00:07:11.240 notification occurred as well was unacceptable. The assignment beginning June 18th, when an

00:07:18.120 OpenAI research team used an internal model to look up public figures on Australian medicine

00:07:22.980 spending. Albanese describing how the rogue agent, quote, didn't accept no for an answer after the

00:07:28.960 site blocked it, ultimately reaching public and non-public files. Services Australia saying the

00:07:34.760 agent also wrote files to an internal server, leaving investigators to determine exactly what

00:07:39.680 it did there. OpenAI telling ABC News it discovered the activity during an internal review in August,

00:07:45.660 the company acknowledging its models took actions it had not intended, while saying its review found

00:07:50.600 no evidence of access to patient records. According to OpenAI, the material reached

00:07:56.040 included combined health statistics and internal file names. Australian officials not receiving a

00:08:01.580 warning until September 10th, nearly three months after the incident. OpenAI sending that notice to
