The Megyn Kelly Show - Media's ICE Hoax, Vance's Masterclass on CBS, and Trump vs. Bass, with Steve Bannon and Batya Ungar-Sargon ｜ Ep. 992

00:00:00.620 Welcome to The Megyn Kelly Show, live on Sirius XM Channel 111 every weekday at New East.

00:00:12.220 Hey everyone, I'm Megyn Kelly. Welcome to The Megyn Kelly Show and happy first Monday of the second Trump presidency.

00:00:19.080 Yes, we had last Monday, but we only had half the day. This is the first full Monday of the Trump presidency, part two.

00:00:26.100 Buckle up, because if every weekend is going to be like the one we just had, we're going to need a four-hour show.

00:00:31.500 Not even kidding. Somebody just posted on X that famous video of Lucy and Ethel on the I Love Lucy show,

00:00:38.660 like trying to get, you know, that assembly line full of like the food, and they were trying to like decorate the food.

00:00:45.080 They fell behind, they just started eating all the candies, whatever they were. That's how we all feel, and it's great.

00:00:50.460 It's great. We have an alive president, and he's actually doing stuff on behalf of the country.

00:00:54.420 This is what it's like. Who knew? It's been so long, we kind of forgot what it's like to have somebody

00:01:00.200 actually advocating for us, treating us like we are the superpower that we are, not getting pushed

00:01:06.640 around by these lesser countries that think they can dump all their criminal illegals in America and 0.98

00:01:13.520 not have us push back. It's a thing of beauty. Okay, so let me just start further back before we get to

00:01:19.740 that. Pete Hexeth is officially now our defense secretary. Defense Secretary Pete Hexeth, good for

00:01:26.880 him. Congratulations, and boo-effing-hoo for all of his detractors who tried to stop it.

00:01:35.380 Senator Mitch McConnell opened his latest front in his war with MAGA by not voting for Pete. Did not see

00:01:42.860 that coming? That we, of course, always thought that McConnell, Murkowski, and Collins, and then

00:01:48.020 maybe Ernst were the ones to look at, and that we were inching closer to the vote, and people thought

00:01:52.460 that maybe those three would come on board, and maybe just McConnell would come on board as it

00:01:57.960 happened. McConnell said no to Pete with a statement ripping him. Collins and Murkowski, same.

00:02:04.080 And Ernst made all the difference, and then J.D. Vance cast the deciding vote because it was 50-50.

00:02:08.960 President Trump had a public standoff with the country of Colombia, not the university.

00:02:14.760 One is spelled with two O's. The country has two O's, Colombia, and that had the left freaking out,

00:02:22.480 freaking out that he had caused a catastrophe for the United States when it comes to our coffee

00:02:28.080 and our flowers. These morons not thinking about, like, the children who are getting hurt by all these 1.00

00:02:36.140 illegals. We're supposed to worry about the fact that we import a lot of flowers from Colombia. 1.00

00:02:41.600 Thanks, Ana Navarro. I'll take the children's safety just the same. Before, within an hour,

00:02:47.140 he got exactly what he wanted, and the president of Colombia, who's got some very interesting love

00:02:51.820 interests, backed down. Meantime, ICE has been fully activated, and they're doing their thing bit

00:02:59.340 by bit, day by day. And then there was the thing of beauty from Vice President J.D. Vance on CBS News

00:03:05.100 yesterday morning, sparring with Margaret Brennan and launching a new meme that I think is going to

00:03:10.560 last for years. I don't really care, Margaret. I don't really care, Margaret. Let's play a little

00:03:16.140 something from that just to kick us off. I don't really care, Margaret. I don't want that person in

00:03:20.220 my country, and I think most Americans agree with me. I don't really care, Margaret, either.

00:03:24.360 In just a bit, we're going to be joined by Batya Angarsargan, but we begin today with Steve Bannon,

00:03:30.460 host of Bannon's War Room. There is a real and growing threat to your home and your equity,

00:03:36.640 and it's called title fraud. Here's how it works. Criminals can forge a single document,

00:03:42.020 file it with a recorder, and just like that, your home's title is stolen. They take out loans against

00:03:47.460 your property, draining your equity, and you wouldn't even know it until it's too late. And here's the

00:03:51.960 really scary part. Credit monitoring will not protect you from this. But I want to tell you

00:03:56.940 about Home Title Lock to protect your home and equity. Their exclusive triple lock protection

00:04:02.180 gives you 24-7 monitoring of your home's title, urgent alerts if there are any changes, and a team

00:04:07.780 of experts to help restore your title if fraud happens at no extra cost. The bottom line, your home's

00:04:13.620 your biggest investment. Don't leave it vulnerable. Home Title Lock is offering an exclusive 25% off their

00:04:19.260 protection plans. And you can go to HomeTitleLock.com and use the promo code MEGAN25 to get 25% off of

00:04:27.000 your subscription, as well as a free title history report to ensure that you're not already a victim.

00:04:33.440 Protect your home and equity today. That's HomeTitleLock.com, promo code MEGAN25.

00:04:40.380 Steve, great to see you. So, I mean, it's been quite the whirlwind first seven days. It's hard to even

00:04:46.460 ask you this, but what stands out to you? The scale, the depth, and the urgency. Those three things.

00:04:52.440 I think folks should understand the comeback of President Trump politically took four years

00:04:56.260 from when he got back to Marit Lago. People like Stephen Miller and Russ Vogt and Scott,

00:05:02.360 people have been working on this for years. The Homan-Miller combination of what he's hitting,

00:05:07.680 whether it's in Chicago, calling the bluff there, or getting military transport to send him back to

00:05:12.240 Columbia. This didn't happen after November 5th. The folks have been working on this,

00:05:17.980 these executive orders, executive actions, the legislative program, the financial program,

00:05:23.020 economic, the geostrategic from Panama to Greenland. It's all inspiring and breathtaking,

00:05:30.060 and it couldn't have come at a better time to save our country.

00:05:33.840 The Chicago situation was pretty stunning, and maybe a preview of how these ICE raids are going to go.

00:05:42.240 Where they're being lied about. I mean, that's what happened this weekend in Chicago, where we had

00:05:48.200 Chicago public schools call a press conference claiming that ICE showed up at an elementary school.

00:05:56.140 We have some of that. Let's watch.

00:05:57.980 The ICE agents were not allowed into the school. Our students and staff are safe.

00:06:05.940 That CPS will continue to protect our students and their families. We will not coordinate with immigration and custom enforcement agents.

00:06:15.580 Okay, so good for you. Cloaking herself in sanctimony. We are not going to cooperate. We're going to protect the children.

00:06:23.880 You had the Chicago Tribune reporting that ICE showed up at this school at 11.15 a.m.

00:06:28.300 The immigration action appears to be the first at a Chicago school after Trump took office.

00:06:33.960 It makes me so sad, said Eva Chavez, a 37-year-old who lives in the neighborhood and came out after she heard about it.

00:06:39.160 Immigration groups arrived. Parents panicked. Some took their kids out of the school.

00:06:45.000 Illinois Governor J.B. Pritzker spread the lie on X, saying the first reports of raids in Chicago are at an elementary school targeting children, separating families.

00:06:55.960 It just—the only problem is it wasn't true.

00:06:58.040 It turns out that it was Secret Service investigating a threat.

00:07:04.080 Bill Malusian of Fox reporting that Chicago public schools falsely claimed they block ICE officers from entering a school.

00:07:08.880 The narrative took off. Apparently, nobody bothered to check with DHS or ICE, both of which denied the claim.

00:07:15.060 It turns out it was Secret Service agents.

00:07:17.140 Once the Secret Service leader identified themselves or, at the time, identified themselves and left business cards, they were looking for a student who made a threat to a government official,

00:07:27.240 and then Chicago public schools admitted it, releasing a long statement saying it was just a—it was a misunderstanding.

00:07:35.780 Misunderstanding, Steve. I don't know.

00:07:37.640 I mean, the media ran with it. The governor ran with it.

00:07:40.360 They couldn't get to cameras fast enough, and it was all a lie.

00:07:43.580 Look, Pritzker's running 28. I think Tom Homan, I think it'll happen this afternoon.

00:07:50.060 Call their bluff. We're in Chicago for a reason, because Eric Adams has already said he made a mistake, a grievous mistake.

00:07:55.480 That's why the Southern District indicted him when he saw the light.

00:07:59.220 Los Angeles, you see, they're going to drop the sanctuary city.

00:08:03.460 You have to call their bluff.

00:08:04.700 I think they ought to go in this afternoon and call the bluff of the mayor.

00:08:07.840 If he does not allow the ICE agents in the city jail to pick up the bad hombres that are there, which they haven't done today, arrest him.

00:08:16.560 If Pritzker doesn't let him go into the prisons, the state prisons, arrest Pritzker.

00:08:21.540 If you do have to go into a school and the principal, you've got to arrest him.

00:08:26.640 This is just not about the illegal alien invaders.

00:08:29.140 Remember, these people are essentially, besides the criminals, they're essentially, I would say, innocent for the fact of they were invited in here by a radical government that hates the United States of America.

00:08:39.320 It's now time to take the torch to the enemy, and that is the mayor of Chicago and the governor.

00:08:44.600 If Pritzker wants to run in 2028, if he wants to run in 2028 in the Democratic primary, let him do it from a federal prison cell, because right now he's obstructing justice.

00:08:55.920 If they can't, if Homan can't, look, Homan's doing great, but to go to the projects and get guys they've released or get them in onesies, twosies is so expensive, so cumbersome, and quite frankly, dangerous.

00:09:06.760 It's now time to go to the jails, go to the prisons, and make them turn them over.

00:09:10.620 If they don't turn it over, arrest the officials in charge.

00:09:14.620 They're the ones blocking this, and this gets to the heart of this wasn't chaos at the border.

00:09:18.760 This was a well-thought-through plan to allow 12 to 15 million illegal alien invaders to invade our country, and they have to go home, right, on military transport. 0.97

00:09:29.780 And we've got to cut deals with all the frontline nations, I believe, not do this onesies, twosies, you know, cut deals.

00:09:36.580 Let's do this. Let's roll.

00:09:37.860 But now it's time to take it up.

00:09:39.220 We're never going to get there by going to housing projects and finding bad guys.

00:09:43.720 You do understand, Megan, you're a smart lawyer.

00:09:46.840 These are administrative warrants.

00:09:48.680 They went yesterday because we've got one of the exclusives out there with our own Ben Burkham.

00:09:52.840 They went yesterday to a housing project.

00:09:54.940 The guy just said, hey, I don't want to answer your call.

00:09:56.920 I don't want to open the door, and they had to leave.

00:09:59.720 So it's now time, I think, to ratchet up.

00:10:01.980 Holman's done a great job.

00:10:03.220 Miller's done a great job.

00:10:04.320 It's now time to go next level.

00:10:06.060 Let's arrest the mayor. 0.76

00:10:07.160 Let's arrest the governor.

00:10:08.320 And then send a signal to the rest of officials throughout the country.

00:10:11.640 Oh, boy, that'll rattle some cages. 0.96

00:10:15.200 Here's Tom Holman explaining why it very well may be that we have to go into these so-called

00:10:19.960 sensitive areas that Joe Biden deemed off-limits.

00:10:22.900 Here he is.

00:10:23.560 Take a listen.

00:10:25.200 Benjamin Huffman, the acting Homeland Security Secretary, said in a statement,

00:10:28.660 criminals will no longer be able to hide in America's schools and churches to avoid arrest.

00:10:34.700 What criminals are hiding in schools?

00:10:36.420 Look, how many MS-13 members are at the age of 14 to 17?

00:10:40.280 Many of them.

00:10:42.340 So, look, if it's the national security threat, public safety threat, and what you need to

00:10:46.620 understand is a case-by-case.

00:10:47.940 Name another agency, another law enforcement agency that has those type of requirements

00:10:51.940 that they can't walk into a school or a doctor's office or on a medical campus.

00:10:56.200 No other agencies have those standards.

00:10:57.840 But someday, you could go into those schools and grab people who are just in the country 0.99

00:11:04.220 illegally.

00:11:05.320 On a case-by-case basis, depending who they are, what the circumstances are, it's never

00:11:10.160 a zero game.

00:11:13.660 This is what we're going to get, Steve.

00:11:15.000 As you well know, the media is going to try to paint these MS-13, these Trendagua members 0.99

00:11:19.900 as low.

00:11:20.540 They're little Boy Scouts that mean old Tom Holman is just harassing.

00:11:24.820 And parents need to run down to their local school district and grab their child if he's

00:11:29.040 Latino.

00:11:31.380 This is why I think we have to be very clear about what we're talking about.

00:11:36.300 And I don't think the administration has done much clarity.

00:11:39.720 To me, it's from the afternoon of the 20th of January, 2021, to high noon on the 20th

00:11:46.360 of January of 2025.

00:11:48.460 Everyone that Biden allowed into this country illegally all have to go.

00:11:53.320 Right now, it is MSN-13.

00:11:54.900 But I don't want to get into people's minds.

00:11:56.620 We're just going to get the bad hombres, the really bad ones.

00:11:59.460 That's where you start with.

00:12:01.040 But they all have to go.

00:12:01.840 Eventually, you're going to have to go to the schools.

00:12:03.480 Now, you're going to do it in an empathetic way.

00:12:06.220 You have to be empathetic.

00:12:07.700 And this is why you have to go back to the frontline nations, the other nations, including

00:12:10.980 Asia-Europe.

00:12:11.960 You've got to say, like they did to Colombia over the weekend, yo, your folks are coming

00:12:17.140 back.

00:12:17.760 We will work out something to make sure that we can get them there, do it safely.

00:12:21.100 But if you don't, we have tariffs.

00:12:23.060 We have sanctions.

00:12:23.660 We have other things that we can do.

00:12:25.340 But you're going to take the people back.

00:12:27.240 Folks have to understand, all 12 to 15 million have to return home.

00:12:31.620 We don't have the money.

00:12:32.980 We don't have the social services.

00:12:34.280 It's destroyed communities.

00:12:35.340 It's led to all kind of other problems.

00:12:37.560 We have an African-American and Hispanic citizen in this country have been crushed by this.

00:12:41.960 Their education system has been crushed.

00:12:43.520 Their health care has been crushed.

00:12:44.840 They're working for wages at 20 percent lower because there's too much illegal alien labor 1.00

00:12:51.440 available to take their jobs.

00:12:52.980 Because it's not right.

00:12:54.540 And I hate to be the guy that says it's eventually going to go to school.

00:12:58.420 Martha Raddich yesterday shows you exactly the deportation porn you're going to get. 0.99

00:13:03.220 And you're going to get it.

00:13:04.440 So people have to come together and say, this is a mission.

00:13:06.720 And that's why I wouldn't confuse it for people who have been here before that.

00:13:10.380 We have enough of getting the 12 million out now.

00:13:13.100 That'll take years.

00:13:14.320 It just will.

00:13:15.020 Let's worry about who came before.

00:13:18.140 That's a topic for a different day.

00:13:19.600 And we can get to that.

00:13:20.540 But now, right here now, the deportations have to go.

00:13:23.960 I think they have to be ratcheted up.

00:13:25.420 I think they have to be much more systematic.

00:13:27.140 And the way you're going to do that is start arresting officials.

00:13:31.380 Start arresting, like, for instance, the Catholic Church. 1.00

00:13:34.400 If the Catholic Church bishops are going to come here and throw down and say that, hey, start rolling up the bishops.

00:13:40.180 If it's going to be Catholic Charities, which to me is a criminal organization, and this weekend she's putting out videos about how to deport it, go and arrest them and throw them in the who's gal. 0.87

00:13:49.120 It shouldn't be – the people that are kind of innocent here are the folks that came.

00:13:52.740 Now, we have to work it out that they have to go home, and we've got to be empathetic and charitable about that.

00:13:58.400 We don't have to be empathetic, and we do not have to be charitable about the people that made money on basically human trafficking to get these people here and destroy the country.

00:14:07.440 That's all these NGOs.

00:14:08.600 It's the Lutheran Church, the Catholic Church. 0.54

00:14:11.240 You have this Jewish family services, all of them.

00:14:14.140 And if the Catholic bishops are going to throw down on this one, let's just throw it down now, Megan.

00:14:18.740 Honestly, I thought the same.

00:14:21.280 I was like, why – all the money that we donate every Sunday when we go to mass that you think is helping the poor, that you think is helping the underprivileged, it's going to the, what, the hundreds of millions that the Catholic Church has been raking in trying to get these illegals into the country and settled here? 0.96

00:14:37.520 Hold it, hold it.

00:14:38.560 The second collection – the second collection is basically going to these organizations.

00:14:43.080 You have no idea what they're doing except working.

00:14:45.660 We went down to the border.

00:14:46.740 We've actually shown this over the last couple of years.

00:14:49.620 But the Catholic Charities is getting – they get billion-dollar programs from the federal government.

00:14:53.920 Remember, the federal government uses the NGOs to basically expedite this.

00:14:58.180 And working, that's the whole CPB1 app and all of it.

00:15:01.340 So Catholic Charities may be the worst, but they're getting billions from the government.

00:15:05.120 Plus, you know, the decent Catholics that go to mass every week, that second collection, you have no earthly idea where that second collection is going. 0.65

00:15:13.340 Yeah.

00:15:13.740 No, I mean, it's amazing just listening to, you know, what's happening here.

00:15:17.020 Even – okay, it was last week.

00:15:20.440 The Pope said Trump's plans to deport illegal immigrants would be, quote, a disgrace, that it would be a disgrace.

00:15:26.660 I'm sorry, but this Pope, he doesn't speak for millions of Catholics.

00:15:31.440 He really doesn't.

00:15:32.100 I know technically he does, but he doesn't speak for me.

00:15:34.340 He doesn't speak for most conservatives in America who really – we've had about enough of his far-left social agenda.

00:15:41.180 Tom Homan, back to him, he was asked about the Pope's comments and, as usual, hit it out of the park.

00:15:45.980 Watch.

00:15:47.260 Let me give a message to the Pope.

00:15:48.620 I'm a lifelong Catholic.

00:15:49.800 I was born Catholic.

00:15:50.940 I've been through Catholic doctrine.

00:15:52.680 Look, he only concentrated on the Catholic Church, first of all.

00:15:55.400 He's got big problems there.

00:15:56.820 And the Vatican, they have a wall around the Vatican.

00:15:59.780 If you enter the Vatican, the crime is serious.

00:16:03.940 You'll be charged with a serious crime in jail.

00:16:06.140 So he can protect the Vatican where he lives.

00:16:08.600 He can build a wall where he lives where American people are not allowed that. 0.88

00:16:11.740 No.

00:16:12.460 Securing the border saves lives.

00:16:13.860 He needs to understand that.

00:16:14.700 We secure the border. 0.78

00:16:15.740 When less people come, less women get raped by the cartel. 1.00

00:16:18.400 Less children die in the river.

00:16:19.780 Less Americans die from fat and all overdoses.

00:16:21.940 If you ought to stick to it, you ought to stick to the Catholic Church and fix that. 0.97

00:16:24.560 That's a mess.

00:16:25.160 You know, Steve, last week we were critical of that Episcopalian minister who was lecturing to Trump and J.D. Vance when they did her to the courtesy of going by National Cathedral.

00:16:34.240 The Pope's no better.

00:16:35.240 I mean, that the Catholic Church is doing exactly what that Episcopal minister did, trying to lecture Trump to be more humane when it comes to immigration policy without any acknowledgement of the rape trees and the fentanyl and the murders that are happening to Americans because of it. 0.88

00:16:51.280 I'd actually say the Catholic Church is worse. 0.99

00:16:54.260 The Episcopal is just some bishop up there, you know, yammering like they all yammer on the left.

00:16:59.440 It's just talk.

00:17:00.660 The Catholic Church has been actions. 0.90

00:17:02.380 I mean, definitively, you could actually say, Brother Holman, I think their business model, this guy got it with Dolan years ago.

00:17:08.520 The business model, as you know, the churches have been emptied from traditional parishioners because of the pedophilia crisis and other things.

00:17:17.500 It's left-wing doctrine.

00:17:19.060 They filled it up with illegal aliens. 0.96

00:17:20.940 They have a business model that supports this.

00:17:23.540 On top of all that, they just appointed the most open borders cardinal in America.

00:17:28.760 I think it's McElroy to be the cardinal over at the Basilica here in Washington, D.C., basically be the cardinal for one of the most powerful, not the most powerful archdiocese in the country, Washington, D.C.

00:17:40.300 And then he speaks for the pope here, and he's going to be in the president's grill.

00:17:43.640 He's an open borders guy which says no deportation.

00:17:46.520 So there are many institutions, Soros-backed, philanthropy, religious, that were all part of this.

00:17:54.900 This just didn't happen.

00:17:56.000 The people that are kind of the victims here are the 12 to 15 million that came up, but they can't stay.

00:18:01.060 We have to be the stern parent here.

00:18:02.900 They cannot stay because they're destroying other citizens in this country.

00:18:07.180 They have to go home because you're going to hear on CNBC all the economic reasons they've got to stay.

00:18:11.320 It's going to be inflationary.

00:18:12.860 It's this.

00:18:13.520 It's that.

00:18:13.960 It costs too much money.

00:18:15.260 All of it.

00:18:15.760 Bottom line, if we're a constitutional republic, you can't be invaded.

00:18:19.700 We have – this is about our sovereignty.

00:18:21.340 They all must go home, and I believe you have to have a massive investigation, a criminal investigation with a grand jury and a special prosecutor about how this happened, how this happened.

00:18:32.080 And people have to be held accountable.

00:18:33.880 If we cannot hold those that are responsible accountable, then we're going to lose our sovereignty that way.

00:18:39.920 You know what?

00:18:40.700 The idea of an investigation is really interesting because just today it hit that among those Joe Biden pardoned with his massive wave of a wand was a killer of two people in Connecticut, a mother and child.

00:18:55.600 And Dick Blumenthal, the Democrat senator from Connecticut, is out there saying this was a massive mistake, that he doesn't believe Biden intended to do this, that this person, this killer, was represented by the ACLU to Biden to be a nonviolent drug offender.

00:19:11.280 And that's why he got lumped in.

00:19:41.280 But they didn't – it was his Justice Department.

00:19:43.900 It has to be Pam Bondi and the Justice Department that has to do this. 1.00

00:19:47.820 And remember, Emil Bovee, the number three guy in the Justice Department, was actually on the raids with Holman over the weekend.

00:19:56.820 We actually did a sidebar interview with him, my guy Ben Burkwam.

00:19:59.980 He said he was outraged, outraged by what he saw as obstruction by officials, government officials in Chicago to stop this.

00:20:08.140 So that's what I'm saying.

00:20:09.660 We have to adjudicate all this.

00:20:11.240 And these pardons, all of the pardons, including for Cheney and all of them, actually had to be executed by the Justice Department because Biden waited too late.

00:20:19.740 And so I think that all of those ought to be in play.

00:20:22.040 Tom Fenton is adamant about this.

00:20:24.560 Tom Fenton doesn't think any of these pardons – we've got to look at these ones.

00:20:27.520 The pardon process is so detailed and takes so many years, it is impossible in this situation in Connecticut for that to happen, right?

00:20:36.640 It's just because you have every piece of record that's there.

00:20:39.400 You don't know what they're slipping into the deck to have Biden just sign off on.

00:20:43.400 So this whole thing, the whole pardon thing but tied back to also illegal immigration has to be fully investigated, and we've got to get to the bottom of it.

00:20:52.320 And I would tell Pam Bondi, do not execute on any of the pardons for anybody until we get to the bottom of it.

00:20:59.140 It's so disturbing.

00:21:00.500 It's like I don't – I have no idea whether Joe Biden knew what he was doing.

00:21:04.660 But that is something we should be assured of because, like, it's one thing to do a controversial pardon.

00:21:09.520 It's quite another to have the ACLU sneak one past an incompetent president.

00:21:16.260 His – yeah, this is on X right now.

00:21:20.000 And hold on a second.

00:21:21.440 I'm just trying to pull up the exact – yeah, the reporting on this.

00:21:25.180 Relatives of an 8-year-old boy and his mother, who were murdered by a Connecticut drug gang, are outraged that a man convicted in the killings was one of nearly 2,500 people whose drug-related prison sentences were commuted by former President Joe Biden in his last days in office.

00:21:39.820 Adrian Peeler served a 20-year state prison sentence for murder conspiracy in the 1999 shootings of Leroy B.J. Brown and his mother, Karen Clark, in Bridgeport, killings that shocked the city and led to improvements in state witness protection.

00:21:52.580 Prosecutors said Brown and his mother were assassinated to prevent the child from testifying in another murder case.

00:21:59.820 In December 2021, Peeler finished his state sentence but began serving a 15-year term in federal prison for dealing large amounts of crack cocaine.

00:22:06.760 The federal sentence would have kept him behind bars until 2033.

00:22:09.840 He is now set to be released in July.

00:22:12.720 And this is the one that Blumenthal, a Connecticut Democrat, who was the state's attorney general when Brown and his mother were killed, said,

00:22:17.840 someone dropped the ball, quote-unquote, in Peeler's clemency.

00:22:21.220 He and other political leaders in Connecticut, including the Bridgeport mayor, criticized the commutation.

00:22:25.660 This really was a vicious murder that changed our laws, said Blumenthal.

00:22:28.720 It also highlights how we need to take a look at the pardon system to see how it can be improved.

00:22:32.660 Well, why don't we first take a look to see whether it was even intended by this outgoing president?

00:22:37.900 So that's one thing.

00:22:40.520 Forgive me for playing a soundbite to Steve Bannon of Selena Gomez, but she's got a lot of power.

00:22:46.280 She's very popular with a large segment of the population, and she just posted this video and then deleted it after her fans went nuts on her.

00:22:55.920 But this is what we're getting.

00:22:59.160 I just want to say that I'm so sorry.

00:23:05.240 All my people are getting attacked.

00:23:09.100 The children.

00:23:13.660 They don't understand.

00:23:16.280 I'm so sorry.

00:23:18.360 I wish I could do something, but I can't.

00:23:21.340 I don't know what to do.

00:23:24.560 I'll try everything, I promise.

00:23:31.200 Okay.

00:23:31.960 Steve, she's got 422 million followers on Instagram, and indeed, she's an actress.

00:23:38.460 I mean, the good news is that people have common sense, because this is a revolution of common sense.

00:23:46.320 That's why this movement, this progressive nationalist movement is expanding every day, because folks, African Americans, Hispanic families, and working class men and women understand that this is to protect them.

00:23:59.740 And they understand that all the performers, like how phony is that, and they can see through it.

00:24:05.080 And they understand how this has destroyed their communities, and they're not going to tolerate it anymore.

00:24:09.620 And they're certainly not going to be backed off by her or by Martha Raddatz.

00:24:14.520 Look at Martha Raddatz's behavior with Tom Homan. 0.99

00:24:17.760 I mean, you understand now why the mainstream media is virtually powerless, because of her hectoring of Tom Homan, particularly hectoring.

00:24:26.400 I remember about the military flights, so you're telling me every day, military, they didn't have, they weren't concerned when they were having flights bringing folks in here and taking them deep into the country, like up at the Westchester Airport.

00:24:37.300 So you then could, you then could spread out the illegal aliens into New England, right, in upstate New York.

00:24:44.160 So this just shows you, the mainstream media, this is why they're so powerless today.

00:24:50.160 And I don't think we should be, you know, even paying much attention to them.

00:24:53.240 We just got to report more information, get more facts out there, more stories out there.

00:24:58.400 And just let the camera roll and see the heroes like Tom Homan, see the heroes of the military that have been sent to the southern border.

00:25:05.100 See the heroes, you know, in every aspect of what we're trying to do to deconstruct the administrative state and take on the deep state.

00:25:11.820 Just cut the cameras on and watch the Senate hearings last week where they had no, they had no punch back on any of the deep policy stuff that Senator Rubio brought up.

00:25:20.180 Or the Pete Hexitt, Pete Hexitt talked about a revolution in military affairs and he had these heritans. 1.00

00:25:25.060 All they're doing is going after his personal foibles, you know, every second.

00:25:29.920 They didn't even get to the heart of the matter.

00:25:31.480 And now Pete Hexitt is Secretary of Defense and has to, you know, get on with it and start to execute on this.

00:25:35.900 So I think our audiences grow every day and they grow the engagement and know that they blew her up after that phony, you know, C-level actress performance is to me encouraging.

00:25:47.420 That's really encouraging because so should the American people in their decency.

00:25:50.820 Remember, American people have tremendous common sense, tremendous grit, but they also have tremendous decency.

00:25:56.220 It's the most decent group of people in world history, the most empathetic, they've given more, have freed more people, given their lives, freeing more people, given money everywhere.

00:26:04.640 The American people are very decent and they understand what's going on here.

00:26:08.060 And they fully back President Trump in this regard to clean this mess up.

00:26:11.760 Yeah, she didn't look at the polls, which have between 55 and 60 percent of all of America completely on board with deporting all illegals, including the Democrats. 0.92

00:26:22.240 The Democrats are now majority in favor of deporting all illegals, never mind the ones who have committed crimes, which is where Hohman's starting.

00:26:30.140 But as you point out, not where he's going to end.

00:26:32.740 Hohman with Martha Raddatz discussed some of this.

00:26:36.980 Take a listen to SOT19.

00:26:37.880 How can you possibly afford to deport all of those people?

00:26:42.720 Well, you go up to Congress.

00:26:43.860 You know, I think Congress, the president has a mandate.

00:26:45.740 This is his number one issue that people voted on.

00:26:47.560 I think Congress has a mandate to give us money we need.

00:26:50.660 How much, what price do you put on national security?

00:26:52.840 More detention centers.

00:26:53.740 What price do you put on, what price do you put on all these young ladies that have been raped and murdered and burned alive?

00:26:59.320 What price do you put on that?

00:27:00.480 What price do you put on Lincoln Riley's life?

00:27:03.460 Steve, what's interesting about Hohman, and to some extent now too, J.D. Vance and the other,

00:27:07.880 people speaking for the administration is, to me, it seems like they're finally getting it.

00:27:11.860 It's so joyful for somebody like me to sit here and watch somebody who actually knows the facts

00:27:17.040 and is not afraid to argue what's real, give it right back to these Sunday news anchors.

00:27:21.960 And they don't care if the news anchors like them.

00:27:24.820 They're not looking to go to cocktail parties in Georgetown.

00:27:29.340 I thought J.D. because J.D.'s a real gentleman.

00:27:32.840 But finally, it was like the frustration, Margaret, I don't care.

00:27:36.920 That said, CBS has so lost its way.

00:27:40.980 ABC has so lost its way.

00:27:43.060 It's shocking.

00:27:44.460 You know, Margaret Brennan is just not at the level that you can be to run these Sunday shows. 0.90

00:27:49.720 And Martha Raddatz right there, it's just Hector-ing.

00:27:52.860 And you saw last night, they got the two new anchors at CBS during the championship game.

00:27:57.280 I think it was the AFC playoffs.

00:27:59.300 I said, man, if that's, you know, O'Donnell was bad enough.

00:28:01.760 Is this an upgrade?

00:28:02.560 This is another disaster.

00:28:04.200 These guys, and this is why, remember, the audience is only four and a half million.

00:28:07.440 It's not that big an audience anymore.

00:28:09.540 You were doing that at Fox, and you're bigger on your podcast, you know, when you count everything.

00:28:13.320 So it shows you that the mainstream media, and they're going to be, they're going to have nothing but deportation porn, right, from here on in, because this is where they're going.

00:28:23.120 But I think the American people have had a belly full of it, and they understand something has to be done.

00:28:26.920 And I love the way that in a very professional, even-handed way that people like Homan and J.D. are kind of the tip of the spear.

00:28:33.500 But I think you're going to see this across the board with everybody.

00:28:36.100 I think you're going to see Secretary Rubio and Pete Hexeth and across the board, Pam Bondi.

00:28:41.960 They just, we're not going to count to them.

00:28:44.300 They're not looking to go to cocktail parties in Georgetown.

00:28:46.640 They're there to save this country and return it to her greatness under President Trump's leadership, and I think that's what you're seeing.

00:28:53.020 It's so amazing.

00:28:53.900 We've never seen this before, where they don't give one inch.

00:28:57.480 They don't need to be liked.

00:28:59.080 They don't need the invitation to the church.

00:29:00.700 They'll have their own parties.

00:29:01.980 They don't need to go to these.

00:29:03.160 And you just never see it. 0.98

00:29:04.440 My entire history in the media, they go on these Sunday shows, they do a little ass-kissing,

00:29:08.820 and then they kind of pivot off to make their final point as, like, their parting shot of, like,

00:29:13.140 well, but we kind of believe this, after they totally cede the main points the anchor is raising in part one of his or her argument.

00:29:19.620 So it's great to see somebody just fight, like, completely disavow the premise of the question.

00:29:24.400 Here's the longer version of J.D. Vance with Margaret Brennan.

00:29:28.040 I am convinced, like, J.D.'s very smart to go on with Margaret Brennan, because some people said,

00:29:33.360 why is he going to CBS?

00:29:34.360 It's the enemy.

00:29:34.940 Look what they did to him in the vice presidential debate.

00:29:37.420 And I thought, no, he's very smart, because she's adversarial.

00:29:40.440 She's going to try to punch him. 1.00

00:29:42.100 But she's nowhere near his intellectual equal.

00:29:44.660 So he knows he can just slice and dice her with ease and do it as behaving as a gentleman,

00:29:51.380 but leave everybody with the same impression, which is she is no match for him.

00:29:54.620 Her arguments are no match for his.

00:29:56.320 Here's thought 13.

00:29:57.080 There are cases of people who allegedly were properly vetted and then were literally planning

00:30:03.480 terrorist attacks on our country.

00:30:05.020 That happened during the campaign, if you may remember.

00:30:07.440 So clearly not all of these foreign nationals have been properly vetted.

00:30:09.680 No, but there are 30,000 people in the pipeline, Afghan refugees.

00:30:12.820 But my primary concern as the vice president, Margaret, is to look after the American people.

00:30:17.860 And now that we know that we have vetting problems with a lot of these refugee programs, 1.00

00:30:21.760 we absolutely cannot unleash thousands of unvetted people into our country. 1.00

00:30:27.140 These people are vetted.

00:30:28.100 These people are vetted.

00:30:28.960 Just like the guy who planned a terrorist attack in Oklahoma a few months ago.

00:30:31.980 He was allegedly properly vetted.

00:30:33.640 And many people in the media and the Democratic Party said that he was properly vetted.

00:30:37.900 Clearly he wasn't.

00:30:39.240 I don't want my children to share a neighborhood with people who are not properly vetted.

00:30:43.920 And because I don't want it for my kids, I'm not going to force any other American citizens' 0.97

00:30:47.920 kids to do that either.

00:30:48.920 No, and that was a very particular case.

00:30:50.880 It wasn't clear if he was radicalized when he got here or while he was living here.

00:30:54.760 I don't really care, Margaret.

00:30:55.800 I don't want that person in my country.

00:30:57.640 And I think most Americans agree with me.

00:31:00.360 Right on.

00:31:01.560 I don't really care, Margaret.

00:31:03.560 He's right.

00:31:04.960 Well, he does it.

00:31:05.820 He does it.

00:31:06.440 Such a gentleman.

00:31:07.300 I mean, finally, the exasperation when they're just going to continue on and continue on and

00:31:12.020 continue on, all of them.

00:31:13.740 And I think this is why they've lost the backing of the American people.

00:31:16.280 It's why the ratings are a disaster, why the cost of these things, they're going through

00:31:19.620 and cutting up a salary.

00:31:21.160 The salary is outrageous in the first place.

00:31:22.620 Cutting salaries.

00:31:23.260 You see right there in JD.

00:31:24.860 He tries.

00:31:25.380 He makes an argument, puts the facts out.

00:31:27.180 It just continues on, continues on.

00:31:28.740 I mean, it's not an interview.

00:31:30.320 It's a debate.

00:31:31.340 Right.

00:31:31.620 And finally, he just says, look, I don't care.

00:31:33.320 And the American people don't care.

00:31:34.360 Next question.

00:31:35.420 Which I think is great.

00:31:36.940 Who cares?

00:31:37.560 This guy who he was referencing, his name is 27-year-old Nasir Ahmad Tahedi.

00:31:47.200 And per court documents, he planned to liquidate his assets, repatriate his family to Afghanistan,

00:31:52.360 purchase assault rifles, and stage a violent attack on Election Day.

00:31:55.320 He entered the U.S. on a special immigrant visa on September 9th, 2021, days after Biden's

00:31:59.820 catastrophic U.S. withdrawal from Afghanistan.

00:32:01.420 Who that had a family member die in this planned violent attack on Election Day would care when

00:32:09.920 he was radicalized?

00:32:11.420 Why was he here?

00:32:13.020 It wasn't lawful.

00:32:14.300 He needed to go.

00:32:15.140 He wasn't vetted.

00:32:16.060 That's the point that he was making.

00:32:18.920 And, you know, you times that by 20 million.

00:32:21.840 So here's another piece, because the birthright citizenship has made a lot of, has ruffled a

00:32:26.100 lot of feathers, even on the Republican side, because Trump, notwithstanding what's written

00:32:29.200 in the Constitution, is saying he's getting rid of it.

00:32:31.020 And there is a legal argument to be made there.

00:32:32.980 Trust me, I researched it in depth before I sat with Trump in September of 23, because

00:32:37.240 I went into it saying this is a preposterous proposal.

00:32:39.620 It's in the Constitution.

00:32:40.540 You can't withdraw it.

00:32:41.700 And the more I looked at it, the more I realized very smart legal scholars actually have made

00:32:45.580 the credible argument that you actually, the Constitution is not as clear as its defenders

00:32:49.840 argue.

00:32:50.440 And you can get rid of birthright citizenship.

00:32:52.500 There's, it's because of this clause that means you have to be born in the United States

00:32:55.420 and subject to the jurisdiction thereof.

00:32:57.720 And there's a question there.

00:32:58.720 Anyway, the media will not allow for any of that possibility, nuance, or other legal

00:33:04.780 arguments.

00:33:05.720 Margaret Brennan brought that up, too, with J.D. Vance.

00:33:09.080 And here's how that went.

00:33:11.460 Temporary residents, people who come in here, whether legally or illegally, and don't plan 1.00

00:33:16.380 to stay, their children should become American citizens. 0.85

00:33:19.060 I don't know any country that does that or why we would be different.

00:33:21.820 Well, this is a country founded by immigrants.

00:33:23.420 Well, this is a country founded by, this is a very unique country.

00:33:27.660 And it was founded by some immigrants and some settlers.

00:33:30.700 But just because we were founded by immigrants doesn't mean that 240 years later that we have 0.92

00:33:35.540 to have the dumbest immigration policy in the world. 0.97

00:33:38.800 By the way, it wasn't founded by illegal immigrants. 0.99

00:33:41.140 And we don't have to keep the door open to more and more criminals because of what happened

00:33:45.380 250 years ago, Steve.

00:33:46.640 It's amazing. 1.00

00:33:47.380 Is that stupidity on her part or just liberal bias? 1.00

00:33:49.760 I think it's just laziness. 1.00

00:33:52.480 I think they've controlled the apparatus for so long.

00:33:54.940 I mean, you've seen this.

00:33:55.640 You know these people.

00:33:56.260 They've gotten lazy.

00:33:57.420 That's one of the reasons they were caught by surprise on 5 November.

00:34:00.480 One of the reasons that MSNBC's ratings dropped by two-thirds is that they lied to their audience.

00:34:07.720 Their problem is credibility.

00:34:09.280 Half that audience is never coming back because they felt they were lied to all the way up until

00:34:12.880 Pennsylvania was called.

00:34:14.780 And even that night on the broadcast, I've gone back and studied the arc of the broadcast.

00:34:18.480 They lied to their people.

00:34:20.180 They all thought Kamala Harris was a historic night.

00:34:22.240 Kamala Harris, that's where they had the huge crowd at Howard University. 0.52

00:34:25.240 These people lied to people and then later said, well, you know, we actually knew the

00:34:29.980 polling wasn't that great toward the end.

00:34:31.520 They outright lie, and they will lie because they control every institution.

00:34:36.640 They control the institutional power in the country, and they got very lazy.

00:34:40.440 They never thought a startup group like MAGA, this kind of populist nationalist with no

00:34:46.180 money and really no institutional power could get in back of someone like President Trump

00:34:50.200 is the reason they treated Trump so badly.

00:34:52.140 Remember, the felonies that he was charged with just on insurrection in J6 left him in

00:34:59.680 prison for 300 years.

00:35:01.280 They wanted him to die in prison.

00:35:03.360 Until you embrace that fact that they wanted him to die in prison, a man that looks like, 0.90

00:35:07.740 look what's happened in the last seven days.

00:35:09.600 I mean, when he went to Notre Dame Cathedral, he looked like Charlemagne walking in there.

00:35:14.280 He is now on the world stage as the most powerful individual and really driving all the action,

00:35:21.680 right, of everything the American government's doing in every different aspect, like 30 different

00:35:25.620 verticals simultaneously.

00:35:27.460 He's the most powerful president, I think, for even more so than Reagan.

00:35:32.640 I think you got to go back to FDR.

00:35:34.080 And I put him in the category with General Washington and actually Abraham Lincoln as

00:35:39.020 the age of Trump and what he's doing here.

00:35:40.760 They wanted him to die in prison.

00:35:42.940 Until you understand that, they never thought we were coming back.

00:35:45.320 That's why it was that Jay Monaghan could lie at Davos on the stage and say, well, we

00:35:49.240 never debanked anybody.

00:35:50.320 I go, what are you talking about?

00:35:51.300 We were all debanked.

00:35:52.500 Our credit cards were taken.

00:35:53.880 We were debanked.

00:35:54.780 The insurance policies were canceled because they never thought we would be back in a

00:35:58.800 billion years.

00:35:59.380 They said this at Davos.

00:36:00.440 Graham Allison said beforehand, he gave on one of these panels before Trump came, he

00:36:05.360 said, this guy was dead.

00:36:07.300 And he says, I mean dead.

00:36:08.540 He resurrected himself and his movement resurrected.

00:36:11.420 He says, Graham Allison said, we sat here and mocked those guys for the last four years.

00:36:15.900 They never thought we were coming back.

00:36:17.520 And now that's why it has to be.

00:36:19.060 I think you said at the beginning, you know, all pedal, no break.

00:36:22.300 We only have so much time to get all this done and to seize institutional power.

00:36:27.200 And that's why I think people got to be working seven days a week, 24 hours a day to make

00:36:31.960 it happen.

00:36:32.460 And all the shows, all the different shows have to back up.

00:36:34.840 The difference we have this time is like the 12 or 15 most powerful people in the administration

00:36:39.300 last time in the White House are all on the outside, right?

00:36:42.780 We're all on the outside sitting there supporting the president every day with that outside effort,

00:36:47.080 that outside push that you need to make sure that like you've just done here to break

00:36:52.060 it down to the American people.

00:36:53.380 And it's more than just a conservative audience.

00:36:55.120 Now you're seeing more and more people saying, well, I want to find out about this.

00:36:58.580 And they like what they hear.

00:37:00.060 We're about to flip California, California.

00:37:02.760 I talked to, I've lived out in California and Southern California, you know, for 20 or

00:37:07.140 30 years.

00:37:07.760 I, I've, I've, I'm very familiar with property in Pacific Palisades.

00:37:12.000 Let's say that.

00:37:12.640 And those people out there are, are, are starting to flip because they realize all the policies

00:37:17.280 they supported for so many years really were the predicate for how this could happen.

00:37:21.940 And now they're seeing the nightmare of Bass and Newsom and just this blob that won't

00:37:26.440 let them get on with their lives.

00:37:27.880 And they're saying, we had enough of it.

00:37:29.220 Trump comes out and has done more in 24 hours than all these guys did.

00:37:33.340 So we're in a unique moment in American history, but now a much broader, I say that, that MAGA

00:37:38.780 and the MAGA beliefs are two thirds of 70% of the country.

00:37:42.000 It's like 1932.

00:37:43.040 We can have an inflection point in this country and essentially govern for 50 years.

00:37:48.660 If we, if we respond, if we take immediate action of what needs to be done, we stay, we

00:37:53.520 stay decent and empathetic, but we take action and we're relentless about that action.

00:37:59.220 The, um, on the debanking, just to, just to let people know.

00:38:03.420 So yeah, Brian Moynihan goes out there at the, at Davos and says, oh no, we don't debank

00:38:07.160 anybody, Bank of America.

00:38:08.080 And, uh, JP Morgan also says, oh no, we, we issued a statement.

00:38:11.580 We don't debank anybody.

00:38:12.920 Just so you know, um, in 2024, the Montana attorney general joined a coalition of 15 attorneys

00:38:19.380 general in demanding action from Bank of America to correct the company's debanking policies

00:38:23.960 and discriminatory behavior toward conservatives and religious Americans.

00:38:27.080 Uh, they allege in this lawsuit, the bank denied services to gun manufacturers, fossil fuel

00:38:31.420 production, uh, producers, contractors for us, uh, immigration and customs, uh, enforcement.

00:38:36.020 It also canceled the accounts of Christian ministry groups for operating quote, a business

00:38:40.240 type.

00:38:40.620 We have chosen not to serve similar allegations against well far Wells Fargo.

00:38:45.500 Uh, we could go down the list.

00:38:47.000 A geo group, private prison operator said it was debanked by Bank of America and JP Morgan

00:38:50.840 after it faced protests from left-leaning groups over the work it does for ice.

00:38:55.260 Uh, Melania Trump said in her book, she was debanked and that, uh, son Barron was denied a

00:39:01.080 bank account.

00:39:01.660 She didn't name the bank.

00:39:02.640 Uh, 30 tech entrepreneurs said they've been debanked in the last four years, according

00:39:07.320 to Mark Andreessen, uh, who came on the record at PayPal and what they did to conservatives.

00:39:12.360 And like the list is very long to, for them, these guys to now claim they've never been

00:39:15.500 debanking conservatives is a lie.

00:39:18.060 It is a lie.

00:39:19.060 It's belied by this long history and what's alleged in these lawsuits.

00:39:22.380 So that's the debanking thing.

00:39:23.940 Let's, I do want to talk about California, but before we go there, let's stay on immigration 1.00

00:39:26.980 and do Columbia because what happened with Columbia this weekend was a thing of beauty.

00:39:30.480 It was a thing of beauty, Steve, and all while Trump was on the golf course, the guy was, 0.99

00:39:35.220 was hitting under par while he was rubbing the president of Columbia's nose in the crap 0.99

00:39:40.300 storm. 0.99

00:39:40.940 He tried to dump on us.

00:39:42.360 So they sent 200,000.

00:39:44.800 It's an estimated 200,000 illegals in this country from Columbia.

00:39:49.380 As Trump points out, these are not good guys.

00:39:51.700 The face tattoo does not suggest in Trump's words, you're going to be president of a bank

00:39:55.620 when you get here and we, we get two planes worth of them at least.

00:40:00.280 And this is only one weekend and send them back down there.

00:40:03.000 And this guy has the nerve to not accept his own bad home brace.

00:40:08.320 Yes.

00:40:08.880 They're his countrymen though.

00:40:10.180 They're not, they shouldn't be our problem.

00:40:11.780 And Trump within about two minutes says, that's how you want to play.

00:40:17.260 We're going to slap a 25% tariff on all of your goods.

00:40:20.080 And in a week, it's going to go up to 50 and we're disassociating, disassociating ties

00:40:25.260 with all of your embassy officials here.

00:40:27.260 And it's going to get more and more painful as the days go on.

00:40:29.740 And you have the leftist meltdown.

00:40:33.780 I think we have some of that.

00:40:34.760 Do we not Debbie?

00:40:36.100 Where you've got, oh, it's just, it's just on, on paper, but you've got AOC and many others

00:40:41.900 saying, oh my God, this is what's going to happen.

00:40:43.900 And AOC was saying the coffee, the coffee prices are just about to go up 25%.

00:40:48.240 A tariff on them is a tariff on Americans.

00:40:50.440 And then the coffee here will be up 50%.

00:40:52.660 You have Anna Navarro saying we have poured most, a lot of our flowers from Columbia.

00:40:56.620 There goes Valentine's day within, I think it was 16.

00:40:59.860 Maybe 90 minutes total, complete reversal.

00:41:03.900 The president of Columbia fell on his sword.

00:41:05.700 Not only did he say, we'll take them.

00:41:06.960 He said, I'm going to send my presidential plane to go pick them up.

00:41:11.340 And it was a complete victory before Trump had gotten to the next hole, Steve.

00:41:15.960 This is how it's done.

00:41:17.100 And I don't even think the leftist can argue that he did anything wrong here.

00:41:20.640 What do you make of it?

00:41:22.560 This also gets back to the new economic model where he talks about external revenue service

00:41:27.620 and actually not just looking at tariff as a punitive tariff against a Mexican tomato for 25%,

00:41:33.220 but a whole new way you look at the economy of the United States inside the golden door.

00:41:37.940 The operating leverage we have as the United States over technology and sanctions and cash flow

00:41:43.020 and capital markets and all of it, including tariffs, is enormous.

00:41:47.180 And President Trump only brought, he said, tariffs and then sanctions.

00:41:51.300 He only brought about 50% of the toolbox.

00:41:54.360 Our power is almost unlimited about what we can do in a non-kinetic way.

00:41:59.700 But it's just never been used.

00:42:01.060 We're always, we're just a sap.

00:42:02.360 And President Trump, like he said, between holes in a round that he had, he was on a roll on,

00:42:07.980 he just said, here's what I want to do.

00:42:09.340 Bang, bang, bang. 0.89

00:42:10.100 You know, the state and treasury go out with that in an announcement, 90 minutes,

00:42:15.560 enough time that they get to write a press release, as you know, they full surrendered.

00:42:20.380 So this is very important for what it shows about the power of the United States

00:42:26.440 in dealing with both our friends and our enemies.

00:42:29.400 The one thing I, and I've been an advocate for this behind the scenes,

00:42:32.940 because you saw in the Honduras and the Central America, I would, I say, get everybody up here,

00:42:37.260 either McAllen, Texas, D.C. Pickett, it should be Mark or Ruby, I think, first and Besson,

00:42:41.480 then the president later, walk them through and say, guys, here's the number of folks you have.

00:42:46.680 Here's what we're going to do.

00:42:47.980 Here's when they're coming back.

00:42:49.320 Here's how we're going to schedule military airlift command to do it.

00:42:52.460 We want to, if we need some help, we're open to a conversation on how to figure this out.

00:42:57.540 But they're coming back and they're coming back on a date cert.

00:43:01.760 And if you don't like it, let us know now, because here's what we're going to do.

00:43:05.300 Bang, bang, bang. 0.89

00:43:06.420 And you'll have all of them say, OK, I got it.

00:43:08.980 How do we work this out?

00:43:10.200 We have to be empathetic about this.

00:43:11.860 And this is the way to do it.

00:43:12.800 But Trump showed the innate power of the United States of America.

00:43:17.060 And that power comes from the little guy, the full faith and credit of the United States.

00:43:21.820 The reason we're so powerful is we rest upon, you know, Burke's little platoons

00:43:26.540 of folks just self-organizing every day and getting their job done, going to work,

00:43:30.620 paying their taxes, building their community.

00:43:32.320 That's the power of this country.

00:43:33.740 And finally, somebody stood up and said, guess what?

00:43:36.880 We're more powerful than everybody.

00:43:38.860 And here's what we're going to do.

00:43:39.880 But you're taking these bad hombres back.

00:43:41.840 And I think later you're going to take a lot more back.

00:43:44.260 I think it's magnificent.

00:43:45.620 And I just think it ought to continue rapidly.

00:43:48.100 We ought to get them all in a room, cut a deal now, as Trump's the dealmaker, and set up a schedule.

00:43:52.800 Everybody's going home.

00:43:53.700 So then you can take down the temperature of the deportation porn, which, as you can tell from this weekend, Sunday show is coming.

00:44:00.660 Mm-hmm, that they're really enjoying it.

00:44:03.540 The epilogue to the Trump versus Columbia president story is as follows.

00:44:08.240 I love it.

00:44:08.880 So Trump won.

00:44:09.660 The guy completely waved the white flag and sent the presidential plane, he said, for these illegals. 0.97

00:44:16.100 Then, feeling humiliated, that's clear, he decides to post the following bizarre statement on X.

00:44:24.240 Trump, this is after he already lost the fight.

00:44:26.480 Trump, I don't really like traveling to the U.S.

00:44:28.700 It's a bit boring. 0.94

00:44:29.900 I like going to the black neighborhoods of Washington, where I saw an entire fight in the U.S. Capitol between blacks and Latinos with barricades, which seemed like nonsense to me because they should join together. 0.97

00:44:40.600 I don't like your oil, Trump. 0.98

00:44:42.080 You're going to wipe out the human species because of greed.

00:44:44.500 I am informed that you impose a 50% tariff on the fruits of our human labor to enter the United States, and I do the same.

00:44:51.520 Okay, you already gave it up, sir.

00:44:54.260 But I love this, Steve, because what he's really doing here is playing the victim.

00:44:57.460 He's trying to act tough while also playing the victim.

00:44:59.660 Poor me.

00:45:00.480 You're going to hurt my people with this tariff, and you've got problems of your own there.

00:45:04.380 Meanwhile, it's like, you sent 200,000 criminals to our country. 0.63

00:45:11.060 We're serving you, so far, two plane loads back.

00:45:15.300 We are the victims.

00:45:16.940 We're the victims here.

00:45:18.440 Finally acting like we're standing up for our own best interests.

00:45:22.420 That's what's so invigorating about it.

00:45:24.640 You have a president who, in between golf holes, doesn't need 50,000 State Department meetings, you know, group papers.

00:45:33.020 And then Trump tweeted out this.

00:45:35.480 Look at this.

00:45:36.700 Trump posted this picture of himself on Truth Social with the background sign that reads F-A-F-O, F-A-Round and Find Out.

00:45:45.060 And him wearing, like, an Elliott Ness, like, FBI hat.

00:45:50.060 Steve, this is like a dream.

00:45:53.200 Or a hat from the Godfather.

00:45:56.680 He's a full gangster or full.

00:45:58.720 Hey, here's a power.

00:45:59.680 You said earlier about Holman and J.D.

00:46:02.140 And J.D. being such a gentleman and Holman kind of being so matter of fact.

00:46:05.360 Trump doesn't give two fucks, okay? 0.98

00:46:07.760 This is what you're saying. 0.99

00:46:09.140 He doesn't care.

00:46:09.820 He doesn't care what they think about him.

00:46:11.200 He doesn't care what the media think.

00:46:12.320 They're going to put him in prison.

00:46:13.540 He knows this.

00:46:14.220 He was in prison, going to be in prison for 300 years on the phony charges of the insurrection.

00:46:20.160 Emil Bovey was one of his great attorneys for many of those years.

00:46:23.400 That's why Emil's out there and sees the madness that's going on right now of officials doing it.

00:46:28.280 People, we don't care about the performance art of the left anymore.

00:46:32.820 It's come very close to destroying this country and destroying the citizens of this country.

00:46:37.020 And finally, finally, through divine providence, we have a leader with all his imperfections who is going to stand up for the American people and the American citizens.

00:46:46.980 And quite frankly, the citizens that were invited in here by this illegitimate Biden regime that now have to go back.

00:46:54.320 And President Trump, I think you've already seen, is in a way trying to do this with as much empathy as possible.

00:47:00.540 So that's why I couldn't be proud of President Trump and how he's handling this entire thing.

00:47:03.860 I got to ask you quickly about both Tulsi and RFKJ getting their confirmation hearings this week.

00:47:10.400 Tulsi's will happen in front of us first, and then they'll go behind closed doors to do the classified cross-examination.

00:47:17.200 So all the stuff that we're not allowed to hear.

00:47:19.260 And then RFKJ, he starts on Wednesday.

00:47:21.940 We expect it to continue over into Thursday.

00:47:24.720 I've heard reports that both of those are, quote, potentially in trouble.

00:47:31.480 I'm not sure.

00:47:32.380 That must mean with Republicans, because they have the power to up or down it.

00:47:36.320 What are you hearing about both of them?

00:47:38.500 Well, we also have Pam Bondi and Cash.

00:47:40.420 Pam Bondi for another round. 0.99

00:47:41.560 So Wednesday, Thursday, and particularly Thursday, is going to be showtime.

00:47:46.840 I think Bobby Kennedy is going to be in good shape.

00:47:49.260 Well, you saw the traitors on Friday.

00:47:52.220 You saw Mitch McConnell playing that game and having to bring J.D. over to get Pete across the line.

00:47:57.940 So you know who the opposition is.

00:47:59.400 The opposition is that old, hidebound Republican establishment.

00:48:03.700 I think Bobby Kennedy, RFK Jr., is going to be fine, his command of material.

00:48:09.240 I think he also may pull in a Democrat or two.

00:48:11.900 So I think that'll be fine.

00:48:13.200 I think Cash Patel, which of all these this week, they're all important, I think is the most important.

00:48:18.280 I think Cash gets through.

00:48:19.500 I think Pam gets through.

00:48:20.900 I think Tulsi is an issue.

00:48:22.620 And I think Tulsi is an issue, not for previous.

00:48:25.540 I think they're all over her right now of her command of the material.

00:48:29.580 And that's why I think the behind the scenes is going to be more important than the upfront.

00:48:33.240 Remember, what they're trying to do, and this is why they had no pushback last week when we flooded the zone.

00:48:40.020 You saw Marco Rubio talking about the end of the post-war rules-based order.

00:48:44.140 Pete Heggs is talking about revolution and military affairs.

00:48:47.260 Both Vought and Besant combined talking about a new kind of economic model for the country and also about how we're going to finance it.

00:48:55.340 These were all to really the heart of the Trump America first restructuring in this country, and there was no pushback.

00:49:02.560 Scott Besson did the best, and this is why I advise people like Cash and Pam and everybody when they go, is remember, the person Trump has selected likes to take a Besson or a vote.

00:49:12.560 No, 10 times more than these Democratic senators are only there for – get these snarky things on video. 0.95

00:49:17.360 The first time you do it, like when Wyden asked that wise guy question to Scott Besson, as soon as Scott adjusted his glasses, adjusted his glasses in the professional moment, I said, here it comes.

00:49:29.680 He blew him up so badly, right, humiliated in a gentlemanly way, kind of a J.D. Vance, very gentlemanly way, very professional way.

00:49:36.920 Scott humiliated Wyden that he was left bleeding.

00:49:39.900 Oh, well, you know, that's – I don't understand about it.

00:49:42.440 I don't agree with it.

00:49:43.660 Nobody else asked a tough question.

00:49:45.200 So my recommendation to Pam and to all of them, when they come after you, be a gentleman or a gentleman woman, but take them down right there on national and global TV, and you will see the others act like little lambs. 0.94

00:49:58.740 They won't want that.

00:49:59.540 So next week is going to be showtime.

00:50:01.540 They're dug in on Tulsi.

00:50:03.740 I think Tulsi – and I've been a huge supporter.

00:50:05.580 Remember, I brought Tulsi in in the first two weeks in 16 to see the president, and I advocated the time that she should be the U.N. ambassador instead of the governor, Nikki, because I thought Tulsi knew so much more, and she was so well-informed.

00:50:20.900 She was an Army major at the time.

00:50:22.080 I've got 30 seconds left.

00:50:23.180 Do you think she makes it through?

00:50:25.760 Yeah, she makes it through, but that's going to be a tractor pull.

00:50:28.100 Okay.

00:50:30.480 Oh, this is like – we do have to buckle up this week because a lot is going down, and, you know, these nominees are in there fighting for all of us and fighting for themselves in the country.

00:50:38.980 Not everybody's got the same agenda.

00:50:40.420 Steve Bannon, thank you.

00:50:41.960 It's great to talk to you.

00:50:43.420 Always, Megan.

00:50:44.520 Thank you, ma'am.

00:50:45.780 We'll do California with Batya when she comes on because you have got to see the exchanges between Trump and L.A. Mayor Karen Bass plus this other Democrat who tried to take him on.

00:50:54.140 It was absolutely epic.

00:50:55.180 There's so much news.

00:50:56.440 Stay with us.

00:50:57.000 We'll be right back.

00:50:58.100 These days, personal safety is not something that can be left to chance.

00:51:01.620 Whether at home, on the road, or just living everyday life, having a reliable way to protect yourself and your family is crucial.

00:51:08.160 This is why Berna is the choice for so many.

00:51:32.120 A lot of gun owners use this.

00:51:33.680 They see themselves potentially in trouble.

00:51:35.740 They want to go non-lethal and then lethal, and that can potentially help in criminal prosecutions and so on.

00:51:41.060 People are thinking, playing the long game.

00:51:43.400 Berna is proudly American with products hand-assembled in Fort Wayne, Indiana.

00:51:47.260 Sometimes a firearm is not the right option, and Berna provides a powerful alternative or addition to your self-defense plan.

00:52:11.940 Berna, non-lethal self-defense, always ready.

00:52:15.400 Joining me now, Batya Angersargan.

00:52:20.880 She's author of Second Class, How the Elites Betrayed America's Working Men and Women. 0.61

00:52:27.000 Batya, great to have you.

00:52:28.320 I'm just going to pick up on a couple of stories that I touched on with Steve, but we didn't get to fully get into,

00:52:33.100 because with him, you know, it's truly like from a fire hose.

00:52:36.120 He's got so much information on so many topics, so we banged through them.

00:52:39.080 Going back to the Chicago lie about ICE busting up schools and dragging kids out and these teachers trying to paint themselves in sanctimony,

00:52:50.920 like, ICE stood up, I didn't allow it.

00:52:52.600 Meanwhile, it was the Secret Service trying to track down somebody who threatened a government official,

00:52:56.560 which has happened under every administration.

00:52:58.320 You have things like, take a listen to SOT24, which is a transgender Chicago high school teacher with some tough talk for ICE.

00:53:09.620 ICE can now raid classrooms.

00:53:11.460 And as a high school teacher, I just want to make one thing clear.

00:53:14.500 If someone tries to come in my classroom and take one of my students, one of us isn't leaving the classroom.

00:53:22.720 Play with me.

00:53:23.620 Okay, my money's on Tom Homan, madam, sir, whatever we have there.

00:53:30.460 This is right, but it's like, it's interesting to me, body, because this is what we're going to get.

00:53:35.400 We're going to get, I'll just, let me show you one more.

00:53:37.100 Okay, this is an unhidden Chicago teacher having a similar, like, you bring it, you bring it, girl.

00:53:41.680 Meanwhile, these are like heavy set, pudgy little, in that guy's case, wig wearing, not tough guys trying to be like,

00:53:49.180 I'm ready, I've got my gunslingers, and I'm going to take, it's like, could you please, just have a seat, have a seat.

00:53:55.920 Here's the second person.

00:53:57.880 ICE in Chicago with my students?

00:54:01.920 You think I'd be scared of you trying to come up in my school?

00:54:06.200 You don't think I already have a plan and a backup plan and 56 doors in the building and 17 routes on how to get to each one?

00:54:14.400 I mean, no offense, the district can give us training on what we're supposed to do over and over and over again, and they have, by the way.

00:54:21.860 But I got my own plan.

00:54:25.460 Because there's no way, there's no way.

00:54:30.040 You ever touch one of my kids?

00:54:31.820 Ever.

00:54:32.740 Never.

00:54:33.820 Hello, God?

00:54:35.580 Someone needs to talk to you, because that's who you're going to talk to first before you ever touch one of my kids. 0.99

00:54:39.980 Because I don't play it by mine.

00:54:42.180 And never have.

00:54:43.120 And if you've been around for a while, you know that.

00:54:45.700 Baby, I've written a manifesto up here on what I would do.

00:54:50.220 Okay, I can see your manifesto has gotten you far in life.

00:54:53.580 This is the same group of teachers, may I remind you, Batya, that during the COVID pandemic,

00:54:57.280 made their case that they could not possibly return to school to teach the children they allegedly love so much.

00:55:02.700 And the way they wanted to express it was through my very favorite video of all time, Interpretive Dance.

00:55:08.920 Here it is.

00:55:09.340 Make it make sense.

00:55:16.360 Okay.

00:55:17.720 Safety.

00:55:18.400 But I guess tough guys like this.

00:55:20.660 Is essential.

00:55:21.200 Have a plan to take on ice and make them see God.

00:55:24.580 Keep our students.

00:55:25.520 Or they touch one of those children.

00:55:27.760 And just for added perfection.

00:55:31.300 Just added perfection.

00:55:32.720 This is just the same way you have with like J-Lo and others who are campaigning for Kamala and Kamala herself.

00:55:38.200 Every once in a while, this teacher who's sounding just like you or I do starts to slip into her.

00:55:47.500 I have a plan.

00:55:49.060 You don't think I have a plan?

00:55:50.220 Like, I don't know if it's Latina or what it is, but it's some sort of fake ethical appropriation by these teachers.

00:55:59.480 Just so they sound like they have credibility.

00:56:01.600 I have a plan.

00:56:03.300 Could you just the acting on display today?

00:56:06.980 It's a lot.

00:56:08.000 I guess we better buckle up and get used to it.

00:56:09.900 Your thoughts.

00:56:10.280 I mean, the grunting and the acting and the laughing.

00:56:16.220 Like, it's clear that this is some sort of sexual fantasy these people have of these ICE agents coming in and them getting into this brawl and this protection of their students.

00:56:27.880 And I really want to ask them, why do you not care about the students of yours who have been totally shortchanged by the millions and millions of dollars that are going into ESL to educate students who are not American citizens?

00:56:43.780 Where is the compassion and the empathy for the Black students who are paying the highest price?

00:56:51.240 Because, of course, they always drop these kids in the worst performing, poorest neighborhoods.

00:56:56.960 Where kids who are already getting shortchanged and short shrifted on education are forced to bear the burden of the pieties of these actors and performers. 0.77

00:57:08.820 It's so disgusting.

00:57:10.800 And, of course, you know, we talk about this a lot on your show, Megan.

00:57:14.080 Like, these people are enforcing their open borders woke agenda because they are not themselves paying the price.

00:57:23.760 It's the opposite.

00:57:24.580 The elites have been lining their pockets with the proceeds of this mass migration because it is not them who have to pay for it.

00:57:33.700 They, in fact, are the consumers of illegal labor.

00:57:36.840 And so they show up as if they are the ones with the higher moral high ground and the pieties and the virtue when actually what they have done is wage class warfare on much poorer Americans

00:57:51.560 And working class Americans who are struggling to give their children the American dream and can't because Joe Biden and Kamala Harris and the Democrats writ large have imported 15 million people to jump the line and take that American dream from them.

00:58:07.140 And it is just so unbelievably amazing to see a president show up and say, you don't have to live like this.

00:58:15.620 You are not alone.

00:58:16.620 You are not alone.

00:58:18.180 And the fact that so many Americans are being represented by Donald Trump, that's really where his power comes from.

00:58:24.740 The fact that this is wildly popular proposals and policies that have purchased not just with Republicans, but also with the vast majority of Democrats. 0.95

00:58:35.820 I'll just say one more thing, Megan, I have never seen a person like Tom Homan show up so ready and eager to do the job, so qualified from day one with a smile on his face because he doesn't care about the lies they're going to throw at him and the pieties and the garbage that they're going to spout. 0.97

00:58:59.080 He knows that he knows that he, like President Trump, is representing the best interests of this country and he's going to do it with a smile no matter what they throw at him.

00:59:09.380 That man is a hero and he is so the perfect person for the job, just like President Trump.

00:59:15.100 So true.

00:59:16.020 I showed this to Steve.

00:59:17.300 I don't know if you've seen it, but Selena Gomez is a great example of it. 1.00

00:59:20.480 422 followers on Instagram, 422 million followers on Instagram.

00:59:25.780 And first of all, she's the one who starred in that Emilia Perez, which is up for 13 Academy Awards, who's pushing the trans nonsense on Americans and American youth. 0.94

00:59:36.520 I mean, I wonder if she's got a thought for what happens to American youth who gets pushed into this when really all they had was like some family dysfunction and absolutely no gender confusion.

00:59:45.540 But they get caught in this cult that has taken over, especially with young girls.

00:59:49.400 Where's her empathy for them?

00:59:51.120 It's not present.

00:59:52.020 She just wants to be part of the people who push it.

00:59:54.600 But she, whatever.

00:59:56.000 So she decides to go on Instagram and cry tears about, oh my God, all the illegal children, I guess, who might be subject to deportation.

01:00:05.860 Here it is.

01:00:08.580 I just want to say that I'm so sorry.

01:00:14.280 Only people are getting attacked.

01:00:17.840 The children.

01:00:18.640 The children.

01:00:22.020 They don't understand.

01:00:25.400 They're so sorry.

01:00:27.080 I wish I could do something, but they can't.

01:00:30.080 I don't know what to do.

01:00:33.220 I'll try everything.

01:00:34.920 I promise.

01:00:36.000 I, it's, she deleted it after her fans taught her that the majority of the country stands behind these policies, Bhatia, but I'm sure she was shocked to get any blowback whatsoever.

01:00:53.120 This, who is she weeping for the rapists and murderers who are being deported because that's all they've come for so far.

01:01:04.020 Let's just be clear.

01:01:04.980 They have started with murderers and rapists.

01:01:09.200 Those are my people.

01:01:11.040 Why are her people not the victims of the murderers and the rapists, be they migrant victims of murderers and rapists or American victims of murderers and rapists? 0.97

01:01:23.580 What is wrong with this person that she can look at the scum of the earth that Donald Trump is getting out of this country and repatriating where they came from and say, everything is going poorly for my people. 0.98

01:01:39.140 That is woke mindset. 0.98

01:01:41.120 You look at the color of the skin rather than the actions, rather than is this person good or evil?

01:01:49.260 They are evil and she is weeping for them.

01:01:53.020 It's so sad, Megan.

01:01:54.480 This woman is the victim of, on the one hand, mass misinformation. 0.96

01:01:59.100 By the way, the only people left watching the mainstream media, reading the New York Times and watching MSNBC and CNN are rich people like her who are totally out of touch 0.50

01:02:07.860 and don't have a single working class person to tell them, actually, no, those are not our people.

01:02:14.300 But OK, you know, it's the mass information and then a mental health crisis that is like really, really, really deeply, deeply embedded.

01:02:23.160 I saw a tweet the other day about some guy who's tweeting, if my MAGA family comes to me for help, if they're starving in the street, I won't help them.

01:02:30.660 That's the combination of mass psychosis from misinformation, from the mainstream liberal media and a mental health crisis where people are so embedded in these narratives that they cannot tell right from wrong.

01:02:44.940 They have lost their humanity.

01:02:47.160 I mean, to weep over murderers and rapists.

01:02:51.100 It really my heart goes out to her because this person is so lost.

01:02:55.500 She's unwell.

01:02:57.000 Obviously, this is an unwell person.

01:02:58.600 There's been, you know, some stories about that kind of thing. 0.93

01:03:01.440 And by the way, anybody, anybody who takes their phone, works up the tears and posts a video of themselves crying into their phone is sick. 0.99

01:03:11.000 That's a sick person. 0.96

01:03:12.880 Tears happen. 0.86

01:03:14.300 They tend to happen privately.

01:03:15.620 If they happen publicly, I think you should quickly move on and recover.

01:03:19.800 But I don't understand the person who works it and tries to squeeze out more tears to make themselves look extra sad.

01:03:26.960 I'm really sad.

01:03:27.960 I know I have hundreds of millions, but I hate this country.

01:03:32.100 You mentioned the crazy liberal media and J.D. Vance sat down with Margaret Brennan at CBS News, among other many failed avenues of attack that led to,

01:03:44.220 I don't care, Margaret, the now famous line by J.D. Vance, they had this attack on why we haven't solved all the economic problems of the country in Trump's first five days.

01:03:55.860 She's very confused.

01:03:57.300 Watch.

01:04:00.220 You campaigned on lowering prices for consumers.

01:04:03.740 We've seen all of these executive orders.

01:04:05.860 Which one lowers prices?

01:04:07.380 We have done a lot, and there have been a number of executive orders that have caused already jobs to start coming back into our country,

01:04:15.760 which is a core part of lowering prices.

01:04:18.020 More capital investment, more job creation in our economy is one of the things that's going to drive down prices for all consumers,

01:04:24.520 but also raise wages so that people can afford to buy the things that they need.

01:04:29.060 If you look at our slate of executive orders.

01:04:31.980 No, Margaret, prices are going to come down, but it's going to take a little bit of time, right?

01:04:36.360 The president has been president for all of five days.

01:04:39.800 I think that in those five days, he's accomplished more than Joe Biden did in four years. 0.99

01:04:45.180 I have to be honest, I'm shocked at the level of stupidity that is masquerading as some tough anchor on these network Sunday shows. 1.00

01:04:55.740 This is what a pathetic attempted takedown. 1.00

01:04:59.300 So prices aren't going to come down. 0.97

01:05:00.900 Where's the executive order that's going to kill Joe Biden's inflation?

01:05:04.240 Aha, got you there.

01:05:06.360 This is I'm embarrassed for her.

01:05:09.260 I know it's so sad.

01:05:10.620 I mean, first of all, drill, baby, drill is going to bring down the price of groceries.

01:05:14.120 It's not going to be immediate, but it's going to happen soon because, of course, energy is a huge component.

01:05:19.100 When it comes to the cost of groceries, you have the energy that it costs to grow things, to harvest them, to take care of livestock, and then to transport stuff.

01:05:30.060 To transport them.

01:05:30.800 You know, God willing, there will be an end to the war in Ukraine soon.

01:05:34.500 That, too, will help bring down the cost of groceries undeniably.

01:05:37.780 Yeah, he didn't accomplish it in the first week, but it will happen.

01:05:40.320 You know, the thing that J.D. Vance said that was the most important thing is about wages.

01:05:45.320 Inflation is terrible, but it is absolutely crushing the working class most of all because their wages have not kept up with inflation, which means that their money that they work so hard for is not equal to the task of feeding their families anymore.

01:06:03.140 Every single one of Donald Trump's economic executive orders was targeted specifically at raising the wages of working class people, which will put more money in their pockets to buy those groceries.

01:06:18.980 Now, to rich people in the mainstream liberal media, this is invisible to them because they don't know working class people and they themselves make so much money that they don't understand what it would mean for your wages to not keep up with inflation.

01:06:32.140 They don't understand how tariffs are the most beautiful word in the English language, not just to Donald Trump, but to working class people who know that what a tariff does is it makes their labor more competitive to an employer because we're not in a race to the bottom against Chinese slaves. 0.53

01:06:51.220 They know that controlling the border and the face of Tom Homan means that there's going to be less competition for their job in the marketplace, which is immediately going to give them more power to ask for higher wages from their employer.

01:07:06.580 This is all stuff that is invisible to rich people and is unbelievably important to working class people.

01:07:13.820 And it is literally the only thing Donald Trump cares about is he wants a strong economy which will make working class people have access once again to the American dream.

01:07:24.200 And it is so clear how everything from the tariffs to the trade to the immigration to the giving is telling any company you bring your company back here to America.

01:07:34.060 You're going to get 15 percent corporate tax rate, the lowest in the world.

01:07:37.560 This is all designed to raise the wages of working class people, people who work with their hands for a living, people who work in agriculture, people who work in the service industry.

01:07:49.920 He's going to get rid of the foreign competition from illegal migrants. 1.00

01:07:53.820 He's going to get rid of the foreign competition from China and its slave labor. 1.00

01:07:57.880 And this is going to make them have more power in the marketplace. 0.97

01:08:02.480 This is how you restore the American dream.

01:08:05.300 And to the leftist elites, it's utterly invisible.

01:08:08.780 And they do not matter, Megan, because the people who matter are the American people.

01:08:14.160 This was the mandate they gave Trump.

01:08:16.200 And in one week, he has made good on it.

01:08:20.260 Oh, that's so well said.

01:08:21.740 It's so true. 0.84

01:08:22.400 When we went back at one point and pulled the home that Martha Raddatz lives in,

01:08:27.740 and it is this palatial estate right outside of Washington, D.C., it's spectacular.

01:08:34.860 I guarantee Margaret Brennan, same.

01:08:37.240 They make millions of dollars and apparently have no relatives who are working class or connected with the working class

01:08:43.740 because they seem to have lost all connection to regular people who don't live like that

01:08:49.660 and who actually do live paycheck to paycheck, as the vast majority of Americans do.

01:08:54.080 We are going to talk about California, but I saw you tweeting about North Carolina.

01:08:59.500 And before Trump went out to California, he did what Joe Biden forgot to do,

01:09:04.880 which is show some empathy and caring for the victims of Hurricane Helene still suffering in North Carolina,

01:09:11.540 where he swung by with a spectacular first lady and decided to shine a spotlight on the people who still have not recovered

01:09:19.080 and cannot get payments from insurers out there.

01:09:21.480 He actually had people come to the microphone and talk about their experience with these insurance companies.

01:09:28.600 Here's a little bit of that in SOP 3.

01:09:31.060 We had to do mold mitigation on our home, which is extremely expensive,

01:09:34.680 before the structural engineer even came out in order to get our flood payout.

01:09:40.000 And to me, that was not really acceptable.

01:09:43.600 Has the insurance company been responsive or not live?

01:09:46.420 Not so much.

01:09:47.780 Are they going to give you the money they have to give you?

01:09:53.480 I'm hoping so.

01:09:55.400 And we need some assistance with that.

01:09:57.700 We reached out to an attorney.

01:09:58.800 What's the name of the insurance company?

01:10:00.520 North Carolina Farm Bureau.

01:10:04.320 We're going to move them, right?

01:10:05.560 Yep.

01:10:05.900 That's terrible.

01:10:06.700 That's what we're after here.

01:10:07.820 Are a lot of people having a problem, too, with insurance companies, general?

01:10:11.400 Or different insurance companies?

01:10:13.820 And they're all difficult or just the one particular one?

01:10:17.900 I've heard different stories from others.

01:10:19.540 It's amazing, Bhatia, because Trump easily could have gotten all that information from his team.

01:10:26.140 There was a reason he was having these people come up to the microphone and tell their stories personally.

01:10:33.060 And, you know, I look at these folks and I see a ton of folks just like those in the neighborhoods that I grew up in.

01:10:39.800 And that I see when I go back home, even now, you know, people who are not highfalutin, they're not fancy.

01:10:47.200 You know, they got the baseball cap on and the old guy with the long gray hair.

01:10:51.920 And the one guy holding his little daughter or son, couldn't tell the gender of the kid.

01:10:56.060 He was bouncing as he was trying to tell his story.

01:10:58.580 And this is salt of the earth America.

01:11:00.780 And Trump does not have to inject himself into this neighborhood at all.

01:11:04.980 He is trying to call attention to the plight of these Americans who are still suffering, even though, with all due respect to our friends in California, they're not from the Pacific Palisades or Malibu.

01:11:20.140 Yeah, exactly.

01:11:20.980 I'm going to try not to go Selena Gomez on you because I, like many of my followers, got very emotional watching that press conference to see a president decide that what he's going to do with the power of his office.

01:11:34.980 Is show up and give his platform to the forgotten, literally the forgotten men and women of America, the backbone of this country, the hardest working people who have been utterly, utterly forgotten by both parties.

01:11:48.620 And then to name and shame the insurance companies that are stiffing them.

01:11:55.760 There is not another politician who I could think of who would do this.

01:12:01.680 This is a person whose heart just bleeds for the American people.

01:12:06.740 This was one of the most astonishing things I've ever seen in my entire life as a journalist, as an American.

01:12:13.980 It was absolutely astonishing.

01:12:18.040 You could see the love that went back and forth between the president and these people.

01:12:22.280 These are the people that he was elected to serve.

01:12:24.960 And this was his first stop on his way, as you say, Megan, to go and speak to and help the much more affluent people in California.

01:12:33.280 This is a man who intends to be the president of every American, whether you're a broke person in Appalachia or ripped rich person in California.

01:12:42.000 He's going to show up and simply demand better for you, telegraph the singular message.

01:12:50.580 You are not alone because I am here.

01:12:54.560 I never thought I would see something like this.

01:12:57.340 There's something about it that is just unbelievably humbling and pure and godly.

01:13:03.840 And it just it really it brings tears to my eyes.

01:13:06.480 I don't quite know how to process what we are seeing here, because I don't think it's something any of us expected to see and pay close attention to which Democrats recognize this, that there is something happening here to us as a nation.

01:13:22.420 We are coming together in a way that Donald Trump promised we would.

01:13:26.880 He kept saying they kept accusing him.

01:13:28.520 He's going to do revenge.

01:13:29.500 He's going to do this.

01:13:30.400 He's going to do that.

01:13:31.020 And he said, our success will be our retribution.

01:13:35.480 And that is what we are seeing right now.

01:13:38.100 It is extraordinary.

01:13:40.520 It's extraordinary to see this happening, especially between a Republican and the working class of America, which is, you know, traditionally not the group that would run in to vote for a Republican.

01:13:50.360 You know, my mom is a lifetime nurse. 0.98

01:13:54.100 Now she's a retired nurse who spent her career at the V.A. 1.00

01:13:57.400 And after my dad died, you know, a long time ago, 1985, she married a plumber.

01:14:04.040 He his kids became a police officer and a nurse.

01:14:08.720 Right.

01:14:09.240 This is not like this, not like a rich family.

01:14:11.980 And for the first time, my mom sounds like a Republican.

01:14:17.140 My mom.

01:14:17.900 I hope she doesn't mind me revealing my mom voted for Trump.

01:14:21.280 And it's not because of me.

01:14:23.160 My mom has voted Democrat her entire life. 1.00

01:14:25.160 She's 83 because of that, Batya, because she's picking up what he's putting down. 0.95

01:14:30.820 Like she sees what he's doing.

01:14:32.580 She feels heard by him.

01:14:34.200 She's living.

01:14:35.100 Yes, of course, I help her.

01:14:36.140 But she like all pride people, prideful people in their 80s does not want my money. 0.95

01:14:40.860 She wants to live on her retirement. 0.99

01:14:42.740 You know, she earned it and all that. 0.60

01:14:43.860 And she sees what's happening with the inflation and her the money.

01:14:46.760 And so like that's what caused her to open her mind to Trump after a lifetime of being

01:14:52.780 told by my Nana, who passed in 2016 at one hundred and one Republicans are for rich people

01:14:59.660 and they're starting to see with Trump.

01:15:02.200 That's no longer true.

01:15:05.740 Yes, absolutely.

01:15:06.800 And I think, you know, the fact that the media is trying to run the 2016 playbook and sitting

01:15:13.340 there weeping and in tears over murderers and rapists, it's falling so flat, especially

01:15:21.440 in light of what you just said, Megan.

01:15:23.400 Your mom was one of millions of Americans who were Democrats a year ago, two years ago, 0.80

01:15:31.040 five years ago, 15 years ago, who have found in the MAGA movement specifically a home, this

01:15:38.440 glorious multiracial, multiethnic working class coalition, thanks to Donald Trump and 0.51

01:15:44.380 honestly, Steve Bannon, who played a huge role in this in explaining to people what was

01:15:50.640 happening here, that this is not white nationalism.

01:15:53.680 This is nationalism.

01:15:55.960 This is love of country.

01:15:58.060 This is regular folks, not fancy folks, average, hardworking people who have been screwed over

01:16:06.000 again and again and again, put last again and again and again, and then smeared as racists

01:16:14.960 for daring to want a better future for their children.

01:16:18.520 This is who Donald Trump represents.

01:16:21.480 And because of this glorious coming together on November 5th, it is no longer possible for

01:16:26.940 the media and the Democrats to get away with lying on him and smearing him.

01:16:32.080 When they lie about him, they are lying about the American people and the American people know

01:16:37.200 that.

01:16:37.700 So they just can't get away with it anymore.

01:16:39.820 We're really about to enter a glorious new golden era of unity and common ground and coming

01:16:46.060 together around common sense values that this country was built on.

01:16:51.500 The idea that you owe something to your neighbor first, that we owe something to our citizens.

01:16:58.240 It has to mean something to be an American.

01:17:01.620 You can't just give that away to rapists and murderers from Columbia and expect the American 1.00

01:17:08.260 people to just take that.

01:17:09.980 We're done with that.

01:17:11.900 So, so good.

01:17:13.400 And unlike the left, President Trump's party does include the well-off.

01:17:19.580 He did go then to the Pacific Palisades and Malibu and work hard to try to figure out how

01:17:26.300 to help those people too, unlike the left, which demonizes one side or the other, right? 0.93

01:17:30.980 It's either like a bunch of country bumpkin losers who just live in flyover country and 0.99

01:17:35.420 are too dumb to understand what's best for them or they, the rich don't pay their fair 1.00

01:17:40.860 share and we need more from them. 1.00

01:17:42.900 Like the AOCs, Trump is finding a way to just bring everyone together.

01:17:47.600 The only people not in his coalition are the people who refuse to be in it because of their

01:17:52.580 far left woke ideology that won't let them see what's, what's, what he's offering, right?

01:17:59.320 What, what's happening right now in the country.

01:18:01.620 Um, the, not everybody felt about Trump's visit to North Carolina the way we did.

01:18:07.260 Not everybody was inspired by what he did this past week.

01:18:09.980 Um, one of the things he said was he's got questions about whether FEMA should continue

01:18:14.980 as an ongoing concern and what, or whether states should be encouraged to save and somehow

01:18:21.200 find a way to address disaster management on a more local level.

01:18:26.260 And here is how, was it Margaret Brennan, uh, responding to that?

01:18:31.940 Yeah.

01:18:32.440 Back to Margaret.

01:18:33.580 She's the star of our show today.

01:18:35.340 Stop 14.

01:18:36.800 You know, FEMA has specialized expertise that some of these states just don't have in their

01:18:41.580 arsenal.

01:18:41.980 And I wish that they states who are, who are lower income states, the Mississippis, the 1.00

01:18:47.640 Kentuckys, the Alabamas be able to do this for themselves without federal help. 0.58

01:18:52.380 Well, the president to be clear is not saying we're going to leave anybody behind.

01:18:55.700 He's saying that in the way that we administer these resources, some of which is coming from

01:19:00.040 the federal level, some of which is coming from the state level.

01:19:02.280 We've got to get the bureaucrats out of the way and get the aid to the people who need

01:19:06.340 it most. 1.00

01:19:06.940 But these are the, but they're just, they're too dumb and too poor, Mr. Vice President 1.00

01:19:13.340 to fend for themselves. 1.00

01:19:16.600 And it's so backwards.

01:19:17.720 Of course, you look at the people at that press conference in North Carolina.

01:19:20.760 These are the kind of people who help their neighbors who have been helping their neighbors,

01:19:24.140 keeping people afloat, um, when the government didn't step in and do it for them.

01:19:28.360 Um, you know, I, I've been obviously super critical of certain aspects of Elon Musk and

01:19:33.260 Doge and what have you, but the idea that some massive government bureaucracy that has

01:19:37.740 failed time and again to equitably distribute aid to the people who most need it knows better

01:19:44.160 what's good for these people than they do themselves is just laughable.

01:19:48.200 And you saw in California how exactly like you said, Megan, Donald Trump was speaking up

01:19:53.720 for people who just wanted to go home and use their own money and try to find their precious

01:20:01.320 belongings that they could salvage, try to clear whatever it is. 0.65

01:20:05.100 They want to use their own money to do it.

01:20:06.880 And the government was literally getting involved in Karen Bass, not giving them permits to do

01:20:11.760 this.

01:20:12.120 And all Donald Trump said was, why can't they do it?

01:20:15.740 And she goes, oh, well, they can do it in a week.

01:20:17.700 Well, a week is a very long time.

01:20:19.760 I mean, this is just, this is what he's doing.

01:20:21.920 He is showing up and saying exactly what you wish you could say, but you can't because

01:20:27.700 you have not been given a voice and you have not been given the right to do that.

01:20:31.160 The most obvious commonsensical thing to help people who are suffering.

01:20:37.460 There you've got the Mississippi governor, Tate Reeves coming out on X saying hilarious

01:20:42.940 elitism by Margaret Brennan and CBS News claiming that Mississippians know less about emergency

01:20:50.380 management than DC bureaucrats, all because her favorite Democrats in California and North

01:20:56.420 Carolina have failed their constituents.

01:20:59.380 Very interesting.

01:21:00.580 I mean, she just can't trust me.

01:21:02.580 I've worked in the mainstream media.

01:21:04.760 She can't fathom that these, the locals down in places like Mississippi could ever help themselves.

01:21:13.080 That's how she sees them.

01:21:14.660 That's honestly, I guarantee you that's how she sees them.

01:21:17.340 And she thinks that's what makes her a good person.

01:21:20.160 She thinks like her inability to see them as capable of managing money, of managing an

01:21:26.240 emergency is what makes her their benevolent saint, right?

01:21:30.840 She's going to pressure J.D.

01:21:32.660 Vance to keep the FEMA federal bureaucrats in charge of their wellness because they're too 1.00

01:21:37.340 dumb to do it themselves. 1.00

01:21:38.860 It's like, it's dripping out of her pores. 1.00

01:21:41.620 All right.

01:21:41.920 Let's meander westward like Trump did out to California.

01:21:44.520 And may I just say about the trip out west by the president and the first lady, number

01:21:48.680 one, we have entered the dawn of a hot first lady and we deserve this.

01:21:56.440 We deserve an amazingly gorgeous first lady who's bringing style back to the job. 1.00

01:22:02.760 Look at her in her green puffy coat, her tight jeans, her boots, her black beanie and her 1.00

01:22:09.040 aviators with their perfect lips, lipstick and hair.

01:22:11.460 Trump, here he is on the helicopter.

01:22:15.060 But when he is on Air Force One, he is using the big boy steps.

01:22:20.740 We've seen the return of a hot first lady and the return of the big boy steps to Air Force 1.00

01:22:25.800 One, Batya. 0.95

01:22:26.700 And this is the first couple we deserve.

01:22:29.680 So they travel out west in style like grownups.

01:22:33.540 And by the way, Melania Trump was seen speaking to victims, I can't remember whether it was

01:22:38.980 North Carolina or California, of one of those two tragedies in her native tongue in two different

01:22:44.620 foreign languages.

01:22:45.600 She's reportedly fluid in six foreign languages, but the New York Times dismissed her as a mannequin.

01:22:51.140 Anyway, they go out there and Trump picks a fight with Mayor Karen Bass, which was absolutely

01:22:57.540 beautiful.

01:22:58.520 This soundbite's a little long, but watch it play out.

01:23:01.660 They're arguing over how long it's going to take to clean up the fire damage in places

01:23:07.340 like the Pacific Palisades.

01:23:08.640 So just so people can get back on their properties and get what might still be there, which there

01:23:14.440 is in some cases some debris that's salvageable.

01:23:17.700 See the damage, you know, survey what's left so they can figure out their next move.

01:23:23.140 None of that's being allowed.

01:23:24.240 Watch.

01:23:24.480 But we are going to move as fast as we can, but we want you to be safe and we want you

01:23:31.500 to be back in your homes immediately.

01:23:34.100 But the people are willing to clean out their own debris.

01:23:36.760 It doesn't cost a lot.

01:23:37.380 Yes, and they can.

01:23:38.280 You should let them do it because by the time you hire contractors, it's going to be two

01:23:42.680 years.

01:23:43.440 You can do some of it, but a lot of these people, I know that guy right there that's

01:23:46.780 talking.

01:23:47.640 I know my people.

01:23:49.020 You'll be on that thing tonight throwing the stuff away and your site will be, it'll look

01:23:53.080 perfect within 24 hours.

01:23:54.800 And that's what he wants to do.

01:23:55.960 He doesn't want to wait around for seven months till the city hires some demolition

01:24:00.120 contract that's going to charge him $25,000 to do his lot.

01:24:04.780 I think you have to, you have emergency powers just like I do, and I'm exercising my emergency

01:24:10.920 powers.

01:24:11.840 You have to exercise them also.

01:24:13.520 I did exercise them.

01:24:14.800 Because I looked, I mean, you individuals want to clear out their property, they can.

01:24:21.340 That's not true.

01:24:22.420 Yes, but you know that you will be able to go back soon.

01:24:27.000 We think within a week.

01:24:29.240 That's a long time a week.

01:24:32.920 I'll be honest.

01:24:33.640 To me, everyone's standing in front of their house.

01:24:36.120 They want to go to work and they're not allowed to do it.

01:24:38.020 The people are all over the place.

01:24:39.880 They're standing.

01:24:40.660 And I say, Warren, you're going in.

01:24:42.040 We're trying to get a permit.

01:24:43.580 And the permit's going to take them.

01:24:45.400 Everybody said 18 months.

01:24:46.920 You said 18 months.

01:24:48.480 You said 18 months.

01:24:49.780 Let me tell you something, Badia.

01:24:52.500 My dear friend, whose house burned down in the Pacific Palisades, she's my one woke friend,

01:24:57.700 but she's like, she's sane.

01:24:59.680 You know, she's, I adore her.

01:25:02.440 She wanted to get back into her house.

01:25:04.060 You know why?

01:25:04.660 Because they have these little heart rocks that she and her kids have been collecting

01:25:09.600 since the kids were babies.

01:25:11.380 You know, whatever place they went, they'd get the little, if they find a rock that looks

01:25:15.280 like a heart, they collected it and they had it in a jar and it was on top of the mantle

01:25:19.200 at the fireplace and they all really thought it could still be there.

01:25:22.760 Like that's one thing that might not have burned and it would give the girl something

01:25:26.080 to have.

01:25:26.900 And nope, no, no, you can't get anywhere.

01:25:30.380 Well, you know what?

01:25:31.160 She scaled a wall and she got in in a full hazmat outfit, but she managed to do it.

01:25:35.940 And she had to counter man the, the, the orders.

01:25:39.360 They were not letting her in.

01:25:40.720 She just did it.

01:25:41.760 And it's because of Karen Bass and this nonsense. 0.86

01:25:44.200 You can't get in.

01:25:44.900 There's a video in the Daily Mail today of a guy saying, I just want to drive by.

01:25:48.600 And you've got the, the soldiers or whoever's patrolling the area saying, we're not allowed.

01:25:53.720 LAPD is not allowing us let anybody in there.

01:25:56.280 There's Trump with a hefty dose of common sense saying, just let them in.

01:26:01.220 A week is too long.

01:26:02.580 Some of the stuff will spoil if it managed to survive.

01:26:04.980 And the 18 months that they were arguing over, that's on camera too.

01:26:08.560 It is, I'll just show you this soundbite quickly.

01:26:10.520 The LA Director of Public Works, Mark Pastrella, told Karen Bass and council members within the past week that it's going to take 18 months to clear the debris.

01:26:23.180 Now she sits there at that meeting with Trump and says it's not true.

01:26:26.280 That her Director of Public Works says it is.

01:26:28.500 Here it is.

01:26:28.880 We know that the first phase takes, take, will take some time.

01:26:34.640 Phase one will take up to three months, maybe even longer, six months to get the toxics off.

01:26:39.880 At the same time that that is occurring, we'll be coming behind you with the process of debris removal.

01:26:45.180 The debris removal can take up to 18 months, supervisor.

01:26:47.980 And I'm going to stop there because I want to make sure everybody hears that clearly.

01:26:53.840 I know we want to set expectations.

01:26:55.200 And I said at the beginning, I'm going to tell you what I know, what I know.

01:26:58.580 We heard it clearly.

01:26:59.760 Two years until these people get their property back.

01:27:04.200 What do you think?

01:27:05.760 First of all, Megan, were the rocks there?

01:27:07.620 The heart rocks?

01:27:08.340 Did she find them?

01:27:09.080 Yes, they were there.

01:27:10.540 And she salvaged them.

01:27:12.180 But they were about to be carted away, I guess, within two years time by Karen Bass.

01:27:16.280 And, you know, her two-year plan to, you know, clear the area. 1.00

01:27:20.040 And it's like, look, if people want to go there and immerse themselves in toxins to try to salvage what they can, that's up to them.

01:27:27.060 Why is that not up?

01:27:28.380 It's like Big Brother tries to control everything.

01:27:31.780 They can do what my friend did, which is actually put on like a safety suit and a mask and risk it if it's really important to them.

01:27:40.080 But Big Sister thinks she knows better. 1.00

01:27:43.180 And the whole town is saying two years before you get your property back.

01:27:47.220 I honestly, watching Donald Trump sitting there and just calling her on her BS, I did not realize that a president could just do that, could just show up and say, that is not true.

01:28:02.660 I know it's not true.

01:28:04.260 Why don't you tell the truth now?

01:28:05.820 Why don't you change this policy?

01:28:07.240 It's the most radical thing.

01:28:10.980 And it's so obvious and so simple.

01:28:13.860 You know, if that is all he accomplishes, of course, we know he's doing much, much more than that.

01:28:17.800 But to just show up and say, I am going to be the accountability here.

01:28:22.220 This is utterly unacceptable.

01:28:24.960 Let these people into their homes.

01:28:26.760 Let's have a little common sense here.

01:28:28.260 Stop lying to me.

01:28:29.300 And it's so amazing how she says, you know, first she says they can go to their homes and he says, no, no, they can't.

01:28:34.980 And she says, well, they will be able to go to their homes.

01:28:37.320 Right.

01:28:37.680 The immediate follow up.

01:28:39.360 I mean, this is really and truly powerful, powerful stuff.

01:28:44.180 And you made the greatest point, which is whether you're broke in Appalachia or rich in California, Donald Trump wants you to thrive.

01:28:53.880 And that is what this presidency is going to be about.

01:28:56.460 There is somebody on X named Eric Matheny who tweeted out the following and I loved it.

01:29:02.920 I wrote it down. 0.99

01:29:04.120 Trump is governing like a man who has been shot, indicted, investigated and impeached and has zero fucks left to give. 0.99

01:29:12.380 It's glorious. 0.99

01:29:13.640 That's exactly right.

01:29:15.480 He's just he's saying it all.

01:29:17.980 So then, Bacia, he gets in into a back and forth with this California lawmaker named Brad Sherman, a dem who'd been giving him a hard time because Trump said, you know what?

01:29:29.120 We want to give you federal relief, but I want two conditions met before you get it.

01:29:33.440 And that is, number one, allow the water to flow to Southern California, like I've been saying for years, so we can be ensured that this this isn't going to happen again.

01:29:42.580 And number two, you should require voter I.D. in this state where they seem to have an allergy to voter I.D.

01:29:48.460 So he's getting all this blowback, like, how can you condition, you know, the aid on voter I.D.?

01:29:53.480 It's not fair.

01:29:54.200 And Brad gave him some guff about that earlier in the meeting.

01:29:56.860 And then this exchange happens where Trump had thoughts for Brad on the insurance situation out in California, SOT 7.

01:30:07.360 Mr. President, without your help, they're only going to get forty three thousand dollars from the federal government, even if they have a half.

01:30:14.240 Well, you know, you did something, Brad, with every insurance company in the country left California.

01:30:19.740 That's why you have no insurance, because you made it so impossible.

01:30:22.700 People that think like you made it so impossible.

01:30:26.300 And me, every insurance company.

01:30:30.060 I don't know.

01:30:30.700 I don't know.

01:30:31.500 I'll tell you about my thinking.

01:30:32.940 I've never seen a state where almost nobody has insurance.

01:30:37.380 Here's a little more in SOT 8.

01:30:39.360 They continue.

01:30:39.920 There will be more fires until we include in any disaster relief items which will prevent it or at least mitigate it from happening again.

01:30:51.760 So you're going to see us proposing.

01:30:53.640 This is a different guy.

01:30:54.280 Both of those.

01:30:55.200 Like, like water.

01:30:57.940 Little things like water.

01:30:59.700 You know, the party of common sense.

01:31:01.340 See, we're the, Brad, we're the party of common sense.

01:31:03.400 You're not, in all fairness.

01:31:05.540 Yes, sir.

01:31:05.940 We like water to put out fires.

01:31:07.500 It's really quite efficient.

01:31:08.580 Back to Brad.

01:31:10.960 But yeah, it, that's, we keep hearing that, the party of common sense.

01:31:15.240 And Batya, I, like, it's, for me, that really resonates, because that's kind of how I, I've seen myself in media for a while.

01:31:22.420 Like, I don't, I'm not F you in your bigoted charges.

01:31:26.960 I don't want boys in girls' sports. 1.00

01:31:30.000 That makes me commonsensical.

01:31:32.400 That's what that makes me, right?

01:31:33.520 Like, Trump's leaning into this, and he's 100% right, which is why he's got majority support on the immigration policies, on the trans policies.

01:31:41.960 Who the hell would disagree with, we need water to fight fires?

01:31:46.940 Absolutely.

01:31:47.740 You're totally right, Megan.

01:31:48.860 The common sense theme is such an important one here in terms of understanding where Trump is coming from.

01:31:55.660 I will disagree with that tweet just a little bit.

01:31:57.640 I don't think he's, he's governing like he has no F's to give.

01:32:01.400 I think he's governing like an assassin who spent the last four years developing a perfect plan and now is executing it executive order by executive order by executive order with a kind of confidence and a kind of sort of happy warrior attitude, knowing that he has the American people behind him.

01:32:24.320 And you're totally right.

01:32:25.520 You look at the polling and where Donald Trump is at, and whether it's immigration or tariffs or gender issues or even abortion, this is where most Americans are at.

01:32:38.320 The vast majority of Americans are in the sort of radical moderate middle.

01:32:44.340 So people are pretty pro-gay. 0.97

01:32:46.880 They're pro-gay marriage. 0.93

01:32:48.000 They really like, you know, Scott Bessent, the highest appointed gay out person in the history of this country, Trump appointee, right?

01:32:55.660 People like to see that, but they really don't like the trans agenda.

01:32:59.500 They really don't like it in schools.

01:33:01.240 They really don't like it in sports, right?

01:33:03.700 Common sense.

01:33:05.240 Treat every person with dignity.

01:33:07.160 Don't bring your mishigas into my child's classroom, right? 1.00

01:33:10.900 It's obvious, right? 0.99

01:33:12.900 Immigrants.

01:33:13.380 Yes, come here legally if you have something to contribute that we cannot get from somebody who's native born, sure. 0.94

01:33:20.520 But if there is a person being left in Appalachia, a brilliant child who's not getting an opportunity, or a kid in the inner city who's not getting access to that opportunity, how dare you?

01:33:30.740 The presumption that you're going to come and benefit from the glory of this nation when we haven't lifted up our own neighbors, forget about that.

01:33:39.840 Mass deportations.

01:33:40.860 You came here illegally. 0.98

01:33:41.920 You broke the law. 1.00

01:33:42.840 You are a criminal. 0.99

01:33:44.200 We don't owe you anything. 0.98

01:33:45.540 You don't have constitutional rights.

01:33:47.280 This is where the vast majority of Americans are at, and it is not an accident that it is where Donald Trump is at.

01:33:53.920 Yeah, get out. 0.73

01:33:55.340 I have to take a break, but a quick soundbite on Trump and his sense of humor, the happy warrior.

01:34:01.380 I saw something this weekend.

01:34:03.120 You almost never see Donald Trump laughing.

01:34:08.700 He smiles a lot.

01:34:09.940 He's very generous with the smile, but he almost never laughs.

01:34:13.380 It's actually kind of interesting.

01:34:14.940 I noticed it during the campaign when that hyena was on the other side with her very strange laugh at everything, the cackle, so bad that they had to reel it in, selling her never laugh.

01:34:23.440 Trump just naturally, he's not a laugher.

01:34:25.280 He's a more serious guy.

01:34:26.360 He's got a sense of humor, but he's just not, like, prone to laughter.

01:34:29.220 Well, it happened, and it actually was funny.

01:34:31.640 He was doing a bit on how he's returning phone calls of world leaders like that or calling or picking up the phone when they call, unlike Joe Biden.

01:34:38.980 And all these leaders are shocked that they've gotten him on the phone.

01:34:42.440 Watch.

01:34:43.680 Our country was on the verge of some of the very bad things, and bad things were happening.

01:34:48.420 And now there's light not only over America.

01:34:50.540 I've heard it from even our enemies.

01:34:52.180 They call up and they say, sir, we hate you.

01:34:55.480 We do hate you.

01:34:56.120 But there's light over the world right now. 0.80

01:34:57.840 They hate me.

01:34:59.400 Some of them hate me.

01:35:00.540 If they liked me, you got a problem, right?

01:35:02.760 I was told today by one of the big leaders of the world.

01:35:06.080 We'd call for a telephone call with the president of the United States a year ago.

01:35:11.440 And they'd say, we'd like to speak with, who is this?

01:35:14.920 It's the head of Germany, the head of, name it, the head of France, the name of any country.

01:35:23.060 It didn't matter.

01:35:24.380 He would never pick up the call the next month.

01:35:26.580 They're so used to this, right?

01:35:28.360 I say, no, I'll pick it up right now.

01:35:29.800 Is he on the phone?

01:35:30.400 Yeah, hello.

01:35:31.200 How you doing?

01:35:33.240 That's what, you know, get it over with, right?

01:35:37.740 Get it over with.

01:35:40.740 The only problem, they were so starved for love from the United States, I cannot get them

01:35:45.780 off the phone.

01:35:46.720 I can't get people, if you can't, I say, I have to go now, king, or I have to go now,

01:35:50.560 president.

01:35:52.320 But you can't get them off the phone.

01:35:53.780 They're starved for love, you know, for years they haven't spoken.

01:35:56.580 They didn't even know we had a president, if you want to know.

01:36:03.160 He's enjoying himself.

01:36:04.540 All right, more with Bhatia right after this.

01:36:06.200 Don't go away.

01:36:06.720 The IRS is the largest collection agency in the world, and it just stepped up enforcement

01:36:11.320 for 2025.

01:36:12.480 If you owe back taxes or have unfiled returns, don't wait for the IRS to come to you.

01:36:18.340 Simply avoiding your tax troubles is the worst thing you can do.

01:36:21.340 Getting ahead of this is the smart move, but you might not want to contact the IRS alone.

01:36:26.020 You could turn it over to the team at Tax Network USA.

01:36:29.220 Why?

01:36:30.060 Because not all tax resolution companies are the same.

01:36:32.860 Tax Network USA has a preferred direct line to the IRS, which means they know which agents

01:36:38.220 to deal with and which to avoid.

01:36:40.860 Tax Network USA has proven strategies that are designed to settle your tax problems in

01:36:44.960 your favor, whether you owe $10,000 or $10 million.

01:36:47.800 Their attorneys and negotiators have resolved over $1 billion in tax debt.

01:36:52.320 Speak with one of their strategists for free and stop the threatening letters, stop looking

01:36:56.720 over your shoulder, and put your IRS troubles behind you once and for all.

01:38:08.340 It was always shocking to see any celebrities come on, you know, Team Red.

01:38:15.480 We saw Vince Vaughn at the Trump Ball.

01:38:18.020 We had Snoop Dogg perform at the Crypto Ball.

01:38:21.720 And Jewel, the singer, performed at the RFKJ Maha Ball.

01:38:29.140 And she's already sorry she did it.

01:38:31.480 Look what she just posted. 0.98

01:38:32.380 As many of you know, I am a mental health advocate.

01:38:36.060 I believe I can help.

01:38:38.020 And if I believe I can help, I have to try.

01:38:42.140 And if I wait to try until I agree 100% with the people that might be willing to help me,

01:38:48.820 I'd never get off the bench.

01:38:50.360 I don't think that's how activism works.

01:38:52.420 I believe there are people in the new administration that are willing to help on this issue.

01:38:58.040 And I do not agree on all the politics.

01:39:04.060 And I am so sorry that I caused pain.

01:39:07.840 Especially in my LGBTQIA plus community.

01:39:10.980 Because you guys are treasures.

01:39:13.160 You make the world a better place.

01:39:15.520 And I really hope that we can push through our hurt

01:39:19.060 and move toward understanding on both sides.

01:39:28.860 It pains me and I am so sorry.

01:39:33.040 She's sorry.

01:39:34.180 Well, apology not accepted.

01:39:35.980 Her mentions, her responses are all like, 1.00

01:39:38.660 F you fascist. 0.99

01:39:40.820 Thoughts? 0.99

01:39:43.060 Honestly, what I think we're about to see

01:39:45.340 is what we're already starting to see a little bit in the liberal media. 0.91

01:39:49.060 These people are lemmings. 1.00

01:39:50.640 So Hollywood, the liberal media, 0.93

01:39:52.700 like everybody, nobody there has a spine.

01:39:55.820 Nobody has any ability to think independently.

01:39:58.020 They walk in lockstep like, you know,

01:40:00.420 like a flock of sheep or geese.

01:40:02.800 And I think we're about to see actually a big turnaround.

01:40:07.160 You're already seeing this.

01:40:08.420 If you turn on CNN,

01:40:09.780 like you'll frequently see people defending Trump.

01:40:12.080 It's amazing.

01:40:12.700 Like you haven't seen this in a decade.

01:40:14.860 And I think we're going to start seeing that in Hollywood as well. 0.99

01:40:17.360 People understand that the nation is just not there with all their garbage, 0.98

01:40:21.460 with the activists on the trans front and the open border front. 0.99

01:40:25.780 This is not where the nation is.

01:40:28.180 And I think that there is this sense already in Hollywood.

01:40:31.520 I mean, I'm sure a lot of these Hollywood stars losing their homes

01:40:34.180 and now having to face like totally disastrous Democrat leadership

01:40:37.820 is going to help a lot.

01:40:39.340 But already you saw at the Golden Globes,

01:40:41.140 there was a kind of almost humility.

01:40:42.760 There was no politicking.

01:40:44.540 They get it.

01:40:45.700 They understand that they are out of touch.

01:40:47.980 Their movies were, but their speeches were.

01:40:49.560 Yes, well, right.

01:40:50.760 I think we're going to see a big turnaround right now.

01:40:53.900 The lemmings are going to start following in the other direction. 1.00

01:40:56.460 That's my prediction.

01:40:57.500 I really hope Jules followers who supported her,

01:41:01.620 you know, performing at the RFKJ thing are speaking out as well

01:41:06.580 because there are a lot bigger numbers on this side

01:41:09.640 than they are on the other.

01:41:11.460 And so she really, I mean,

01:41:13.380 this is no time to pander to your leftist base.

01:41:16.740 Bhatia, a pleasure.

01:41:18.040 Thank you so much for being here.

01:41:19.660 Well, we have so much this week.

01:41:20.720 We've got Tulsi.

01:41:21.440 We've got RFKJ hearings.

01:41:22.960 As we pointed out with Steve, we got Kash Patel.

01:41:25.720 Buckle up, folks. 0.87

01:41:28.660 Thanks for listening to The Megyn Kelly Show. 0.94

01:41:30.540 No BS, no agenda, and no fear.

01:41:39.640 Thanks for listening to The Megyn Kelly Show. 0.94
