00:01:54.100 On Tuesday, the jury reaching a verdict on counts two through five in the Sean Diddy Combs criminal trial,

00:02:00.680 but informing the judge they are unable to come to agreement on count one, racketeering conspiracy.

00:02:06.260 The defense and prosecution meeting with the judge to discuss options, both sides agreeing that the

00:02:11.680 jurors ought to be allowed more time to deliberate. The judge calling in the jury to ask that they

00:02:16.700 continue deliberations on count one and not to reveal their verdict to the court on the four

00:02:21.920 other counts. The jurors concluding for the evening shortly after that. Counts two and four,

00:02:27.600 sex trafficking by force, fraud, or coercion, each carries a maximum sentence of life in prison with a

00:02:33.380 minimum mandatory sentence of 15 years. Counts three and five, transportation with intent to

00:02:39.200 commit prostitution, each carrying a maximum sentence of 10 years in prison. Mr. Combs denies

00:02:44.920 all charges. Earlier in the day, the jury requesting four sections of transcripts. The first,

00:02:51.180 Cassie Ventura's testimony regarding the intercontinental incident. That's the moment

00:02:55.520 captured on security footage showing Ventura attempting to flee a freak-off. These marathon

00:03:01.300 sex sessions involving male escorts when a towel-clad Combs knocks her to the ground, 0.99

00:03:06.660 kicking her and then dragging her. The second, Ventura's testimony regarding the events at the

00:03:11.800 Cannes Film Festival and those that followed. Ventura previously testifying to getting into

00:03:16.760 an argument with Combs at Cannes after Combs accused her of stealing his drugs. She testified that on a

00:03:23.640 commercial flight home, he showed her a video of one of her sex sessions or freak-offs and threatened

00:03:29.180 to release it. The third and fourth pieces of testimony relating to Ventura's testimony about

00:03:34.100 freak-offs with male escort Daniel Phillip and an incident at the Essex Hotel in New York.

00:03:40.360 Phillip testified to witnessing Combs dragging Ventura by her hair into another room during a

00:03:45.180 freak-off. Phillip saying he heard Ventura screaming and repeatedly saying, I'm sorry, as he heard what he

00:03:50.740 believed to be the sound of Combs slapping Cassie around. She came back into his room, jumped in

00:03:56.380 Phillips's lap. Phillips testified, adding, quote, her whole entire body was shaking, like she was

00:04:01.880 terrified. The jury returns today for more deliberations. We'll bring you the verdict as soon as it comes.

00:04:10.020 On this vote, the yeas are 50, the nays are 50. The Senate being evenly divided, the vice president

00:04:16.880 votes in the affirmative. The bill as amended is passed. Vice President J.D. Vance casting the tie-breaking

00:04:23.500 Senate vote on President Trump's One Big Beautiful Bill Act on Tuesday. The bill narrowly advancing

00:04:29.340 after a record-setting 26 hours of voting on amendments. Republican Senators Tom Tillis of

00:04:34.120 North Carolina, Rand Paul of Kentucky, and Susan Collins of Maine joining with every Democrat to vote

00:04:39.480 no on the bill. The Senate-approved version clocking in at just under 900 pages. It makes most of the 2017

00:04:46.740 Trump tax cuts permanent, cuts taxes on tips up to $25,000 per year, cuts taxes on overtime pay up to

00:04:53.880 $12,500 for single filers, making up to $150,000 a year, provides funding for defense and border

00:05:00.500 security, and adds work requirements on Medicaid recipients, with some exceptions, including for

00:05:06.420 pregnant women. The Senate also doubling the Rural Hospital Fund to $50 billion to offset concerns

00:05:12.880 about some cuts to Medicaid. The Senate version approving billions of dollars for border security

00:05:18.080 measures, including the completion of the southern border wall. The Senate did not approve the House

00:05:23.820 passed ban on Medicaid funding for transgender medical coverage. That provision was reportedly

00:05:29.640 stripped by the Senate parliamentarian, who ruled it in violation of the Senate's restrictions on

00:05:34.700 non-budgetary items in the reconciliation process. Republicans still hoping to meet the self-imposed

00:05:40.960 deadline to put the bill on the president's desk by the 4th of July. But this thing is not a done deal

00:05:47.440 yet. The bill must now go back to the House for a final vote, where it is far from a slam dunk.

00:05:53.860 Axios reporting Speaker Mike Johnson is facing an explosion of internal anger among some House

00:05:59.220 members over the Senate's changes to the bill. South Carolina Congressman Ralph Norman calling the bill

00:06:04.640 a non-starter. One anonymous House Republican telling Axios there are well over 20 GOP lawmakers

00:06:11.060 threatening to vote against this thing. Republicans can only afford to lose three votes, assuming full

00:06:17.200 attendance and every Democrat votes no. In May, the House advanced its bill by just one vote. Many fiscal

00:06:24.040 hawks, like Norman, are outraged by the deficit increase in the Senate-approved bill. The Congressional

00:06:29.940 Budget Office projecting the Senate's version will add $3.3 trillion to the deficit over the next

00:06:34.740 decade, almost $1 trillion more than the House version. Trump's chairman of the Council of Economic

00:06:40.980 Advisors, Stephen Moran, arguing Tuesday on Fox that explosive economic growth and tariff revenue

00:06:46.840 will offset the CBO's projected deficit increases. Let me tell you all the things that are not included

00:06:52.880 in the CBO score that are getting ignored by the downers in this process. There's going to be about

00:06:57.400 $3 trillion of tariff revenue coming in, too, that because they don't come in through the legislative

00:07:01.340 process, they don't get counted in the score. And there's also another about $1 trillion and a half

00:07:04.980 of reduced interest expenses because we're borrowing less for all the other things. You add all this up,

00:07:09.480 you get to about $8.5 to $11 trillion of reduced deficit from all of these means of bringing the

00:07:14.440 deficit down. President Trump posting on Truth Social in part, quote, the biggest winner of them all will be

00:07:19.760 the American people who will have permanently lower taxes, higher wages and take-home pay, secure borders and a

00:07:26.300 stronger and more powerful military. We can have all of this right now, but only if the House GOP unites,

00:07:32.960 ignores its occasional grandstanders, you know who you are, and does the right thing, which is sending

00:07:38.300 this bill to my desk. House Republican leadership releasing a statement reading, quote, the House will

00:07:43.680 work quickly to pass the one big beautiful bill that enacts President Trump's full America First agenda

00:07:49.360 by the 4th of July. The American people gave us a clear mandate, and after four years of Democrat

00:07:55.140 failure, we intend to deliver without delay. House leadership aiming to begin considering the bill

00:08:00.600 on the floor this morning. There are several procedural hurdles to clear before the final vote.

00:08:07.460 Former First Buddies, President Trump and Elon Musk, still not sitting together at lunch.

00:08:12.940 In the lead up to the Senate vote, Musk repeatedly slamming the bill as a, quote,

00:08:16.520 insane and destructive spending package. Musk writing in a Monday afternoon post on X, quote,

00:08:23.160 every member of Congress who campaigned on reducing government spending and then immediately voted for

00:08:28.140 the biggest debt increase in history should hang their head in shame, and they will lose their primary

00:08:33.280 next year if it is the last thing I do on this earth. President Trump responding to the criticism

00:08:39.040 Tuesday morning from the White House.

00:08:40.940 We might have to put Doge on Elon. You know what Doge is? Doge is the monster that might have to go

00:08:48.680 back and eat Elon. Wouldn't that be terrible? He gets a lot of subsidies. Elon's very upset that the 0.97

00:08:54.200 EV mandate is going to be terminated. And you know what? Not everybody wants an electric car.

00:09:00.520 Musk replied to that on X, quote,

00:09:02.540 quote, so tempting to escalate this, end quote, adding that he would refrain for now. President Trump

00:09:09.500 later adding this comment. And if Doge looks at Musk, we're going to save a fortune. Thank you very

00:09:14.920 much, everybody. I don't think you should be playing that game with me. Coming up, President

00:09:20.980 Trump visits a brand new illegal alien holding facility nestled deep within the Florida Everglades

00:09:26.640 known as Alligator Alcatraz. These days, it feels like everyone has an agenda. The media, big tech.

00:09:37.820 But let me tell you about Ground News. They do not filter the news. They show how stories are being

00:10:04.940 be time to take the power back. Ground News is offering 40% off their unlimited access vantage plan

00:10:28.960 President Trump on Tuesday touring a brand new illegal alien detention facility dubbed

00:10:33.540 Alligator Alcatraz. Joining the president, Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem,

00:10:38.580 Florida Governor Ron DeSantis, and other state and local officials. Tucked deep in the Florida

00:10:43.440 Everglades, accessible by only a single road or by air, approximately 37 miles from Miami,

00:10:49.780 surrounded by a variety of snakes, alligators, and crocodiles, the converted airfield designed as a

00:10:56.920 one-stop shop to process, hold, and deport illegals. The facility, constructed on an existing airstrip

00:11:03.420 used primarily for training, will hold up to 5,000 beds, the remote location providing the added benefit

00:11:09.460 of lower security costs. President Trump repeatedly emphasizing the natural advantages of the wetland

00:11:15.660 surroundings. The snakes are fast, but alligators, we're going to teach them how to run away from an

00:11:22.820 alligator, okay, if they escape prison. How to run away. Don't run in a straight line. Run like this.

00:11:29.400 And you know what? Your chances go up about one percent. Not a good thing. You don't always have

00:11:34.300 land so beautiful and so secure. We have a lot of bodyguards and a lot of cops that are in the form of

00:11:41.360 alligators. You don't have to pay them so much. But I wouldn't want to run through the Everglades for

00:11:46.820 long. It will keep people where they're supposed to be. At the facility, President Trump touting his

00:11:52.180 administration's success in sealing off the southern border. The help of those incredible border patrol

00:11:58.300 agents, we now have the lowest level of daily border crossings ever recorded. As you know, last

00:12:03.880 month, the month of May just got released two days ago. The number of illegal aliens into the United

00:12:11.560 States was zero. Zero. But there's still much work to do. And the four years before I took office,

00:12:18.660 Joe Biden allowed 21 million people. That's a minimum. I think it was much higher than that.

00:12:23.520 Illegal aliens to invade our country. He invaded our country just like a military would invade. 1.00

00:12:29.700 It's tougher because they don't wear uniforms. You don't know who they are.

00:12:33.540 More than the populations of New York City, Los Angeles, Chicago, Houston, Phoenix and Philadelphia

00:12:39.100 combined. Governor DeSantis calling on other red states to follow Alligator Alcatraz as a model for

00:12:46.440 cooperation with the federal government in facilitating mass deportations. Biden let in how

00:12:52.280 many millions and you got to take care of them. And so this is one example of state operating this

00:12:59.080 the feds are approving it on any given day. Florida constitutes about 20 percent of all

00:13:06.080 immigration arrests nationwide. We've got very red states that should be doing this just as much as 0.68

00:13:12.420 Florida is doing. That will increase their numbers. And then what happens is you'll have a lot of people

00:13:17.840 that will deport on their own because they don't want to end up in an Alligator Alcatraz or some of

00:13:22.440 those other places. So I think this is a model, but we need other states to step up.

00:13:25.920 President Trump also taking a jab at Democrat Governor of California, Gavin Newsom.

00:13:31.100 What's your message to Governor Gavin Newsom inside of this facility?

00:13:35.200 Well, the first thing you should do is come here and learn something because they don't do this.

00:13:39.300 They don't know. They wouldn't know where to begin. And if they did it, it would cost them a hundred

00:13:42.420 times more. So I would say he should call the governor and Christie and I'm sure you'd give him

00:13:48.220 his state is a disaster and he doesn't do it. And that'll do it for your AM update. I'm Megan
