Donald Trump is now officially a convicted felon. He's also our next president, so you should probably include that term in your celebratory smashes of the football on the left. Welcome to The Megyn Kelly Show, live on Sirius XM Channel 111 every weekday at New East.
00:00:12.120
Hey everyone, I'm Megyn Kelly. Welcome to The Megyn Kelly Show and happy Friday.
00:00:17.000
Well, the Democrats finally got what they wanted, or so they think.
00:00:20.780
Donald Trump is now officially a, quote, convicted felon.
00:00:23.520
He's also our next president, so you should probably include that term in your celebratory smashes of the football on the left.
00:00:34.080
I mean, great. And by the way, one of the reasons he is going to be our next president is because of all this nonsensical lawfare.
00:00:43.100
So go ahead. I think it's the ultimate Pyrrhic victory.
00:00:46.480
In a New York City courtroom this morning, Judge Juan Mershon handed down the sentence of an unconditional discharge to President Trump.
00:00:56.220
This means no jail time or any other punishment, and many believe the conviction will eventually be thrown out on appeal.
00:01:01.800
It will be thrown out on appeal. Mark my words. It's going to be thrown out on appeal.
00:01:07.420
It actually stands a very decent chance of being thrown out by the New York appellate court right above this guy, Mershon.
00:01:14.980
And I believe the New York State Court of Appeals, like this is eventually going away.
00:01:20.100
So enjoy it while you can. You can say convicted felon right after you refer to him as Mr. President.
00:01:25.800
And it will be a limited period of months, and then it will get reversed, and so will that label.
00:01:31.240
And you helped get him elected. So with this lawfare, I hope that makes you feel good at night.
00:01:37.380
Like, I'm not exactly sure why the Democrats feel so smug about this.
00:01:41.920
None of this stopped the prosecutor of Donald Trump in the New York State Supreme case, Joshua Steinglass, from droning on.
00:01:51.720
This man is ridiculous about just how terrible of a man he thinks Donald Trump is. Watch.
00:01:58.720
The defendant's conduct before, during, and after this trial also merits consideration.
00:02:07.080
Instead of preserving, protecting, and defending our constitutionally established system of criminal justice,
00:02:14.780
the defendant, the once and future president of the United States,
00:02:19.240
has engaged in a coordinated campaign to undermine its legitimacy.
00:02:23.220
Far from expressing any kind of remorse for his criminal conduct,
00:02:30.000
the defendant has purposefully bred disdain for our judicial institutions and the rule of law.
00:02:37.700
Such threats are designed to have a chilling effect,
00:02:42.420
to intimidate those who have the responsibility to enforce our laws.
00:02:47.760
Put simply, this defendant has caused enduring damage to public perception of the criminal justice system
00:02:56.720
and has placed officers of the court in harm's way.
00:03:01.200
Sentencing the defendant permits this court to enter judgment,
00:03:05.860
to cement the defendant's status as a convicted felon.
00:03:13.800
That the nerve of this guy to say it's Donald Trump who caused damage to the institution,
00:03:23.440
to the court, to the justice system, with his reaction to this case.
00:03:41.660
the absolute insulting joke of a proceeding that it was.
00:03:46.940
You caused the lack of trust in an institution that had been mostly previously respected.
00:03:54.680
Even President Biden, when he pardoned his son Hunter,
00:03:59.600
called out how he doesn't trust the justice system.
00:04:05.240
This whole thing was rushed to sentencing by a judge who was determined to be able to call Trump
00:04:16.260
Because it's been about politics from the start.
00:04:20.400
These losers wrapping themselves in sanctimony.
00:04:27.160
You know, the will of the jury must be, must be heard, must be done.
00:04:32.660
We, you know, who am I to interfere with the jury process?
00:04:37.960
Like, we just, you know, we're just like public service servants who have to do what the jury said.
00:04:48.060
You've been working hand in hand to make sure you could just get this label on him.
00:04:58.920
You desperately wanted it earlier so that maybe it could affect the election.
00:05:06.800
Even the left-wing media recognized that this case was a joke.
00:05:09.860
So you failed utterly in doing anything other than creating sympathy for Donald Trump and making yourselves look like idiots.
00:05:15.920
And then rather than just saying, like, let's walk it back.
00:05:23.080
You rushed to try to get this declaration as though it was going to be meaningful.
00:05:29.580
And it means nothing other than you've additionally irritated the next president.
00:05:38.520
And it probably created more sympathy for many people in looking at Trump, seeing how unfair this is.
00:05:44.120
You know, you got CNN's top legal analysts saying this whole thing is unconstitutional.
00:05:51.400
Okay, so it's not going well for you, Mr. Steinglass, or for you, Judge Mershon.
00:05:57.480
In addition to making this sentencing hearing happen, which didn't have to, and Steinglass and his boss, Alvin Bragg, pursuing it all the way up to the Supreme Court, because Trump tried to stop the sentencing, saying, for the same reasons you can't try a president for official acts because he's immune, thanks to that Supreme Court ruling.
00:06:16.640
You can't come after a president-elect like this and make him sit for sentencing.
00:06:20.460
He's got other things he's got to do for the nation.
00:06:22.300
And ultimately, the U.S. Supreme Court said in a ruling, no, we're going to let this play out.
00:06:30.300
It was Amy Coney Barrett and Chief Justice Roberts who did not side with the four other conservatives costing Trump that decision.
00:06:37.000
And she's getting more and more like Roberts every day, and that's not a good thing in any event.
00:06:44.140
So he had to sit for it, and he had to be sentenced.
00:06:46.540
But that's why they wanted it so desperately today.
00:06:50.800
Judge Mershon had said, I'm not going to impose jail time.
00:06:56.200
It's basically, I'm just going to slap him on the wrist.
00:06:57.520
The whole point of doing this was so that we can call him a convicted felon.
00:07:00.440
We really, really worked so hard to be able to call him a convicted felon.
00:07:07.940
Now, President Trump was allowed to appear over Zoom, which is unusual.
00:07:13.600
Thank you for accommodating the next president of the United States.
00:07:15.820
He's down there meeting with Zuckerberg and Bill Gates, all of whom have come in and bent the knee.
00:07:25.480
Jeff Bezos left his prostitute-looking wife for two minutes, or soon to be, to go over and bend the knee.
00:07:32.160
Have you seen the pictures of this woman down in St. Barrett?
00:07:42.060
He doesn't have a whole lot of shit ton of time to deal with you and your political theater.
00:07:46.780
But he appeared via Zoom, and then the judge did something he hasn't done before in this whole process, adding to the theater, which was he released the audio.
00:07:58.980
None of this thing was on camera or on audio, remember?
00:08:08.180
But today, Judge Mershon really, you know, he waxed poetic about the case from the bench.
00:08:17.420
And I think he knew he was going to say something truly profound that America would want to hear.
00:08:21.640
And maybe they'd want to hear Steinglass talk about what a shit Trump is and what, like, a really important case this was and how poorly the justice system has been treated by Trump.
00:08:37.900
Meantime, that included the audio of Donald Trump, who was participating in the whole thing from Florida, where he said that he is completely innocent and that this case was a political witch hunt from the start.
00:08:56.720
It was done to damage my reputation so that I'd lose the election.
00:09:07.160
They talked about business records and the business records were extremely accurately counted.
00:09:19.080
Never happened to any extent like this, but never happened in our country before.
00:09:24.060
And I'd just like to explain that I was treated very, very unfairly.
00:09:28.240
Judge Mershon, who, again, you know, he could have done this, not at all, could have done this with no audio, but or he could have done this if necessary after Trump's presidency.
00:09:44.440
He could have given the evil Trump who interfered with an election.
00:09:51.220
He made this from a stupid business records case in which he wrote down legal expenses for money he gave to a lawyer to make a nasty complainant go away.
00:10:02.960
They turned it from a business records case into a hush money case into a federal election interference case, one that the feds refused to bring.
00:10:14.300
He could have given him up to four years in prison.
00:10:19.340
The scheme that he was actually accused of, lying to the American public, committing fraud so that they wouldn't know what they were electing.
00:10:30.640
So, but if you follow their logic, he deserved four years in prison, right?
00:10:36.020
So why did we have a DA go in there and say, I consent that there should be no prison time?
00:10:43.180
They had to in order to get this thing held before the inauguration because they knew Trump would appeal it.
00:10:51.620
And one of the reasons the Supreme Court said, we're not going to hear this right now.
00:11:01.640
One of the reasons the Supreme Court said, we're not going to take it right now.
00:11:04.400
There's no urgency is because they said, look, the judge is telegraphing.
00:11:10.040
So that's why the prosecutor and the judge were both like, there'll be no prison time.
00:11:14.700
Please let us hold our hearing in which we get to label him.
00:11:22.860
OK, so he could have given him four years in prison.
00:11:28.400
And he he said he was distinguishing between Trump, the citizen and Trump, the president.
00:11:35.640
To be clear, the protections afforded the office of the president are not a mitigating factor.
00:11:44.640
However, they do not reduce the seriousness, seriousness of the crime or justify its commission in any way.
00:11:53.180
The protections are, however, a legal mandate, which pursuant to the rule of law, this court must respect and follow.
00:12:04.120
Therefore, this court has determined that the only lawful sentence that permits entry of a judgment of conviction without encroaching upon the highest office in the land is an unconditional discharge,
00:12:18.980
which the New York State legislature has determined is a lawful and permissible sentence for the crime of falsifying business records in the first degree.
00:12:28.680
Therefore, at this time, I impose that sentence to cover all 34 counts.
00:12:37.360
Sir, I wish you Godspeed as you assume your second term in office.
00:12:51.940
Joining me now to react to all of this is attorney and Rumble host, Viva Frye.
00:12:57.320
Selling a car privately can be a real headache.
00:13:01.340
Endless negotiations, paperwork hassles, but there's a better way to get your unused car off your hands.
00:13:08.240
For 30 years, Cars for Kids, that's cars with a K, has perfected the car donation process to make it truly effortless.
00:13:16.120
They will take your car in any condition, running or not, and turn it into funds for kids in need.
00:13:24.240
It takes just two minutes on the phone or at cars with a K for kids dot org slash MK to donate.
00:13:31.580
And they will take over from there, getting your car picked up as soon as the next day.
00:13:35.240
You will receive a vacation voucher and minimum tax deduction while supporting proven programs that help kids reach their full potential.
00:13:42.800
With over a million successful donations over three decades, Cars for Kids continues to be a trusted partner for car donors across the country.
00:14:02.720
Cars, F, with the number, with the numeral four, kids.
00:14:19.380
They turned what would otherwise have been a misdemeanor bookkeeping error, a time-barred misdemeanor,
00:14:25.540
into a 34-count felony charge indictment conviction to then give an unconditional discharge just so that they could call him a convicted felon.
00:14:38.560
The only reason he gave the unconditional discharge is because any other sanction would have been...
00:14:42.800
Obviously, immediately appealed or unenforceable because Trump takes office in a week and a half.
00:14:47.820
The only question now is, these scoundrels, what do they do with it?
00:14:50.960
Do they go for an impeachment 3.0 now that they actually have a crime to claim?
00:14:55.420
Is the high crime and misdemeanor to go impeach him a third time?
00:14:58.320
But it's corruption of the highest order, and you pointed it out.
00:15:02.760
The audacity of them to accuse Trump of being the one who discredited the legal system.
00:15:09.760
Darvo, deny attack, reverse victim and offender.
00:15:12.060
The victimizers pretending to be the victims and pretending that the victim is the one who caused the distrust in the system when it's everything that they have done from day one.
00:15:19.640
To make people realize, the legal system, at least in New York, is so corrupt, you've got to get your stuff and pack up and leave.
00:15:28.820
First of all, I love how you pronounce misdemeanor, misdemeanor, like it's a contestant in one of Trump's beauty contests.
00:15:39.220
That sounds like I'm misgendering the misdemeanor.
00:15:42.640
A misdemeanor sounds like a feminist demeanor contestant.
00:15:53.780
And they don't even know what they predicated the felony predicate acts on.
00:15:57.960
Like, you asked the jury, what did you convict him on?
00:16:04.660
But when the judge said, you don't even have to identify which of the underlying felonies this predicate act was based on,
00:16:12.540
you know that you're dealing with an outcome-driven process.
00:16:18.420
I just thought that that judge, and as much as he's an idiot, a totally corrupt hack,
00:16:22.360
whose daughter, worth mentioning every time we talk about him,
00:16:24.920
his daughter was fundraising off of this prosecution.
00:16:28.980
But I thought he had a little bit more savvy to say,
00:16:31.160
all right, after the Supreme Court came down and said you can't admit evidence that is a juice from presidential acts,
00:16:36.700
he would say, okay, I've got to vacate the verdict and blame the Supreme Court.
00:16:43.720
And in his ruling, he says, look, none of the evidence related to presidential acts
00:16:47.720
because it was all in furtherance of a private act of fraud.
00:16:51.260
But even if it were, he says, the error would be harmless because of the overwhelming evidence of guilt.
00:17:02.020
But I thought he would have the good sense to say, okay, I can vacate this verdict, save my own face on appeal because it will get overturned on appeal.
00:17:13.240
And Amy Coney Barrett, the turncoat that Robert Barnes on our show Sunday night, warned about.
00:17:19.640
And they say, because this corrupt hack of a judge undertook informally not to impose a prison sentence,
00:17:27.660
He could have given Trump money in that sentence, and they should not have allowed the judge to proceed with the sentencing.
00:17:33.300
The Supreme Court should have stepped in here to say, this is not going to happen.
00:17:37.040
We just issued a ruling on presidential immunity.
00:17:39.520
We just issued a ruling saying that you can't even use evidence of a president's official conduct against him in a criminal trial,
00:17:46.920
And we are staying this proceeding until we are able to handle the appeal or until post-presidency,
00:17:54.100
until post-presidency, in which case it can follow the normal course.
00:17:58.940
And shame on you, Murchant, for not respecting our Supreme Court ruling.
00:18:02.240
This is a Supreme Court, at least with Roberts and Amy Coney Barrett, who have no respect for their own rulings.
00:18:10.620
It said, you know, presidential immunity for core constitutional acts,
00:18:14.200
presumption of immunity for in-the-middle acts, and no immunity for personal acts.
00:18:17.700
But you cannot adduce as evidence, evidence that was adduced as presidential conduct,
00:18:21.800
which correspondence with chief of staff and press secretary obviously was on its face.
00:18:26.380
And so what they basically said is, we have no respect for our rulings either.
00:18:29.840
Go ahead, Murchant, and take a judicial dump on our ruling and go ahead with your sentencing
00:18:40.800
And we see, unfortunately, the true colors of Amy Coney Barrett.
00:18:47.140
She's a little squishy, and it's, you know, concerning.
00:18:50.940
I'll tell you, just like as a female who leans right, kind of sick of like the female conservatives
00:18:58.040
who get appointed to the Supreme Court, Sandra Day, O'Connor, now Amy Coney Barrett, like being
00:19:04.160
Why can't we just get like this judge Aileen Cannon down in Florida?
00:19:10.700
Get somebody with some, you know, rhetorical balls who will hold as fiercely to conservative
00:19:18.200
principles in the judiciary as the left wing does, as Elena Kagan does to the liberal principles.
00:19:25.440
Why are the women so squishy when they get up there on the right?
00:19:27.700
Well, Roberts is squishy as well, so who knows how he identifies?
00:19:31.820
But the bottom line, and she's also, she's young.
00:19:34.660
But you imagine the rationale, they said, yeah, we issued this ruling that the evidence
00:19:38.480
was inadmissible if, but because the judge announced his intention not to jail, we'll
00:19:47.020
Yeah, the judge desecrated the ruling of the Supreme Court, and the Supreme Court said,
00:19:53.380
And now you get your convicted felon title, so you can do Lord knows what with.
00:19:59.680
But that's an interesting, okay, let's talk about that.
00:20:01.140
You raise an interesting point, as you always do, Viva.
00:20:08.280
Do you think the next move, because here we are, what, January 10th, we got 10 days
00:20:14.580
Do you think they actually do try yet another maneuver of insurrectionist, or I don't know
00:20:20.060
what they're going to say, but you know, they've done a lot of legal gymnastics to try to get
00:20:28.220
Back in impeachment 1.0, that was the quid pro quo, where Democrat, left-leaning, lawless
00:20:34.380
lawyers and members of Congress said, we don't even need a crime to impeach.
00:20:41.960
And that was to get around the fact that there was no crime committed with that quid pro quo
00:20:50.680
And so they had to say, well, impeachment, sure, it says for other high crimes and misdemeanors,
00:20:59.400
In 2.0, for the insurrection, they then had at least on its face, on paper, a crime.
00:21:05.060
Now they have a confirmed crime, a convicted felon.
00:21:08.560
So now they don't have to make the argument, oh, it's not a political process.
00:21:12.500
We've got the convicted felon status so we can go for impeachment 3.0 because we can
00:21:17.040
now point to the actual crime upon which this impeachment 3.0 might be based.
00:21:22.260
They are that stupid and that kamikaze reckless in their pursuit of opposing Trump.
00:21:27.880
Jamie Raskin, who was infamously caught on that mic saying, we might have to declare civil
00:21:34.000
war conditions when we disqualify Trump because of the insurrection clause.
00:21:37.840
Well, Supreme Court came down 9-0 and said, no, you can't do that.
00:21:40.280
So let's find another way to do it, either impeach him before he takes office or impeach
00:21:46.540
I don't think there's the political will to do it or the public support to tolerate it,
00:21:54.980
And the only question is, what are they scheming about now behind closed doors?
00:21:58.320
This is one indication of what they could do with this convicted felon because I think
00:22:02.160
it is a little bit more than just the title for the next 10 days.
00:22:06.400
Because, I mean, they don't control the House and they're not going to control the House.
00:22:10.660
They didn't before and they don't in the new Congress.
00:22:19.680
So they're not going to be able to, even in some weird world in which the House lost
00:22:22.800
its mind and impeach Trump, they could never get a conviction.
00:22:25.380
So I don't know that the move is political in the body of Congress or if there's some legal
00:22:31.920
maneuver in a court, they still think they could pull off.
00:22:36.740
When Ratskin comes out and says, we got to disqualify him for insurrection, maybe they're
00:22:42.560
going to try something to, they had to certify the Electoral College results because they didn't
00:22:49.380
Maybe they try to disqualify him now for being a convicted felon.
00:22:52.080
I mean, it's settled law, but settled law has never stopped them from trying.
00:22:55.020
So they're definitely going to try something else.
00:23:00.400
And for the, in the meantime, we talk about the, on this front, we, they are trying to
00:23:04.240
get the Jack Smith report of just how bad Trump was, you know, he's, he's, he owes this
00:23:15.080
And Trump has so far successfully stopped that report from getting released.
00:23:24.060
But there is some saber rattling that he's going to submit it.
00:23:30.500
Now you're back in the insurrection lane and, you know, a possible legal challenge on, oh,
00:23:37.580
Just because the case got thrown out doesn't mean he's not an insurrectionist who is not
00:23:43.580
Well, especially since the impeachment process, you know, it doesn't require a conviction of
00:23:48.460
It just requires one to have allegedly have been committed.
00:23:50.980
And so they say, well, sure, it got tossed at the court level.
00:23:57.180
It's so preposterous and unlawful and lawless that they want to release portions of a report
00:24:02.580
that was produced in the context of charges that should never have been brought, that
00:24:07.020
themselves were predicated on evidence that was falsified by the FBI that raided with
00:24:13.900
The former president and leading presidential candidate at the time, this is, I don't know
00:24:19.120
if it's communist is the right word, but it is lawlessness of the highest order.
00:24:23.240
The people who need to be behind bars and need to be tried, convicted in jail or the
00:24:27.400
Jack Smiths of the world or the Merrick Garland's of the world or the Mayorkas, just because
00:24:31.480
I dislike him as well, but are the rascals of the world, the ones who publicly announced
00:24:35.400
after a fair trial, they would get in any realm of a lawful universe convicted.
00:24:41.100
But Jack Smith, the hired mercenary who was unlawfully appointed from the get go, citizen
00:24:46.640
Jack Smith now wants to release portions of a report because Merrick Garland says it's the
00:24:51.880
interest of the public's best interest to see portions of a report that was prepared in
00:24:58.400
Garland is a criminal as well, in my humble opinion, hashtag no defamation.
00:25:02.400
I believe the man is a criminal and he's, he's, he's deliberately trying to undermine justice
00:25:06.420
and doing everything he can to lay whatever groundwork they can do to either frustrate,
00:25:15.040
They've turned the impeachment process into Halloween candy.
00:25:21.380
Well, I mean, unless they're going to use that Jack Smith report, if they get their hands
00:25:24.720
on it to, to, again, say he's an insurrectionist and therefore shouldn't be allowed to take
00:25:29.880
the oath of office, then it's utterly pointless.
00:25:32.160
Then we're back in the land of what are you doing?
00:25:40.680
No, but they're trying to burn it down so they can rule over the ashes or at least piss
00:25:45.140
The only, the only silver lining in drawing our attention back to the report and January 6th
00:25:50.140
is it's a reminder that Trump takes office on January 20th.
00:25:52.880
The first thing he does is pardon all of the Jan Sixers, pardon all of them.
00:26:01.640
You'll pardon the actual victims of lawfare and political persecution.
00:26:05.180
But no, they are, they are the, the, the, a group of people.
00:26:08.520
They will pop the ball if they don't like the fact that they're losing the game and storm
00:26:13.740
Let's go back to just for one more minute, this, this warning by this judge, because we're
00:26:18.860
going to hear a lot more about this, sorry, by this prosecutor, that there's the, he's
00:26:29.360
I heard Trey Gowdy saying this, who's a criminal prosecutor, now a Fox news anchor saying he
00:26:34.580
Like he's like, they're weighing the death penalty.
00:26:37.140
You know, he's shown no remorse for his crimes.
00:26:40.120
It's like, okay, this is a misdemeanor business records case.
00:26:44.320
And Trump has maintained his innocence, which is real from the beginning.
00:26:53.840
Then, then going, going on to he's spread disdain for our institutions and the rule of
00:27:00.680
He's caused enduring damage to public perception of the criminal justice system.
00:27:06.900
I mean, the gall, Viva, the gall of these guys to put that on Trump.
00:27:12.780
Megan, it's confession through projection is they are accusing their adversaries of what
00:27:17.660
they are guilty of, either for creating confusion or for just projecting off their own guilt.
00:27:24.980
You know, you know what takes what is compromising the judge's daughter working, raising money
00:27:30.760
for Kamala Harris, Democrat PACs, Adam Schiff off of this prosecution.
00:27:36.000
What, what, what, what caused millions, tens of millions.
00:27:38.320
Judge Juan Marchand, you know, she's talking about her dad having disdain for Trump and
00:27:46.720
There's no other way to describe it, but they get out there and they get the soundbites
00:27:50.520
So your joy reads, your, the views of the world can run with the soundbites.
00:27:54.920
Can you imagine what did Trump do that violated or undermined anything as relates to the constitution,
00:28:01.060
exercise freedom of speech to, to, to, to raise awareness of the corruption of the court
00:28:05.400
They gagged Trump in the context of this case to prevent him from raising awareness for
00:28:09.460
the corruption and then fault him for talking about the judge's family.
00:28:13.980
Well, maybe if the judge's family wasn't intimately involved with this entire prosecution process,
00:28:18.260
he wouldn't be talking about the judge's family.
00:28:20.460
And so they fault the victim for raising awareness of the corruption, but this will get overturned.
00:28:26.240
I think it does go nowhere and people see it for what it is, but it's just, it's a wholesale
00:28:30.420
desecration of the, of one of the pillars of a civilized society, which is why, you know,
00:28:34.580
New York is turning into a place where everyone should pull their assets, pull their investments
00:28:38.640
and don't drive through when you're driving from Montreal to Florida.
00:28:42.840
I mean, it's not only, of course, this prosecution against him, but the civil case brought by
00:28:47.640
Letitia James for, you know, now cost Trump half a billion dollars, which is currently being
00:28:55.840
I mean, that, I don't, I think when all is said and done, absolutely none of these will stand.
00:29:01.960
Jack Smith was forced to dismiss both of his federal cases against Trump.
00:29:09.180
And then there's the Tish James civil case against him.
00:29:12.720
The E. Jean Carroll thing, unfortunately, is not going anywhere.
00:29:19.900
They might reduce the quantum on the E. Jean Carroll case.
00:29:23.580
But you want to talk about undermining the faith in the judicial system.
00:29:27.020
You have, I call him, colloquially, New York nipple judge Engeron, the guy who's posting
00:29:34.220
It's horrendous, where he's bragging about the orders that he's issuing against Eric
00:29:39.220
Trump, where he's on record, on video, 10 years ago, talking about the tools that he
00:29:43.740
has at his disposal to come to the judicial findings that fit with his preconceived biases.
00:29:48.720
I mean, but what's amazing is, in as much as Trump in 2016 revealed the insidiousness
00:29:54.660
of the corruption of mainstream media and the fake news, he has done so as well in revealing
00:29:58.880
the wholesale weaponization of all levels of prosecution, Department of Justice, court
00:30:05.820
The real question is, he gets into office, he's got to right some of these wrongs and
00:30:09.420
reestablish some faith in the system, and he's got to pick the proper course of action
00:30:16.480
A word before I let you go, as you say, Juan Marchand properly, I'm reminded that you're
00:30:29.960
And what do you make of Justin Trudeau finally waving the white flag and admitting everyone
00:30:38.380
Well, he's announced his intention to step down, prorogued Parliament, so there's no
00:30:44.860
They're going to hold internal leadership races to find his replacement.
00:30:48.640
I've said it before, too little, too late, but better late than never.
00:30:52.640
I made a joke, you know, sort of when I put out an update after that happened.
00:30:56.420
It's like, imagine being so hated that everyone on earth is happy that you're resigning or
00:31:02.220
announced your intention to resign, except perhaps your ex-wife who might have to spend more
00:31:08.820
Everybody hates the men, even people within his own party and especially people within
00:31:15.260
The replacement will probably be, you know, new boss will be just as bad as the old and
00:31:18.940
the devil we know is probably, you know, going to be maybe even less bad than the devil we
00:31:24.100
His replacements, Chrystia Freeland, who is Ukraine first, board of trustees of the WEF, would
00:31:32.540
Mark Carney, another, you know, globalist WEF stooge, probably no better.
00:31:37.280
But it's an indication that the Liberal Party is in free fall.
00:31:40.300
Internal fighting is always fun to see when it's the other side.
00:31:43.920
And, you know, good riddance to bad rubbish when it comes to Justin Trudeau.
00:31:46.800
He truly will go down as the darkest stain on Canadian history, closely followed by his
00:31:54.960
You know, it's funny because sometimes when you see these people in the news go, whether
00:32:00.040
it's like a news anchor being fired or a leader falling, you know, normally you have like
00:32:05.380
a mixed emotion where you think, goodbye, but come on, I'm kind of going to miss criticizing
00:32:11.420
You know, like, this is how I felt when Stelter got fired from CNN.
00:32:15.400
I was just, I was going to say him in particular.
00:32:18.020
I was going to say, I kind of felt bad for him, you know, he's an innocent looking potato
00:32:22.520
Well, I didn't feel bad for him, but I was going to, I felt bad for me because I wasn't
00:32:31.040
But anyway, with Trudeau, I don't feel like that.
00:32:34.660
He's such a pernicious, terrible force that even our, our friends up north who voted for
00:32:47.420
I believe it was thrice, but it's, he, he's really, it's indescribable how destructive a
00:32:54.820
And he was bad before COVID and then COVID really released the inner tyrant censorship,
00:33:00.620
uh, division, identity politics, full on tyranny with, with, with, with government responses
00:33:12.460
The only problem is his replacement will probably be no better.
00:33:15.440
So we got to hope for, uh, you know, it's going to be a conservative majority government,
00:33:21.400
I'm just hoping that some people from my party that I ran for the People's Party of Canada
00:33:25.580
can get some seats into parliament to have some meaningful opposition voices and some good
00:33:29.840
common sense that is nationalist in the good sense of protecting Canada and having Canada
00:33:35.120
come first, not Canada come second, third, and fourth to a variety of other international
00:33:41.260
Well, if not, it could come 51st as our, as our latest state says, president Trump, he
00:33:53.000
He'll have to have French Canada and Quebec be a separate state.
00:33:55.460
They're going to want to separate Ontario, the liberal state.
00:33:58.080
And then you have Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, which would be sort of the Texas, uh, Texas
00:34:02.820
affiliate States, but it'd have to be more than one additional state.
00:34:05.460
Because otherwise we're just, it's just like adding, you know, one of these left wing
00:34:08.700
groups that they get like making DC a state so that they can have two more senators on
00:34:21.780
Speaking of, you know, Viva says it's communist, what they're doing that Jesse wrote a whole book
00:34:28.140
That's what he calls them, uh, for a reason we're with him next.
00:34:31.780
Here's a shocking truth about new year's resolutions.

00:36:05.780
And what do you and your family do to cut back on plastics?
00:36:11.240
We have recently switched to drinking water bottles out of, water out of, when we have
00:36:18.740
water bottles out of plastic, sorry, away from plastic towards paper, like drink box water
00:36:33.600
Maternal love is the love that's going to change the future of mankind.
00:36:40.220
We'd like to say people kind, not necessarily mankind.
00:36:47.120
It prevents you from breathing or speaking moistly on them.
00:36:54.660
I appreciate calling it makeup, but it was blackface.
00:36:57.420
Have you since been made aware or remembered of other instances?
00:37:00.840
I am wary of, of, of, uh, being definitive about this.
00:37:08.260
It is exactly the example of the kinds of things you need to do to counter the she, the
00:37:17.740
I will never apologize for standing up for an lgdp, lgbt, lbg, lgbtq2 plus.
00:37:33.660
The she session and turn it into a she coverage.
00:37:38.440
That's a real person who exists and was running Canada.
00:37:51.040
As you know, just take a look at California right now.
00:37:53.720
The LA fires continue to rage on and the failure of mayor Karen Bass is becoming more and more
00:38:03.140
She's refusing to take any accountability for the devastation.
00:38:07.060
I mean, none plus president Trump chatting it up and laughing with former president Obama
00:38:22.060
We're going to get to it all with my next guest.
00:38:26.920
And also I'm right, which you can find at youtube.com slash Jesse Kelly, D C Jesse.
00:38:36.660
Thank you for that barrel of laughs watching Justin Trudeau.
00:38:40.880
Just man, our friends up North, congratulations.
00:38:46.980
You know, it's like the people who say it's herstory instead of history.
00:38:53.020
This is not one of your guys, Jesse, who you'd be having a beer with.
00:39:01.920
And as you mentioned, when you were laughing about it, you mentioned, and that's the guy
00:39:07.360
And then you pointed to our own leaders and L.A. and things like that.
00:39:11.440
I think, at least for me, I think we do this thing that's very, very natural and that we
00:39:18.680
look at these absurd people and we assume, yeah, they're ridiculous, they're dumb, they're
00:39:23.240
absurd, they're commies, they're all these things.
00:39:25.400
But we assume if the beep hits the fan that at least, surely there are competent people
00:39:34.800
If it gets bad, if there's a wildfire, if there's a this, if there is that, surely they
00:39:41.140
Yeah, that guy's like a caricature, but surely there's someone.
00:39:47.940
The worst, dumbest, most despicable people in the world now run every aspect of Western
00:39:57.920
We lie to ourselves and tell ourselves that there are competent people there.
00:40:04.420
The situation in L.A. and the leadership vacuum is becoming more and more apparent every
00:40:09.780
So you have Gavin Newsom on camera when asked, hey, what about the fact that the fire hydrants
00:40:16.660
Says, oh, you know, the local leaders, they're going to comment on that.
00:40:20.980
The local leaders were in Ghana, or we now find out the deputy mayor was on leave for allegedly
00:40:37.960
And you know what was happening at the fire department, where now we know that the top
00:40:44.020
three leaders in charge look more like a cabal of Smith attendees than tough, grizzled firemen
00:40:54.840
I mean, every single I think everybody in the L.A. F.D. management is a lesbian who is
00:41:01.080
bragging about her lesbianism and really, really proud of her short haircut and short stature
00:41:06.880
and inability to rescue men from burning buildings.
00:41:11.880
And not even hot lesbians either, which is super disappointing.
00:41:20.700
And that's kind of what I was alluding to earlier.
00:41:23.100
There are real consequences in places like California, which I actually love.
00:41:27.760
I know it's fashionable to dump on California, but it's just so beautiful.
00:41:30.740
And I have so many friends that I love it so much.
00:41:33.760
And it breaks my heart what has happened to it.
00:41:42.140
But this is the consequence of voting Democrat.
00:41:45.200
And legions of people in California, when they go out to cocktail parties, they get with
00:41:58.100
And it's just kind of always taught or thought of as this throwaway line.
00:42:05.240
Well, if you do that for long enough, you will have these weapons grade morons take positions
00:42:10.960
of power up and up and up and up and up the chain.
00:42:13.920
And soon the entire chain is hot, stinky garbage.
00:42:17.380
And you have one of the great cities in the United States of America put to the torch and
00:42:25.480
These are consequences that are downstream of the behavior of voters.
00:42:30.440
It's really the point I keep trying to make over and over and over again.
00:42:34.400
The consequences of neglecting your elections, of just sitting it out.
00:42:43.620
Well, the consequences of that are you wake up one morning and Los Angeles looks like something
00:42:50.340
But yeah, totally on the subject of the fire chief, it's getting worse by the minute.
00:42:56.580
So you've got the fire chief who is, I mean, first line of her bio touting her gayness and
00:43:04.520
And then you've got her second in command who is named.
00:43:10.420
She's the first LGBTQ fire chief salary, 439,000 plus.
00:43:15.000
Then her second in command is Christina Kepner.
00:43:18.240
The, this person, by the way, then the person who's, I think, third in command or high up
00:43:47.540
And she's also black and she's in charge of equity within the FD.
00:43:55.060
And she also makes more than the assistant chief.
00:44:00.940
So these, they're making 439,000, 265,000, 399,000.
00:44:07.240
And what we get is Christina, Christina, Christina, lesbian, lesbian, lesbian.
00:44:14.860
Well, because the object of this is an assault, a never-ending, relentless assault on white
00:44:20.800
men, white Christian men that has been institutionalized throughout the United States of America.
00:44:25.880
And I don't know why it's controversial to talk about this at all.
00:44:31.740
I mean, the government itself under Joe Biden has been very honest about this thing.
00:44:38.340
I'm sure you've played the videos on your show.
00:44:40.920
I've been out of town, but I'm sure you've played them.
00:44:45.080
These people running ad campaigns bragging about this is how many women we're going to hire.
00:44:53.640
What you're announcing is we are taking a certain demographic and we're just simply cutting them
00:45:01.740
And beyond the rampant lesbianism, where apparently, to find the leadership of the L.A. Fire Department,
00:45:09.240
Apparently, they focused on hiring women as well as firefighters.
00:45:14.640
Now, I am as pro-woman as anybody underneath the sun, but why are we focusing on women?
00:45:21.900
This is a physical, brutal job that involves wearing a lot of weight, carrying a lot of weight,
00:45:29.520
You see those dudes out there in L.A. hauling people out, hauling equipment out?
00:45:35.980
So why in the world would you focus on the person who's physically weaker?
00:45:39.820
Well, the only reason you would do that is you're a psychopathic, cultural Marxist interested
00:45:45.220
in burning everything down, and you really don't care if Los Angeles burns as long as
00:45:50.720
you get to hire you and all your lesbian friends for $499,000 a year.
00:46:10.940
There are real, genuine consequences to setting aside merit and focusing on box checking and
00:46:26.280
I actually have grown to hate that word because it really presents like, oh, they're just so
00:46:38.480
But it's like the NBA having a DEI program where they're prioritizing short people.
00:46:47.800
And OK, without asking, why don't we have that many short people in the NBA?
00:46:54.380
Why don't we have more women in the fire department?
00:46:58.820
Most of them cannot pass the test unless you lower the standards.
00:47:02.220
Strapping 60 pound of gear on your back and then climbing up a ladder and then going into
00:47:07.740
And on top of all that, rescuing a grown man takes a lot of strength that most women,
00:47:15.400
Or it's like a police department having a DEI program that prioritizes people in wheelchairs.
00:47:21.820
Like there is a reason why it's not a good fit.
00:47:25.280
It doesn't mean you're discriminatory against or can't stand or hate people in wheelchairs
00:47:32.000
It means it's not a good fit for this particular job.
00:47:34.440
And while women probably great, equal, if not better in some cases than men at being
00:47:40.140
an EMS, right, can do all the life saving procedures that happen in a hospital or once
00:47:44.040
you get the body out of the house, 100 percent, of course, let's be honest, of course they
00:47:49.120
But why do we have to pretend in the name of, you know, equity, whatever, that women are
00:47:53.860
equal to men when it comes to actually doing the job of a firefighter, whatever.
00:47:56.840
All this is academic because we don't know whether it played any role.
00:47:59.680
All we know is that the LAFD was very, very focused on DEI and hiring women and not so
00:48:10.180
So the second woman, Christina Crowley, the first LGBTQ, sorry, there's Christine, Kristen
00:48:16.060
Crowley, the chief, then Christina Kepner, the first lesbian assistant chief.
00:48:22.260
In this video of hers going viral where she was asked about the job and these potential
00:48:29.380
problems in rescuing people who are much larger than your average woman.
00:48:33.240
I don't know about whether they're average, whether they're bigger than Christina Kepner.
00:48:39.540
You want to see somebody that responds to your house, your emergency, whether it's a medical
00:48:46.580
It gives that person a little bit more ease knowing that somebody might understand their
00:48:53.680
Or you couldn't carry my husband out of a fire, which my response is he got himself in the
00:48:58.180
wrong place if I have to carry him out of a fire.
00:49:02.320
Only about 5% of working firefighters are women.
00:49:06.240
By the way, correction, that was one of the other Christines.
00:49:08.360
That was Christine Larson, the first black lesbian equity bureau chief.
00:49:13.340
She was basically saying, Jesse, if somebody like you finds himself in a fire, F off, you're
00:49:20.440
Well, the religious zealots, as we talked about many times, Megan and religious zealots will
00:49:24.640
kill people and let people die on behalf of their religion.
00:49:27.960
People in America have a hard time understanding that the far left radical types like that
00:49:34.280
I mean, how many people would have to die for them to come around to your side?
00:49:39.180
They are serving a cause they view as higher than putting out fires at a fire department
00:49:44.800
And if people have to die because of it, it's no sweat off their back.
00:49:48.660
And in fact, they put themselves on video bragging about it.
00:49:54.520
You got the one who's like, I'm a woman and I'm gay.
00:49:57.860
And then the assistant, I'm a woman and I'm gay.
00:50:00.820
Then you got this third person coming in saying, I'm a woman and I'm gay and I'm black.
00:50:05.360
And that person will probably be the next chief if they continue along the way they've

00:50:31.860
Jesse, uh, the LA fire chief, the top Kristen female lesbian, uh, was on CBS news with Nora
00:50:43.500
O'Donnell trying to defend the, this disaster that we're looking at out in California.
00:50:48.780
And she was asked about the fact that the mayor cut 17 million from their budget, the fire
00:50:55.940
And the fire chief herself had been jumping up and down about that earlier saying, this
00:51:02.460
Now that the shit has hit the fan, she tried to engage in revisionism like, huh?
00:51:10.300
And to her credit, Nora O'Donnell followed up and here's what happened.
00:51:13.540
Would that $17 million that had been cut from your budget have made a difference in this
00:51:20.100
I would say with the lean forward posture that we took, knowing that a $17 million cut we
00:51:28.840
And that was from the non-essential duties and responsibilities that as the fire department
00:51:33.400
we have taken on over the past many, many years.
00:51:36.520
But with all due respect, in December, you had warned that the budget cuts would severely
00:51:41.160
limit your ability to respond to large scale emergencies.
00:51:47.920
So I would say, yes, we were limited to a certain factor.
00:51:56.760
You know, this is part of what bothers me about a lot of things, Megan, but we can make
00:52:02.680
this about LA because that's what we're talking about here.
00:52:05.380
The leaders in our society now, I mean, so many of them, you see this all throughout the
00:52:26.940
You know, if you look back at what, like World War II is actually a great example of this.
00:52:31.940
How many commanders, generals and admirals resigned because they were sad about a battle or
00:52:38.480
We had generals and admirals, not that I'm encouraging this, killing themselves, committing
00:52:44.780
They were so sad about troops who died under their command.
00:52:47.540
They felt such a heart that they just killed themselves.
00:52:51.260
We fought a 20-year GWAT war in Afghanistan and Iraq, and nobody can name for me a single
00:53:03.920
And you see this in the wake of, honestly, are we calling this a natural disaster, Megan?
00:53:08.440
I think that's probably not true to call it that.
00:53:11.980
Well, let's just go with that for now, even though it's not true.
00:53:14.580
This is the greatest natural disaster as far as property damage goes in the history of the
00:53:21.000
It's comparable to the Chicago fire, I believe.
00:53:30.300
No one's even gone on the news and said, well, look, I own this.
00:53:36.720
I'm going to get this cleaned up as best I can.
00:53:41.120
And in fact, the fact that I just said this, everyone's probably laughing right now because
00:53:49.540
But immediately, you just saw that hag there on television.
00:53:56.080
And everyone just tries to protect the system now instead of having any duty and honor.
00:54:02.700
I'm sorry, but you just listened to this woman.
00:54:06.460
I used to know a Secret Service agent when I lived in Virginia.
00:54:15.660
And I would hire that woman to protect President Trump, to work at the fire department, to do
00:54:22.120
She's probably in the 0.05 percentage point when it comes to women and their physical abilities.
00:54:33.140
As a rule, women are too weak for these particular jobs and should not have the standards lowered
00:54:41.380
This woman, to be honest, I'm not trying to be mean, but she looks portly.
00:54:46.520
Neither does that other woman who we showed, the black lesbian Christine.
00:54:55.780
And that woman, the one who was like, well, that your husband, if I had to carry your husband
00:55:05.780
The fact that, like, everybody who finds themselves sitting in a burning house is not to blame
00:55:15.720
So you've got these out of shape, portly looking, short, in some cases, the other woman looked
00:55:23.000
tall, lesbians who touted their sexuality, running LAFD, who won't take responsibility.
00:55:29.900
Then you've got what is clearly a DEI hire mayor, because you have so many Californians
00:55:35.120
saying, I voted for her because I couldn't vote for the white guy over the black woman,
00:55:43.100
I'm not voting for a white guy over a black woman.
00:55:46.880
And so here she is after she finally got back from Ghana, where she did nothing.
00:55:51.360
Why does the mayor of LA have to be in Ghana for the inauguration of an African prime minister?
00:55:58.140
So she gets, okay, she gets grilled, yes, by CBS reporter John Vigliotti.
00:56:10.400
My crew and I arrived shortly after it started.
00:56:13.100
And for several hours, we watched as hundreds of homes in a neighborhood burned to the ground.
00:56:23.480
My question to you is, what explains this lack of preparation and rapid response?
00:56:29.060
Let me just say, first and foremost, my number one focus, and I think the focus of all of
00:56:34.960
us here with one voice, is that we have to protect lives, we have to save lives, and we
00:56:44.240
Rest assured that when that, rest assured, let me finish, rest assured, when that is done,
00:56:51.400
when we are safe, when lives have been saved and homes have been saved, we will absolutely
00:56:57.340
do an evaluation to look at what worked, what didn't work, and to correct or to hold accountable
00:57:08.940
Do you think your leadership was effective while responding to this disaster?
00:57:13.180
I just said what I believe is the most important thing for us to do right now.
00:57:21.300
And by the way, Jessie, so that's another, that's like, we'll create it like a commission
00:57:24.540
at some point, and many months down the line, the commission will tell us whether any errors
00:57:33.640
And by the way, just to put the lie to what she's saying, Jessie, her head of waterworks,
00:57:37.820
Janice Quinones, was already out there at least trying to say why the fire hydrants didn't
00:57:44.800
It wasn't a satisfactory explanation, but at least she was speaking to it.
00:57:47.440
So the notion that we must pretend one cannot engage in thought about how the problems that
00:57:54.160
are stopping the fires from getting put out are happening, like you can't engage in any
00:58:01.060
explanation of that right now while it's happening, is bullshit.
00:58:09.760
And this is what happens when you have a society that focuses on a bunch of things that don't
00:58:16.740
It's like if I was a runner or I was signing up to run a marathon and I never worked out,
00:58:25.960
I just sat around eating pizzas and tacos the whole time, never worked out, no cardio
00:58:30.440
And then it comes time for race day and I get up there and I say, I am extremely focused
00:58:38.740
And looking back at any of the behavior I did leading up to this race is completely
00:58:48.640
If one of the biggest cities, the second biggest city in the United States of America, with all
00:58:54.220
that wealth, all that infrastructure, somehow failed its citizens.
00:58:59.260
And clearly it did in ways that entire neighborhoods are gone.
00:59:08.640
If the second biggest city in the United States of America failed and is currently failing its
00:59:16.900
Accountability starts now because you're exactly right, Megan.
00:59:19.600
This is what the scumbags in the government, federal, state, and local do all across this
00:59:24.400
They try to wait until the anger dies down because you and I both know about 48 hours from
00:59:29.800
now the fires will be gone, Lord willing, and everyone will be on their phones.
00:59:33.880
Hooked on whatever the newest outrage is and people will move on.
00:59:37.340
And then a month after that, they'll have a commission.
00:59:40.140
They'll have an investigation where they will investigate themselves.
00:59:43.820
And another month or two after that, they'll put something out there that'll get printed
00:59:47.840
on page 45 of the LA Times saying, well, I mean, we're not going to name anyone individually,
00:59:54.020
but clearly we have a couple of things we should do here and there.
00:59:59.460
And then that's the last anyone will ever hear of it.
01:00:02.360
And you have all these people who've lost everything.
01:00:04.760
And what I'm trying to get through to the American people is we have to start punishing
01:00:09.580
the politicians who run us by taking their power away from them.
01:00:24.340
And definitely not the fault of Karen Bass or any one of these Kristen's or Christine's
01:00:28.800
or Christina's trying to run the FD in Los Angeles.
01:00:33.300
Here is, by the way, the fire chief on CBS responding to the criticism of the DEI thing.
01:00:40.740
Has that effort at diversity been over your efforts in order to fight these fires?
01:00:51.800
Again, my number one priority is making sure that we can take care of the community that
01:00:58.080
And with that is our ability to respond to emergency.
01:01:01.280
Number one priority is to make sure that we provide 911 services, EMS, and fire.
01:01:10.860
Like, were your DEI efforts at the expense of planning to fight fires?
01:01:19.560
She seems like this is a woman I would expect to see when I go in for my parent-child-teacher
01:01:28.440
Like, does that woman instill confidence in you as the person in charge of fighting this,
01:01:34.600
one of the most disastrous blazes the country has ever seen?
01:01:39.020
Like, I want somebody who looks grizzled, sounds grizzled, and is like,
01:01:43.640
Nora, I don't have time for this shit, but I'm going to give you my top five points in
01:01:50.420
No, I want my fire chief to be some 60-year-old man who has to put out his Marlboro Red before
01:01:58.100
he goes on television to tell me about all the training he's got put in for his guys.
01:02:06.560
She knows right now, now that they're under fire, she has to get up here and say,
01:02:11.760
But again, back to my marathon analogy, that was not your number one priority.
01:02:15.840
You've been on videotape discussing how your priorities were.
01:02:19.720
We need to stuff more women and more LGBTQ Air Force types and all these people in the
01:02:25.560
That's been your number one priority leading up to the fire.
01:02:29.220
And now that the fire's here and everyone's angry, you know you're supposed to go on television
01:02:35.420
But that's not these people's number one priority.
01:02:38.720
It's their number one priority is pushing their sick demonic religion in every single
01:02:45.420
And if society has to burn down, well, the revolution is all that matters.
01:02:55.240
Doesn't matter how many planes fall from the sky or houses burn or wars we lose.
01:03:02.220
And this is why the right has got to develop some teeth.
01:03:05.280
We really have to sharpen our teeth a lot because the right has been in love with tolerance for
01:03:15.360
That has been the language of nursery rhyme conservatism for my 43 years on the planet.
01:03:20.220
No, these are evil, psychopathic, demonic children.
01:03:23.220
And they have to be put in their place in order to preserve a polite society.
01:03:27.860
Otherwise, you get to watch one of America's cities burn.
01:03:34.340
I mean, the aerials are just absolutely devastating.
01:03:45.720
I'm actually going to talk to you for a second about some of the celeb videos that have come
01:03:48.600
out because it's, there's a couple who are really sweet and who I like.
01:03:55.720
We're still waiting to find out whether their houses are standing.
01:03:58.080
Um, but it's the real people who really tug at your heartstrings.
01:04:05.120
And this woman, Fran, this is actually tweeted out by J.D. Vance this morning.
01:04:12.900
And she's speaking with Brian Enten of News Nation about what she's looking at as she gets
01:04:28.080
We moved in 26 years ago and we did the floors and we put in windows and doors and painted
01:04:41.260
My son and my daughter and my family, we hosted Christmas Eve and Christmas Day here.
01:05:00.860
His mom passed away and they took over the house.
01:05:18.480
See, Debbie and us and Tina, our children went to school together from kindergarten.
01:05:25.860
And Debbie's 47-year-old son tragically passed away last August.
01:05:45.580
And your heart breaks because when you think about a home, especially, I mean, that lady,
01:05:50.340
26 years in that home, think about all the memories.
01:05:56.540
I'm not exactly the softest, cuddliest type full of emotions.
01:06:05.740
And to this day, when I move, whether I'm leaving an apartment or a house, I get, I mean,
01:06:11.520
I don't get choked up, but I have to take a moment and say goodbye because you're looking
01:06:17.260
That's the living room where I play Legos with my sons, right?
01:06:20.800
That's the kitchen where I come home and harass my wife while she's making dinner.
01:06:25.080
That's that you, there are so many memories that are built into those walls.
01:06:33.180
How many stories like that are out of Los Angeles?
01:06:39.480
I don't want to beat a dead horse, but I keep coming back to, these are the consequences of
01:06:48.480
In the case of Adam and James Woods, you know, they didn't, you know, it's like, not that
01:06:53.240
it's a comfort to see the liberals lose their houses, but you know, at least you'd have
01:06:57.720
the peace of mind of saying, at least I didn't vote for this.
01:07:00.320
At least maybe if my guy had gotten in there, we would have stood a fighting chance.
01:07:03.700
At least others might finally see the light here.
01:07:05.840
Um, I will say this one actor, I don't know what his political stripes are.
01:07:14.120
I really liked this show, this actor and this guy, his name is Milo Ventimiglia.
01:07:25.360
And then he became the star of, uh, this is us, a huge NBC hit show in which they tell
01:07:32.380
you upfront that like the beginning of the series that his character, the dad, his name
01:07:39.680
And so you, then the series goes on and you fall in love with Jack and you, the whole
01:07:44.980
time you're watching the series fall in love with the family, you're like, well, how did
01:07:51.100
You can see like future versions of the children older and they talk about the missing dad.
01:07:55.340
Then you have the flashbacks to the scenes with Milo and you're, and Jack's alive.
01:07:58.640
You're like, anyway, the whole thing is around Jack and how did he die?
01:08:02.400
And then the big reveal spoiler alert, this has been out for many years.
01:08:05.080
So, uh, is that Jack died when a slow cooker caught fire in the family home that now you've
01:08:14.580
seen five seasons of by the time you find this out, it's just terrible.
01:08:18.360
It was like a devastating moment in TV history when you found this out.
01:08:25.280
His house burned down in, in real life this week.
01:08:30.120
And here he is on camera speaking to CBS news about it.
01:08:40.920
You know, you, you start thinking about, man, hits it so quick.
01:08:44.960
You start thinking about all the memories in different parts of the house and whatnot.
01:08:49.360
And then you see your neighbor's houses and everything kind of around, um, and your heart
01:08:55.880
He and his wife evacuated on Tuesday, watched on security cameras as the flames took over.
01:09:02.260
I think there's a kind of shock moment where you going, oh, this is real and this is happening.
01:09:07.520
And, and then at a certain point we just turned it off.
01:09:10.100
It's like, what, what good is it to continue watching?
01:09:15.520
We got good friends and we got good people we're working with and, uh, we'll make do.
01:09:23.460
Wife and, wife and baby and dog, most important.
01:09:31.000
He was talking about how they had just decorated the nursery.
01:09:34.580
You know, it doesn't matter whether you have money or you don't have money, the loss of
01:09:38.940
your home and everything in it and all the memories you made already and were building
01:09:45.760
And I like, I just can't tolerate the, you know, after I'm done saving all the lives,
01:09:56.340
Now the reporting is coming out from Breitbart, from Jim Garrity at national review.
01:10:05.560
The national weather service was jumping up and down saying severe fire warning.
01:10:22.520
And that was the Friday before, the Saturday before where she heard them and got on a plane
01:10:44.540
And she wants credit in her soundbite for, I took the fastest route home.
01:10:50.820
Well, she's certainly not going to postpone a cross-world trip to Ghana for a little thing
01:10:58.540
I mean, I've said this for the longest time about politicians.
01:11:01.660
Most of these people become politicians because they want access to the things rich people
01:11:08.060
have without having the ability to actually acquire wealth.
01:11:11.580
So they take positions of power and then they bloodsuck off the taxpayer.
01:11:20.860
Oh, no, we're on a fact-finding mission in Madrid this week.
01:11:26.480
These dirt balls in Congress do it all the time.
01:11:29.820
You just saw Dome, sorry, Kamala Harris, they've got like 15 minutes left in the White House.
01:11:35.400
She has no responsibilities and never had any whatsoever.
01:11:38.240
But she's going on a round-the-world trip, one final vacation on the taxpayer dime to Singapore
01:11:49.360
No, she's living it up because she finally has that taxpayer-funded credit card and it
01:11:58.260
That's why these people take, that's why they even want to be politicians because otherwise
01:12:06.100
People are always mad at you, screaming at you.
01:12:09.920
You take the job because you want access to the things wealthy people have, but you're a
01:12:15.840
So you can't get those things except for running for office.
01:12:22.920
I had not actually heard the Jesse Kelly explanation of that, but it makes a lot of sense, explains
01:12:31.020
Speaking of Kamala Harris, let's lighten it up a minute.
01:12:34.360
Lighten it up with the funeral of Jimmy Carter.
01:12:37.000
It's always sad when somebody passes, but he was 100 years old.
01:12:39.320
I mean, you know, he had a long, fruitful life.
01:12:42.440
The most interesting dynamic was in the audience, right?
01:12:45.200
It was in the audience as all these former presidents took their seats.
01:12:48.560
With their wives and the dynamics between them.
01:12:52.360
And since we were talking about Kamala Harris, we'll start with this as we are going to get
01:12:56.580
to the Trump and Obama moment, which I'll show separately.
01:12:58.620
But Kamala appears to be looking back at those two, Trump and Obama, yucking it up.
01:13:24.820
What do you think is going through that thought bubble, Jesse Kelly?
01:13:27.880
Well, I think Kamala Harris, who is, I mean, this is saying a lot, maybe the most nakedly
01:13:36.260
ambitious politician I've ever seen her entire career.
01:13:43.900
Take any position on any issue in order to get the next thing.
01:13:48.020
So this that's the kind of person we're dealing with here.
01:13:50.200
Well, what happened, the dynamics are Barack Obama was the one who engineered the coup.
01:13:55.760
He was the one who engineered the coup to get Joe Biden out of the White House.
01:14:00.120
And not only did he engineer the coup to get Joe Biden out of the White House, he's the
01:14:04.620
one who vouched for Kamala Harris with his vast donor network, billionaire after billionaire
01:14:12.120
He knifed Joe Biden in the ribs, shoved him out the back of the White House, and then picked
01:14:16.700
up the phone and organized $1.5 billion with a bee to be given to Kamala Harris for her
01:14:23.980
campaign, where she proceeded to not only embarrass herself the entire time, she embarrassed
01:14:31.220
When you vouch for somebody with a bunch of billionaires and they flame out as badly as
01:14:37.600
she flames out, well, he is not going to do that again.
01:14:42.700
And without Barack Obama, without Daddy Barack carrying her, Kamala Harris is never, ever,
01:14:49.480
ever, ever, ever going to be able to launch a significant presidential run again in her
01:14:58.640
But she'll get the 1% to 2% before she has to embarrassingly drop out the exact same way
01:15:04.020
she did last time before Daddy Barack brought her.
01:15:06.940
Now, think about all that when you think about Kamala Harris looking over her shoulder back
01:15:14.560
You know, I wouldn't put it past Trump to say a little bit too loudly, hey, how'd she work
01:15:21.460
Or in the very least, if he didn't say it, I bet you Kamala Harris is thinking he said
01:15:25.780
That's a very interesting point I haven't heard anybody else make about how she, what
01:15:34.100
does her future look like without the full-throated backing of Barack Obama, who definitely, you're
01:15:39.960
right, has realized what an inept politician she was, apparently had some hesitancy about
01:15:43.940
her being the nominee anyway, but realized this is where this train is going, but now has lived
01:15:48.160
it for, you know, firsthand the way we all had to.
01:15:51.240
So, yeah, her, you know, so much has fallen apart for Kamala Harris.
01:15:55.680
She reached too high, too fast, and failed upward.
01:15:59.000
Okay, but the more interesting thing is what she's seeing behind her, what those two guys
01:16:04.320
And before we zero in on the muckety-mucking that's happening between Obama and Trump,
01:16:10.420
I want people to remember what former President Obama was saying about Trump literally in October,
01:16:23.880
He acts so crazy, and it's become so common that people no longer take it seriously.
01:16:32.140
I'm here to explain to you, just because he acts goofy does not mean his presidency wouldn't
01:16:44.740
Lately, some of the people who know Donald Trump best have been saying in no uncertain
01:16:54.480
The other day, General John Kelly, Donald Trump's former chief of staff, said that Trump told
01:17:03.460
him, he wanted his generals to be like Hitler's generals.
01:17:14.340
So he wants Hitler's generals to take over, and he's genuinely dangerous.
01:17:30.220
Barack's laughing, genuinely laughing, to where, like, his body is shaking.
01:17:38.640
Hitler's quite charming when you spend time with him one-on-one.
01:17:46.760
But who should be mad about that are the little drones who vote Democrat every single time.
01:17:50.840
Because these people lie to your face all the time.
01:17:54.040
None of these people think Trump is actually Hitler or a Nazi or a white supremacist.
01:17:58.540
And before Donald Trump started running for president, he was a lifelong Democrat who was
01:18:03.140
chumming up with these people at every single cocktail party out there.
01:18:11.380
And Trump is an insanely charming and, yes, very funny individual.
01:18:19.060
But then when election season comes up, they know they have to ramp up the mindless drones
01:18:23.940
into an endless panic that Hitler's coming back.
01:18:27.860
And so they stand up and they tell people, Hitler's coming, Hitler's coming, Hitler's coming.
01:18:31.860
And you have all these single women on anti-anxiety meds freaking out.
01:18:37.920
And then as soon as the election's over, they go yuck it up and talk about the meat lover's
01:18:43.640
I'd be mad if my politicians lie to me all the time like that.
01:18:46.620
I get mad when the GOP lies to me, which they do routinely.
01:18:53.060
Here is one drone who is upset about all the warnings that this was Hitler.
01:18:59.520
And his takeaway is not, they said he was Hitler and it was a lie.
01:19:08.080
And why is no one talking about how I am now going to be protected?
01:19:12.420
Before I play this soundbite, the guy's name is Anand Giridardus.
01:19:18.680
He's an NYU, I think, adjunct professor at the journalism school.
01:19:27.700
I think people may be wrong to pick the proxy fight of Obama should not laugh at a joke.
01:19:32.540
But I think we have to take seriously the emotion of feeling undefended.
01:19:36.680
Did this administration rightly warn throughout the last year that Donald Trump represented
01:19:45.900
Have we been provided by this White House in its last weeks any practical guidance for
01:19:51.620
how to live under what it claimed was fascism around the corner?
01:19:54.260
I am being warned and told that the apocalypse is near.
01:19:58.180
But in actual ways, I am not defended by anybody.
01:20:04.220
I need practical guidance and I need to be defended.
01:20:07.740
Can you imagine being a man and speaking like that?
01:20:10.800
Yeah, well, that's how that's I mean, you're half a man if you vote Democrat anyway.
01:20:14.560
But I don't understand that mentality anyway, Megan.
01:20:18.080
If somebody told me that I couldn't go on the lawn, my front lawn, because there were landmines
01:20:23.520
on the lawn, and then I turn around and that person was walking around the lawn drinking
01:20:28.080
a cup of coffee, I would think that person is a horrific liar who perhaps didn't have
01:20:34.240
Yet these people get lied to repeatedly and all they do, maybe it's a Democrat thing, is
01:20:45.420
But whatever, have a miserable life, sick freaks.
01:20:49.480
Anand, you really shouldn't be teaching this shit to journalism students in particular,
01:20:53.500
that you need the government to protect you from the Hitler who just won re-election.
01:20:59.620
Like, this is the message, I guess, to the incoming class of journalists, which means we're going
01:21:08.800
The normal ones who are not woke or evil, whatever we're calling the wokesters these days,
01:21:14.400
they have all sorts of reasons why I understand they vote for Democrats.
01:21:20.960
But I do think if you're looking around at this world as it stands now and thinking that
01:21:26.000
you're getting better policies and better results with all Democrat rule, whether it's
01:21:31.020
a place like Canada or it's a place like California, you're blind.
01:21:36.060
It's not that you deserve to have your home burned down, but you are going to get a lot
01:21:41.320
more just like that if you continue voting against your own self-interest to make yourself
01:21:53.660
That's why it's always a pleasure talking to you.
01:21:55.500
Always learn something and always get a different POV.
01:22:01.560
Um, we're going to get to a little bit more news when we come back right after this.
01:22:06.900
Beat, beat, beat boxing actually has hidden health benefits.

01:23:26.840
Do you remember the day last year when Joe Biden reversed Title IX with a wave of his magic
01:23:37.880
administrative wand where he took a statute that was passed by Congress to protect girls
01:23:45.260
and women in sport and with the magic wand completely gutted it.
01:23:50.820
Just saying, you know, oh, all it is is an administrative rule enforcing Title IX.
01:23:55.380
It's just like, this is just guidance on how we're going to enforce it.
01:24:00.200
But really what he did was completely gut the entire statute by saying Title IX no longer
01:24:06.720
It applies to boys and men pretending to be girls and women.
01:24:12.180
I mean, it completely stood the rule on its head because one of the main fights, the, no,
01:24:17.680
the main fight that's happening under Title IX right now for the protection of girls and
01:24:22.300
women is to keep men pretending to be us out of our sports and our sports facilities and
01:24:34.520
Joe Biden, who's having tranny show up on the White House lawn and show off their fake tits.
01:24:39.440
Thought he would, he would do better on this than the U.S. Congress, which had duly passed
01:24:45.160
the law and decided or someone pretending to be the weekend at Bernie's president pushed
01:24:51.460
through this rule change, which completely undermined the rule of law and the principles behind
01:24:59.540
And it was a before and after moment for me personally, because it was the first time I've
01:25:04.560
ever come out on the air in public and said who I voted for in an election.
01:25:13.200
And frankly, it started a path that got me ultimately speaking for Trump the night before
01:25:19.000
You know, once I had crossed that line, it wasn't so hard to cross the next line to say
01:25:22.200
like, and this is who I'm voting for in the next election and why I think you should
01:25:25.700
And so like this Title IX thing is very deep and personal to me and to most women I know
01:25:32.320
and most dads, not just women, men too, who have daughters in the system and who are worried
01:25:39.460
So just as a flashback, here is the day it came out.
01:25:43.200
We had thrown out our show and decided to just talk about this abomination.
01:26:24.260
And indeed, now, that was April in January of 2025.
01:26:29.500
It has been taken up and the rule has been struck down nationwide.
01:26:37.740
God bless the judge who did it and the states who brought the lawsuit.
01:26:43.960
State after state after state joined together to say, absolutely not.
01:26:55.480
Trump has made a mockery of the justice system.
01:26:59.380
Joe Biden tried to rewrite the definition of women without a single lawmaker weighing in.
01:27:07.000
You know, never mind that it's God's decision and it's been rendered.
01:27:12.760
He tried to do this behind closed doors and just say it was all about equity and you were a bigot if you disagreed.
01:27:19.880
Well, Tennessee, Kentucky, Ohio, Indiana, Virginia, West Virginia joined together and said, no, we are filing legal challenges to this absolute nonsense.
01:27:33.620
And one of those lawsuits that they all joined in on led to this decision yesterday on Thursday.
01:27:39.940
The rule had already been temporarily blocked in 26 states as a result of these more red states joining together.
01:27:52.620
It's been definitively ruled against thanks to a judge named Danny C.
01:27:58.460
Reeves, R-E-E-V-E-S of the Eastern District of Kentucky in a 15 page opinion, which just excoriates Miguel Cardona and the Department of Education for trying to do this.
01:28:12.840
Saying, you may not lawfully expand the definition of Title IX to prohibit discrimination based on gender identity as opposed to sex, which is the governing standard, which means male or female.
01:28:33.080
And expanding it to people who identify as female guts the rule.
01:28:40.860
The entire point, he wrote, of Title IX is to prevent discrimination based on sex.
01:28:48.500
Throwing gender identity into the mix eviscerates the statute and renders it largely meaningless.
01:28:58.720
Reading more here from the New York Times write-up of the decision.
01:29:04.940
Citing the courts, the Supreme Court's sweeping decision in Loper Bright Enterprises versus Raimondo last year, which limited the regulatory power of federal agencies.
01:29:16.000
Remember, we talked about this, how the Supreme Court ruled last term.
01:29:19.500
The days of, like, letting these administrative agencies, also known as the deep state,
01:29:23.300
have this sweeping sort of legislative power that nobody voted that they could have, are over.
01:29:29.360
This sort of Chevron deference, as it was known.
01:29:35.760
They don't get to gut federal legislation because, you know, finger in the air, all the times have changed.
01:29:44.880
So, continuing here, citing the court's sweeping decision, which limited the regulatory power of federal agencies,
01:29:52.980
Judge Reeves wrote that the Biden administration had overstepped when it sought to enforce its new interpretation of Title IX through federal rulemaking.
01:30:02.740
But more significantly, the judge also rejected, listen up, this is important to you,
01:30:15.040
Okay, so it wasn't just, you don't have the power to legislate.
01:30:21.160
But equally important was the First Amendment piece of the ruling,
01:30:24.240
which affects all of us when it comes to these ridiculous preferred pronouns that are being forced down our throats,
01:30:32.540
not just in the Title IX context, not just you will call him a her and let him play softball against your daughter,
01:30:41.220
but in the work context, in every context, state after state, including New York, including Connecticut,
01:30:47.760
are trying to make it amount to, statutorily, either under the civil rights laws or for civil liability purposes,
01:30:56.780
hostile work environment, if you don't call the he's a she at their request.
01:31:02.780
They're trying to mandate the preferred pronoun thing into mandatory pronouns in order to be equitable and kind.
01:31:12.940
And they don't care that you're eliminating, you're erasing women and girls and doing it.
01:31:25.560
I hope in the time Joe Biden has left, they file an appeal of this.
01:31:30.680
Because I'd love to see this reinforced by the Supreme Court.
01:31:37.200
You remember that case where the woman refused to do the wedding website for the gay couple?
01:31:42.620
And they came out and said, this is free speech.
01:31:51.960
More significantly, the judge also rejected the revised rule on free speech grounds, writing
01:31:57.560
that it, quote, offends the First Amendment by potentially requiring educators to use names and pronouns associated with a student's chosen gender identity.
01:32:08.440
Not just the pronouns, but the names, the names, the new fake names that these schools are suddenly, oh, okay.
01:32:20.060
If you're a teacher who says, I don't believe in that.
01:32:29.560
You're protected under this ruling so long as it doesn't get reversed and it's not going to.
01:32:37.120
Put simply, the First Amendment does not permit the government to chill speech or compel affirmance of a belief with which the speaker disagrees in this manner.
01:32:53.960
Here, the court goes on to say, the court remains persuaded that the final rule offends the First Amendment for the reasons explained earlier in a prior memorandum.
01:33:03.800
To recap briefly, the final rule's definitions of sex discrimination and sex-based harassment combined with the diminishing, whatever, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, let's see, require Title IX recipients, including teachers, to use names and pronouns associated with a student's asserted gender identity.
01:33:20.760
While the department insists that this is not necessarily the case, the new subjective harassment standard that need only limit participation in an educational program or activity quite clearly compels this result.
01:33:32.040
So that's them saying, you can't say that this is not really happening.
01:33:38.360
And they shouldn't be, you can't compel them to do that.
01:33:40.580
Now, look, this is a federal district ruling, federal district court, that's not the Supreme Court, that's two tiers down from the Supreme Court.
01:33:47.720
But this decision had such weight in gutting the actual rule that no one's disputing it has nationwide effect, that the Title IX rule is officially done, as Joe Biden tried to revise it.
01:34:01.500
And now what we have to see is whether it gets appealed, whether that ruling gets appealed.
01:34:08.840
In 10 days, Donald Trump is going to be the president.
01:34:13.100
And what are the odds that his DOJ appeals this?
01:34:20.680
Even just to get it to the Supreme Court right now, I don't think they'd do that.
01:34:24.860
This ruling stands, and it will be used by many other plaintiffs and other courts who are trying to challenge mandatory pronouns like this.
01:34:34.480
And over the next four years or plus, right, like anybody who tries to file a challenge trying to force these pronouns down our throats or tries to redefine the definition of women and girls does so at great risk.
01:34:47.060
With this Supreme Court, rulings like this, one after the other, get on the books.
01:34:52.040
And don't forget, we're already waiting for a ruling from this Supreme Court that's related in this lane.
01:34:56.900
So my point is simply that the lawfare, same as the lawfare against Trump, is failing for the left.
01:35:05.200
The ACLU is failing in its attempts to make boys girls legally and to make the rest of us pretend we agree with that.
01:35:14.300
And the Supreme Court, I think, is weeks or months away from doing the same.
01:35:27.000
Thank God for these lawyers, these attorneys general who went in there and did what was right.
01:35:33.220
Thank God for the presidents who have appointed rational judges who understand the law and not identity politics as a filter through which they view the law.
01:35:46.460
And thank God President Trump won, because when he gets in there, he is going to undo the Biden changes to Title IX anyway.
01:35:54.040
Let's not forget, there's a lot of problems with that law.
01:35:56.140
He not only completely effed over women and girls, he also effed over young men on college campuses, remember, by completely lowering the standards by which they can be accused and convicted of being sexual assaulters or harassers and thrown off campus.
01:36:10.080
President Trump's going to restore all of those protections.
01:36:12.000
He, all of them, he's going to restore due process in Title IX, and he's going to actually change the wording of the rule officially back to what it was.
01:36:24.540
He's going, there's no more, there's not gonna be any more pressure or guidance from the federal government guaranteed that it's a hostile work environment if you choose not to say somebody's preferred pronouns.
01:36:36.680
These are, I think in most people's minds, the minor victories of Trump, you know, like, most importantly, let's get the criminal killers out of our country who crossed the border illegally.
01:36:51.800
Let's restore economic prosperity for all groups across all spectrums, irrespective of race and identity and all that stuff.
01:36:58.760
Um, but this is big too, and there are a bunch of us who've been fighting for these changes.
01:37:05.720
So many great women and men, but I'm just thinking of so many women who have devoted themselves to this issue over the past 10 plus years.
01:37:11.740
And the legal eagles who have been devoting themselves, including Alliance Defending Freedom, which is involved in this, and these attorney generals, who have made the difference here.
01:37:19.600
And by the way, those of you who make donations to these groups, you know, the Independent Women's Forum, they've been amazing, ADF amazing, to try to get the funding for these lawsuits so that we can get these right rulings to protect our daughters.

01:38:44.040
I don't know what I had, people, but it's been a rough one.
01:38:54.920
Doug made it through on scathe, so that's good for him.
01:38:56.960
And I would say just make sure that you wash your hands when you're out in the public, because that's what happened.
01:39:04.320
I ventured out to Montana, went to a lot of restaurants, and before you knew it, I wasn't feeling too great.
01:39:13.980
I've been doing a lot of work with the kids and doing, like, the drive so that nobody gets sick with me in the small car.
01:39:18.680
And I finally started True Detective Season 1 with Matthew McConaughey and Woody Harrelson, which is excellent, though disturbing.
01:39:27.400
And I watched some very weird show about, it was called Sweet Bobby, about a guy who was catfished.
01:39:40.200
So thanks to all of you for seeing me through it.
01:39:46.380
Up next week, Pete Hegseth's confirmation hearing.
