00:02:15.700 show trial that's happening right now. But just here's a sampling, okay, of what he's dealing with

00:02:21.300 right now. Several lawsuits over alleged 2020 election interference, criminal investigation of

00:02:27.200 Fulton County, Georgia. NAACP filed a lawsuit for allegedly interfering with the 2020 election

00:02:32.320 in violation of the Voting Rights Act and the KKK Act. Okay. Ten members of Congress have signed on.

00:02:39.020 Good old Representative Eric Swalwell is suing Trump in a separate lawsuit over January 6th.

00:02:43.720 Capitol Hill police officers have filed three separate lawsuits against him for incitement.

00:02:48.160 Two Metropolitan Police officers have filed lawsuits for emotional distress and physical damages.

00:02:52.620 The District of Columbia Attorney General Carl Rossin, a Democrat, said his probe into who incited

00:02:59.380 January 6th could lead to charges against Trump. His organization, the Trump Organization,

00:03:05.200 under investigation right now by the New York State Attorney General Letitia James,

00:03:09.340 trying to see whether he inflated his property values for investors and then deflated them on

00:03:13.280 federal tax forms. News on that just broke. Get to it in a second. Manhattan DA Alvin Bragg

00:03:18.440 has a similar probe into potential tax fraud and financial crimes. He paused his grand jury

00:03:23.680 investigation in April or May, but says it's still open and he could still file a criminal charge,

00:03:28.140 depending on what Letitia James finds in the civil investigation. Westchester County,

00:03:32.480 New York DA's office launched an investigation into October in October into whether the Trump

00:03:37.240 organization misled officials about property values at Trump's national golf club. I'm not done.

00:03:42.540 There's the classified documents grand jury proceeding that allegedly led to the raid on

00:03:48.080 Monday morning. Mary Trump is suing Donald Trump for allegedly defrauding her from her family

00:03:52.400 inheritance. Eugene Carroll has filed a sexual assault case against him in the Southern District

00:03:58.120 of New York. Michael Cohen. Michael Cohen is suing Trump and others for allegedly retaliating

00:04:03.040 against him for his tell all book. Six protesters are suing Trump, accusing his security guards of

00:04:08.460 assaulting them outside of Trump Tower during a 2015 protest. There's a class action against Trump

00:04:12.260 organization saying they use their business as scam investors. Tenants are suing Trump for hiking

00:04:16.100 rents by inflating prices for appliances. There are more. So Trump gets dragged into a deposition

00:04:22.760 by Letitia James. It's stunning, right? Yeah, it is. I didn't I didn't know that. I know most people

00:04:29.620 haven't taken the time to actually look at it because it's too mind numbing and like brain hurts

00:04:33.020 your brain. And he decides to take the fifth with Letitia James today, who's looking into whether the

00:04:38.040 Trump organization committed fraud by overstating the values of some things with investors,

00:04:42.260 and de-stating them or understating them when filing for taxes. Who could blame him? Who could

00:04:56.660 understand this because I think people people hate him so much. You either love him or you hate him,

00:05:23.640 such a monster. So people just think that they hate him for all kinds of reasons, you know, Twitter

00:05:29.040 and, you know, he's a fascist, etc., etc. But that's not why they're going after him. They have to destroy

00:05:36.560 him. I'm convinced, Megan, that the Great Reset is is the main reason why he had to be taken out of

00:09:19.480 so angry over the way Republicans have been treated. Trump has been treated how his first term,

00:09:25.740 as somebody said recently, was stolen from him in many ways with the Russiagate distraction,

00:09:34.820 that they want. They want him to have the opportunity to have a second term and be

00:09:40.660 to exact revenge on their behalf and on his own against the people who put the country through

00:09:46.620 that for four years. So the I agree with you 100 percent. You're spot on. And that is one thing

00:09:54.440 that concerns me. And I have I was probably at a step with the audience yesterday because I was

00:09:59.680 talking about this yesterday. I want justice. I don't want revenge. I want truth. I don't want to be

00:10:06.780 right. And and if we and this is the the downside, the upside of Trump is, oh, he's going to get the

00:10:16.300 job done. The downside is I think it will be motivated by I'm going to screw I'm going to screw you to 0.97

00:11:54.160 to stop them injuring you and our country. Um, but it does mean there are limits on how we act and react.

00:12:20.620 don't, I don't believe it for one second. I think it's about January 6th and the effort to find the

00:12:25.540 smoking gun they haven't been able to find, which is some proof of fraudulent intent on Donald Trump's

00:12:31.300 part. That's what they need to get him on criminal charges related to January 6th. They don't have it

00:12:36.220 because Trump, I believe, genuinely believed he won that election, genuinely believed it had been

00:12:43.160 stolen from him. He wasn't lying to his, his followers, to Georgia officials, to anybody when he said

00:12:50.040 this has been a fraud, it was stolen. And so Merrick Garland is not going to find the smoking

00:12:54.040 gun document that shows fraudulent intent because it wasn't there. But that's what I believe this

00:12:58.040 about. Having said that, let's take him at his word. It was about classified documents. Trump took

00:13:02.940 him, even though he's president of the United States and he can declassify it. Maybe he didn't cross the

00:13:07.260 T's and dot the I's because you have to do it in writing. Maybe he didn't do that. Maybe Merrick Garland's

00:13:11.240 so pissed off that the National Archives don't have all of their perfect files in the boxed line order

00:13:18.060 that they want them in, that he did the unprecedented thing of going into a former president's home in a

00:13:25.020 pre-dawn raid with 30 FBI agents to get the love notes. Right. And without it, without notifying the

00:13:33.520 current president. Right. Sure. So my point is, I don't feel love for that person. I feel that that

00:13:39.500 person has bastardized the Department of Justice and he has caused a fracture of faith in that really 0.98

00:15:03.540 I see it in my own social media channels where the threats have escalated since Donald Trump's

00:15:08.920 residence was searched. And this is who they are now. They are a chaos party. Oh, my gosh. Oh,

00:15:17.020 my gosh. Megan, you were with me at Fox. I used to say all the time the operative word when all of

00:15:24.280 this starts to happen is chaos. Chaos will be coming at you in all directions. And if you want

00:15:32.780 to be a part of the solution, you cannot be a part of chaos. Anything that leads to more chaos is

00:15:38.400 trouble. We know who the author of that is. This is a prime example of this is all the evidence you

00:15:46.340 need in my book to understand where they're going and who they are. Have you ever noticed that the

00:15:53.600 progressives always, always accuse somebody of what they're going to do or are doing? Yeah, they

00:16:07.880 you're doing. That's what you're doing. But it is true. Who's the party of chaos? Who is the one that

00:16:14.420 has led to chaos on our streets, chaos in our schools, chaos in our home, chaos with our doctors,

00:16:28.280 other countries, chaos with Afghanistan and Ukraine and Russia. Now, China. This is chaos. They are 0.56

00:16:45.320 left. They need the chaos. So what he's saying here is he's self-diagnosing. That's what they need.

00:18:12.800 chatter online. That sounds upsetting and no condemnation from party leaders. Justice Kavanaugh

00:18:19.420 would like a word. He'd like a word. Yeah. Yeah. As would all of the Supreme Court conservative

00:18:24.640 jurist. Right. Can you believe the nerve of him to say that? There was an article in Vox today

00:18:30.960 talking about how this undermining of the FBI and the DOJ and these American institutions is really

00:18:37.860 dangerous. You know, we need to have faith in the rule of law. I'm like, you just had about 10,000

00:18:43.920 pieces about how we can no longer have faith in the U.S. Supreme Court. They've lost their moral

00:18:48.760 authority. Like, could you please spare me the lecture? You wait a minute. Wait a minute. All the FBI

00:18:54.020 all they are are federal cops. Right. You just tried to get rid of all cops. You've been saying

00:19:02.340 for four years, five years, cops are bad. All of them. They can't be trusted. The judicial system is

00:19:08.560 all broken. Now you're trying to tell me that we're we're looking at the police or the cops in this place,

00:19:16.700 the the federal cops, the FBI, and we're questioning them. And we have real reason to question. It's not

00:19:26.120 like George Floyd. We were all against that. All of us. We agreed on that. And yet you turned it in

00:22:39.480 election. So we don't do that. Well, then what's the excuse here? What are you doing now? Now,

00:22:44.560 here we are within 90 days of the midterm elections. And that seems to be what was so imminent. I don't

00:22:49.300 I Trump wasn't even at Mar-a-Lago. Was he destroying documents via remote? Right. You know, via Zoom,

00:22:54.920 you know. And Megan, let me ask you this. Why are they? Why are they? What is their end game?

00:23:46.020 but also a crime. So maybe they have that. But I don't think they do. And if they knew they didn't

00:23:54.320 really have anything, they knew this wasn't really going to go anywhere. What are they doing? This was a I

00:24:00.200 think a there's a good chance that it was almost like a PR strategy. They couldn't convince the

00:24:06.880 American people that the half of the country were January 6th insurrectionists that want to kill 0.78

00:24:13.820 everybody and just hate everybody that's different. They couldn't do it. In fact, the trials as they

00:24:19.140 were going on, I think the people that believe that it was, you know, that that, you know, all the

00:24:24.940 people on the right or like that was like 46 percent. That number during the trial went down

00:24:29.960 to like 37 percent. So it wasn't working. I think their real goal on this particular raid,

00:24:37.560 when you can't find extremists, make them. And I think they are just trying to push our buttons,

00:24:47.560 hoping that somebody does something really stupid. 1.00

00:24:51.800 They want to foment violence. No, I love this theory. I love this theory. It's very interesting 1.00

00:24:56.560 to me because they're you know, they are suddenly drawing attention to rhetoric online about attacks

00:25:11.420 earlier, they don't care if you're harassing or trying to kill Justice Kavanaugh or one of the

00:25:16.120 other Supreme Court. Anybody else. That's no problem for them. But I do think just just a word

00:25:21.340 on the before we get to sort of fomenting violence, which is part of the plan. They want

00:25:25.980 him gone. And if they have to get him Al Capone like right, whether it's taxes through Letitia

00:25:31.300 James or, you know, what misstatements on his forms or the equivalent of a tax violation, keeping

00:25:37.240 the classified documents in his house, they'll do that. I do. I do think this is about January 6th

00:25:42.040 and trying to find the evidence of intent. Well, let's say it's about getting the classified

00:25:45.100 documents. As you know, there was a lot of chatter amongst Democrat politicians and pundits,

00:25:52.060 media types yesterday about there was gleeful chatter about Section 2071 of the classified

00:25:59.060 records, the Presidential Records Act, which says you can't keep the classified documents at your

00:26:03.460 house after you leave the office. And it's it says this 2071 says a convicted party under this

00:26:10.440 section can be fined or in prison, not more than three years or both, and shall forfeit his office

00:26:14.740 and be disqualified from holding any office under the United States. So they're they're not pausing

00:26:21.380 to say, OK, maybe Merrick Garland and the FBI are misusing this statute with a whole goal of

00:26:30.680 disqualifying. They're skipping over the politicization of the DOJ and the FBI and going right to

00:26:36.180 crates. Yes, let's do it. Mark Elias, Clinton's campaign lawyer. This guy, he pushed this deal

00:26:43.380 dossier. He's already, as Jonathan Turley was pointing out in his website today, may have lied

00:26:48.180 about he's been sanctioned in court for his conduct. He another guy named Harry Lipman suggesting this is

00:26:54.120 the plan of the DOJ to end Trump's political career, quote, so this could be the whole enchilada

00:26:59.520 in terms of DOJ resolution. They don't care that it's being politicized. They just want the ends

00:27:04.440 justifying the means. So what is the end game here? I've played this out. So let's say that's

00:27:10.820 what they're doing. OK, so let's play this out and just look at all of the different possibilities.

00:27:18.600 You do that. Do you think that Ron DeSantis is not going to run because he will absolutely run

00:27:27.980 and he's methodical and he's not as easy as a target. So you think you can either buy him off,

00:27:35.680 which I haven't seen any evidence of that, or you can destroy him. I don't see anybody on the left

00:27:42.140 that could get that done. So that doesn't seem right. You don't have Donald Trump. Do you think

01:25:50.420 themselves. I mean, this is how we have three automobile makers, three major automobile makers up until

01:25:59.320 Tesla in this country. We had Auburn. We had all of these great, great companies. We had two

01:26:07.640 extra tire companies, not just BF Goodrich and Goodyear. We also had others, and they were actually

01:26:16.560 selling better tires at lower prices. But because the government went to BF Goodrich and Goodyear and

01:26:25.360 said, what would be good on regulations for your industry? They wrote regulations that the little

01:26:31.880 guys couldn't handle. Yeah. This is what's happening with these public-private partnerships.

01:26:37.780 It's bad. The Inflation Reduction Act. I mean, I guess we're just going to have to say it. This is

01:26:45.620 like their evil trick. Bernie Sanders says it's going to have minimal impact on inflation. At best,

01:26:51.620 only 12% of Americans believe that it will actually reduce inflation. So it's not working. People see

01:26:57.220 through it. But they're going to start to believe. I mean, by the way, I mean, I don't want to skip

01:27:01.900 past the fact that inflation is still at record highs. We got the numbers today. It's not 9.1.

01:27:07.760 It's 8.6. Is it 8.6 today? It's I think it's 8.5. But here's the important thing that people don't

01:27:13.260 understand. Joe Biden came out and said we had zero inflation, 0% inflation, total lie. He's skewing

01:27:28.060 two years ago, it was $108. Okay. And now you add this number to it. Now it's not going down. It's

01:27:37.760 now $114 to buy that thing that two years ago used to cost you $100. It's not at zero. The number is not

01:27:46.960 going down the way they're saying it is. That's just it's slowed down from the rapid ascent last

01:27:54.000 year. Yeah. So, I mean, that we've covered and you and I had a great segment on inflation last

01:27:59.880 time we were on. And as usual, most of your predictions have come true. But the IRS thing

01:28:05.280 really bothers me, really bothers me. I know it bothers you, too. It's 87,000 agents. The agency is

01:28:11.720 swelling. They Charles C.W. Cook was making a great point in the editors the other day saying

01:28:16.100 it's not like the criminal justice system where you actually have to do something to get swept up

01:28:20.500 into it. You know, we're like they have to show probable cause to come mess with you in your life.

01:28:25.200 The IRS doesn't have to do any of that. They can just pick on you for whatever reason. And they will.

01:28:29.360 And they have. Or it can just be some randomized, you know, numerical algorithm that targets you.

01:28:38.220 But you and I don't have to worry about it because we will use our money to hire the best

01:30:08.760 Fed openly says they have to do. This is why you raise the interest rates. It's to slow people down,

01:30:16.940 to slow the economy down. That means they need to slow the consumer down. That's all we are,

01:30:23.820 is the consumer. Now they're just hitting us with rates, with taxes and with intimidation

01:30:31.500 through the IRS. The only reason why that won't slow down the rate of inflation is because

01:30:39.820 the government is just becoming the consumer. So the government's just going to spend all of this

01:30:46.120 money and dump it out there. And it'll probably be more than what we would have spent as consumers
