00:01:07.960 hormones or antibiotics. They track the health of every animal from the day it is born and can

00:01:13.740 guarantee that it has been healthy every day of its life. And they handle their animals humanely

00:01:18.400 and with respect. But most important is the quality of the beef. You'll find it as tender

00:01:24.080 and flavorful as the finest restaurants. And that's because they have spent the last 35 years

00:01:29.100 selecting cattle for tenderness and flavor, aging their beef to perfection for 21 days. The result is

00:01:35.320 some of the most tender and flavorful beef you have ever tasted. You cannot buy beef like this in a

00:01:40.720 grocery store. And since it is shipped directly from the ranch to your home, you get a much better

00:01:45.580 price than going through the middleman. Order directly from Riverbend Ranch dot com. Use promo

00:01:58.960 prepared. Once you taste it, you're going to be coming back for more. Again, that's Riverbend Ranch dot

00:02:04.580 com code Megan. On Thursday in the Sean Diddy Combs trial, an alleged victim of Combs going by the

00:02:13.440 pseudonym Mia taking the stand. The jury is aware of Mia's real identity, though that information

00:02:18.920 remains under seal. Mia worked for Combs as a former assistant and director of development and

00:02:24.160 acquisitions for Revolt Films, describing the work environment as, quote, chaotic. It was toxic.

00:02:30.360 It could be exciting. The highs were really high and the lows were really low. Mia continuing, quote,

00:02:36.320 he's thrown things at me. He's thrown me against the wall. He's thrown me into a pool. He's thrown an ice

00:02:42.360 bucket on my head. Mia testifying to working long hours, going days in a row without sleep, 1.00

00:02:48.480 staying up with the assistance of an extended release ADHD medicine, eventually leading to a

00:02:53.800 physical breakdown. The jury looking at a list of Mia's job responsibilities, including always staying 0.53

00:03:00.240 within Combs's eyesight while on duty unless he advised otherwise. Mia saying she was not allowed to

00:03:06.200 leave Combs's house without permission, nor was she allowed to lock her door when she stayed in his

00:03:11.260 homes. Combs would often berate her and threaten her job. The witness saying she developed a close

00:03:16.600 relationship with star witness Cassie Ventura. Mia describing Ventura's relationship with Combs as

00:03:22.020 toxic, saying Combs always made the final decisions regarding Ventura's career. Mia saying Combs would

00:03:28.180 dictate when and where she was allowed to hang out with Ventura, saying she was supposed to be keeping 0.92

00:03:33.000 tabs on Ventura. The witness testifying that if they did something without Combs's permission,

00:03:38.040 quote, punishment was typically unpredictable but pretty terrifying. Mia testifying, she often

00:03:44.320 witnessed abuse in the Ventura-Combs relationship, describing an incident previously addressed in

00:03:49.480 court by Ventura. Mia was with Ventura and stylist Deontay Nash, who has also testified, at Ventura's

00:03:56.100 apartment when Combs showed up angry and began attacking Ventura. Mia thought Combs was going to kill 0.99

00:04:01.760 Ventura. The witness saying, quote, me and Deontay immediately jumped in and tried to stop it.

00:04:06.900 We were both just trying to get him off of her. At some point, he had Deontay in a position where 0.92

00:04:11.880 I was scared he was going to kill him, and I jumped on his back. He threw me against the wall so quick

00:04:17.200 and so easily, and I realized we were in real, real danger. The violence ending with Combs slamming

00:04:23.800 Ventura's head on the bed frame, splitting open her forehead just above her eyebrow. The witness

00:04:29.480 attesting to many more instances of violence by Combs, saying she did not report any of them to the

00:04:34.600 police because she, quote, believed that Puff's authority was above the police. This was a period

00:04:39.980 where, years and years before social media or Me Too or any sort of example where someone had stood

00:04:45.820 up successfully to someone in power such as him. Mia recounting that Combs sexually assaulted her

00:04:51.700 multiple times while she was his employee, saying she was first victimized by him just a few months

00:04:57.460 after she began working for him in 2009 at his birthday party held at a Plaza Hotel penthouse.

00:05:03.840 Combs allegedly calling Mia into the kitchen, clearing out everyone else. Mia says he told her

00:05:08.760 she was doing a great job. He then poured each of them two shots of alcohol. The shots affecting Mia

00:05:14.380 more than usual, she said, and shortly afterward, saying Combs began kissing her and placing his hand

00:05:20.220 up her dress. Mia testifying that the next thing she remembers is waking up in a chair in the meeting

00:05:25.800 room of the penthouse, unable to remember how she got there. Mia describing another night waking up in

00:05:31.240 her room in Combs' L.A. house with, quote, the weight of a person on top of me. The witness testifying

00:05:37.660 to feeling, quote, terrified and confused and ashamed and scared, telling prosecutors through sobs that

00:05:43.440 she did not want to have sex with Combs. Mia says she never told Ventura about it. Her testimony will

00:05:49.680 continue later today. Exotic dancer Sheree the Punisher, Hayes, speaking out on Wednesday to CNN

00:05:58.980 about his role in the so-called freak-offs and his experience in the Combs trial. Last week,

00:06:05.400 Hayes testifying that he was originally hired to dance for a bachelorette party at the Trump

00:06:09.700 International Hotel. When Hayes arrived there, he was greeted by Ventura, who had booked the dance

00:06:14.700 under a fake name. Hayes testifying that Ventura asked if he would be comfortable creating a

00:06:19.600 sexy scene for her husband to watch, with the husband being Combs. Hayes saying he was paid 0.92

00:06:26.140 $2,000 for the encounter, going on to participate in 8 to 12 more sessions with Ventura and Combs,

00:06:33.140 never witnessing any kind of violence. Hayes here describing to CNN how it felt inside the courtroom.

00:06:39.320 I thought going into it, I was pretty prepared and confident, but literally when I walked in the

00:06:45.360 room, I got complete anxiety. Like my entire body was shaking. Whatever I envisioned or what I

00:06:52.140 thought, because obviously you can't see anything, it was the tension and the magnitude of the moment

00:06:57.420 was much, much deeper. So it was to some degree terrifying. Like I just could not, whatever I

00:07:05.520 envisioned, it was just so much more that I was not mentally prepared. Throughout testimony, Hayes

00:07:10.660 describing many interludes with Ventura. Asked by CNN whether he had any with Combs during the so-called

00:07:16.940 freak-offs, Hayes responding. No, actually not one conversation, not even eye contact. Really?

00:07:24.120 Yeah. Did that surprise you? Well, it was told to me immediately, like on the first encounter, that

00:07:30.240 I was instructed to not look at him, not acknowledge him, not have any interaction. On the question of what

00:07:36.380 he would say to Ventura now, if given the opportunity, Hayes responding. I would apologize

00:07:41.580 because I had no idea, no indication what she was going through. And if, you know, obviously my

00:07:49.620 involvement kind of fervored her suffering, you know, so just me knowing that as a man, you know,

00:07:57.460 being raised by a single mom and a grandma, you know, just the thought of partaking in a scenario

00:08:04.160 where a woman is possibly being abused is tough to hear. So, you know, I would just apologize to her

00:08:11.360 and, you know, tell her that I was really remorseful and regret if I contributed to a bad experience for

00:08:19.540 her. Coming up, the State Department announcing a crackdown on Chinese student visas. And FBI

00:08:27.060 Deputy Director Dan Bongino slams former FBI Director James Comey over a social media post.

00:08:34.160 It was not supposed to get this bad. You were on top of your bills and then inflation hit.

00:08:42.360 Been there. Groceries, gas, everything shot up. And now prices are up 26% from just a few years ago.

00:09:34.600 Secretary of State Marco Rubio announcing on Wednesday that the U.S. will begin aggressively

00:09:39.020 revoking visas of Chinese students, including those with connections to the Chinese Communist Party

00:09:43.980 or who are studying in critical fields. Secretary Rubio did not define critical fields.

00:09:50.000 Many CCP Party officials send their children to study at American universities, including Chinese

00:09:56.040 President Xi Jinping, his daughter graduating from Harvard in 2014, with few aware of her true

00:10:02.180 identity during her time there, according to The New York Times. A report published by the State

00:10:06.800 Department and the nonprofit Institute of International Education says about 277,000 Chinese nationals studied

00:10:14.520 in America during the 2024 academic year. 277,000, the second largest group of international students

00:10:21.940 after India. According to the assistant DHS secretary, Tricia McLaughlin, China accepting just 800 U.S.

00:10:30.120 students in the same time period. In response to Rubio's announcement, a spokesperson for the Chinese

00:10:35.240 foreign ministry saying, quote,

00:10:36.480 The U.S. uses ideology and national security as a pretext to revoke Chinese student visas. It is fully 0.56

00:10:43.900 unjustified. The spokesman continuing on to say, quote,

00:10:47.340 This politically motivated and discriminatory move exposes the U.S. hypocrisy over freedom and

00:10:52.380 openness. It will further damage the image and reputation of the U.S. itself.

00:10:57.840 In 2018, then-FBI Director Christopher Wray answering a question in a Senate Intel hearing from then-Senator

00:11:04.000 Rubio about the counterintelligence risk posed by Chinese students.

00:11:08.300 I think in this setting, I would just say that the use of nontraditional collectors, especially in

00:11:13.580 the academic setting, whether it's professors, scientists, students, we see in almost every

00:11:20.860 field office that the FBI has around the country. It's not just in major cities, it's in small ones as

00:11:26.060 well. It's across basically every discipline. And I think the level of naivete on the part of the

00:11:32.280 academic sector about this creates its own issues. They're exploiting the very open research and

00:11:39.520 development environment that we have. It's not just the intelligence community, but it's raising

00:11:44.480 awareness within our academic sector, within our private sector, as part of the defense.

00:11:49.680 In February, the House Committee on Homeland Security releasing a report outlining more than

00:11:53.900 60 cases of Chinese Communist Party espionage on U.S. soil from 2021 to 2024.

00:11:59.400 Several of the suspects linked to U.S. universities.

00:12:05.160 FBI Director Cash Patel and Deputy Director Dan Bongino in tight-lipped interviews this week on Fox

00:12:11.100 News, revealing some new threads in high-profile investigations, teasing information but offering

00:12:17.560 few details. Earlier this week, Bongino announcing the FBI is ramping up investigations into three

00:12:23.720 high-profile cases, the January 6th pipe bomber, the Dobbs leak, and the cocaine found in the White

00:12:29.960 House during President Biden's term.

00:12:31.720 We got a fascinating tip on one of these cases, one of the three. I don't want to say which one,

00:12:37.260 but I'm pretty confident that we're going to close out one of them, hopefully shortly.

00:12:41.520 The place has taken a reputational hit. There is zero question about it. We had to fix it and rebuild

00:12:46.780 public trust. One of the ways to do it is these cases of significant public interest that matter.

00:12:51.260 You know, we had two pipe bombs planted on January 6th, and no one seemed to show any interest in

00:12:56.980 this case. The second we got in, I put a team on it, and I said, I want answers on this, and I'm

00:13:03.200 pretty confident that we're closing in on some suspects. Patel and Bongino last week drawing

00:13:09.120 criticism from many by definitively saying disgraced financier Jeffrey Epstein did kill himself

00:13:15.040 without providing any supporting evidence. Bongino announcing Thursday that new video footage

00:13:20.440 will be made public eventually. There is video. That is something the public- There's video of

00:13:27.100 him killing himself. No, no, not the actual act, but the entire MCC Bay, it was only one camera.

00:13:35.300 There were other, there's video that when you look at the video, and we will release, that's what's

00:13:39.980 taken a while on this. We are working on cleaning it up to make sure you have an enhanced, and we're

00:13:44.580 going to give the original so you don't think there were any shenanigans. You're going to see there's

00:13:48.420 no one there but him. There's just nobody there. So I say to people all the time, if you have a tip,

00:13:53.180 let us know. But there's no DNA. There's no audio. There's no fingerprints. There's no suspects. There's

00:13:58.380 no accomplices. There's no tips. There is nothing. If you have it, I'm happy to see it. There's video

00:14:04.100 clear as day. He's the only person in there, and the only person coming out. You can see it.

00:14:09.180 Bongino stopping short of naming a specific date by which the footage would be released.

00:14:13.220 Both Patel and Bongino slamming former FBI director James Comey for wading into politics

00:14:18.780 by posting a picture on his social media of seashells arranged to resemble the numbers 86-47.

00:14:26.680 86 being a common reference to killing and 47 a likely reference to President Trump.

00:14:32.300 Comey denying across multiple media appearances promoting his new thriller novel that he had any

00:14:37.740 idea that 86 could refer to killing, saying he just thought it meant canceling or removing

00:14:43.100 something. In the wake of the incident, many Comey supporters posting similar 86-47 messages to their

00:14:49.740 own social media. On Wednesday, Director Patel warning the trend is pulling FBI resources away from real

00:14:56.360 threats. Do you know how many copycats we've had to investigate as a result of that beachside venture

00:15:02.720 from the former director? Is that right? Do you know how many agents I've had to take offline from

00:15:07.020 chasing down child sex predators, fentanyl traffickers, terrorists, because everywhere across

00:15:12.920 this country people are popping up on social media and think that a threat to the life of the President

00:15:17.980 of the United States is a joke and they can do it because he did it? That's what I'm having to deal

00:15:23.780 with every single day. And that's what I'm having to pull my agents and analysts off because he thought

00:15:29.340 it was funny to go out there and make a political statement. On Thursday, Deputy Director Bongino going

00:15:35.420 a step further. Of all the things that have surprised me in the close to now three months I've been here

00:15:41.340 is the depravity of Jim Comey. This man is a disgrace to the badge, the FBI and the country. We have wasted 0.55

00:15:49.560 countless man hours now running out tips to our tip line about people putting 86-47 because of Jim Comey,

00:15:58.040 because he cannot control himself and his emotions. He is a child. He is a big child.

00:16:04.480 And that'll do it for your AM update. I'm Megan Kelly. Join me back here for The Megan Kelly Show,
