00:07:05.940 Democrat Governor of California Gavin Newsom suing the Trump administration over the mobilization,

00:07:12.840 The White House arguing the move was legal because the troops were working to protect
00:07:17.060 federal agents and property amid an immigration enforcement action, met by large, violent protests.
00:07:24.020 But Clinton-appointed Judge Charles Breyer, ruling some actions went beyond what the law allows.
