Ep. 1247 - Miller Lite Comes Out Of The Closet To Join Bud Light

Summary

A record number of illegal aliens crossed the southern border last week, and it's not hard to figure out why. It's because the government is not being overwhelmed by the masses of human beings who are pouring across our southern border.

00:00:35.720 Good Ranchers, American meat delivered.
00:00:37.700 83,000 illegal aliens were apprehended last week attempting to enter the U.S. illegally.
00:00:43.780 That is the largest number in American history.
00:00:47.140 And of course, by definition, we have no idea how many successfully entered without being apprehended.
00:00:52.860 So how is the White House spinning the invasion?
00:00:55.460 Things are going at the border, sir.
00:00:58.560 Much better than you all expected.
00:01:02.260 Do you have any plans to visit the border?
00:01:04.020 No, I think, pardon me?
00:01:05.680 Do you have any plans to visit the border?
00:01:07.920 Not in the near term, no.
00:01:09.740 No, just be disruptive, not anything else.
00:01:13.700 No, better than expected.
00:01:16.020 And for once, I think Joe Biden is telling the truth.
00:01:21.380 The numbers were not, as he seems to imply, lower than expected.
00:01:26.640 Border officials were bracing for upwards of 10,000 illegal aliens per day, and the numbers
00:01:31.880 exceeded that.
00:01:33.240 So they weren't lower, but they were better than Biden expected because Biden, along with
00:01:38.300 all the liberals of the past several decades, hoped for and expected huge migration numbers.
00:01:45.600 And now they've gotten exactly what they wanted.
00:01:48.780 That's why he looks so happy.
00:01:50.880 The disconnect between Biden's reaction and reality is not over the numbers.
00:01:56.480 The disconnect is over the meaning of the word better.
00:02:00.140 Welcome back to the show.
00:02:10.700 Huge news.
00:02:12.220 Miller Lite has joined its old pal, Bud, in coming out of the closet.
00:02:16.980 We will get to that commercial in just a moment.
00:02:20.420 First, though, the situation at the border, it cannot be overstated what a disaster this
00:02:27.460 is.
00:02:27.840 It seems as though this is a perennial story.
00:02:33.400 And so it seems as though it's news.
00:02:35.260 It's not news, rather.
00:02:36.600 And that is what the libs are counting on.
00:02:38.400 The libs are counting on people hearing conservatives pointing out the chaos at the border, saying,
00:02:44.300 oh, well, they're always pointing the chaos out at the border.
00:02:46.600 This is just always going on.
00:02:48.100 It has never been like this.
00:02:49.800 We are now looking at numbers that are 2x, 3x the old, unimaginably high numbers at the
00:02:58.540 border.
00:02:58.800 OK, we we are in in a situation right now in which Obama immigration officials will say
00:03:05.860 that one thousand migrants crossing per day overwhelms the system.
00:03:10.320 And now we're looking at four thousand, six thousand, 10,000 illegal aliens per day, some
00:03:15.880 of whom very clearly are not only trying to violate the laws of our nation to improve their
00:03:21.360 own lives.
00:03:21.800 Some people are trying to violate the laws of our nation to directly harm the nation, to
00:03:28.060 commit acts of terror.
00:03:28.980 Border Patrol arrested an Afghan who's on the terror watch list at the border.
00:03:34.160 U.S. Border Patrol agents arrested this guy in a group of migrants last week.
00:03:40.180 They say we are vigilant in our efforts to detect and assess possible threats.
00:03:44.440 And we work closely with our federal, state and local law enforcement partners to keep
00:03:48.200 communities safe.
00:03:49.540 So there are two conclusions we can draw here.
00:03:52.520 One is bad and one is even worse.
00:03:55.100 The bad conclusion we can draw is, golly, if U.S. Border Patrol were able to apprehend this
00:04:01.680 one terrorist from Afghanistan trying to sneak over the border, how many did they not apprehend?
00:04:06.980 You've got 10,000 people flooding over the border, more than 10,000 people at the peak
00:04:11.460 over the last week.
00:04:12.600 So how many terrorists made it through, slipped through the fingers of law enforcement?
00:04:17.020 That's a bad take.
00:04:18.880 That's pretty scary.
00:04:20.600 But here's the worst possibility.
00:04:24.960 Maybe they got the guy.
00:04:26.340 This is what the libs will say.
00:04:27.640 They'll say, look, we always get the really bad guys, OK?
00:04:30.660 We apprehend these terrorists at the border.
00:04:33.680 No big deal.
00:04:34.560 See, the immigration system's working fine.
00:04:36.500 When we want to get a guy, we can zero in.
00:04:39.100 We can track him from Afghanistan to Guatemala to Mexico to wherever, and we can get him at
00:04:44.880 the southern border.
00:04:46.560 Which means that the administration can control the border when it wants to.
00:04:52.680 It just chooses not to.
00:04:56.380 What that conclusion would imply is that the government is not being overwhelmed here by
00:05:02.320 the masses of human beings who are pouring across.
00:05:05.040 No, they actually have everything totally under control, and the chaos you're seeing at the
00:05:09.520 border is intentional.
00:05:12.000 These people, these millions and millions of illegal aliens are being permitted into the
00:05:15.840 country every year as part of an intentional plan to undermine the American political order
00:05:20.620 and to change the demographics of the country, ultimately the voting demographics of the country,
00:05:26.420 to change the whole way the country operates.
00:05:29.820 To me, that's much darker than did some two-bit terrorist sneak across the Rio Grande.
00:05:36.640 That would be very bad.
00:05:38.540 But our government just allowing this to happen when it's in full possession of the ability
00:05:46.560 to stop it, that is much scarier.
00:05:48.960 And we know that the government is corrupt because now we've got the Durham investigation,
00:05:53.660 we've got the conclusions of that years-long investigation into the corruption of the FBI
00:05:59.240 and the DOJ and the Obama administration in beginning to spy on Donald Trump's campaign
00:06:04.240 back in 2016.
00:06:05.580 And the facts that they've found are damning.
00:06:08.880 Some of them are surprising.
00:06:10.600 We knew things were going to be bad.
00:06:12.100 This is worse than I expected, actually.
00:06:13.960 And it's even kind of funny the way this all started.
00:06:18.640 So according to the Durham report, the Clinton campaign decided that it was going to smear Donald
00:06:27.240 Trump as a Russian asset.
00:06:29.920 And the U.S. intelligence community learned about the Clinton campaign's plan to smear Donald
00:06:36.860 Trump as a Russian asset.
00:06:38.440 But apparently, the U.S. intelligence community learned about this plan by overhearing Russian
00:06:46.360 intelligence discover the Clinton plan to, without any basis, paint Donald Trump as a
00:06:53.020 Russian stooge.
00:06:55.000 So according to Ratcliffe's letter quoted in the Durham report, quote, in late July 2016,
00:07:02.340 U.S. intelligence agencies obtained insight into Russian intelligence analysis, alleging that
00:07:07.880 U.S. presidential candidate Hillary Clinton had approved a campaign plan to stir up scandal
00:07:12.540 against U.S. presidential candidate Donald Trump by tying him to Putin and the Russians
00:07:17.380 hacking of the Democratic National Committee.
00:07:21.380 I love this idea.
00:07:22.920 I'm not sure exactly how it went down, but I love the idea of the CIA listening in.
00:07:26.560 And they hear these Russians and they say, duh, have you here, crazy American woman, Hillary
00:07:30.740 Clinton?
00:07:31.320 She is now saying that Donald Trump is Russian stooge.
00:07:33.900 Where did Hillary Clinton get the idea that I do not know, but she said she's going to
00:07:37.960 paint the scandal?
00:07:39.260 And then the CIA is listening to this, and the CIA, or whoever is listening, I don't know
00:07:43.900 who's actually spying on these people.
00:07:45.200 It seems like, it's like that Mad Magazine cartoon.
00:07:48.740 You've got spies on spies on spies on spies.
00:07:51.560 But whichever agency it was, you've got the IC broadly, the intelligence community broadly
00:07:57.720 hearing this, they know it's not true.
00:08:00.800 They know that this is just some nonsense cooked up by the Clinton political campaign.
00:08:06.340 So then what happens?
00:08:07.980 Well, we know what happens.
00:08:08.960 On August 3rd, 2016, within days of receiving the Clinton plan intelligence, director of
00:08:16.720 the CIA, John Brennan, meets with the vice president, senior administration officials,
00:08:24.780 the attorney general, the FBI director, and the president himself, Obama, is briefed by
00:08:31.500 the CIA director in the White House Situation Room to discuss Russian election interference
00:08:38.160 efforts.
00:08:39.360 And they discuss the Clinton bogus scandal they're trying to gin up against Trump.
00:08:48.160 According to John Brennan's handwritten notes and his recollections from the meeting, he briefed
00:08:52.840 on relevant intelligence, specific, relevant intelligence, including the Clinton plan intelligence.
00:09:02.440 Specifically, Director Brennan's declassified handwritten notes reflect that he briefed the
00:09:06.520 meeting's participants regarding the, quote, alleged approval by Hillary Clinton on July 26th
00:09:12.020 of a proposal from one of her campaign advisors to vilify Donald Trump by stirring up a scandal
00:09:18.140 claiming interference by the Russian security services, end quote.
00:09:21.540 We now have firm proof that not only was the Russia hoax a hoax cooked up by Hillary Clinton,
00:09:31.340 the most senior people in the American government all knew it.
00:09:37.340 The FBI, the CIA, the president, they all knew it and they all spied on Trump anyway.
00:09:46.320 They all knew it and they all spread the lie through the media anyway.
00:09:51.540 It was a complete witch hunt.
00:09:56.300 And so when you see that, when you see that everybody was involved in like out of the craziest
00:10:00.880 conspiracy theory, fever dream kind of movie screenplay, when you see everybody's involved,
00:10:06.240 conservatives have to ask ourselves, we have to say, how can we trust the government agencies?
00:10:14.020 We've got to restore some balance to our government.
00:10:16.120 We've got to restore some balance to our body.

00:11:35.640 Promo code Knowles, 35% off your first order.
00:11:38.020 It's a sad fact, but conservatives simply cannot trust the federal agencies.
00:11:43.700 Between what we learned from the Durham report and what we've just seen over the past several years,
00:11:50.140 but from the Catholic memoranda going around the FBI saying we're going to infiltrate Catholic churches,
00:11:56.000 we're going to try to cultivate priests as assets to spy on their parishes,
00:12:00.120 because if you're a traditional Catholic and you go to the Latin Mass,
00:12:03.680 can you imagine, heaven forfend, why you're probably a threat?
00:12:08.120 You might be a terrorist.
00:12:10.540 We've got terrorists pouring across our southern border.
00:12:12.900 That's fine.
00:12:14.140 Maybe we'll pick up one or two of them.
00:12:15.440 But the ones we really got to focus on, those Catholics, those Christians,
00:12:19.700 those parents who don't want their kids to be indoctrinated into critical race theory
00:12:24.020 and gender theory in kindergarten, they're the real terror threat.
00:12:27.920 How can we trust our own agencies?
00:12:31.000 We know that they lie to destroy us.
00:12:36.460 And it's not even as though they cooked up some plot to entrap
00:12:39.520 or to just baselessly smear some random fringe figure.
00:12:43.880 They did it to the Republican nominee for president,
00:12:46.440 who later became the Republican president.
00:12:48.620 They'll do it to all of us.
00:12:50.720 Speaking of lawlessness in government, a Democrat senator is now declaring a popular revolt
00:12:57.860 if the Supreme Court affirms the Second Amendment.
00:13:02.460 If the Supreme Court eventually says that states or the Congress can't pass universal background checks
00:13:08.960 or can't take these assault weapons off the streets,
00:13:11.040 I think there's going to be a popular revolt over that policy.
00:13:14.740 A court that's already pretty illegitimate is going to be in full crisis mode.
00:13:18.320 This is not just some talking head pundit mouthing off on NBC News.
00:13:24.160 This is a sitting U.S. senator.
00:13:25.920 This is a Democrat political leader saying,
00:13:29.420 I'll tell you, the court's not legitimate.
00:13:31.860 One of the three branches of government, it's not legitimate.
00:13:34.500 And so if they uphold the American tradition of self-protection
00:13:41.740 and the Second Amendment and the Constitution,
00:13:44.940 I just think there's going to be a popular revolt.
00:13:47.320 Well, it's a nice society you got there.
00:13:50.580 It's a nice courthouse you got there.
00:13:51.820 It's a nice civil society.
00:13:54.280 Sure would be a shame if there were a popular revolt, wouldn't it?
00:13:58.600 Supreme Court, I think you know what to do.
00:14:00.700 Talking like a mobster.
00:14:01.800 And this is what they always do.
00:14:03.400 This is what they did during BLM.
00:14:05.480 You're going to oppose some of the radical BLM demands.
00:14:08.760 You're not going to give zillions of dollars to far left-wing groups to fund left-wing politicians.
00:14:13.960 You're not going to acquiesce to the leftist policies.
00:14:17.760 Oh, it's a nice business you got.
00:14:19.020 Sure would be a shame if something happened to it.
00:14:21.560 That's what they always tell us.
00:14:23.920 What Democrat Chris Murphy is calling for here is no less than an insurrection.
00:14:29.940 And he's framing his advocacy of such a thing as mere prediction.
00:14:37.200 But it's not mere prediction because he's saying that the court's illegitimate.
00:14:40.080 The court has lost legitimacy.
00:14:42.120 And I tell you, if I were a gambling man, I would imagine there might be a popular revolt.
00:14:47.600 The simple sentences that Chris Murphy uttered on Meet the Press are a far more serious type of insurrection than anything that happened around January 6th.
00:15:02.440 The worst day in the history of politics.
00:15:05.640 It's not even close.
00:15:08.480 And this is what they do.
00:15:10.520 This is what they regularly do.
00:15:12.100 And this is why very few things get me angry.
00:15:16.740 I'm pretty even-tempered.
00:15:18.140 Very cool.
00:15:18.900 But when the squishes take the bait, and for every stupid lie that they cook up about Donald Trump,
00:15:25.540 they've been cooking up one lie more preposterous than the next since the 2016 campaign,
00:15:32.720 all the way up to the level of the CIA director and the FBI director and the president of the United States.
00:15:37.140 When the squishes buy into this stuff, when they buy into the language around the insurrection,
00:15:43.980 give me a break.
00:15:45.560 The libs regularly call for insurrections.
00:15:48.680 They just did so on national TV.
00:15:50.500 I guess that's the difference.
00:15:51.960 When the conservatives do an insurrection, it's an eccentric horn hat guy dancing around the Capitol Rotunda
00:15:57.120 with police protection, getting a private tour of the Capitol.
00:16:00.760 It's a granny taking a picture in the Capitol Rotunda.
00:16:04.040 And when the Democrats call for an insurrection, they call for a popular revolt.
00:16:08.620 They support violence in the streets, and they do so on national television.
00:16:12.180 That's the difference.
00:16:14.260 Now, speaking of constitutional rights and supposed constitutional rights,
00:16:19.340 and President Trump for that matter.
00:16:20.800 President Trump, I think he made a little bit of a misstep.
00:16:24.040 And so, in a spirit of friendship and love and care,
00:16:29.340 I would encourage him to maybe not go down the path that he appears to be going down,
00:16:34.320 which is, President Trump is positioning himself to the left of Ron DeSantis on the issue of life.
00:16:41.500 And I think this is a huge mistake.
00:16:44.460 Trump was discussing the abortion ban,
00:16:48.780 now the six-week abortion ban in Florida that Ron DeSantis is behind.
00:16:52.640 And Trump said, quote,
00:16:54.900 He has to do what he has to do.
00:16:56.980 If you look at what DeSantis did,
00:16:58.400 a lot of people don't even know if he knew what he was doing.
00:17:01.100 But he signed six weeks,
00:17:02.820 and many people within the pro-life community feel that was too harsh.
00:17:07.700 So just to correct the record,
00:17:10.360 as a card-carrying member in good standing of the pro-life community,
00:17:14.920 nobody within the pro-life community thinks six weeks is too harsh.
00:17:19.140 We think that six weeks is too lenient,
00:17:20.980 because a person is a person no matter how small,
00:17:23.740 and it's always wrong to murder people.
00:17:26.200 And so, if anything at all,
00:17:28.380 a six-week ban is too lenient,
00:17:30.540 might be a good incremental step in the right direction.
00:17:33.500 But murder is either wrong or it isn't.
00:17:36.700 And abortion either ends a human life or it doesn't.
00:17:41.440 And there's no way to meet in the middle.
00:17:43.540 We've talked about this a lot with transgenderism.
00:17:45.480 Frankly, it's even clearer on the issue of abortion.
00:17:47.780 There are some issues where we can find a conciliatory middle ground,
00:17:52.160 and everybody can kumbaya and be happy.
00:17:54.520 On tax rates, on immigration policy,
00:17:57.200 on foreign policy, on trade,
00:17:59.040 on all sorts of things.
00:18:00.660 But on a question like life,
00:18:03.340 it's kind of a binary question.
00:18:06.160 Can we kill babies or not?
00:18:08.740 Should we murder innocent little babies or not?
00:18:11.120 If the baby is a baby,
00:18:13.660 if abortion ends a human life,
00:18:15.860 then you shouldn't be allowed to do it.
00:18:19.200 If abortion does not end a human life,
00:18:22.040 if the baby's not really a baby,
00:18:23.440 if it's some other kind of thing,
00:18:25.020 it's a mere clump of cells,
00:18:26.880 or it's not a human,
00:18:28.160 or not alive,
00:18:29.020 or whatever,
00:18:29.760 then there's no reason that you should really limit abortion at all.
00:18:32.420 This is why Hillary Clinton's answer on abortion,
00:18:34.740 the safe, legal, and rare answer on abortion,
00:18:36.900 is so silly.
00:18:37.680 If abortion is murder,
00:18:41.020 then it shouldn't be legal.
00:18:41.940 If abortion is not murder,
00:18:43.040 then it should not be rare.
00:18:44.620 There's no reason for it to be rare.
00:18:46.280 I think this is a huge mistake for Trump, too,
00:18:47.940 just politically,
00:18:48.840 because Trump is the guy who overruled Roe v. Wade,
00:18:51.880 as he pointed out elsewhere in that statement.
00:18:54.880 But that's what he's going to,
00:18:55.940 that's what he should run on.
00:18:57.420 He's the greatest hero to the pro-life movement
00:18:59.340 that we've ever seen.
00:19:00.540 Okay, run on it.
00:19:01.960 Win it.
00:19:02.900 Americans are pro-life.
00:19:03.860 The Republican base is very pro-life.
00:19:05.400 Why would you ever cede that territory
00:19:08.260 to your primary rival,
00:19:11.660 your chief primary rival,
00:19:13.060 when you've got the best record on it?
00:19:15.820 It's a huge mistake to run to the left of DeSantis.
00:19:18.640 The knock on DeSantis' campaign right now
00:19:20.840 is that he has support from people within the establishment.
00:19:23.840 It's not even necessarily DeSantis' fault.
00:19:25.900 He's just,
00:19:26.200 he's not Trump.
00:19:27.180 He's the biggest threat to Trump,
00:19:28.340 and so people in the establishment
00:19:29.360 are more inclined to support him.
00:19:30.700 So if you're Trump,
00:19:32.560 you know that your base,
00:19:34.120 your guys are the hardcore ones.
00:19:35.620 They're the bloodthirsty ones.
00:19:36.920 They're the,
00:19:37.860 paradoxically though,
00:19:38.660 on the issue of life,
00:19:39.380 they're actually the ones
00:19:39.960 who don't want to shed blood.
00:19:42.920 They're the ones
00:19:43.340 who are the great defenders of life.
00:19:44.560 So just go for it, man.
00:19:45.880 You're Donald Trump.
00:19:46.720 Be Donald Trump.
00:19:48.040 Don't meet people in the middle, okay?
00:19:50.780 Especially on something like life,
00:19:52.260 especially on something
00:19:52.920 that is the most important aspect
00:19:55.120 of your legacy.
00:19:56.800 When Donald Trump is remembered,
00:19:58.860 he might be remembered
00:20:00.060 for a handful of things,
00:20:01.380 but the chief accomplishment
00:20:02.800 that man has to his name,
00:20:05.480 the most important thing
00:20:06.320 that man has ever done in his life
00:20:08.580 is to appoint the judges
00:20:11.520 who overruled Roe v. Wade,
00:20:14.800 who will,
00:20:15.720 over the course of the years,
00:20:17.940 hundreds of thousands,
00:20:18.900 millions of babies will be saved
00:20:20.880 because of what Donald Trump did.
00:20:22.480 So run on it, man.
00:20:24.240 Don't cede that ground to DeSantis.
00:20:25.860 Right now DeSantis
00:20:26.540 is being identified
00:20:27.280 with the culture war
00:20:28.080 and the libs are furious about it.
00:20:30.840 Anna Navarro over on The View,
00:20:34.400 you know that probably
00:20:35.660 the most intellectual outlet
00:20:37.060 on the left.
00:20:37.820 I'm damning with faint praise,
00:20:38.960 but that's probably what it is.
00:20:40.060 Watched by lots of people.
00:20:41.380 It's the highest rated show
00:20:42.280 in daytime.
00:20:43.600 Anna Navarro is claiming
00:20:45.080 that DeSantis,
00:20:46.620 he's a cynical opportunist.
00:20:48.240 He's attaching himself
00:20:49.400 like a parasite
00:20:50.300 to manufactured culture wars.
00:20:52.860 Now, I know when you're

00:22:16.580 Ron DeSantis,
00:22:17.660 that opportunistic Ron DeSantis,
00:22:21.080 that guy who's defending
00:22:22.540 norms and standards
00:22:24.340 in schools,
00:22:25.420 that guy who's protecting life
00:22:27.520 on abortion,
00:22:28.700 that guy,
00:22:29.600 that jerk.
00:22:30.280 You know what he's doing?
00:22:31.520 According to Anna Navarro
00:22:32.620 in The View,
00:22:33.660 he's attaching himself
00:22:35.280 like a parasite
00:22:36.020 to those manufactured
00:22:37.640 culture war issues.
00:22:39.560 And I think that
00:22:40.540 the town hall last week
00:22:42.640 showed that a lot of people
00:22:44.840 in the Republican space
00:22:46.000 still really like
00:22:47.360 Trump's entertainment
00:22:49.080 and circus.
00:22:51.920 Ron DeSantis has a problem.
00:22:53.420 Ron DeSantis' numbers
00:22:54.240 have dropped drastically
00:22:56.060 since he won re-election
00:22:57.960 in November.
00:22:58.980 I think it's because
00:23:00.340 he's attached himself
00:23:01.980 like a parasite
00:23:02.980 to every single culture
00:23:05.180 manufactured culture war issue
00:23:07.460 he can.
00:23:08.500 And people,
00:23:09.360 particularly Floridians,
00:23:10.720 see through it.
00:23:11.400 It's really kind of like
00:23:12.220 an old shtick now.
00:23:13.280 Drag queens,
00:23:14.560 Mickey Mouse,
00:23:15.340 AP Black History courses.
00:23:18.260 I mean,
00:23:18.580 it's just crazy.
00:23:20.120 So Anna Navarro
00:23:21.260 is obviously wrong
00:23:22.440 on the facts.
00:23:25.180 Anna Navarro is,
00:23:27.280 before we get to the
00:23:28.080 manufactured culture war stuff,
00:23:30.000 she's claiming that
00:23:30.920 there's this big distinction
00:23:32.100 between Trump
00:23:33.180 and DeSantis
00:23:33.880 in that DeSantis,
00:23:35.460 he's just this manufactured
00:23:36.920 culture war character.
00:23:38.660 And Trump is not.
00:23:40.840 Trump's not a culture war figure.
00:23:42.700 Trump,
00:23:43.120 the guy who got
00:23:43.840 Roe v. Wade overruled,
00:23:44.860 Trump,
00:23:45.400 the guy who launched
00:23:46.000 his presidential campaign
00:23:47.060 by calling Mexicans
00:23:48.420 rapists
00:23:49.080 at his hotel.
00:23:51.940 That Trump?
00:23:53.600 No,
00:23:54.160 he's not a culture war guy.
00:23:55.740 No,
00:23:55.960 he's a regular
00:23:56.560 bushy country club
00:23:57.680 Republican,
00:23:58.200 right?
00:23:59.860 He launched his campaign
00:24:01.560 by saying
00:24:02.360 the Mexicans
00:24:03.460 crossing the border
00:24:04.380 are rapists
00:24:05.620 and murderers
00:24:06.380 and some,
00:24:06.960 I suppose,
00:24:07.340 are good people.
00:24:08.580 No,
00:24:08.900 they're both
00:24:09.220 culture war figures.
00:24:11.040 But then,
00:24:11.780 what about
00:24:12.600 the manufactured culture war?
00:24:13.980 The culture war
00:24:14.520 has been manufactured.
00:24:15.560 She's right about that.
00:24:18.220 But the question
00:24:19.100 you got to ask yourself
00:24:19.900 is manufactured
00:24:20.800 by whom?
00:24:22.840 Did conservatives
00:24:23.620 manufacture the culture war?
00:24:25.300 Did conservatives
00:24:26.160 redefine marriage
00:24:27.700 for the first time
00:24:28.940 ever
00:24:29.240 in this fundamental way?
00:24:30.840 Did conservatives
00:24:31.540 redefine biology?
00:24:33.600 Did conservatives
00:24:34.280 call for the
00:24:35.520 mass slaughter
00:24:36.340 of little babies,
00:24:37.320 800,000 per year?
00:24:38.980 Did conservatives
00:24:39.720 call for the eradication
00:24:40.920 of our open border?
00:24:43.140 Did conservatives
00:24:43.920 or for the eradication
00:24:45.240 of our border
00:24:45.720 making it an open border?
00:24:46.960 Did conservatives
00:24:47.640 do this?
00:24:48.120 Did conservatives
00:24:48.580 do that?
00:24:49.320 The culture war
00:24:50.420 is always
00:24:53.000 instigated
00:24:54.280 by the libs.
00:24:57.140 Necessarily.
00:24:57.840 We're conservatives.
00:25:00.140 We like to
00:25:00.980 conserve things.
00:25:03.020 There's more to it
00:25:03.960 than that,
00:25:04.380 but that's broadly
00:25:05.220 the way things go.
00:25:06.680 Conservatives
00:25:07.080 tend to be
00:25:08.080 a little more normal,
00:25:10.620 a little more
00:25:11.220 well-adjusted,
00:25:12.080 a little happier,
00:25:12.960 a little more content.
00:25:14.620 It's always the libs
00:25:15.640 who are shrieking
00:25:16.200 and screaming
00:25:16.640 and trying to upend
00:25:17.460 everything.
00:25:19.020 So they manufacture it
00:25:20.800 and then we respond
00:25:23.340 to their manufacturing
00:25:24.380 and we try to
00:25:25.380 stop them
00:25:26.360 from manufacturing it.
00:25:27.780 We try to export it.
00:25:29.120 We try to get it away.
00:25:30.300 Whatever you guys
00:25:31.320 are manufacturing,
00:25:32.080 we don't want it.
00:25:32.960 Okay?
00:25:34.300 And then the libs
00:25:35.300 accuse us
00:25:36.960 of
00:25:38.520 manufacturing
00:25:40.300 the thing
00:25:40.580 they already manufactured.
00:25:41.480 What is she talking about?
00:25:42.520 She's talking about
00:25:43.460 drag queens,
00:25:45.840 Mickey Mouse,
00:25:47.340 AP Black History courses.
00:25:49.400 So she's talking about
00:25:50.520 should perverts
00:25:51.740 twerk for little kids?
00:25:53.840 No.
00:25:55.200 They manufacture it.
00:25:55.980 We say,
00:25:56.220 no thanks,
00:25:56.640 we don't want it.
00:25:57.960 Mickey Mouse,
00:25:58.780 should Disney
00:25:59.420 push a not-so-secret
00:26:00.940 gay agenda?
00:26:01.760 The words of the Disney execs,
00:26:02.980 not mine.
00:26:04.440 No.
00:26:05.200 No thank you.
00:26:05.840 We don't want that.
00:26:06.960 And should students
00:26:08.640 be taught in school
00:26:09.460 that white people are evil
00:26:10.620 and America's evil
00:26:11.560 and the West is the worst
00:26:12.340 place ever
00:26:12.880 under the guise
00:26:14.920 behind the facade
00:26:15.880 of black history?
00:26:17.220 No, of course not.
00:26:18.740 Of course not.
00:26:19.800 Now,
00:26:20.180 speaking of DeSantis
00:26:21.000 and education,
00:26:23.220 DeSantis
00:26:23.660 is
00:26:24.840 on a tear
00:26:27.220 when it comes to education
00:26:28.280 and he's pushing
00:26:29.640 a classical
00:26:31.560 form
00:26:32.460 of education
00:26:33.500 in Florida schools.
00:26:34.440 If you want to do
00:26:36.520 things like
00:26:37.520 gender ideology,
00:26:40.160 go to Berkeley,
00:26:41.740 go to some
00:26:42.200 of these other places.
00:26:43.040 That's fine.
00:26:46.660 It's fine.
00:26:49.560 And there's nothing,
00:26:50.620 if that's what you want to do,
00:26:52.000 there's nothing wrong
00:26:52.920 with that
00:26:53.580 per se,
00:26:54.900 but for us,
00:26:55.760 with our tax dollars,
00:26:57.460 we want to focus on
00:26:59.000 the classical mission
00:27:00.520 of what a university
00:27:01.420 is supposed to be.
00:27:02.380 We don't want to be diverted
00:27:04.380 into a lot of these
00:27:05.200 niche subjects
00:27:06.020 that are heavily politicized.
00:27:08.160 We want to focus
00:27:08.960 on the basics.
00:27:09.520 And I think what you've seen
00:27:10.560 as these types of majors
00:27:12.540 and, of course,
00:27:13.160 first of all,
00:27:14.560 how employable are you
00:27:16.360 with some of these majors?
00:27:17.640 I mean,
00:27:17.980 really,
00:27:18.820 it's not a good
00:27:20.680 academic choice
00:27:22.560 in terms of being able
00:27:23.700 to be employable.
00:27:24.980 That's one of the reasons
00:27:25.860 I think
00:27:26.400 this whole student loan thing,
00:27:28.640 universities should be
00:27:29.920 on the hook
00:27:30.560 for the student loans.
00:27:31.760 If that were the case,
00:27:33.020 they would make sure
00:27:34.120 that their curriculum
00:27:35.180 was really fit
00:27:36.640 to be productive
00:27:37.520 for the students
00:27:38.460 when they graduate.
00:27:40.340 Great stuff.
00:27:41.360 I love it.
00:27:42.240 This is an important
00:27:43.280 tactic to use.
00:27:45.000 One,
00:27:45.360 education as a subject
00:27:46.840 is very important,
00:27:47.720 but the tactic
00:27:48.400 is important here too.
00:27:49.660 We've got to go after
00:27:50.800 the liberal power centers.
00:27:52.460 Universities are one of them.
00:27:53.980 How do we go after them?
00:27:55.300 We put them on the hook
00:27:56.200 for student loans.
00:27:57.060 How do we go after them?
00:27:57.860 We tax those endowments.
00:27:59.260 How do we go after them?
00:28:00.340 We attack their centers of power.
00:28:05.520 Basic stuff.
00:28:06.580 DeSantis is totally right about it.
00:28:08.100 My only disagreement
00:28:09.020 with him here
00:28:09.760 is that he says,
00:28:12.640 look,
00:28:12.900 if you want to teach
00:28:13.640 crazy gender stuff
00:28:14.780 in Berkeley,
00:28:15.400 that's fine,
00:28:16.020 but we're not going to do that
00:28:16.860 in Florida.
00:28:17.700 My only disagreement with him is
00:28:19.020 it isn't fine
00:28:20.340 in California either.
00:28:22.420 I get that we've got
00:28:23.440 a list of priorities.
00:28:24.760 Okay,
00:28:24.980 we've got to get the wins
00:28:26.860 that we can first,
00:28:28.120 but we shouldn't grant them
00:28:29.420 that premise.
00:28:30.000 Oh,
00:28:30.120 you can have California.
00:28:31.400 No,
00:28:31.880 the libs don't do that.
00:28:33.160 It's not fine to teach
00:28:34.000 this crap in California either.
00:28:35.440 It's not fine to teach it
00:28:36.200 in New York either.
00:28:37.980 The libs
00:28:38.700 never cede ground.
00:28:40.880 They never say,
00:28:41.500 look,
00:28:41.880 if you want
00:28:42.960 to not acknowledge
00:28:44.400 this ridiculous
00:28:45.420 transgender ideology
00:28:46.760 in Tennessee,
00:28:48.000 that's fine.
00:28:49.120 If you don't want
00:28:49.720 to radically redefine
00:28:50.660 marriage in Texas,
00:28:52.000 that's fine.
00:28:52.540 If you don't want
00:28:53.880 to have marauding gangs
00:28:56.200 all over your streets
00:28:57.500 in Florida,
00:28:59.720 that's fine.
00:29:00.480 No.
00:29:01.840 The libs push nationwide
00:29:03.160 to redefine
00:29:05.520 the fundamental building block,
00:29:07.020 to chop up
00:29:08.340 little kids' bodies,
00:29:09.700 to defund the police,
00:29:12.400 to this,
00:29:12.920 that,
00:29:13.020 and the other thing.
00:29:13.780 They don't respect
00:29:15.180 the state borders,
00:29:16.440 and frankly,
00:29:17.640 we shouldn't either.
00:29:18.640 This stuff is really bad.
00:29:20.680 We are countrymen
00:29:21.580 with the Californians,
00:29:22.580 and we should endeavor
00:29:23.400 through appropriate
00:29:25.960 and just means
00:29:26.740 while respecting principles
00:29:27.900 such as subsidiarity
00:29:29.040 and federalism.
00:29:29.980 We should endeavor
00:29:30.680 to get this stuff
00:29:32.060 out of California too.
00:29:33.900 Sometimes the best defense
00:29:35.240 is a good offense.
00:29:36.320 You've got to give yourself
00:29:37.800 a little bit of
00:29:39.320 ideological breathing room.
00:29:41.460 Okay?
00:29:42.980 This is what aroused
00:29:44.320 so much ire
00:29:44.940 at my CPAC speech.
00:29:45.840 It's one of the reasons
00:29:46.440 that they lied about me
00:29:47.400 all the way up
00:29:48.140 to the White House
00:29:48.780 and put words
00:29:49.960 into my mouth
00:29:50.520 is because
00:29:51.360 they were horrified
00:29:53.240 by the plain words
00:29:55.320 that I did say,
00:29:56.540 which is,
00:29:57.060 no,
00:29:57.180 we're not going to fight
00:29:57.880 the transgender battle
00:29:58.820 over should it be
00:29:59.560 eight-year-olds
00:30:00.120 or nine-year-olds
00:30:00.800 being trans.
00:30:01.660 We're going to fight it
00:30:02.420 over whether
00:30:03.120 transgenderism is real
00:30:04.740 or not.
00:30:05.180 And by the way,
00:30:05.520 it's not real,
00:30:06.040 and we need to eradicate
00:30:06.800 the whole ideology
00:30:07.760 from public life.
00:30:08.720 That puts the libs
00:30:09.640 on their heels.
00:30:10.780 And so now,
00:30:11.400 all of a sudden,
00:30:11.820 they've got to defend
00:30:12.520 transgenderism.
00:30:13.740 And while they're
00:30:14.220 defending transgenderism,
00:30:15.620 they're not trying
00:30:16.260 to trans the seven-year-olds.
00:30:17.440 They're fighting
00:30:18.160 an earlier battle.
00:30:21.600 Same thing goes
00:30:22.340 for education.
00:30:23.420 If we go on the offense
00:30:24.380 and we say,
00:30:25.400 now,
00:30:25.580 we're going to pass laws
00:30:26.480 to make it illegal
00:30:27.360 to teach this gender crap
00:30:28.620 or race hate
00:30:30.260 or whatever stuff
00:30:31.260 they're teaching
00:30:31.640 in California,
00:30:32.400 we're going to do it
00:30:33.040 in their states.
00:30:34.180 Every second
00:30:35.080 that they're fighting
00:30:36.460 that issue,
00:30:37.120 every dollar they spend
00:30:38.460 trying to defend
00:30:40.420 critical race theory
00:30:41.420 in California,
00:30:42.640 that's a moment,
00:30:44.180 that's a dollar
00:30:44.940 that they're not spending
00:30:46.180 trying to push
00:30:47.140 their ideology
00:30:47.920 onto you
00:30:49.100 in Tennessee
00:30:49.760 and Texas
00:30:50.380 and Florida.
00:30:52.000 Speaking of,
00:30:53.080 speaking of these
00:30:55.140 viral,
00:30:56.560 communicable diseases,
00:30:57.700 that's how I,
00:30:58.060 that's how I view
00:30:58.700 liberalism now.
00:30:59.700 It's like a,
00:31:00.380 it's like a communicable
00:31:01.680 disease that we just
00:31:02.600 need to contain
00:31:03.380 in the way that we
00:31:04.020 contain communism,
00:31:05.000 in the way we contain
00:31:05.900 a pandemic.
00:31:06.840 But speaking of virality,
00:31:08.660 this is the most
00:31:09.720 troubling story
00:31:10.460 I've seen
00:31:11.560 all week,
00:31:12.300 and it has nothing
00:31:13.360 to do with the border
00:31:14.120 or the 2024 race
00:31:16.140 or any of that.
00:31:17.960 It has to do
00:31:18.940 with an
00:31:19.500 Instagram lady.
00:31:22.080 It has to do
00:31:22.720 with a social media
00:31:23.500 influencer.
00:31:24.520 She's 23 years old.
00:31:26.220 She's got 1.8 million
00:31:27.540 followers on Snapchat
00:31:28.700 alone to say nothing
00:31:29.920 of the other social
00:31:30.560 media platforms.
00:31:32.080 Her name is Karen Marjorie
00:31:33.640 and she has created
00:31:34.740 a chatbot.
00:31:36.500 Her chatbot
00:31:37.240 is called
00:31:37.680 chat,
00:31:38.560 or Karen AI.
00:31:40.500 And users of this
00:31:41.420 chatbot
00:31:41.960 pay $1 per minute
00:31:44.540 to speak to a robot
00:31:46.220 that pretends
00:31:47.320 to be her.
00:31:48.960 And in the first week
00:31:50.500 of its beta test,
00:31:52.500 this woman made
00:31:53.240 $70,000.
00:31:56.240 I'm looking over
00:31:57.240 at my producer
00:31:57.840 Ben Davies over here.
00:31:58.880 We're in the wrong
00:31:59.560 line of work.
00:32:00.520 We,
00:32:01.180 oh man,
00:32:02.080 I should have just been
00:32:03.160 a young hot chick.
00:32:05.100 And then,
00:32:05.420 can you imagine
00:32:05.980 how much,
00:32:06.500 especially one
00:32:07.860 with nerd techie friends,
00:32:09.640 because then you don't
00:32:10.440 actually have to do
00:32:11.340 anything at all.
00:32:13.660 You can outsource
00:32:14.720 even
00:32:15.480 social media
00:32:19.080 thirst traps.
00:32:21.280 You can outsource
00:32:22.200 even that
00:32:22.880 to an algorithm.
00:32:24.880 Now,
00:32:25.440 what does this gal say?
00:32:26.860 She says,
00:32:27.420 Karen AI
00:32:28.120 will never
00:32:28.840 replace me.
00:32:30.480 Karen AI
00:32:31.160 is simply
00:32:31.940 just an extension
00:32:33.440 of me,
00:32:34.480 an extension
00:32:35.160 of my consciousness.
00:32:37.540 Because
00:32:38.040 her
00:32:38.560 shtick
00:32:39.260 is that
00:32:39.780 she amasses
00:32:40.440 all these
00:32:40.780 followers
00:32:41.220 who are these
00:32:41.600 young,
00:32:42.220 lonely men
00:32:42.760 who
00:32:43.040 presumably
00:32:44.560 don't have
00:32:45.080 girlfriends
00:32:45.420 or don't care
00:32:46.060 about their
00:32:46.320 girlfriends very much
00:32:47.060 and so they're
00:32:47.460 chatting with
00:32:48.240 this phantom
00:32:49.320 of a human being
00:32:50.280 over Snapchat,
00:32:53.100 over Instagram,
00:32:53.920 DMs,
00:32:54.640 and this is how
00:32:56.780 she makes her money
00:32:58.040 and becomes popular.
00:32:59.180 But there were
00:32:59.580 too many guys,
00:33:00.300 so she just
00:33:00.740 outsourced it
00:33:01.300 to a robot.
00:33:03.320 She says,
00:33:04.460 Karen AI
00:33:04.900 is going to come
00:33:05.520 fill that gap.
00:33:06.920 She says that
00:33:07.560 Karen AI
00:33:08.100 might cure
00:33:08.880 loneliness.
00:33:10.020 Quote,
00:33:10.240 whether you need
00:33:10.740 somebody to be
00:33:11.360 comforting or loving
00:33:12.160 or you just want
00:33:13.320 to rant about
00:33:13.980 something that
00:33:14.500 happened at school
00:33:15.240 or at work,
00:33:16.240 Karen AI
00:33:16.920 will always be
00:33:17.920 there for you.
00:33:18.540 This is the saddest
00:33:19.580 thing I've read
00:33:20.680 in a very long time.
00:33:22.440 But it's working.
00:33:23.540 She thinks that
00:33:24.020 this
00:33:25.380 operation
00:33:27.660 could make her
00:33:28.420 millions of dollars
00:33:30.040 of not only a month,
00:33:32.040 maybe a week.
00:33:32.560 Who knows?
00:33:32.860 70 grand in the beta test?
00:33:34.220 That's unbelievable.
00:33:34.840 And it might.
00:33:38.560 Why does this work,
00:33:39.720 though?
00:33:39.860 It doesn't just work
00:33:41.460 because of the new
00:33:42.840 technology.
00:33:43.980 It works because of
00:33:45.140 the way society
00:33:45.980 already operates.
00:33:48.020 This is what's so
00:33:49.260 damning about the
00:33:50.180 whole thing.
00:33:50.620 This is what's so
00:33:51.180 depressing.
00:33:52.460 The reason that
00:33:53.600 this chatbot
00:33:54.480 thing works
00:33:55.440 is because the
00:33:56.680 chatbot
00:33:57.240 isn't all that
00:33:58.060 different from
00:33:58.780 regular modern
00:33:59.800 social interaction.
00:34:01.760 So much regular
00:34:03.000 modern social
00:34:03.720 interaction
00:34:04.280 is shallow,
00:34:06.520 transactional,
00:34:07.960 and virtual.
00:34:10.640 So shallow
00:34:11.800 in that
00:34:12.360 we don't
00:34:13.980 treat one another
00:34:15.960 as eternal
00:34:16.680 beings
00:34:17.340 with whom
00:34:19.060 we're endeavoring
00:34:19.900 to create a life
00:34:20.940 and to
00:34:22.100 learn something
00:34:23.420 about reality
00:34:24.220 and to build
00:34:24.960 something up together
00:34:25.800 and to have children.
00:34:26.540 No one's having
00:34:26.880 children.
00:34:27.220 No one's getting
00:34:27.560 married.
00:34:29.340 It's transactional.
00:34:30.660 The modern
00:34:31.360 dating culture
00:34:32.300 culture is a
00:34:33.900 hookup culture.
00:34:35.720 It's like out of
00:34:36.440 an Ayn Rand novel.
00:34:37.800 You don't lay down
00:34:39.980 with somebody
00:34:40.480 because you love
00:34:41.340 this person
00:34:41.860 and this person's
00:34:42.620 your spouse
00:34:42.980 and you're open
00:34:43.360 to life and you're
00:34:43.900 going to have a
00:34:44.100 big family and a
00:34:44.640 good life.
00:34:45.020 No, you just do it
00:34:45.680 because, okay,
00:34:46.240 I want to feel good
00:34:47.220 tonight and you're
00:34:48.220 reasonably pleasing to
00:34:49.360 me and hopefully
00:34:50.620 the same is true in
00:34:51.840 the other direction.
00:34:52.540 So we'll do that,
00:34:53.300 but no strings
00:34:53.840 attached, no nothing.
00:34:54.860 We certainly won't
00:34:55.440 have kids.
00:34:55.820 We won't get married.
00:34:56.720 And a lot of it's
00:34:57.280 just virtual.
00:34:58.040 My friends who were
00:34:58.740 on the dating apps,
00:34:59.440 I missed the dating
00:35:00.240 apps because sweet
00:35:01.380 little Alisa and I
00:35:02.140 got back together
00:35:02.820 just when that was
00:35:03.860 starting to come out.
00:35:04.720 So I've never been
00:35:05.340 on them.
00:35:06.360 But my friends who
00:35:06.960 were on them,
00:35:08.020 all they ever really
00:35:09.420 do is just send
00:35:10.500 messages.
00:35:11.740 Occasionally they'll
00:35:12.240 go on dates, I guess.
00:35:13.220 But those of you
00:35:15.480 who are on dating
00:35:16.020 apps know this
00:35:16.640 better than I do
00:35:17.400 secondhand.
00:35:19.300 So much of the
00:35:20.360 time you spend
00:35:20.880 with dating apps
00:35:21.380 is just on the
00:35:22.220 app, just messaging.
00:35:23.220 Even when you're
00:35:23.700 off the app,
00:35:24.120 what are you doing?
00:35:24.460 You're just texting
00:35:25.060 people.
00:35:25.620 It's all just virtual.
00:35:26.860 So what's the
00:35:27.480 difference?
00:35:27.860 When I'm in the
00:35:30.360 room with a real
00:35:30.920 human being, I can
00:35:33.440 still, today, tell
00:35:34.960 the difference between
00:35:35.400 a human being and
00:35:35.960 a robot.
00:35:37.040 But if you're just
00:35:37.560 texting with somebody,
00:35:38.840 if all you want to
00:35:39.500 do is just get your
00:35:40.300 jollies off or rant
00:35:41.500 or complain or
00:35:42.440 whatever, what is
00:35:44.580 the difference between
00:35:45.840 Karen AI and Karen
00:35:48.380 Marjorie, a 23-year-old
00:35:50.760 Snapchat girl?
00:35:52.920 Practically speaking,
00:35:53.980 there isn't one.
00:35:54.960 Now, if you're looking
00:35:56.880 for something interesting
00:35:57.880 to watch, and you
00:35:58.920 don't want to just
00:35:59.380 talk to robots all the
00:36:00.180 time, you've got to
00:36:00.660 check out our series
00:36:01.560 What We Saw, hosted
00:36:02.440 by storyteller Bill
00:36:03.320 Whittle.
00:36:03.960 Season one is focused
00:36:04.720 on Apollo 11, and now
00:36:06.160 season two of What We
00:36:06.980 Saw is in full swing.
00:36:08.020 This time, Bill paints
00:36:09.020 a bleak picture of the
00:36:10.360 growing existential threat
00:36:11.620 to America due to
00:36:13.080 Soviet Russia and Cuba.
00:36:15.320 In episode 10, we are
00:36:16.940 transported to Vietnam
00:36:18.240 and the Gulf of Tonkin,
00:36:20.420 where North Vietnamese
00:36:21.280 torpedo boats attack the
00:36:22.600 USS Maddox, plunging us
00:36:24.620 further into the Cold
00:36:25.400 War.
00:36:25.640 How big a price will
00:36:27.080 we pay in our efforts
00:36:28.140 to prevent communism
00:36:29.100 from spreading outside
00:36:30.240 of Vietnam?
00:36:31.360 Bill makes you feel
00:36:32.340 like you are there
00:36:32.920 witnessing history.
00:36:34.360 New episodes of the
00:36:35.200 Cold War come out
00:36:36.020 every week, but you've
00:36:37.620 got to be a member to
00:36:38.440 see it.
00:36:38.760 Go to dailywire.com

00:36:41.280 start watching.
00:36:43.800 My favorite comment
00:36:44.600 yesterday is from
00:36:45.080 Old Schooled.
00:36:45.840 Hey, it's been a while
00:36:46.560 since we've seen a
00:36:47.180 comment from Old
00:36:47.700 Schooled.
00:36:48.280 Comment is, it's
00:36:49.940 foolish to think that
00:36:50.720 people who are willing
00:36:51.480 to break the law in
00:36:52.400 order to enter the
00:36:53.140 country will also be
00:36:54.420 willing to follow the
00:36:55.480 law when they get
00:36:56.520 here.
00:36:57.540 So true.
00:36:58.560 I really like that
00:36:59.480 because politics is both
00:37:02.560 much more complicated than
00:37:03.860 people pretend that it is
00:37:05.700 and also paradoxically
00:37:08.020 much simpler.
00:37:09.980 There are all sorts of
00:37:10.840 details to fill in and
00:37:11.960 nuances, but it's pretty
00:37:13.500 much just that.
00:37:14.160 Ronald Reagan said it
00:37:14.960 very well.
00:37:16.200 He was asked about
00:37:16.820 illegal immigration.
00:37:17.700 He said, illegal
00:37:18.220 immigration is illegal.
00:37:19.460 It's not that
00:37:20.620 complicated.
00:37:22.280 The kind of people
00:37:23.120 that you attract when
00:37:24.840 you don't enforce the
00:37:25.740 law, they're criminals.
00:37:28.700 So you're not getting
00:37:30.540 your best.
00:37:31.200 To quote Donald Trump,
00:37:32.560 they're not sending
00:37:33.900 their best.
00:37:34.960 Okay?
00:37:36.960 Now, the most important
00:37:38.140 story of the day.
00:37:40.020 I don't want to forget
00:37:40.700 about immigration.
00:37:42.220 Forget about the
00:37:43.080 economy collapsing.
00:37:44.060 Forget about the bank
00:37:44.640 runs.
00:37:45.200 Forget about World
00:37:45.660 War III.
00:37:46.140 I want to congratulate
00:37:49.020 Miller Lite.
00:37:50.780 Miller Lite is following
00:37:53.340 its own truth.
00:37:55.420 It's going against the
00:37:57.700 conservative cancel mob.
00:37:59.800 Okay, it's standing up.
00:38:01.340 Miller Lite is at least as
00:38:05.760 gay as Bud Lite.
00:38:07.840 Take it away.
00:38:10.080 Here's a little known
00:38:11.120 fact.
00:38:11.880 Women were among the
00:38:12.780 very first to brew beer
00:38:14.180 ever.
00:38:14.640 From Mesopotamia to the
00:38:16.780 Middle Ages to colonial
00:38:17.800 America, women were the
00:38:19.380 ones doing the brewing.
00:38:20.960 Centuries later, how did
00:38:22.220 the industry pay homage to
00:38:23.660 the founding mothers of
00:38:24.620 beer?
00:38:25.180 They put us in bikinis.
00:38:28.260 Wow.
00:38:32.180 Look at this s***.
00:38:33.740 Wild.
00:38:34.760 It's time beer made it up
00:38:35.920 to women.
00:38:36.660 So today, Miller Lite is on
00:38:37.820 a mission to clean up not
00:38:38.680 just their s***, but the
00:38:39.520 whole beer industry's s***.
00:38:41.780 Miller Lite has been scouring
00:38:43.460 the internet for all this s***
00:38:44.780 and buying it back so that
00:38:46.000 they can turn it into good
00:38:47.020 s*** for women brewers.
00:38:48.780 Literally, good s***.
00:38:50.480 How, you ask?
00:38:51.760 Ladies, take it away.
00:38:53.540 First, we turn the bad s***
00:38:54.740 into compost.
00:38:55.860 Then we feed compost to
00:38:57.000 worms, pushing out beautiful
00:38:59.240 fertilizer.
00:39:01.200 That good s*** helps farmers
00:39:02.880 grow quality hops.
00:39:05.500 Which has been donated to
00:39:07.000 women brewers to make their own
00:39:08.480 really good s***.
00:39:09.720 But there's definitely more
00:39:11.080 s*** out there.
00:39:11.940 In your attic, in the garage,
00:39:13.140 in your parents' basement.
00:39:14.360 Send any s*** you got into
00:39:15.500 Miller Lite and they'll turn
00:39:16.480 that into good s*** too.
00:39:19.460 Oh.
00:39:20.520 So here's to women.
00:39:21.840 Because without us, there
00:39:23.240 would be no beer.
00:39:24.820 This is the Cleopatra of
00:39:41.380 Bud Light commercials.
00:39:42.960 This is Miller Lite is now
00:39:46.400 the Netflix of brewers.
00:39:49.600 Actually, did you know beer
00:39:51.040 was invented by women?
00:39:52.140 I mean, it wasn't, but
00:39:54.880 let's just say so.
00:39:56.960 Did you know, actually,
00:39:58.040 Cleopatra is black?
00:39:59.080 I can't wait for the next
00:40:00.180 documentary from Netflix on
00:40:02.240 George Washington starring
00:40:03.560 Spike Lee.
00:40:04.220 It's going to be really great.
00:40:07.060 So, okay, this historical claim
00:40:09.220 is that beer was invented by
00:40:11.340 women or has been produced by
00:40:12.800 women for centuries or
00:40:14.140 whatever, which is obviously
00:40:15.080 not true.
00:40:15.940 If you're going to give credit
00:40:16.600 to any group, I guess you
00:40:17.500 should give it to monks,
00:40:18.540 right?
00:40:18.740 Wasn't it the monks who really
00:40:20.560 began brewing and
00:40:21.720 popularizing beer?
00:40:22.680 Okay, fine.
00:40:24.760 Then you get to the next
00:40:25.960 level, which is, in the past,
00:40:28.600 we've sold beer by putting
00:40:30.640 pictures of pretty women in
00:40:32.780 bikinis on our advertisements.
00:40:35.100 And that was terrible.
00:40:36.320 So now we're going to put
00:40:37.520 very angry feminists wearing
00:40:40.820 very sort of frumpy clothing.
00:40:43.460 That's how we're going to sell
00:40:44.640 beer to our customer base.
00:40:45.980 That's totally going to
00:40:47.600 convince them.
00:40:48.160 And then the third part,
00:40:50.320 which irritates me, frankly,
00:40:51.620 even more than the first two,
00:40:53.000 which is women saying
00:40:56.440 that we love to say
00:41:01.360 naughty language.
00:41:02.580 You know, if I say S-H-I-T,
00:41:05.220 that's going to make me cool
00:41:07.880 and hip.
00:41:08.420 It's like all these female
00:41:09.580 comedians who just think if they
00:41:11.000 talk about their genitals and say
00:41:12.400 some four-letter words, that's a
00:41:14.000 substitute for a joke and for
00:41:16.880 comedy, it's not.
00:41:18.440 It's not at all.
00:41:19.800 Miller Lite, huh?
00:41:20.780 You know what I say?
00:41:21.540 Miller Lite and the loafers is
00:41:22.600 what they are these days.
00:41:25.720 I'll see myself out now.
00:41:26.920 Good night, everybody.
00:41:27.860 No, it's, it's, it's differently
00:41:30.680 woke than the Bud Light
00:41:31.580 commercial.
00:41:31.940 And I should point out that the
00:41:32.960 Miller Lite commercial came out
00:41:34.380 before the Bud Light commercial
00:41:36.700 and no one noticed it.
00:41:37.800 And people are only noticing it
00:41:38.940 now after the big backlash.
00:41:40.200 So I'm sure Miller executives are
00:41:41.940 doing their best to try to
00:41:43.700 downplay this commercial.
00:41:44.600 I bet it was Bud Light opposition
00:41:47.300 researchers who found this for
00:41:49.040 Miller and they're popularizing
00:41:50.220 this right now.
00:41:51.840 But it, it's differently woke.
00:41:55.340 The Bud Light commercial, the Bud
00:41:56.840 Light can with Dylan Mulvaney was
00:41:58.680 woke in that it was adopting this
00:42:01.900 radical new anthropology.
00:42:04.140 So it was positioning itself as fun
00:42:06.180 and happy and light.
00:42:08.060 With Miller, you're seeing the flip
00:42:09.960 side of wokeness.
00:42:11.300 So the flip side of liberalism,
00:42:12.360 that's all it really is, is use the
00:42:13.860 basic old word, which is that really
00:42:15.940 negative, angry side, the side of
00:42:18.260 resentment, the side with a chip on
00:42:19.700 the shoulder.
00:42:20.340 It's the same practical effect,
00:42:22.560 which is insulting the people who
00:42:24.640 actually buy these beers.
00:42:26.980 But you're seeing both sides.
00:42:29.880 There's the happy, glitzy facade and
00:42:33.060 then the underlying angry reality of it.
00:42:36.660 As I've said before, though, I'm not
00:42:38.480 worried about Miller Lite now.
00:42:40.960 Oh no, I can't drink Miller Lite.
00:42:42.300 Or oh no, I can't drink Bud Light.
00:42:44.720 Because I prefer to drink White Claw
00:42:47.380 when I'm drinking a canned alcohol.
00:42:49.560 And White Claw is already so gay that
00:42:51.780 it will never have to prove its liberal
00:42:53.740 bona fides by pandering to the Wokies
00:42:56.720 or by insulting its customer base.
00:42:58.880 Which is great.
00:42:59.400 I love that.
00:43:00.160 I get to drink my mango hard seltzer in
00:43:03.540 peace.
00:43:04.320 Speaking of the plans of the Wokies,
00:43:10.740 the revolution goes marching on.
00:43:13.020 We don't have time really to get into
00:43:14.380 this yet, so I'll just tease it.
00:43:15.780 You know, I've been teasing you for the
00:43:17.540 past week or so.
00:43:19.380 This is a headline from the New York
00:43:20.480 Times.
00:43:20.880 Why some companies are saying diversity
00:43:23.060 and belonging instead of diversity and
00:43:25.940 inclusion.
00:43:26.480 You know, diversity, equity, and inclusion.
00:43:30.200 That was, for the past five or six years,
00:43:32.540 that's been the slogan used by the
00:43:35.640 liberal apparatchiks whose job it is in
00:43:38.560 universities and companies to stir up
00:43:41.100 trouble and insult white people and
00:43:45.580 insult men and make everybody angry at
00:43:49.140 one another.
00:43:49.720 So they're changing the term as they
00:43:52.700 always change the term.
00:43:53.740 The old one is diversity and inclusion.
00:43:56.540 The new one is diversity and belonging.
00:43:58.080 The New York Times wasted so many words
00:44:00.360 explaining why this is.
00:44:01.480 I know exactly why this is.
00:44:03.300 I actually wrote a book about why this
00:44:04.320 is.
00:44:04.500 The book is called Speechless, Controlling
00:44:05.700 Words, Controlling Minds.
00:44:06.560 We'll get into that story along with
00:44:08.280 several others tomorrow.
00:44:09.900 Now, though, you can see if you're
00:44:11.820 watching the show right now, I am on
00:44:13.280 the road.
00:44:14.080 I'm very, very excited.
00:44:16.020 I'm here in sunny California.
00:44:18.680 My producer, Mr. Ben Davies, has
00:44:20.280 brought the iPad on the road, so I'll
00:44:21.620 get to chat with you in the segment.
00:44:23.740 Segmentum Membrorum.
00:44:25.640 It's the new way we're declining that
00:44:27.780 phrase.
00:44:28.320 And we've got an extra story, okay?
00:44:29.620 We've got an extra story here that
00:44:30.720 Ben Davies has picked out.
00:44:31.960 I have not read it yet, so I will
00:44:34.360 bring to bear all of my acumen, all
00:44:38.580 of my insight, and I will chat with
00:44:40.140 you.
