Ep. 1541 - Self-Hating White Guys Pledge Allegiance to Kamala

Summary

Last night marked the first official meeting of White Dudes for Kamala Harris. There were silly and alternately disturbing arguments. We ll get to them, but first, I want you to close your eyes and imagine the platonic form of the white dude who represents the ideal ideal. Now make him even more of a caricature.

00:00:00.000 Last night marked the first official meeting of white dudes for Kamala.
00:00:04.700 There were celebrity guests. We'll get to them. There were silly and alternately disturbing
00:00:09.960 arguments. We'll get to them. But first, I want you to close your eyes.
00:00:15.860 Imagine the platonic form of the white dude for Harris. The absolute ideal. Now make him
00:00:24.100 even more of a caricature. Whatever you are thinking, just make it worse.
00:00:31.860 Now open your eyes.
00:00:33.920 And that happens at the same time as the myths around America that we grew up with,
00:00:39.500 that we as men are expected to be protectors and providers are going out into economy that
00:00:45.420 doesn't really allow for that, especially for working class folks.
00:00:48.860 And sort of like compounding on that, you know, masculinity as a trope has been co-opted by
00:00:56.380 the MAGA right into something that feeds into and exacerbates the loneliness epidemic,
00:01:01.080 as well as the mental health crisis that many face that end up leading to really destructive
00:01:05.720 behaviors. We aren't the only ones that are hurt by these things. Black and brown people,
00:01:11.180 LGBTQIA plus people, especially trans women and indigenous people. And, you know,
00:01:17.480 all sorts of other folks in our society who've been historically and often still today are
00:01:23.440 marginalized and being hurt, demonized, and like marginalized even further.
00:01:30.000 Am I right, bro? What do you say, white dudes? Y'all in for Harris?
00:01:38.280 Sorry.
00:01:38.760 Now, if that Mr. Vocal Fry man bun did not convince you, just wait until you hear what
00:01:49.900 fellow white dude for Harris Pete Buttigieg had to say. I'm Michael Knowles,
00:01:54.720 a white dude for Trump, and this is The Michael Knowles Show.
00:02:08.760 After international outrage at the decision by the Olympics to mock Christ in the opening ceremonies,
00:02:24.400 the Olympics committee has fake apologized for it. We will get to their fake apology in a second.

00:03:14.220 it would be and more. And more. Some of the arguments that these people were making were so
00:03:20.020 farcical, not even I would have predicted them. Had I written some of these arguments down
00:03:27.880 in a Hollywood screenplay, turned it into some Hollywood producer, he would have said,
00:03:32.560 Michael, it's too on the nose. You got to make it a little bit more subtle than that.
00:03:36.440 Here is Pete Buttigieg explaining why men need to support someone like Harris specifically
00:03:44.680 because of her stance on abortion.
00:03:47.220 I'm so glad she has made freedom the theme of her campaign because I think in so many ways,
00:03:51.100 that's what's at stake. And yes, women's freedom is exhibit A after Donald Trump demolished the right
00:03:57.160 to choose. But of course, men are also more free in a country where we have a president who stands
00:04:04.240 up for things like access to abortion care.
00:04:07.760 Actually, forget about the women. Men are way more free when women can kill their babies. You see,
00:04:15.200 because the men can then have promiscuous and unaccountable sex with those women. That's right.
00:04:21.060 The men can go out and just use the women for their own sexual gratification,
00:04:25.640 and then they can pressure them to murder the babies that are sometimes conceived so that the
00:04:30.760 men can go out and use and abuse even more women. Isn't that great, guys?
00:04:35.660 Put another nickel in the Pete is not gay conspiracy theory jar. I've always taken Pete at his word that
00:04:46.340 he is a homosexual. However, I have some friends, including a homosexual friend of mine,
00:04:53.100 Spencer Clavin, who has said for a long time that Pete Buttigieg is not really gay. That's his
00:04:58.300 favorite conspiracy theory. And I said, I don't know, man. I don't know. And he said, no, I'm telling
00:05:03.680 you. And his argument was that Pete Buttigieg, I've met many people like this, he's a real striver.
00:05:09.240 You know, he was a Harvard guy, real ambitious. I mean, for goodness sakes, the guy went from being
00:05:14.620 mayor of some town in Indiana to being the transportation secretary, pretty much based
00:05:20.360 on nothing. He decided he was going to be mayor of a small town and then just run for president.
00:05:24.700 He actually did pretty well. So he's a real striver. He's real ambitious. But he has this
00:05:29.160 problem, which is he's a straight white guy. I'm not saying he's a straight white guy. I'm saying
00:05:33.400 this is the conspiracy theory. He's a straight white guy. So he's got this problem, right? He's over
00:05:37.000 there at Harvard. He says, shoot, man, I'm not going to rise very far in liberal politics if I'm
00:05:41.760 the most evil type of person in the world, a straight white guy. So I need something. I need
00:05:45.660 some struggle. And I know, listen, I know, I know a white guy who's married to a woman who identifies
00:05:55.100 as queer. In fact, I know multiple straight white guys who call themselves non-heterosexual or non-straight
00:06:02.300 or whatever. So that's I am taking Pete Buttigieg at his word that he has same sex attraction.
00:06:10.900 However, if this is his best argument for Harris, hey, guys, hey, bros, we can all go out there and
00:06:18.100 just strip a bunch of women and then we won't have to do anything about it because there won't be any
00:06:23.420 accountability. Then I don't know, man, that really actually changes my view of Pete Buttigieg for the
00:06:29.940 worse, for the worse. The other guys were Mark Hamill, you know, Luke Skywalker. He helped
00:06:35.960 organize it, I guess. Buttigieg, Governor Roy Cooper of North Carolina, Adam Schiff, whom
00:06:43.960 Donald Trump calls pencil neck. He's the congressman from California. A bunch of people I've never heard
00:06:50.980 of. David Hogg, you know, you know, that pinnacle of white masculinity, David Hogg. A bunch of other
00:06:57.980 people I've never heard of. Josh Groban, I have heard of him. The dude, the dude was there. Jeff
00:07:05.040 Bridges. So, you know, there were a number of people and they're all embracing their identity
00:07:10.280 as white men. And this is something that the Democrats can do and the Republicans can't do.
00:07:15.280 The Republicans will not appeal to white men, even though white men are the group most likely to vote
00:07:21.760 Republican. White men are the indispensable group for the Republican political coalition.
00:07:27.120 Republicans refuse to make an overt appeal to white men because they are afraid of Democrats
00:07:32.080 calling them racist and sexist. Even though by any even semi-reasonable definition of racism and
00:07:38.800 sexism, the Democrats would fit the bill far more than the Republicans. Doesn't matter. That's just not
00:07:44.760 how it works. A racist is by definition, by the definition that the Democrats have set,
00:07:50.720 a Republican. A sexist is by the definition the Democrats have set is a conservative. So
00:07:57.760 they refuse to do it. But Democrats are exhibiting a really keen political insight right here.
00:08:04.820 And the keen political insight is you only get to the universal through the particular.
00:08:13.340 You only win national elections by winning particular states. And you only win particular
00:08:20.100 states by winning particular counties. And you only win particular counties by appealing to
00:08:24.420 particular demographics. And you only appeal to particular demographics by making overt promises
00:08:31.280 and appeals to races, sexes, religions, civic associations, industries, affinity groups,
00:08:44.220 you know, Star Wars fans. You get Mark Hamill to do your white dudes for Harris. That's how you win
00:08:51.500 national elections. And Republicans don't really seem to get that. We want to jump straight to the
00:08:56.320 universal. So Republicans say we would never, we would never host a white dudes for Harris or white
00:09:03.020 dudes for Trump event. One, because we are so afraid of the Democrats disingenuously calling us racist.
00:09:08.940 But two, we don't want to appeal to identity politics. You know, we just want to brought,
00:09:14.140 we just say we're Americans for Trump. You know, we're all just, we're everybody for Trump,
00:09:18.760 everybody for good things. Yeah, of course we, we want national unity. We want to work
00:09:23.440 in, in accord with one another. We want social harmony. We want our politics to advance the common
00:09:29.640 good, of course. But the way that you win elections in a democratic society, this is maybe one of the
00:09:35.160 shortcomings of democratic society, is you have to make overt appeals to particular groups. That's
00:09:40.780 the only way that you're ever going to achieve any kind of universal political power. Democrats are
00:09:46.280 getting it. Democrats openly despise white men. And yet when election time comes, they're going to
00:09:53.560 assemble those white men together and they're going to tell the white men why it's in their white man
00:09:57.420 interest to vote for Kamala Harris. So Buttigieg has taken a pretty aggressive role in the Kamala
00:10:04.260 Harris campaign. Buttigieg went on the Fox news show, the Sunday show. So this is ostensibly hostile
00:10:11.140 territory. And he went on there to defend Harris, not in his role in the Biden administration,
00:10:17.360 not in his role as transportation secretary. He went on as a private citizen endorsing Harris.
00:10:24.260 Joining us also fresh off the campaign trail, Pete Buttigieg. He's appearing today in his personal
00:10:29.020 capacity. So no disrespect that we aren't using your cabinet title, but you were here as Pete today.
00:10:34.340 Okay. So you've been on the trail.
00:10:35.620 This is your personal capacity. Now she's opening up with that. Shannon Bream is making that point
00:10:42.680 off the top, presumably because that's what Pete Buttigieg requested. Ordinarily, if Buttigieg goes
00:10:48.580 on a news show, he's there as the transportation secretary, which says, we have to make clear you're
00:10:52.180 here as a private citizen today because he's not advancing any work of the White House or the
00:10:58.100 administration or the American people writ large. He's there advancing Pete Buttigieg's personal
00:11:04.200 career interest to support Kamala Harris, perhaps even over the objections of people at the White
00:11:09.680 House. Maybe that's why he's trying to distance himself from his official role here. Because why?
00:11:14.600 Because Pete Buttigieg wants to be Kamala's running mate. That's why. And why would Pete Buttigieg want
00:11:20.080 to be Kamala's running mate? Because whatever you think of Buttigieg, I think the guy is just awful.
00:11:25.640 I think he's really one of the worst people in public life. However, you got to admire the hustle.
00:11:31.940 This is one of the greatest careerists I have ever seen. The guy went from basically having never done
00:11:38.620 anything to being the mayor of a small town to being in a presidential cabinet. That is crazy.
00:11:45.860 That is really, really impressive. And now he wants to leapfrog it again. He's been one of the worst
00:11:51.120 transportation secretaries we've ever had, which is impressive because most people don't even pay
00:11:54.980 attention to the transportation secretary. But we have had historic transportation problems at the
00:12:00.440 national level under Buttigieg's reign. Major train accidents, major airplane problems,
00:12:07.120 major, major transportation issues. Meanwhile, what is Buttigieg doing about it? He's complaining
00:12:13.460 about the supposedly racist bridges in Long Island. He's not doing anything to fix these problems.
00:12:18.160 So he's failing at a job at which it is almost impossible to fail. And he might be Kamala's
00:12:23.720 running mate. And he might be Kamala's running mate in part because it seems like Richard Whitmer
00:12:27.360 doesn't want it. The governor of Michigan seems like Gavin Newsom doesn't want it. And they don't
00:12:31.380 want it because I think that they actually do have some real political seasoning under their belt.
00:12:36.420 I think they're looking ahead to 2028. They're saying, look, maybe Kamala's going to lose this
00:12:39.940 time. I want to keep my powder dry so that I can be a leader of the party next time after four years
00:12:45.360 of Trump. Buttigieg, he doesn't really have all that much going on. He's glib and articulate enough on
00:12:52.380 TV. But that's it. He's got to keep this career train going. He is all in for Kamala.
00:12:59.680 Now, one way that Kamala might win the election is that the election would appear to be rigged by
00:13:05.720 big tech, specifically Google. Elon Musk has posted a lot about this on X. When you try to search for
00:13:12.000 President Trump, first of all, you don't get an autofill of all sorts of nice results that you
00:13:17.360 would get for other search terms on Google. But second of all, what will pop up is news about
00:13:24.360 Kamala and Trump. When you search for Kamala Harris, you do get all that autofill and you get news
00:13:28.800 specifically for Kamala Harris. So Google is rigging the election. And I was told about this by someone
00:13:36.220 who's got a lot of credibility on the issue, who's really poked into Google, and that would be Dr.
00:13:42.500 Robert Epstein. Dr. Robert Epstein is the former editor in chief of psychology. Today, he sat down
00:13:48.860 with me during a Michael and to discuss how big tech can control election outcomes, even the beliefs
00:13:54.760 of people worldwide. Check out this teaser. We published a landmark study in which we show bias
00:14:01.440 in Google search results can change people's views about anything at all. How bad is it?
00:14:08.340 I gave a briefing, a private briefing. A few minutes later, one of them walked out. I know exactly
00:14:13.760 who it was. And he walked up to me and said, Dr. Epstein, based on what you just told us,
00:14:18.160 I predict you're going to be killed in some sort of accident in the next few months. But a few months
00:14:23.260 later, my beautiful, amazing wife was killed in a horrendous car accident.
00:14:30.720 Are you deterred at all? Yes. Then there's another part of me, which is the science guy.
00:14:39.220 Every single thing we do is relevant to everything that's happening right now.
00:14:43.700 Right. With the algorithms shifting the views of people who are undecided on some issue or other
00:14:50.640 around the world by the billions. Now what? We are fucked, okay?
00:14:57.060 The full episode is now available at the Michael Knowles YouTube channel and on Spotify and on X.
00:15:11.560 Subscribe to all of those and watch the ad-free version on Daily Wire Plus.
00:15:15.500 Now, speaking of Kamala Harris and the presidential campaign, Kamala is attacking Trump's VP. Kamala and
00:15:27.140 the entire liberal establishment is attacking J.D. Vance. And they're attacking him in a particular
00:15:32.340 way. They're calling him weird. That was the tweet from Kamala HQ. J.D. Vance is weird and creepy.
00:15:40.020 Press release. J.D. Vance is a creep. Parentheses, who wants to ban abortion nationwide. So it opens up
00:15:47.080 with this childish, really nasty personal attack. And then only in the parenthetical do you get
00:15:53.540 any kind of political issue. J.D. Vance's obsession with controlling women's most personal health
00:15:59.060 decisions, blah, blah, blah. You know, it's all about we love abortion. That's Pete Buttigieg's
00:16:03.520 argument. Ha ha, guys, vote for Kamala Harris and you can pressure your girlfriends to kill your kid.
00:16:08.020 Ha ha. You know, that's that's really what they're running on. And Kamala has been extreme on abortion.
00:16:13.000 She's prosecuted a friend of mine, David Daleiden, who exposed the abortion industry
00:16:17.020 was illegally selling baby body parts. You know, I mean, she's if she cares about any issue,
00:16:22.640 it is this. It is killing babies. She absolutely loves it. So they're attacking J.D. and it's really
00:16:28.760 not even about the issue that they try to tie it in. It's really about how he's weird. J.D. Vance is
00:16:34.360 weird. OK, is J.D. Vance weird? I don't find J.D. Vance weird at all.
00:16:38.020 I find J.D. Vance actually to be one of the most refreshingly normal candidates we've had in public
00:16:43.540 life. I found his memoir, Hillbilly Elegy, to be refreshingly normal and representative of the
00:16:50.380 experiences of a lot of the American people. I find his view on public policy to be refreshingly
00:16:56.700 normal. He's not some crazed ideologue on the left. You know, the ones who have this bloodlust for
00:17:02.540 babies, for instance, are the ones who want to erase our national borders like Kamala Harris does
00:17:07.600 or the ones who want to stumble us into World War Three like Kamala Harris does or the ones who
00:17:13.500 wanted to destroy our economy because of their own hobby horses like Kamala Harris does.
00:17:19.180 Or even the ideologues on the right, you know, the ones who seem to think that the purpose of society
00:17:25.200 is to serve the great god of GDP or something, the ones who refuse to look at the actual conditions
00:17:31.920 of American life in favor of abstractions about the economy or, you know, liberty with a capital L
00:17:40.120 or anything like that. J.D. Vance I find to be refreshing in that he says, hey, look, we want to
00:17:45.340 have a robust economy and so we want policies that are conducive to economic flourishing, but we don't
00:17:50.260 want that to be at the expense of actual American towns and families. You know, sometimes you can
00:17:56.580 pursue economic policies that really undermine the main strength of the economy, which is the
00:18:02.380 American people and the main purpose of the economy, which is to serve the American people. So maybe we
00:18:05.980 got to cool it with the outsourcing. Maybe we got to cool it a little bit with the free trade
00:18:09.020 sometimes. Maybe we need to cool it with the open borders, which is undermining the American family.
00:18:16.940 Maybe we actually do need a little government intervention sometimes to help support growing
00:18:21.160 families. I find all that normal. But I thought J.D. Vance had an even better response than I had to
00:18:28.120 to this accusation that he's weird. This was his response in video form.
00:18:32.720 And my pronouns are she, her, and hers.
00:18:34.920 She, her, and hers. Mine too.
00:18:39.480 All right.
00:18:40.160 These are the people calling J.D. Vance weird. The kind of people who want to castrate your kids,
00:18:46.000 who think that men can be women, the kind of people who introduce themselves, they say,
00:18:51.320 hi, I'm Kamala Harris. I'm a woman. She, her, and hers. These are the people who call J.D. Vance
00:18:57.580 weird. The ones who celebrate nudist marches in the streets, weird dudes dressed up in leather
00:19:06.840 spanking each other throughout the entire month of June in front of children. These are the people
00:19:11.300 calling J.D. Vance weird. The ones who, who want to eliminate our national borders, flood the country
00:19:17.100 with foreign nationals. They're the one, it's very silly. These are the people, these are some of the
00:19:24.920 strangest people we've ever seen in the history of the United States. But, but so actually it makes
00:19:30.040 sense that they would call J.D. Vance weird. From the perspective of our liberal political
00:19:35.040 establishment, J.D. Vance is very weird. Why? Because he is a normal looking white guy.
00:19:42.660 And you know, white guys are absolutely the bottom of the barrel, the most disgusting people on earth,
00:19:47.640 according to the liberal establishment. That's why they've got it. They now, they realize that's a
00:19:52.840 liability. That's why they're appealing to them directly. But he's a normal looking white guy who
00:19:57.700 came from difficult circumstances, who worked really hard and raised his station in life and wants to
00:20:04.460 help his fellow citizens. And he's married to a woman, you know, and he has kids. He had children
00:20:13.620 and he's propagating the species. And that's just really, really weird. He made money in, in business.
00:20:22.600 You know, he worked in the private sector to help his family. And then he turned some of his gains to
00:20:29.260 public service. That's just weird. In the Democrat view, you're supposed to identify as something that
00:20:38.100 you are not. You are, you're, if you're going to engage in any kind of romance, it should be in the
00:20:44.440 weirdest way possible. You should be with someone of the same sex or I don't know, three dudes in a
00:20:48.000 billy goat or something. You should never have children. Why would you have children? That's crazy,
00:20:52.160 according to our liberal establishment. If you're going to make money, you should make money in the
00:20:55.900 public sector. You should milk what the proportion of the society that's ostensibly for the common
00:21:01.820 good. You should use that to enrich yourself. You should get on the Nancy Pelosi investing train and
00:21:07.220 then it's opposite day for the liberal establishment. That's what it's supposed to be. So when J.D. Vance
00:21:12.720 does normal stuff, yeah, from the perspective of a really perverse elite, normal looks pretty weird.
00:21:22.160 There's so much more to say first though. Go to preborn.com slash Knowles. It's been over two
00:21:27.160 years since the overturning of Roe v. Wade, which was supposed to be a great victory for the pro-life
00:21:30.840 movement. But the number of abortions has increased since then due to the fact that the abortion pill
00:21:35.380 is now more available than ever. New estimates show that more than 1 million babies were aborted in
00:21:40.360 2023. The abortion pill accounted for over 60% of them. Preborn is currently providing free ultrasounds
00:21:46.040 and life-saving resources to expectant mothers, helping them choose life for their babies. They
00:21:52.500 are on the front lines offering support and hope to those facing unplanned pregnancies. Thanks to
00:21:56.720 The Daily Wire's partnership with Preborn, I'm excited to announce that we are able to make our
00:22:00.620 powerful documentary, Choosing Life, available to all on Daily Wire+. This film serves as a crucial

00:22:40.220 Our political establishment, which is, you know, it views normal things as really, really weird.
00:22:47.640 Our political establishment is the kind of political order that mocks the Last Supper.
00:22:52.500 We covered this yesterday on the show. The Olympics opened up in Paris by mocking the Last Supper.
00:22:59.360 And now there are some libs who are, I think, disingenuously trying to argue that it really
00:23:04.540 wasn't a mockery of the Last Supper. No, no, it was a mockery of some 16th or 17th century
00:23:10.060 Dutch painting about Cupid and Psyche, or else Dionysus, or else, I don't know, some other
00:23:16.820 Olympians. And it just wasn't. I went through on the show yesterday why that is obviously not the
00:23:21.720 case, both from the perspective of artistic interpretation, but also from the perspective
00:23:26.060 of history. And of course, there was a pagan element there, but that was the point. The point
00:23:30.220 was to replace an image of Christianity in what was once called the eldest daughter of the church
00:23:37.580 in France with a return of the pagan demons. So obviously that was the point there. And they
00:23:45.520 did all of this. And now they're fake apologizing. There was international outrage, Christians
00:23:51.420 marching peacefully and beautifully and prayerfully, but still showing up saying this is completely
00:23:56.340 unacceptable. At least one advertiser pulled out. We'll get to that in a second. There was so much
00:24:00.800 international pressure that the Olympics had to address it. And here's how they addressed it.
00:24:05.020 This according to Anne Descamps, a Paris 2024 spokesman. Clearly, there was never an intention
00:24:14.280 to show disrespect to any religious group. Oh, is that clear? That's not clear to me. It's actually
00:24:20.020 clear to me that the opposite is true, that you did intend to disrespect Christians. She says,
00:24:23.960 clearly, total gaslighting. Clearly, there was never an intention to show disrespect to any
00:24:28.580 religious group. Christians, by the way, lady, you can use the word. The religious group that may
00:24:33.900 not be named. No, it's Christians. No one accused you of disrespecting Muslims. You'd never do that
00:24:38.500 because you're afraid to get your heads chopped off. No one's accusing you of disrespecting Hindus
00:24:42.600 or Jews or Jews or Jans or Shinto or any other group. It's Christians that you disrespected or any
00:24:52.160 religious group. We believe that our ambition of aiming to celebrate community tolerance was achieved.
00:25:03.800 And if people have taken any offense, we are, of course, really sorry. If you,
00:25:09.280 completely unacceptable. Completely. This is worse than had they not said anything at all.
00:25:16.420 They did the thing. They did that thing that is so irritating that I'm sure you've all experienced
00:25:22.440 before, which is, oh, well, I'm really sorry if you were offended. Oh, yeah. Oh, you were offended.
00:25:28.120 I'm sorry that you were offended. Don't be sorry that I'm offended. Be sorry that you offended me.
00:25:33.600 That's what you need to be sorry. You can't, you don't need to apologize for my feelings. You can't
00:25:37.700 control my feelings. I'm not asking you to apologize for my feelings. I'm asking you to
00:25:43.240 apologize for what you did for the disgusting actions that you perpetrated, Olympics committee.
00:25:51.140 That's the problem here. My feelings aren't the problem. I guess my feelings are a problem and
00:25:58.360 the feelings of Christians worldwide are a problem for you now because you're getting so much backlash
00:26:03.060 and at least one of your advertisers is pulling out. And you, this is now probably the lowest watched
00:26:08.260 Olympics for the lowest viewership ever relative to the size of the population. Yeah. Yeah. That's
00:26:15.920 a problem for you, but that's not the problem. The problem is that you mocked our Lord. That's the
00:26:21.880 problem that you put on a disgusting and sacrilegious display. That's why, that's why I am even less
00:26:29.100 inclined than I previously was to watch the Olympics. That's why many people are tuning
00:26:32.600 it out this year. That's the problem. So apologize for that, but they're not. No, we didn't, we didn't,
00:26:38.460 we never, obviously we never intended to offend anybody. And what we wanted to do was celebrate
00:26:43.100 tolerance by mocking Christ. And so, you know, we did that and we didn't do anything wrong. And if
00:26:47.960 you're, if you're offended, then like, I'm sorry for you. That sounds like it's a you problem.
00:26:51.780 Okay. All right. Well, at least we know where you stand. We know that the Olympics hates Christ and
00:27:00.900 disrespects Christianity. That's what we know. Even if there were some innocent mistake,
00:27:07.120 just a little confusion of representation in that opening ceremony, this non-apology
00:27:12.980 makes perfectly clear what they think of Christians. And so I think Christians should
00:27:18.720 make perfectly clear what we think of the Olympics. I have no, no interest in watching
00:27:23.280 one second of that. And I think any company that continues to advertise with the Olympics,
00:27:28.500 and there are a lot of them, is making very clear that they don't have any respect for Christians.
00:27:35.000 There's one company at least that's pulled out. C Spire. C Spire is the largest privately held
00:27:40.460 wireless company in the US. Very quickly reacted, said this display is disgusting, pulled their
00:27:47.760 advertising from the rest of the games broadcast on NBC. I hope many other companies follow.
00:27:53.920 C Spire is making clear, hey, we think it's wrong to disrespect God and to offend Christians. We
00:28:01.460 think that's wrong. We're not going to support that. Every other company that's keeping their
00:28:05.240 dollars in there is telling you exactly what they think of Christians. You know who else is telling you
00:28:10.580 what they think of Christians? The first lady of the United States, Jill Biden, who effectively is
00:28:14.960 probably the president of the United States because her husband doesn't have a functioning brain
00:28:19.560 anymore. Jill Biden came out and she called the Olympics opening spectacular. It was spectacular.
00:28:28.620 The rain did not dampen our spirits. And Casey, honestly, every step of the way, I was thinking to
00:28:35.780 myself, oh my God, oh my God, how are we going to top this? How are we going to top this? So, okay,
00:28:41.240 so Paris has the, you know, Eiffel Tower, but we have Hollywood and the magic of Hollywood that makes
00:28:52.760 all dreams come true. So, I think we're going to be okay. Spectacular. Oh, yes. When they mocked the
00:28:59.280 apostles and our Lord at the Last Supper before his passion and crucifixion, I thought that was just
00:29:05.580 wonderful, just marvelous. Boy, oh boy, wasn't that just great? It's the first lady of the United
00:29:10.660 States, the wife of the supposedly devout Catholic, Joe Biden, who manifestly is not a devout Catholic.
00:29:16.520 He's not even a practicing Catholic because he violates non-negotiable aspects of his faith in public
00:29:21.360 life. Happily, gleefully, it is not, if it wasn't clear previously, it should have been, but if it wasn't
00:29:32.300 clear previously, it is not permissible for Christians to vote for Kamala Harris. It is not
00:29:38.540 permissible for Christians to support with their votes the Biden-Harris administration. Perhaps the
00:29:45.020 simplest way of understanding why that is the case is the sacramental view that they take of abortion.
00:29:53.300 Their absolute defense of abortion, of murdering innocent babies in the womb, is sufficient reason
00:29:58.600 to prove that it is not permissible for Christians to vote for them. That is one of those issues that
00:30:05.220 we would call non-negotiable. The church has been clear about this. Certain issues, reasonable people
00:30:11.200 can disagree. Pope Benedict XVI observed that reasonable people can disagree over the death
00:30:17.780 penalty. Some Christians make an argument as to why the death penalty in the year of our Lord 2024
00:30:24.240 is not permissible. However, the church has taught for approximately 2,000 years that the death
00:30:30.960 penalty is permissible and in some cases quite called for. And in fact, beatified popes have
00:30:35.760 exercised the death penalty many, many times in the papal states. So Pope Benedict's argument was,
00:30:42.100 you know, this is one of those issues where reasonable people can disagree in good faith.
00:30:47.600 However, murdering little babies is not one of those issues. From the earliest days of the church,
00:30:53.400 the earliest church documents that we have, going back to the didache, abortion is not
00:30:58.040 permissible. Obviously, the Fifth Amendment, or the Fifth Amendment, I'm confusing my constitution and
00:31:02.700 my commandments. The Fifth Commandment says that you shall not commit murder, so that alone should
00:31:08.340 suffice. But this is even explained in the earliest days of the church. You just can't do it. Not
00:31:15.360 acceptable. And we know that this is a central issue for Kamala Harris, maybe more so than it was
00:31:20.200 for Joe Biden. This is the big pitch that Pete Buttigieg is making. Hey, white dudes,
00:31:25.340 vote for Kamala. She's going to let you kill your babies. So this is not acceptable. And the fact
00:31:29.760 that they would celebrate the overt mockery of our Lord is, I think, just, if you were a little too
00:31:39.100 thick-headed to understand it before, this is just, you know, one of those instances of political
00:31:45.240 circumstances shaking you and saying, hey, buddy, if you are a Christian, you can't vote for these
00:31:50.560 people. Now, what else does Biden have up his sleeve? Remember Biden? Joe Biden, not Jill Biden.
00:31:56.460 Joe Biden, he's supposedly the president of the United States. Joe Biden says he's going to devote
00:32:01.020 the remaining time in office to destroying the Supreme Court. He has a plan. He's going to radically
00:32:07.060 revolutionize the Supreme Court. I don't know that Joe Biden's going to make it through breakfast
00:32:12.300 most mornings, but he says he's going to undo the separation of powers. He's going to remake one of
00:32:20.680 the supposedly co-equal branches of government. His plan involves three points. He wants to end
00:32:29.400 life tenure for Supreme Court justices. Life tenure for Supreme Court justices is found in the Constitution.
00:32:36.340 This has been how the Supreme Court has worked from the beginning of our country.
00:32:40.000 Joe Biden wants to end that. After centuries, he wants to end it. He wants to inject electoral
00:32:48.380 politics in an unprecedented way into the Supreme Court. He wants to institute a new ethics code for
00:32:55.100 justices. So here we have, just as we previously saw, the legislative branch trying to exert domination
00:33:01.700 over a supposedly co-equal branch of government by imposing an ethics code on the Supreme Court.
00:33:07.100 Now you have the executive branch trying to do the same thing, saying we control you. We're going to
00:33:12.100 impose an ethics code on you that effectively makes you answerable to us. So the framers of the
00:33:20.040 Constitution gave us separation of powers, co-equal branches of government. One branch doesn't get to
00:33:25.480 dominate the other branches. Joe Biden's saying, yeah, forget about that. Forget about those framers.
00:33:30.380 Forget about that Constitution. I am going to dominate through the executive branch. I'm going to
00:33:34.620 dominate the Supreme Court. That's the second part. Third part is an amendment cracking down on
00:33:39.860 presidential immunity. So he wants an amendment to imprison Trump because he knows that it's not
00:33:48.660 legal for him to imprison his political rival. They weren't able to beat him at the ballot box or in the
00:33:54.180 court of public opinion. It remains controversial whether they beat him at the ballot box in 2020. But
00:34:00.520 looking ahead to the 2024 race, they haven't been able to beat him in the court of public opinion.
00:34:04.600 So then they tried to prosecute him. And in an unprecedented move that makes Joe Biden look
00:34:10.660 like this would-be dictator in Venezuela, Maduro, look like any tinpot dictator in a banana republic,
00:34:18.060 he's trying to imprison his political rival. Then there was the assassination attempt,
00:34:22.480 the rather odd assassination attempt that occurred just two days before the Republican National
00:34:27.920 Convention, which only was avoided by a last-minute, nanosecond early hair's breadth turn of the head
00:34:33.940 that saved Trump's life. So they couldn't beat him. They couldn't imprison him. No one could kill
00:34:40.340 him. So now Joe Biden is saying, I'm going to change the Supreme Court in order to lock up my political
00:34:46.280 rivals. And Mike Johnson, the Speaker of the House, says that's not going to happen. So here's a reporter
00:34:53.000 asking Biden about that on a tarmac. It might be a little bit hard to hear that. Biden's response
00:35:06.760 to this is, he is. He's dead on arrival. My thing's not. He is. You are. Uh-uh.
00:35:16.140 We'll, we'll analyze that soaring, typically Biden-esque rhetoric in just a moment. First
00:35:23.960 though, Jeremy's Razor's Christmas in July sale ends today. This is your last chance to get 25%

00:35:38.820 Christmas before it's gone. jeremysrazors.com for 25% off today. My favorite comment yesterday is
00:35:44.380 from Sean DeLapp, 8587, who says, the footage was taken down from their own channel because they
00:35:48.900 can't deal with the backlash they're receiving. This is, this is the Olympics. That's interesting.
00:35:52.120 I hadn't, I hadn't looked at the Olympics YouTube channel. I wouldn't be surprised though.
00:35:57.760 They, they believed that they could just keep pushing this, pushing this further and further,
00:36:02.940 and just now outright mock Christ in the opening to the Olympics. And they would get away with it
00:36:08.920 because the libs have such cultural dominance. And that didn't quite work out this time.
00:36:12.920 They did receive at least some modicum of backlash. And I, I think they should receive a lot more.
00:36:18.960 I've never cared for the Olympics. I think the modern Olympic games are obviously just some big
00:36:22.880 lib nonsense. You know, it started with the advance of liberalism at the end of the 19th century.
00:36:28.140 And it's always this, you know, kumbaya, we are the world kind of stuff. I mentioned that on the show
00:36:32.400 yesterday. The ancient games were just pagan rituals. They were, they were actually pagan. I don't,
00:36:39.980 I don't mean that in any shallow way. I mean, they actually existed to pay homage to the pagan gods.
00:36:47.120 And so I generally think that's, that's not a, not a great idea, especially, you know, after
00:36:52.120 the revelation at Sinai. And then of course at the incarnation, I just think generally we ought to
00:36:57.540 avoid honoring the pagan gods. So the Olympics do very little for me. There are plenty of great
00:37:03.480 athletic leagues in America. It's fine. All the best athletes come to America to train anyway. So the
00:37:07.720 whole thing is just a big farce. But, but now I see even less reason to pay attention to the Olympics.
00:37:15.240 Mike Johnson, Republican Speaker of the House, says that Biden's plan to destroy the Supreme Court
00:37:19.840 is dead on arrival. Joe Biden responds and says, I think he is dead on arrival.
00:37:26.180 Which to translate that into a little bit more elevated political rhetoric is, uh, uh, I am rubber and
00:37:36.560 he is glue. And what he says bounces off of me and it sticks to you. Uh, uh, nah, uh, but it is dead on
00:37:47.740 arrival for now. The Republicans barely, but they do control the House of Representatives.
00:37:51.640 There, there, there has been one other attempt to do what Joe Biden is attempting to do to,
00:37:59.060 to fundamentally alter the Supreme Court, to serve the whims of the executive branch.
00:38:02.540 And that was by FDR. FDR was the American monarch. He, and upended the tradition set by George
00:38:09.920 Washington of presidents only serving two terms. FDR was going to serve forever. And he ended up dying
00:38:14.460 in office, uh, four terms, uh, he, he, he was our King, you know, and this was at a time in the West
00:38:21.880 when there was a rise of these dictator figures, uh, Mussolini FDR, or Mussolini Hitler and, and others.
00:38:29.360 Um, so there was, there was this rise of real strong man politics that did away with constitutional
00:38:35.440 inconveniences. And it was all happening in the 1930s. So it was, it was not just about one man. It was
00:38:40.440 about, uh, a political movement throughout the civilization. And FDR was our version of it.
00:38:45.440 And so as a strong arm political figure, I'll be at one on the left. We usually think of them on the
00:38:50.860 right because of how the liberal media, uh, lie, but, but ours was on the left. He wanted to destroy
00:38:57.160 the Supreme Court and he wanted to destroy the Supreme Court because the court kept shooting down
00:39:01.180 his plans to re to revolutionize the federal government through his new deal programs.
00:39:06.200 And the court kept observing that his new deal programs were unconstitutional. So, uh, FDR said,
00:39:12.340 okay, well, I'm going to pack the Supreme Court and I'm going to add a bunch of my judges to the court.
00:39:15.880 And then the court is, is going to ratify all of my plans. And the only reason that this was avoided
00:39:23.240 is because of an event that's referred to as the switch in time. So a switch in time saved nine,
00:39:30.740 saved nine justices. Uh, this was in, uh, 1937 in, uh, the, the case of, what was the name of the
00:39:39.800 case? Coast, uh, West Coast Hotel versus Paris, West Coast Hotel versus Paris. Uh, this was a 1937
00:39:47.720 case about a minimum wage law in Washington state. And, uh, throughout 1935 and 1936, uh, this,
00:39:56.560 this one, uh, judge Owen Roberts, who was an associate justice on the court, uh, kept being
00:40:02.060 the deciding vote, the five, four votes to shoot down the new deal programs at the very end in
00:40:06.660 1937, he switches sides and he switches sides in order to give FDR what he wants so that FDR won't
00:40:12.940 completely destroy the Supreme Court by packing it with his political cronies. So Biden wants to make
00:40:20.020 himself a new FDR. He wants to make himself this new strong man unbound by constitutional,
00:40:24.920 uh, uh, you know, limits and, and by the limits of our political tradition. I mean, he's a guy who's
00:40:30.860 trying to imprison his political rival. This is something we really haven't seen in America,
00:40:34.580 at least not, not a major political rival. You did have, uh, uh, Wilson going pretty hard against
00:40:39.280 Eugene Debs, but he was the socialist candidate for president. He only got 8% of the vote here.
00:40:43.280 You're talking about the, the Republican nominee for president, Donald Trump, who's actually the most
00:40:47.800 popular candidate in the race by trying to throw that guy in prison. He wants to make himself a
00:40:53.340 king. He wants to make himself the, the, the new FDR differences. FDR had the juice and Biden
00:40:59.960 doesn't have the juice. FDR had a lot of political power. If you, if you speak to people of a certain
00:41:05.160 generation, even people who are conservative, they will speak of FDR with a great deal of respect,
00:41:13.520 reverence because he was a king in the way that the Brits speak of the monarchs.
00:41:17.800 Uh, Biden doesn't have that juice. Biden doesn't know what his name is half the time. Biden doesn't
00:41:22.520 know what end is up. So I suspect this will fail. I suspect Mike Johnson is right, but the desire
00:41:29.300 here is exactly the same. Biden wants to reorder our federal government before he leaves. It's
00:41:35.120 probably going to go as well as every other political initiative Biden's ever taken. How's
00:41:38.800 he doing on that cancer moonshot? Did Biden cure cancer yet? Still waiting on that one. Speaking of
00:41:43.500 high courts, good news coming out of the UK and the UK, I guess, uh, good news coming out from the
00:41:49.020 motherland. The UK high court has officially banned puberty blockers. We covered the story early some
00:41:55.720 months ago when the NHS decided they were going to stop, uh, prescribing puberty blockers, uh, for kids
00:42:03.980 who identify as transgender or whatever. They said, this is a terrible, it's, it's, there's no evidence
00:42:09.560 that this actually works and it could lead to lots of negative consequences for kids who grow out of
00:42:14.080 it. So we're, we're going to stop that. Well, justice Beverly Lang from the, uh, UK has just said
00:42:20.880 that that rule will stand. The appeals against that rule, they flop. Uh, this is it. We're not
00:42:30.020 going to trans the kids anymore. And you're seeing similar rules being passed in France. You're seeing
00:42:33.860 similar, uh, provisions being passed in different American states, though not at the federal level yet
00:42:38.220 because Biden and Harris are still totally gung-ho on castrating your kids when they don't succeed
00:42:43.040 in killing them in the womb. Uh, so what has this revealed? This has revealed a limit of liberalism,
00:42:50.120 which is good. This is worth celebrating. I don't want conservatives to be complacent here.
00:42:58.900 We are still losing. Liberals have still won almost uninterrupted for the past 60, 70 years,
00:43:05.920 but we've seen a limit here. Transing the kids was just too far. Even in the UK, even in France,
00:43:16.780 which is more liberal than we are, even in many American states, it was just a little bit too far.
00:43:21.060 And I don't think liberals are going to succeed at, uh, totally normalizing castrating your kids
00:43:26.120 anytime soon. There is a limit to liberalism. They've still won. They've normalized murdering
00:43:32.700 your kids. They've normalized, uh, the, a new definition of marriage, which is completely
00:43:37.240 absurd. They've normalized obscene displays in the streets. They've normalized DEI in corporate
00:43:44.740 America. They've normalized CRT in the classrooms. They've normalized the abolition of national
00:43:50.020 borders. They've, they've won so much, but at the very least, uh, we can, we can take some
00:43:58.620 consolation that we we've seen. They're not omnipotent. There is a limit to liberalism.
00:44:03.320 There are ways that we can win, that we can start to chip away. You know, I was talking about Star
00:44:07.160 Wars earlier because Mark Hamill's a white dude for Kamala. There's sometimes there's a little hole
00:44:11.100 in the death star. And if you get that missile just right from the little X wing airplane thing,
00:44:16.780 maybe there's a chance that we can crack that edifice. Before we go, there's a really sad story,
00:44:23.200 but it relates to what we've been talking about. Uh, comes out of Texas, a Texas mother threw her baby
00:44:27.980 in a dumpster, newborn baby. Uh, she threw her in a dumpster. This gal, Evrilda Coox-Ad-Salam,
00:44:35.420 uh, she's 18 years old, teenage mother, uh, threw her baby in the dumpster. When asked why by police,
00:44:40.920 she said that she didn't want her boyfriend to break up with her. So she, she threw her baby out.
00:44:45.240 Uh, she's now said to be a flight risk. She's been arrested. Um, she has no ties to America. So I
00:44:51.760 guess she's a, some illegal alien. Uh, she's currently in jail with a $90,000 bond.
00:44:57.980 And, you know, could face very serious prison time. Why, why had she just killed the baby? Not
00:45:07.800 even abandoned the baby, but killed the baby one hour prior. She could have done it in a clinic
00:45:14.980 throughout much of the United States. And not only would she not have faced any fines or jail time,
00:45:21.220 she would have been celebrated as a brave hero. Uh, she, she would have been celebrated by Joe Biden
00:45:26.000 and Kamala Harris and Pete Buttigieg exercising her freedom. So I, I don't, it's completely
00:45:32.520 incoherent. You know, I almost, I don't really pity the girl cause what she did was so terribly evil.
00:45:37.600 And apparently she has no business being in the country anyway, but I can understand her confusion.
00:45:43.440 Why is it that she would have been allowed to murder her baby in a, in a very painful way
00:45:49.000 one hour prior to her abandoning her baby and, and presumably leaving the baby to die?
00:45:55.840 Why is one of those a horrific crime and one of those to be celebrated, to be celebrated by
00:46:03.400 the president and the vice president and the transportation secretary and all, all the white
00:46:08.360 dudes for Harris completely incoherent. When, when mayor Pete is making his pitch, here's why you
00:46:16.460 got to vote for Kamala. He's saying, you got to vote for Kamala. Cause you can do exactly the same
00:46:21.840 thing, morally, exactly the same thing that that Texas mother did when she threw her baby in a
00:46:25.960 dumpster. It's teehee Tuesday. The rest of the show continues now. You don't want to miss it.
