The Michael Knowles Show - Ep. 141 - Putting the Big In Bigot w⧸ Owen Benjamin

00:00:00.220 I am joined today for the full show by vicious, bigot, awful monster Owen Benjamin, a man 0.99

00:00:09.440 so terrible that he suggested that we shouldn't shoot little toddlers full of hormones and 0.99

00:00:15.960 try to change their biological gender. 0.95

00:00:18.040 We will talk about that and more.

00:00:20.080 I'm Michael Knowles and this is The Michael Knowles Show.

00:00:21.940 Here you are, Owen.

00:00:30.540 I put the big in bigot.

00:00:31.880 I feel like a little child sitting next to you.

00:00:34.160 I feel like a little tiny baby.

00:00:35.920 Do I make you feel safe?

00:00:37.340 This is my safe space.

00:00:39.340 I love it.

00:00:39.600 We're now here.

00:00:40.580 I didn't realize, because I watch your videos all the time, I didn't realize that you were

00:00:43.800 a giant man.

00:00:44.800 I'm a giant person.

00:00:45.760 You were a giant person.

00:00:47.160 I flew here north of the wall from Game of Thrones.

00:00:50.640 I'm a wildling.

00:00:51.520 I breastfed too long.

00:00:53.220 Is that why everyone is so afraid of you?

00:00:55.240 Is that why the lefties are so afraid they have to censor you, get you off of Twitter,

00:00:58.860 or destroy your career?

00:00:59.560 No, because I got approved by too many of them, so now they feel weird about it.

00:01:05.020 I actually had forgotten this.

00:01:06.780 For anybody who doesn't know, you made this outrageous point where you suggested we shouldn't

00:01:13.800 shoot up little toddlers full of hormones to change their biological sex. 1.00

00:01:18.340 Right.

00:01:18.580 And so, naturally for that, you lost gigs and your agent, your manager.

00:01:23.260 Exactly.

00:01:23.680 Right.

00:01:23.980 That makes sense.

00:01:24.680 And it was literally from that exclusively.

00:01:28.760 I've been with the same manager and agent for 12 years, but it's all good.

00:01:33.660 It's been a blessing in disguise, to be honest with you, because it allowed me to not have

00:01:38.580 to be shamed into being a worse person, because I feel like the left kind of does that, where

00:01:43.060 it's almost like, to get social approval, you have to pretend to be a worse human being.

00:01:49.140 Right.

00:01:49.380 You've got, on set, in theaters, you have to toe the line, you've got, before all this

00:01:56.100 happened, before you kind of blew up on the internet for having the temerity to say that,

00:02:00.040 you've been in movies, you've been in TV shows, you've been in serious Hollywood.

00:02:04.320 Yeah.

00:02:04.560 What, is there any path to success for a conservative in Hollywood, other than keeping your mouth

00:02:12.720 shut?

00:02:12.940 Or do you have to break free and become this internet sensation like you?

00:02:16.820 At one point, you could.

00:02:19.060 But I think now, the government has expanded to a point where it's a joke.

00:02:22.840 Like, now the NFL has been politicized.

00:02:24.900 And it's like, there's a great quote, I don't know who said it, but you can avoid, you can

00:02:29.320 ignore politics, but politics won't ignore you.

00:02:31.540 And that's what happened to me.

00:02:32.600 Like, I'm not even this, I never wanted to be this, like, edgy comic.

00:02:36.340 I just had to fight these battles.

00:02:37.700 I just want to talk about how men and women are different, which now is, of course, hate

00:02:41.300 speech.

00:02:41.740 Right.

00:02:41.980 This is the big issue.

00:02:43.060 I'll see it, I'll go to college campuses, I'll say, what's the big issue for you?

00:02:46.340 Is it abortion or gay marriage, blah, blah, blah, whatever?

00:02:49.220 No.

00:02:49.460 It is this trans moment, this transgender thing, which affects approximately seven people

00:02:55.900 on planet Earth, and that men and women are different.

00:02:59.400 Right.

00:02:59.480 Why is that the issue?

00:03:00.800 I think trans fats are a bigger issue.

00:03:03.740 It affects my life a lot more, yeah.

00:03:05.880 Well, what happens is, people set in motion these crazy ideas, and if they don't commit

00:03:11.160 to it, it all falls apart.

00:03:12.540 And the trans thing is one of those things that's happening.

00:03:15.020 And I know a few transsexuals, and most of them are libertarians.

00:03:18.180 Right.

00:03:18.400 Like, most of them are the don't try to meet people, where it's like, listen, I'm going

00:03:21.600 to do some weird stuff to my own body.

00:03:24.240 Just don't say anything, and let's just keep going with our lives.

00:03:27.060 Move on.

00:03:27.560 Right.

00:03:27.900 Yeah, like the LGBT thing, it's based on no discrimination, which is a terrifying precedent.

00:03:34.100 Like, I discriminate, I only sleep with my wife. 0.93

00:03:36.760 That's called discrimination. 0.76

00:03:38.280 I don't eat batteries, I eat bananas.

00:03:40.700 That's discriminating against batteries.

00:03:43.020 So it starts off, it just, the letters keep getting crazier, to the point where now they're

00:03:47.500 trying to normalize pedophilia.

00:03:49.320 Yeah.

00:03:49.480 And the L's, they should have just knitted sweaters and drove Subarus and forgot about 1.00

00:03:53.480 this whole thing.

00:03:54.880 That is, that is so true.

00:03:57.020 It's so true. 0.84

00:03:57.560 Every point you just made.

00:03:58.460 But especially the discrimination.

00:04:00.240 Like, words discriminate.

00:04:02.600 Right?

00:04:02.780 When I, when I say one thing, when I have an opinion, I'm discriminating against other

00:04:07.280 things.

00:04:07.840 Exactly.

00:04:08.420 That now, and, and the left discriminates all the time, and they literally discriminate.

00:04:12.340 They kick us off Twitter, they kick us off YouTube.

00:04:14.320 I'm banned permanently from Twitter.

00:04:15.540 You are, yeah, yeah, you're, you are actually off of Twitter forever.

00:04:19.100 Apparently I'm worse than ISIS and Farrakhan. 0.77

00:04:21.640 Mm-hmm, that's right.

00:04:22.600 Yeah, but oh, I, I knew that the minute I mentioned it.

00:04:24.760 It's hilarious, man.

00:04:25.700 Yeah.

00:04:26.060 That's why it's almost like it's a compliment when the left is like, you're bad.

00:04:29.360 It's almost like the, it's an inverse.

00:04:31.340 It's like, oh, I'm good.

00:04:33.340 It's that point where they, it's this lie that they've constructed.

00:04:37.600 Exactly.

00:04:37.860 So they've, you know, this whole thing that like little toddlers can choose their sex, 0.60

00:04:41.260 and we should shoot them full of hormones, because you can magically go from one to the 1.00

00:04:44.880 other. 0.99

00:04:45.260 And they, I think they know it's a lie.

00:04:47.460 They know it's a lie.

00:04:48.000 So they're just like, you can't, don't you, we all have to, we all agree, right?

00:04:52.460 You know, is it just that?

00:04:54.000 They're so aware that this thing is about to crack?

00:04:57.080 Yes, because they can't go back, because then everything falls apart, and their whole

00:05:01.660 culture is based on social approval.

00:05:03.640 You know, I think a lot of conservatives and people more on the right, I like to follow

00:05:07.760 that I might be wrong, but I'm not lying.

00:05:09.580 And this is what I see in more conservatives and libertarians in the world, is if you give

00:05:13.620 them information that disproves their point, they get excited.

00:05:16.840 They're like, thank you.

00:05:17.720 I almost wanted to battle with a dull sword.

00:05:19.600 Yeah, right.

00:05:20.080 You know, but a leftist, if you give them information, like any, anything from Thomas Sowell's

00:05:24.060 books, if you look at, at, at the black family before and after the welfare state, they just 1.00

00:05:31.860 say, you're bad. 0.97

00:05:32.780 Got decimated. 0.85

00:05:33.580 Oh, yeah.

00:05:34.080 And it's, there's so many issues like that.

00:05:35.860 Like, look at, London now has a higher murder rate than New York City, and they're trying

00:05:38.960 to ban knives.

00:05:40.160 It's a joke.

00:05:41.280 It's about time.

00:05:41.780 It's time.

00:05:42.320 You know?

00:05:42.800 It's time to give our guns to Hitler. 0.96

00:05:44.540 If you haven't, we have to play a little clip of this.

00:05:49.820 This is one of the great videos on YouTube.

00:05:53.060 It's time to give our guns to Hitler. 0.96

00:05:54.360 Yeah, shout out to Unbearables, because they did a lot of these videos. 1.00

00:05:57.420 It's not just me who writes these.

00:05:59.380 2016 brought the election of Donald J. Trump.

00:06:03.340 Atheist spinster J.K.

00:06:04.880 Rowling prayed that life could be like a computer and we could restart 2016.

00:06:10.240 Sad little person and actor Ben Stiller compared him to a James Bond villain.

00:06:17.580 Schizophrenic warlock Ashley Judd compared him to Adolf Hitler.

00:06:22.320 And millions of people living at home in their late 20s took to the streets.

00:06:27.560 Never before had a nation reacted so viciously against an elected president.

00:06:33.740 Even mustached charlatan Vincente Fox compared him to Adolf Hitler.

00:06:41.020 Mostly false CNN reported story after story about our new Hitlerian government. 0.99

00:06:48.020 Confirmed sexual predator Louis C.K. finished masturbating in front of a stranger. 1.00

00:06:53.400 And then confirmed to Daily News that Trump is, in fact, Adolf Hitler. 0.99

00:06:59.660 Insatiable sodomite heir to the Vanderbilt fortune and possible CIA operative news reporter Anderson Cooper reported how truly lonely and angry the White House has become.

00:07:14.320 It's time. 0.96

00:07:15.280 Rape apologist and alleged murderer Hillary Clinton begged us to think of our children and submit our constitutional rights. 1.00

00:07:24.040 We've had them long enough. 0.94

00:07:25.680 It's time we give our guns to Hitler. 0.97

00:07:28.260 It's time.

00:07:28.840 It's time to give our guns to Hitler. 0.96

00:07:30.020 It's time.

00:07:30.660 It's the cognitive dissonance that bothers me.

00:07:32.800 What does it doesn't.

00:07:34.220 When you do that, though, when you say this is the logic. 0.94

00:07:37.560 Donald Trump is literally Hitler.

00:07:39.520 Therefore, we need to surrender all of our weapons to him.

00:07:42.240 Any rational person can see that doesn't make any sense.

00:07:45.460 Right.

00:07:45.700 And yet, nevertheless, she persisted.

00:07:47.820 They keep going on and insisting.

00:07:49.500 How is that? 1.00

00:07:50.560 They're insane. 0.99

00:07:51.860 And here's the thing.

00:07:52.980 A lot of my friends think that you're going to teach them with logic where it's like, but don't you see now that if you think Twitter's a private company, it can discriminate because it's private.

00:08:02.760 Yeah. 0.91

00:08:03.220 What about the gay cakes? 0.98

00:08:05.700 You know? 0.96

00:08:05.920 And they're like, well, no, that's different.

00:08:07.620 You're like, oh, you just.

00:08:09.000 It's almost like if you're playing basketball and someone pulls out a gun.

00:08:12.320 It's like, that's not part of the rules.

00:08:13.720 They're like, rules are oppression.

00:08:15.700 And you're like, oh, you're just like not a guy I want to hang with.

00:08:18.960 If they did not have double standards, they would have no standards at all. 0.94

00:08:21.980 It is this total hypocrisy. 0.58

00:08:24.580 Yeah.

00:08:25.120 That in your career now.

00:08:27.560 So you lose your agent, you lose your manager.

00:08:30.420 Yeah, yeah.

00:08:32.160 Fortunately, you don't have to live in L.A.

00:08:33.760 You live in, I believe, the middle of nowhere.

00:08:35.640 It's somewhere to me, but go on.

00:08:39.280 Upstate New York.

00:08:40.220 Yeah, the Adirondack Mountains.

00:08:41.460 Does that.

00:08:42.900 Are you happy that that happened?

00:08:45.140 Yeah, I'm just happy because I'm not, I don't regret because I'm not manipulating.

00:08:50.800 So whatever happens is happening.

00:08:53.660 You know, like every decision I've made has been for my family, myself, my ethics.

00:08:58.620 And so at this point, whatever comes, comes because I wouldn't want to be one of these

00:09:02.380 people that it's almost like that Commodus is sister and gladiator.

00:09:06.760 Like if you kiss the ring and you're not into it, you're now just in this golden prison.

00:09:11.360 Right.

00:09:11.580 And you see so many of these people like Jimmy Kimmel is hilarious.

00:09:14.860 And you watch him just PETA from the Hunger Games.

00:09:19.520 You know, he cried when a lion got killed by a lion hunter.

00:09:23.300 This is a guy that used to do hard jokes, you know, and I'm like, I look at him.

00:09:26.880 This is the guy in the man show.

00:09:27.680 This was a pretty tough comedian.

00:09:30.520 And now he's, I mean, he cries.

00:09:32.300 He cries all the time.

00:09:33.140 It's all he does.

00:09:34.020 And if you're a man, men can cry. 0.98

00:09:35.980 Like after you kill your first man. 0.99

00:09:38.200 Right. 0.99

00:09:39.040 Yeah.

00:09:39.400 The most dangerous game.

00:09:40.400 Yeah.

00:09:40.760 You know, when you've got your enemy, you're allowed to have one tear.

00:09:43.800 But it can't roll down too fast.

00:09:45.300 Got to hang there for a little bit.

00:09:46.260 Yeah, that's right.

00:09:47.340 After you build your first house and make your own person, then you can have one little

00:09:52.020 tear.

00:09:52.380 But not, you can't cry about the free market.

00:09:55.140 That's true.

00:09:55.840 And the tears, they always have to be kind of wistful.

00:09:58.320 You know, like that stoic wist.

00:09:59.880 Not these like, wow, the lion was killed.

00:10:03.320 By a lion hunter.

00:10:04.260 By a lion hunter.

00:10:05.020 That vicious monster was killed by a dentist. 0.68

00:10:07.320 I think that was more about hating dentists. 0.98

00:10:09.420 Mm-hmm. 0.67

00:10:10.100 Yeah, he's a dentophobe.

00:10:12.080 An anti-dentite.

00:10:12.920 He's an anti-dentite.

00:10:14.340 And dentists are important.

00:10:16.100 That's true.

00:10:16.760 Yeah.

00:10:17.340 You know, they have the highest suicide rate of any job.

00:10:21.080 That's true.

00:10:21.760 Is that right?

00:10:22.220 I'm going to look that up.

00:10:23.320 That's really true.

00:10:24.340 Yeah.

00:10:25.340 Well, I guess it sort of makes sense.

00:10:27.480 It's a very, it's an unpleasant profession.

00:10:29.380 No one wants to see you.

00:10:30.240 No one wants to see you.

00:10:31.200 Mm-hmm.

00:10:31.420 Imagine that.

00:10:32.020 Like every time someone sees you, they're like, great.

00:10:34.500 This guy's about to drill into my mouth.

00:10:36.600 He's like, I'm trying to make you live longer.

00:10:39.220 It's like, ah.

00:10:41.100 It could cause heart disease if you don't, I don't, how does that, that doesn't make any sense.

00:10:44.260 Yeah, they're like, I'd rather die than have you in my mouth.

00:10:46.560 And he's like, okay, I'm just going to stick this in the, and then they just, they get

00:10:50.460 so sad.

00:10:51.580 That, this brings me directly to my next point.

00:10:55.520 Okay.

00:10:55.900 How's that for a segue?

00:10:57.480 I question if that's true, but I love your commitment.

00:11:00.720 The, I have this thought that conservatives are the only people having fun right now.

00:11:06.900 A hundred percent.

00:11:07.540 They're, they're the only people having fun.

00:11:09.120 And the left is, they can't laugh at anything.

00:11:11.600 I think that's why Jimmy Kimmel has to cry every night.

00:11:14.120 I think they actually cannot laugh.

00:11:16.340 Well, that's the devil's deal.

00:11:18.000 You know, you get, you get the Corvette, you don't get gas in it.

00:11:20.860 That's always how it is.

00:11:21.980 And that's real.

00:11:22.960 That's as real as anything.

00:11:24.020 Like you will get the fame and the money if you, um, you know, take that devil's deal

00:11:29.760 and take a knee, but you will not be able to enjoy it.

00:11:32.060 It becomes dust.

00:11:32.980 And that's real.

00:11:34.040 You watch it in these people and, uh, classical liberals can still have a good time, but

00:11:38.800 leftists, they can't feel joy.

00:11:42.120 All they can feel is just the soy that they're just stomping on. 0.57

00:11:46.320 Those little soy boys. 0.99

00:11:47.420 Yeah.

00:11:47.720 They're like eating all this tofurkey, pretending it tastes like turkey and that those big blades

00:11:52.700 in the farmland aren't cutting off rabbits' heads.

00:11:55.060 It isn't.

00:11:55.500 Yeah.

00:11:55.740 Is it, is, is the issue maybe they're like, uh, they're suffering from kind of a lack

00:12:00.960 of natural masculinity so they can't, it's not aggressive enough. 0.73

00:12:04.440 It's.

00:12:04.780 Yeah.

00:12:05.340 I mean, they're eating a lot of soy.

00:12:07.140 They're just eating a lot.

00:12:07.940 That's really what it is.

00:12:08.520 Well, if you don't believe in anything, you just are adrift and the hedonic treadmill leads

00:12:12.380 nowhere.

00:12:12.800 It's like we were talking about before the, the, the, you can, when you get rich, you have

00:12:18.240 the same nightmares.

00:12:19.040 You just wake up on sheets with a higher thread count.

00:12:20.840 And your bare buns get pretty used to those pretty fast.

00:12:25.060 That's true.

00:12:25.600 You're talking about Bowling Branch sheets.

00:12:27.040 Of course I'm talking about Bowling Branch.

00:12:28.280 They are.

00:12:29.180 Shapiro sold me.

00:12:30.220 He did.

00:12:30.900 Oh yeah.

00:12:31.520 Bowling Branch is legit.

00:12:32.740 I, yeah.

00:12:33.240 He does.

00:12:33.640 He's really good at that.

00:12:34.480 He's really, he just sells all those.

00:12:35.680 Because he personalizes all of his ads.

00:12:37.760 And that's the key.

00:12:38.980 That's true.

00:12:39.540 You know, my problem with ads in the past, I'm like, buy this.

00:12:42.380 Shapiro's like, listen, I, I, I have, you know, I have investments.

00:12:47.700 Gold.

00:12:48.280 And you're like, oh, I have investments.

00:12:49.880 Gold.

00:12:50.840 Versus just gold.

00:12:52.540 You know, and you're like, buy my gold.

00:12:53.680 Yeah, it's kind of cool.

00:12:54.860 It's, it's, it's enunciated well.

00:12:56.940 Dude's legit.

00:12:57.700 I just want to, I like Shapiro.

00:12:58.580 I just want to make sure we have enough time before we get to the next movement watches.

00:13:03.800 Oh, look at that.

00:13:04.760 Look at that.

00:13:05.380 That's very subtle.

00:13:06.220 We do it very subtly.

00:13:07.140 No, that was perfect.

00:13:07.820 And these are great.

00:13:08.900 I mean, don't get me wrong.

00:13:10.000 Leftist Tears Tumblr.

00:13:11.280 Yeah.

00:13:11.520 Like, as soon as we're done, I'm going to cross it out and put louder with Crowder on it.

00:13:15.940 We use those, those are ashtrays.

00:13:17.420 We use, they're great ashtrays.

00:13:18.520 They're really good ashtrays.

00:13:19.260 They're really funny.

00:13:20.620 Do you, you talk about men and women a lot.

00:13:23.340 I do.

00:13:23.600 And this is the issue.

00:13:24.600 I, like, it occurs to me that men who are like, are men, that's good.

00:13:30.380 And women who are women, that's good. 1.00

00:13:32.240 And men who behave like women are the worst. 0.99

00:13:35.520 Yes. 1.00

00:13:35.660 And women who behave like men are the second worst. 0.99

00:13:38.640 Yes. 0.97

00:13:40.500 What is so offensive about that observation?

00:13:43.060 And what, and why is it so funny now?

00:13:45.240 Like, why is it on, on the internet that blows up?

00:13:48.540 That's all anybody wants to hear about.

00:13:49.900 But in Hollywood, if you make that claim, you're, you're dead to them.

00:13:53.300 Right.

00:13:53.460 Why is that the distinction?

00:13:54.480 Well, I, because, uh, this whole selling women that, that being a woman is abortion and work, working. 0.60

00:14:02.320 It's so obviously false that it's like empowerment comes from aborting your kid and hitting that cubicle as hard as you can, Diane.

00:14:11.460 What?

00:14:11.860 You know, and my family is so oddly impervious to these attacks because my, my wife is, uh, half Mexican with a master's in engineering and a stay-at-home mom by choice.

00:14:23.940 So it's kind of like all the, it's like racist.

00:14:26.640 Oh, oh, well, you know, tied to the oven.

00:14:30.360 Oh.

00:14:31.840 And then you'll see Amy being like, no, I love my husband.

00:14:34.840 I support how hard he works.

00:14:35.920 I love that I can be home with my kid.

00:14:37.280 And, and men like to accomplish tasks.

00:14:39.820 Yeah.

00:14:40.180 We're linear, you know, and women are really good. 1.00

00:14:42.780 And that's one reason why I think we're seeing a lot of the nonsense now is the way society is becoming is how women are with like toddlers, which is great for toddlers. 1.00

00:14:52.800 You know, it's no one's fault.

00:14:54.640 Keep everyone safe.

00:14:55.520 Stay away from the safe space, away from the sockets. 0.75

00:14:58.740 But that's not society.

00:15:00.420 You can't structure healthcare around that.

00:15:03.100 You know, I think men are capitalist.

00:15:04.560 Women are communist by nature. 1.00

00:15:06.780 Hear me out.

00:15:07.780 Okay.

00:15:08.060 All right.

00:15:08.400 So when you're out and you're seeing like women in a group, the one having the worst time sets the tone.

00:15:14.260 You know, there's five girls having fun. 1.00

00:15:15.680 One girl's like, Brian's here with a new girl.

00:15:17.780 We got to get out of here.

00:15:18.580 And all the girls are like, let's, you know, a unicorn picks him up and they're like, we're going because she's sad.

00:15:24.120 Men, if it's like, I'm having a bad time, it's like, get out of here, Todd. 0.99

00:15:27.080 You're a gross kill. 0.93

00:15:27.640 But then the opposite is true, where men support greatness, where it's like, man, I love the way he talks. 0.99

00:15:34.400 Put a camera in front of him.

00:15:35.680 He's the fastest.

00:15:36.560 Make him captain.

00:15:37.300 Women are like, she's the prettiest. 1.00

00:15:38.560 Tell everybody she has herpes. 0.96

00:15:40.260 The tallest nail gets hammered down, my friend.

00:15:43.200 It's about gathering versus hunting.

00:15:44.940 You're right.

00:15:45.260 That is true.

00:15:45.980 Yeah.

00:15:46.080 And I forgot about the connection between herpes and communism.

00:15:48.980 That's an, we'll explore that in another episode.

00:15:50.440 Well, it's a little sexist to not call it his piece.

00:15:53.940 See, these are the kind of jokes that make me put the big and bigot.

00:15:58.520 The big and bigot.

00:15:59.980 That should be your new tagline.

00:16:01.700 That should be hilarious.

00:16:02.900 So you're in town, you're doing shows.

00:16:04.160 Yeah.

00:16:04.600 So you still, you've managed, you still work.

00:16:07.600 Oh yeah.

00:16:08.160 More now than ever.

00:16:09.000 More now than ever.

00:16:09.780 You're more popular now than ever.

00:16:11.440 And it's because you rejected Hollywood.

00:16:14.080 Yeah.

00:16:14.340 And I've always been funny.

00:16:15.580 I just didn't put any work into promoting myself.

00:16:17.740 Cause I always just had development deals.

00:16:19.420 Right.

00:16:19.880 You know, it'd just be like, Oh, Warner brothers has gave me a check.

00:16:22.800 So I can just, just hang out for another year.

00:16:26.140 And now I'm like, I see my family and I know that I don't have, uh, you know, big daddy

00:16:32.240 universal studios.

00:16:33.460 Right.

00:16:33.860 So I have to be like, all right, I'll, I'll, let's do some shows.

00:16:37.480 Let's, uh, live stream in the mornings.

00:16:39.720 Let's rent out my own theaters.

00:16:41.600 You know, it was before I could just, you know, humans, human ingenuity.

00:16:45.400 Comes from being lazy.

00:16:46.580 Yeah.

00:16:47.220 You know, it's like, um, that's it.

00:16:51.560 We just didn't want to walk.

00:16:52.600 So we invented the engine.

00:16:54.400 You know, and so with me, it's like, Oh, you're not going to get money anymore.

00:16:57.860 It's like, well, I guess I'm paying you to a corner.

00:17:00.060 I guess I have to take down leftism.

00:17:01.740 I have to.

00:17:02.200 Yeah.

00:17:02.320 I have to do something.

00:17:03.160 It's like Rome became an empire defensively.

00:17:06.480 They're like, stop attacking us or we'll just take more of your land. 0.98

00:17:09.880 And they just kept expanding.

00:17:11.180 That's how I feel about the leftists.

00:17:12.360 All I wanted to do is men and women are different jokes. 1.00

00:17:14.140 And they're like, that's sexist.

00:17:15.580 And I'm like, all right, let me read some Thomas Sowell and take you all down.

00:17:19.020 This happened to a number of comedians, right?

00:17:22.080 Adam Carolla never said, I'm a conservative, nor McDonald says I'm not a conservative.

00:17:26.960 And they get lumped in because they'll say, they'll say like men and women are different.

00:17:30.460 They'll say very basic facts about the world.

00:17:33.780 Do you see, when you talk to comedians, when you talk to other performers who maybe are not

00:17:37.720 out of the closet as, as a couple of fine looking guys like you and me are, what is their

00:17:43.860 take on Hollywood?

00:17:44.880 How quiet do they have to be on set?

00:17:48.120 Is it kind of an open secret?

00:17:50.140 What's their relationship to Hollywood?

00:17:51.680 How many of them are there?

00:17:53.320 Well, the ones that are deep in Hollywood without their own careers don't really talk to me anymore.

00:17:57.720 Because it's almost like cult behavior where the way cults operate, which is what Hollywood

00:18:02.800 is becoming, is if you go to the outside world and come back in, they almost see you as an

00:18:07.260 invading species because they know with new information, everyone will leave your cult.

00:18:11.980 And their, and their ratings are tumbling.

00:18:14.680 I'm out selling these people on the road now, people with TV shows.

00:18:19.240 And it's just, no one leaves happy.

00:18:22.100 Like you go to some of these shows and you just have this comedian just talking down to

00:18:26.840 you for an hour.

00:18:28.240 And then you just leave like bummed out.

00:18:30.320 Just lecturing you.

00:18:31.400 Oh yeah.

00:18:31.720 They do a really important comedy.

00:18:33.460 They're doing really socially important.

00:18:35.620 It's so important.

00:18:36.060 It's like, wow.

00:18:37.000 And they call me like this crazy, like right wing radical.

00:18:40.140 And I'm like, why?

00:18:40.920 Because I, I, I give props to my mom. 0.98

00:18:44.120 Like this is like, that's why it doesn't affect me at all anymore.

00:18:47.020 Like this most, the thing that got me kicked off Twitter was, uh, you know, I'm not going

00:18:51.580 to say exactly the words, even though you could say it on CBS, but I was basically saying

00:18:55.080 David Hogg, the fact he hasn't matured.

00:18:57.700 Uh, he can't tell grown men what guns were allowed to own, which is a very valid point. 1.00

00:19:03.700 And all these leftists just attacked me, uh, like unfairly, but I was laughing because

00:19:09.400 any, it's almost like dog whistling to logical people.

00:19:12.920 Like the more they're, they're retweeting me and people being like, oh, this Ellen Benjamin

00:19:17.460 fellow is pretty funny.

00:19:18.580 And they're like, look at this.

00:19:20.400 And then more people just keep coming to me because so many people are suffocating out

00:19:23.920 there.

00:19:24.060 It's this quiet desperation of leftism in academia, uh, with HR and, um, corporate America.

00:19:30.240 Yeah.

00:19:30.740 And, and they're just dying to like have somebody just at least say that there are four whites.

00:19:35.700 I think it's why Trump got elected.

00:19:37.180 I think this is the reason.

00:19:38.460 100% was a cultural battle.

00:19:38.960 That's right.

00:19:39.520 Yeah.

00:19:39.800 Because people are, they feel so suffocated by this tyranny of political correctness and

00:19:45.080 leftism.

00:19:45.620 They think that guy, that guy just said that men and women are different.

00:19:49.180 He gets my vote for that.

00:19:51.220 Exactly.

00:19:51.620 They, the fact that he just goes, um, what was that line that did it?

00:19:55.500 The line that did it was when he said only Rosie O'Donnell.

00:19:58.500 Oh, it was amazing.

00:19:59.540 You've said terrible things. 1.00

00:20:00.620 You've called women pigs and fat. 1.00

00:20:02.400 I call Rosie O'Donnell that because that was a double tiered joke because people were 1.00

00:20:06.020 like, and Rosie is.

00:20:08.280 And also he stood up against that constant male shame that we don't deserve.

00:20:12.980 Right.

00:20:13.440 Like I do a whole bit about how, uh, I have no white pride or white shame.

00:20:17.860 The only pride I have is being tall because I had to breastfeed for 30 years.

00:20:20.980 You know, but that's, your mother's a saint. 0.59

00:20:24.180 She really stuck it out.

00:20:25.280 You know, I'm still hitting her up, but she's over it.

00:20:27.280 She's 76.

00:20:28.320 She's tired.

00:20:29.440 Let's give her a rest. 1.00

00:20:30.140 No, but the whole thing is, is the lack of white shame makes people call you a bigot.

00:20:35.940 There's nothing special about being white, but there's also nothing that evokes shame

00:20:39.860 in me.

00:20:40.280 Right.

00:20:40.560 Cause I have a two year old who's white and he's never owned a slave.

00:20:45.500 So really?

00:20:46.120 Yeah.

00:20:46.440 That's very progressive.

00:20:47.280 It is.

00:20:47.760 No, I run a pretty tight ship.

00:20:49.540 That's admirable.

00:20:50.240 You're a good father.

00:20:50.920 So I look at him cause I don't know what I deserve in life really, but the innocence

00:20:54.880 of a child, I'm like, if anyone starts telling him that he has to burden that horror, right?

00:21:00.760 I will be very angry.

00:21:02.300 And that's why I own guns and gold, birch gold, birch gold, get more into silver though,

00:21:08.740 to be honest with you.

00:21:09.440 Yeah.

00:21:09.640 You got to do a little, I was all into Bitcoin.

00:21:12.400 Yeah.

00:21:12.700 So yeah.

00:21:13.400 So this is pretty much.

00:21:14.760 How are you feeling about Bitcoin?

00:21:15.840 This, I, yeah, not great.

00:21:17.740 Not great.

00:21:18.040 It's still up.

00:21:19.040 I mean.

00:21:19.240 Yeah.

00:21:19.680 You know, I, I guess it's better than some alternatives, you know?

00:21:24.460 It's gold if you have a 180 IQ.

00:21:27.500 You know, it's like, that's the pitch.

00:21:29.640 If you're crazy smart, this is gold. 0.99

00:21:32.500 If you're crazy smart and crazy, then yeah. 1.00

00:21:35.620 Do you think. 0.98

00:21:36.500 If you know what fiat means, not the car, the currency, you may like this thing that

00:21:41.960 no one understands really.

00:21:43.840 Do you think, on, because you, you pointed out that Trump was making a joke.

00:21:48.720 He made another joke.

00:21:49.520 He, he said, he was talking about anchor babies.

00:21:52.660 He said something about anchor babies and some media guy, some reporter says, don't you

00:21:56.560 know that's offensive?

00:21:57.680 He said, what should I say?

00:21:58.540 The guy goes, oh, you know, future Americans dreaming, whatever.

00:22:04.280 I went, Trump's looking at him, he goes, I think I'm going to stick with anchor babies.

00:22:07.340 That's genius.

00:22:08.140 And it was clearly, it was, he set it up.

00:22:10.120 As a comedian, you're looking at Donald Trump.

00:22:12.640 Is he a trained comedian?

00:22:15.960 Does he know the jokes that he's making?

00:22:18.040 Absolutely.

00:22:18.660 He does.

00:22:19.180 Well, and, and to watch people not get the joke is a lot like what's happening in my

00:22:22.860 career where when he said I could shoot someone and not lose a supporter, he wasn't saying

00:22:26.980 that they're cool with murder.

00:22:28.640 He's saying no one in New York likes him.

00:22:30.620 Yeah.

00:22:30.780 Right.

00:22:31.140 You know, there are all these liberals.

00:22:32.460 He's like, I could take one of them out.

00:22:33.960 They're not going to vote for me.

00:22:34.860 And everyone's like, he could commit murder and everyone's okay with it.

00:22:39.420 And normal people are like, you know, that made me stop making fun of Trump because

00:22:44.420 he was getting hit so hard.

00:22:45.560 Yeah.

00:22:45.800 Because for me, it wasn't about picking a side.

00:22:48.040 It was not being a hack.

00:22:49.240 Yeah.

00:22:49.680 Right.

00:22:49.820 You know what I'm like?

00:22:50.300 Why is no one, everyone's making fun of Christianity, but not Islam? 0.74

00:22:53.780 Come on, guys.

00:22:54.500 He's on a flying horse.

00:22:55.520 Yeah, that's right.

00:22:56.260 You know?

00:22:56.640 And so the logical approach, when you just see these underserved markets and ideas,

00:23:01.280 you're like, wait a minute.

00:23:02.140 So we're making fun of Donald Trump.

00:23:03.160 We get it. 0.99

00:23:03.480 It's crazy hair, you know, buffoonish tweets. 1.00

00:23:05.880 Hillary Clinton's a murderer. 1.00

00:23:07.840 Yeah. 1.00

00:23:08.240 So why don't we make fun of that crazy Lady Macbeth character? 1.00

00:23:13.940 You know? 1.00

00:23:14.060 Oh, damn spot. 1.00

00:23:15.320 Shut out. 1.00

00:23:16.060 Yeah.

00:23:16.520 And I don't get it.

00:23:17.460 I don't get why Ted Cruz gets hit so hard.

00:23:20.120 I'm like, listen, I get that he's not charismatic, but the guy makes some great points.

00:23:24.220 Yeah.

00:23:24.820 Oh, man.

00:23:25.360 I'm starting to get into Ted Cruz.

00:23:26.440 I like what he did with Zuckerberg.

00:23:28.160 With Zuckerberg.

00:23:28.800 That was amazing.

00:23:29.840 Yeah, because I'm a free speech guy and like normal conservative stuff where it's like

00:23:33.720 spend less.

00:23:35.060 Right.

00:23:35.260 That's why Trump's bothered me lately with that one spending bill.

00:23:37.820 I'm like.

00:23:38.160 That bill was awful.

00:23:39.240 It was terrible.

00:23:39.980 I know.

00:23:40.320 And I get the tariff thing.

00:23:43.200 It's almost like an invading species to beat a species.

00:23:45.520 Yeah.

00:23:45.960 Yeah.

00:23:46.160 Because I'm all about free trade.

00:23:48.300 But at the same time, I get the argument.

00:23:50.340 It's very complicated.

00:23:50.640 Yeah, they're stealing all of our IP, violating World Trade Organization treaties.

00:23:53.840 Yeah.

00:23:53.980 Right.

00:23:54.880 Absolutely right.

00:23:56.420 With.

00:23:56.660 So, Cruz, he does this thing with Zuckerberg.

00:23:59.840 I loved it.

00:24:00.360 People forget, because we think of these politicians as just cartoon characters.

00:24:04.080 People forget that this guy is a genius.

00:24:06.120 He's a genius.

00:24:06.580 He's an amazing prosecutor.

00:24:08.400 And so, he's there.

00:24:09.000 He's leading Zuckerberg on.

00:24:11.400 Why did this guy get fired?

00:24:13.120 Did you ever do this?

00:24:14.700 And he's just baiting him.

00:24:17.260 There's a difference, it seems to me, in intelligence between the left and the right, between our politicians

00:24:22.680 on the left and the right, when it comes to Trump, he is very funny.

00:24:28.940 He's not the prosecutor.

00:24:30.400 He's this brilliant media guy.

00:24:32.760 Yeah.

00:24:33.620 Do you think his being so funny has anything to do with why left-wing comedians are not

00:24:39.980 funny anymore?

00:24:40.700 Yes, because he's funnier than them.

00:24:42.560 Because he's funnier than they are.

00:24:43.420 So, they're kind of mad.

00:24:44.320 It's almost like, you know, your girl dumps you and she starts dating you or Ben Shapiro.

00:24:50.800 You know, and you're like, oh no, she has a better life than me now, so I'm going to

00:24:56.120 just become, like, really mean and weird.

00:24:58.300 Yeah, yeah.

00:24:58.900 And I just think that he's very good at being alpha.

00:25:01.840 He's just alpha.

00:25:02.900 He's the guy that gets into a room and is like, all right.

00:25:06.200 And there's a certain type of man that just gets so angry at that.

00:25:11.060 And they're starting to be like that with me, and I see it.

00:25:13.620 And I don't need their approval, because I'm not into food made of soy.

00:25:17.800 Yeah, you don't love it.

00:25:18.500 Because I value the small amount of hair I have in my chest.

00:25:21.100 I don't have a lot.

00:25:21.980 You can't afford to lose it.

00:25:23.280 I can't afford to lose any of it.

00:25:24.680 Uh-huh.

00:25:25.260 You know, this has taken me years.

00:25:26.520 Yeah.

00:25:28.040 And so, any bit of tea I have, I've got to hold down one to do a lot.

00:25:30.280 Yeah, that's right.

00:25:31.180 I don't know.

00:25:31.500 Of course.

00:25:31.900 I finally had to take my Rachel Maddow glasses off.

00:25:34.800 Oh, that's so funny.

00:25:35.640 It's too much.

00:25:36.520 Dude, the Rachel Maddow comparison made me laugh so hard.

00:25:39.540 People think I look like Denzel.

00:25:41.040 Oh, yeah, I can see.

00:25:41.880 Washington.

00:25:42.680 Mm-hmm.

00:25:43.280 Yeah, I can see that.

00:25:44.860 Yeah, yeah.

00:25:45.380 I, with the alpha question, this, you see this a lot on the internet.

00:25:51.380 You saw Cassie J did that video. 1.00

00:25:53.380 She was going to make this really feminist movie, and then she basically got convinced,

00:25:56.600 and she said, men need to act more like men.

00:25:58.720 And why women pretend that they want really nice, sensitive guys who eat a lot of soy 1.00

00:26:04.860 and, like, play acoustic guitar at the party or whatever.

00:26:07.360 Yeah.

00:26:07.560 They don't really like that.

00:26:08.760 No.

00:26:08.880 You get some, like...

00:26:09.220 They want someone with an AR-15.

00:26:10.420 They want someone with an AR-15.

00:26:12.360 Why, like, do they know that, or is it, like, how much is the culture diluting itself?

00:26:18.200 Why is it telling men to behave like these little soy boys when everybody wants men to act like men? 1.00

00:26:24.780 Um, I think, I don't know, to be honest with you.

00:26:29.040 I think part of it is this leftist lie of determinism versus free will, I think, has permeated itself to all these nonsense arenas.

00:26:37.940 I think that the foundation of so much thought is based on a simple lie that now it's entering places that you didn't even see coming.

00:26:45.660 You know, it's just, it's random.

00:26:48.220 It's just almost like our culture has rabies.

00:26:50.300 Yeah.

00:26:50.780 It's like, it doesn't even make sense.

00:26:51.720 It's like, part of me thought that people wanted the sexist to be the same to sell more stuff.

00:26:57.420 Or if you can make women insecure about their bodies and sell them stuff, why not make men insecure about their bodies and sell them stuff? 1.00

00:27:02.900 You know, if you can tax men at work, why not tax women at work? 1.00

00:27:05.840 You know, because it usually is the most simple solution. 1.00

00:27:09.420 Then the useful idiots, they get pushed to wherever someone wants to make a trillion dollars off some weird thing. 0.99

00:27:15.660 But now I don't know because I don't understand it. 1.00

00:27:18.880 And I think that's oddly why feminists kind of team up with Islamists. 1.00

00:27:21.920 Because it's like when you suppress nature that hard, they're like, I want, you know, when it's like, men, I want a man to wear a dress just like me.

00:27:30.180 And then they see a dude who like cuts a guy's head off and they're like, whoa.

00:27:34.320 You know, it's like someone turn the temperature up.

00:27:36.560 Right.

00:27:36.940 Yeah.

00:27:37.120 It's like when you suppress what you are, it comes back with a vengeance.

00:27:40.480 Yeah.

00:27:41.340 That's so true.

00:27:42.360 It just, it bubbles out.

00:27:43.920 It gets, you get these total extremes.

00:27:45.940 You get, you see a lot of polarization that way.

00:27:48.640 Speaking of the Islamists, what do you think the relationship is between God, belief in God and comedy, if there is one? 0.98

00:27:57.760 I didn't used to think there was, but now I think it's starting to divide people up because if you don't believe in God or at least principles that guide your life, it's so easy to be tricked and pushed down weird paths.

00:28:09.660 You know, if you don't have some sort of covenant, whatever it is to you, people can trick you with fear a lot easier and social approval.

00:28:18.880 And then people need God in their life.

00:28:21.960 So they'll make it CrossFit.

00:28:24.520 And it's like CrossFit is everything to me.

00:28:27.020 And you're like, you're being duped.

00:28:29.520 Yeah.

00:28:29.880 You know, it is a cult.

00:28:31.260 Yeah.

00:28:31.400 Right.

00:28:31.880 And then people will just start seeing the government is God where it's like, okay, so now the government will dictate good and evil.

00:28:41.720 That's, that's straight up religion at that point.

00:28:43.860 And, and that's the problem with authoritarianism and socialism and communism because they, they melt down all the church bells because God, you know, Solzhenitsyn said Russia lost God and that's what happened.

00:28:54.980 And, and I think that that's a major thing.

00:28:56.860 And it's, I, I didn't used to think that until recently, like now I'm starting to really see that where if people are adrift, you know, a lot of these givens that I grew up with that, that everyone knows to protect children, that everyone, you know, like the hashtag me too.

00:29:12.240 I saw it as pound me too, which was very uncomfortable because I didn't know what a hashtag was.

00:29:16.160 I'm 37, my man.

00:29:17.120 That's a, that's a pound symbol.

00:29:18.400 Yeah.

00:29:18.740 So it's the, it's the pound me too move.

00:29:21.200 Very confusing.

00:29:22.080 That's wow.

00:29:22.800 Yeah.

00:29:23.060 Yeah.

00:29:23.540 Ironic.

00:29:24.300 Ironic.

00:29:24.660 That's actually a queen joke, oddly.

00:29:27.340 It feels like it isn't, but it is because that's a pound symbol.

00:29:30.580 It's just a pun.

00:29:31.700 It's just a pun, but it's fine.

00:29:33.680 Enough is enough.

00:29:34.380 Pound me too.

00:29:35.020 I'm like, I don't know what a hashtag is.

00:29:36.780 This is very uncomfortable.

00:29:37.620 You're going to get me kicked off YouTube.

00:29:38.960 You're going to get me, you're going to get me permanently banned from Twitter when we put this up.

00:29:42.760 Just don't mention D H O G. 1.00

00:29:46.820 That guy who turned 18 today.

00:29:50.020 Game on baby.

00:29:51.060 On that note, I've got to say goodbye to Facebook and YouTube.

00:29:54.480 We're going to be back with more Owen for the last 10 minutes, but only for subscribers.

00:29:58.820 I'm sorry.

00:29:59.680 Subscribe.

00:29:59.840 Come on.

00:30:00.140 You got to pay for value in this world.

00:30:01.540 You got to pay for value.

00:30:02.920 Look, obviously we're going to get shut down by all the social media sites after this.

00:30:07.200 I need to keep the lights on.

00:30:08.400 I got a wedding coming up, guys.

00:30:09.700 Come on.

00:30:09.900 Congratulations.

00:30:10.360 Thank you very much.

00:30:11.160 That's huge.

00:30:11.740 Go to dailywire.com.

00:30:12.940 It's 10 bucks a month, $100 for an annual membership.

00:30:15.360 You'll get me.

00:30:16.060 You'll get the Andrew Klavan show.

00:30:16.800 You'll get the Ben Shapiro show.

00:30:17.600 Blah, blah, blah, blah, blah.

00:30:19.420 Here it is.

00:30:20.360 Look at this.

00:30:21.620 Go to dailywire.com.

00:30:22.560 We'll be right back.

00:30:33.040 All right.

00:30:33.540 We're back.

00:30:33.960 We're back for the last 10 minutes or so.

00:30:36.200 Right.

00:30:36.600 I want to talk about what happens now that we've lost Facebook and YouTube.

00:30:40.200 Dead wood.

00:30:40.980 They're not willing to pay.

00:30:42.560 Let them go.

00:30:43.580 But what happens to us?

00:30:44.960 What happens to right of center people who are in show business or politics once Facebook

00:30:52.500 and YouTube and Twitter just permanently ban us?

00:30:55.240 Seriously.

00:30:55.680 What happens to the careers of right wing people who ever go in front of a camera?

00:31:00.060 Have you ever seen someone have their shackles removed?

00:31:04.060 When someone realized that shackles are nothing but cobwebs and they don't need approval from

00:31:08.480 sociopaths?

00:31:10.200 It's a blast.

00:31:11.620 I compare it.

00:31:12.880 Don't get me wrong.

00:31:13.520 There's been some hardships with the shamings and whatnot.

00:31:15.300 But it's like that scene from Forrest Gump when all the ships were wrecked except his.

00:31:22.020 Yeah.

00:31:22.660 When all these people are imploding being like, enough is enough.

00:31:26.440 We must stop having guns in our house.

00:31:28.920 I'm like, dude, I've seen you asleep on a homeless guy.

00:31:33.320 It's like you are not an arbiter of morality to me.

00:31:36.000 You are not the moral authority.

00:31:37.300 And the fact that I have become like seen as like the more moral family guy is hysterical.

00:31:44.620 Right.

00:31:45.080 Because I always consider myself more rebellious, more pirate-ish.

00:31:49.380 Right.

00:31:49.780 But like I always thought that everyone at least wanted a good life.

00:31:53.160 You know, that's the thing that I don't understand is people are now taking pride in like an awful existence.

00:31:58.600 Just misery.

00:31:59.400 Yeah.

00:31:59.620 I was telling that to Crowder.

00:32:00.400 I'm like, even like my whole life, I at least thought everyone wanted a family and to believe in the right things.

00:32:07.740 I even want privilege.

00:32:09.020 It's amazing now how privilege is a bad thing.

00:32:11.580 Yeah.

00:32:11.920 Yeah.

00:32:12.140 I own guns.

00:32:12.920 Yeah.

00:32:13.440 That's a good privilege.

00:32:15.560 It is so crazy.

00:32:16.860 Now, if you, the people say like you have privilege, you should get rid of that privilege.

00:32:21.960 Why would you not want privilege?

00:32:23.280 I definitely want privilege.

00:32:24.200 That's like you have sandwich privilege.

00:32:26.360 Throw it away.

00:32:26.860 It's like eating the sandwich.

00:32:28.440 For sure.

00:32:29.320 I'm not even for one second.

00:32:30.640 Earned it.

00:32:30.880 Yeah.

00:32:31.780 Well, that's the thing.

00:32:32.500 It's the left doesn't like poor people.

00:32:34.980 They hate rich people.

00:32:36.820 And the way the free market works is if you're not a spiteful person,

00:32:40.480 you realize that it rises all boats.

00:32:43.360 Like, granted, you're going to have a small amount of people with an insane amount of money.

00:32:46.700 Right.

00:32:47.100 But that's in nature.

00:32:48.180 That's the Pareto distribution.

00:32:49.420 So it's like your poor will be much better off in a free market.

00:32:54.020 But the socialist is based around spite.

00:32:56.060 It's Cain versus Abel.

00:32:57.040 Like, literally, it's biblical.

00:32:58.280 It's just envy.

00:32:59.300 It's just envy.

00:32:59.900 You're killing what you want.

00:33:01.700 You're killing your ideal.

00:33:02.520 It's like if someone says, that guy's awesome, you have two options. 1.00

00:33:07.340 I want to be like him or I want to kill him. 1.00

00:33:08.920 And the left says kill. 1.00

00:33:10.940 And the right says, how do I become like that?

00:33:13.620 How do I become like Dennis Prager?

00:33:15.300 That's right.

00:33:15.760 I want to work hard.

00:33:16.460 Get a fireplace.

00:33:17.420 Get a fireplace.

00:33:18.340 Smoke 150 cigars a day.

00:33:19.900 Yeah.

00:33:20.280 They do this.

00:33:21.340 I think a lot of it is they hate themselves.

00:33:23.980 The left.

00:33:24.480 So they hate their culture. 0.56

00:33:26.560 They hate themselves. 0.99

00:33:27.720 They hate their sex or their race or they hate all of that. 0.86

00:33:31.140 And a lot of them are rich. 0.55

00:33:32.940 And they hate that, too.

00:33:34.440 And there is a little secret here.

00:33:36.140 Rich people are great.

00:33:37.420 Yeah.

00:33:37.520 Well, the right ones.

00:33:38.720 I think it magnifies what you already are.

00:33:40.920 I think that if you're a bad person and you're rich, you're like real bad.

00:33:44.960 And if you're a good person, you're rich.

00:33:46.840 You're real good.

00:33:47.840 I think it's almost like soul steroids.

00:33:50.820 Money is just soul steroids.

00:33:51.620 Yeah, because it's freedom.

00:33:52.840 It's more freedom.

00:33:54.420 And there's certain people that the more freedom they get, the more they're free to be awful.

00:33:58.020 Yeah.

00:33:58.220 And there's other people where the more freedom they get, the more they can build culture and have fun and do good things and have a big family.

00:34:05.760 Yeah, exactly.

00:34:06.500 And I think that's all it is.

00:34:07.480 All money is is just another of infinite currencies like time and health.

00:34:12.020 And, you know, time's a currency.

00:34:13.860 Right.

00:34:14.140 Money's just, it's almost like bottled time.

00:34:16.740 It's intense, right?

00:34:17.760 It's wow.

00:34:18.380 Whoa, man.

00:34:19.300 Whoa, bro.

00:34:19.720 I just really feel.

00:34:21.340 I don't even smoke weed.

00:34:23.120 That's au naturale, my man.

00:34:24.620 But we got a lot of covfefe in these leftist years tumblers.

00:34:26.760 That's true.

00:34:27.740 Now, it's more, it is soul steroids.

00:34:31.920 It's more freedom.

00:34:33.000 It's more choice.

00:34:33.940 It's more life.

00:34:35.460 If you are not afraid of people, if you just kind of go do what you think.

00:34:40.100 What is everyone so afraid of?

00:34:42.960 Everyone is so afraid.

00:34:44.160 I'll tell you.

00:34:44.540 What is it?

00:34:44.960 It's a lot of people, when they get money and success, they can no longer blame anyone

00:34:49.400 but themselves.

00:34:50.520 And when that happens, that's terrifying. 0.95

00:34:53.600 And that's when people become these crazy people.

00:34:56.460 It's when, like, I knew Chelsea Handler, and she was really cool and funny.

00:35:00.840 And then you see when people hit a certain point, and they realize they can't blame their

00:35:05.960 wall they're hitting, and they have the freedom.

00:35:08.460 They realize that there's a burden to wealth.

00:35:11.300 There's a burden to power.

00:35:12.600 There's a burden to rights.

00:35:13.800 Every right comes with a responsibility.

00:35:16.380 Yeah.

00:35:16.560 And that's what conservatism always drew me about conservatism, is there's the weight

00:35:21.260 of that.

00:35:21.720 Like, you know that free speech comes with a responsibility.

00:35:24.300 Second Amendment comes with a responsibility of defending your own country.

00:35:27.080 Like, these aren't just gifts given from a parent to a screaming toddler, which is what

00:35:32.440 the left is becoming, because they don't stand for anything.

00:35:35.440 They just stand for the acquisition of power through a new currency of shame.

00:35:40.060 Yeah.

00:35:40.660 You know?

00:35:41.040 Like, I had relatives fight, like, in the Civil War to end slavery, and I'm supposed to

00:35:45.680 feel some kind of guilt?

00:35:46.860 Like, they lined up in a row and just went, slavery's bad.

00:35:50.660 And now I'm the bad guy.

00:35:52.780 It's too hilarious.

00:35:53.920 It's just like, it's a joke.

00:35:56.240 That's absolutely right.

00:35:57.440 I had some Knowleses, too, were in the Civil War.

00:35:59.780 Good for you.

00:36:00.120 They were on the right side.

00:36:00.920 Don't get me wrong.

00:36:01.520 I had a couple on the other side.

00:36:02.500 Yeah.

00:36:02.740 Hey, you know, it's family drama.

00:36:05.380 Bro.

00:36:05.600 Family drama.

00:36:06.300 Family drama.

00:36:06.820 You know?

00:36:07.120 Yeah, yeah.

00:36:07.520 The point on freedom, where they behave like screaming children, this is a really hard

00:36:12.000 point, because John Adams said, the American Constitution is for a moral and religious people.

00:36:17.160 Yeah, yeah, yeah.

00:36:17.720 It's for an upright people who can, if you can't discipline yourself, then a giant government

00:36:22.860 is going to discipline you.

00:36:24.080 Someone has to keep order.

00:36:26.200 Do you see a hope on the horizon?

00:36:28.940 Do you think that we'll be able to get a culture that's freer, and that can laugh, and

00:36:33.620 has hope?

00:36:34.260 Yes.

00:36:34.800 And I'll tell you why, because my mom's been a little red pill, and she's seven years 0.98

00:36:37.500 76.

00:36:38.300 Really?

00:36:38.780 Oh, yeah.

00:36:39.560 Because I've been kind of pushing her in certain points, and she's more classical liberal,

00:36:43.940 and now she's becoming like, where she's like-

00:36:46.360 Attila the Hun. 0.79

00:36:47.340 Yeah, no, she's ready to sack Rome. 1.00

00:36:49.260 Yeah, yeah.

00:36:50.100 But, no, but I see that.

00:36:51.640 I see that the more insane they're getting, and the more that they isolate themselves in 0.73

00:36:55.000 this little corner, it's becoming, like when a comedian married to a Hispanic woman

00:37:02.400 who's toured, you know, like Anne Hathaway, there's a video of her being like, is anyone

00:37:07.260 else here a huge Owen Benjamin fan, you see Martin Scorsese clapping?

00:37:10.820 Like, when you got me, and I'm now a Nazi, I'm a quarter Jewish, I'm a quarter Jewish

00:37:14.660 Nazi.

00:37:15.240 Yeah, right.

00:37:15.840 I know I put the big in bigot.

00:37:17.240 You do.

00:37:17.780 You do put the big in.

00:37:19.200 There's a lot of room for Nazi in there. 0.93

00:37:20.920 You're a quarter Jewish, and then a lot of Nazi, right? 0.97

00:37:22.860 Don't get me wrong. 0.99

00:37:23.260 And the rest is all Nazi. 0.93

00:37:24.920 All.

00:37:25.840 But there's a lot of problems that come with that. 0.92

00:37:28.960 Anyway, but when Dave Rubin is out, a gay guy married to a guy, it's like... 0.92

00:37:37.440 Unlike those gay guys married to girls, you know, they're doing their civic duty. 1.00

00:37:41.280 Dave Rubin, he's all the way out of the... 0.78

00:37:42.460 He's married to a dude.

00:37:43.220 That's right.

00:37:43.880 You've got to respect the commitment to that.

00:37:46.360 He went all the way.

00:37:46.960 He's out now.

00:37:47.540 He's an alt-right...

00:37:48.980 He's a Nazi, according to, like, the New York Times. 0.99

00:37:52.940 He's a Jewish dude married to a dude who's a Nazi. 0.89

00:37:56.280 The problem with that is then you can't identify actual Nazis.

00:37:59.120 That's true.

00:37:59.840 This is a real problem.

00:38:01.360 100% that's a real problem.

00:38:02.860 Because there are races, and I'm so naive that every now and then someone will be like, 0.98

00:38:05.860 I really like your comedy.

00:38:06.800 I'm like, oh, thanks.

00:38:07.440 They're like...

00:38:08.460 You must secure the existence of the white people. 1.00

00:38:10.180 Right, and I'm like, no. 0.90

00:38:12.880 Like, guys, you're race socialists.

00:38:16.820 You know?

00:38:17.180 And they're just as wrong as socialists.

00:38:18.540 Because it's like you're trying to get credit or some sort of thing for something you didn't earn.

00:38:23.440 Right. 1.00

00:38:23.720 It's this lazy, stupid thing. 1.00

00:38:25.500 Yeah. 1.00

00:38:25.800 And I want to be able to identify those guys.

00:38:28.720 And now that everyone's a Nazi, no one's a Nazi.

00:38:31.380 That's exactly right.

00:38:32.840 They did this before the alt-right and the Nazi thing.

00:38:36.360 They did it with race.

00:38:37.620 And they say, you know, like, you're a racist. 0.99

00:38:39.240 He's a racist. 0.90

00:38:39.680 Oh, you want to lower taxes? 1.00

00:38:40.980 You're a racist. 0.92

00:38:42.020 Like, you know, I actually don't judge people on the basis of race. 0.97

00:38:46.480 I actually don't think...

00:38:47.220 Me neither, to the point to my own detriment.

00:38:49.080 Yeah.

00:38:49.860 Where you almost have to be a racist to be a leftist because you have to think, like, race is everything.

00:38:54.340 This is the only thing I can say so I don't get yelled at.

00:38:56.420 Right.

00:38:56.780 That's right.

00:38:57.300 Yeah.

00:38:57.540 But, you know, I think race basically means nothing, but I think culture means everything.

00:39:02.240 Culture means so much.

00:39:03.340 Black, redneck, white, liberal should be read by every American child.

00:39:06.420 Yeah.

00:39:06.940 Like, you literally will see...

00:39:08.420 Thomas Sowell just shows you the blueprint of all of it, how culture's everything.

00:39:12.320 Yeah.

00:39:12.860 You know?

00:39:13.240 And it's so important, just the habits of cultures, you know?

00:39:16.460 And how you can have a group of Koreans come here with a mat and a dream, and they own three dry cleaners in five years. 1.00

00:39:24.180 You know, it's because of the culture, and you can't label that privilege.

00:39:30.180 Right.

00:39:30.640 You know?

00:39:31.080 Any privilege, that's work.

00:39:32.180 Like, I know a dude who can barely speak English.

00:39:33.880 He's a great dude, owns three dry cleaners.

00:39:36.360 That's three more dry cleaners than I own. 0.99

00:39:37.960 I've been here my whole life.

00:39:38.700 He works 25 hours a day because they figured out some loophole with the equation.

00:39:43.140 They've got another hour.

00:39:44.320 That was a great contribution of the Korean peninsula.

00:39:47.700 They're legit.

00:39:48.720 So you're hopeful for the culture.

00:39:50.420 100% hopeful.

00:39:51.640 Are you hopeful for Hollywood?

00:39:52.820 No, no, God, no.

00:39:54.780 No, they're done.

00:39:55.700 It's over.

00:39:56.220 Their blockbuster in Netflix is on the scene.

00:39:57.740 Yeah.

00:39:58.160 It's decentralizing.

00:39:59.740 And they're pumping money.

00:40:01.040 Someone's pumping money into it because I think it's a propaganda wing of some socialist entities.

00:40:06.120 Yeah.

00:40:06.520 Because it doesn't make any.

00:40:07.460 They're not even making Gladiator Braveheart anymore.

00:40:09.320 There's no individual against a corrupt state.

00:40:11.740 Like, 300 would never be made now.

00:40:13.560 Now it's like the shape of water in your glass.

00:40:16.700 Oh, my God.

00:40:18.060 Oh, my God.

00:40:18.720 It's so profound how nothing matters.

00:40:20.320 It really spoke to me.

00:40:21.460 It really is.

00:40:21.980 Even though I love The Hunger Games' books and stuff, it still has a postmodern twist

00:40:25.580 where at the end, no one's right or wrong.

00:40:27.120 Yeah, right.

00:40:27.700 And you're like, no, that's not how reality is.

00:40:30.660 If you live an honorable life, even when you're being tortured, you're okay.

00:40:34.400 That's the whole point.

00:40:35.720 And so now that they're making this whole there is no good or evil, it'll all fall.

00:40:40.660 And who cares what they think?

00:40:42.200 Nobody watches them.

00:40:43.140 The Oscars ratings were down 20% this year over last year's nine-year low.

00:40:48.860 And most of the people were just doing it to tweet snarky things like me.

00:40:51.660 Like me, yeah.

00:40:52.240 Yeah.

00:40:52.400 Literally, I had to watch it.

00:40:53.820 I had to.

00:40:54.000 Well, that was when I first got labeled a bigot because no one got the joke.

00:40:57.500 Because that was like, I even tweeted, I go, every time they do a joke against white 0.66

00:41:00.440 people, I'm going to do a joke about black people and watch them freak out. 1.00

00:41:04.200 And dude, they freaked out so hard.

00:41:06.360 I thought everyone was going to high-five me like, oh, it's so profound, Owen.

00:41:09.220 Look at what you revealed.

00:41:10.060 And they're like, no, but this is you now.

00:41:12.440 We think this. 0.98

00:41:13.060 You're a racist. 0.90

00:41:14.220 Have you ever read, you know, Jonathan Swift? 0.99

00:41:17.340 Yeah.

00:41:17.940 Like, this is what we do.

00:41:19.600 But with them, satire is dead.

00:41:21.920 They've transcended satire.

00:41:23.320 That's why they can't be funny.

00:41:23.680 Because it reveals the lie.

00:41:25.040 That's why I get obsessed with pejoratives, because it reveals the biggest lies.

00:41:28.720 Because the thing that gets the most flack has the most amount of heat on it.

00:41:32.180 Yeah, right.

00:41:32.700 And one of the biggest ones is the narrative that being black inherently makes you a victim.

00:41:36.880 Therefore, the welfare state will never go anywhere.

00:41:39.080 And that's why that word has such heat on it.

00:41:41.340 Because that word unlocks the soft bigotry of all expectations to the point where the

00:41:46.480 whole thing falls down.

00:41:47.500 Yeah, right.

00:41:47.820 And that's why.

00:41:48.440 But I never have called a black person that.

00:41:49.960 I call Trudeau that.

00:41:51.300 And that's what really throws people for a loop.

00:41:53.080 And I call him a snow monkey.

00:41:55.000 An ice pack trying to run across the border for our health care. 0.70

00:41:58.120 See how that messes with your brain?

00:41:59.340 Because there's no racism in it.

00:42:00.820 But you get that thing where you're like, is this bad?

00:42:02.860 No, he's mocking it.

00:42:04.740 And so that's why one of my buddies said that if you don't have an IQ of at least 110, 0.62

00:42:09.120 I seem insane.

00:42:10.820 But if you're at all intelligent, it's wicked funny.

00:42:13.900 That and you, by the way, speaking of exposing the big lie.

00:42:17.000 Yeah.

00:42:17.340 You've exposed that lie with Hollywood, which is keep your mouth shut.

00:42:20.780 Don't deviate. 0.99

00:42:21.440 We'll ruin you. 0.80

00:42:22.300 We'll ruin your career. 0.99

00:42:23.400 And you're bigger than ever.

00:42:24.720 I'm six foot seven, bro.

00:42:25.980 You think they're going to call?

00:42:27.460 Dude, I'm a lumberjack.

00:42:28.680 Like for real.

00:42:29.460 Like my brother cuts down trees.

00:42:30.740 So whenever I was in hot water, 20 an hour, let's chop.

00:42:33.620 Let's do it.

00:42:34.180 Yeah.

00:42:34.560 And so I'm not intimidated by Jimmy Kimmel's tears.

00:42:39.200 I think this is all his tears.

00:42:40.880 Fill them up.

00:42:41.080 Could we get, that's a good vintage, a nice 2018 vintage.

00:42:44.680 Because they have no backbone in person ever.

00:42:47.760 Right.

00:42:48.120 Ever.

00:42:48.620 Right.

00:42:48.780 Like if I walked into the improv or something like that, I'll see people that tweeted that 0.99

00:42:52.160 I was human garbage and my wife should leave me, literally just look at me and shrink. 1.00

00:42:56.780 And it's hysterical. 1.00

00:42:57.860 They didn't realize how big you are.

00:42:58.940 Bro, I was a heckler at a renaissance fair in high school.

00:43:01.220 Like people threw tomatoes in my face.

00:43:02.980 And I figured out how to, how to like cripple someone's ego.

00:43:06.380 You just attack what they have pride in, not what they are.

00:43:09.220 Do, do you think on that exact point, conservatives to make it, even in just the common culture

00:43:14.680 right now, corporate environment, whatever, do they need a really thick skin or what is

00:43:21.160 it?

00:43:21.260 How do you survive?

00:43:21.860 Liberals need a thick skin because they hate themselves.

00:43:24.500 Conservatives already have it.

00:43:25.380 Yeah.

00:43:25.820 Like if you have a belief system in bad times, you can make it through.

00:43:29.280 You're like, we're suffering right now, but it's all good.

00:43:31.640 A liberal, if they're in bad times, they got to stay away from rope.

00:43:35.780 That's what, yeah, no, seriously.

00:43:37.220 I'm dead serious.

00:43:37.620 No, it's all real.

00:43:38.760 The left doesn't have a core of its belief.

00:43:41.580 The conservatives have a core.

00:43:42.580 They don't need the thick skin because they have a core of belief.

00:43:44.700 Solzhenitsyn talked about how Christians in a gulag were more free than communists outside.

00:43:49.220 Because if you are, you can take punishment if you have a core.

00:43:53.200 And if you don't, every punishment is just one thing you don't get because you're motivated

00:43:58.340 by the hedonic treadmill and that you can never get enough.

00:44:02.460 And that's why you see such like sexual deviancy and insane drug use because you never

00:44:07.600 just in the studio.

00:44:08.780 Yeah, right.

00:44:09.140 Bro, that's me right.

00:44:09.820 This is pure black tar heroin. 0.99

00:44:13.200 Leftist black tar heroin. 0.99

00:44:14.700 Like I'm chasing a hard dragon right now and it won't stop until I'm dead.

00:44:19.280 I'm going to go listen to some Velvet Underground as soon as we're done.

00:44:22.100 Well, on that note, we got to let Owen go listen to some Velvet Underground with whatever

00:44:26.200 is in the leftist's tumble.

00:44:27.300 Pure black tar heroin.

00:44:28.920 Oh, thank you.

00:44:29.300 Talk about a tumble. 0.92

00:44:30.420 Talk about a real tumble all the way down.

00:44:32.820 Can I plug some stuff?

00:44:33.760 Yeah, plug everything.

00:44:34.680 Where can everybody find you?

00:44:35.720 Patreon.com slash WDTL.

00:44:38.400 Because if you pay as little as a dollar, it gets rid of all the trolls and they won't

00:44:42.260 shut you down because trolls don't pay.

00:44:44.600 Also, Vimeo.com slash Owen Benjamin and HugePianist.com for tour dates.

00:44:51.200 Pittsburgh, Kirkland.

00:44:52.960 There's a bunch of them in there.

00:44:53.900 Huge Pianist.

00:44:54.820 Pianist, yeah.

00:44:55.420 I'm 6'7".

00:44:55.840 I play classical piano.

00:44:56.700 Yeah, there we go.

00:44:57.700 That and you're going on tour.

00:45:00.040 You're playing some dates around the country.

00:45:01.640 Yeah, yeah.

00:45:01.800 Always doing live.

00:45:03.180 It lets me know what's real and what isn't.

00:45:05.140 Like see the real people react.

00:45:07.100 Amazing.

00:45:07.920 Definitely check Owen out.

00:45:09.120 You got to go to all of that.

00:45:10.240 I love hanging with you, bro.

00:45:11.240 This is a blast.

00:45:11.740 We'll keep going because I want to finish a little bit of the heroin after this show.

00:45:16.180 Bro, I haven't slept in three days.

00:45:16.680 This is pure crack cocaine.

00:45:18.840 It just keeps changing.

00:45:20.460 I'm Michael Knowles.

00:45:21.760 Owen is a bigot.
