Ep. 1579 - Trump's Plan To SLASH Credit Card Interest Rates

Summary

Trump's plan to cap interest rates on credit cards is no different than Kamala Harris's call for price controls on groceries, but it's a lot more radical. Is that a good thing or a bad thing? And what does it mean for the economy?

00:00:35.700 Good Ranchers, American meat delivered.
00:00:37.580 President Trump has just announced a major, ambitious new campaign pledge
00:00:42.020 that could dramatically affect the lives of nearly half the American population.
00:00:46.760 President Trump wants to slash credit card interest rates,
00:00:50.840 which today are nearly 25% on average, and cap them at 10%.
00:00:56.300 And while working Americans catch up, we're going to put a temporary cap on credit card interest rates.
00:01:03.680 We're going to cap it at around 10%.
00:01:05.660 We can't let them make 25% and 30%.
00:01:08.940 This is welcome news to many Americans struggling with credit card debt.
00:01:13.360 But Trump's critics argue that the effect of a credit card rate cap
00:01:17.700 would simply be to prevent many Americans from accessing credit in the first place.
00:01:23.200 That's also true.
00:01:24.180 Lenders are not going to give away money to people who are unlikely to pay it back.
00:01:29.060 So the downside is that many Americans would not be able to access credit.
00:01:33.960 The upside is that they also wouldn't be permanent debt slaves to unscrupulous companies.
00:01:39.620 The proposal is not all that radical, actually.
00:01:42.680 In fact, it's a return to the persistent Western tradition going back millennia.
00:01:47.920 Usury was condemned in the Old Testament, in the New Testament, by at least four ecumenical councils,
00:01:55.060 by many popes and doctors of the church, later by leading Protestants as well as Catholics,
00:02:00.480 and even in the Quran and the Hadith, for that matter.
00:02:03.600 In recent centuries, we've relaxed those prohibitions, which led to an explosion of industry, no doubt,
00:02:08.700 but also to the creation of a new serf class that can never escape the crushing burden of debt payments.
00:02:14.040 This is the fundamental distinction between Trump's credit card proposal and Kamala's call for price controls on groceries.
00:02:22.120 They're both price controls, but Kamala's proposal would serve no benefit to the economy
00:02:28.280 other than the creation of food shortages and bread lines.
00:02:32.100 Trump's proposal would benefit the economy in a fundamental way,
00:02:37.360 in that it would force us to face the reality of finite resources, responsibility, and long-term investment.
00:02:44.680 America is currently drowning in debt, both personal and public.
00:02:48.340 As the political philosopher Patrick Deneen has observed,
00:02:51.300 debt is the chief inheritance that Americans now leave to the next generation.
00:02:55.680 That is irresponsible.
00:02:57.240 It's unsustainable.
00:02:58.600 It might well topple the whole American empire.
00:03:00.920 Government has encouraged this problem with easy money.
00:03:05.200 Now, Trump is proposing that government do something radical in our irresponsible age
00:03:09.540 and actually try to fix the problem it largely created.
00:03:14.020 I'm Michael Knowles.
00:03:14.640 This is The Michael Knowles Show.
00:03:30.920 Welcome back to the show.
00:03:36.540 Kamala Harris has weighed in on the second assassination attempt on President Trump.
00:03:41.680 And she, of course, is making it all about the LGBTQ.
00:03:46.480 That's really what it's all about, you know?
00:03:48.280 Anxious about choosing between a fixed or variable rate mortgage?
00:03:52.580 TD can help.
00:03:53.940 A fixed rate mortgage offers stability.
00:03:56.180 Your rate stays the same with a variable rate at TD.
00:03:59.260 If rates drop, you'll save on interest.
00:04:02.160 But if they rise, more of your payment goes towards interest.
00:04:06.120 Ready to hear more?
00:04:07.820 Request a calming call with TD Mortgage Direct.
00:04:11.760 And say hello to good advice.
00:04:18.880 Very conservative stuff from President Trump.
00:04:21.640 You're going to hear some of the moderate, squishy conservatives say
00:04:25.740 that President Trump's plan to cap interest rates on credit cards
00:04:30.700 is its price controls, its leftism, its Marxism.
00:04:33.920 It's no different than what Kamala Harris wants to do.
00:04:36.600 Superficially, there are similarities, but it's quite different.
00:04:42.540 Anti-usery laws are very conservative.
00:04:44.680 Whether you support them or not, you got to admit they're pretty conservative, man.
00:04:48.460 We've had them going back millennia, okay?
00:04:50.400 That's not leftism.
00:04:51.640 That's actually deeply conservative.
00:04:54.400 President Trump paradoxically demonstrates this kind of deep conservatism pretty regularly.
00:05:00.920 On the surface, he appears to be upending Republican and conservative orthodoxies.
00:05:07.120 But when one considers those present orthodoxies and their origin, how long they've been around,
00:05:14.880 one realizes that Trump is not so much a destroying tradition,
00:05:18.500 but he's actually returning to a deeper tradition.
00:05:20.340 You see this on the Republican exaltation of free trade at all costs.
00:05:25.800 That was never really a conservative point of view.
00:05:28.220 That was a more liberal point of view.
00:05:29.460 The conservatives were focused on economic growth, to be sure,
00:05:34.120 but on economic growth in service of other national interests.
00:05:38.060 So you don't want GDP growth at the expense of the American worker and American manufacturing
00:05:43.860 and American national security and American communities and the ability to support a family.
00:05:47.080 You've got to put their things in their proper place.
00:05:49.600 Same thing with immigration.
00:05:51.340 In recent years, the GOP and the conservatives have been all for immigration,
00:05:55.020 at least really in the 90s and the 2000s.
00:05:59.460 But limiting immigration is actually a pretty conservative point of view.
00:06:03.700 And it was the Republican policy for a rather long time.
00:06:08.280 Trump has summed this up in an interview he just gave where he was talking about food.
00:06:13.660 Well, he was talking about his health at first,
00:06:15.700 and he pointed out that he used to get a little exercise,
00:06:18.580 but now people keep trying to shoot him when he gets his exercise,
00:06:20.680 so he doesn't get quite as much anymore.
00:06:22.780 And then he starts talking about food,
00:06:25.080 and his defense of his McDonald's diet
00:06:27.460 is actually, contains a ton of political wisdom.
00:06:33.260 What are two things you do to stay healthy?
00:06:36.900 Well, I used to play golf a little bit.
00:06:38.720 That gave me, so I don't know,
00:06:39.980 but it seems to be quite a dangerous sport in retrospect.
00:06:43.640 I try and eat properly.
00:06:45.480 I try, I do the best.
00:06:47.040 Especially hamburgers.
00:06:47.660 I do, but proper hamburgers.
00:06:51.120 But I like perhaps all of the wrong food.
00:06:55.100 But then I say, does anybody know what the right food is?
00:06:57.300 I have people lecturing me for years,
00:07:00.040 oh, don't eat this, don't eat that.
00:07:02.000 They're gone.
00:07:02.880 They have passed away long ago.
00:07:04.780 And here I am.
00:07:06.220 So I'm not sure I want to make too many changes.
00:07:08.080 That is conservatism summed up in two sentences.
00:07:13.600 Oh, these people, they tell me I have to make all these changes,
00:07:16.240 that what I'm doing is so terrible.
00:07:17.700 Well, excuse me.
00:07:20.500 All those people are gone.
00:07:22.680 And I'm still here.
00:07:25.040 Maybe my coughing suggests I need fewer cigars.
00:07:27.160 No, probably not, actually.
00:07:28.520 Because I think of the great cigar smokers.
00:07:31.080 Winston Churchill, live forever.
00:07:33.220 George Burns, live forever.
00:07:35.440 All of these guys that lived a very long time.
00:07:37.260 And Trump is saying this about the fast food.
00:07:39.120 He says, look, I eat McDonald's.
00:07:42.080 Yeah, but I eat proper McDonald's.
00:07:43.440 You know, I eat the proper hamburgers.
00:07:45.140 And sure, maybe I'm not eating according to the passing fashions of the day.
00:07:51.680 But you know what?
00:07:53.320 All the people who have followed the passing fashions of the day,
00:07:57.120 they've all died out.
00:07:59.820 And those of us who stick to a more moderate,
00:08:02.640 diet, I don't know, a diet, plan of exercise, habit more broadly,
00:08:10.140 we tend to endure.
00:08:11.480 The things that people have been doing for a really long time
00:08:14.040 that have stuck around this long,
00:08:16.300 probably there's something to it.
00:08:18.580 That is as conservative as one can imagine.
00:08:23.240 Because it's not just saying, do something because people did it in the past.
00:08:26.740 People did the Atkins diet in the past.
00:08:28.720 I don't know.
00:08:28.920 People did all sorts of crazy stuff in the past.
00:08:30.780 And then it went away.
00:08:35.080 Conservatism, traditionalism says, hey,
00:08:36.920 maybe we ought to defer to the wisdom of the ages
00:08:40.320 and not merely try to recreate the world anew every single day.
00:08:45.260 Maybe if something has not just existed in the past,
00:08:48.920 but has persisted through all of these years,
00:08:52.120 all of these decades, all of these millennia,
00:08:54.540 maybe there's something to it.
00:08:56.400 Maybe before we totally throw it out,
00:08:58.080 we ought to really consider if there's some wisdom there.
00:09:02.260 Now, some people hate Trump's vision of conservatism.
00:09:07.700 I think most especially of a certain former member of Congress
00:09:12.460 and daughter of a former vice president.
00:09:14.780 That would be Liz Cheney,
00:09:16.520 who is so furious that Trump remains the Republican nominee
00:09:19.600 that she has proposed a new political party.
00:09:23.340 Whether it's organizing a new party.
00:09:28.680 Look, it's hard for me to see how the Republican Party,
00:09:32.340 given what it has done,
00:09:33.980 can make the argument convincingly or credibly
00:09:37.100 that people ought to be voting for Republican candidates
00:09:39.660 until it really recognizes what it's done.
00:09:42.900 There is certainly going to be a big shift,
00:09:44.960 I think, in how our politics work.
00:09:47.020 I don't know exactly what that will look like.
00:09:50.380 I don't think it will just simply be,
00:09:52.940 well, the Republican Party is going to put up a new slate of candidates
00:09:56.880 and off to the races.
00:09:59.060 I think far too much has happened that's too damaging.
00:10:02.320 Far too much has happened.
00:10:03.940 It's way too damaging.
00:10:05.300 We need a whole party.
00:10:06.400 This Republican Party is totally unsalvageable.
00:10:08.940 Why is that?
00:10:12.820 Liz Cheney has endorsed Kamala Harris.
00:10:16.040 So why is that?
00:10:17.760 What has changed so much?
00:10:20.140 Has the GOP really changed on the big issues?
00:10:23.300 Not really.
00:10:23.960 I mentioned Trump is a little bit more pro-tariff
00:10:26.840 than maybe, I don't know, Mitt Romney would have been.
00:10:31.200 But Ronald Reagan supported tariffs in certain cases.
00:10:34.120 So I don't think Trump is returning to a more robust conservative past.
00:10:38.540 But that's not a huge change.
00:10:40.060 Trump wants to stop illegal immigration.
00:10:43.020 That's something we should all, all Americans should be able to agree on.
00:10:46.240 Now the left is vocally for illegal immigration
00:10:49.340 and many squishes on the right are tacitly for illegal immigration.
00:10:52.280 But again, that was a shit.
00:10:54.320 I don't know, Trump is the most pro-life president we've had in practice.
00:10:58.640 But the GOP has said it's pro-life for a really long time.
00:11:01.320 So what's really changed under Trump?
00:11:06.280 I can't tell.
00:11:09.100 Other than he's actually following through on certain campaign promises
00:11:12.280 that Republicans had been making for many years and didn't follow through on.
00:11:15.840 But that's why you want to start a new political party.
00:11:18.920 That's why Liz Cheney, so-called principled conservative,
00:11:21.540 is going to endorse the most radically pro-abortion,
00:11:24.820 pro-trans, pro-dismantling the American empire.
00:11:30.880 Or if not dismantling it, at least radically shifting up some of our alliances.
00:11:34.640 Pro-illegal immigration, anti-business, anti-industry, anti-what?
00:11:40.200 No, I think what this suggests is not that the Republican Party really has fundamentally changed,
00:11:47.020 but that Liz Cheney has changed.
00:11:49.860 Maybe she was always a little bit on the squishy side of the party,
00:11:53.080 and so even a slight movement to the right for the GOP would push her over into the Democrat camp.
00:11:57.860 But I think actually what's deeper than that is a phenomenon observed by a number of political philosophers,
00:12:06.040 most notably Carl Schmitt, who, you know, had a bit of a dodgy active political life.
00:12:11.960 But he made some good points in political philosophy,
00:12:14.020 one of which is that politics often boils down to a distinction between friends and enemies.
00:12:17.980 And this is, I suspect, what's going on with people like Liz Cheney,
00:12:22.720 maybe with people like David French, who previously was on the right
00:12:25.880 and would write in defense of all these right-wing causes,
00:12:28.300 and now he writes for the New York Times and defends all these left-wing causes.
00:12:31.180 I think it might just be that Liz Cheney is looking around
00:12:34.600 and seeing that the people who support her now are exclusively Democrats,
00:12:39.860 and really no Republicans at all support her, I guess, other than her father.
00:12:44.100 And so she's the one who's changing.
00:12:48.700 She's changing her political allegiances.
00:12:51.800 She's changing her political beliefs and principles.
00:12:55.000 She's changing the candidates she supports
00:12:56.760 because all of her political friends are now on the other side of the aisle.
00:13:02.100 And she knows where her bread is buttered.
00:13:03.980 Many, many such cases.
00:13:05.300 But don't accuse us.
00:13:06.280 Don't accuse the Republicans of having lost our principles
00:13:09.820 or, you know, having become irredeemably different than we were previously.
00:13:15.540 It ain't really the GOP that's changed.
00:13:18.320 Between the GOP and the Liz Cheneys of the world,
00:13:20.460 I think it's pretty clearly Liz Cheney.
00:13:22.100 There's so much more to say.
00:13:22.980 First, though, right now, go to hillsdale.edu slash Knowles.
00:13:28.680 History, economics, great works of literature,
00:13:31.380 the meaning of the U.S. Constitution.
00:13:33.240 Did you study those things in school?
00:13:35.300 If you did, who knows if you learned true things about them.
00:13:38.380 And either way, it's probably time for a refresher.
00:13:41.780 Time and technology have changed a lot of things,
00:13:43.720 but they have not changed basic fundamental truths
00:13:45.940 about the world and our place in it.
00:13:48.060 That is why I'm so excited that Hillsdale College
00:13:50.160 is offering more than 40 free online courses
00:13:52.440 in the most important and enduring subjects.
00:13:55.220 You can learn about the works of C.S. Lewis,
00:13:57.160 the stories in the book of Genesis,
00:13:58.520 the meaning of the U.S. Constitution,
00:14:00.060 the rise and fall of the Roman Republic,
00:14:02.020 or the history of the ancient church
00:14:04.280 with Hillsdale College's online courses all available for free.
00:14:08.380 I personally recommend you sign up for C.S. Lewis on Christianity.
00:14:12.580 In this seven-lecture course,
00:14:13.940 you will examine some of Lewis's classic works,
00:14:16.280 including Mere Christianity,
00:14:17.680 The Screwtape Letters, and Abolition of Man.
00:14:20.620 This course is self-paced,
00:14:22.060 so you can start whenever and wherever.
00:14:24.260 Enroll in C.S. Lewis on Christianity
00:14:26.620 to discover Lewis's core lessons
00:14:28.860 regarding the truth and goodness of the Christian faith
00:14:30.660 and how to apply those lessons to your life.
00:14:32.800 Go to hillsdale.edu slash Knowles right now.
00:14:35.300 It's free.
00:14:35.960 It's easy to get started.
00:14:36.780 Hillsdale.edu slash Knowles to start.
00:14:39.400 Hillsdale.edu slash Knowles.
00:14:42.660 Speaking of conservatives' electoral chances,
00:14:46.160 there is a scary poll.
00:14:48.220 It's come out of Texas.
00:14:49.200 It was conducted by Morning Consult.
00:14:50.800 It suggests that for the first time ever,
00:14:53.780 my friend Senator Ted Cruz is down in the polls,
00:14:56.340 that he's down at 44% compared to his opponents' 45%.
00:15:01.640 Now, this is within the margin of error of the poll.
00:15:04.900 The poll margin of error is about two points.
00:15:07.180 So it's still within the margin of error.
00:15:08.920 And this does seem to happen every election cycle
00:15:10.780 with Senator Cruz,
00:15:11.920 because the left hates Cruz
00:15:13.500 more than just about any Republican politician.
00:15:16.560 Maybe they hate Trump more,
00:15:18.140 but Cruz is definitely up there.
00:15:20.220 So every cycle now you hear,
00:15:21.740 this is the chance.
00:15:23.180 Texas is going to go blue.
00:15:24.580 They're going to vote out that mean, dastardly Ted Cruz.
00:15:27.760 Cruz is a top target for the left.
00:15:31.540 I'm a little nervous.
00:15:32.860 I mean, they've obviously encouraged mass migration
00:15:34.580 into Texas because they think it's going to give them
00:15:36.780 an electoral majority probably permanently.
00:15:39.780 So this is just a call.
00:15:41.400 I don't have much more analysis on it than this.
00:15:43.860 If you are in Texas, you have to get out the vote.
00:15:47.080 We cannot lose Texas.
00:15:48.960 We cannot lose Senator Cruz in the U.S. Senate.
00:15:51.800 You need to get out the vote.
00:15:52.840 But voting throughout much of the country
00:15:54.800 has begun actually already.
00:15:57.300 And there is ballot harvesting
00:15:59.380 in a lot of places in the country.
00:16:00.580 Now I'm speaking broadly to Americans.
00:16:02.080 There is ballot harvesting.
00:16:03.300 There is early voting.
00:16:04.520 There are drop-offs.
00:16:05.800 There is early in-person voting in some places.
00:16:08.640 You've got to get out the vote.
00:16:10.220 You've got to get your friends to vote.
00:16:11.740 You've got to call people.
00:16:13.280 You've got to pick up that phone
00:16:15.820 and text people and get out the vote.
00:16:18.320 We cannot lose Texas.
00:16:19.660 We cannot lose Senator Cruz,
00:16:22.180 probably the best U.S. senator we have,
00:16:24.320 certainly in the absolute upper one percentile of them.
00:16:28.720 So we've got to do it, folks.
00:16:30.320 The libs are salivating over Texas.
00:16:32.460 They've been trying to turn Texas blue
00:16:34.040 for decades at this point.
00:16:35.820 Do not give them the satisfaction.
00:16:38.000 And do not, in so doing,
00:16:39.920 cost us a top Republican senator.
00:16:43.920 Get out the vote.
00:16:44.860 Do not let the libs have this victory.
00:16:46.400 Okay, now, speaking of polling,
00:16:48.220 can we even rely on polling?
00:16:49.520 There is a fascinating story
00:16:51.960 that's come out about the future
00:16:53.300 of political campaigns and polling.
00:16:55.140 This comes as a result of a new company
00:16:58.020 called AARU, A-A-R-U.
00:17:01.800 Co-founders of this company are Cam Fink and Ned Coe.
00:17:05.060 They say they've cracked the code
00:17:06.400 for predicting accurate election results.
00:17:09.140 And it turns out that the key
00:17:10.380 to accurately predicting elections
00:17:12.280 is to take the people out of it.
00:17:13.680 They are using AI, AI bots
00:17:16.920 that simulate people,
00:17:18.880 and they are polling the AI bots.
00:17:21.980 And the reason this really, really matters
00:17:23.800 is that to conduct a poll
00:17:27.600 can take days, it can take a week,
00:17:29.580 it can take multiple weeks.
00:17:31.860 And maybe you poll 1,000 people
00:17:34.100 or 2,000 people,
00:17:35.140 and it's somewhat unreliable,
00:17:36.300 and the people who are actually answering the poll
00:17:37.900 might be self-selecting,
00:17:39.140 and with changes in technology to phones,
00:17:42.380 to cell phones, to tablets,
00:17:44.240 it's a little hard to reach people,
00:17:45.520 harder than it was in the past.
00:17:47.800 With AI polling,
00:17:50.040 with these simulated voters, these bots,
00:17:53.400 it takes about 30 seconds
00:17:55.500 to conduct a poll.
00:17:57.280 And you can do it,
00:17:58.440 AARU is doing this,
00:17:59.340 with around 5,000 AI respondents.
00:18:02.840 The cost of this is about one-tenth
00:18:04.380 the cost of human surveys.
00:18:06.700 We'll see if it works.
00:18:07.800 This is obviously the first election
00:18:09.120 that this technology has existed for.
00:18:10.700 If this works,
00:18:12.660 this will radically change
00:18:15.240 all of political campaigning.
00:18:17.820 All of it.
00:18:18.820 Because polling is expensive.
00:18:20.220 So you get polling at the national level,
00:18:23.400 you get polling at some of the really important
00:18:25.020 House seats,
00:18:25.780 but you don't get a ton of polling
00:18:27.440 in the less well-known House seats
00:18:29.420 or at the state level
00:18:30.500 or, you know, for dog catcher.
00:18:32.540 If this works,
00:18:33.700 you will have polling everywhere.
00:18:35.580 You will also,
00:18:38.280 if this works,
00:18:40.100 have politicians
00:18:41.320 poll testing their techniques
00:18:44.000 before they try them out,
00:18:45.780 before they actually practice their tactics.
00:18:48.500 So you'll have a politician write a speech
00:18:50.640 or the speechwriter write a speech.
00:18:52.020 You will have that speech
00:18:53.240 poll tested against 5,000 AI respondents.
00:18:57.440 They will get feedback.
00:18:58.860 Before they ever give the speech,
00:19:00.000 they will be tailoring their speeches
00:19:01.360 to the robots
00:19:03.660 that are supposedly
00:19:04.500 better representatives of people
00:19:05.780 than the people are.
00:19:07.820 This will make politicians
00:19:11.040 become even less authentic
00:19:13.480 because every single thing they do
00:19:14.920 will not merely be as it is now
00:19:16.760 a reaction
00:19:17.760 to
00:19:18.920 how the audience reacts.
00:19:21.480 It will be a pre-reaction.
00:19:23.860 They will test this out on people
00:19:25.100 before any actual people
00:19:26.260 get to hear
00:19:27.600 their messages.
00:19:30.000 So the politicians
00:19:30.980 will become less authentic.
00:19:32.260 And so I think,
00:19:33.080 paradoxically,
00:19:34.340 this could give rise
00:19:36.200 to more Trump-like figures
00:19:37.960 in the future.
00:19:39.540 A lot of people on the right
00:19:40.640 have been wondering,
00:19:41.140 what happens after Trump?
00:19:42.840 Is there a Trumpism
00:19:44.460 without Trump?
00:19:45.320 And there's no question
00:19:46.300 that Trump
00:19:47.120 is an American original.
00:19:48.940 You can't pretend to be Trump.
00:19:50.840 When the candidates in 2016
00:19:52.660 tried to do their Trump impression,
00:19:53.900 they all failed.
00:19:55.400 So Trump is Trump.
00:19:57.100 I think Trumpism
00:19:58.560 without Trump
00:19:59.620 is also a failure
00:20:00.880 because I think
00:20:02.000 you've got to match
00:20:03.040 form to substance.
00:20:04.620 I think that
00:20:05.580 Trumpism
00:20:06.700 only works,
00:20:08.300 you know,
00:20:08.460 Trumpism,
00:20:08.920 this assault
00:20:09.420 on a stale liberal establishment,
00:20:11.500 ideologies
00:20:12.220 that are disconnected
00:20:13.000 from political reality.
00:20:13.820 It only works
00:20:14.580 when you have a figure
00:20:15.440 who really stands out
00:20:16.880 from the crowd
00:20:17.580 against the political establishment.
00:20:21.020 But what this does mean is
00:20:22.160 if the political class
00:20:23.400 is going to become
00:20:24.140 even less authentic,
00:20:25.380 even more made of cardboard,
00:20:27.040 even more robotic
00:20:29.400 because they'll actually
00:20:30.380 be basing their campaigns
00:20:31.400 on robots,
00:20:32.180 then paradoxically
00:20:33.220 the politicians
00:20:34.400 who will break through
00:20:35.500 will have to be
00:20:36.560 Trumpian figures.
00:20:37.880 This is really bad news
00:20:39.240 for the establishment
00:20:41.040 GOP consultant class.
00:20:43.800 But in the future,
00:20:44.760 it seems to me,
00:20:46.760 especially if this kind
00:20:47.760 of technology
00:20:48.280 proves useful
00:20:49.040 as it very likely will,
00:20:49.900 that the real future
00:20:52.880 for Republican leadership
00:20:54.140 is probably only going
00:20:56.900 to be made up
00:20:57.480 of Trump-like figures.
00:20:58.480 That is going to give
00:20:59.420 the Liz Cheney's
00:21:00.200 of the world nightmares.
00:21:01.540 No wonder they want
00:21:02.140 to start a new party.
00:21:03.220 Now, speaking of
00:21:04.700 our brave new world,
00:21:05.680 I have the most disgusting video
00:21:07.240 that I've seen
00:21:07.880 in a really,
00:21:08.780 really long time.
00:21:10.240 This comes to us
00:21:11.200 by way of
00:21:11.880 Good Morning America.
00:21:13.820 This, I think,
00:21:15.380 totally dispels
00:21:16.540 leftist
00:21:18.160 denials
00:21:19.860 of the practical
00:21:21.140 consequences
00:21:21.820 of their views.
00:21:23.660 This is something
00:21:24.300 that is straight
00:21:25.060 out of the story
00:21:26.460 of Sodom and Gomorrah.
00:21:27.780 There's so much more
00:21:28.380 to say.
00:21:28.660 First, though,
00:21:29.480 go to
00:21:29.720 ResponsibleMan.com
00:21:30.840 code Knowles.
00:21:31.900 Gentlemen,
00:21:32.420 let's talk about
00:21:33.000 your health.
00:21:33.860 When the left
00:21:34.340 pushes its agenda,
00:21:36.100 I have a way
00:21:36.780 to fortify
00:21:37.680 yourself
00:21:38.640 against the tide
00:21:39.500 of cultural decay.
00:21:41.400 That is
00:21:42.120 Responsible Man Vitamins.
00:21:44.520 Responsible Man
00:21:45.400 created the Emerson
00:21:46.680 multivitamin
00:21:47.320 for men
00:21:47.860 who take
00:21:48.840 their role
00:21:49.240 seriously.
00:21:50.460 This is not
00:21:50.920 some feel-good
00:21:51.580 supplement
00:21:52.000 designed by
00:21:52.560 coastal elites
00:21:53.460 who think
00:21:54.220 that masculinity
00:21:54.920 is toxic.
00:21:55.720 No, sir!
00:21:56.840 This is a multivitamin
00:21:57.900 packed with
00:21:58.360 33 key ingredients
00:21:59.880 that support
00:22:00.440 your immune system,

00:22:11.420 to be ingesting lead.
00:22:12.960 Just good old
00:22:13.660 American quality.
00:22:14.980 Because a strong
00:22:15.660 America needs
00:22:16.280 strong men,
00:22:17.240 and strong men
00:22:18.080 need vitamins.
00:22:19.500 Take responsibility
00:22:20.080 for your health,
00:22:21.420 something that we
00:22:22.160 conservatives know
00:22:22.880 is crucial
00:22:23.360 to a flourishing society.
00:22:25.040 Take advantage
00:22:25.520 of Responsible Man's
00:22:26.420 fall sale

00:22:41.280 Gentlemen,
00:22:42.200 in a world
00:22:42.660 where the libs
00:22:43.280 want to redefine manhood,
00:22:44.700 taking care of your health
00:22:45.660 is practically
00:22:46.640 a revolutionary act.
00:22:47.800 Go to

00:22:51.300 America needs.
00:22:53.740 The
00:22:54.200 most disgusting story
00:22:56.560 I've seen,
00:22:57.080 this is making its way
00:22:57.960 around
00:22:58.620 X
00:22:59.840 and other
00:23:00.860 social media platforms,
00:23:02.600 Good Morning America
00:23:03.940 parading
00:23:05.120 a young boy
00:23:07.240 dressed up
00:23:08.540 as a woman
00:23:10.080 strutting
00:23:11.380 and jiggling
00:23:12.440 down a catwalk
00:23:13.760 to the
00:23:14.900 depraved
00:23:16.060 and perverse
00:23:17.180 cheers and applause
00:23:18.380 of the live studio audience.
00:23:20.900 I'm strong enough
00:23:23.880 to live without you
00:23:26.480 Strong enough
00:23:27.860 without you
00:23:29.240 trying
00:23:30.080 I'm strong enough
00:23:31.580 that I'm strong enough
00:23:33.520 to know
00:23:34.840 you gotta go
00:23:37.660 there's no more
00:23:38.720 to say
00:23:39.400 so say
00:23:40.480 I'm strong enough
00:23:41.840 to live without you
00:23:43.480 no matter what I need
00:23:46.560 so
00:23:46.980 I'm strong enough
00:23:48.920 to know
00:23:50.060 okay
00:23:53.540 we've
00:23:54.000 we've blurred the kid
00:23:55.080 obviously
00:23:56.420 true
00:23:59.060 Sodom and Gomorrah
00:24:00.020 level stuff
00:24:00.800 sometimes
00:24:01.600 that phrase
00:24:02.540 is invoked
00:24:03.200 and it's overstated
00:24:03.980 and it's hyperbolic
00:24:04.780 this is not hyperbolic
00:24:05.940 this is actually
00:24:06.740 worse than
00:24:07.920 the kind of behavior
00:24:09.440 you see
00:24:09.920 in the story
00:24:11.020 of Sodom and Gomorrah
00:24:11.860 the first question
00:24:13.220 to ask yourself
00:24:13.860 if you are
00:24:14.440 in any way
00:24:15.020 tempted
00:24:15.340 to defend
00:24:16.220 a drag kid
00:24:17.540 I think that kid's
00:24:18.140 something like
00:24:18.440 11 years old
00:24:19.340 a little boy
00:24:21.540 being dressed up
00:24:22.320 like a girl
00:24:22.840 dancing provocatively
00:24:24.140 down a catwalk
00:24:25.200 on national network
00:24:26.520 television
00:24:27.060 while an audience
00:24:28.580 of perverts
00:24:29.440 and lunatics
00:24:30.120 claps like seals
00:24:31.780 if you're in any way
00:24:33.080 tempted to defend that
00:24:34.000 ask yourself
00:24:34.720 would you defend
00:24:37.660 would you defend
00:24:37.680 that scene
00:24:38.420 if it were
00:24:39.140 an actual
00:24:39.840 little girl
00:24:40.440 an actual
00:24:42.780 little girl
00:24:43.520 in a little skirt
00:24:45.400 showing her legs
00:24:47.060 wearing
00:24:48.240 these kinds of shoes
00:24:49.760 strutting down
00:24:50.480 a catwalk
00:24:50.980 then lying down
00:24:51.780 on the ground
00:24:52.480 flopping her legs
00:24:54.080 around
00:24:54.380 would you
00:24:54.840 would you defend
00:24:55.660 that if it were
00:24:56.140 an 11 year old girl
00:24:57.280 like an actual girl
00:24:58.160 certainly not
00:24:59.440 you'd say
00:24:59.780 this is child abuse
00:25:00.840 this is
00:25:01.300 sexualizing kids
00:25:02.560 this is playing
00:25:03.140 to pedophiles
00:25:03.900 this is as disgusting
00:25:04.820 as it could possibly
00:25:05.560 get
00:25:05.800 okay
00:25:06.220 so then
00:25:06.740 why would you
00:25:07.780 defend it
00:25:08.440 if it's a
00:25:10.080 if it's a little boy
00:25:11.340 pretending to be
00:25:12.260 a little girl
00:25:12.760 why would you
00:25:15.480 well because that's
00:25:16.700 an expression
00:25:17.560 of his
00:25:18.900 sexual identity
00:25:20.540 and orientation
00:25:21.500 and gender identity
00:25:22.620 it's the same behavior
00:25:25.400 it's just a
00:25:26.000 it's just a more
00:25:26.800 perverse version
00:25:27.620 of that behavior
00:25:28.380 no no no
00:25:28.940 but that's different
00:25:29.600 because in the one case
00:25:30.700 it's a girl
00:25:31.860 being viewed
00:25:32.620 as a sexual object
00:25:35.000 you know
00:25:35.220 being made
00:25:35.720 to strut around
00:25:36.660 in behavior
00:25:37.960 that might be
00:25:39.060 acceptable
00:25:39.480 for an adult woman
00:25:41.060 though even there
00:25:41.620 you might want
00:25:42.020 to curtail that behavior
00:25:42.860 but for a little kid
00:25:43.600 it's obviously
00:25:43.980 totally gross
00:25:44.820 that's what happens
00:25:46.860 when it's a little girl
00:25:47.560 but when it's a little boy
00:25:48.300 pretending to be a little girl
00:25:49.180 why then
00:25:49.800 it's actually just this boy
00:25:50.960 exploring his own identity
00:25:52.840 and his true
00:25:53.640 exercising his true
00:25:55.880 individual autonomy
00:25:56.900 and I mean
00:25:57.640 obviously all bogus arguments
00:25:59.140 but let me ask you something
00:26:00.640 if you're
00:26:01.180 in the middle
00:26:02.380 if you're on the center left
00:26:03.940 there are left wingers
00:26:04.920 who watch and listen
00:26:05.780 to this show
00:26:06.260 what's the liberal argument
00:26:09.100 against this
00:26:09.780 if you're listening
00:26:11.780 to this show
00:26:12.400 you
00:26:12.580 you probably know
00:26:14.460 at least at some level
00:26:15.960 that this is perverse
00:26:17.320 and disgusting
00:26:18.000 and wrong
00:26:18.820 why
00:26:21.000 from the liberal perspective
00:26:23.300 why is it wrong
00:26:24.220 because
00:26:26.400 kids
00:26:28.860 because
00:26:29.500 little boys
00:26:30.120 shouldn't dress up
00:26:30.640 like little girls
00:26:31.240 no
00:26:31.440 what if
00:26:32.600 the little
00:26:32.860 what if
00:26:33.200 the little boy
00:26:33.600 identifies as a little girl
00:26:34.500 what if he's a little girl
00:26:35.160 born in a little boy's body
00:26:36.260 well because
00:26:37.500 kids should not
00:26:38.680 they shouldn't be
00:26:40.880 strutting around
00:26:41.800 in general
00:26:42.440 in a way
00:26:43.140 that seems
00:26:44.180 lascivious
00:26:44.800 and
00:26:45.280 seems inappropriate
00:26:47.060 especially given
00:26:47.920 one's age
00:26:48.520 well hold on
00:26:49.180 you're telling me
00:26:49.940 that that little child
00:26:50.820 shouldn't be able
00:26:51.680 to explore
00:26:52.600 his desires
00:26:53.680 and identity
00:26:54.280 what are you
00:26:54.900 are you trying to
00:26:55.520 stifle
00:26:55.900 and oppress
00:26:56.400 and deny
00:26:57.420 the little
00:26:57.860 little child's desire
00:26:58.960 the little boy
00:26:59.400 wants to be there
00:27:00.320 we are told
00:27:01.900 well
00:27:04.460 no
00:27:06.260 actually
00:27:06.980 the parents
00:27:07.620 it's the parents
00:27:08.740 fault
00:27:08.980 the parents
00:27:09.560 should not be
00:27:10.640 allowing the child
00:27:11.880 to
00:27:12.760 engage in this
00:27:14.340 kind of behavior
00:27:15.120 hold on
00:27:15.740 you're telling me
00:27:16.240 the parents
00:27:16.820 should try to
00:27:17.800 stifle
00:27:18.280 the identity
00:27:18.800 and desires
00:27:19.340 of the kid
00:27:19.820 what are you
00:27:20.220 you're going to
00:27:20.580 sign the kid up
00:27:21.080 for conversion
00:27:21.880 therapy next
00:27:22.640 parents have
00:27:23.300 no right
00:27:23.860 to stifle
00:27:25.240 any of the
00:27:25.600 desires
00:27:26.160 that have
00:27:26.420 supposedly
00:27:26.920 come organically
00:27:28.100 from the child
00:27:28.780 well no
00:27:30.720 but actually
00:27:31.120 Michael
00:27:31.380 desires
00:27:31.740 don't just
00:27:32.160 come organically
00:27:32.900 from individuals
00:27:33.560 but they're
00:27:34.160 cultivated
00:27:34.540 by the outside
00:27:35.160 environment
00:27:35.620 by schools
00:27:36.260 and by parents
00:27:36.920 this is why
00:27:37.460 the left
00:27:38.100 spends so much
00:27:38.660 time
00:27:39.000 focusing on
00:27:39.920 education
00:27:40.440 and trying
00:27:41.200 to minimize
00:27:42.340 the role
00:27:42.900 that especially
00:27:43.440 conservative
00:27:43.880 parents can play
00:27:44.760 in their
00:27:44.960 oh hold on
00:27:45.500 hold on
00:27:45.740 hold on
00:27:46.060 so you're
00:27:48.020 telling me
00:27:48.640 that we need
00:27:50.080 to put
00:27:50.460 place limits
00:27:51.080 on what
00:27:51.420 teachers
00:27:51.780 can present
00:27:52.400 to children
00:27:52.840 maybe limits
00:27:53.400 of books
00:27:53.920 in the library
00:27:54.300 no no
00:27:54.580 any way
00:27:55.540 you cut
00:27:55.940 it
00:27:56.160 there is
00:27:57.600 really no
00:27:58.340 liberal
00:27:58.820 argument
00:27:59.380 against
00:27:59.880 this
00:28:00.340 liberalism
00:28:01.660 is totally
00:28:02.460 vulnerable
00:28:03.480 to being
00:28:04.780 exploited
00:28:05.360 by the
00:28:06.780 most perverse
00:28:07.460 people in
00:28:08.120 the world
00:28:08.500 which is how
00:28:09.120 you get
00:28:09.520 hat tip
00:28:09.960 to
00:28:10.180 libs of
00:28:10.540 tiktok
00:28:10.840 here
00:28:11.080 it's how
00:28:12.040 you get
00:28:12.220 someone like
00:28:12.520 dr lindsey
00:28:13.120 doe
00:28:13.400 who has
00:28:14.660 a million
00:28:15.220 followers
00:28:16.020 on
00:28:16.700 social media
00:28:18.040 who is
00:28:19.380 defending
00:28:19.900 what she
00:28:21.320 refers to
00:28:21.740 as virtuous
00:28:22.260 pedophiles
00:28:22.780 it's short
00:28:23.960 for virtuous
00:28:24.640 pedophiles
00:28:25.520 not virtuous
00:28:26.220 as in
00:28:26.680 they're better
00:28:27.120 than everyone
00:28:27.680 because they're
00:28:28.260 attracted to
00:28:28.800 children
00:28:29.140 but virtuous
00:28:30.100 like having
00:28:31.020 moral standards
00:28:31.960 and a sexual
00:28:32.860 orientation that
00:28:33.600 they have no
00:28:34.000 control over
00:28:34.560 like the rest
00:28:35.160 of us
00:28:35.520 before you get
00:28:36.160 all worked
00:28:36.540 up
00:28:36.800 i'm talking
00:28:37.540 about
00:28:37.920 pedophilia
00:28:38.860 not child
00:28:39.720 molestation
00:28:40.380 or rape
00:28:40.860 pedophilia
00:28:41.460 is the sexual
00:28:42.220 attraction to
00:28:42.880 children
00:28:43.200 it's a
00:28:43.880 paraphilia
00:28:44.500 there's a link
00:28:45.280 to more
00:28:45.560 information about
00:28:46.300 it in the
00:28:46.580 description
00:28:46.980 videos i've
00:28:47.700 made in the
00:28:48.080 past explaining
00:28:48.880 the kind of
00:28:49.620 human diversity
00:28:50.500 and development
00:28:51.420 molestation and
00:28:52.700 rape are
00:28:53.200 different
00:28:53.720 these are
00:28:54.540 abusive actions
00:28:55.480 that often have
00:28:56.200 nothing to do
00:28:57.020 with attraction
00:28:57.640 many child abusers
00:28:58.940 are actually
00:28:59.560 sexually attracted
00:29:00.340 to adults
00:29:00.920 but they act
00:29:01.700 out on children
00:29:02.280 meaning you
00:29:02.940 probably don't
00:29:03.780 object to
00:29:04.240 pedophiles
00:29:04.880 because you're
00:29:05.440 compassionate and
00:29:06.140 rational but you
00:29:07.100 may loathe child
00:29:08.180 molesters and rapists
00:29:09.200 because they
00:29:09.760 violate people
00:29:10.580 i personally try
00:29:11.540 not to judge
00:29:12.080 either
00:29:12.460 it's always
00:29:14.580 the eyes
00:29:15.000 the eyes
00:29:16.160 always give
00:29:16.620 it away
00:29:16.920 i if you're
00:29:17.720 just listening
00:29:18.260 to the show
00:29:18.740 right now
00:29:19.220 this this
00:29:21.240 woman's eyes
00:29:22.380 make aoc
00:29:23.920 look like she
00:29:24.720 squints
00:29:25.120 okay this
00:29:25.860 woman's eyes
00:29:26.560 are popping
00:29:27.600 bugging out
00:29:28.420 of her head
00:29:28.960 which is
00:29:29.980 not dispositive
00:29:31.440 but it's usually
00:29:32.000 a sign that the
00:29:32.860 person has a
00:29:33.680 screw loose
00:29:34.180 and then if you
00:29:34.760 listen to what
00:29:35.220 this woman has
00:29:35.680 said she
00:29:36.420 obviously does
00:29:37.080 when i first
00:29:37.600 heard this
00:29:38.080 i wondered
00:29:39.340 is this
00:29:39.880 satire
00:29:40.820 this can't
00:29:42.200 be right
00:29:42.480 and yet
00:29:43.520 even if it
00:29:44.080 were satire
00:29:44.760 it follows
00:29:47.240 the liberal
00:29:47.940 argument perfectly
00:29:49.060 i guess that
00:29:50.540 that's what
00:29:50.960 would make it
00:29:51.580 really great
00:29:52.340 satire
00:29:52.900 if it
00:29:54.660 weren't
00:29:55.300 real
00:29:55.700 and i think
00:29:56.140 it is real
00:29:56.660 her argument
00:29:59.860 is that
00:30:00.980 sexual desires
00:30:02.740 are innate
00:30:03.780 and immutable
00:30:04.760 the left
00:30:06.280 certainly
00:30:06.960 defends this
00:30:07.780 idea this is
00:30:08.460 why the left
00:30:08.960 is banning
00:30:09.720 so-called
00:30:10.160 conversion
00:30:10.740 therapy
00:30:11.300 for kids
00:30:12.760 who
00:30:12.960 well now
00:30:13.440 for kids
00:30:13.860 who think
00:30:14.500 they're the
00:30:14.780 opposite sex
00:30:15.600 and obviously
00:30:16.880 are not
00:30:17.380 or previously
00:30:18.040 for kids
00:30:18.860 who you know
00:30:19.380 i don't know
00:30:19.800 they had a
00:30:20.580 sexual attraction
00:30:21.300 same sex
00:30:22.080 attraction
00:30:22.460 or some other
00:30:22.860 kind of sexual
00:30:23.300 attraction
00:30:23.660 and they didn't
00:30:24.400 want that
00:30:24.740 so they'd go
00:30:25.100 to therapists
00:30:25.880 this is
00:30:26.520 totally
00:30:27.100 outlawed
00:30:28.200 now
00:30:28.420 in the places
00:30:29.360 that the
00:30:29.720 libs control
00:30:30.260 because
00:30:31.160 they say
00:30:31.740 sexual desires
00:30:32.780 are innate
00:30:33.620 and immutable
00:30:34.820 okay well if
00:30:36.340 they're innate
00:30:36.720 and immutable
00:30:37.100 what do you do
00:30:37.520 about pedophiles
00:30:38.420 because their
00:30:40.960 desire for
00:30:41.640 children
00:30:41.900 according to
00:30:42.460 the left
00:30:42.860 is innate
00:30:43.480 and immutable
00:30:44.140 so you can't
00:30:44.740 blame people
00:30:45.320 for their
00:30:45.780 innate
00:30:46.280 and immutable
00:30:47.180 characteristics
00:30:47.980 in fact
00:30:49.420 what this woman
00:30:50.320 says is
00:30:50.740 these people
00:30:51.440 are virtuous
00:30:52.060 if they don't
00:30:52.780 act on their
00:30:53.400 desires
00:30:53.840 there's nothing
00:30:54.320 wrong
00:30:54.740 with that
00:30:56.020 desire
00:30:57.040 there can
00:30:59.200 there can
00:30:59.560 never be
00:30:59.920 anything
00:31:00.180 wrong
00:31:00.420 with a
00:31:00.680 desire
00:31:01.080 the only
00:31:01.860 thing
00:31:02.080 that's
00:31:02.300 wrong
00:31:02.740 is acting
00:31:04.120 on that
00:31:04.420 desire
00:31:04.680 so how
00:31:06.160 how is
00:31:07.060 the left
00:31:07.380 wrong
00:31:07.820 how is
00:31:08.360 this woman
00:31:08.640 wrong
00:31:08.920 she's wrong
00:31:09.760 both
00:31:10.680 ideologically
00:31:11.600 and
00:31:12.600 appetitively
00:31:13.820 she's wrong
00:31:15.260 ideologically
00:31:15.940 in that
00:31:16.580 I'm not going
00:31:17.700 to suggest
00:31:18.160 that desire
00:31:18.860 has no
00:31:19.840 innate
00:31:21.540 or biological
00:31:22.260 basis
00:31:22.720 it might
00:31:23.100 well
00:31:23.380 who knows
00:31:23.860 but
00:31:25.200 desire
00:31:26.500 changes
00:31:27.500 over time
00:31:28.200 people cultivate
00:31:28.800 all sorts
00:31:29.180 of different
00:31:29.520 desires
00:31:29.900 probably
00:31:30.320 the first
00:31:30.740 time
00:31:30.900 you had
00:31:31.120 a sip
00:31:31.420 of
00:31:31.660 whiskey
00:31:32.400 you didn't
00:31:33.100 like the
00:31:33.420 taste
00:31:33.660 of the
00:31:33.900 whiskey
00:31:34.180 but the
00:31:34.620 more
00:31:34.760 you drink
00:31:35.120 whiskey
00:31:35.420 many people
00:31:35.880 come to
00:31:36.200 like
00:31:36.380 whiskey
00:31:36.700 same
00:31:38.040 thing
00:31:38.220 is true
00:31:38.520 for
00:31:38.720 I don't
00:31:38.960 know
00:31:39.220 caviar
00:31:40.880 or something
00:31:41.500 oysters
00:31:41.960 or I don't
00:31:42.480 know
00:31:42.600 something
00:31:42.860 that seems
00:31:43.300 kind of
00:31:43.600 yucky
00:31:43.840 at first
00:31:44.340 but then
00:31:44.860 you cultivate
00:31:45.260 a taste
00:31:45.620 for it
00:31:45.860 this is
00:31:46.440 what we
00:31:46.620 call
00:31:46.740 an acquired
00:31:47.200 taste
00:31:47.640 so
00:31:48.240 obviously
00:31:48.740 not all
00:31:49.420 tastes
00:31:49.820 not all
00:31:50.260 desires
00:31:50.700 are innate
00:31:52.180 and immutable
00:31:53.860 change over
00:31:54.220 time
00:31:54.520 now
00:31:55.620 that's
00:31:56.940 ideologically
00:31:57.540 why she's
00:31:57.980 wrong
00:31:58.160 or
00:31:58.700 anthropologically
00:31:59.400 appetitively
00:32:01.020 the way
00:32:01.280 she's
00:32:01.480 wrong
00:32:01.720 is that
00:32:02.880 these
00:32:03.060 guys
00:32:03.320 suggest
00:32:03.840 that
00:32:04.600 if you
00:32:05.800 have a
00:32:06.080 desire
00:32:06.480 for
00:32:06.740 something
00:32:07.120 the
00:32:08.480 best
00:32:08.860 way
00:32:09.240 to
00:32:10.060 make
00:32:10.580 sure
00:32:10.720 you
00:32:10.840 don't
00:32:11.040 act
00:32:11.300 on
00:32:11.460 this
00:32:11.640 desire
00:32:12.040 is
00:32:12.700 to
00:32:12.920 live
00:32:13.200 out
00:32:13.380 the
00:32:13.520 desire
00:32:13.940 in
00:32:14.200 your
00:32:14.360 fantasies
00:32:15.000 this
00:32:15.180 is
00:32:15.320 you
00:32:15.700 hear
00:32:15.860 a lot
00:32:16.080 of
00:32:16.180 arguments
00:32:16.540 in
00:32:16.740 favor
00:32:16.960 of
00:32:17.140 pornography
00:32:17.660 you
00:32:18.380 hear
00:32:18.560 arguments
00:32:18.980 sometimes
00:32:19.400 in
00:32:19.620 favor
00:32:19.900 of
00:32:20.340 prostitution
00:32:21.320 or
00:32:22.320 well
00:32:23.980 they're
00:32:24.180 all
00:32:24.360 kind
00:32:24.580 of
00:32:24.700 Freudian
00:32:25.140 arguments
00:32:25.560 that
00:32:25.780 suggest
00:32:26.120 that
00:32:26.340 the
00:32:26.440 human
00:32:26.660 mind
00:32:27.020 is
00:32:27.220 like
00:32:27.480 a
00:32:27.880 steam
00:32:28.300 engine
00:32:28.600 and
00:32:28.740 you've
00:32:28.880 just
00:32:29.000 got to
00:32:29.260 blow
00:32:29.540 off
00:32:29.760 steam
00:32:30.060 every
00:32:30.260 once
00:32:30.460 in a
00:32:30.620 while
00:32:30.820 or
00:32:30.940 you're
00:32:31.140 going
00:32:31.260 to
00:32:31.360 explode
00:32:31.860 that's
00:32:33.160 not
00:32:33.440 really
00:32:33.840 how
00:32:34.140 appetite
00:32:34.640 and
00:32:34.980 desire
00:32:35.360 works
00:32:35.780 anyone
00:32:36.140 who's
00:32:36.440 ever
00:32:36.620 cultivated
00:32:37.060 a
00:32:37.260 bad
00:32:37.520 habit
00:32:37.820 or
00:32:37.980 a
00:32:38.100 good
00:32:38.260 habit
00:32:38.540 knows
00:32:38.880 that
00:32:39.360 you
00:32:39.520 don't
00:32:40.180 remedy
00:32:42.860 bad
00:32:43.860 desires
00:32:44.480 by
00:32:45.120 indulging
00:32:45.680 them
00:32:45.840 a
00:32:45.960 little
00:32:46.080 bit
00:32:46.400 you
00:32:47.300 remedy
00:32:47.620 bad
00:32:48.060 desires
00:32:48.560 by
00:32:49.020 avoiding
00:32:49.540 them
00:32:49.780 and
00:32:50.000 cultivating
00:32:50.620 the
00:32:50.900 habit
00:32:51.160 of
00:32:51.340 virtue
00:32:51.680 that
00:32:52.300 makes
00:32:52.920 the
00:32:53.180 desire
00:32:53.720 for
00:32:54.220 the
00:32:54.540 bad
00:32:55.520 thing
00:32:55.960 less
00:32:56.680 and
00:32:56.840 less
00:32:57.060 over
00:32:57.300 time
00:32:57.680 if
00:32:58.580 you're
00:32:58.760 a
00:32:58.940 heroin
00:32:59.200 addict
00:32:59.520 you
00:33:00.120 don't
00:33:00.680 fix
00:33:01.420 your
00:33:01.760 heroin
00:33:02.460 problem
00:33:02.920 by
00:33:03.120 just
00:33:03.320 doing
00:33:03.620 a
00:33:03.780 little
00:33:03.920 bit
00:33:04.060 of
00:33:04.180 heroin
00:33:04.460 every
00:33:05.020 so
00:33:05.240 often
00:33:05.440 blowing
00:33:05.960 off
00:33:06.280 a
00:33:06.380 little
00:33:06.520 steam
00:33:06.940 if
00:33:07.820 you're
00:33:07.920 a
00:33:08.060 heroin
00:33:08.300 addict
00:33:08.560 the
00:33:08.740 way
00:33:08.900 you
00:33:09.180 live
00:33:09.860 a
00:33:09.980 better
00:33:10.120 life
00:33:10.420 is
00:33:10.640 by
00:33:10.800 not
00:33:11.240 doing
00:33:11.540 heroin
00:33:11.880 anymore
00:33:12.340 and
00:33:12.920 the
00:33:13.040 longer
00:33:13.320 you
00:33:13.520 can
00:33:13.640 go
00:33:13.760 without
00:33:14.000 doing
00:33:14.260 heroin
00:33:14.620 and
00:33:14.820 the
00:33:15.140 more
00:33:15.360 that
00:33:15.520 you
00:33:15.640 replace
00:33:16.320 the
00:33:17.080 desire
00:33:19.160 for
00:33:19.400 heroin
00:33:19.660 with
00:33:19.880 something
00:33:20.180 good
00:33:20.520 I
00:33:20.700 don't
00:33:20.800 know
00:33:20.900 desire
00:33:21.200 to
00:33:21.360 paint
00:33:21.640 or
00:33:21.780 something
00:33:21.960 like
00:33:22.180 that
00:33:22.400 then
00:33:23.060 the
00:33:24.160 more
00:33:24.480 you'll
00:33:24.700 build
00:33:24.900 up
00:33:25.040 a
00:33:25.140 habit
00:33:25.340 of
00:33:25.480 virtue
00:33:25.760 and
00:33:25.960 the
00:33:26.080 less
00:33:26.260 you'll
00:33:26.420 be
00:33:26.540 in
00:33:26.660 the
00:33:26.800 grip
00:33:27.260 of
00:33:27.460 vice
00:33:27.860 what
00:33:29.260 these
00:33:29.480 people
00:33:29.740 argue
00:33:30.020 is
00:33:30.180 no
00:33:30.320 no
00:33:30.420 no
00:33:30.620 pedophiles
00:33:32.700 are
00:33:32.840 just
00:33:33.000 born
00:33:33.280 with
00:33:33.480 this
00:33:33.720 sick
00:33:34.120 desire
00:33:34.560 and
00:33:34.700 there's
00:33:34.860 no
00:33:35.080 way
00:33:35.280 it
00:33:35.460 will
00:33:35.580 ever
00:33:35.900 be
00:33:36.300 ameliorated
00:33:37.200 so
00:33:37.440 they
00:33:37.900 should
00:33:38.100 just
00:33:38.440 fantasize
00:33:39.560 in
00:33:39.680 their
00:33:39.820 minds
00:33:40.220 some
00:33:40.640 people
00:33:40.840 have
00:33:40.980 suggested
00:33:41.400 sex
00:33:43.280 dolls
00:33:43.780 and
00:33:44.060 robots
00:33:44.480 as a
00:33:44.780 way
00:33:44.880 to
00:33:45.020 treat
00:33:45.200 people
00:33:45.440 with
00:33:45.680 these
00:33:45.940 disordered
00:33:46.720 desires
00:33:47.120 or
00:33:47.320 pornography
00:33:47.980 or
00:33:48.380 whatever
00:33:48.660 but
00:33:49.060 all
00:33:49.740 that
00:33:49.920 will
00:33:50.080 do
00:33:50.260 is
00:33:50.400 reinforce
00:33:50.900 the
00:33:51.080 negative
00:33:51.320 desire
00:33:51.580 it
00:33:52.040 will
00:33:52.160 make
00:33:52.320 it
00:33:52.420 more
00:33:52.620 likely
00:33:52.880 that
00:33:53.060 these
00:33:53.200 people
00:33:53.480 commit
00:33:53.960 actual
00:33:54.340 crimes
00:33:54.700 in
00:33:54.820 the
00:33:54.920 real
00:33:55.060 world
00:33:55.460 it's
00:33:56.180 really
00:33:56.400 a
00:33:56.600 debate
00:33:56.920 between
00:33:58.100 Freud
00:33:58.540 and
00:33:58.680 Aristotle
00:33:59.080 I
00:33:59.320 guess
00:33:59.620 to
00:34:00.220 really
00:34:01.060 oversimplify
00:34:01.760 it
00:34:02.040 it's
00:34:02.560 a
00:34:02.640 debate
00:34:02.840 between
00:34:03.100 liberalism
00:34:03.660 and
00:34:03.780 the
00:34:03.860 classical
00:34:04.240 view
00:34:04.900 of
00:34:05.040 politics
00:34:05.540 which
00:34:06.780 which
00:34:07.100 is
00:34:07.240 it
00:34:07.340 going
00:34:07.440 to
00:34:07.520 be
00:34:07.620 who
00:34:07.740 do
00:34:07.800 you
00:34:07.880 think
00:34:08.020 is
00:34:08.080 right
00:34:08.300 the
00:34:08.800 lady
00:34:08.980 with
00:34:09.160 the
00:34:09.260 crazy
00:34:09.520 bugged
00:34:09.820 out
00:34:09.920 eyes
00:34:10.140 or
00:34:10.260 Aristotle
00:34:10.640 I
00:34:10.980 think
00:34:11.560 I've
00:34:11.700 got
00:34:11.820 my
00:34:12.000 answer
00:34:12.260 now
00:34:12.700 speaking
00:34:13.240 of
00:34:13.420 the
00:34:13.560 LGBTQ
00:34:14.460 movement
00:34:15.600 Kamala
00:34:16.260 Harris
00:34:16.680 was
00:34:17.520 just
00:34:17.800 asked
00:34:18.240 what
00:34:18.620 she
00:34:19.000 thinks
00:34:19.760 about
00:34:20.100 the
00:34:20.280 second
00:34:20.480 assassination
00:34:20.940 of
00:34:21.280 President
00:34:21.560 Trump
00:34:21.900 whether
00:34:23.160 politicians
00:34:23.900 are
00:34:24.140 really
00:34:24.340 safe
00:34:24.880 is
00:34:25.300 the
00:34:25.480 secret
00:34:25.720 service
00:34:26.060 really
00:34:26.300 doing
00:34:26.560 its
00:34:26.720 job
00:34:27.040 you
00:34:27.160 know
00:34:27.240 they
00:34:27.380 almost
00:34:27.620 popped
00:34:27.900 Trump's
00:34:28.200 head
00:34:28.300 off
00:34:28.460 twice
00:34:28.900 what
00:34:30.060 does
00:34:30.200 Kamala
00:34:30.540 Harris
00:34:30.820 think
00:34:31.100 about
00:34:31.320 that
00:34:31.520 she
00:34:32.000 thinks
00:34:32.560 we
00:34:33.920 really
00:34:34.160 need
00:34:34.340 to
00:34:34.460 think
00:34:34.620 about

00:34:52.280 people
00:34:52.560 in our
00:34:52.800 country
00:34:53.040 right
00:34:53.240 now
00:34:53.400 who

00:34:57.120 and
00:34:57.800 I
00:34:58.340 look
00:34:58.540 at
00:34:58.900 you
00:34:59.100 know
00:34:59.320 like
00:35:00.400 the
00:35:01.460 don't
00:35:01.740 say
00:35:01.920 gay
00:35:02.160 laws
00:35:02.440 coming
00:35:02.720 out

00:35:03.220 members
00:35:03.640 of
00:35:03.780 the
00:35:03.880 LGBTQ

00:35:04.960 don't
00:35:05.240 feel
00:35:05.420 safe
00:35:05.700 right
00:35:05.920 now
00:35:06.220 immigrants
00:35:07.680 or
00:35:08.320 people
00:35:08.520 with
00:35:08.680 an
00:35:08.760 immigrant
00:35:08.980 background
00:35:09.380 don't
00:35:09.660 feel
00:35:09.820 safe
00:35:10.140 right
00:35:10.340 now
00:35:10.540 women
00:35:10.840 don't
00:35:11.200 feel
00:35:11.380 safe
00:35:11.700 right
00:35:11.960 now
00:35:12.240 and
00:35:14.140 so
00:35:14.800 yes
00:35:16.240 I
00:35:16.420 feel
00:35:16.740 safe
00:35:17.740 I
00:35:18.180 have
00:35:18.440 secret
00:35:19.740 service
00:35:20.000 protection
00:35:20.460 but
00:35:21.760 that
00:35:22.020 doesn't
00:35:22.580 change
00:35:23.020 my
00:35:23.260 perspective
00:35:23.800 on
00:35:24.040 the
00:35:24.180 importance
00:35:24.840 of
00:35:26.000 fighting
00:35:27.680 for the
00:35:28.020 safety
00:35:28.240 of
00:35:28.420 everybody
00:35:28.680 in
00:35:29.000 our
00:35:29.140 country
00:35:29.580 oh
00:35:30.920 you're
00:35:31.160 asking
00:35:31.400 me
00:35:31.620 what
00:35:31.800 I
00:35:31.920 think
00:35:32.120 about
00:35:32.500 my
00:35:33.160 opponent
00:35:33.540 having
00:35:33.900 his
00:35:34.120 head
00:35:34.420 blown
00:35:35.080 off
00:35:35.420 nearly
00:35:35.780 twice
00:35:36.440 I
00:35:37.340 think
00:35:37.660 it's
00:35:37.860 really
00:35:38.140 important
00:35:38.660 to
00:35:38.940 focus
00:35:39.260 on
00:35:39.580 Haitian
00:35:40.340 migrants
00:35:40.820 in
00:35:41.020 Ohio
00:35:41.440 the
00:35:41.800 ones
00:35:42.000 that
00:35:42.120 I
00:35:42.280 imported
00:35:42.700 hundreds
00:35:43.580 of
00:35:43.780 thousands
00:35:44.040 at a
00:35:44.340 time
00:35:44.760 and
00:35:45.840 homosexuals
00:35:47.620 and
00:35:47.720 transvestites
00:35:48.460 I
00:35:48.680 think
00:35:48.900 that's
00:35:49.140 really
00:35:49.500 that's
00:35:49.980 they're
00:35:50.860 really
00:35:51.200 under
00:35:51.540 threat
00:35:51.900 you
00:35:52.380 know
00:35:52.700 okay
00:35:54.660 so
00:35:55.340 some
00:35:55.760 people
00:35:55.980 are
00:35:56.100 viewing
00:35:56.280 this
00:35:56.520 as
00:35:56.700 merely
00:35:57.060 a
00:35:57.320 deflection
00:35:57.960 away
00:35:59.820 from
00:36:00.400 offering
00:36:01.260 sympathy
00:36:01.700 for
00:36:02.000 her
00:36:02.140 opponent
00:36:02.520 to
00:36:02.740 offering
00:36:03.020 sympathy
00:36:03.400 for
00:36:03.700 her
00:36:03.900 political
00:36:04.200 supporters
00:36:04.820 this
00:36:06.200 is
00:36:06.340 worse
00:36:06.700 than
00:36:06.920 that
00:36:07.480 because
00:36:08.480 when
00:36:08.880 she
00:36:09.460 says
00:36:09.840 the
00:36:10.220 people
00:36:10.480 really
00:36:10.920 under
00:36:11.240 threat
00:36:11.580 are
00:36:12.580 the
00:36:12.740 migrants
00:36:13.180 in
00:36:13.360 Ohio
00:36:13.720 the
00:36:14.020 people
00:36:14.200 really
00:36:14.560 under
00:36:14.800 threat
00:36:15.120 are
00:36:15.540 the
00:36:15.660 homosexuals
00:36:16.340 and
00:36:16.400 the
00:36:16.520 transvestites
00:36:17.300 the
00:36:18.580 next
00:36:18.800 question
00:36:19.100 is
00:36:19.260 well
00:36:19.420 who
00:36:19.660 threatens
00:36:20.060 them
00:36:20.320 and
00:36:20.460 the
00:36:20.580 answer
00:36:20.820 is
00:36:21.160 in
00:36:21.720 Kamala's
00:36:22.180 mind
00:36:22.420 in the
00:36:22.600 mind
00:36:22.760 of
00:36:22.860 the
00:36:22.960 left
00:36:23.220 Trump
00:36:24.020 the
00:36:25.840 real
00:36:26.040 people
00:36:26.300 we need
00:36:26.660 to
00:36:26.800 protect
00:36:27.140 are
00:36:27.460 the
00:36:27.880 people
00:36:29.000 who
00:36:29.980 are being
00:36:30.320 criticized
00:36:30.780 by
00:36:31.420 Trump
00:36:31.940 Trump

00:36:33.480 poses

00:36:34.000 existential
00:36:34.400 threat
00:36:35.020 to
00:36:35.860 our
00:36:36.040 country
00:36:36.460 we need
00:36:37.540 to

00:36:39.060 I
00:36:41.500 don't

00:37:52.720 that they're
00:37:53.720 only disappointed

00:38:31.800 Cuba

00:38:34.880 I'd like
00:38:36.000 two scoops
00:38:36.480 of that
00:38:36.760 please
00:38:37.080 that's true
00:38:37.900 even at the
00:38:39.740 federal level
00:38:40.280 they're jailing
00:38:41.240 conservatives
00:38:41.780 for posting
00:38:42.340 memes
00:38:42.640 but you're
00:38:44.080 right
00:38:44.280 whenever you
00:38:44.880 see some
00:38:45.560 shenanigans
00:38:46.480 in Cuba
00:38:47.040 or Venezuela
00:38:48.000 or some
00:38:48.760 other tinpot
00:38:49.380 dictatorship
00:38:49.920 you just
00:38:50.860 see the
00:38:51.200 leftist
00:38:51.920 governor
00:38:52.260 is just
00:38:52.620 salivating
00:38:53.340 oh that's a
00:38:54.060 good idea
00:38:54.420 I gotta write
00:38:54.900 that one
00:38:55.260 down
00:38:55.620 now
00:38:56.600 speaking of
00:38:57.380 foreign affairs
00:38:58.040 this is a
00:38:59.360 story
00:38:59.740 well actually
00:39:00.260 okay
00:39:00.640 before we get
00:39:01.460 to what I
00:39:02.340 really want to
00:39:02.820 say about
00:39:03.080 foreign affairs
00:39:03.520 we'll stick
00:39:03.980 on Kamala
00:39:04.440 for one
00:39:04.800 second
00:39:05.020 because Kamala
00:39:05.600 just gave
00:39:06.840 a really
00:39:08.640 tough answer
00:39:09.400 to a
00:39:10.240 question that
00:39:10.880 threatens
00:39:11.440 her
00:39:12.360 political
00:39:13.080 campaign
00:39:13.500 her campaign
00:39:13.980 has played
00:39:14.420 things relatively
00:39:15.120 well
00:39:15.380 they have a
00:39:15.980 ton of
00:39:16.200 support in
00:39:16.600 the media
00:39:16.920 so they've
00:39:17.840 been able
00:39:18.180 to paper
00:39:18.600 over all
00:39:19.220 of her
00:39:19.640 rough edges
00:39:21.320 and all of
00:39:21.720 the things
00:39:22.020 that voters
00:39:22.360 would hate
00:39:22.660 about her
00:39:22.980 but one
00:39:23.580 issue that
00:39:24.040 continues
00:39:24.620 to bedevil
00:39:25.380 the Democrats
00:39:25.880 is Israel
00:39:26.920 and it's
00:39:27.520 because it's
00:39:27.760 a wedge
00:39:28.100 issue for
00:39:28.460 the Democrats
00:39:28.960 the activist
00:39:29.540 base
00:39:29.900 despises
00:39:30.580 Israel
00:39:31.020 they're
00:39:31.460 leading the
00:39:31.820 intifada
00:39:32.280 on the
00:39:32.560 campuses
00:39:32.940 but the
00:39:33.680 establishment
00:39:34.200 the donor
00:39:34.660 class
00:39:34.980 is still
00:39:35.300 broadly
00:39:35.840 in favor
00:39:36.580 of Israel
00:39:37.120 and the
00:39:37.760 American
00:39:37.940 public
00:39:38.240 more broadly
00:39:38.960 generally
00:39:39.560 support
00:39:39.920 Israel
00:39:40.200 over the
00:39:40.600 Palestinians
00:39:41.040 over the
00:39:41.540 Iranians
00:39:41.940 so the
00:39:42.520 Democrats
00:39:42.900 are in
00:39:43.200 a damned
00:39:43.500 if you
00:39:43.720 do
00:39:43.820 situation
00:39:45.040 Kamala
00:39:46.000 was just
00:39:46.360 asked
00:39:46.640 about
00:39:46.880 aid
00:39:47.280 to
00:39:47.720 Israel
00:39:48.220 here's
00:39:49.260 the best
00:39:49.580 she could
00:39:49.840 muster
00:39:50.360 the
00:39:51.280 matter
00:39:51.440 if I
00:39:51.620 was present
00:39:51.840 just to
00:39:52.280 follow up
00:39:52.880 really
00:39:53.080 quickly
00:39:53.440 is there
00:39:54.140 a specific
00:39:54.640 policy
00:39:55.160 change
00:39:55.740 that you
00:39:56.400 as president
00:39:57.380 of the
00:39:57.760 United States
00:39:58.320 would say
00:39:58.760 you would
00:39:59.200 do
00:39:59.500 that would
00:40:00.120 help this
00:40:00.560 along
00:40:00.860 because you've
00:40:01.480 gotten a lot
00:40:01.880 of credit
00:40:02.260 for emphasizing
00:40:04.120 the humanity
00:40:04.780 of Palestinians
00:40:05.580 but what I
00:40:06.240 often hear
00:40:06.780 from folks
00:40:07.280 is that
00:40:07.740 there's no
00:40:08.400 policy
00:40:08.880 change
00:40:09.500 that either
00:40:11.720 you or
00:40:12.100 President Biden
00:40:13.560 have gone
00:40:14.020 and said
00:40:14.560 they would
00:40:14.860 do
00:40:15.060 is there
00:40:15.680 a specific
00:40:16.100 policy
00:40:16.600 change
00:40:17.000 as president
00:40:17.460 that you
00:40:17.760 would do
00:40:18.080 in our
00:40:18.640 helping
00:40:19.380 of Israel
00:40:20.060 we need
00:40:20.460 to get
00:40:20.860 this deal
00:40:21.580 done
00:40:21.880 and we need
00:40:22.860 to get
00:40:23.200 it done
00:40:23.700 immediately
00:40:24.300 and that is
00:40:24.920 my position
00:40:25.540 and that is
00:40:26.080 my policy
00:40:26.700 we need
00:40:27.460 to get
00:40:27.660 this deal
00:40:28.020 done
00:40:28.340 but in the
00:40:28.880 way that we
00:40:29.400 send weapons
00:40:30.020 in the way
00:40:30.460 that we
00:40:30.800 interact
00:40:31.240 as their
00:40:31.720 ally
00:40:32.100 are there
00:40:32.500 specific
00:40:32.880 policy
00:40:33.260 changes
00:40:33.640 well Eugene
00:40:34.240 for example
00:40:34.940 one of the
00:40:35.600 things that
00:40:35.980 we have
00:40:36.280 done
00:40:36.540 that I
00:40:36.900 am
00:40:37.060 entirely
00:40:38.200 supportive
00:40:38.820 of
00:40:39.080 is the
00:40:39.420 pause
00:40:39.700 that we
00:40:39.980 put on
00:40:40.480 the
00:40:40.720 2000
00:40:41.260 pound
00:40:42.140 bombs
00:40:42.840 and so
00:40:44.760 there is
00:40:45.580 some leverage
00:40:46.420 that we
00:40:46.860 have had
00:40:47.220 and used
00:40:47.820 but
00:40:48.560 ultimately
00:40:49.640 the thing
00:40:51.400 that is
00:40:51.740 going to
00:40:52.000 unlock
00:40:52.460 everything
00:40:53.100 else
00:40:53.760 in that
00:40:54.600 region
00:40:54.980 is getting
00:40:55.520 this deal
00:40:56.000 done
00:40:56.300 and I
00:40:57.560 can
00:40:57.740 I'm not
00:40:58.180 going to
00:40:58.420 disclose
00:40:58.760 private
00:40:59.340 conversations
00:41:00.040 but I
00:41:00.580 will tell
00:41:01.020 you
00:41:01.300 I've had
00:41:02.120 direct
00:41:02.460 conversations
00:41:03.120 with
00:41:04.160 the
00:41:04.720 prime
00:41:04.980 minister
00:41:05.380 okay
00:41:06.880 and so
00:41:07.460 we're
00:41:07.620 going to
00:41:07.760 get this
00:41:08.080 deal
00:41:08.280 done
00:41:08.560 that's
00:41:08.880 really
00:41:09.080 what
00:41:09.260 it's
00:41:09.400 all
00:41:09.540 about
00:41:09.700 we're
00:41:09.880 going to
00:41:10.020 get
00:41:10.100 this
00:41:10.220 deal
00:41:10.400 done
00:41:10.660 now
00:41:10.900 I
00:41:11.040 know
00:41:11.240 that
00:41:11.560 Joe
00:41:12.660 Biden
00:41:12.880 and I
00:41:13.080 have
00:41:13.180 been
00:41:13.280 in
00:41:13.400 office
00:41:13.640 for
00:41:13.880 three
00:41:14.120 and a
00:41:14.260 half
00:41:14.400 years
00:41:14.660 now
00:41:17.820 all
00:41:18.080 of
00:41:18.220 this
00:41:18.340 war
00:41:18.680 has
00:41:18.900 broken
00:41:19.200 out
00:41:19.540 after
00:41:19.940 relative
00:41:20.480 peace
00:41:20.940 and
00:41:21.560 actually
00:41:21.980 peace
00:41:22.260 in the
00:41:22.460 Middle
00:41:22.600 East
00:41:22.840 under
00:41:23.180 Donald
00:41:23.520 Trump
00:41:23.840 but
00:41:24.180 listen
00:41:24.480 we're
00:41:24.700 going to
00:41:24.880 get
00:41:25.020 we got
00:41:25.300 to get
00:41:25.480 this
00:41:25.620 deal
00:41:25.820 done
00:41:26.140 we got
00:41:27.340 to get
00:41:27.660 this
00:41:27.920 deal
00:41:28.220 done
00:41:28.680 said
00:41:30.420 the
00:41:30.580 woman
00:41:30.800 who's
00:41:31.040 currently
00:41:31.340 in
00:41:31.540 office
00:41:31.860 so
00:41:33.260 there's
00:41:33.620 no
00:41:33.920 evidence
00:41:34.700 to
00:41:34.940 suggest
00:41:35.260 that
00:41:35.460 she
00:41:35.600 could
00:41:35.780 ever
00:41:36.060 get
00:41:36.240 a
00:41:36.380 deal
00:41:36.540 done
00:41:36.860 if
00:41:37.100 she
00:41:37.700 were
00:41:37.900 capable
00:41:38.260 of
00:41:38.480 getting
00:41:38.660 a
00:41:38.820 deal
00:41:38.960 done
00:41:39.240 the
00:41:39.420 deal
00:41:39.580 would
00:41:39.740 be
00:41:39.860 done
00:41:40.020 already
00:41:40.320 she's
00:41:41.680 the
00:41:41.780 vice
00:41:41.980 president
00:41:42.360 and
00:41:42.700 the
00:41:43.100 president
00:41:43.460 is
00:41:43.860 basically
00:41:44.540 incapacitated
00:41:45.360 and
00:41:45.940 he's
00:41:46.120 imbued
00:41:46.360 her
00:41:46.460 with
00:41:46.620 presidential
00:41:47.000 authority
00:41:47.400 on
00:41:47.600 all
00:41:47.740 sorts
00:41:47.940 of
00:41:48.080 matters
00:41:48.380 and
00:41:49.020 they
00:41:49.140 haven't
00:41:49.360 gotten
00:41:49.540 a
00:41:49.660 deal
00:41:49.760 done
00:41:49.960 and
00:41:50.240 her
00:41:50.700 policy
00:41:51.080 doesn't
00:41:51.320 really
00:41:51.480 differ
00:41:51.680 from
00:41:51.880 Biden's
00:41:52.240 anyway
00:41:52.460 she
00:41:52.680 copied
00:41:53.280 and
00:41:53.500 pasted
00:41:53.880 his
00:41:54.040 platform
00:41:54.540 onto
00:41:54.920 her
00:41:55.100 website
00:41:55.480 so
00:41:57.140 there's
00:41:57.320 no
00:41:57.580 evidence
00:41:57.920 that
00:41:58.100 she'll
00:41:58.240 get
00:41:58.340 a
00:41:58.460 deal
00:41:58.600 done
00:41:58.940 so
00:41:59.460 the
00:41:59.620 only
00:41:59.980 thing
00:42:00.260 she's
00:42:00.480 offering
00:42:00.780 here
00:42:01.020 is
00:42:01.480 she
00:42:01.560 says
00:42:01.740 look
00:42:01.920 we've
00:42:02.180 paused
00:42:02.540 2,000
00:42:03.220 pound
00:42:03.400 bombs
00:42:03.740 to
00:42:03.900 Israel
00:42:04.180 which
00:42:04.620 is
00:42:04.760 to
00:42:04.880 say
00:42:05.080 she
00:42:05.540 says
00:42:05.680 the
00:42:05.800 only
00:42:05.980 thing
00:42:06.200 we
00:42:06.340 can
00:42:06.500 do
00:42:06.740 is
00:42:07.080 slightly
00:42:07.820 reduce
00:42:08.360 our
00:42:08.540 support
00:42:08.900 for
00:42:09.100 Israel
00:42:09.420 is
00:42:12.200 that
00:42:12.380 a
00:42:12.520 good
00:42:12.660 policy
00:42:13.140 to
00:42:14.680 slightly
00:42:15.180 reduce
00:42:15.660 your
00:42:15.840 support
00:42:16.240 for
00:42:16.700 a
00:42:16.840 putative
00:42:17.120 ally
00:42:17.460 that
00:42:19.600 is
00:42:19.760 kind
00:42:19.960 of
00:42:20.040 like
00:42:20.160 the
00:42:20.280 Ukraine
00:42:20.580 policy
00:42:20.960 the
00:42:21.120 Ukraine
00:42:21.400 policy
00:42:21.860 is
00:42:22.320 not
00:42:22.540 help
00:42:22.820 Ukraine
00:42:23.140 to
00:42:23.320 win
00:42:23.640 against
00:42:24.360 Russia
00:42:24.780 the
00:42:25.240 Ukraine
00:42:25.520 policy
00:42:25.900 is
00:42:26.100 give
00:42:26.340 Ukraine
00:42:26.860 just
00:42:27.720 enough
00:42:28.080 arms
00:42:28.680 and
00:42:29.540 munitions
00:42:30.060 to
00:42:30.960 keep
00:42:31.260 the
00:42:31.440 war
00:42:31.640 going
00:42:32.040 so
00:42:32.580 you're
00:42:32.780 going
00:42:32.860 to
00:42:32.940 end
00:42:33.100 up
00:42:33.240 with
00:42:33.340 a
00:42:33.560 lot
00:42:33.780 of
00:42:33.900 dead
00:42:34.060 Ukrainians
00:42:34.660 but
00:42:34.820 it's
00:42:34.960 also
00:42:35.340 going
00:42:35.920 to
00:42:36.140 lead
00:42:36.380 the
00:42:36.600 Russians
00:42:36.920 to
00:42:37.140 keep
00:42:37.300 sending
00:42:37.560 their
00:42:37.780 young
00:42:38.000 men
00:42:38.180 into
00:42:38.380 fight
00:42:38.680 and
00:42:39.060 it's
00:42:39.200 going
00:42:39.300 to
00:42:39.420 kill
00:42:39.640 a lot
00:42:39.920 of
00:42:40.040 Russians
00:42:40.380 and
00:42:40.800 the
00:42:41.180 euphemism
00:42:41.700 that
00:42:41.900 is
00:42:42.000 used
00:42:42.260 for
00:42:42.420 this
00:42:42.640 is
00:42:42.900 to
00:42:43.400 degrade
00:42:44.040 the
00:42:44.300 Russian
00:42:44.580 army
00:42:44.940 to
00:42:45.260 degrade
00:42:45.940 the
00:42:46.160 Russian
00:42:46.400 military
00:42:46.740 but
00:42:47.080 all
00:42:47.180 that
00:42:47.300 means
00:42:47.520 is
00:42:47.660 just
00:42:47.880 lead
00:42:49.120 the
00:42:49.260 war
00:42:49.460 into
00:42:49.660 a
00:42:49.840 stalemate
00:42:50.280 so
00:42:50.480 that
00:42:50.620 lots
00:42:50.860 of
00:42:50.980 people
00:42:51.160 on
00:42:51.360 both
00:42:51.580 sides
00:42:51.840 die
00:42:52.280 and
00:42:52.900 it's
00:42:53.060 too
00:42:53.200 bad
00:42:53.360 for
00:42:53.500 the
00:42:53.600 Ukrainians
00:42:54.060 but
00:42:54.220 at
00:42:54.320 least
00:42:54.440 you
00:42:54.600 weaken
00:42:54.780 the
00:42:54.940 Russians
00:42:55.180 and
00:42:55.400 that's
00:42:55.600 fine
00:42:55.860 that's
00:42:56.360 the
00:42:56.760 limit
00:42:57.660 of
00:42:57.840 their
00:42:57.980 grand
00:42:58.240 strategy
00:42:58.740 and
00:42:59.820 it's
00:42:59.920 the
00:43:00.040 same
00:43:00.160 thing
00:43:00.340 here
00:43:00.520 okay
00:43:00.920 we're
00:43:01.100 not
00:43:01.320 going
00:43:01.440 to
00:43:01.560 defund
00:43:01.960 Israel
00:43:02.320 totally
00:43:02.720 but
00:43:03.160 we're
00:43:03.320 going
00:43:03.420 to
00:43:03.520 take
00:43:03.720 away
00:43:03.920 one
00:43:04.260 type
00:43:04.520 of
00:43:04.660 bomb
00:43:04.960 from
00:43:05.220 them
00:43:05.440 so
00:43:06.620 it's
00:43:06.800 just
00:43:06.960 this
00:43:07.260 foreign
00:43:08.080 policy
00:43:08.560 of
00:43:08.740 shrugging
00:43:09.120 your
00:43:09.300 shoulders
00:43:09.720 because
00:43:10.120 as I
00:43:20.480 continue
00:43:21.340 to
00:43:21.600 support
00:43:22.040 Israel
00:43:22.700 as we
00:43:23.840 have
00:43:24.060 for
00:43:24.280 many
00:43:24.600 decades
00:43:24.940 now
00:43:25.240 even
00:43:25.920 as
00:43:26.100 Israel
00:43:26.380 does
00:43:26.660 things
00:43:26.940 that
00:43:27.120 a lot
00:43:27.340 of
00:43:27.420 Americans
00:43:27.680 disagree
00:43:27.980 with
00:43:28.240 or
00:43:29.600 you
00:43:30.060 could
00:43:30.200 stop
00:43:30.480 supporting
00:43:30.820 Israel
00:43:31.120 and
00:43:31.300 start
00:43:31.480 supporting
00:43:31.840 Palestine
00:43:32.520 such
00:43:33.460 as
00:43:33.600 it
00:43:33.720 is
00:43:34.020 but
00:43:34.560 there's
00:43:35.180 really
00:43:35.340 no
00:43:35.480 such
00:43:35.680 thing
00:43:35.880 as
00:43:36.020 Palestine
00:43:36.520 there's
00:43:37.180 there's
00:43:37.740 just
00:43:37.860 the
00:43:38.000 Iranians
00:43:38.540 so
00:43:38.740 you'd
00:43:38.940 be
00:43:39.060 and
00:43:39.620 you
00:43:39.720 wouldn't
00:43:39.900 only
00:43:40.060 be
00:43:40.220 turning
00:43:40.380 away
00:43:40.560 from
00:43:40.700 Israel
00:43:40.960 you'd
00:43:41.580 be
00:43:41.680 turning
00:43:41.880 away
00:43:42.100 from
00:43:42.340 many
00:43:42.700 of
00:43:42.860 our
00:43:42.980 allies
00:43:43.500 in
00:43:43.660 the
00:43:50.480 Houthis
00:43:51.800 like
00:43:52.020 a number
00:43:52.540 of
00:43:52.680 other
00:43:52.840 groups
00:43:53.080 so
00:43:54.180 now
00:43:54.460 you're
00:43:54.680 going
00:43:54.760 to
00:43:54.780 be
00:43:54.900 irritating
00:43:55.340 I
00:43:56.120 don't
00:43:56.240 know
00:43:56.400 maybe
00:43:56.560 the
00:43:56.760 Saudis
00:43:57.200 maybe
00:43:57.400 the
00:43:57.560 Bahrainis
00:43:58.240 maybe
00:43:58.520 Kuwait
00:43:59.200 maybe
00:43:59.540 but
00:43:59.900 you're
00:44:00.160 going
00:44:00.260 to
00:44:00.300 be
00:44:00.440 sucking
00:44:00.700 up
00:44:00.940 then
00:44:01.120 to
00:44:01.280 the
00:44:01.800 Palestinians
00:44:02.620 and
00:44:03.040 Hamas
00:44:03.460 and
00:44:03.600 Hezbollah
00:44:04.040 and
00:44:04.240 Iran
00:44:04.620 is
00:44:04.840 that
00:44:05.000 going
00:44:05.120 to
00:44:05.200 really
00:44:05.360 serve
00:44:05.580 the
00:44:05.720 American
00:44:05.980 interest
00:44:06.420 or
00:44:08.180 the
00:44:08.700 third
00:44:08.920 option
00:44:09.240 I
00:44:09.400 guess
00:44:09.660 is
00:44:10.000 you
00:44:10.660 just
00:44:11.420 take
00:44:11.620 your
00:44:11.740 hands
00:44:11.960 off
00:44:12.100 entirely
00:44:12.460 and
00:44:12.620 you
00:44:12.700 say
00:44:12.820 look
00:44:12.980 it's
00:44:13.680 the
00:44:13.800 Middle
00:44:13.960 East
00:44:14.300 ain't
00:44:14.840 our
00:44:15.000 problem
00:44:15.480 they
00:44:15.760 can
00:44:15.960 duke
00:44:16.200 it
00:44:16.340 out
00:44:16.700 but
00:44:18.000 that
00:44:18.920 solution
00:44:20.540 is
00:44:21.300 basically
00:44:21.640 to
00:44:21.820 say
00:44:21.920 we're
00:44:22.120 not
00:44:22.300 going
00:44:22.400 to
00:44:22.440 be
00:44:22.540 the
00:44:22.660 global
00:44:22.900 hegemon
00:44:23.300 anymore
00:44:23.620 we're
00:44:23.980 not
00:44:24.140 going
00:44:24.280 to
00:44:24.340 be
00:44:24.460 the
00:44:24.740 empire
00:44:25.880 of
00:44:26.080 the
00:44:26.180 world
00:44:26.460 so
00:44:27.000 then
00:44:27.240 you're
00:44:27.440 inviting
00:44:27.800 China
00:44:28.280 to
00:44:28.500 step
00:44:28.720 into
00:44:28.860 that
00:44:29.040 vacuum
00:44:29.400 or
00:44:29.660 you're
00:44:29.860 inviting
00:44:30.140 some
00:44:30.380 other
00:44:30.560 state
00:44:30.780 probably
00:44:31.160 it
00:44:31.440 would
00:44:31.520 just
00:44:31.660 be
00:44:31.800 China
00:44:32.020 right
00:44:32.240 now
00:44:32.480 you're
00:44:33.520 inviting
00:44:33.840 Russia
00:44:34.340 to
00:44:34.580 come
00:44:34.760 in
00:44:34.960 to
00:44:35.200 Europe
00:44:35.440 you're
00:44:35.640 inviting
00:44:35.920 so
00:44:36.160 even
00:44:37.620 that
00:44:38.000 is
00:44:38.200 not
00:44:38.420 without
00:44:38.740 consequence
00:44:39.240 to
00:44:39.480 America
00:44:39.840 it's
00:44:40.040 to
00:44:40.160 say
00:44:40.280 okay
00:44:40.440 we're
00:44:40.620 going
00:44:40.860 to
00:44:41.140 encourage
00:44:42.340 another
00:44:42.720 foreign
00:44:43.040 power
00:44:43.340 to
00:44:43.520 become
00:44:43.900 the
00:44:44.580 global
00:44:44.880 empire
00:44:45.340 is
00:44:45.820 that
00:44:46.040 what
00:44:46.260 the
00:44:47.040 Democrats
00:44:47.360 want
00:44:47.540 is
00:44:47.660 that
00:44:47.860 what
00:44:48.080 the
00:44:48.760 American
00:44:49.000 people
00:44:49.240 want
00:44:49.420 probably
00:44:49.760 not
00:44:50.140 so
00:44:51.360 what
00:44:51.540 are
00:44:51.620 you
00:44:51.700 going
00:44:51.840 to
00:44:51.920 do
00:44:52.200 none
00:44:53.480 of
00:44:53.620 those
00:44:53.840 options
00:44:54.260 the
00:44:54.680 Republicans
00:44:55.100 have
00:44:55.340 concluded
00:44:55.660 okay
00:44:55.940 the
00:44:56.220 acceptable
00:44:56.760 option
00:44:57.160 is
00:44:57.420 basically
00:44:57.820 to
00:44:58.300 just
00:44:58.720 support
00:44:59.540 Israel
00:44:59.860 as we
00:45:00.180 have
00:45:00.500 and
00:45:00.720 it's
00:45:00.880 kind
00:45:01.040 of
00:45:01.120 annoying
00:45:01.380 and
00:45:01.540 they
00:45:01.640 do
00:45:01.740 things
00:45:01.940 we
00:45:02.060 don't
00:45:02.240 like
00:45:02.660 and
00:45:03.020 you
00:45:03.620 know
00:45:03.700 it'd
00:45:03.860 probably
00:45:04.240 be
00:45:04.480 better
00:45:04.720 for
00:45:05.040 America
00:45:05.520 if
00:45:05.700 they
00:45:05.800 would
00:45:05.900 wind
00:45:06.140 down
00:45:06.320 this
00:45:06.480 war
00:45:06.720 but
00:45:06.900 broadly
00:45:07.200 speaking
00:45:07.580 we're
00:45:07.800 going
00:45:07.880 to
00:45:07.940 stick
00:45:08.100 with
00:45:08.220 our
00:45:08.340 long
00:45:08.500 standing
00:45:08.740 alliance
00:45:09.420 even
00:45:09.900 if
00:45:10.040 it's
00:45:10.240 irritating
00:45:10.680 and
00:45:10.840 even
00:45:10.940 if
00:45:11.040 they're
00:45:11.140 doing
00:45:11.320 things
00:45:11.560 we
00:45:11.780 dislike
00:45:12.380 the
00:45:13.680 Democrats
00:45:14.120 are
00:45:14.560 just
00:45:14.800 not
00:45:15.180 doing
00:45:15.400 anything
00:45:15.700 they're
00:45:15.860 saying
00:45:16.000 we're
00:45:16.160 going
00:45:16.260 to
00:45:16.340 defend
00:45:16.580 Israel
00:45:16.920 but
00:45:17.100 we're
00:45:17.260 also
00:45:17.500 going
00:45:17.700 to
00:45:17.780 give
00:45:17.900 money
00:45:18.120 to
00:45:18.260 the
00:45:18.400 Iranians
00:45:19.020 and
00:45:19.140 we're
00:45:19.260 going
00:45:19.340 to
00:45:19.360 go
00:45:19.460 soft
00:45:19.740 on
00:45:19.940 them
00:45:20.180 and
00:45:20.300 work
00:45:20.500 against
00:45:20.760 our
00:45:20.940 own
00:45:21.320 alliance
00:45:22.920 in
00:45:23.460 the
00:45:23.560 Middle
00:45:23.680 East
00:45:23.980 but
00:45:24.460 also
00:45:24.840 we're
00:45:25.200 not
00:45:25.380 going
00:45:25.500 to
00:45:25.560 do
00:45:25.700 too
00:45:25.980 much
00:45:26.260 we're
00:45:26.420 not
00:45:26.600 going
00:45:26.700 to
00:45:26.780 give
00:45:26.940 anyone
00:45:27.160 a
00:45:27.300 clear
00:45:27.520 victory
00:45:27.940 so
00:45:28.200 we're
00:45:28.580 going
00:45:28.660 to
00:45:28.740 back
00:45:29.200 away
00:45:29.440 on
00:45:29.580 the
00:45:29.660 world
00:45:29.860 stage
00:45:30.240 and
00:45:30.400 we're
00:45:30.520 just
00:45:30.660 going
00:45:30.780 to
00:45:30.800 leave
00:45:30.940 everything
00:45:31.480 in
00:45:31.960 a
00:45:32.080 helter
00:45:32.340 skelter
00:45:32.700 stalemate
00:45:33.460 because
00:45:34.060 these
00:45:34.280 people
00:45:34.580 can't
00:45:34.840 come
00:45:34.940 to
00:45:35.040 conclusions
00:45:35.420 about
00:45:35.700 anything
00:45:36.040 that's
00:45:37.060 what
00:45:37.160 it
00:45:37.260 is
00:45:37.360 it
00:45:37.460 just
00:45:37.580 leaves
00:45:37.900 you
00:45:38.040 in
00:45:38.160 a
00:45:38.260 kind
00:45:38.520 of
00:45:38.720 well
00:45:39.460 something
00:45:39.780 that
00:45:39.980 is
00:45:40.080 endemic
00:45:40.420 to
00:45:40.580 liberalism
00:45:41.000 a
00:45:41.100 kind
00:45:41.200 of
00:45:41.320 mealy
00:45:43.600 mouthed
00:45:44.060 indifference
00:45:44.600 that
00:45:44.980 endangers
00:45:45.800 everyone
00:45:46.260 because
00:45:46.520 sometimes
00:45:47.060 a wrong
00:45:47.860 decision
00:45:48.220 can even
00:45:48.600 be
00:45:48.760 better
00:45:48.980 than
00:45:49.160 indecision
00:45:49.820 and
00:45:50.640 that's
00:45:51.220 where
00:45:51.340 we
00:45:51.500 are
00:45:51.640 Kamala's
00:45:52.120 answer
00:45:52.460 I
00:45:52.660 don't
00:45:52.760 know
00:45:52.840 she
00:45:52.940 might
00:45:53.080 as
00:45:53.160 well
00:45:53.300 babble
00:45:53.640 about
00:45:53.840 Venn
00:45:54.100 diagrams

00:45:54.900 school
00:45:55.180 buses
00:45:55.500 that
00:45:56.180 it's
00:45:56.380 going
00:45:56.500 to
00:45:56.640 have
00:45:57.140 as
00:45:57.280 much
00:45:57.660 practical
00:45:58.920 foreign
00:45:59.260 policy
00:45:59.640 import
00:46:00.020 is
00:46:00.220 the
00:46:00.340 nonsense
00:46:00.620 she
00:46:00.820 just
00:46:01.020 said
00:46:01.260 now
00:46:01.800 it's
00:46:01.940 music
00:46:02.180 Monday
00:46:02.480 the rest
00:46:03.060 of the

00:46:03.420 continues
00:46:03.840 now
00:46:04.040 you
00:46:04.160 don't
00:46:04.360 want

00:46:04.740 it

00:46:29.860 much

00:46:33.220 if

00:46:34.160 I'm

00:46:34.900 I'm

00:46:36.540 I need

00:46:37.220 deeper
00:46:37.620 undercover
00:46:58.920 yet
00:46:59.200 this
00:46:59.540 country
00:46:59.780 is a
