00:03:19.040 repeatedly publishing what he described as fiction and lies. The organizations arguing the White House

00:03:25.080 retaliated against them because of their fact-based, sometimes unflattering, reporting while revoking

00:03:31.200 their access without warning or an opportunity to appeal. MSNOW legal affairs reporter Fallon

00:03:37.280 Gallagher breaking down those two claims. So we filed this lawsuit on two big grounds. The first

00:03:43.000 is due process, saying that our reporters were not given appropriate due process before the

00:03:48.080 president implemented this ban. There was no notice. There was no hearing period. The other

00:03:52.280 part of this is, of course, the First Amendment argument. This is saying our lawyers are arguing
