040 It's not like on or off.

00:52:59.700 Life's about the margin.

00:53:01.080 The problem Biden has is everybody bakes into the cake politicians lie.

00:53:05.680 It's the degree of lying that matters. 1.00

00:53:08.220 The problem Biden has in relationship to Trump is Biden's full of shit all the time. 1.00

00:53:14.100 He was raised in the Puerto Rican community. 1.00

00:53:15.600 And often about himself.

00:53:16.020 Black community.

00:53:16.560 Yes.

00:53:16.960 About himself.

00:53:17.520 The Polish community.

00:53:18.740 The Greek community.

00:53:19.580 Magnificent ties to every single community.

00:53:21.960 17,000 miles in the Tibetan plateau.

00:53:24.220 He met Angelo on Amtrak, despite the fact Angelo was dead.

00:53:27.440 He traveled the world with Xi Jinping.

00:53:29.700 He had oil slicks on his window.

00:53:31.620 His uncle was eaten by cannibals.

00:53:33.500 He was a lifeguard who saved 20 people's lives. 0.99

00:53:35.820 He beat the shit out of corn pop. 0.97

00:53:37.660 He was a truck driver. 1.00

00:53:39.080 None of this shit is true. 1.00

00:53:40.420 He went to shul. 1.00

00:53:41.540 He went to the synagogue.

00:53:42.820 He went to the mosque. 0.96

00:53:44.000 He went to the black church. 0.94

00:53:45.320 Nobody spent more time in houses of worship than this guy. 0.62

00:53:48.720 You think he'd be a saint? 1.00

00:53:50.080 Everything he says is full of shit. 1.00

00:53:51.900 But it's not that he lies. 1.00

00:53:53.940 You're 100% right.

00:53:55.560 Trump lies.

00:53:56.560 DeSantis lies.

00:53:57.460 Biden lies.

00:53:58.160 Kamala Harris lies.

00:53:59.060 Politicians lie.

00:53:59.840 It's their job.

00:54:00.720 It's that Biden lies about everything.

00:54:03.760 All the time. 0.96

00:54:04.340 He's like pathological.

00:54:04.780 And people are like, I can't trust this guy.

00:54:06.600 Yeah, it is.

00:54:07.120 It's true. 0.57

00:54:07.420 He's absolutely pathological.

00:54:09.120 It's clinical.

00:54:09.640 His own bio.

00:54:10.800 Every single lie he tells about himself is self-aggrandizing, right?

00:54:13.460 Like he makes himself look so much better than he actually is.

00:54:16.320 But the real problem for him, I think people could actually forgive that.

00:54:18.840 It's like, OK, fine.

00:54:19.460 He's some puffer. 0.97

00:54:20.120 He wants us to think he's some hotshot, whatever football player and black man secret and all 0.98

00:54:24.780 that. 0.79

00:54:25.840 But the real problem is he's lying to us about our situation, right?

00:54:28.660 He's looking at us like through Mallorca saying the border is secure.

00:54:32.260 OK, it's not secure.

00:54:33.780 He's looking at us saying things like inflation was at 9% when I took over.

00:54:38.420 We know that's not true.

00:54:40.000 And it's not just Biden.

00:54:41.520 So he lied about that.

00:54:42.420 I actually want to play this for you because I haven't seen current Jean-Pierre in a while.

00:54:45.460 And it's always amusing.

00:54:47.020 She's always worth a soundbite. 0.95

00:54:48.100 I'll give her 30 seconds of my day.

00:54:50.380 She never disappoints.

00:54:51.940 So, yeah, he said this just recently that it was 9% when I came into office.

00:54:55.540 It's a lie.

00:54:56.280 It was around 1%.

00:54:57.180 And here's Karine Jean-Pierre.

00:54:59.360 Watch this.

00:54:59.880 Just watch the meandering answer she gave when she got asked by a reporter about Joe Biden's

00:55:05.860 lie.

00:55:06.260 I'm going to ask you about how the president talks about inflation.

00:55:09.040 So two times over the past two weeks, the president said inflation was 9% when he came into

00:55:14.200 office.

00:55:14.660 Is the president misleading Americans on that, or does it just not realize that inflation

00:55:18.740 was 1.4% when he came into office?

00:55:20.940 So, you know, and thank you for the question, because I know that this, we got a lot of incoming

00:55:24.900 on this yesterday.

00:55:25.720 And look, what the president was, the point that he was making is that the factors that

00:55:32.100 caused inflation was in place when he walked in into the administration, when he took office.

00:55:37.800 As you know, the pandemic caused inflation around the world to be, by disrupting our economy

00:55:44.900 and breaking our supply chains.

00:55:47.080 As you know, we had to act quickly on dealing with the supply chain.

00:55:50.260 He put together a task force.

00:55:51.620 You saw the president do that.

00:55:53.180 I mean, it was like meandering, like a creek in the middle of Montana.

00:55:57.040 It went on and on.

00:55:59.080 And there was there a word about the fact that it was 1.4% and not nine.

00:56:03.800 And he lied.

00:56:05.420 OK, now we're in my wheelhouse because economics, I absolutely love.

00:56:09.380 This is my favorite thing to talk about.

00:56:11.700 I know it's the dismal science.

00:56:13.500 I promise I'll make it on this.

00:56:14.800 Karine Jean-Pierre is a representative of this entire administration, someone who has

00:56:19.820 so little credibility with any persuadable voter out there that when she opens her mouth,

00:56:26.200 it's such an embarrassment.

00:56:27.760 They typically have to bring John Kirby in to rescue her.

00:56:30.420 I mean, when New York Post stories and other liberal outlet stories are being written about

00:56:35.380 how insiders desperately want her gone, it's just so kind of epidemic of this entire administration

00:56:42.840 and their attachment to just serial dishonesty.

00:56:46.100 Now, I agree with you.

00:56:47.460 Like, people are baked into the cake, his faux autobiography.

00:56:51.420 At this point, I think even Democrats just laugh at him.

00:56:54.540 Like, yeah, you were a letterman in college.

00:56:56.460 You had soft hands to receive it.

00:56:57.880 Like, we get you're just lying about that.

00:56:59.620 It's a shame he can never tell the truth.

00:57:01.420 But you're right.

00:57:02.080 This is the stuff that kicks people, like, right.

00:57:04.700 But, you know, like, hurts, man.

00:57:06.440 Put a cup on.

00:57:07.440 They hate this.

00:57:08.400 Because they go to the grocery store every day and they see it.

00:57:12.040 I call inflation the finger stick issue.

00:57:14.440 It's like the finger sticks diabetics have to do before they got that patch, right? 0.93

00:57:18.640 It's not annoying enough that you won't do it, but it's annoying enough that you hate

00:57:22.960 doing it.

00:57:23.340 That's why they invented the glucose patch, because no one wants to do that every day.

00:57:26.580 That's inflation.

00:57:27.840 It's on your mind all the time.

00:57:29.800 It's not one thing that's going to drive you totally crazy.

00:57:33.000 Like, say, street crime become an issue if, God forbid, your house is broken into.

00:57:36.280 Like, that's enough to change you right there.

00:57:38.480 Inflation is not like that.

00:57:39.620 It's a finger stick issue.

00:57:40.800 It just slowly drives you nuts.

00:57:43.400 And when someone tells you, like, oh, no, that's not annoying.

00:57:45.820 It feels great.

00:57:46.440 And you're like, no, it doesn't.

00:57:47.240 I do it three, four times a day.

00:57:48.740 You don't want to be told that.

00:57:50.400 And the thing about their lies is they are so easy to debunk and discredit.

00:57:56.300 I'm serious.

00:57:57.040 Like, a third grader could do it.

00:57:58.860 All you have to do is go to Scroogle or any left-wing search engine, chat GPT, and say,

00:58:04.480 what was inflation when Joe Biden took over?

00:58:07.380 And you'll find out that the number was 1.4%.

00:58:10.240 If you know anything about economics, you'll understand that the Fed, even if you trust

00:58:15.220 the Fed, which I don't, but even if you did, their target rate for inflation, what they

00:58:19.140 think is okay is two.

00:58:20.940 So what you're telling me is Donald Trump beat the target rate?

00:58:24.600 Beat the target.

00:58:25.160 It was less than that.

00:58:26.180 Less inflation is good.

00:58:27.020 And I love the answer by Kareem Jean-Pierre.

00:58:29.560 I played that one on my show because it was the greatest cell phone in the history of

00:58:34.400 economics.

00:58:35.280 She goes, okay, yeah, maybe it wasn't 9% inflation when Biden took office, but the factors were

00:58:41.300 there.

00:58:41.660 Oh, okay.

00:58:43.100 Hold on, genius.

00:58:44.440 So now what you're saying is every single factor for inflation was there.

00:58:48.900 Donald Trump not only kept the lid on it, but kept it below even the Fed's guidelines.

00:58:53.080 And the minute your doofus of a boss took over, it exploded to 9%.

00:58:57.740 And you think that's a good answer.

00:58:59.680 I was, I was sitting there like, that's the greatest answer I ever heard.

00:59:03.420 This is like a Trump re-election ad.

00:59:05.380 Trump did everything to keep a lid on it. 1.00

00:59:07.260 And this idiot gets it off of a sudden, it explodes right away. 1.00

00:59:10.360 But these two things are totally unconnected. 1.00

00:59:12.800 I don't know how we got here, but I know it wasn't Joe Biden's fault.

00:59:15.600 She does it all the time. 1.00

00:59:16.380 It is true that they tried to get rid of Kareem Jean-Pierre.

00:59:19.080 There was a movement within the White House reportedly to bounce her.

00:59:22.180 And the report was that she stopped it with the, I'm black and I'm a lesbian and a woman

00:59:27.860 card.

00:59:28.400 She was like, I've got the triple.

00:59:29.480 Try somebody else.

00:59:30.240 All right.

00:59:30.540 And it's great because live by the sword, die by the sword.

00:59:33.000 Those are their rules.

00:59:33.900 She was a hundred percent right.

00:59:35.380 You hire me for this.

00:59:36.820 You can't fire me because of this.

00:59:38.340 That's the way it works here on the left.

00:59:40.420 Sorry, we're all card carrying members. 0.99

00:59:42.400 You can't bounce the black female lesbian. 1.00

00:59:44.940 She trumped him. 0.99

00:59:45.720 So she was right.

00:59:46.680 That was a victory she deserved.

00:59:47.900 The same is true of Kamala Harris, who they want to eject from, you know, the Democratic 1.00

00:59:52.380 ticket.

00:59:52.980 A lot of Democrats have wrote, have written think pieces about this over the past seven,

00:59:56.960 eight months.

00:59:57.500 It doesn't look like it's going to happen now as we get closer and closer to the convention.

01:00:57.880 Offer details apply.

01:01:04.140 I promised you some Kamala Harris thoughts and I aim to deliver.

01:01:08.180 This is why they want to get rid of her. 0.98

01:01:09.920 Just her amazing eloquence and ability to nail a point succinctly with as few words, an economy

01:01:16.000 of words as possible.

01:01:17.720 Here's just a little sample in SOT 22.

01:01:19.940 A lot of joy, I have to tell you, in our young people and our young leaders.

01:01:25.000 I started a college tour last fall and meeting with Gen Z and all these young people who are

01:01:33.480 not waiting around for us to fix things.

01:01:35.340 They are ready to take it on.

01:01:37.580 You know, things like gun violence, climate crisis.

01:01:40.980 And I think that part of what we all embrace and need to acknowledge is that we measure the

01:01:50.160 strength of ourselves, not based on who we beat down, but who we lift up, who we lift up.

01:01:56.260 And let's continue to focus on that as a way to strengthen ourselves, our country, but

01:02:02.420 also to give us joy, right?

01:02:04.860 Is the tear starting?

01:02:06.140 What is that?

01:02:07.040 I don't know.

01:02:07.520 Is it happening?

01:02:07.940 No, you know, my, my, what is lacrimal glands or everything that they're now? 0.83

01:02:12.700 Forget it.

01:02:13.200 Now they've completely dried out.

01:02:15.200 I know.

01:02:15.760 I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm sweating because I'm so uncomfortable listening to this woman talk. 1.00

01:02:20.160 You know, she reminds me of Buttigieg.

01:02:22.000 She does.

01:02:22.880 And I, the, both of them have this same problem.

01:02:25.480 Nobody says less by saying more than those two.

01:02:30.620 Have you ever heard them talking that you hear that?

01:02:32.700 And you're like, Buttigieg does this all the time.

01:02:34.980 You're like, we're going to beat people down and we're going to lift them up.

01:02:38.580 And you're like, yeah, man, that sounds good.

01:02:41.260 What the hell do you, what do you mean?

01:02:44.380 Like when Buttigieg talks at the end, you're like, man, that sounded good.

01:02:48.860 What did he just say?

01:02:50.360 You know, no one knows what he said.

01:02:51.980 No one has any idea.

01:02:53.120 This is Kamala Harris.

01:02:54.380 And this, by the way, this goes back to my cannibalism theory of the left.

01:02:58.040 While we're on the topic of, you know, Buttigieg, Harris, Kareem Jean-Pierre,

01:03:03.220 that my, I have this counter, and it's not an uncle brosy thing.

01:03:05.220 Like my cannibalism theory in the left comes true every single time.

01:03:08.460 The left is obsessed with this silly idea that you were somehow defined 0.78

01:03:13.600 by absolutely irrelevant characteristics, gay or straight, black or white, 0.87

01:03:20.280 irrelevant to your job.

01:03:21.900 I'm not saying they're irrelevant to your life, irrelevant to your job.

01:03:24.380 Whether you can be president or press secretary or department of transportation head

01:03:29.320 has nothing to do with any of that.

01:03:33.120 Unfortunately, it has primacy with the left.

01:03:35.740 So with the cannibalism theory is as follows.

01:03:38.460 Republic, the good ones. 0.98

01:03:39.600 I'm not talking about the swampy loser ones. 0.98

01:03:41.300 They don't care about this. 0.95

01:03:42.800 They're going to hire people because they're competent.

01:03:44.760 And that's kind of it.

01:03:45.580 Good conservatives. 0.99

01:03:46.440 The clowns will play the game, right? 1.00

01:03:48.120 The left is so now trapped in this that they're going to wind up eating themselves alive 0.99

01:03:54.300 because we don't care about that kind of criticism.

01:03:57.220 Conservatives are going to be like, why'd you hire that guy?

01:03:59.420 Because he's good.

01:04:00.400 Why'd you fire him? 1.00

01:04:01.420 Because he sucks. 1.00

01:04:02.500 Nobody cares what you blame it on. 1.00

01:04:04.460 Nobody.

01:04:04.980 We're immune to that.

01:04:06.440 We've suffered cancel culture for 20 years. 0.97

01:04:08.960 We give zero shits about it anymore. 0.97

01:04:10.720 The left is so embedded in this. 0.99

01:04:13.500 It's become a dogmatic Jim Jones-like religion.

01:04:17.260 The Kool-Aid is already done.

01:04:19.720 They can't escape from it.

01:04:21.400 You're going to see themselves slowly, progressively, pun intended, 0.91

01:04:25.560 eat themselves alive right now as Corrine Jean-Pierre, who's clearly incompetent. 0.99

01:04:30.620 It's nothing to do with her skin color or she's gay. 1.00

01:04:33.000 Nobody gives a shit. 1.00

01:04:34.500 Nobody cares. 0.99

01:04:36.360 She's just bad at this. 0.97

01:04:37.780 She's really, really bad at this.

01:04:41.060 I mean, I'll give you a perfect example.

01:04:42.860 Hakeem Jeffries, a guy I don't share a single ideologically aligned issue with.

01:04:47.620 He's not a half-bad communicator.

01:04:49.800 It has nothing to do with the guy's skin color. 0.99

01:04:51.720 She just can't do the damn job. 1.00

01:04:53.900 So they're going to eat themselves alive. 1.00

01:04:55.860 That's why she'll never leave.

01:04:57.480 And you're right.

01:04:58.240 She's smart.

01:04:59.260 Megan, the smartest move, clean jump you ever made.

01:05:01.780 Corrine, yeah, here you go.

01:05:03.300 Good.

01:05:03.580 What did they say?

01:05:04.080 Slay queen. 1.00

01:05:04.800 What does the left say?

01:05:05.720 All the kids are.

01:05:06.360 You stay there, girlfriend.

01:05:08.380 You keep doing your thing.

01:05:11.240 You stay.

01:05:11.920 Fight back.

01:05:12.780 I am with you.

01:05:14.140 I'm not even kidding.

01:05:15.580 Much respect.

01:05:16.760 Smartest thing you ever did.

01:05:18.280 You stay there right until the end, until you're ready to leave.

01:05:21.660 I'm not even messing with you.

01:05:23.040 Smart move.

01:05:24.600 I bet she even said that one extemporaneously, Dan.

01:05:27.060 She didn't have to read a thing. 0.99

01:05:28.720 Black, female, gay. 1.00

01:05:31.100 Fuck off. 1.00

01:05:32.280 Good. 1.00

01:05:32.600 These are the rules they set up.

01:05:34.720 These are the rules.

01:05:35.660 You guys want to live your life by irrelevant characteristics that have nothing to do with

01:05:40.840 people.

01:05:41.500 Then good.

01:05:42.360 Then you live by it.

01:05:43.440 We're going to keep judging people by their character and merit and actual stuff that matters. 1.00

01:05:48.540 You guys can bathe in all that shit. 1.00

01:05:51.420 Here's the capper. 1.00

01:05:52.600 Speaking of Kamala Harris, she goes on.

01:05:55.260 She was at yet another place at the, what was it?

01:05:57.920 Asian Pacific American Institute for Congressional Studies Legislative Leadership Summit.

01:06:01.740 Okay, great.

01:06:02.160 And she had some pearls of wisdom.

01:06:05.560 So now she, like Kamala Harris, honestly, what had she done prior to being selected as

01:06:10.320 Joe Biden's VP?

01:06:11.540 I mean, nothing.

01:06:12.480 She had an affair with a very prominent politician out in California that put her on the political

01:06:16.020 map.

01:06:16.580 And then she became attorney general.

01:06:18.360 And then before you knew it, she was bounced into his running mate position.

01:06:24.300 She wants to rewrite the story.

01:06:26.260 And by the way, we knew Biden said, I want to pick somebody who's a black female. 1.00

01:06:29.860 He had promised that to Clybourne.

01:06:32.980 So he did it in the Supreme Court.

01:06:35.240 And then he did it in the vice presidential slot.

01:06:36.980 And here she is rewriting the history about this is her being an empowered woman, Dan. 0.53

01:06:40.840 This is like, and this is how it's done.

01:06:42.800 Just in case you didn't know, this is how it's done.

01:06:44.660 This is what you have to do if you want to succeed in your life.

01:06:49.300 Sock 23.

01:06:49.800 Don't ever carry as a personal burden your capacity to do whatever you dream and aspire

01:06:59.540 to do based on other people's limited ability to see who can do what.

01:07:07.240 This is part of what's involved, is that we have to know that sometimes people will open

01:07:15.660 the door for you and leave it open.

01:07:17.140 Sometimes they won't. 1.00

01:07:18.100 And then you need to kick that fucking door down. 1.00

01:07:27.060 Excuse my language. 1.00

01:07:30.220 Okay.

01:07:30.680 It's so insulting.

01:07:31.380 And by that, it's so scripted.

01:07:32.520 By that, she means we all need to sleep with Willie Brown. 1.00

01:07:35.800 That's a kick in the fucking door. 1.00

01:07:37.680 If you got to sleep with Willie Brown to get ahead, Dan, you do it. 1.00

01:07:40.540 You understand? 1.00

01:07:40.920 It is so scripted and so silly and so ridiculous. 0.99

01:07:47.620 They've set themselves up in this preposterous trap right now, where, again, they go to America 0.98

01:07:54.120 and then they keep pitching this nonsense about DEI, which I call D-I-E.

01:08:01.100 And then, again, you bring out Kamala Harris, who is so clearly completely incompetent for 1.00

01:08:06.280 the job.

01:08:07.300 And, I mean, they've absolutely lost the narrative.

01:08:10.080 And that moment there, I've seen that clip a couple times, that just speaks to who Kamala

01:08:14.800 Harris is.

01:08:15.880 She is totally not genuine.

01:08:18.160 And it's just artificial, like, I've got a curse to be relatable.

01:08:22.780 Like, listen, I don't have the best mouth in the world, but, you know, I grew up in Queens

01:08:27.760 and that's just kind of how we talk.

01:08:29.140 So it slips out once in a while and more than once in a while.

01:08:32.180 That was so scripted.

01:08:33.580 And you can tell, you can tell someone told her, hey, you're so not relatable to people

01:08:38.540 that matter for our constituency or young voters, black voters, minority voters. 0.99

01:08:43.140 So come out and drop an F-bomb and everybody's going to love you. 0.93

01:08:46.720 And what's weird about it is she does it and she acts like the very same people she's trying 1.00

01:08:52.220 to court don't know she's full of shit. 1.00

01:08:54.280 You know what I'm saying? 1.00

01:08:54.880 Like, it's so fake and artificial and phony.

01:08:57.920 Yeah, it's so cringe.

01:08:59.080 The whole thing.

01:08:59.840 You felt it on a gut level.

01:09:01.680 I don't know if she swears or not, but that one was obviously inserted for effect.

01:09:06.600 And it's just absurd to me that, like, a country that did recognize her, she became

01:09:11.280 attorney general, she became a U.S. senator, she became vice president, and now she's got 1.00

01:09:15.960 to sort of talk about how it's impossible to break through these doors. 0.98

01:09:18.380 You know, she just had to break, fucking break them down. 1.00

01:09:21.200 Just like Michelle Obama. 0.99

01:09:22.360 Same thing.

01:09:23.060 You know, it's like, look how much you've achieved in this wonderful country of ours.

01:09:26.380 You're still bitter.

01:09:27.620 Whenever you get the opportunity, you've got to rip on the country and your countrymen.

01:09:31.680 This is how phony she is. 1.00

01:09:34.320 If you remember back to the Democrat primary in 2020, it was Kamala Harris who basically

01:09:40.500 openly implied Joe Biden was a racist.

01:09:43.700 Everybody remembers the bus story.

01:09:46.000 That's not the, forget that story.

01:09:47.840 That's not the one that mattered.

01:09:49.960 Joe Biden was friends with a Democrat senator.

01:09:54.420 And I'm not talking about Robert Byrd.

01:09:56.400 He eulogized.

01:09:56.920 I was there, by the way, when that happened.

01:09:58.400 I was a Secret Service agent that day when Obama and Biden talked about, I forget, what

01:10:03.040 was Byrd's title?

01:10:04.200 Grand Exalted Cyclops or the Ku Klux Klan?

01:10:06.720 Wasn't he Grand Wizard?

01:10:07.860 Yeah.

01:10:08.220 Some, I don't, I mean, I don't know.

01:10:09.640 Neither me nor you are familiar with KKK titles, but I read it somewhere and I was like, the

01:10:13.960 guy was the, what the hell's an exalted Cyclops?

01:10:16.340 Like this guy, they, he eulogized him.

01:10:19.580 But that's not even the worst part.

01:10:21.560 The story about Biden gets even worse.

01:10:24.440 It was Kamala Harris.

01:10:25.820 You can go back and look this up.

01:10:27.420 Who pointed out, what was the guy's name?

01:10:28.900 Engelman or Eagleman? 0.72

01:10:30.060 There was this Democrat senator who was just basically an open racist.

01:10:35.400 And he, I mean, like this was, this was not hidden at all.

01:10:39.140 He was endorsed basically by the KKK.

01:10:41.500 This was Biden's buddy.

01:10:42.960 Biden is on the record talking about this guy like, hey, we were pals.

01:10:46.720 We were friends.

01:10:47.560 Now, listen, if you're going to run as like this DEI diversity guy and look at me, I'm

01:10:54.920 your representative.

01:10:56.040 If you're an oppressed minority in the country, fine, you run on what you want. 1.00

01:11:00.760 But this guy's totally full of shit. 1.00

01:11:03.480 And the irony of it is Kamala Harris was the one who pointed out, I think his name is Engelman 1.00

01:11:08.180 or whatever it was.

01:11:08.740 I forget the name, but you can look the clip up.

01:11:11.020 It's Harris saying, hey, you know, she was endorsed.

01:11:13.780 These guys were friends, Biden and this guy.

01:11:15.380 And this guy was like, KKK endorsed.

01:11:17.900 It was Harris who did that. 0.99

01:11:19.280 And all of a sudden she's talking about kicking fucking doors down and stuff. 0.99

01:11:23.320 Give me a break. 1.00

01:11:24.120 I mean, really, it's so inauthentic and it's real bullshit. 0.99

01:11:27.220 And again, I'm going to just say this over and over because it matters to any minority 0.99

01:11:30.760 voter, young voter out there.

01:11:32.560 The party for you is us.

01:11:33.940 You know why? 0.99

01:11:34.740 Because nobody gives a shit about that. 0.97

01:11:36.660 We really just want to see you succeed. 0.92

01:11:38.300 Your kids get a good education, get some access to some decent quality health care, get

01:11:43.460 a job, get your kids into good schools.

01:11:46.140 And that's it.

01:11:46.980 And we want to stay the hell out of your life. 1.00

01:11:48.920 These idiots, they're full of crap. 1.00

01:11:50.760 They're selling you a basket of bullshit. 1.00

01:11:52.780 And they they've been doing it for 60 years. 1.00

01:11:54.940 And now the masks come off.

01:11:56.820 And I love to see it.

01:11:57.960 It's one of the greatest things I've seen is everybody waking up that that party's full 1.00

01:12:01.820 of crap. 0.99

01:12:02.200 I'm not telling you the Republicans are the answer to all your problems. 1.00

01:12:05.320 They're not.

01:12:06.000 They've screwed us over, too. 0.99

01:12:07.180 I'm just telling you the cause of your problems are without a doubt the freaking Democrats. 0.99

01:12:12.020 And you can look it up everywhere. 1.00

01:12:13.640 Something sucks. 0.99

01:12:14.840 Democrats are in charge. 1.00

01:12:16.080 Go look at it.

01:12:16.860 Mm hmm.

01:12:17.700 OK, now, speaking of Michelle Obama, any thoughts on whether there could be a switcheroo convention,

01:12:25.720 whether it's at the top of the ticket and the second position that they're going with

01:12:28.760 this horse?

01:12:30.060 One hundred percent.

01:12:30.940 Listen, I took so much flack for this.

01:12:33.820 I was in that White House for a long time.

01:12:37.560 I was not on the first lady's detail.

01:12:39.560 I was on the president's detail and I was in the transportation section where we did the

01:12:44.360 motorcade security and logistics and stuff.

01:12:46.680 That's a separate satellite.

01:12:48.420 However, they're together and we're together a lot.

01:12:51.000 Barack and Michelle, she was around and obviously we're at the White House.

01:12:54.780 She's around all the time.

01:12:56.180 And the FLD guys, first lady's detail guys, I'm very good.

01:12:59.860 I'm still very close with a lot of them who are on that detail.

01:13:02.160 She is one hundred percent not running.

01:13:06.340 I'm telling you, she's not running.

01:13:08.000 Every time I say this, someone goes back like there's some grand plan.

01:13:10.660 You don't understand.

01:13:11.840 This woman is extremely private.

01:13:15.180 She hates politics.

01:13:16.900 She always hated politics.

01:13:18.780 All she talks about is hating politics.

01:13:21.060 She hated the White House.

01:13:22.460 She hated being around the White House.

01:13:24.140 She hated congressmen, senators.

01:13:26.400 They hated it.

01:13:27.620 She wants nothing to do with this.

01:13:29.420 There is zero chance she's running.

01:13:31.400 I've said this for three years.

01:13:33.080 People always beat me up.

01:13:34.700 She is not running.

01:13:36.340 There is no chance.

01:13:37.860 She hated politics so much.

01:13:40.340 I remember one story.

01:13:42.300 It's already happened, so it's not like any kind of security thing.

01:13:44.780 But one of the guys I know in the detail was a good friend.

01:13:47.880 And I remember saying, you know, where were you last night?

01:13:49.960 I didn't see you guys or something.

01:13:51.300 And he's like, man, we had to take the first lady out.

01:13:54.100 And I was like, out where?

01:13:56.740 It's like she hates the White House so much.

01:13:58.840 They apparently dressed her up with a baseball hat and glasses and a scarf. 1.00

01:14:03.320 It's a true story.

01:14:04.620 And she wanted to go to Walmart or Target or something.

01:14:07.400 And nobody recognized her.

01:14:08.860 Not a single person.

01:14:09.720 They took her out in one of our undercover cars.

01:14:12.200 You know, the guys dressed down and everything like that.

01:14:14.880 And she just wanted to go out and be normal.

01:14:17.380 That story happened.

01:14:18.600 I'm telling you it happened.

01:14:19.800 I remember it like it was yesterday.

01:14:21.040 That's how much she hated this place.

01:14:23.520 There is zero chance she would run.

01:14:26.620 And even if they forced her into it, it would be one of those.

01:14:29.920 It'll be Jay Mons.

01:14:30.800 If nominated, I will not accept.

01:14:33.080 There is no way she is running for president.

01:14:35.820 Zero chance.

01:14:37.260 She doesn't want anything to do with it.

01:14:38.400 All right.

01:14:38.600 I got to hear your take on something that's been bugging me.

01:14:41.040 And I wondered where Dan Bongino stands on it.

01:14:43.280 The TikTok proposed ban.

01:14:46.620 It's not a ban yet, but it could turn into a ban

01:14:48.700 if they don't find new ownership not connected to the Chinese.

01:14:51.520 This has really divided the country and even the Republican Party.

01:14:54.820 Ask a different, you know, right-leaning person,

01:14:56.760 and you'll get a different answer.

01:14:57.860 So I wondered where you stood on it.

01:15:00.100 Yeah, I don't support it.

01:15:01.420 Now, it's already been signed,

01:15:02.700 so they've got nine months to basically find a new owner.

01:15:06.020 Or they're not going to be banned,

01:15:07.140 but they'll be banned from the app stores,

01:15:08.760 which my experience dealing with my investments in the tech space,

01:15:12.520 Rumble and Parler, before they attacked us,

01:15:15.500 you're out of the app store, you don't exist.

01:15:17.360 So it doesn't really matter if you're an app or not.

01:15:20.340 So it's kind of a de facto ban.

01:15:22.820 And I think people have been a little bit disingenuous about that

01:15:25.460 on both sides of the aisle.

01:15:26.480 And we should be honest with people and not bullshit them.

01:15:28.580 Having said that, let's just, you're a lawyer,

01:15:30.800 let's just stipulate a few points.

01:15:32.680 Yes, TikTok is connected in some way, shape, or form

01:15:35.820 to the Chinese Communist Party.

01:15:37.940 Yes, that could mean that malicious actors

01:15:41.280 could be using your data, okay?

01:15:43.280 Having said that,

01:15:44.180 there's almost no one in America that doesn't know that.

01:15:47.640 And yet people still choose to get on the app.

01:15:50.120 Now, I go on the app.

01:15:52.340 I got to tell you, I find the app,

01:15:53.860 if you want it to, there's a for you page.

01:15:55.980 I find the app to be very informative.

01:15:58.680 Are they, I use it on a separate phone

01:16:00.760 because of obvious security situations.

01:16:03.160 But I like stuff about Roman history.

01:16:05.740 I like to watch this history guy.

01:16:07.600 He's a chunky guy with glasses.

01:16:09.140 I forget his name,

01:16:09.960 but I watch videos about this guy all the time.

01:16:11.740 I like baseball card reviews from the 80s.

01:16:14.360 I get tons of them.

01:16:15.460 It's a great app.

01:16:16.220 I don't support it.

01:16:17.580 Now, if you don't want the app,

01:16:19.580 then don't use the app.

01:16:21.080 Like, mom, I don't let my kids,

01:16:22.660 or my youngest, my oldest is an adult,

01:16:25.100 but I don't let her use TikTok.

01:16:27.020 I just don't,

01:16:27.740 because I understand that there's a lot of malicious content.

01:16:30.380 But I just don't want to be a fraud.

01:16:32.060 And I'd be registered as a Democrat.

01:16:34.240 You know, I'm a hefty owner in Rumble.

01:16:37.660 And, you know, I own a chunk of Rumble,

01:16:39.560 not because I wanted to get rich.

01:16:41.380 I mean, I don't, I'm a capitalist.

01:16:43.500 I like money.

01:16:44.420 I'm not stupid.

01:16:45.580 But that's not the way I did it.

01:16:47.160 I got involved in Rumble

01:16:48.260 because YouTube was screwing people over.

01:16:50.800 YouTube banned me.

01:16:53.400 Genuinely banned me

01:16:54.420 because I, I'm not making this up

01:16:55.980 because I told people masks don't work.

01:16:58.300 That's why they banned me.

01:16:59.320 They can claim all they want.

01:17:00.420 It was about a,

01:17:01.020 and so I said, all right,

01:17:03.120 you know what?

01:17:03.860 I'm giving you the,

01:17:04.840 matter of fact, I'm not even giving,

01:17:05.840 here, what?

01:17:06.300 I got, someone sent me this.

01:17:07.240 I'm giving you the triple barrel middle finger.

01:17:09.600 This is what I did to YouTube.

01:17:10.920 Not just, someone sent me this

01:17:12.280 because they knew I was running out of hand.

01:17:14.020 No.

01:17:14.960 I said, I'm going to go

01:17:16.140 and I'm going to start.

01:17:16.980 And now with Rumble, it's funny.

01:17:18.240 Rumble just started doing these view aggregators.

01:17:21.300 And we have only a thousand videos on Rumble.

01:17:23.900 I have 212 million views.

01:17:25.960 That's the greatest F you to YouTube of all time.

01:17:28.740 So I believe in free speech.

01:17:30.000 You don't like an app.

01:17:31.160 Don't use it.

01:17:32.040 But, you know, TikTok, they had an opportunity to fix it,

01:17:36.720 you know, and they didn't.

01:17:38.000 And I don't support it,

01:17:39.600 but they really should have been smarter business-wise

01:17:41.740 because the company's worth, you know,

01:17:43.480 50 to a hundred billion dollars,

01:17:45.320 depending on if they sell the algorithm or not.

01:17:47.060 And full disclosure, you know,

01:17:48.400 Rumble has a more than credible offer to be part of it.

01:17:51.880 So I don't want people to think I'm leaving that out.

01:17:54.180 You know, so, but that's public knowledge.

01:17:56.060 Everybody's, we put that out there already.

01:17:57.440 So last question as we wrap it up,

01:17:59.740 predictions on the next, what is it?

01:18:03.880 Six months at this point, what are we in for?

01:18:06.600 And then how does it land in November?

01:18:10.440 Well, listen, predictions wise,

01:18:13.100 we say predictions are, you know, like holes, right?

01:18:15.500 Everybody's got one,

01:18:16.360 but I'm not the Stygian witches from, you know,

01:18:18.520 give me the eye.

01:18:19.460 Remember from Clash of the Titans,

01:18:20.680 they could always like look through the eye.

01:18:22.220 However, there could be a black swan event.

01:18:25.120 I always kind of worry about that,

01:18:26.720 but here's the thing.

01:18:28.180 Black swans in the past,

01:18:29.940 say it was a Donald Trump presidency. 0.97

01:18:31.860 What was the black swans?

01:18:32.780 Obviously COVID.

01:18:34.360 Donald Trump's economy was coasting fine.

01:18:36.420 That black swan obviously hurt.

01:18:38.320 I mean, I don't believe he lost.

01:18:39.560 People are entitled to their own opinions.

01:18:41.060 That's fine.

01:18:41.600 I don't really care what people think.

01:18:43.020 I'm entitled to mine.

01:18:44.120 I have reasons for thinking that, right?

01:18:46.020 Here's the thing about a black swan this time around.

01:18:49.300 Joe Biden has shown such an inability to lead

01:18:52.900 that if there were to be a pandemic,

01:18:54.960 God forbid, any of these things,

01:18:57.120 a terror attack or say a massive crash in the economy,

01:19:00.300 all universally bad things nobody wants.

01:19:03.140 The thing about the black swan is it only exacerbates

01:19:06.240 his bad situation because as we've seen, Megan,

01:19:09.420 the guy has no capability to deal with anything he touches.

01:19:13.300 He destroyed.

01:19:14.400 Holman Jenkins had a piece in the Wall Street Journal

01:19:16.060 the other day about how this guy's just snakebitten.

01:19:18.900 Afghanistan, Taiwan, the Middle East, inflation,

01:19:21.540 the border, whatever he touches, he wrecks.

01:19:24.420 So I hope, I think Trump could win, you know,

01:19:28.180 upwards of maybe 35 states.

01:19:30.800 That's a lot.

01:19:31.860 But I think he wins.

01:19:33.160 The Senate's a good map for us,

01:19:35.540 but the numbers don't look great.

01:19:37.600 I'm hoping there's a Trump magnetic pull there

01:19:40.300 and we can pull out a state like Wisconsin or Pennsylvania.

01:19:44.800 And I'll say one third prediction.

01:19:46.820 This one I'm definitely confident about.

01:19:48.720 This one you can take to the bank.

01:19:51.100 If Trump wins, which is likely,

01:19:53.240 but no one should be presumptuous.

01:19:55.220 If he wins, November to January is going to be

01:19:58.420 the most violent portion of American history

01:20:01.080 you've seen in 30 years.

01:20:02.400 You have seen nothing, nothing.

01:20:04.720 You think these campus protests with these, 1.00

01:20:06.880 you know, kill the Jews, lunatics, 1.00

01:20:08.580 and other people are bad now? 1.00

01:20:10.760 Holy shit. 1.00

01:20:12.060 You haven't seen anything. 1.00

01:20:13.920 These people are going to go crazy.

01:20:16.340 The money flooding into the new resist,

01:20:19.480 whatever you want to call it, movement.

01:20:21.200 Batten down the hatches, folks. 1.00

01:20:22.840 I'm telling you right now, get ready for it

01:20:24.720 because you ain't seen nothing

01:20:26.120 like you're about to see in November.

01:20:29.520 My God.

01:20:31.220 Thank you for that, Dan.

01:20:33.240 Thank you.

01:20:33.940 It's true.

01:20:34.180 I wish you weren't.

01:20:34.780 I hope I'm wrong, but I'm not.

01:20:36.780 I love your analysis

01:21:31.900 she and I have never done a sit down together,

01:21:34.180 but Riley Gaines joins the show Monday in person.
