00:03:41.520Every single individual has committed a crime, but 70 percent of them have committed or have charges against them on violent crimes and crimes that they are charged with or have been convicted of that have come from other countries that are here illegally, first of all.
00:03:57.260And then they have committed a criminal act while they've been here or in their home countries as well.
00:04:05.66070 percent of everyone you guys keep changing your percentage.
00:04:09.140You pick and choose what numbers you think work.

00:04:21.760Agitators coordinating protest activity across the Twin Cities using so-called ICE Watch Rapid Response Networks to spot, report and swarm federal agents.
00:04:31.900But those alerts are not always accurate.
00:04:33.760In some cases, these groups zeroing in on the wrong targets, falsely identifying ordinary civilians as undercover ICE agents.

00:04:52.820According to one of the men, the group is politically mixed, including one who is anti-ICE.
00:04:57.560The man receiving a message on an anti-ICE signal chat he belongs to called SW Minneapolis Rapid Response, reporting that plain-clothes ICE agents were dining at that very restaurant.
00:05:10.000What he didn't realize, they meant him.

00:05:42.160President Trump's so far holding off on making good on his threat to invoke the Insurrection Act, which would allow him to send in the military to control agitators and protect federal agents.
00:05:52.920On Friday, Mr. Trump telling reporters, quote,
00:05:55.060I don't think there's any reason right now to use it, but if I needed it, I'd use it.
00:05:59.360And indeed, a U.S. official telling Fox News,
00:06:02.4401,500 troops from the Army's 11th Airborne Division have been given prepare-to-deploy orders.

00:06:51.400Minneapolis Mayor Jacob Frye, Sunday on CBS News, doubling down on his anti-ice rhetoric
00:06:56.500amid the threat of further federal forces surging into Minneapolis.
00:07:01.020You said occupying force. Don't you think that's a bit much?
00:07:05.800I mean, look, you can go through whatever rhetorical flourish you want,
00:07:10.040but when you have 3,000 ICE agents and border control come to the city,
00:07:17.060when you've got this supposed threat of 1,500 military coming to the city,
00:07:23.880yeah, that's very much what it feels like.
00:07:25.760When you outnumber local police officers five and six to one, that is the vibe.
00:07:33.040And so the bottom line is, if the goal were safety, this is not how you get there.
00:07:38.780If the goal is safety, I can give you a very antidote to some of the violence that we're seeing.
