00:01:03.100 New East. Hey everyone, I'm Megyn Kelly. Welcome to The Megyn Kelly Show. The Democratic Socialists

00:01:14.220 of America, the organization beloved and backed by politicians like AOC and Zoran Mamdani,

00:01:19.340 unveiling a new political platform. We told you about this a couple of weeks ago. It calls

00:01:25.240 officially for eliminating one of the nation's oldest institutions, the United States Senate,

00:01:30.740 because they don't think it's democratic. These people are idiots who know nothing about our 1.00

00:01:40.280 country. Nothing. Plus, Meghan Markle has a new title. Forget Duchess. She can now go with Emmy 1.00

00:01:48.160 nominated producer because that program she did about the jam was such a hit. It's gotten a nod

00:01:57.100 from the Emmys. Sure, that's legit. And we have updates on the JP Morgan sex slave lawsuit. The

00:02:05.600 person who was our guest when that story first broke and with whom we went in depth on these

00:02:12.580 allegations was Adam Carolla, and it just so happens that he is back today. Adam Carolla is

00:02:18.460 the host of The Adam Carolla Show, which you can hear every weekday morning on the Megan Kelly

00:02:22.920 Channel, 111 on SiriusXM, and find out more at adamcarolla.com. In the U.S., a break-in happens

00:02:31.220 every 26 seconds. Good gracious. Most systems only alert you after an intruder is inside. By then,

00:02:38.760 the damage is done. This is so true. It's not that helpful once they're inside to have your

00:02:43.720 alarm going off. But then there's SimpliSafe. With their new Outdoor Camera Series 2 and

00:02:49.300 Advanced AI, SimpliSafe does not just watch, it acts. If a threat is detected, US-based live

00:02:55.820 agents, listen to this, can intervene to deter intruders before they cross the threshold.

00:03:02.380 Imagine it. If you're going on vacation, you can check your feed and know that professionals are

00:03:08.100 monitoring your home? What if you get an alert while you're on vacation and you check your feed

00:03:11.560 and you hear SimpliSafe chastising a would-be burglar to get the hell off your property?

00:03:16.700 That'd be amazing. Plus, the setup is a breeze. You get your system running in under 30 minutes.

00:03:22.680 This is before they come in. They get scared by SimpliSafe. It makes much more sense.

00:03:28.000 There are no long-term contracts and SimpliSafe is going to earn your business every day.

00:04:05.160 We have wonderful, wonderful options lined up for the two of us today. We'll get to this

00:04:11.720 democratic socialist nut, but let's start with this lady in Michigan who's up against one of 1.00

00:04:18.180 these democratic socialists. This woman is Haley Stevens, and she's supposed to be like the normie 1.00

00:04:25.300 dem running for Senate in Michigan. And she's actually doing better in the polls now than she 1.00

00:04:33.360 had been. She actually had been floundering, but now she's doing better because she's up against

00:04:36.900 a far-left socialist who's very, very, very anti-Israel, I guess would be a nice way of

00:04:44.960 phrasing his position, and is really just a bridge too far, I think, for most Michigan voters. His

00:04:50.280 name is Abdul El-Sayed, and Haley Stevens is a U.S. congressperson from sort of more mainstream

00:04:58.120 Democrat establishment types. She is making the rounds this week for being a bit of an oddball. 1.00

00:05:08.720 Adam, you tell me whether this strikes you as a bit of an oddball lady. This is the this is the 1.00

00:05:16.120 campaign event that's been making the rounds in SOT6. I am going to be working on our behalf.

00:05:21.220 I am going to be telling the stories on our behalf. And you better believe I'm going to be

00:05:27.320 doing it with a little bit of joy, a little bit of enthusiasm, a little bit of energy

00:05:31.880 and a little bit of stick it to them because that's the Michigan way.

00:05:38.720 I saw this yesterday and I tweeted it out. I just said, I live in a van down by the river,

00:05:46.800 which was that tweet. I have that thing. Yeah. Here it is. So seven. I'm going to get the world

00:05:53.880 by the tail and wrap it around and pull it down and put it in my pocket. Well, I'm here to tell

00:06:00.820 you that you're probably going to find out as you go out there that you're not going to amount 0.58

00:06:07.700 to jack squat. You're going to end up eating a steady diet of government cheese and living in

00:06:20.160 the band down by the river. Well, they have the same carriage. So maybe that's what reminded me

00:06:30.100 of him. You know, there's a couple of things that have been creeping into my brain lately. First off,

00:06:37.460 where's all the emotion coming from? And I know there's a lot more women involved with politics 1.00

00:06:43.320 than there used to be, but it seems like there's just a lot of like emotion, you know, Ro Khanna, 1.00

00:06:49.260 such a pussy. I was scared for my life. Shut up. Shut up. I know. And you weren't. Everyone is 0.99

00:06:56.340 crying. Everyone is emoting. Everyone's talking about feelings. How about you just get to work,

00:07:02.200 man? How about we get some policies going and get to work? Stop with all the drama. Everyone is up

00:07:09.940 there just talking about feelings. That's it. And by the way, they have two modes. Their mode is,

00:07:18.060 oh my God, I'm scared. I feel threatened. And the other one is we're going to the gate. We're

00:07:22.460 going to stand up. We're going to punch out ice. It's like they're they're either cowering in a 0.90

00:07:27.320 fetal position or they're arming up for battle. But they're not doing either one. They're just

00:07:33.180 sitting around in the middle, crying and screaming about everything. Here's Seth Moulton of

00:07:39.680 Massachusetts, a Democrat, trying to sound tough in your second category over the latest ice

00:07:46.700 involved shooting, Sat 8.

00:07:49.040 Look at this. 0.99

00:07:49.660 If you don't think this is fucked up, 0.99

00:07:51.100 you don't know what it means to be an American. 0.99

00:07:53.240 And every one of us should be angry right now

00:07:56.180 in this moment and willing to stand up for our values.

00:07:58.620 The values that have always made this country great.

00:08:01.840 And anyone who's just letting these MAGA autocrats

00:08:05.060 get away with this needs to fight or get out of the way.

00:08:08.320 It's time for us to stop this.

00:08:10.240 So if you're on your way to Maine right now, thank you.

00:08:12.580 If you're standing up and fighting in your community, thank you.

00:08:15.360 If you're doing everything you can to protect our values, thank you.

00:08:19.380 But if you're someone who can do more, then we need to do more.

00:08:22.220 We need to do more right now because lives are on the line.

00:08:25.520 Lives are getting lost because what?

00:08:27.280 He used his Prius as a weapon at two and a half miles an hour.

00:08:31.920 That's just an excuse to shoot somebody.

00:08:34.340 That's what's going on.

00:08:35.400 These thugs want an excuse to shoot someone like they're patrolling the Warsaw Ghetto in 1941. 1.00

00:08:40.840 That's bullshit. 1.00

00:08:42.100 And it needs to stop. 1.00

00:08:43.080 okay there were like four cuts in that take adam he couldn't even get through so that whole little 0.99

00:08:51.360 diatribe in one take these are all like drama students they're all pussies they're it's all 0.98

00:08:57.520 theatrics i don't know what any of it means we're gonna stand up and we're gonna fight all right 1.00

00:09:02.400 go fight ice and get shot you idiots or or what or stand up or push back like i mean kamala harris 0.99

00:09:10.420 doesn't say anything ever she's kind of the tip of the word salad spear but yes these these people 1.00

00:09:17.860 have two poles they go to either cowering scared for my life feared for my children scared for all 0.73

00:09:25.400 the people who the brown and the black people fear for them or full rage fight pushback attack 0.93

00:09:32.620 the nazis they don't have a middle ground which would be governing or doing something and then 0.93

00:09:38.280 Secondly, I don't want the government that involved with my life.

00:09:42.240 I know they have plans.

00:09:43.660 They have plans for everyone all the time. 0.99

00:09:46.180 How about your plan is sit the fuck down, fill the reservoirs, fill the potholes, and 0.99

00:09:50.840 let me go to work and raise my family. 0.99

00:09:52.760 How about that?

00:09:54.140 Yeah.

00:09:54.660 Yeah.

00:09:54.900 How's that working out in L.A. right now?

00:09:56.500 I hear you've come a long way on the rebuilding effort, and you feel very hopeful about Karen

00:10:01.260 Bass getting this thing done in a timely manner.

00:10:03.040 Well, we're we're we're turning the corner and heading toward two years.

00:10:08.500 And the view from my place in Malibu is nothing but burnt out lots.

00:10:15.160 There is no progress where I am.

00:10:18.160 It's amazing. And yet there she is, one of the last two in this runoff race for L.A. mayor. 1.00

00:10:25.360 They don't care. They're going to possibly reelect this woman. 0.99

00:10:28.360 They certainly put her in the final category to run to hold on to that post at which she's been so terrible. 0.55

00:10:34.580 By the way, Trump, in response to these latest two ICE incidents, there was a report that ICE had issued an order saying stop, stop doing traffic stops of potential illegals.

00:10:47.800 And President Trump just sent out a tweet that reads, we cannot give up one of ICE's most important and effective crime fighting tools, the traffic stop.

00:10:56.760 Once we do, we're playing right into the criminal's hands. The radical left Democrats would like to see this done, but it won't happen on my watch.

00:11:04.360 ICE, be judicious, fair and smart and go back and do your very important job.

00:11:09.660 So that's good because there was a report that ICE was going to, you know, lean into letting up on the search for illegals in this country.

00:11:17.460 And let's face it, they've already dialed back considerably. And President Trump issuing a clear message.

00:11:22.220 Do not stop that. We have to continue doing traffic stops, even though Democrats like Seth Moulton will try to make any unfortunate incidents involving ICE that devolve into a shooting or a death experience, you know, by one of the detainees into, you know, their latest viral social media moment trying to get something like Minneapolis going again.

00:11:44.060 But the president, he's got other things on his mind right now, Adam.

00:11:46.900 I don't think he's got time. 0.98

00:11:47.960 He's basically like, get back to damn work and don't make me keep sending these tweets. 0.98

00:11:52.540 Well, I mean, really do the math. 0.98

00:11:55.560 So every Democrat on the left just says stand up and fight, stand up, push back, push back

00:12:03.400 and fight.

00:12:04.520 The people they're pushing back and fighting against own guns and they have them on them.

00:12:10.260 So if you're going to stand up and push back and fight back against people that have guns and you don't have a gun, then a certain percentage of you are going to get shot.

00:12:23.720 Now, I know this was not a protester, but I'm saying in general, more people are going to get shot and more protesters are going to get shot.

00:12:33.560 And that's on the Democrats. You tell people to stand up and push back against guys, young guys with guns, then, yes, you're going to get shot the same way as when you call the president Hitler and authoritarian and a demonic Hitlerian futuristic demon. 0.90

00:12:55.260 Well, then some 19 year old kid is going to pick up a gun and shoot at the president.

00:13:00.840 So Democrats, you're getting the president shot at and you're also getting your own fans shot at as well. 0.79

00:13:07.820 Can I show you something speaking of taking a shot at the president?

00:13:11.140 So that was two years ago, two days ago that then former President Trump and about soon to be President Trump was shot in the ear in Butler, Pennsylvania.

00:13:21.620 Thankfully, just a glancing hit, but it wasn't glancing for Corey Compertori, who is the fireman sitting behind him, who died, along with two other Trump fans who were there, both of whom got shot.

00:13:33.080 All right. So three people, four people were shot that day.

00:13:36.160 Two survived. Sorry, three survived and one did not.

00:13:40.780 Well, Helen Compertori sat down with Rich McHugh.

00:13:43.840 Love Rich McHugh.

00:13:45.100 He was at NBC for a short time while I was there.

00:13:48.280 He's a producer.

00:13:48.840 He's now doing on-air work as well for News Nation.

00:13:51.620 and he just, he's been, I love this guy.

00:13:55.040 He's been doing such great work.

00:13:56.100 He quit NBC in disgust, notwithstanding the fact that he's got five daughters to feed,

00:14:01.460 over their spiking of the Ronan Farrow expose on Harvey Weinstein.

00:14:07.080 He was so disgusted with them. 1.00

00:14:08.620 He was like, I'm walking out, you cretins. 1.00

00:14:10.840 You know what you did. 1.00

00:14:12.380 And anyway, now he's with News Nation,

00:14:14.320 and he sat down with Helen Comparatori, who's Corey's widow,

00:14:17.620 and take a listen to some of this, SOC 20.

00:14:19.820 What do you believe that the gunman, Thomas Crooks, didn't act alone?

00:14:24.120 I don't believe there was another shooter there, but I believe that he was working with somebody.

00:14:32.940 I believe it was inside, it was an inside job, inside the government, somewhere.

00:14:40.660 And this was a political?

00:14:42.360 Oh yeah, absolutely.

00:14:45.160 Yep.

00:14:45.600 yep have you seen evidence to that oh i've been told things but i've had something that

00:14:54.820 happened with me that just afterwards and you're starting to put the pieces together

00:15:02.880 it just made total sense what will help give you closure

00:15:07.360 when the people who put this all together that day are caught

00:15:20.500 pretty extraordinary i mean just saying it right there i think it was an inside

00:15:26.240 job by the government somebody in the government who directed this

00:15:29.980 hit that took her husband's life i think a lot of people have a suspicion in that regard adam or at

00:15:36.040 least just have questions about why we know so little about the shooter in that incident

00:15:40.580 and why the authorities in charge seem so desperate to put a quick bow on it and move

00:15:46.080 on.

00:15:46.440 In fact, apparently the Secret Service didn't even come to talk to her until something like

00:15:52.160 a year after the events at Butler, Pennsylvania.

00:15:55.900 So just the whole thing around Butler remains a bit of a mystery, at least to the extent

00:16:01.720 it was a presidential assassination attempt.

00:16:04.460 you know, and normally we give those a full colonoscopy to make sure we understand everything

00:16:08.860 about them. Yeah. Well, I mean, it started with the roof had too steep a rake on it. We couldn't

00:16:15.520 get our men up there. Remember that one on basically was a flat roof that was very nearby.

00:16:23.900 Like, I mean, it felt at least like negligence by the Secret Service.

00:16:31.440 But as far as is the government capable of this, I think we've learned with Trump, the government is capable of anything as it pertains to Trump.

00:16:43.460 I mean, when you look at what they tried to do to him with all the lawfare stuff and, you know, wiretapping his office and all all the stuff they did, their full court press not to have him become president.

00:16:59.420 And that's all the establishment power, you know, FBI and DOJ and all that stuff.

00:17:07.360 Obama, everybody.

00:17:09.720 Why is this off the table?

00:17:11.960 Why is an assassination attempt sponsored by the government?

00:17:17.120 Why is that not a conversation we can have if they showed that they would do anything to get him out of there by hook or by crook?

00:17:28.100 Like, all right. So they wouldn't shoot him, but they would lock him up in prison for the rest of his life on false charges. Like, why not shoot him if you've tried everything else?

00:17:39.700 well you heard recently this past year that you know the cia is under orders or was from dni 0.94

00:17:46.500 gabbard when she was still in in office to fork over certain materials relating to ufos relating

00:17:53.680 to jfk relating to um mk ultra this program that the cia did employ to basically brainwash uh people

00:18:03.960 with drugs and other means into doing its bidding, and they haven't been fully compliant.

00:18:10.520 In fact, they have been not only obfuscating that, but they reportedly went back over to

00:18:17.200 Tulsi's office and tried to get at least one box of the stuff back. Now, there was a false report

00:18:21.240 that they had raided her office to reclaim the documents. That's not what happened, but they

00:18:24.680 did not want to turn them over. So it's very clear that at least the CIA thinks it's operating

00:18:28.520 within its own power structure. RFK Jr. told me personally, he thinks that, uh, it was an inside

00:18:36.840 job, uh, the murder of his, his dad and his uncle. And I don't, these are just, I don't spend a lot

00:18:43.920 of time thinking about this stuff generally, Adam, but I, uh, poor Helen Comperatore has to,

00:18:49.240 you know, it's like her husband's dead. She's still got kids to raise and no one's talking to

00:18:54.280 her. She doesn't have any real answers from the government. It's very strange how Trump just kind

00:18:57.980 of, he kind of wants to walk away from Butler really quickly in a way that actually feels

00:19:04.880 strange. I don't, I'm not sure what's going on there, but do you think we'll ever fully know

00:19:08.600 if somebody other than, you know, Thomas Crooks, the shooter was involved? Do you think we'll ever

00:19:13.660 know? I don't know. I mean, it seems like we have at least found out more in the last few years than

00:19:23.040 we found out in the previous few decades when it comes to a lot of this stuff and and then there's

00:19:29.620 Epstein and you know and Kennedy and everything else and the Loch Ness Monster so I don't I I'd

00:19:38.640 like to think we will because I'll tell you why I I think there's electronic paper trails now that

00:19:47.520 in the past we couldn't we didn't have you know we people died and the secrets died with them

00:19:55.160 there were no ring bell ring doorbell cameras there was no text there's no email you know there

00:20:00.600 is at least in the modern age there's sort of an electronic tale that these that these cases all

00:20:09.620 have and that at least means there's something to unearth and something to discover so i would hope

00:20:17.140 It's also when you think about these poor widows left behind, kind of a gold star widow, if you think about it, it's always interesting how little the compassionate Democrats care about women like this.

00:20:34.900 All they do is cry for the illegal truck driver who ran over 10 people or the illegal who got shot by ICE or the woman in the minivan who got shot by ICE.

00:20:46.540 That's that's that. But they never shed a tear for these people.

00:20:51.640 They didn't even mention her. No, they're too busy speculating about whether Trump staged Butler and whether it was all fake.

00:20:59.640 That's that's where their most caring pundits have gone.

00:21:02.620 All right. Now, let me get back to Haley Stevens, the so-called normie Democrat in Michigan who wants to be the next senator from that state over this other, you know, much more radical guy, Abdul El Saeed. 0.89

00:21:13.920 Before we leave the issue of this woman's very bizarre, Chris Farley-esque accent and persona, let me show you. 0.92

00:21:23.440 It appears to me that we have another Jasmine Crockett situation going on here, where this person used to sound totally normal and has only recently chosen, she's chosen that weird affect to, like, appeal to Michiganders. 0.83

00:21:40.140 Here's Adam Carolla. You tell me. Here's some of how she sounded before and how she sounded in that sound. 0.57

00:21:46.160 But I just played 5B as the comparison.

00:21:48.840 Times of trying medical need wars and flus pass. You will see darkness.

00:21:54.220 You will be pushed. And our society needs you to stand together at this time.

00:21:59.660 Our country loves you to our doctors and our nurses.

00:22:02.440 I am going to be working on our behalf. I am going to be telling the stories on our behalf.

00:22:08.780 and you better believe i'm going to be doing it with a little bit of joy a little bit of enthusiasm

00:22:14.540 a little bit of energy and a little bit of stick it to them because that's the michigan way

00:22:20.500 i can't get enough of her wait i have one more here's 6b um is this before or after from my

00:22:31.680 this is this is a wait is this her recently or not i'm trying to figure this out okay this is

00:22:40.020 the more recent version with the new accent 6b two of my opponents are not releasing their tax

00:22:45.740 returns and they're delaying the release of their personal financial disclosure what gives look

00:22:52.760 the own stock i'd love to ask them if so how much did you give paid political speeches last year

00:23:01.380 If so, how much did you make? Why did you file a request for an extension of your personal

00:23:09.360 financial disclosure? Michiganders deserve transparency from their candidates for elected

00:23:17.420 office, particularly for the U.S. Senate. What are these guys hiding?

00:23:23.580 Oh, my God, Adam, this is the Democrats' last best chance in Michigan.

00:23:28.720 they it's so weird that their bench is so thin but maybe well i don't know about that 0.76

00:23:38.260 come on megan as a woman you fully should know about body shaming um just saying she's been 1.00

00:23:51.080 enjoying the michigan pizza a little too much like she bulked up over the past few years maybe 0.99

00:23:57.700 it's part of the new persona maybe she's actually going for chris farley she loves the deep dish

00:24:03.560 well okay let's see what's going on a couple things one is democrats ideas are now so batshit

00:24:14.340 crazy that it's going to eliminate a lot of normal people like if you're a normal human being and

00:24:20.460 you've run a business and you've started a family and you pay your bills and you pray to your god 0.99

00:24:27.120 then you're not going to get involved with the democratic party because they're nuts

00:24:31.240 and and you know men are women and women are men and you know no borders and eliminate the police 0.90

00:24:37.900 and you know we're gonna we're gonna drag queen story hour like let's just say let's do a thought

00:24:44.320 experiment let's just say you were a pretty normal what we used to call let's just say you're

00:24:49.720 bill clinton and it was 1989 and you're thinking hmm you're 1989 bill clinton and you're thinking

00:24:57.680 i'd have run for something you wouldn't do that and be a democrat today you couldn't do it they're

00:25:04.600 nuts every one of their policies is insane so you are eliminating sane people from running

00:25:13.120 for office and through your policies and also in a world where your entire past, every tweet you've

00:25:23.080 ever sent and every girlfriend or boyfriend you've ever had is going to be interviewed.

00:25:28.020 Your life is going to be put under a microscope. Normal people don't want that either. Only

00:25:34.300 sociopaths and narcissists want that. So now you've eliminated all normal thinking people 0.97

00:25:41.000 and replace them with insane narcissists and that's who's going to be running for democrat 0.81

00:25:46.980 office yes it's very strange one of my closest friends on earth is from michigan and she's

00:25:53.740 definitely got the hard a accent you know she that accent that's how she would say it but not 0.99

00:25:59.100 every word comes from the back of her throat and nasal like that lady who would think i can 1.00

00:26:04.940 understand those hollywood actresses back in like the 40s and 50s who started to talk like this 1.00

00:26:11.340 and it made them sound above everyone and of a certain breeding and caliber but i don't understand

00:26:19.060 going here as a way of appealing to people even in michigan adam you got a lot of range megan i gotta

00:26:27.740 tell you you could be a vo you bring it out of me tomorrow thank you um i i guess also the the

00:26:37.480 thing is is everyone wants a character on the democrat side yeah they all have to be out of

00:26:43.800 a comic book they all have to be something and you know it's kind of interesting actually i just 0.97

00:26:48.880 thought of this if you're going to run for democrat office you need to be black or hispanic or gay or 0.97

00:26:55.300 indian or it's something lesbian you you need to have down syndrome you know you have to have 0.99

00:27:02.260 something you need to fall into a group right well if you're just a plain old white person 0.98

00:27:08.780 and you don't get to check any intersectional boxes then you have to be weird because weird

00:27:16.720 is your box you know what i mean so that is so true i think if she's not black i i guess she's

00:27:25.740 not a lesbian although you know the day is young she's white and it appears to be you know solidly 0.61

00:27:33.400 middle class so she has to have some affect because you need something to hang your hat on 0.98

00:27:38.740 and if you're not gay lesbian or semi-retarded then what are we going to do yeah i'm sorry you're 0.96

00:27:46.220 you're no longer in the running for destitution derby winner which is democratic nominee um my 0.99

00:27:51.660 team tells me she is married to a man uh to your point about how if you're a normie and you're

00:27:58.480 looking at running for office and you happen to lean left in your politics like i don't know that

00:28:04.340 like there's no spot for you if you're just like a normal democrat from like 1990 that that democrat

00:28:10.400 party there's no spot for you um the people who have taken over are like this guy um who we were

00:28:16.960 just talking about the the guy who's she's running against abdul al-sayed um let me just play one

00:28:23.580 soundbite from him okay this is this is let's play sot four his thoughts on jd vance this is just

00:28:29.280 from this past april he's got brown kids at some point he's gonna have to have a really awkward

00:28:35.080 conversation right kids you'll be like you know like you made your career hating people who are

00:28:41.580 different and people that look like his kids jd vance has brown kids who thinks he he thinks

00:28:46.840 are less american than everyone else like that's wild to look at your own kids and be like you

00:28:50.800 don't actually belong as much in this country that i brought you into okay that's i mean that's

00:28:57.180 almost standard fair democratic talking point but this guy's a bit too radical i think for 0.94

00:29:01.720 michiganders who are they don't tend to be that woke like there's the the arab crowd of course but

00:29:07.420 like woke is a factor but it's not the overwhelming factor like you find in brooklyn or the upper west

00:29:13.340 side of manhattan um here is what you do see to your point and you live in california not one but

00:29:20.500 two doctors from the university of california state school industry one was ucla one was ucsf

00:29:29.500 appeared before Congress recently on Tuesday and were asked a critical question. Let's check in

00:29:37.680 on how it went and whether they could talk like normal people. Here it is.

00:29:42.220 I have absolutely no problem with using the word pregnant women. I use it myself. 1.00

00:29:46.660 Has a non-biological woman ever had a baby?

00:29:51.100 A transgender person can. 1.00

00:29:53.880 That's not a biological woman. Has a non-biological woman ever had a baby? 1.00

00:29:58.440 I would reiterate, we take care of transgender patients.

00:30:03.160 Okay, Doc, from another class in May of 2026, it included a disclaimer that while it uses the term she and women,

00:30:10.940 it does not intend to exclude, and I quote, those who have a uterus but do not identify with these terms.

00:30:18.340 Again, can someone have a uterus and not be a woman?

00:30:22.160 Just say yes or no. 1.00

00:30:24.140 Can they?

00:30:25.940 Again, I would...

00:30:27.440 That's what your medical school is promoting.

00:30:30.380 Mr. Chairman, it's clear these medical schools are hiding DEI curriculum under the guise of medical access.

00:30:38.280 Yeah, so these are the heads of two medical schools unwilling to say that men cannot have babies.

00:30:45.420 That's what it's come to.

00:30:46.920 They would have had people laugh in their face across the political spectrum 15 years ago.

00:30:52.320 Now look at us.

00:30:53.000 It is really the greatest campaign ever run. Like, if you looked at it, Megan, let's just pretend, let's do a thought experiment and just say it was sort of Mad Men era and it was Madison Avenue and we're like in the mid 70s.

00:31:14.340 And I come into this big firm that does advertising and I go, here's my challenge to you.

00:31:21.980 My challenge to you is to get half this country, maybe more than half the country, believing

00:31:29.560 that men can be women and women can be men. 0.93

00:31:32.100 They go, that's impossible.

00:31:34.420 And I'd be like, listen, I want politicians.

00:31:37.260 I want popes.

00:31:38.420 I want the president of Harvard and Yale and the people running med schools to say this.

00:31:46.360 And when we question them about it, they'll go, I don't know.

00:31:50.520 That's what I want you to do.

00:31:52.000 They would go, that's impossible.

00:31:53.940 It's impossible.

00:31:54.780 It can never be done. 0.99

00:31:56.080 Like we could convince people that Raisinets were better than Goobers, even though they're not. 0.99

00:32:03.220 but we're not going to be able to convince most of America to say that men can be women and women 0.99

00:32:09.820 can be men and men can give birth and all that kind of birthing people that that's impossibility

00:32:15.300 and furthermore I want anyone who's a detractor anyone who says I don't believe that men can be

00:32:22.600 women and women can be men I want them shunned I want them ostracized I want them scared to talk 0.82

00:32:28.680 I want them scared. I want Supreme Court nominees to not know the difference between a man and a 1.00

00:32:35.840 woman. How about that? You would go, that's an insane thought. It'll never work. And here we are. 1.00

00:32:42.620 Adults, by the way. These guys, here's the part that's interesting. These guys and all these

00:32:49.760 people, all these scared pussies who are forced into saying this, they didn't think this. They 0.99

00:32:56.700 They were into their 60s when this thought came to them.

00:33:00.960 It's not like you're not a hold of them.

00:33:02.160 They don't believe it now.

00:33:03.700 Well, they don't believe it.

00:33:04.720 No, they don't believe it.

00:33:05.820 What I'm saying is, it's even better that they don't believe it.

00:33:10.320 You forced everyone to comply.

00:33:13.680 You got someone, you had people to, you got people to say stuff they don't believe because

00:33:19.100 they were scared.

00:33:21.020 This Seth Moulton is a good example of what you're saying.

00:33:24.180 the one who was all like effing this, and then we're going to fight, going to stand up to Trump

00:33:28.140 on ice. This guy, he's a complete P word. He, um, he came out after the 2024 election and he read

00:33:37.140 the tea leaves. He saw that the trans issue was one of the major issues. In fact, according to

00:33:41.600 the biggest survey done amongst swing vote voters, swing state voters, it was the number one issue,

00:33:47.940 the number one issue, the boys and girls sports issue. So he says, you know, I'm a dad. I don't

00:33:55.620 want my girls competing against boys in sports. It's not fair and it's not safe. And I remember

00:34:02.940 at the time we did a segment on it and I was like, bullshit, I don't believe this guy because 0.94

00:34:07.880 he had been voting against girls' rights on this issue for quite some time and had been pretty 0.97

00:34:13.380 outspoken about it. So now after the election, he's like, oh, you know, I'm just a dad and I

00:34:17.360 reason. And we called him out and we're like, bullshit. No, I don't believe you. And then the 1.00

00:34:22.980 next time the vote came up about saving girls sports and keeping boys out of them, which by

00:34:28.820 the way, has now been deemed completely lawful by the U.S. Supreme Court. Any state can do that.

00:34:33.360 27 states in the union have done it. What did he do? He voted against it. He voted. He is a P word.

00:34:39.800 He is a scared little sissy even. And by the way, aren't those the only ones who have to come out 0.94

00:34:46.680 and do that kind of tough talk, you know, you spend your day, you spent your life surrounded

00:34:50.740 by actual men, manly men in construction who actually know how to like wail on their thumb

00:34:57.260 with a hammer, have it turn black and never complain. Like I've seen this man. And those

00:35:02.560 guys are, do not run around being like, fuck it. We're going to fucking, I mean, give me a break. 1.00

00:35:09.000 this guy's a poser. Yeah. Well, I think we should say sissy with a P and then everyone. Yeah. We're 1.00

00:35:18.220 talking about, um, I I'm big on the swearing. It's the P word. It stops me in my tracks.

00:35:23.860 I get it. And I respect you enough to now convert to sissy with a P. Um, it's so sad to me. I have 0.98

00:35:34.060 to tell you as a dude who grew up doing dude stuff, you know, playing football and riding

00:35:39.320 motorcycles, boxing and construction and all that cars and all that kind of stuff. I hate to see

00:35:45.340 these weird poser dudes, you know, these fake sort of constructed in the lab. I drive a pickup truck

00:35:53.560 and I like hunting kind of dudes, you know, I mean, remember 10 minutes ago when Tim Walsh was

00:35:59.820 posing as a dude remember they do those commercials where he'd pop his head up from under the hood

00:36:06.500 of his international harvester it's like oh hey you just caught me gapping my plugs

00:36:11.420 anyway let me tell you about birthright citizenship like are you kidding me jazz hands yeah it's so

00:36:19.840 so weird and sad I I do know how dudes think none of them think like these guys ever they

00:36:28.300 really don't. And I'll tell you how you can, you want to know the litmus test for, are you a dude

00:36:33.420 or aren't you a dude? Like we can go, oh, this guy does jujitsu or that guy works on his car,

00:36:39.580 whatever it is. You show me your reaction during COVID and I'll tell you who's a dude and who's

00:36:47.920 not a dude because I toggle, I may be one of the only people in this town that sort of toggles in

00:36:54.740 between Hollywood stuff, you know, creative stuff, producer stuff, writer stuff, comedy stuff,

00:37:00.920 and then blue collar stuff, because I'm always working on a project. I'm always building. I

00:37:05.660 have a crew. I have guys. I have guys at my shop. I have guys working on my race cars, blah, blah,

00:37:10.600 blah. There's a dramatic difference between how regular dudes responded to COVID, which was almost

00:37:18.040 nothing really no reaction no mass no talk about vaccines no missing days at work no discussion

00:37:25.780 versus the hollywood crowd total um wussies with a p and wussies with a p so show me your record

00:37:37.640 on covid and i'll tell you whether you're a wussy with a p or not but don't don't claim to be a dude 0.93

00:37:45.000 And then tell me you're cheering on lockdowns and mask and distancing and washing everything down with Pure Al.

00:37:52.300 That'll be the litmus test. How you acted during COVID.

00:37:56.220 Half of them are still wearing masks in 2026 and bonus points if it reads vote on the front of it.

00:38:05.320 Now, OK, let's keep going. There is where do I want to go next?

00:38:11.080 I guess we should talk about just the follow-up on Lindsey Graham the haters gonna hate you know

00:38:16.660 and the audience knows I've been very critical of Lindsey Graham this past year over his you know

00:38:21.420 very very pro-war stance but I made the case the other day I really find it extremely in bad taste

00:38:27.840 distasteful and just classless to dump on the guy right after he dies like we should be looking for

00:38:36.100 his overall legacy. You don't have to whitewash anything, but you don't have to seize upon

00:38:41.120 the thing that you really hate about him and rub it in the face of his survivors and so on.

00:38:46.800 Well, you'll be shocked, shocked to hear that Sonny Hostin over at The View didn't get the memo.

00:38:52.600 And here she is. She's reading a lot of this as though it's not from her. And so she's just

00:38:59.480 pontificating. This is what others are saying. But of course, there's a reason she did that.

00:39:04.680 And here it is in SOT-19.

00:39:06.940 Steve Schmidt, who's a political strategist and worked on the John McCain campaign in 2008, wrote just today,

00:39:16.060 Lindsay knew better.

00:39:19.320 And he said he was a lonely and unprincipled man who betrayed his country for power and his decency for attention.

00:39:26.020 And he also called him a pilot fish, a smaller fish that hovers about a larger predator, like a shark, living off of its deleterious, and that's Lindsay.

00:39:41.660 When you're talking about a complicated legacy and someone who may have betrayed his country for power, that seems to be, in my view, what his legacy became. 1.00

00:39:56.020 she's despicable. I mean, just 10 times out of 10, she will go the despicable route. 0.98

00:40:01.860 Yes. Well, I think when something like this happens, it's a good way to figure out who the

00:40:10.720 angry, despicable people are. Because if you hear about somebody who you disagree with passing

00:40:19.480 and you say nothing, you may disagree with them every bit as much as anybody else, but you're not

00:40:27.500 a despicable person. You're not an angry, despicable person. And it's always the same

00:40:34.640 suspects, right? It's the Joy Reads and the Sonnies. That's Sonny and Joy, the two most

00:40:42.820 angry people on the planet. I enjoy the person who dance a jig when somebody dies, another American

00:40:51.260 dies, a former Air Force member dies. They love it. But it's a good way on the right and on the

00:41:00.400 left, although it's mostly on the left, to kind of tell micro macro, by the way. What I mean is

00:41:07.160 is like, whether it's a public figure or just a family member who you hated, you can sort of tell 0.90

00:41:15.440 who the classless people are and who the angry people are and who the despicable people are

00:41:20.840 by how they celebrate somebody's death and if they don't handle it with class. And there's no

00:41:29.660 doubt that that's who these people are. I mean, there is no doubt in my mind that Sonny, if she

00:41:36.260 had a magic wand and could flip it and Trump would be dead and everyone she disagreed with

00:41:42.140 would be dead. She would flip that wand in the middle of the night. No, we're seeing it now this 0.76

00:41:48.560 week in the UK after the murder of this 78 year old conservative stalwart and Whitacombe, who now

00:41:56.300 we found out was murdered in her home by some guy who was there for political reasons, who didn't

00:42:02.360 like her politics. They're labeling it a counterterrorism investigation. And of course,

00:42:08.360 the police are like, we still don't know the motive. Well, why is your counterterrorism

00:42:14.040 group then investigating it? At first they said, oh, she just fell. And that's all. And I guess

00:42:20.960 they didn't find the wood shards in her head from where she was beaten with a bat over her head

00:42:26.100 until they found the guy on camera at Ann's house.

00:42:30.960 They traced his license plate

00:42:32.740 and then they found really clear CCTV footage

00:42:35.840 of him getting into his car from his home

00:42:38.140 three hours plus away,

00:42:39.960 where you see the baton sticking out of his shorts,

00:42:42.240 his shorts pocket.

00:42:43.780 In any event, same thing over there, Adam.

00:42:45.780 These leftists are celebrating the murder

00:42:49.360 of a nearly 80-year-old woman

00:42:52.780 who really wasn't, as far as I can tell, 0.67

00:42:55.600 that provocative. She was a right winger. She was part of the Reform UK party that wanted Brexit 0.93

00:43:03.060 and has called out bullshit on some of the more conservative establishment views. But she was 0.89

00:43:09.700 sunny. She was fun. She was on this dancing competition over there. For the most part, 0.98

00:43:15.020 she was somebody with a great sense of humor who was quick to laugh at herself and talk to people

00:43:19.580 on the other side. We could be here for an hour reading the terrible things that the left is

00:43:24.340 saying about her over there, celebrating that she's been murdered? Well, I mean, why wouldn't

00:43:30.100 you celebrate the death of somebody who supported a group that was, you know, Hitler, Jason, 0.98

00:43:38.540 who wanted, who hated black people and brown people who discriminated against Muslims and gays 0.96

00:43:46.620 and bisexuals and lesbians like if you think about it the other side so if you're on the right 0.98

00:43:56.660 whether you're across the pond in the UK or you're here you're hateful person right so we sort of say 0.99

00:44:05.020 we hate your policies your policies are destructive and bad they say you're hate monger I mean you 0.57

00:44:12.300 just heard what what's his douche said about jd vance you know he's gonna have to sit down and 0.97

00:44:18.240 explain to his brown kids why he hates them one day all right so if your policy if your policy 0.97

00:44:25.880 is bad then you don't need to be killed and we don't need to celebrate we just need to not elect 1.00

00:44:32.420 you but if you're a hate-filled hitlerian person who hates people of color and gays and lesbians 1.00

00:44:39.620 then maybe you do need to be killed and if you were killed would it be a bad thing i mean these 1.00

00:44:45.820 guys essentially create a comic book fairy tale version of life and you know trump is the evil 0.98

00:44:54.500 king and when the evil king is taken down or any of his lieutenants are taken down well then the

00:45:01.440 people in the village celebrate don't they and their weird bizarre cartoon version of life so

00:45:07.720 Yes. Anyone who supports the other side, the right is just a foot soldier. And when you see those comic books and those Disney cartoons and, you know, one of the monkeys from the from the Wicked Witch of the East or the West is flying around and gets swatted down, that's a good thing.

00:45:26.920 Well, we're all just flying monkeys, according to them. And it should be celebrated when one gets shot down.

00:45:34.420 even if you're a 78 year old woman i mean it's like living alone the um here's just a sampling 0.83

00:45:41.880 uh there's a someone who goes by heather herbert which means it's a man transgender woman if you

00:45:47.780 just substitute fake for transgender it's very helpful in figuring out the actual sex if you

00:45:53.180 hear transgender woman you just think to yourself fake woman so then you know what you're dealing 0.73

00:45:57.120 with heather herbert a transgender woman meaning a man employed of course at the university of

00:46:03.780 Aberdeen, the most hateful are at some of these universities, branded the tragic death of Miss

00:46:09.320 Whittacombe. I'm reading here from The Sun. Good news. She posted the vile remark on Blue Sky,

00:46:14.980 adding that she hoped Miss Whittacombe was, quote, handcuffed to the bed as she screamed in agony 0.76

00:46:19.980 in her final moments. The university where Heather is employed as a web developer has since said

00:46:26.640 it was investigating the comments despite backlash over the sick remarks. Herbert doubled down

00:46:30.840 on his stance. I changed their pronoun for them. Replying to one furious social media user,

00:46:37.360 Herbert said, quote, I'm done with being nice to pieces of human garbage like her. By the way, 1.00

00:46:41.980 Ann Whitacombe, while she did not believe men could become women, was actually quite kind to

00:46:47.920 transgender people on an individual basis, knew some. She wasn't hateful toward them. It was a

00:46:54.040 policy matter that she would argue. Then there's more. On Blue Sky, there are comments calling Ann

00:46:59.780 nasty, rancid old bitch, a fucking devil, a cold-hearted bigot. All of this, it would apply 1.00

00:47:07.600 to you, to me. They'll use these terms one day against Mitt Romney. It doesn't matter. If you

00:47:16.980 are anything other than a committed leftist, you are going to be subjected to this. On your point,

00:47:23.020 Adam, about the LGBTQ thing and this crowd, they're supposed to be so open and accepting 0.93

00:47:29.580 of these people and we on the right are not listen to this the angry lady podcaster i jennifer

00:47:36.360 something and her weird little friend who never says anything um listen to how they're talking

00:47:41.300 about lindsey graham who may or may not have been part of the lgbt crowd in the wake of his death

00:47:47.100 this is a moment for the democrats to wholly start attacking you might say attack after lindsey

00:47:55.880 Graham's death. This is the fight of our lives. Yes. You say, here's a man who every single day

00:48:03.240 preached family values and, um, anti-gay rhetoric and talked about the killing of civilians was a 0.95

00:48:10.160 homicidal war criminal out the wazoo. And now we know, and as we've known for a long time that he 0.71

00:48:17.360 likes to put on red panties and, uh, kink around with sex workers, which listen, I don't give a 0.99

00:48:24.060 shit. I'm not some Christian prude that wants to be involved in the sex lives of everybody else. 1.00

00:48:28.240 But the Katie Millers, the Stephen Millers, the Lindsey Grahams, and all of these people 0.63

00:48:32.660 are that. And we need to start calling out the hypocrisy. 0.80

00:48:38.600 And then she went on to hope and pray that any sex worker, gay sex worker, who's ever been with 0.97

00:48:46.320 Lindsey Graham comes out to shame him posthumously, reminding her audience that you don't have to 0.81

00:48:52.700 honor a non-disclosure, a confidentiality agreement post-death. Okay. Are you some sort

00:48:59.400 of a lawyer, Jennifer? Because you could get in a lot of trouble giving out free legal advice like

00:49:03.420 that. Anyway, your thoughts on her? I often wonder who their audience is. And then I also wonder if

00:49:12.160 they have an audience or their audience is just people like us wondering out loud what a dumb 1.00

00:49:19.520 shit she is and how insane she acts like who you know like does the view actually have an audience 1.00

00:49:27.940 or is the audience solely comprised of 14 people who are in the studio me and my producers and then 1.00

00:49:35.340 us who just make fun of the view so women like this who never say a thing that's interesting 0.94

00:49:42.460 are smart it's always just kind of weird emotional sort of garbage no angles never put anything 1.00

00:49:49.840 together well is there do does she have a following are there people around could she fill 0.64

00:49:56.700 an auditorium or is it just us making fun of her because she never says anything interesting

00:50:04.320 you know like there are people full of hate on the left i mean john stewart he's on the other

00:50:10.920 side of the aisle politically but he's able to craft thoughts that are smart interesting and 0.99

00:50:17.400 oftentimes funny this bitch never says anything smart or anything interesting yeah it well she 1.00

00:50:25.500 but she in a way embodies where the democrat party is right now that's one of the reasons why 1.00

00:50:29.980 she is somewhat interesting because this is where they've gone they are like very hateful

00:50:35.740 very, I know it's a bad word, like I don't love the word, but it kind of applies

00:50:40.260 dehumanizing toward conservatives. That's part of the game is to dehumanize people on the right

00:50:46.060 side of the aisle so that when they are subjected to, quote, social murder, no one has to feel bad

00:50:52.140 and you don't have to feel bad celebrating their untimely deaths from an aortic dissection.

00:50:56.960 It's totally fine to dance on their graves because your humanity has to be ignored, stifled,

00:51:02.320 eliminated altogether in the name of politics. It's just not the way it used to be. All right,

00:51:07.220 standby. We've got much, much more with Adam, including an update in that JP Morgan case and

00:51:12.960 more. If you're heading into summer without a medical emergency kit, you're taking a risk.

00:51:18.000 Most people don't even think about until it's too late. Summer colds linger and can turn into

00:51:23.380 sinus infections that last for weeks. Getting sick right before vacation can derail everything.

00:51:28.140 And when you're traveling, finding a doctor in a pharmacy is stressful.

00:51:31.980 But let me tell you about the medical emergency kit from The Wellness Company.

00:51:35.920 It's like an urgent care in a pharmacy right at home.

00:51:38.840 It includes essential prescriptions like amoxicillin and generic Z-Pak

00:51:42.720 to treat a wide range of common and serious illnesses.

00:51:46.360 No waiting for your doctor, no hours at urgent care, no pharmacy lines, no copays.

00:51:51.040 Just match your symptoms to the right prescription in your guidebook

00:51:54.400 or call their telemedicine doctor standing by.

00:51:57.480 Start on your med sooner and feel better faster.

00:52:17.120 Adam Carolla is back with me.

00:52:18.840 He is the host of the Adam Carolla Show.

00:52:21.420 You can find out more at adamcarolla.com.

00:52:25.480 Adam, today is what, July 15th?

00:52:29.720 Today's the 15th.

00:52:31.340 And we were told at this point,

00:52:36.660 well, 14 months ago,

00:52:39.320 even, well, I'm trying to think exactly.

00:52:41.480 I guess it was two years ago,

00:52:43.280 I'm doing my math,

00:52:44.480 that Joe Biden was fully competent

00:52:46.300 to be president at this point.

00:52:48.080 They wanted him to be our commander in chief.

00:52:49.980 They wanted him to have access to the nuclear codes.

00:52:52.460 They thought he could manage the domestic economy, issues involving law and the Supreme

00:52:58.140 Court and foreign policy and Iran.

00:53:01.140 And let's just check in with how he's doing and try to picture him doing that now because

00:53:06.020 he decided to drop a book promo to the world.

00:53:10.200 And this is a taped promo at which he had as many goes at it as he wanted.

00:53:15.300 His team clearly spruced it up before actually hitting publish.

00:53:19.480 And so this is absolutely the best they could do.

00:53:21.980 let's see how he's doing i've written a book about my time as president

00:53:25.460 it's called promise me america it's coming out in november and it's available for pre-order now

00:53:32.780 it's about the challenge we face as a nation about the decisions i made

00:53:40.280 and why i made them

00:53:43.780 leading the country through covid

00:53:48.480 rebuilding our economy

00:53:51.100 and restoring our democracy

00:53:52.780 after the attack on January 6th

00:53:56.000 ending our nation's

00:53:57.260 longest war in Afghanistan

00:53:58.240 strengthening NATO

00:53:59.820 and supporting Ukraine

00:54:02.080 it's about why I chose to run

00:54:05.220 for re-election

00:54:05.840 and why I chose to step aside

00:54:08.540 most of all

00:54:11.520 it's about my faith

00:54:12.760 in the promise of America

00:54:14.120 the promise we made

00:54:17.720 those who've gone before us is to honor their sacrifice oh

00:54:24.600 any war in afghanistan why she says and that's the promo i think the forward was written by the

00:54:34.920 auto pen it just took off on its own and wrote its own forward i think that would be superior

00:54:43.880 to this it went rogue um all right couple things i do love the meal they made out of january 6th

00:54:51.920 like he restored the country after january 6th january 6th was a riot that started after 2 p.m

00:55:01.180 and was done before 5 p.m it's like a two hour with a lot of fat involvement right i mean is

00:55:07.460 that think about black lives matter think about antiva think about the summer of love

00:55:12.160 They said, could you imagine a it's a riot, except for there's no fires and it lasts one afternoon and it starts after lunch and it ends before dinner.

00:55:23.000 But no, we're going to make an entire meal out of this thing and never stop talking about it.

00:55:29.080 All right. Number one. Number two.

00:55:33.140 Remember all the remember all the fake stuff that would they would they would go.

00:55:39.520 that's a that's a cheap fake or they gave it a label yeah like a cheap fake and i was like it's

00:55:45.860 a picture of him stumbling around looking disoriented and they go oh well that's that's

00:55:51.180 just a segment of the video you know what i mean like that's just a 30 second clip and i you know

00:55:57.320 what i said someone is trying to paddle pass that crap off on me and my podcast and they go

00:56:03.160 These are just little clips of it. It's not the whole video. I said, P. Diddy, the surveillance tape by the elevator beating Cassie and kicking Cassie. That's a surveillance tape. Him beating her is just a clip of an endless surveillance tape that has families going in and out of the elevator all day long. 0.70

00:56:27.880 Yeah, it's a clip. It's a clip. What do you want us to do, watch 24 hours of empty elevator

00:56:33.800 surveillance? Conceded. Idiots, you know what I mean? But also, you know, Jake Tapper and all

00:56:42.320 these idiots, they all tried to sell it to us. They weren't doing news. I mean, it's not Joe 1.00

00:56:47.240 Biden's fault. It's everyone else. It's all the news. It's the legacy media. They should be

00:56:54.220 embarrassed that they tried to push this narrative. I mean, it's amazing for them, you know, to,

00:57:01.100 to have to watch him current day and to live with the fact that they told us that man, the,

00:57:07.460 the, uh, this is about to challenge his nation was capable of being the commander in chief right

00:57:14.420 now. You know, like he, he didn't die. So he's still alive through the course of this second,

00:57:19.680 what would have been his second term. And we can see for ourselves, the guy they said could do it.

00:57:26.040 It's embarrassing. He cannot do it. He truly, he sounds drunk all the time.

00:57:32.900 Leading the economy to COVID. And his return to our economy on January 6th in Afghanistan. And

00:57:37.980 the nerve to bring up Afghanistan, right? Ending our nation's longest war in Afghanistan. I'm

00:57:43.440 saying it much clearer than he did. Strengthening our economy in NATO. Strengthening our economy in

00:57:47.520 to NATO. Like Afghanistan was his lowest moment. His those his polls dropped precipitously in

00:57:54.840 August of twenty twenty one. And they never recovered because people were holding on to

00:57:58.800 the airplane as it was exiting. We gave up Bagram Air Force Base to actually try to spin this.

00:58:04.400 And then why I chose to step aside. I mean, we all know mob boss Nancy Pelosi basically said

00:58:11.720 you step aside or you never get any legacy, Joe Biden. We're going to shit all over you and your 1.00

00:58:17.300 family and everything connected to you. All of this is revisionist history, which I guess is 0.99

00:58:22.280 perfectly on brand for the lies that we were told by this guy while he was in office. And in order

00:58:27.040 to get in office and in order to try to stay in office, it's just so like the gaslighting continues.

00:58:33.300 I completely agree. You know, in terms of you asking like that, that that's the best take

00:58:41.020 they could get from him. I have a slightly different view on it. I believe he's ornery,

00:58:48.840 he's old and he does it and they go, give us another one. And he goes, the last one was fine.

00:58:54.900 Now I'm going to go eat some pudding and take a nap. And he leaves. I don't think like you ever

00:59:01.240 see, remember when athletes used to do a lot of commercials and they were always horrible,

00:59:06.380 like they sounded really dead and flat and whatever it's because nobody wanted to tell

00:59:12.740 ed too tall jones to do it again like that that last take sucked you know what i mean like i've

00:59:18.920 been yeah on the other side of the camera where the director just goes adam that wasn't your best

00:59:24.240 you seem like you're rushed or whatever you're nervous or something let's do it again let's do

00:59:28.840 it. And sometimes you do it 15 times. I don't think you could get Biden to do it again and

00:59:36.020 again and again. I think he just does it. Everyone does what they did a couple of years ago. They

00:59:41.380 just nod and say, that's great. They do what Dr. Jill would do. You did so good, Joe. You're the

00:59:48.020 best. You got him. You got him out there. You told the truth. And then they go to lunch.

00:59:54.500 this is the kind of talk you will hear if you tune into the adam carolla show which you should

00:59:59.760 definitely do it's why it's one of the biggest podcasts in the country and has been for years

01:00:03.720 one of my own inspos for getting into podcasting in the first place um and i'm sure i'm sure you've

01:00:10.020 been recognized with multiple awards and honored by the emmys many times for your outstanding

01:00:15.500 program just like megan markle um if not she's she's your hashtag goals perhaps um she has been

01:00:23.140 honored just today we find out by the Emmys with an with a daytime Emmy nod for that hideous

01:00:31.720 Netflix show she did with love Megan it's amazing to me like quite possibly the actual worst product

01:00:42.620 to hit television over the past five years and now she has managed to get an Emmy and here is

01:00:49.720 a nomination here's just a reminder of some of some of how that program looked and then i'll

01:00:56.380 give you some of the reviews that uh it received watch i've always loved taking something pretty

01:01:03.220 ordinary and elevating it surprising people with moments that let them know i was really thinking

01:01:09.920 of them what this is probably one of the most glamorous moments of my life it's magic i'm going

01:01:19.000 to share some little tips and tricks.

01:01:21.760 I see what color I gravitate to, and everything

01:01:24.640 goes from there.

01:01:25.920 And how you can incorporate these practices every day.

01:01:30.020 That's what you want.

01:01:30.680 You want that shape and texture.

01:01:36.100 This is about connecting with friends.

01:01:39.180 I love that we're doing this together for the first time.

01:01:41.460 Making new friends.

01:01:43.600 That is so good.

01:01:44.620 We're family now.

01:01:46.400 I'm just learning.

01:01:48.400 look at how much honey we have do you believe in that we're not in the pursuit of perfection

01:01:54.320 focus all up we're in the pursuit of joy love is in the details

01:02:00.480 oh my god i forgot how just how cringy it was elevate you have to elevate everything you can

01:02:07.920 elevate your peanuts and your pretzels by taking them from the store-bought bag and transferring

01:02:14.200 them into a cellophane bag. That's an elevation. Just in case you didn't know that Adam Carolla

01:02:19.880 living under a rock out there in California. Um, this is one of the most glamorous moments of my

01:02:26.840 life. Sure. That's how my friends talk to me too. When they come over that they're always telling

01:02:31.020 me how glamorous everything is when they're hanging out with me. No, I just want to incorporate these

01:02:35.700 tricks into your every day as she prances around in a beekeepers. Cause I know if I ever came over 1.00

01:02:42.560 to Adam Carolla's for a drink, we would don our little beekeeping hats and we would go check in

01:02:49.780 with your bees. Well, Megan, I don't call myself a hero, but one time I did take smoked almonds

01:02:59.660 from the canister and I put them in a bowl and I was delighted because I believe in freedom and

01:03:08.500 smoked almonds and every day is about joy for me. Another time I took some Chex mix

01:03:17.680 and I put it in another bowl that was bigger. That was a pretty big day for me. And then I took

01:03:24.940 some Fiesta mix once. Actually, I stole the packets from a commercial flight. But when I

01:03:29.560 got home, I emptied them into a different bowl. So, you know, I understand that feeling of

01:03:36.920 exhilaration, the feeling of coming alive when you take a tried trail mix and dump it into an

01:03:42.960 ashtray and then consume it. As long as Netflix is there, it's next level. It is elevated.

01:03:51.760 Yes. She talks about connecting with friends. And what we saw in that actual terrible show was that

01:03:57.960 they were all terrified of her. She didn't know any of them. She would go on about how well she

01:04:03.800 new people. And then she'd be like, where do you live again? This all led to a long parody that

01:04:09.720 Maureen Callahan and I did of With Love, Megan, that is available on YouTube if you type in With

01:04:16.320 Love. Did we call her? We called ours. Fuck off, Megan. I can't remember in any event. Here's a

01:04:22.900 bit from our trailer, our take on her, on her now Emmy-nominated show, Adam.

01:04:27.280 it's important to me to stay relatable

01:04:33.360 i love to elevate a guest's visit microwave popcorn you plop it right in there it's so

01:04:43.120 simple only the lazy people don't do this put it in a paper bag here we go it's right behind you

01:04:48.680 oh my god you did it we're going to put it in one of these special cellophane bags

01:04:57.060 oh it's okay these aren't it's not expensive like your clothes are look at how fun that is

01:05:06.020 these are amazing and you're going to absolutely love them this we're just gonna put into a

01:05:17.020 they're spectacular and then i just and then i just dump them just like that where where are

01:05:25.580 you getting all these like mini brainstorms? I'm so impressed. Maybe in the next wave of our

01:05:31.660 friendship, I'll try to explain it to you. You have to be a founder to understand. Here were

01:05:42.460 some of the reviews, Adam, of this show that's now been Emmy nominated. First of all, it had a 38%

01:05:47.820 score on Rotten Tomatoes. The Rotten Tomatoes critics consensus called it insistently pleasant,

01:05:55.120 but ultimately sterile. Vulture, an utterly deranged, bizarro world voyage into the center

01:06:01.520 of nothing. Season two, The Times of London, occupies the sweet spot where irrelevant meets

01:06:07.740 intolerable. The Telegraph, a two-star review, dubbing her the Montecito Marie Antoinette,

01:06:16.500 citing a production-built, impromptu flower mart. Sure, Megan. Here was one that was slightly better 0.54

01:06:23.300 from The Guardian, which also gave it two stars, calling it so painfully contrived that it's

01:06:28.540 genuinely fascinating. Now they're trying to spin this as though, when it got canceled,

01:06:36.080 as though that was always intended in a joint statement that Netflix put out. It was always

01:06:40.700 intended that Meghan will continue growing the brand and taking it into its next chapter

01:06:46.220 independently. Read, it got canceled. It only had one season, not two. They filmed all the episodes

01:06:53.000 at the same time and broke them into two parts. And they tried to spin that to us as a renewal.

01:06:59.200 It was nothing of the kind. And now clearly she's got, I guess, enough juice left in the

01:07:04.940 can to get an Emmy nomination out of this, Adam, which is meaningless, but right on brand for her.

01:07:12.200 Your thoughts? Well, remember when Obama got the Peace Prize before he even entered the office?

01:07:18.340 this is kind of what the elites do and this is why the oscars are worthless and nobody watches

01:07:26.720 anymore emmys all all these sort of plaques honors and prizes they just kind of go one direction and

01:07:34.680 it does become a popularity contest or some sort of little kitschy club uh and all of a sudden

01:07:43.400 you're back in high school again so they basically took their awards and they undervalued them like 0.97

01:07:51.360 some sort of foreign currency when a banana dictator takes over you know you know how the 0.96

01:07:58.620 you know the peso or the mark or the whatever it is in whatever country when you know fidel castro 0.66

01:08:04.820 takes over that just bottoms out and they just keep printing new money that's what's happened

01:08:10.340 to the Emmys and the Oscars, like nobody gives a shit anymore because they just hand them out to 0.91

01:08:16.760 their friends. You know, the Obamas have a production deal like they know anything about 0.97

01:08:21.740 producing anything other than homes, essentially. So I don't know. I think it's just one more step

01:08:31.740 closer to the grave for Hollywood and awards and the old, the old school, you know, uh, the Oscars

01:08:41.280 used to be a big deal. It was a big deal. If you got an Oscar, it was appointment viewing and, and

01:08:46.580 now no one cares anymore. Also, obviously she's a insane narcissist because she films herself doing 1.00

01:08:53.760 nothing all day, but you do kind of wonder with a lot of these people, I mean, you have to think 0.76

01:09:01.040 Ellen. You have to think Rosie. The old versions of them were the nicest, saccharine, sweetest

01:09:08.700 people on the planet. It was all part of a campaign to get you to not know what was actually

01:09:14.640 going on in their heart. And I believe whenever I see people act super saccharine sweet, it's

01:09:22.360 always overcompensation for them actually being a bitch and knowing it. And it's so true. I see, 1.00

01:09:30.640 I have this theory, which is Bill, like I say a lot of douchey things and half the people think 0.99

01:09:37.720 I'm a racist asshole, but I wouldn't do it if I felt like I was that way. I would have to 0.99

01:09:43.000 overcompensate and be sweet and be, you know, people tell me all the time, you're such a racist. 0.51

01:09:49.280 I go, if I was a racist, I wouldn't make so many racist jokes because I wouldn't want people to 0.91

01:09:54.080 be on to me so you should look at everything through the lens of ellen who started every

01:10:01.480 show by dancing or rosie who had the cutie patootie chub club and she loved tom cruise and she loved 1.00

01:10:08.680 the muppets um inside were both raging bitches and anyone who worked for them and i knew people 1.00

01:10:17.640 who work for them would tell you stories about how bad they both were soon as the cameras and 1.00

01:10:24.720 the lights shut off. Like there were the worst. You were not allowed to look Ellen in the eye

01:10:30.020 if you were on her production staff. This came directly from somebody who worked for Ellen to

01:10:36.700 this person's relative, blood relative who I knew. Yes. You could not make eye contact with

01:10:42.880 the queen as you walked by her and you were working for her. I mean, this is like her staff

01:10:47.040 who she's chosen, whose job it is to help her and make her look good. Like, okay, maybe I,

01:10:53.220 this is ridiculous, but let's say the rule is don't talk to her when you walk by her in the

01:10:57.220 hallway. Okay. Maybe you can give that to her. She's like in the zone. She's thinking about 0.89

01:11:01.020 what she's going to say when she goes out there. She's got to be funny.

01:11:04.240 You can't make eye contact with her. She's a monster. Yes. Letterman's staff was scared 1.00

01:11:10.280 of him. Rosie's staff was scared of her. Ellen's staff was scared of her. You can judge by the

01:11:18.800 staff. Do the people who work for you, are they scared? And by the way, when you show up to a show

01:11:24.400 to do the show, and I did, you can tell immediately when people are scared. You don't get that. When

01:11:31.620 you'd show up to do The Tonight Show with Leno, everyone was relaxed. When you'd show up to do

01:11:36.980 Kimmel everyone was relaxed you can show up and you can tell the staff that's scared they're tense

01:11:43.880 and they're scared and Ellen's staff was scared shitless when I showed up to do it you know x

01:11:49.760 amount of x amount of years ago like I noted how scared everyone was and this is 15 years ago so

01:11:57.180 you have to wonder about the people who are putting on the act like oh I'm so nice I'm so

01:12:05.700 regular. I love friends. I love making new friends. Oh, where are the little people? Oh,

01:12:11.280 there's Manuel, the gardener. I'm going to go be super nice to the little people that are here

01:12:17.200 working and stuff like that. I don't trust them at all. I believe someone like you, you are who

01:12:27.020 you are. Like, here's the whole thing. You can agree or disagree with Bill Maher. Bill Maher's

01:12:32.020 bill maher that's that's who bill maher is like i i've i've talked to bill maher at a party and

01:12:38.820 bill like came up to me and he's like you have kids and i go yeah i got twins and he's like man

01:12:43.760 that's a bummer and i said no i like my kids bill and he goes i bet you do and i was like all right

01:12:50.560 that's bill that's who he is he's yeah no i always feel like if you were ever to see my text chains

01:12:57.080 If my text ever got revealed, people would be like, yeah, okay. There would be absolutely no

01:13:02.100 shock involved in any of that because I do live my life privately and I speak privately the way

01:13:06.500 I do on the air. It's pointless to try to hide who you are. If you have a problem,

01:13:11.380 you really think you're a bad person, you should work on it because it's going to come out

01:13:14.500 eventually. Yes. I'll put it to you this way. I went to a wedding that Ellen was at.

01:13:23.980 There was a 30-piece orchestra and a world-class band.

01:13:28.080 It was a world-class wedding.

01:13:30.480 Every person was dancing except for Ellen. 1.00

01:13:35.140 So does Ellen love dancing? 0.75

01:13:38.200 Because if she loves dancing, it's like a Geico commercial. 0.65

01:13:41.820 You're happier than Ellen at a wedding.

01:13:44.240 Does she love dancing or does she want you to think she loves dancing?

01:13:48.940 Exactly right, right, right. 0.98

01:13:50.700 To the point where she incorporates it in every show.

01:13:53.120 you just watch her having fun and being a great like host and meanwhile good luck finding anybody

01:13:59.120 who has a nice word to say about her truly there i have yet to meet anybody i work i i've talked i

01:14:05.720 you know i i talked a lot of people who work on writing staffs and things like that uh they all

01:14:11.500 signed ndas so i can't say any names but i had a guy tell me worst person and he goes not the

01:14:19.380 worst person i've ever worked for the worst person i've ever met wow wow that's in hollywood too

01:14:26.780 but that's impressive uh megan all right now maybe that same person i don't know i don't know her i

01:14:35.260 don't know anyone who's worked for her but i'm saying i mean everybody she fires everyone okay

01:14:39.840 or they quit all right she's reported to be a massive bully there was a massive bullying report

01:14:44.820 done about her by the palace i mean the when the palace is doing hip pieces on you you got stuff to

01:14:51.420 worry about you really got to look internally oh there was like a little glimpse of it on that

01:14:55.960 terrible but now emmy nominated show right where she um the one was it mindy kaling who

01:15:02.500 called her by the wrong last name megan markle and she saw you saw a little snap we actually

01:15:08.160 pulled it here it is 21 i don't think anyone in the world knows that megan markle has eaten

01:15:13.700 jack-in-the-box and loves it. It's so funny, too, that you keep saying,

01:15:16.880 Meghan Markle, you know I'm Sussex now. You have kids and you go, no, I share my name with my

01:15:22.560 children. Yes. And that feels so, I didn't know how meaningful it would be to me, but it just

01:15:28.940 means so much to go, this is our family name. Okay. If he had been, if she had gotten married

01:15:37.480 to some Joe Schmo and his last name was Humperdick. Was it Humperdick? It wasn't Humperdick.

01:15:49.040 Okay, whatever. She would not be saying that. That's not what happened. She took Sussex

01:15:54.820 because it's the Dutchess thing. It's royal. Who does she think she's kidding? And she's pissed. 0.98

01:16:00.220 She doesn't want the Markle name used anymore, Adam, because because of the children.

01:16:06.920 That's really what it is. 0.73

01:16:08.300 She would definitely be Megan Humperdinck.

01:16:11.860 I believe as long as we're exploring the actresses who act nice and are really mean and don't believe us, ask their staff for their fire. 1.00

01:16:24.760 I'm going to go ahead and include Kamala Harris onto that Rushmore bitches. 1.00

01:16:31.180 I believe she's horrible. 1.00

01:16:33.340 And that's why she always does the laugh. 0.99

01:16:36.240 She does the out of control laughter. 1.00

01:16:38.260 She does the dance. 1.00

01:16:39.420 She does.

01:16:41.660 Don't trust any of them.

01:16:44.000 And remember when she was talking to her sorority from Howard University, she's like, my sorority.

01:16:49.260 Meanwhile, there had been a report, too, that half of the staff when she was VP fled. 1.00

01:16:55.360 They were trying to tamp that down in the news reports, but she could not keep a staff because she was so nasty.

01:17:00.240 All the reports were that she would not prepare. 1.00

01:17:02.780 Then she'd be embarrassed.

01:17:04.140 Then she'd snap at the staff for not preparing her.

01:17:06.740 It's like you wouldn't do the reading.

01:17:09.140 You didn't do the work.

01:17:10.200 But out in public, it's my sorrow.

01:17:13.540 You're like, no, you're right. 1.00

01:17:14.820 Nasty, nasty bitch. 1.00

01:17:16.840 Yes. 1.00

01:17:17.080 I don't know.

01:17:17.480 For sure. Ellen's up there. Rosie's up there. Yeah. Markle's up there. All she could be the 0.79

01:17:23.460 fourth. And you know, it's funny. They all hate Trump, but Trump is exactly who he is

01:17:29.340 on camera and off camera is exactly the same. Yeah. Never tries to. And Trump actually does

01:17:36.520 work to make most people like him. He actually does want your good opinion. Now, once you don't

01:17:41.300 give it even for a day or a week, he turns on you. But like in general, he approaches every

01:17:46.800 relationship with good humor and a generally affable nature, I would say. He just doesn't

01:17:54.140 like criticism. But he's not one of those guys like, don't look at me. You know, no eye contact

01:17:59.720 in the hall. Never. Not the opposite. Well, also, the other thing that's kind of interesting about

01:18:05.340 him that none of these women that we've spoken about would do. Donald Trump actually has a lot

01:18:13.860 of people in his cabinet, most of the people in the cabinet who've said horrible things about him.

01:18:18.420 Like you take a look at Marco. His vice president. Yes, vice president or someone. Marco Rubio is a

01:18:26.240 superstar in the Trump cabinet. Marco Rubio has said he had small hands and call him orange man.

01:18:32.760 And like he said horrible things, but he put all that aside because Marco Rubio is super effective

01:18:39.660 and competent and

01:18:42.120 would definitely help Trump's

01:18:44.200 cause. So there's Marco Rubio

01:18:46.280 or there's J.D. Vance. Could you

01:18:48.020 imagine Kamala Harris 1.00

01:18:49.920 if there was some woman that talked 1.00

01:18:52.020 a bunch of shit about her constantly 1.00

01:18:54.160 about 1.00

01:18:55.780 blowing her way to the top 1.00

01:18:58.400 or whatever

01:19:00.140 horrible

01:19:02.100 negative thing they said about 0.67

01:19:04.020 Kamala Harris. Could you imagine her being 1.00

01:19:05.940 elected president, putting that aside 1.00

01:19:08.160 and bringing that woman into her cabinet. 1.00

01:19:11.280 Hell no. 1.00

01:19:12.520 Oh, hell no.

01:19:13.500 There's zero chance.

01:19:15.200 Now, what about Brad Pitt?

01:19:17.100 He's in the news this week.

01:19:18.820 You're of Hollywood.

01:19:20.620 He's in the news this week

01:19:21.660 because he's got like six kids with Angelina Jolie.

01:19:25.740 Most are adopted,

01:19:27.000 but a couple were biological to the two of them. 0.97

01:19:29.880 But all of them, from the sound of it,

01:19:32.240 have disowned him, distanced themselves from him.

01:19:35.680 And two of the remaining, you know, I don't know, two have already done this and two, two more just announced that they are dropping Pitt from their name. They're just going to be last name Jolie now. And these are public declarations. You have to, in order to change your name under California law, I guess you have to publish it in the paper, your new name. So that's how we know.

01:19:58.960 but um two of his remaining you know children have come out to distance themselves from him

01:20:05.120 and say we no longer even want to have his name this reportedly roots back to among other incidents

01:20:10.440 something that happened on a plane a private plane between brad and angelina where he reportedly

01:20:16.460 roughed up angelina jolie his team denies it uh but the the general take is that he hasn't been

01:20:25.160 an attentive, loving, present, good father. And it seems like most of these kids feel that way

01:20:30.480 about him. Are we to believe it? Or is this Hollywood publicists battling it out and one

01:20:37.860 is just better at it than the other? Well, first, I'd like to be on the record that if

01:20:42.860 my dad roughed up my mom, but I still got to fly private, I would probably look the other way

01:20:50.360 and just go on that Learjet.

01:20:53.820 Number one, I just want to be straight with you

01:20:56.420 because again, I'm not trying to win any popularity contests.

01:21:00.100 Not a closed fist, obviously,

01:21:02.300 but just a little 1950s style roughing up

01:21:05.920 to Chris Carolla from Jim Carolla.

01:21:08.180 But I got to fly private.

01:21:10.100 I think I would sign off on that

01:21:12.060 and I'm pretty sure my sister would go along with it as well.

01:21:15.340 So I just want to be up front.

01:21:17.860 Thank you for that disclosure.

01:21:19.440 Again, I'm not doing a Meghan Markle running for office here.

01:21:22.880 It's not a popularity contest.

01:21:24.500 I understand I'm not going to say everything and make a lot of friends.

01:21:28.680 There'll be no Emmy coming your way.

01:21:30.380 I would be over the moon if Brad Pitt was my dad.

01:21:32.640 I really would.

01:21:33.700 Like, I would sit down every night and we would watch Once Upon a Time in Hollywood

01:21:37.700 and I'd have a huge smile on my face. 1.00

01:21:40.780 I think Angelina Jolie is nuts. 1.00

01:21:45.040 I think she hates her dad. 1.00

01:21:47.280 um yeah i think when a woman hates her dad she will often oftentimes transfer that on to whatever

01:21:56.920 male figure is closest to her so if a woman really hates her dad there is oftentimes going to be a

01:22:04.960 problem with the husband it will be transferred i'm sure brad pitt liked to get his drink on and

01:22:11.700 said a few things and maybe did a few things in the relationship, as many relationships do

01:22:19.480 definitely have snags and bumps. But I think she's nuts. And I think she was trying to poison the 0.99

01:22:28.700 kids or brainwash the kids. I have found in my experience that when a woman has a problem with 1.00

01:22:35.640 the husband, she'll oftentimes try to collect, um, lieutenants. She'll try to get, they'll try 0.99

01:22:43.960 to, you have to take sides with women. There is a lot of, you've got to take one side or the other, 1.00

01:22:49.920 you know, you can't, you can't be neutral, whether it's a child or even just a friend,

01:22:54.800 you know, like anyone who's been through this situation where this couple got divorced. Um,

01:23:00.640 The women mostly insist that you pick a side.

01:23:04.680 It's not like that you can just still be friends with the ex-husband and still be friends with her.

01:23:10.000 You have to show your allegiance.

01:23:11.520 So I wonder if she sort of indoctrinated the kids. 0.94

01:23:15.980 It feels like she's nuts and kind of poisoned the kids on him.

01:23:20.180 And this is more her than them, because I have no idea why else they would want to do this.

01:23:28.020 it's it's not it's not hard to believe like you point out the relationship with the father

01:23:34.060 um now they have i don't know again i think it's six kids but according to the press uh maddox was

01:23:42.300 adopted from cambodia zahara was adopted from ethiopia those are the latest two to drop the

01:23:47.320 pit name vivian also appeared as vivian joe lee only in the playbill for broadway's the outsiders

01:23:55.000 in 2024. Only Pax and Knox currently use their original hyphenated last names. Shiloh, that's

01:24:03.080 one of the biological ones, I think, became the first of the couple's children to drop

01:24:07.800 Pitt's last name. She did so on her 18th birthday in 2024. He is reportedly devastated by the

01:24:16.000 decision. You know, I have no idea what goes on in this marriage, but to your point, like you can

01:24:20.660 get a very, very angry, bitter ex-wife like Mia Farrow, who completely poisons the children.

01:24:28.480 I, my own belief is that Dylan Farrow was completely mind poisoned by Mia about these

01:24:35.960 alleged abuse allegations against Woody. It's not to excuse Woody's affair with Soon-Yi. And I mean, 0.54

01:24:42.160 of course, Mia would be very angry over that. And I understand that and don't have any qualms with

01:24:48.060 it. However, I completely believe she turned that child on Woody with fake abuse allegations and

01:24:55.120 that while Dylan genuinely believes it's true, she's been brainwashed into it. That's just my

01:24:59.220 opinion. Our sponsor, the Electronic Payments Coalition says Washington politicians are always

01:25:04.920 getting in your wallet and that now they're messing with your credit card. They say your

01:25:09.000 credit card and the security it offers are under attack and that Senators Dick Durbin and Roger

01:25:13.740 Marshall want to change the nation's payment system to benefit corporate megastores like

01:25:18.060 Walmart and Target at the expense of everyday Americans. Credit cards can keep your payments

01:25:22.960 secure and provide rewards that families use to help make everyday purchases more affordable.

01:25:28.200 The Electronic Payments Coalition says the Durbin Marshall mandates would let corporate

01:25:32.380 megastores cut corners on credit card processing, routing transactions over cheaper, untested

01:25:37.360 networks with weaker security and fewer protections. Find out more at guardyourcard.com

01:25:47.160 When you sign your insurance policy for some brokers,

01:25:49.820 that's the finish line, handshake,

01:25:51.920 they get their commission,

01:25:52.920 and then they're kind of done with you.

01:25:54.420 You may not hear from them again

01:25:55.680 until it's time for renewal,

01:25:57.160 in which case, once again, they're your best friend.

01:25:58.860 That's annoying.

01:27:03.500 my very own channel on Sirius XM. It's called the Megan Kelly channel, and it is where you will hear

01:27:08.580 the truth, unfiltered, with no agenda, and no apologies. Along with The Megyn Kelly Show,

01:27:13.460 you're going to hear from people like Mark Halperin, Link Lauren, Maureen Callahan,

01:27:17.540 Emily Jashinsky, Jesse Kelly, Real Clear Politics, and many more. It's bold, no BS news,

01:27:23.740 only on The Megyn Kelly Channel, Sirius XM 111, and on the Sirius XM app.

01:27:32.880 Let's keep going. This week, we lost Sam Neill. The great actor Sam Neill died.

01:27:38.580 host, I mean, star of Jurassic Park, among many other great movies. And fellow actor Alec Baldwin

01:27:46.700 had thoughts. They were appropriate. They were they were deep. They were all about

01:27:52.180 Sam Neill. Oh, wait, I'm just kidding. Here's what he actually said.

01:27:56.720 I just wanted to come on here quickly and say how stricken I was to learn of the death of Sam Neill.

01:28:08.580 When I did The Hunt for Red October, we shot in 89.

01:28:11.500 It came out in 1990, a long time ago.

01:28:14.680 And that was probably my first big movie in terms of having a decent-sized role

01:28:18.640 because I'd done Working Girl and Beetlejuice and things like that

01:28:21.860 where I had a smaller role.

01:28:23.600 One of the most exciting parts for me was to meet Tom Clancy.

01:28:29.320 But the cast, I mean, I'll never...

01:28:31.880 I've had great casts. I've worked with great people.

01:28:33.580 You know, Tony and Meryl and so many other people that I really, really admired.

01:28:42.360 There's a lot of other people in there who I enjoyed working with, but my God, my God.

01:28:50.660 What an experience that was.

01:28:53.880 I mean, I remember that.

01:28:55.400 I remember that's one of the few movies I've ever done where I remember the whole movie.

01:28:59.120 That's what a fan I am of that work.

01:29:01.140 Not me. I'm not a fan of my work, but I'm a fan of their work. Anyway. Oh, my God.

01:29:08.300 My God, Sam Neill.

01:29:11.560 Those are literally the only two mentions of Sam Neill in the whole thing. He never told a story

01:29:17.040 about him. Nothing, Adam. You know, it's weird, great magnet stuff is I'm sitting here. I had no

01:29:25.360 idea you were going to bring up this Alec Baldwin clip, but I do know Alec Baldwin fairly well.

01:29:31.140 And I was sitting here when I was thinking about people that are authentic and we're kind of talking about love him or hate him, Trump or Bill Maher or whatever.

01:29:38.600 Alec Baldwin popped into my head as one of the people that just is who he is.

01:29:45.100 You know what I mean? And I think in a weird way, this non eulogy is very Alec Baldwin because Alec Baldwin's brain goes about 200 miles an hour.

01:29:57.600 And so once he gets on to hunt for Red October, then it opens the floodgates to all the other thoughts from that movie.

01:30:07.760 So I'd like to pile on Baldwin here, but that's really just him being a little on the spectrum, I would say.

01:30:17.520 It reminded me of what you just said in the movie Terms of Endearment.

01:30:22.540 you know deborah winger's married to that loser uh played by um what's his name oh he's so good 0.98

01:30:29.760 jeff daniel and uh he's a shit husband and he sees deborah winger's best friend later in the movie 0.98

01:30:38.940 and i can't remember his first name in the movie the character but she says let's call it dan you 0.97

01:30:44.820 seem that you seem the same dan and i'm not sure that's such a good thing so you say alec baldwin

01:30:50.600 is always himself. You seem just like yourself, Alec. And I'm not sure that's such a good thing.

01:30:55.740 When somebody dies, it's generally the tradition to say something about them.

01:31:02.400 You don't use them as a springboard to bring up one of your greatest moments and then make the

01:31:08.160 whole story about you. And if you do, you should adopt the weave to steal a term and then weave in

01:31:14.960 the end, back into how your greatness was dwarfed by that of Sam Neill and then tell a Sam Neill

01:31:22.200 story. There's something like don't make it so obvious. No, I listen. I agree. And I think

01:31:29.840 everyone sort of needs somebody on set to go. Let's not post that. That was supposed to be

01:31:36.880 a tribute to Sam. It turned out to be a tribute to you and submarines. Let's start again.

01:31:43.420 this time i'm working some keywords jurassic park uh patriot father uh son uh pleasure

01:31:54.060 respect and learned a lot from working with the man here we go take two let's start again i like

01:32:03.100 it that he needed you there in that moment maybe when you know the next great co-star of his passes

01:32:09.240 he'll call you before hitting post. Another interesting celebrity moment in the news.

01:32:16.820 You also didn't know we were going to discuss this. This interview happened a year ago,

01:32:20.880 but it's been re-released. And it really did jump out at me because I'd never heard her say this.

01:32:27.560 I'd missed it. Nobody watches Monica Lewinsky's podcast. So I'd missed it the first time. She 0.97

01:32:32.900 sat down with Miley Cyrus and Miley Cyrus had this weird thing. You know, she came up as a

01:32:39.320 child star, Hannah Montana, and then she became a big singer in her own right, like a, you know,

01:32:44.520 a music star. And she got like weirdly hyper sexual, right? And you were like, geez, it's a

01:32:54.060 lot from Hannah Montana. And as it turns out, she regrets doing that. And here is what she said a

01:33:01.560 year ago it was really hard for me in 2013 and i i lost everything during that time um in my

01:33:09.260 personal life because of the choices i was making professionally you know if i kept dressing or

01:33:13.860 acting a certain way um my relationships fell apart no one wanted to date me because they

01:33:19.380 didn't want to be with a woman that sexual expression part was not uh for them it was

01:33:26.980 like shared with the world. So like guys, when I would try to date when I was dating or who I was 0.71

01:33:31.860 engaged at the time, uh, that didn't work out because I was sharing a part of myself that men

01:33:37.340 wanted to be saved for them only. And the fact that I would, you know, pose nude or dance in

01:33:43.600 very little clothes or show my body was making them feel like I was taking something away that

01:33:48.680 was meant to be for them. So I would have really hard times dating and it was just, it was really

01:33:53.160 hard. It was really hard for me to go home and see my dad and like look him in the eyes and not

01:33:56.880 feel super embarrassed i like this sounds like she's maturing right a little and like maybe

01:34:05.320 getting past a difficult period and it also made me think adam of this moment so like you would

01:34:11.320 think you and i are older than miley cyrus if we had spoken with her about that behavior during

01:34:17.400 the time i think we both would have had the same reaction which is is this the best choice is this

01:34:21.620 the best way of like shedding the old skin there are other ways of showing the world you've become

01:34:26.580 this mature, sexy, gorgeous woman, and you're no longer Hannah Montana. Um, contrast that with 1.00

01:34:34.140 what Matt Lauer did when she went on the today show that I, who could forget this moment and

01:34:41.020 behave this in a sexually provocative way. It was very cringy and his, his reaction equally. So

01:34:48.140 watch eyes by the attention you're getting right now. Not really. I mean, it's kind of what I want.

01:34:54.200 I'm an artist, so I'm hoping that I get a little attention.

01:34:57.240 Otherwise, my record sales might be a little sketch.

01:34:59.620 Well, let's get to that, because you talked about the VMAs, and you said, look, people called it a hot mess, but it was a strategic hot mess.

01:35:06.920 So did you go there that night and say, look, I'm going to do something.

01:35:10.760 Some people are going to love it.

01:35:12.300 Some people are going to be offended by it, but people are going to be talking about it the next morning.

01:35:16.120 Was it your plan?

01:35:17.820 I don't ever really plan to offend people.

01:35:21.360 But sometimes that just happens because I think people, you know, they're not open to what they don't understand.

01:35:27.300 But that's why what I'm doing is for my fans because they're all really young and so they understand what I'm doing.

01:35:31.800 Is it a phase? Is this a phase? Is the sexual side of you that we're seeing a lot of right now something that's going to be here for a while and then move on to something else?

01:35:41.320 Well, I heard when you turn 40, things start to go a little less sexual.

01:35:45.240 So probably around 40, around that time, I heard that's when people don't have sex anymore.

01:35:49.900 so I guess maybe around then. Do you know how old I am? I'm going to guess 40.

01:35:55.100 What? I love you again. 55. 55. Oh, well, then you're really definitely not sexual.

01:36:05.740 So creepy. I'm sorry, but that's very creepy. He's creepy. That exchange went everywhere when

01:36:11.920 he got, you know, me too'd right out of NBC. But anyway, what do you make of her more mature take

01:36:17.880 on that phase of her life? I like it. And I think, you know, we are trying to do a lot of

01:36:27.600 things in our society that don't work well for women. You know, we're saying you have as many 1.00

01:36:34.180 partners as you want. You have as many abortions as you want. Then you brag about it. You don't 0.98

01:36:40.820 need a man. If you do have a man, you don't need a traditional type of man. You don't have to be

01:36:47.860 a traditional woman. You don't have to cook. You don't have to clean. You don't have to take care 1.00

01:36:52.000 of anything. You do your own thing. And it makes them all miserable. They're all the ones who

01:36:59.100 practice this lifestyle are usually on the left and usually insanely miserable because essentially

01:37:07.940 we're asking them to do and act in a way that goes against the grain of who they who they are

01:37:18.120 as biological beings. So I feel bad for any young woman who is celebrating this way. And I wish

01:37:28.340 somebody would have got hold of her. And I don't think anyone would have because she obviously 0.99

01:37:34.000 would have pushed you out of her circle, but I'm glad to hear that she has some regrets and that

01:37:40.560 she understands it. And I, you know, I don't think men, I don't think we're prude when we say,

01:37:48.280 you know, we don't want you dressing this way or acting this way in public, which is basically

01:37:53.240 saying that's for me. You're, you know, we have a relationship, we're married, we're engaged,

01:37:59.900 we're whatever we are and your sexuality is for me and my sexuality is for you i'm not going to

01:38:06.580 go shoot porn films this is our intimacy is for one one another but outside of that i don't want

01:38:16.300 to share you with the rest of humanity exactly it's just like i think people like miley where 0.57

01:38:24.480 she was in that 2013 period are thinking that the world around, including the husband or potential

01:38:30.760 husband, will look at that and say, yeah, right on. That could be mine, or that is mine. And

01:38:35.980 instead, what you find is the men who are closest to you or who want to be, that's the last thing

01:38:42.500 they want, is for you to give it up to everyone, to show it off to everyone. What's special about

01:38:48.460 that? It's the same thing with the sex talk podcaster who's constantly talking about all

01:38:53.240 the sex acts between her and her husband. It's like, some things are just for the two of you.

01:39:00.060 And it's not a turn on to have you disclose everything to the world. Like show some dignity,

01:39:06.160 some class and some reserve and something that treats the intimacy of a relationship

01:39:11.300 with the appropriate respect. So good on Miley for maturing and seeing all that. Okay. Last but

01:39:16.900 not least, the lawsuit that we talked about against the J.P. Morgan lady has taken another

01:39:24.780 turn. This guy, Chirayu Rana, has sued J.P. Morgan and Lorna Hajdini, claiming she was

01:39:31.960 his supervisor and that she harassed him by saying stuff like, does your fish head wife

01:39:38.220 have cannons like these. She has denied it all, Adam. Now she's filed her own counterclaim,

01:39:49.020 which is now it's been moved to federal court. That's the latest update, which is bad for her.

01:39:54.000 She didn't want that. He's been getting his ass handed to him in state court. He keeps 0.99

01:39:58.440 angering the judge and misstepping and doing things he's not supposed to be doing in the

01:40:02.880 pleadings and finally decided he should cut his losses there and refile this case in federal court

01:40:08.640 and unfortunately the judge has allowed it so now they're going to have to start anew but her claim

01:40:14.140 against him will start anew as well fresh claim doesn't have to be filed as a counterclaim so she

01:40:18.500 can bring her own lawsuit against him and she has she just filed um just before this left state 0.61

01:40:24.480 supreme she filed her counterclaim there and went on about how this has ruined her life about 0.52

01:40:31.420 doubling down on how none of it ever happened. No, no sexual encounter. She never, she never 0.96

01:40:36.620 had sex with him. She never drugged him. She never touched him. All of the allegations of

01:40:41.540 unlawful or inappropriate conduct are lies fabricated and really digs into how this has

01:40:48.140 caused so much emotional turmoil in her life. This woman who's a seasoned business professional,

01:40:55.260 JP Morgan, claims she does not know where to begin. She's had to seek mental health assistance,

01:41:00.740 legal assistance which is not cheap i'm sure she's got money she's at jp morgan but still

01:41:05.840 uh and how she's not really amused by all the internet memes showing young men running by the

01:41:12.680 thousand with their resumes for jp morgan wanting her to be their boss right it's funny to us because

01:41:19.680 we're on the outside but she's putting a real human toll on this and one other final update

01:41:24.820 one of the stipulations that the lower the state Supreme Court judge said he said all right I'll

01:41:30.940 let you dismiss and refile but you have to finally out your anonymous witnesses uh Mr. Rana and you

01:41:37.620 have to out your name so both of those two things have happened he's about to out his anonymous

01:41:41.600 witnesses which he hadn't and he outed his name your thoughts on it um you know when somebody

01:41:47.460 acts this way or is accused of acting this way they leave a trail of bodies behind them like

01:41:53.380 Weinstein, Cosby. There's always multiple, multiple victims behind them if this is how

01:42:00.060 they truly act. So unless we can produce any other victims, I completely believe her.

01:42:07.440 And her her latest claim, Adam, says she's never she's never been accused of doing anything like

01:42:13.060 this by anyone ever. That would be extraordinary to put that in there if it's not true.

01:42:18.000 Yes. Tons of people because you have an M.O., especially when it's really specific stuff

01:42:22.920 like this, it's never one and done. I mean, you think about all the predators sexually and it's

01:42:30.860 never one and done. And if it is one and done, I don't know if I believe it. It's always multiple,

01:42:38.080 multiple, whether you're a pedophile or Harvey Weinstein, it's multiple, multiple victims.

01:42:44.520 So if no one's stepping forward to corroborate, I believe her.

01:42:49.080 they're not and uh you said that from the beginning and i think you were 100 right

01:42:54.580 great to see you my friend thoroughly enjoyed it thanks for the laughs we are back tomorrow

01:43:00.020 with gary brecca see you then thanks for listening to the megan kelly show no bs no agenda and no fear
