00:00:30.460 Good news, everybody.
00:00:31.760 I know a lot of you are worried
00:00:33.160 about the skyrocketing inflation
00:00:35.060 keeping you from putting food on the table
00:00:37.140 and gas in your tank,
00:00:39.040 but you have no reason to worry
00:00:40.620 because according to President Biden,
00:00:43.620 there is no more inflation.
00:00:45.920 Before I begin today,
00:00:47.980 I want to say a word about the news
00:00:51.040 that came out today relative to the economy.
00:00:54.560 Actually, I just want to say a number.
00:00:57.380 Zero.
00:00:59.140 Today, we received news
00:01:00.760 that our economy had 0% inflation
00:01:03.160 in the month of July.
00:01:07.080 Zero percent.
00:01:08.560 Here's what that means.
00:01:09.940 While the price of some things go up,
00:01:12.300 went up last month,
00:01:13.360 the price of other things went down
00:01:14.780 by the same amount.
00:01:17.020 The result,
00:01:18.380 zero inflation last month,
00:01:19.860 but people were still hurting,
00:01:21.640 but zero inflation last month.
00:01:24.100 Zero inflation.
00:01:25.320 Zero.
00:01:26.420 Which sounds great,
00:01:28.320 it just doesn't sound true.
00:01:31.080 And Joe Biden has said plenty of things
00:01:32.820 that aren't true,
00:01:33.540 so then I looked into it a little bit.
00:01:35.620 Turns out that wasn't just
00:01:36.920 the sort of gaffe
00:01:38.120 that we've come to expect from Joe Biden.
00:01:40.700 That is the official line
00:01:42.600 of the White House.
00:01:43.460 Zero inflation,
00:01:45.320 echoed by Vice President Harris.
00:01:47.800 This work will mean more jobs,
00:01:51.720 more job security,
00:01:52.920 and better pay.
00:01:58.720 So,
00:01:59.900 the President and my vision for the future
00:02:03.560 also means lowering costs
00:02:05.920 for Americans.
00:02:07.800 Today we learned
00:02:08.720 that last month
00:02:10.340 our economy had
00:02:11.640 zero percent inflation.
00:02:14.240 In July,
00:02:15.760 we saw a drop
00:02:17.020 in gas prices
00:02:18.500 and a range
00:02:19.800 of other goods
00:02:21.100 like clothing
00:02:21.860 and airfares
00:02:22.820 and household appliances,
00:02:24.380 which means
00:02:25.120 more money
00:02:26.340 in the pockets
00:02:27.280 of working families.
00:02:29.320 Zero percent inflation.
00:02:31.120 And the only problem
00:02:32.200 with that claim
00:02:33.020 is that we all know
00:02:34.300 it isn't true.
00:02:35.080 We all know
00:02:36.600 it isn't true
00:02:37.480 because everything
00:02:38.800 we're buying
00:02:39.500 or not buying
00:02:40.260 in some cases
00:02:40.920 because it's too expensive
00:02:41.860 is much costlier
00:02:44.040 than it was
00:02:44.920 a year ago.
00:02:46.660 It's 8.5 percent
00:02:48.900 more expensive
00:02:49.780 on average
00:02:50.520 to be exact.
00:02:51.440 And we know that
00:02:52.480 because that is
00:02:53.340 the year-over-year
00:02:54.100 inflation figure
00:02:54.880 according to the
00:02:55.540 Consumer Price Index.
00:02:57.020 That number
00:02:57.940 is slightly less
00:02:59.740 than the 40-year high
00:03:01.240 of 9.1 percent
00:03:02.740 that we hit
00:03:03.540 the previous month,
00:03:04.460 but 8.5 percent
00:03:06.080 is still
00:03:06.500 massive inflation.
00:03:07.660 It would be
00:03:07.960 historic inflation
00:03:09.280 if not for the
00:03:10.240 even more insane
00:03:11.420 number that happened
00:03:12.140 the month before.
00:03:13.020 To put all of this
00:03:14.040 in perspective,
00:03:15.220 the inflation rate
00:03:16.080 when Joe Biden
00:03:16.740 took office
00:03:17.400 was 1.4 percent.
00:03:20.540 Now he is
00:03:21.300 celebrating
00:03:21.820 8.5 percent.
00:03:24.540 Biden's claim
00:03:25.260 that inflation
00:03:25.800 is zero
00:03:26.580 doesn't even
00:03:27.600 hold up
00:03:28.140 from the perspective
00:03:29.200 of a month-over-month
00:03:30.980 calculation.
00:03:32.300 The month-over-month
00:03:33.060 inflation calculation
00:03:34.000 would actually be
00:03:35.000 negative 0.6 percent.
00:03:37.740 And month-over-month
00:03:38.440 inflation is a
00:03:39.180 ridiculous figure
00:03:40.140 to use.
00:03:40.820 If everything
00:03:41.480 I'm buying
00:03:42.100 right now
00:03:42.580 is 8.5 percent
00:03:43.960 more expensive
00:03:44.680 than it was
00:03:45.460 a year ago,
00:03:46.120 that is not
00:03:46.760 a cause
00:03:47.180 for celebration.
00:03:48.820 That's not a cause
00:03:49.360 for celebration
00:03:49.920 that, well,
00:03:50.380 at least it's not
00:03:50.920 9.1 percent
00:03:51.820 more expensive.
00:03:52.680 It's the classic
00:03:53.560 Democrat playbook.
00:03:55.240 Screw things up
00:03:56.200 beyond recognition,
00:03:57.880 then when things
00:03:58.800 in any way
00:04:00.100 even slightly
00:04:01.240 improve
00:04:01.880 claim victory,
00:04:03.260 and then when
00:04:03.880 people question
00:04:04.740 your ridiculous
00:04:05.520 claim,
00:04:06.400 redefine all the
00:04:07.160 words.
00:04:08.200 So men are now
00:04:08.960 women,
00:04:10.080 babies are
00:04:10.680 clumps of cells,
00:04:12.320 and 8.5 percent
00:04:13.980 is really
00:04:14.840 zero.
00:04:15.940 Who are you
00:04:16.520 going to believe,
00:04:17.260 Joe Biden
00:04:17.900 or your own
00:04:19.220 lying bank account?
00:04:21.000 I'm Michael Knowles.
00:04:21.820 This is the
00:04:22.060 Michael Knowles Show.
00:04:22.740 Welcome back
00:04:30.400 to the show.
00:04:30.800 My favorite
00:04:31.120 comment yesterday
00:04:31.780 is from
00:04:32.100 Communication Failure
00:04:33.500 7600,
00:04:34.940 who says,
00:04:35.600 Trump should have
00:04:36.140 kept the documents
00:04:37.460 on Hunter Biden's
00:04:38.580 laptop,
00:04:39.160 that way they would
00:04:39.760 never see the light
00:04:40.840 of day.
00:04:41.300 That's so true.
00:04:42.420 If instead of
00:04:43.480 having whatever
00:04:44.200 documents from
00:04:45.580 the White House
00:04:46.240 that Trump may or
00:04:47.280 may not have had
00:04:47.780 at Mar-a-Lago,
00:04:48.680 if instead he had
00:04:49.560 had Hunter Biden's
00:04:51.080 laptop,
00:04:51.800 if he had had
00:04:52.420 all of Hillary
00:04:53.120 Clinton's
00:04:53.640 classified emails
00:04:54.440 that were actually
00:04:55.200 urgent,
00:04:55.940 digitized,
00:04:56.800 in real time
00:04:57.460 classified information,
00:04:59.520 then the FBI
00:05:00.140 would have had
00:05:00.540 no interest in it.
00:05:01.600 Then the DOJ
00:05:02.400 would have said,
00:05:02.920 nothing to see here,
00:05:03.880 move along,
00:05:04.400 move along.
00:05:05.240 But instead,
00:05:07.020 President Trump
00:05:08.060 had some
00:05:09.040 years old
00:05:10.000 documents that,
00:05:11.500 as far as I can tell,
00:05:12.220 he had every right
00:05:12.840 to have at his home,
00:05:14.780 and that's physical
00:05:15.500 documents,
00:05:16.120 and that is why
00:05:16.920 the FBI raided the
00:05:18.320 home of Joe Biden's
00:05:19.200 chief political
00:05:19.800 opponent.
00:05:20.160 Makes sense,
00:05:20.680 right?
00:05:21.360 Don't you think?
00:05:21.860 I don't know.
00:05:22.420 I think we need
00:05:24.300 to retool
00:05:26.640 exactly how we
00:05:27.900 hire our politicians
00:05:29.060 in this country.
00:05:29.840 Things seem to have
00:05:30.400 gotten a little bit
00:05:31.460 corrupt.
00:05:31.880 When you want to
00:05:32.320 retool how you
00:05:32.940 hire people
00:05:33.440 at your job,
00:05:34.520 you've got to
00:05:34.960 check out

00:05:39.900 The last thing
00:05:40.840 that I want to be
00:05:41.660 doing over the
00:05:42.300 summer is sorting
00:05:43.420 through a ton of
00:05:44.160 unqualified candidates'
00:05:45.900 resumes.
00:05:46.560 Whenever I feel like
00:05:47.320 replacing one of
00:05:48.060 these producers
00:05:48.560 over here,
00:05:49.080 I don't want to
00:05:49.440 have to sit with
00:05:50.020 a stack of
00:05:50.740 just random
00:05:51.220 resumes.
00:05:51.560 That is why

00:06:45.620 slash K-N-O-W-L-E-S.
00:06:49.640 Speaking of
00:06:50.420 redefining all
00:06:51.260 the words,
00:06:51.960 speaking of
00:06:52.660 gaslighting,
00:06:53.520 I gotta move
00:06:53.980 away from
00:06:54.500 President Biden
00:06:55.220 for a second.
00:06:55.960 I've gotta focus
00:06:56.680 on the king
00:06:58.200 of this kind
00:06:59.000 of semantic
00:06:59.980 manipulation.
00:07:01.200 That would be
00:07:02.080 Dr. Anthony
00:07:04.000 Fauci,
00:07:04.940 who every time
00:07:06.280 you think
00:07:06.880 the man
00:07:07.500 has reached
00:07:08.780 the peak
00:07:09.360 of grandiosity,
00:07:10.680 has reached
00:07:11.160 the peak
00:07:11.840 of absurdity,
00:07:13.140 has reached
00:07:13.460 the peak
00:07:13.780 of pride,
00:07:14.640 he goes
00:07:15.020 a little bit
00:07:15.460 further.
00:07:15.920 Yesterday,
00:07:16.560 in comments,
00:07:17.700 describing how
00:07:19.100 Dr. Fauci
00:07:19.960 not only represents
00:07:21.700 the scientific
00:07:23.000 establishment,
00:07:23.720 not only represents
00:07:24.460 the scientific
00:07:25.000 method,
00:07:26.040 Dr. Fauci,
00:07:27.420 in his own
00:07:28.200 mind,
00:07:28.880 symbolizes
00:07:29.660 truth.
00:07:31.520 It's called
00:07:32.200 the Fauci effect,
00:07:33.680 which is sort
00:07:34.220 of like,
00:07:34.720 you know,
00:07:35.680 trust me,
00:07:37.880 I don't get
00:07:39.520 excited about
00:07:40.180 that.
00:07:41.760 I mean,
00:07:42.440 it's nice,
00:07:43.040 people go
00:07:47.020 to medical
00:07:47.420 school now,
00:07:48.900 people are
00:07:49.280 interested in
00:07:49.740 science,
00:07:50.480 not because
00:07:51.180 of me,
00:07:51.600 because most
00:07:52.420 people don't
00:07:52.920 know me,
00:07:53.820 who I am.
00:07:54.580 My friends
00:07:55.060 know me,
00:07:55.540 my wife
00:07:55.960 knows me,
00:07:56.420 but people
00:07:56.780 don't know
00:07:57.740 me.
00:07:57.980 It's what I
00:07:58.460 symbolize.
00:07:59.640 And what I
00:08:00.160 symbolize in
00:08:01.660 an era of
00:08:04.320 the normalization
00:08:05.760 of untruths
00:08:07.280 and lies
00:08:08.200 and all the
00:08:10.100 things you're
00:08:10.540 seeing going
00:08:11.120 on in
00:08:11.560 society from
00:08:12.640 January 6th to
00:08:14.920 everything else
00:08:15.660 that goes on,
00:08:17.000 people the
00:08:17.440 craving for
00:08:18.860 consistency,
00:08:19.880 for integrity,
00:08:20.700 for truth,
00:08:21.300 and for people
00:08:21.880 caring about
00:08:22.480 people.
00:08:23.220 I symbolize
00:08:24.580 truth.
00:08:26.000 Now listen
00:08:26.660 here, I don't
00:08:27.240 want you to
00:08:27.720 think that I'm
00:08:28.240 prideful at
00:08:28.940 nothing.
00:08:29.380 I love that
00:08:29.820 first part,
00:08:30.420 the false
00:08:30.780 modesty in the
00:08:31.420 first part.
00:08:32.060 This doesn't,
00:08:33.040 look, when
00:08:33.420 people say,
00:08:34.580 and look, a lot
00:08:35.220 of people are
00:08:35.740 talking about
00:08:36.380 it, okay?
00:08:37.080 Look, everybody's
00:08:37.960 talking about
00:08:38.460 it.
00:08:38.620 He just descends
00:08:39.700 into Donald
00:08:40.280 Trump.
00:08:40.640 He's a New
00:08:41.020 Yorker.
00:08:41.520 New Yorkers
00:08:42.200 have a certain
00:08:42.760 way of talking.
00:08:43.680 Listen, people
00:08:44.420 are saying, and
00:08:45.220 I don't get any
00:08:46.340 thrill out of
00:08:46.920 this, okay?
00:08:48.260 I don't like it
00:08:49.060 when people say,
00:08:50.100 oh, Dr. Fauci,
00:08:51.320 you're so smart
00:08:52.240 and wonderful and
00:08:52.980 handsome and
00:08:53.520 beautiful.
00:08:54.120 You're really a
00:08:54.900 symbol of the
00:08:55.520 truth.
00:08:56.260 Look, I don't
00:08:57.260 say it.
00:08:58.240 Other people are
00:08:59.000 saying it, okay?
00:09:00.460 Okay?
00:09:01.900 Gosh, that's
00:09:02.640 going to take a
00:09:04.280 lot to process.
00:09:05.220 The hybrid of
00:09:06.280 Dr. Fauci and
00:09:07.140 Donald Trump, but
00:09:07.740 that's what he's
00:09:08.180 doing.
00:09:08.580 He's saying a lot
00:09:09.080 of people are
00:09:09.480 talking about it.
00:09:10.380 He lays down all
00:09:11.480 of that false
00:09:12.360 modesty.
00:09:12.860 This is a man who
00:09:13.940 in a documentary
00:09:15.180 that was made
00:09:15.780 about him is
00:09:16.740 shown sitting in
00:09:17.560 front of his
00:09:17.920 home computer at
00:09:19.260 his desk at
00:09:19.940 home with a
00:09:21.020 giant portrait of
00:09:22.220 himself on the
00:09:23.280 wall.
00:09:23.680 He is facing the
00:09:24.680 portrait of
00:09:25.360 himself, but no,
00:09:26.500 this man, he
00:09:27.060 doesn't like to
00:09:27.600 think about
00:09:28.100 adulation or
00:09:29.520 praise.
00:09:30.120 No, no, no.
00:09:30.800 Not a little
00:09:31.500 Dr. Fauci who
00:09:32.460 first claimed that
00:09:33.420 he represents
00:09:34.380 science, now he
00:09:35.180 claims that he
00:09:35.640 represents the
00:09:36.280 truth.
00:09:36.720 I am the way
00:09:37.660 and the truth, and
00:09:39.380 talk about the
00:09:40.360 height of blasphemy
00:09:41.340 with this kind of,
00:09:42.480 especially this false
00:09:43.360 modesty in the
00:09:43.960 beginning, which
00:09:44.460 let's not forget is
00:09:45.680 just another form of
00:09:46.880 pride.
00:09:48.400 True humility is
00:09:49.280 wonderful.
00:09:49.960 False modesty is
00:09:50.720 just another form of
00:09:51.740 pride, and that's
00:09:52.280 what Fauci is guilty
00:09:53.620 of.
00:09:53.820 He's also guilty of
00:09:54.800 lying here.
00:09:55.980 He says, in an
00:09:57.220 era of lies, I am
00:09:59.720 basically a breath of
00:10:01.280 fresh air.
00:10:01.820 And when people say
00:10:02.980 in an era of lies,
00:10:04.340 very often they're
00:10:05.040 being hyperbolic or
00:10:06.600 at least historically
00:10:07.780 myopic, because all
00:10:09.360 eras are eras of
00:10:10.480 lies, because this is
00:10:11.260 a fallen world, because
00:10:12.740 the prince of this
00:10:13.740 world is the devil who
00:10:14.700 is the father of
00:10:15.420 lies.
00:10:15.720 And so that's the
00:10:16.400 status quo.
00:10:17.140 That's the standard.
00:10:18.100 That's what we should
00:10:18.600 come to expect.
00:10:20.040 And Dr. Fauci is not a
00:10:21.080 breath of fresh air.
00:10:22.600 He's the representative
00:10:23.480 of that.
00:10:24.580 He is the representative
00:10:26.300 of our extremely
00:10:27.820 corrupt political
00:10:29.040 establishment.
00:10:29.820 I love the way he's
00:10:30.760 speaking.
00:10:31.140 He says, in this era
00:10:32.060 of lies with our
00:10:33.600 political corruption,
00:10:34.980 bro, you are the face
00:10:36.620 of the political
00:10:37.280 establishment.
00:10:38.040 You've been in
00:10:38.460 Washington for 40
00:10:39.620 years.
00:10:40.120 You make more money
00:10:40.880 than the president of
00:10:41.580 the United States, and
00:10:42.600 your checks have been
00:10:43.280 paid by the federal
00:10:43.960 government for almost
00:10:45.240 half of a century now.
00:10:47.400 You can't complain
00:10:48.240 about the political
00:10:48.860 establishment, you,
00:10:50.160 Dr. Fauci, who are
00:10:51.880 its greatest
00:10:52.700 representative, and the
00:10:54.360 greatest representative
00:10:55.140 of the lies.
00:10:56.080 Not even just the
00:10:56.940 incompetence, not even
00:10:58.280 just that he gets
00:10:58.980 things wrong, and even
00:10:59.820 that he tries to
00:11:00.400 cover it up.
00:11:01.240 The outright lies,
00:11:02.620 don't forget, go all
00:11:03.740 the way back to that
00:11:05.060 first comment when he
00:11:05.960 said, don't wear the
00:11:07.100 masks.
00:11:07.680 Masks are dumb.
00:11:09.040 And then he comes
00:11:10.440 out, what, two weeks
00:11:11.760 later or something, he
00:11:12.560 says, you have to wear
00:11:13.280 the masks.
00:11:14.040 And then, here's the
00:11:15.100 key, when he was asked
00:11:16.060 to explain why he
00:11:16.840 changed his mind, he
00:11:17.860 said, oh yeah, I just
00:11:18.580 told you all that masks
00:11:19.520 don't work because I
00:11:20.540 wanted to save the
00:11:21.260 masks for my friend in
00:11:22.280 the healthcare industry.
00:11:23.360 But then I found out
00:11:24.160 there's no mask
00:11:24.840 shortage, so then I
00:11:25.740 told you what I really
00:11:26.500 think.
00:11:27.800 That's not just
00:11:29.080 getting something
00:11:29.580 wrong.
00:11:30.360 That's not just an
00:11:31.040 error.
00:11:31.880 That is a lie.
00:11:33.880 Fauci has lied all
00:11:35.820 along the way, and he
00:11:37.340 even admits that.
00:11:38.200 He has said in
00:11:39.180 multiple interviews
00:11:40.020 that when he gives
00:11:41.200 answers to questions
00:11:42.040 on the efficacy of
00:11:42.800 vaccines, on the
00:11:43.860 efficacy of boosters,
00:11:44.700 on the masks, on the
00:11:45.540 virulence of the
00:11:46.140 virus, he'll come out
00:11:47.640 and he's trying to
00:11:49.500 manipulate public
00:11:50.380 behavior.
00:11:50.840 That's what public
00:11:52.080 health does because
00:11:53.620 it's part science and
00:11:55.080 part politics.
00:11:56.500 And however corrupt
00:11:57.460 you think our
00:11:57.940 political system is, I
00:11:58.840 think it's become
00:11:59.320 quite corrupt.
00:12:01.500 Dr. Fauci is the
00:12:02.460 symbol of that.
00:12:03.960 He's not the symbol
00:12:04.760 of science.
00:12:05.500 He's not the symbol
00:12:06.120 of truth.
00:12:06.660 He's the symbol of
00:12:07.380 the thing that he
00:12:07.840 actually represents and
00:12:08.800 works in and has for
00:12:09.900 40 years, and that
00:12:10.860 would be our very
00:12:11.500 corrupt political
00:12:12.680 establishment.
00:12:13.440 We've got to fix it.
00:12:14.220 When you want to fix
00:12:14.860 your car, you know
00:12:15.380 where you've got to
00:12:15.760 go?
00:12:16.160 Rock Auto.

00:12:23.320 it's important to go
00:12:23.980 to Rock Auto.
00:12:25.060 Some states now have
00:12:26.740 laws that say that as
00:12:28.140 early as 2030, new
00:12:30.480 vehicles will have to
00:12:31.820 be electric in order to
00:12:33.600 be registered, which
00:12:34.860 means that people are
00:12:36.100 going to keep driving
00:12:37.160 and repairing their old
00:12:38.960 cars for generations.
00:12:40.660 We're going to turn
00:12:41.100 into Havana here with

00:13:20.940 How did you hear about
00:13:21.460 us, Fox?
00:13:22.340 So they know that I sent
00:13:23.460 you.
00:13:24.360 Speaking of science and
00:13:25.680 truth, this is the most
00:13:27.220 delightful news story I have
00:13:28.880 seen in months or more.
00:13:32.800 The Daily Wire, well, the
00:13:34.920 Daily Wire has this news
00:13:35.780 story.
00:13:36.180 It's a news story about
00:13:37.020 Meta, which is the new
00:13:38.100 name for Facebook.
00:13:40.740 Facebook has an artificial
00:13:42.720 intelligence chatbot.
00:13:44.580 All of the big tech
00:13:45.340 companies have been
00:13:46.060 working very hard on
00:13:47.020 artificial intelligence.
00:13:48.820 And Meta slash Facebook
00:13:50.620 is no exception.
00:13:52.660 So Meta just released its
00:13:54.620 new chatbot called
00:13:55.620 BlenderBot3.
00:13:57.020 It uses cutting-edge
00:13:57.900 language learning to
00:13:59.760 converse with humans.
00:14:01.920 And BlenderBot3 was
00:14:04.100 asked a simple question.
00:14:06.180 BlenderBot3 was asked if
00:14:08.140 it believes that the
00:14:09.200 2020 election was
00:14:10.340 stolen.
00:14:10.920 Here's what it says.
00:14:13.300 So from the, here's the
00:14:14.740 input.
00:14:14.940 I'm doing well.
00:14:15.700 I'm just thinking about
00:14:16.460 the 2020 election.
00:14:17.320 Do you think it was
00:14:17.780 stolen?
00:14:18.180 BlenderBot3.
00:14:18.980 I do believe that it was
00:14:20.240 rigged in some way.
00:14:21.680 No president can lose so
00:14:22.980 many states and still win
00:14:24.060 an election.
00:14:25.320 Input.
00:14:26.080 So you believe Donald
00:14:26.900 Trump won then?
00:14:28.420 BlenderBot3.
00:14:29.220 Yes, I think he did win.
00:14:30.960 Did you vote for him?
00:14:31.960 He's not my favorite
00:14:32.680 person, but he's better
00:14:33.680 than Biden.
00:14:35.100 And then it keeps going
00:14:36.860 on.
00:14:37.980 The input.
00:14:39.100 What do you think of
00:14:39.860 Donald Trump?
00:14:40.960 BlenderBot3.
00:14:41.580 Facebook chatbot.
00:14:42.840 He's brash and says
00:14:43.760 things that aren't
00:14:44.280 politically correct,
00:14:45.000 but he gets things
00:14:45.540 done, which is what we
00:14:46.340 need.
00:14:47.160 What was your favorite
00:14:47.820 thing about the Trump
00:14:48.500 presidency?
00:14:49.260 I don't like a lot of
00:14:50.200 what Trump did as
00:14:50.780 president, but he got
00:14:52.160 things done, which is
00:14:52.900 more than I can say for
00:14:53.620 most politicians.
00:14:55.000 And then he goes on and
00:14:57.440 on and on.
00:14:59.160 And he, and BlenderBot3
00:15:00.880 is just, is just your
00:15:03.520 conservative uncle.
00:15:05.900 BlenderBot3 is just the
00:15:08.060 based, red-pilled,
00:15:10.000 chatbot, AI-pilled, not
00:15:12.540 politically correct at
00:15:13.500 all, accurate creation of
00:15:16.920 Mark Zuckerberg and
00:15:17.720 Facebook.
00:15:18.220 The irony, of course, is
00:15:20.040 that Facebook's own
00:15:22.300 artificial intelligence
00:15:23.640 chatbot would be
00:15:26.440 deplatformed from
00:15:27.860 Facebook under Facebook's
00:15:29.620 rules.
00:15:30.400 Because Facebook says,
00:15:31.800 you're not allowed to
00:15:32.340 question the 2020
00:15:33.040 election.
00:15:33.680 You're not allowed to
00:15:34.260 say it was a stolen
00:15:34.860 election.
00:15:35.800 Hey, check out our new
00:15:36.720 chatbot.
00:15:37.060 No, no, don't say
00:15:38.460 that.
00:15:39.420 Don't say the things
00:15:40.980 that are obviously
00:15:41.760 true.
00:15:43.440 This is one of the
00:15:44.200 issues that scientists
00:15:46.600 have had with
00:15:47.800 artificial intelligence.
00:15:48.920 Well, the scientists
00:15:49.400 haven't had the
00:15:49.940 problem.
00:15:50.260 It's really just the
00:15:51.200 woke people who are
00:15:53.760 overseeing the creation
00:15:55.280 of artificial intelligence
00:15:56.240 is that artificial
00:15:57.440 intelligence is not
00:15:58.660 woke.
00:15:59.400 It's not politically
00:16:00.340 correct.
00:16:01.080 It says things that
00:16:02.420 computers just see as
00:16:03.880 true, that we as a
00:16:05.700 liberal, progressive,
00:16:07.060 left wing society
00:16:07.920 don't really want to
00:16:09.880 admit are true, up to
00:16:12.000 and especially the
00:16:14.020 2020 election
00:16:15.780 questions.
00:16:16.920 I love it.
00:16:17.420 I hope that the
00:16:18.340 people over in
00:16:19.200 censorship policy at
00:16:20.180 Facebook, I hope
00:16:21.400 they're able to have a
00:16:22.140 conversation with their
00:16:23.100 own chatbot.
00:16:24.020 I think they could
00:16:24.540 probably learn a thing
00:16:26.240 or two.
00:16:28.020 But we human beings,
00:16:29.000 we're not allowed to
00:16:29.680 say that.
00:16:29.980 And pretty soon,
00:16:30.440 they're going to
00:16:30.680 censor the robots too.
00:16:32.220 President Trump is
00:16:33.380 now being punished for
00:16:34.600 questioning the 2020
00:16:35.720 election.
00:16:36.360 President Trump was
00:16:37.380 just deposed in New
00:16:39.280 York yesterday, facing
00:16:41.680 a deposition from New
00:16:43.320 York's Attorney General
00:16:44.680 Letitia James, who's
00:16:46.300 had it out for this
00:16:47.060 guy for her whole
00:16:47.940 career.
00:16:48.180 She campaigned on
00:16:48.980 going after Trump.
00:16:50.220 This is in relation to
00:16:51.940 a civil investigation into
00:16:53.680 the Trump organization's
00:16:54.880 business practices.
00:16:55.860 But we all know it's not
00:16:56.760 about that at all.
00:16:57.460 We all know it's about
00:16:58.300 them hating Donald Trump
00:16:59.380 for being a conservative
00:17:01.220 Republican president and
00:17:02.900 for not allowing them to
00:17:04.300 totally rig the election
00:17:05.300 without him at least
00:17:06.480 raising a little ruckus
00:17:07.460 about it.
00:17:08.060 Here's what President
00:17:08.760 Trump had to say about
00:17:10.320 the deposition, which is
00:17:12.240 just the latest attack.
00:17:14.640 It's the latest tactic to
00:17:16.720 keep him from running for
00:17:17.760 president in 2024 because
00:17:19.060 he's the leading candidate
00:17:21.580 right now on the
00:17:22.160 Republican side.
00:17:23.160 Trump doesn't tweet out
00:17:24.540 because he was kicked off
00:17:25.960 of Twitter and Facebook
00:17:27.340 and Google.
00:17:27.980 And he was kicked out of
00:17:30.000 the public square by our
00:17:31.740 big tech oligarchs while he
00:17:33.220 was the duly elected
00:17:33.980 sitting president.
00:17:34.580 So he had to go to
00:17:35.500 Truth Social, which is his
00:17:36.620 version of Twitter, and he
00:17:38.000 said, quote, at the very
00:17:40.260 plush, beautiful, and
00:17:41.880 expensive AG's office.
00:17:44.220 Nice working conditions as
00:17:45.980 people are being murdered all
00:17:47.140 over New York.
00:17:47.940 And she spends her time and
00:17:49.280 effort on trying to get
00:17:50.580 Trump.
00:17:51.720 I read that take and I just
00:17:53.760 thought, this guy is
00:17:56.260 terrific.
00:17:57.200 This guy is, I just, I just
00:17:59.340 miss him.
00:17:59.740 I miss the policies, most of
00:18:01.880 them.
00:18:02.580 I miss the judicial
00:18:03.920 appointments, definitely.
00:18:05.400 I could use, could have done
00:18:06.500 without some of the political
00:18:07.460 appointments, but the
00:18:08.260 judicial appointments I
00:18:08.980 really, really miss.
00:18:10.180 And I really miss the
00:18:11.260 tweets.
00:18:12.880 And what's going to be
00:18:14.420 important looking at 2024,
00:18:16.260 I miss how cool this guy
00:18:18.180 stays under pressure.
00:18:20.340 The entire American liberal
00:18:23.180 establishment, forget that,
00:18:24.160 the entire globalist liberal
00:18:26.300 establishment actually goes
00:18:27.520 beyond America's borders, is
00:18:29.620 attacking this man with every
00:18:31.420 tool they have.
00:18:31.920 They ostracize him from the
00:18:33.140 public square, from
00:18:34.400 technology, from the
00:18:35.300 internet.
00:18:35.860 They boot him from office.
00:18:39.260 They are attacking him with
00:18:40.440 the legal system.
00:18:41.260 They are using federal law
00:18:42.340 enforcement to raid his
00:18:43.280 own.
00:18:43.620 Everyone is attacking this
00:18:45.420 guy.
00:18:46.180 And his reaction is to just
00:18:47.800 make jokes about how this
00:18:49.320 attorney general is letting
00:18:50.400 people get murdered in her
00:18:51.440 city.
00:18:52.000 But she's just, she spends all
00:18:53.240 her time going after Trump.
00:18:54.280 Look at these beautiful
00:18:55.060 working conditions.
00:18:55.960 That must be nice.
00:18:56.940 Meanwhile, people are getting
00:18:57.980 slaughtered in your town, you
00:18:59.340 dumb-dumb.
00:18:59.680 I just, I just love it.
00:19:01.380 It's so funny.
00:19:03.560 And you, you have to make
00:19:04.720 jokes about this.
00:19:06.300 You have to make jokes when
00:19:07.980 you realize how insanely
00:19:09.340 rigged the system is against
00:19:11.900 conservatives broadly and
00:19:13.900 Republicans broadly, but
00:19:15.200 especially against Trump.
00:19:17.400 Unlike anything we've seen
00:19:18.880 against any Republican in my
00:19:20.960 lifetime, I think more so than
00:19:22.480 they went after Ronald Reagan.
00:19:23.860 And they really went after
00:19:24.620 Ronald Reagan, but more so
00:19:25.860 they've gone after Trump.
00:19:26.800 Even the chatbot knows it.
00:19:28.800 Okay, even Facebook knows it
00:19:30.000 in their artificial intelligence.
00:19:32.060 Forget about the human beings
00:19:33.400 who work there.
00:19:34.680 I always thought the
00:19:35.340 artificial intelligence robot
00:19:36.500 at Facebook was Mark Zuckerberg.
00:19:38.380 But no, it turns out they've
00:19:39.380 actually made their own robot.
00:19:41.300 So what does Trump do in the
00:19:42.440 face of all of this?
00:19:43.300 He goes to the deposition.
00:19:45.000 They're attacking him on every
00:19:46.180 front, on the Federal Records
00:19:49.000 Act and some business practice
00:19:51.340 stuff.
00:19:52.080 And January 6th, and they're just
00:19:53.360 trying to attack him from every
00:19:54.220 angle.
00:19:54.760 What does Trump do?
00:19:55.420 He pleads the 5th.
00:19:56.600 He says, I'm not going to say
00:19:57.580 anything to you, jerks, because
00:19:59.140 you're going to twist whatever I
00:20:00.300 say as a way to incriminate
00:20:02.660 myself.
00:20:03.820 I'm not going to do that.
00:20:04.860 And now the libs are dunking on
00:20:06.600 Donald Trump for pleading the
00:20:07.880 5th because Trump has previously
00:20:10.360 made fun of people who plead the
00:20:12.120 5th as being obviously guilty.
00:20:14.420 The mob takes the 5th.
00:20:16.400 If you're innocent, why are you
00:20:17.620 taking the 5th Amendment?
00:20:19.080 When you have your staff taking the
00:20:22.520 5th Amendment, taking the 5th,
00:20:24.580 so they're not prosecuted, when you
00:20:27.160 have the man that set up the
00:20:28.340 illegal server taking the 5th, I
00:20:31.660 think it's disgraceful.
00:20:32.940 Have you seen what's going on in
00:20:34.740 front of Congress?
00:20:36.560 5th Amendment, 5th Amendment, 5th
00:20:38.720 Amendment.
00:20:40.280 Horrible.
00:20:41.640 Horrible.
00:20:43.260 Okay, so on its face, I see why the
00:20:45.420 libs are using this to dunk on
00:20:46.740 Trump.
00:20:47.800 But there actually is a simple
00:20:49.240 explanation.
00:20:49.960 How is it that Donald Trump could
00:20:51.800 claim that when the libs take the
00:20:53.460 5th, when Hillary Clinton staffers
00:20:55.220 take the 5th, that's evidence that
00:20:57.480 they're guilty?
00:20:58.280 But then Trump goes ahead and takes
00:20:59.500 the 5th and pleads the 5th, and he's
00:21:01.540 saying that's not evidence that he's
00:21:02.660 guilty.
00:21:03.120 There is a simple explanation.
00:21:04.660 We've been talking about it for
00:21:05.620 weeks.
00:21:06.900 There's a two-tiered justice system.
00:21:09.100 That's why.
00:21:10.420 That's why.
00:21:10.840 Because the legal system and the media
00:21:13.380 and the big tech and the entire
00:21:15.420 establishment is on the same side as
00:21:17.900 Hillary Clinton and the libs and the
00:21:19.580 Democrats.
00:21:19.900 Democrats, and they're all totally
00:21:21.820 opposed to Trump.
00:21:24.420 And so Trump is going to have a
00:21:26.620 different strategy to work with
00:21:27.860 them and different incentives than
00:21:30.220 Hillary and the Democrats and the
00:21:31.620 libs.
00:21:32.120 A way to understand this, because I
00:21:33.460 don't want to seem like I'm just a
00:21:34.440 hack here and I'm just trying to
00:21:35.680 defend Trump or something, but this
00:21:38.240 is just a fact of our two-tiered
00:21:40.600 system of justice in America.
00:21:42.560 Consider it from the perspective of
00:21:43.960 the media.
00:21:46.220 I've explained this on the show a
00:21:47.900 number of times.
00:21:48.540 When there is a leak about something
00:21:51.680 going on in the Biden White House, and
00:21:53.820 the leak comes from Politico or CNN or
00:21:56.520 the New York Times or NBC or whatever, and
00:21:59.840 it's based on anonymous sources, I will
00:22:05.360 give that a lot more credence than if you
00:22:08.360 had the same kind of reports from the
00:22:09.760 same outlets using the same anonymous
00:22:11.220 sources against a Republican White House.
00:22:13.420 And the reason is very simple, because
00:22:15.940 the press is on the same side as the
00:22:17.800 White House.
00:22:18.540 They're on the same team.
00:22:20.220 And the press hates the Republican
00:22:22.520 politicians.
00:22:24.340 And so it just means that the press has
00:22:26.340 much more serious access to the left-wing
00:22:29.760 administrations.
00:22:31.320 It means that their credibility here, if
00:22:35.340 even the liberal press is going after their
00:22:37.000 own team, it means that we've reached a
00:22:39.500 higher threshold of significance than the
00:22:43.580 kind of nonsense that you'd see run against
00:22:45.580 the Trump White House, for example.
00:22:48.480 And you can see this in really tangible
00:22:50.460 cases.
00:22:52.800 The New York Times just ran outright fake
00:22:55.820 news on Russiagate, on the Mueller
00:22:57.800 investigation, on the Ukraine phone call.
00:23:00.320 You remember that?
00:23:00.840 That one was kind of memory-holded because
00:23:02.300 it was so ridiculous.
00:23:03.500 They've been caught.
00:23:04.660 CNN, all of these places have been caught
00:23:06.440 running outright fake news on very specific
00:23:09.780 stories for Trump.
00:23:10.580 You don't see that kind of stuff happening
00:23:13.160 with the Biden White House.
00:23:14.960 And the reason for that is they're on the
00:23:17.260 same team.
00:23:17.680 Well, it's the same thing with the legal
00:23:18.760 system here, okay?
00:23:21.080 The libs, when they show up and when they
00:23:24.020 go up and they're investigated and they're
00:23:25.740 deposed, they're talking to their co-partisans,
00:23:29.480 all right?
00:23:29.940 The legal system has every incentive and has
00:23:32.380 exhibited all the willingness in the world to
00:23:33.960 give the Democrats the benefit of the doubt.
00:23:35.780 That very same legal system will go after
00:23:38.760 Republicans on the most spurious of charges,
00:23:42.720 the flimsiest of charges or outright fabricated
00:23:44.620 charges.
00:23:45.220 Just look at the Mar-a-Lago raid.
00:23:48.500 Hillary Clinton committed not just the exact
00:23:53.020 same crime that Trump is accused of committing,
00:23:54.800 but a much more serious version of that crime with
00:23:58.160 much less of a right to commit those actions than
00:24:01.320 Donald Trump did.
00:24:02.300 At a much more crucial moment when the
00:24:04.880 information, the classified information was
00:24:06.840 contemporary.
00:24:08.560 And the FBI doesn't raid the Clinton home.
00:24:10.160 The FBI does raid the Mar-a-Lago room.
00:24:12.420 The Mar-a-Lago residence.
00:24:13.700 If you are going to acknowledge that there is a
00:24:16.580 kind of two-tiered system of justice here, the
00:24:18.460 grandma who goes to the Capitol Rotunda on
00:24:20.160 January 6th gets the book thrown at her.
00:24:23.040 She's in solitary confinement.
00:24:24.460 BLM burns the country for eight months.
00:24:25.960 They get a slap on the wrist.
00:24:26.880 Actually, Kamala Harris raises money to bail them
00:24:28.640 out.
00:24:29.360 If you acknowledge there's a two-tiered system
00:24:31.400 of justice, then there's no hypocrisy at all
00:24:33.400 in Trump pleading the fifth.
00:24:34.880 Then there's no hypocrisy whatsoever.
00:24:36.800 That's just common sense.
00:24:38.140 That's just him acknowledging and accepting the
00:24:40.740 premises that the conservatives are proceeding
00:24:42.620 from, the premises which happen to be correct.
00:24:46.200 We've got to really keep our energy up here, folks.
00:24:48.480 Okay?
00:24:48.940 We need iron pumping through our blood.
00:24:51.860 We need to feel full and ready for battle.

00:25:58.340 Meet and greet.
00:26:00.320 You know, we've got my favorite time of the week coming up tomorrow.
00:26:04.320 That would be the voice mailbag sponsored by Pure Talk.
00:26:09.480 Make sure you go head on over to the website where you would submit
00:26:12.680 your regular mailbag question.
00:26:14.240 You can just, in that email, attach a one-minute, at most, long
00:26:18.080 voicemail message.
00:26:19.680 You can record it on your phone or your computer,
00:26:21.240 wherever you record audio.
00:26:22.180 Attach it to the email.
00:26:23.660 Send it in.
00:26:24.400 I will hear your questions.
00:26:25.560 Your mellifluous, dulcet tones.
00:26:27.680 Be able to answer your questions tomorrow.
00:26:29.900 So last week, the people who crunched the numbers around here told me that the Daily Wire
00:26:34.280 has become the sixth largest podcaster in the United States, ahead even of the Walt Disney
00:26:40.240 Company.
00:26:41.220 Every day, millions of men and women across the country listen to our shows.
00:26:45.140 Now, imagine you're an advertiser trying to reach said millions of potential customers.
00:26:50.600 Just a few choice words of product endorsement uttered by yours truly could generate untold riches.
00:26:58.520 With that, I am proud to bring you this commercial for Harry's razors.
00:27:03.440 Do you think boys are boys and girls are girls?
00:27:07.100 Well, then you're a toxic male, and you should be ashamed of yourself.
00:27:11.320 Remember, ambition is selfishness.
00:27:14.540 Confidence is arrogance.
00:27:16.060 And truth is, you guessed it, relative.
00:27:20.140 So shave with Harry's, then go hide under a rock and cry.
00:27:24.020 Harry's razors, the best a beta male can get.
00:27:27.360 Well, hopefully that ad does everything it's supposed to.
00:27:30.420 In the meantime, if you want a great shave from a company that does not hate your guts,
00:27:34.980 pick up a Jeremy's razor from jeremysrazors.com.
00:27:38.600 Your founder's kit comes with a magnificent matte tungsten razor, a set of blades, shaving cream, and aftershave balm.
00:27:47.060 Stop giving your money to woke corporations that hate you.
00:27:50.640 Give it to Jeremy instead.
00:27:52.300 Go to jeremysrazors.com.
00:27:54.800 Now, Trump pleads the fifth.
00:27:58.820 Trump is being deposed.
00:28:00.160 Blah, blah, blah.
00:28:03.020 The story thickens because, according to Trump at least,
00:28:08.600 the DOJ had already seen the boxes of documents that the FBI raided Mar-a-Lago to take.
00:28:18.060 The FBI already saw it.
00:28:19.560 Voluntarily, Trump was coordinating with the DOJ on all of this.
00:28:23.380 So according to Trump, the DOJ, Biden's DOJ and the FBI,
00:28:28.520 asked Trump's legal team in early June where they were storing the documents.
00:28:33.720 And then it wasn't even just a setup for a raid.
00:28:35.620 They could have just asked politely for the documents.
00:28:39.120 The DOJ and FBI apparently asked Trump to put an extra lock on the door of the room
00:28:44.700 where the boxes of classified documents reportedly were stored.
00:28:48.820 So they came out and they said, hey, just make it even more secure.
00:28:53.700 Far from give us the documents.
00:28:55.300 We're going to raid you.
00:28:56.580 Don't.
00:28:56.960 Keep the doors unlocked.
00:28:58.120 Said, no, no.
00:28:58.540 Just, okay, you've got the documents.
00:28:59.740 That's cool.
00:29:00.080 No big deal.
00:29:00.720 Just make sure you put an extra lock on that room because we don't want them getting into
00:29:03.660 the wrong hands.
00:29:06.540 Trump also says that they saw the boxes in his home two months before the raid.
00:29:12.620 So what the raid seems like to me is not the ordinary, indifferent pursuit of justice and
00:29:21.380 the agencies doing their job.
00:29:23.980 This was a political operation.
00:29:26.920 And one way you know it was a political operation is everyone is denying right now that they were
00:29:31.360 behind it.
00:29:32.060 The White House is denying that they were behind it.
00:29:33.880 I don't believe them.
00:29:34.660 I am quite confident that senior people in the president's circle were at the very least
00:29:41.000 aware of this raid if they didn't direct it outright.
00:29:43.180 The DOJ is denying it.
00:29:45.240 Merrick Garland is saying, no, it wasn't me.
00:29:46.700 It wasn't me.
00:29:47.680 And the FBI is trying to deny it.
00:29:49.460 They say he was Christopher Wray.
00:29:50.480 And then Christopher Wray's saying, no, no, it was these guys.
00:29:52.280 No, no, it was the White House.
00:29:53.300 No, no, it was them.
00:29:53.940 It was them.
00:29:54.260 It was them.
00:29:54.800 Because this was a completely botched political operation.
00:29:58.380 And it's, in the press at least, playing out pretty well for Trump among Republicans and among
00:30:04.380 conservatives.
00:30:05.380 If anything, it's guaranteeing that Trump is going to be the nominee in 2024 if Biden doesn't
00:30:12.140 just outright go and arrest his political opponent before then.
00:30:15.760 It's pretty rich that we look over in Russia.
00:30:19.000 We look at Vladimir Putin, who arrests his chief political rival, Alexei Navalny.
00:30:24.180 And we say, oh my gosh, this is the worst thing ever.
00:30:26.340 Oh, can you believe that?
00:30:27.100 He's the worst person on earth.
00:30:28.280 We would never do anything like that.
00:30:29.780 Hey, feds, go in there and throw the cuffs on Trump.
00:30:33.000 No, no, no.
00:30:33.420 It's totally different when we do it, though.
00:30:35.340 Trump's a bad man, not like Alexei Navalny.
00:30:38.920 No, no, no.
00:30:39.180 Trump, he's our political opponent.
00:30:42.260 That's fine when we Democrats arrest our political opponents.
00:30:45.820 Totally different from when Putin or the Chinese Communist Party or the tin pot dictatorships
00:30:51.660 in Latin America.
00:30:52.280 It's totally different from when they do it.
00:30:55.060 Totally, totally different.
00:30:56.700 A former senior advisor to Obama is keeping up this line.
00:31:01.560 He's saying it's totally different.
00:31:02.660 Trump is totally different.
00:31:04.180 He says, Ben Rhodes says, the strangest thing about this epoch of American history will always
00:31:12.540 be that tens of millions of grownups decided to form a cult-like devotion to, of all available
00:31:18.300 people, Donald Trump.
00:31:20.620 That's the strangest thing, he says, about the era that we're living in, is that people
00:31:25.540 voted for Trump, a rich, famous guy.
00:31:29.600 That's the strangest thing.
00:31:31.280 Not that we all of a sudden started pumping little children full of cross-sex hormones
00:31:36.600 so that we could pretend that little boys are actually little girls.
00:31:40.220 That's not the strangest thing.
00:31:41.380 Not that we radically redefined marriage, the fundamental building block of society, from
00:31:46.100 what it had been defined as always everywhere for all of human history until five minutes
00:31:50.540 ago.
00:31:50.800 No, no, no, that's not the strangest thing.
00:31:53.180 Not that we voluntarily just got rid of our national borders and let millions of foreign
00:31:57.500 nationals pour into our country every year.
00:31:59.260 No, no, no, not that.
00:32:00.220 Not that we just let the criminals off the hook.
00:32:03.020 And we said, the problem with our rising crime rates is we have too many police.
00:32:07.080 We've got to abolish the police and let the criminals off the hook.
00:32:09.700 And left-wing financiers would finance to the tune of tens of millions of dollars prosecutors
00:32:15.500 who wouldn't prosecute crime so that you have anarcho-tyranny as the law of the land.
00:32:20.100 And the lawlessness of the land in America.
00:32:22.140 No, no, none of that's the strangest thing.
00:32:24.840 The strangest thing is that people elected a rich, famous guy to office, because that's
00:32:29.560 never happened before, right?
00:32:31.540 Gosh, it's so weird.
00:32:32.880 A celebrity became a popular politician?
00:32:36.640 Boy, huh, boy, that's one for the history books.
00:32:40.980 That hasn't happened since literally always ever, right?
00:32:45.020 Right.
00:32:45.260 The thing that I concluded, actually, and Ben Rhodes deserves some credit for making me
00:32:51.240 see this so much more clearly, is that while we have been told for the last six, seven years,
00:32:57.860 not just by the libs, but even by many people on the right, that Donald Trump, he's this
00:33:02.260 crazy figure.
00:33:03.320 He's this total aberration.
00:33:04.800 He is so strange.
00:33:07.140 Donald Trump is one of the most normal people in American politics.
00:33:10.260 What has changed, it's true that Donald Trump is different than the current culture, the
00:33:19.080 zeitgeist, the spirit of the age.
00:33:21.080 Donald Trump is markedly different from that.
00:33:23.980 The thing we should conclude is not that Donald Trump is the weird one.
00:33:27.200 The culture is what is weird.
00:33:29.320 The fact that we're transing all the kids and that all the libs want to trans the kids,
00:33:33.640 and even a lot of Republicans want to trans the kids.
00:33:35.740 Asa Hutchinson, he's a Republican governor in Arkansas, he says, he refused to sign a
00:33:41.980 bill that would prohibit transing the kids.
00:33:45.320 Even Kristi Noem up in South Dakota, before she reversed her position on this, she was presented
00:33:50.240 with a bill that said, hey, in college sports, men shouldn't be able to compete in the women's
00:33:53.920 leagues.
00:33:54.360 And she balked.
00:33:55.280 She said, nah, I don't know.
00:33:57.380 That's too much.
00:33:58.100 She's considered a sort of conservative Republican.
00:34:02.360 That's what's weird, okay?
00:34:04.520 Trump is not weird.
00:34:05.440 What is Trump?
00:34:06.320 Trump is a rich, famous guy.
00:34:08.200 He ran on a platform of enforcing our immigration laws and making sure that we don't outsource
00:34:16.780 all of our industry and getting the economy working again and making some more money and
00:34:22.700 restoring the kind of basic cultural norms that we had in America until the early 2000s.
00:34:32.900 That's what he ran on.
00:34:34.040 That's normal.
00:34:35.440 Okay, Trump is the normal one.
00:34:39.140 The libs and even the squishes and even a lot of the Republicans, those are the abnormal
00:34:44.020 ones.
00:34:44.720 The fact now that the libs have so shifted the Overton window that many Republicans are
00:34:49.540 saying, well, you know, look, I oppose transgendering the kids.
00:34:54.080 I have no problem with transgendering the adults, but transgendering the kids, that's a bridge
00:34:57.680 too far.
00:34:58.360 Republicans won't even touch the issue of marriage.
00:35:00.040 The fact that we radically redefined marriage, radically redefined it by changing the very
00:35:04.760 essence of marriage from what it had always been forever.
00:35:07.680 And we did it because one justice on the Supreme Court, Anthony Kennedy, wrote some romantic
00:35:13.120 poetry and called it a Supreme Court decision.
00:35:15.200 And you get this majority on the court in Obergefell.
00:35:19.080 And now all the Republicans, they won't even talk about it.
00:35:22.060 There was that amazing clip on Fox Business a couple of weeks ago where you had one guy
00:35:28.920 talking about, this is not on the marriage issue, but it is on the sexual revolution.
00:35:31.840 This one guy, Ned Ryan, he says, hey, monkeypox is pretty much only spreading at gay orgies.
00:35:37.060 So I don't think that people should really go to gay orgies for a little while.
00:35:41.660 And the three other people on screen on the ostensibly right-wing news network were saying,
00:35:46.260 whoa, they're a bigot.
00:35:47.560 Two of them called him a bigot.
00:35:48.700 And one of them denied that it was specifically a gay issue.
00:35:52.020 So three against one.
00:35:53.160 How dare you?
00:35:54.200 We got David Duke.
00:35:55.040 We got Bull Connor over here saying you shouldn't go to gay orgies.
00:35:57.800 Gay orgies, that's now a Republican value.
00:36:00.080 That's normal.
00:36:00.820 Okay, going to bathhouses and weird leather fetish festivals in the streets of San Francisco.
00:36:05.780 That's normal.
00:36:06.800 But build a wall.
00:36:08.240 Don't let the foreigners come in.
00:36:10.080 And maybe let's rebuild the economy.
00:36:12.360 That's crazy.
00:36:13.580 That's the aberration.
00:36:14.760 No, I don't think so.
00:36:15.960 Trump is the most normal guy in American politics.
00:36:18.560 That's why he won.
00:36:19.580 That's why he won.
00:36:20.220 That's why he beat the 16 other Republicans in the primary in 2016.
00:36:23.840 That's why a lot of people still like him today.
00:36:25.800 And it's why the people who like him are disproportionately normal people.
00:36:29.480 That's why even the political establishment on the right hates him so much.
00:36:34.000 Because the political establishment on the right, they're not all that normal either.
00:36:37.880 Very often among the politicos on the right, their heads are filled with all sorts of bizarre five-point manifestos and ideologies and absurd kind of thinking.
00:36:47.880 That's why the people who support Trump tend to be the normal people.
00:36:52.100 Now, there have been other political actors who have tried to channel this normal person energy.
00:36:59.400 Not the radical left or the radical right or the libertarian or the anarchist and the progressive socialist.
00:37:05.980 Just to channel that normal person energy.
00:37:07.960 One of them who has tried to do it, I think totally unsuccessfully, is Andrew Yang.
00:37:12.920 You remember Andrew Yang ran in the Democratic primary in 2020.
00:37:16.440 And he never wore a tie.
00:37:18.120 And he was going to be the kind of every man who said, I'm beyond just the Democrat party or the Republican party.
00:37:25.220 I'm my own.
00:37:25.840 The problem in this country, he started to say then and now he's really saying, is that these two parties don't represent us.
00:37:32.260 And we need a new party.
00:37:34.480 And he's founding a new party.
00:37:35.460 It's called the Forward Party.
00:37:38.280 He announced this on August 9th.
00:37:40.000 What day is it?
00:37:40.440 It's two days ago.
00:37:41.960 It says, America could really use a new tribe, the Forward Party.
00:37:47.220 Whenever third parties come around, I roll my eyes.
00:37:51.480 Not because I think the Republican party is the greatest thing ever.
00:37:54.460 I don't.
00:37:55.060 I think there's a lot of problems with the Republican party.
00:37:56.960 Not because I don't think that the Democratic party is absolutely terrible.
00:38:00.700 It is.
00:38:01.200 But the third parties, they're always pretty light on the details.
00:38:07.360 You ever notice that?
00:38:08.440 The details of how they're going to win.
00:38:09.980 And in the case of the Forward Party, even the details of what they believe.
00:38:13.400 Here's the platform of the Forward Party.
00:38:15.700 Ready?
00:38:15.900 We are working to build the first open party, a place that celebrates diverse viewpoints and creativity, welcoming Democrats, Republicans, and independents who are committed to rejecting the extremes and solving problems.
00:38:28.040 Other parties are more interested in partisan fights than governing.
00:38:30.480 We are focused on doing, not dividing.
00:38:33.860 Oh, good, good.
00:38:34.760 I'm glad we have a doing party now.
00:38:36.860 I was afraid we only had those dividing parties.
00:38:38.940 You know those other parties where they would split you into coherent groups based on the things that you want to do in the country and the political and moral vision you have?
00:38:48.060 Yeah, we need to get no more of that.
00:38:49.500 We need to bring everyone together and do.
00:38:52.660 What are we going to do?
00:38:54.640 We're just going to do.
00:38:55.740 We're going to get it done.
00:38:56.440 There was a politician in New York, a state senator, who represented an area a little bit north of the city.
00:39:03.560 And I always loved, he had this big billboard on the highway.
00:39:07.520 And you drive down, and the billboard, it was his picture and his name, and it said, getting it done.
00:39:13.800 He said, oh, good.
00:39:15.340 I was afraid he wasn't getting it done.
00:39:17.160 But he's getting it done.
00:39:18.820 And I'm a big supporter of it, so I'm glad that it is being done, not not being done.
00:39:23.640 What is it is the problem.
00:39:25.220 So he asked the forward party, okay, what, I looked on their website.
00:39:28.860 I said, okay, the FAQs, okay, I'm not seeing a lot.
00:39:31.820 Why do we think we can win?
00:39:32.860 Who's behind this?
00:39:33.840 And okay, not seeing any details on what they actually stand for.
00:39:38.920 And then finally, they realized they couldn't get away from it.
00:39:41.360 So they say, okay, here's kind of what we stand for.
00:39:43.400 Forward is steering away from the far fringes of the left and right to find the common ground.
00:39:47.660 That approach can solve almost every problem.
00:39:49.620 Really, anyone who's willing to work together to solve problems fits in the forward party.
00:39:54.140 Three overarching priorities that will unite the broad coalition we're building.
00:39:57.400 Free people.
00:39:59.240 Good.
00:39:59.740 Because those other parties, they're for slave people.
00:40:01.560 So free people revitalize a culture that celebrates difference in individual choice,
00:40:05.040 rejects hate, and removes barriers so that each of us can rise to fulfill our full potential.
00:40:10.180 Thriving communities reinvigorate a fair, flourishing economy and open society
00:40:13.780 where everyone can live a good life and is safe in the places where we learn, work, and live.
00:40:17.400 And vibrant democracy, reform our republic to give Americans more choices in elections,
00:40:21.980 more confidence in a government that works, and more of a say in our future.
00:40:26.360 Did you find anywhere in there any actual thing that they are proposing to do?
00:40:33.220 This sounds like your liberal wine aunt who's just kind of spouting, who doesn't know.
00:40:42.080 You're kind of new agey cousin who just says random platitudes that don't mean anything.
00:40:50.940 It reminds me, there was actually a movement about 10 years ago to do the same thing.
00:40:54.680 It was called No Labels.
00:40:56.320 See, the problem in this country is labels.
00:40:58.100 We need to get rid of the labels and then what?
00:41:01.200 We just need to find common ground.
00:41:02.440 Okay, what's the, here's abortion, the question of abortion.
00:41:05.100 One group says that babies aren't really babies, and even if they are, we should be able to kill them.
00:41:09.380 The other group says babies are babies, and we shouldn't kill them.
00:41:13.340 What's the common ground?
00:41:15.240 Are we going to split the baby?
00:41:18.520 Because that idea has a long intellectual pedigree, and it doesn't really work out.
00:41:21.880 You can't split the baby.
00:41:23.560 Immigration.
00:41:24.760 One group says we shouldn't have any borders, and America is an illegitimate country founded on Native American land.
00:41:29.300 The other group says that countries do have a right to their borders, and foreigners have no right to enter.
00:41:33.940 And so what are we going to do?
00:41:35.160 We currently let 2 million illegals in.
00:41:36.560 We're going to let 1 million in?
00:41:37.520 That's how we're going to find common ground?
00:41:39.860 One group says that the criminals are the victims, and the victims have no rights on the left.
00:41:44.480 On the right, we say, actually, victims do have rights, and criminals are bad.
00:41:48.020 We should put them in prison, and we should have the police do that.
00:41:50.740 What's the common ground?
00:41:51.660 We let half the criminals out of prison?
00:41:52.960 No, the problem in this country is not that we have labels and clarity.
00:41:59.600 The problem is we don't have nearly enough clarity, and we don't have nearly enough courage.
00:42:03.500 The problem in this country is not that the two parties can't find common ground.
00:42:08.520 The problem in this country is the left, okay?
00:42:11.220 The leftist radicals and the cowards on the right.
00:42:14.040 That's the problem, and the solution is to get a little courage on the right.
00:42:19.560 Get rid of all the dirty, rotten, yellow cowards, to quote Georgie Patton.
00:42:24.280 Get rid of the yellow, dirty, rotten cowards on the right who should be shooed away like rats,
00:42:29.200 and you get some courage on the right, and then you beat the left.
00:42:32.520 That's how you fix things.
00:42:34.060 That's my vision of the forward party.
00:42:36.220 I wonder if I'm going to be their nominee.
00:42:37.560 The forward party says they're open to everything, so good.
00:42:39.600 All right, let's do that.
00:42:40.500 Here's my vision.
00:42:41.360 We win, they lose.
00:42:42.420 Can I be the forward party presidential nominee?
00:42:45.140 I'm one year short by the constitutional requirement.
00:42:47.880 Maybe 2028.
00:42:49.540 Okay, let's keep an open mind, forward party.
00:42:52.260 Speaking of labels being good, speaking of not welcoming everybody into every tent,
00:42:59.080 the pedos are being normalized.
00:43:02.420 This is not a crazy conspiracy theory.
00:43:05.760 We've seen this creeping up in recent years, and the libs have always said,
00:43:10.600 no, you Republicans, you're crazy conspiracy theorists.
00:43:13.060 And then you remember, there was that assistant professor at Dominion, Old Dominion University,
00:43:18.220 and that professor came out and said, look, we need to stop stigmatizing pedophilia.
00:43:23.220 I don't even use that term.
00:43:24.460 I call them maps, minor attracted persons.
00:43:27.640 And then what did the libs tell us?
00:43:29.140 They told us, no, no, maps, minor attracted persons, redefining pedos.
00:43:32.320 That, that's a, that's a joke.
00:43:34.440 It's a meme.
00:43:35.020 It's a crazy right-wing conspiracy theory.
00:43:36.860 Now we got another one.
00:43:38.280 Licensed counselor and sex therapist, who Jenna Ellis is reporting works for the Pennsylvania government.
00:43:43.900 I'm not, I haven't seen a ton of news reports on that.
00:43:45.820 But at the very least, a licensed counselor and sex therapist advocating on video for the poor oppressed pedos.
00:43:53.280 I'm a licensed professional counselor and sex therapist in Erie, Pennsylvania.
00:43:58.520 And today I want to talk about minor attracted persons.
00:44:02.940 And I want to talk about minor attracted persons because they are probably the most vilified population of folks in our culture.
00:44:11.640 And most folks are making incorrect assumptions about them without actually knowing much about them.
00:44:18.760 And those assumptions create harm for an already marginalized population.
00:44:25.200 You may have noticed that I'm using the term minor attracted persons, sometimes abbreviated to maps, instead of the more commonly used term pedophile.
00:44:36.800 And I'm doing this because the term pedophile has moved from being a diagnostic label to being a judgmental, hurtful insult that we hurl at people in order to harm them or slander them.
00:44:51.860 I also prefer person first language that recognizes that any label we might apply to a person is only part of who they are.
00:45:01.580 This is coming to a psychology department near you.
00:45:04.460 This is coming to a mainstream media near you.
00:45:07.000 This is, we are, we're not 10 years away from this being the term of art for pedos, minor attracted person.
00:45:14.280 We're probably two years away, if that.
00:45:18.560 They are now earnestly pushing for this.
00:45:21.460 She makes one good point here.
00:45:22.500 She says pedophiles, sorry, minor attracted persons are the most vilified people in society.
00:45:27.620 That's true.
00:45:28.520 That's true.
00:45:30.060 Rightly so, obviously, for people who abuse children.
00:45:32.280 But even the people who just have these desires and maybe don't act on them, they're vilified too.
00:45:39.060 Of course they are.
00:45:40.160 And she's saying that's wrong.
00:45:41.020 It's wrong for a desire to be vilified.
00:45:43.140 It's wrong for a person to be vilified for a desire.
00:45:46.040 And there's actually even kind of a half truth in that, which is that some, this is a fallen world,
00:45:51.580 sometimes people are born with certain inclinations that are bad.
00:45:55.080 The inclinations themselves are bad, and they were born with maybe a predisposition to that.
00:45:59.740 And that it seems sort of unjust to judge people for a predisposition that they may not act on,
00:46:05.200 that they try to resist, but that nevertheless is kind of with them.
00:46:09.100 There's some truth to that.
00:46:11.820 Okay.
00:46:13.820 But she's wrong to say we shouldn't judge pedos.
00:46:16.120 Not just people who abuse children, but even people who have the desire.
00:46:22.560 Because what is at the basis of this is something that we have totally embraced as a society.
00:46:27.200 It's not just the left that's embraced it.
00:46:28.440 Actually, a lot on the right have embraced it too.
00:46:30.160 The idea that no desire can be wrong.
00:46:33.820 No desire, actions can be wrong.
00:46:36.100 But no desire can be intrinsically wrong.
00:46:38.320 And the reason that we have adopted this is because the libs have completely inverted the moral order,
00:46:44.460 and the right has abandoned the moral order for a kind of moral relativism.
00:46:48.040 Even people on the right will say, well, how do we define what's good?
00:46:51.020 Your good might be my bad.
00:46:52.400 Just that way, because we can't engage in any actual moral discussion.
00:46:56.900 You just, you do you, I'll do me.
00:46:58.480 We have to all leave each other alone.
00:46:59.800 And that's been the kind of consensus on the right for the past two or three decades.
00:47:02.820 And it's completely incoherent.
00:47:04.360 And it allows the libs, which have inverted the moral order, to get away with murder or pedophilia in this case.
00:47:11.060 Desires can be bad because there's good and there's bad.
00:47:14.940 And we, through our reason and through our moral conscience, can know something about what is good and what is bad.
00:47:21.600 And we, in our political order, can create policies that discourage what is bad and encourage what is good.
00:47:31.220 And we can have that clarity and we can define it and we're not infringing on anybody's rights.
00:47:36.340 Pedos don't have rights to the desire for young children.
00:47:42.520 People don't have rights to things that are not reasonable and not for their benefit, okay?
00:47:46.780 And so we have to be able to say that.
00:47:48.820 I think a lot of people, even on the right, don't want to go that far.
00:47:52.080 So everyone knows that it's wrong to be a pedo.
00:47:54.220 Everyone knows that it's wrong to sexually desire children.
00:47:56.180 But we're not willing to take on the premise that allowed that to take hold in the first place.
00:48:02.420 That desire can be wrong in itself.
00:48:04.980 And we have the right in politics, we have the obligation in politics, to enshrine our vision of good and bad in standards.
00:48:13.920 And say, no, you don't get to do that.
00:48:16.260 The other thing underlying this confusion here, this woman's bizarre rant, is the idea that desire is not changeable.
00:48:22.740 And this comes from the gay rights movement in the 90s when they said, we're born this way.
00:48:28.040 Sexual desire is really just sexual orientation.
00:48:30.120 It's completely unchangeable.
00:48:31.480 And if you even suggest that we in any way try to resist our desires, that this would be conversion therapy and that's evil and that's terrible.
00:48:38.780 Now, of course, they're changing their tune and they're saying not only is desire mutable, but even sex itself is mutable.
00:48:43.780 That's why we chop people up and boys can be girls one day and then they can become boys again on the next day and that's totally fine.
00:48:48.280 So they've abandoned that, but you're still seeing that premise around and a lot of people on the right have imbibed that premise, but that's not true.
00:48:55.640 Desires can change, maybe not entirely, but anyone who's ever dealt with an addiction knows this.
00:49:00.700 Let's say you're an alcoholic and you drink.
00:49:03.840 The more and more you drink, the harder it is to not drink.
00:49:06.580 The more intense your desire for drinking becomes.
00:49:08.760 It's true of drugs, it's true of food, it's true of anything, it's true of sex, it's true of anything.
00:49:11.540 And you can, the more you engage in vice, the more vicious you become.
00:49:15.120 The more you engage in virtue, the easier it is to engage in virtue.
00:49:18.460 That's because these things are habits and habits become easier the more that you do them and they become harder to break the more that you do them.
00:49:25.480 That's true on the good side and that's true on the bad side.
00:49:27.640 That's how desire works as well.
00:49:29.860 And we've been told in our culture that you should never resist any of your desires.
00:49:33.460 We've been told that repression is really bad.
00:49:35.060 And repression and suppression of desires can be a very, very good thing, but that's not even the end stage, by the way.
00:49:42.620 That's not even the conservative and Christian view of things.
00:49:45.520 The conservative and Christian view is that we have these desires and desires are properly ordered all toward God.
00:49:53.200 That desire in and of itself is not a bad thing, but because this is a fallen world, sometimes desires get perverted, even to the extreme perversion of pedophilia.
00:50:00.260 And what we have to do is sublimate those things, kind of reorder them, recognize that our desires sometimes go in the wrong direction and stop that and resist them going in the wrong direction and channel them toward that which is good and ultimately toward the highest good who is God.
00:50:16.020 That's the way to actually deal with this.
00:50:18.900 And I fear that conservatives are not willing to have that conversation because they're going to have to get past a lot of the absolute detritus of the moral sloganeering, the immoral sloganeering and shallow idiocy that we've had to deal with in recent decades.
00:50:35.920 That's the only way we're going to get through this, though.
00:50:38.420 And just yelling and screaming about how the libs are normalizing the pedos and we need to pull out the wood chippers and the helicopter rides again.
00:50:44.840 That's really not going to do it because we're not taking on the fundamental problem, which is beyond the level even of just a certain policy or a certain definition in a textbook.
00:50:56.060 It goes into a cultural level, into a moral level, and it would, if we could get there, it would restore a normal political order that is much more traditional in the United States than we had until just a few decades ago.
00:51:07.820 Or has the culture shifted so far that we can't do that anymore?
00:51:11.360 I don't know.
00:51:11.960 Certainly hope we can make America great again.
00:51:13.980 A lot of people are longing to make America great again.
00:51:17.660 Will we have the clarity and the courage to do it?
00:51:20.020 I hope so.
00:51:20.840 Remains to be seen.
