00:01:56.180 The meeting between the U.S. led by Secretary of State Marco Rubio and the Russians led by Foreign
00:02:01.800 Minister Sergei Lavrov lasted approximately four and a half hours. Mr. Rubio telling reporters he was

00:02:21.900 teams will be appointed by each side to conduct negotiations, the end goal of which will be

00:02:34.220 potential cooperation, both geopolitically and economically, after the war has ended. And four,
00:02:39.940 the bulk of the negotiations will be delegated to other people. But the attendees of today's meeting
00:02:45.300 will remain engaged in the process. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy repeatedly expressed
00:02:51.080 dissatisfaction with the Trump administration's approach to these negotiations, the Ukrainian leader
00:02:56.700 not holding back at the Munich Security Conference.
00:02:59.380 The war is in Europe and America is far from the invasion. And I think that we need to share more
00:03:09.940 details because to my mind, there are a lot of different voices around new American administration.
00:03:16.780 And I'm not sure that all these voices on on our side. In multiple forums, Mr. Zelenskyy has
00:03:24.380 stated there can be nothing about Ukraine without Ukraine. Mr. Zelenskyy was slated to visit Saudi
00:03:30.660 Arabia yesterday as well, though not as part of the negotiations. That trip was rescheduled to a
00:03:36.120 later date. Mr. Zelenskyy instead visited Turkey, where he suggested future peace talks should take
00:03:42.280 place with Ukrainian participation. The Ukrainian leader does not believe that Russian President
00:03:47.240 Vladimir Putin is serious about finding a lasting peace. President Trump addressed Zelenskyy's
00:03:53.200 concerns last night from Mar-a-Lago. I hear that, you know, they're upset about not having a seat.

00:04:35.420 meeting believing the Russians are serious about beginning negotiations. I came away today convinced that
00:04:42.000 they are willing to begin to engage in a serious process to determine how and how quickly and through
00:04:47.680 what mechanism can an end be brought to this war. Whether we can ultimately reach that outcome
00:04:53.480 will obviously depend on every side in this conflict's willingness to agree to certain things.
00:04:58.680 When you talk about an enduring and sustainable end of the conflict, it means one that's acceptable
00:05:03.300 to everyone involved in it. And that obviously includes Ukraine, but also our partners in Europe
00:05:08.480 and of course the Russian side as well. National Security Advisor Mike Walsh, also a member of the
00:05:14.120 delegation, maintained that communications between the U.S., European allies and the Ukrainians are
00:05:19.920 ongoing. President Trump said that he would be fine with European leaders stationing troops in Ukraine
00:05:25.760 as part of a lasting peace deal. If they want to do that, that's great. I'm all for it. If they want to do
00:05:31.000 that, I think that'd be fine. If we have a peace deal, I think having troops over there from the standpoint
00:05:38.060 of Europe, we won't have to put any over there because, you know, we're very far away. But having
00:05:43.780 troops over there would be fine. I would not object to it at all. French President Emmanuel Macron and UK
00:05:49.580 Prime Minister Keir Starmer have both stated they support deploying a European peacekeeping force.

00:06:01.540 The Hamas terror organization tells Israeli officials the bodies of Shiri Bibas and her
