00:04:25.960 about the language that we've been using about the person of interest and such,

00:04:50.960 Law enforcement sources telling the New York Post earlier in the day
00:04:53.960 the person of interest was found in a hotel about half an hour away
00:04:58.620 with a revolver and a small handgun featuring a, quote,
00:05:02.960 unique laser light on the handgun, which sources say helped lead investigators to this person.
00:05:09.100 Authorities not going into specifics about what evidence may or may not have been recovered from the hotel.
00:05:15.980 Instead, Rhode Island Attorney General Peter Nerona offering this.
00:05:21.140 Certainly there was some degree of evidence that pointed to this individual,
00:05:25.820 but that evidence needed to be corroborated and confirmed.
00:05:29.580 And over the last 24 hours, leading into just very, very recently,
00:05:35.080 that evidence now points in a different direction.
00:05:38.040 So what that means is that this person of interest needs to be and should be released.
