00:05:48.380 they assaulted law enforcement, even putting one member of law enforcement into the hospital,

00:05:53.260 trespassed on federal property, attacked law enforcement by blinding them with strobe lights

00:05:57.720 and blocked the entrance to the facility. The state of Oregon and city of Portland filing a lawsuit

00:06:03.560 on Sunday to stop the deployment. A hearing on the state's motion for a temporary restraining order,

00:06:09.080 or TRO, is set for Friday. Obama-appointed District Judge Michael Simon is overseeing the case.
