00:00:37.680 What do you feel in your body when you hear the term white people?
00:00:43.300 I feel like a cringe about it.
00:00:46.440 White, straight, cisgender, man, it's the top of the pile.
00:00:49.480 I'm on the top of the pile.
00:00:50.420 It's me.
00:00:52.080 Can I just propose a toast?
00:00:53.340 Raise a glass if you're racist.
00:00:55.060 It's a racist.
00:00:56.980 That was really weird.
00:00:58.800 Don't deny that you're racist.
00:01:00.060 Try not to be racist, but also don't realize that you're...
00:01:02.720 Until we're willing to talk about these things, healing can't really begin.
00:01:05.560 My daughter's four years old.
00:01:06.620 She's still watching Disney movies and choosing a white princess.
00:01:09.860 Have you talked to her about that?
00:01:10.800 All the time.
00:01:11.680 Is racism inherent to whiteness?
00:01:14.060 Yes.
00:01:14.480 Yep.
00:01:14.920 Yeah, probably.
00:01:15.660 Well, yeah.
00:01:16.740 Joining us now is Matt, certified DEI expert.
00:01:20.160 Did race exist as a reality before?
00:01:22.060 We made race exist.
00:01:23.580 Does that make sense?
00:01:24.400 It does make sense.
00:01:25.080 What do you mean?
00:01:26.160 What you're doing is you're stretching out of your whiteness.
00:01:29.660 This is more for you and less for you.
00:01:31.820 Am I racist?
00:01:33.240 Now streaming only on Daily Wire Plus.
00:01:36.120 Rated PG-13.
00:01:37.900 The Harris campaign's outreach to traditionally conservative voters has not gone well.
00:01:43.280 White dudes for Harris never caught on.
00:01:45.660 Republicans for Harris is pretty much just the Cheney family.
00:01:48.500 So in the homestretch of the campaign, Democrats are turning their attention to turning out their base with a new advertisement targeting that ever-reliable demographic, wankers for Harris.
00:02:02.200 We will analyze a tastefully and appropriately redacted cut of that ad and so much more.
00:02:08.520 I'm Michael Knowles.
00:02:09.100 This is the Michael Knowles Show.
00:02:28.920 Welcome back to the show.
00:02:30.380 I know we're all focused on the election and American politics, but just as a little preview of things to come, we look over across the Atlantic.
00:02:38.820 It is now illegal to pray in your own head in the United Kingdom.
00:02:43.140 It's happening there now.
00:02:44.820 It will happen here soon enough if we don't stop it.
00:02:47.760 Mortgage tips are like opinions.
00:02:49.600 Everyone's got one.
00:02:50.940 Say hello to good mortgage advice and get up to $5,100 with a new TD Mortgage.

00:02:58.120 Conditions apply.
00:02:58.700 Offer ends August 31st, 2025.
00:03:00.880 TD.
00:03:01.660 Ready for you.
00:03:02.900 This is the grossest way I've ever started one of these shows, but it seems relevant and horrifying, but nevertheless revealing of the state of the campaign.
00:03:15.620 Democrats are running a 30-second ad.
00:03:20.980 They call this ad Republicans rubbing you the wrong way.
00:03:25.280 I have dubbed this group, I think more precisely, wankers for Harris.
00:03:30.400 We've blurred this out a little because, you know, it's all right.
00:03:33.340 We want to be a wholesome show here.
00:03:36.400 I thought this was satire when I first watched it.
00:03:40.760 No, it's apparently totally earnest.
00:03:43.260 I saw it.
00:03:43.840 You have to, too.
00:03:46.160 Sorry.
00:03:46.820 You can't do that.
00:03:48.040 What the hell, man?
00:03:48.860 How'd you get in here?
00:03:49.860 I'm your Republican congressman.
00:03:51.980 Now that we're in charge, we're banning Bourne nationwide.
00:03:55.680 You can't tell me what to do.
00:03:56.800 Get out of my bedroom, you creep.
00:03:58.200 I won the last election, so it's my decision.
00:04:01.840 I'm just going to watch and make sure you don't finish illegally.
00:04:06.220 Vote November 5th.
00:04:08.420 Paid for by PAS.
00:04:10.080 Progress Action Fund.
00:04:11.720 Not authorized by any candidate or candidates committees.
00:04:13.960 It's an outside group, but, you know, that's how campaigns are run is by outside groups.
00:04:17.480 The liberals accuse Trump of appealing to the passions, right?
00:04:24.540 This is what, even at that rally in Madison Square Garden I was at,
00:04:27.560 they say he's just riling up the base passions of his voters.
00:04:31.640 And then I think, okay, I went to the rally, and they were talking about the economy.
00:04:36.000 They were talking about inflation.
00:04:37.500 They were talking about our traditional rights in this country.
00:04:40.060 They were talking about the rights of women and the rights of men.
00:04:42.960 They were talking about stable families.
00:04:45.040 They were giving pretty specific policy recommendations for how to improve the state of things.
00:04:49.720 And then I look at the Democrats, and the Democrats are so desperate
00:04:55.500 that they're now appealing to the basest passions I can imagine.
00:05:00.000 Consider how degrading this is.
00:05:03.660 Say, hey, do you like doing really shameful acts that you obviously are ashamed of
00:05:10.900 because you're hiding it away in your bedroom, and you're freaked out whenever anybody sees you?
00:05:14.360 Yeah, you know, hey, do you want to continue to commit self-abuse?
00:05:18.340 Well, then you have to vote for Kamala Harris.
00:05:21.500 Otherwise, otherwise what?
00:05:23.620 Is there any grain of truth to this?
00:05:25.500 Do Republicans really seek to ban those acts?
00:05:29.340 Not exactly.
00:05:31.920 You know, maybe it would be nice if politicians could do that.
00:05:35.540 But going back to St. Thomas Aquinas, you know, not everyone is as advanced in virtue as everyone else.
00:05:40.940 And so you have to have a prudent policy that tolerates certain degrees of vice in order to help to pursue the common good,
00:05:51.020 in order to help people to grow in virtue without just totally cracking them, you know,
00:05:56.140 without totally demoralizing them and setting them back even further.
00:05:59.120 This is pretty classical and scholastic political philosophy.
00:06:04.260 So I don't see any Republicans anywhere seeking to ban those acts,
00:06:09.400 though we disapprove of them, of course.
00:06:12.500 You know, they're not the sort of thing that ought to be encouraged.
00:06:14.060 I don't see anyone trying to ban them.
00:06:15.440 The only thing that I see that's even close to a kernel of truth in this ad
00:06:18.740 is that Republicans support laws requiring age verification
00:06:24.240 to look at hardcore high-speed pornography on the Internet.
00:06:29.940 That's all I notice.
00:06:31.800 No one's really seeking to ban pornography, certainly not to ban that act.
00:06:36.660 I'm not sure how you would do that even.
00:06:38.920 But there are laws that say, hey, look, you got to show an ID to prove you're 21 to buy a cigar.
00:06:45.020 You can't buy a Mayflower cigar without showing an ID to prove that you're 21 years old.
00:06:49.300 You can't go buy a beer without showing an ID to show that you're 21 years old.
00:06:53.720 You can't drive a car without an ID showing that you're a certain age,
00:06:58.520 first for your permit, then for your license.
00:07:00.800 You can't go see an R-rated movie if you're underage.
00:07:05.040 You can't do this.
00:07:05.900 You can't go buy a Playboy at a magazine shop if those still exist, if you don't show an ID.
00:07:11.380 So wouldn't it just follow as common sense that you ought to show an ID to prove you're not a child
00:07:17.180 to look at high-speed hardcore Internet porn?
00:07:20.780 Don't you think?
00:07:21.700 However, when states pass laws requiring ID so that kids don't look at this stuff,
00:07:29.060 you'll notice all the big porn companies shut down in those states.
00:07:32.820 They would rather cease doing business in those states entirely
00:07:37.060 than require people to show IDs so that little kids don't access their material.
00:07:42.000 Kind of tells you a lot about those companies.
00:07:45.180 The porn company's argument is that it's not about little kids seeing their stuff.
00:07:48.920 They deny that that happens or they'd like to deny that that happens.
00:07:51.760 But they say, well, it's about privacy.
00:07:54.440 If they require ID, no one's going to submit the ID because they're ashamed of the act.
00:07:58.680 Yes, exactly.
00:07:59.640 That's the point.
00:08:00.140 This is shameful stuff.
00:08:01.200 So whereas Donald Trump appeals to patriotism, making America great again,
00:08:08.720 wanting to provide for your family, wanting to go to school, wanting to get a job.
00:08:13.700 Well, he's appealing to all these ideals that are really good for you that people aspire to.
00:08:17.820 The Democrats at this point, for Kamala Harris, who has very little to run on,
00:08:23.420 they are now appealing to shame.
00:08:26.380 They're now appealing to, hey, you know that gross thing that you like to do?
00:08:29.500 You know that totally embarrassing, gross, shameful thing?
00:08:32.820 Well, if you want to keep doing it, if you're addicted to drugs or porn or this,
00:08:38.660 hey, if you want to get your next fix of that thing that's harmful to you,
00:08:42.420 yeah, vote for us.
00:08:43.220 We'll give it to you.
00:08:44.720 Those Republicans, they won't do it.
00:08:46.740 Really, in a campaign that has been so degrading for the Democrats,
00:08:51.620 appealing to just the grossest stuff, this one is the cherry on top of that sundae.
00:08:56.460 Now, those white dudes for Harris are embarrassing enough.
00:08:59.640 The black women for Harris, not much better.
00:09:03.440 Michelle Obama campaigning for Kamala on this argument.
00:09:09.740 So let us use our voices in these final days to make it plain to the men in our lives
00:09:17.600 that we need to stand not with Trump, but with us.
00:09:22.860 We need them to vote for the only candidate in this race who will protect our lives.
00:09:29.040 We need them to vote for Kamala Harris.
00:09:35.840 Kamala, she will fight to restore our reproductive freedoms and defend our health.
00:09:43.980 Kamala will fight for our access to life-saving emergency care and maternal care in every state.
00:09:50.860 Kamala will veto any abortion ban or bill that restricts access to contraception or IVF.
00:09:58.040 Kamala will do all of this not because she's a woman, but because she's a decent human being.
00:10:11.100 She's going to let us kill any kid we want because she's a decent human being.
00:10:17.460 Notice the Michelle Obama speech is pretty much the same as the wankers for Harris ad.
00:10:24.620 It's appealing to dark, shameful passions.
00:10:27.800 How do you know that the desire to kill babies is dark and shameful?
00:10:32.940 Because Michelle Obama has to use all sorts of euphemisms to describe it.
00:10:38.740 She says, we need access to life-saving medical care.
00:10:42.260 Abortion doesn't save a life.
00:10:43.880 That's not what abortion does.
00:10:45.240 Abortion ends lives.
00:10:46.440 Abortion does not save lives.
00:10:49.240 Well, we need access to maternal care.
00:10:51.560 Maternal care, abortion is the opposite of maternal care.
00:10:54.120 Abortion stops you from being a mother.
00:10:56.840 Well, it doesn't actually stay.
00:10:57.800 Once a mother, always a mother.
00:10:59.240 But it does deny that you're a mother.
00:11:02.380 It seeks to end the responsibilities of motherhood.
00:11:05.380 It's exactly the opposite of maternal care.
00:11:08.280 She gives up the game a little bit at the end, though.
00:11:09.920 She talks about abortion pills.
00:11:11.880 Democrats used to not really talk about abortion by that name.
00:11:15.960 They try to avoid talking about abortion.
00:11:18.560 Michelle Obama tried to use euphemisms in the first part.
00:11:20.660 And then she just comes out and says it, abortion pills.
00:11:22.740 Just like Democrats used to talk about abortions being safe, legal, and rare.
00:11:26.420 How it was unfortunate, but we have to have it legal for some reason.
00:11:31.000 And now they say, no, shout your abortion.
00:11:32.560 Abortion up until the moment of birth.
00:11:34.140 Abortion after birth.
00:11:36.360 She says, you have to do it.
00:11:37.520 Because Kamala is a decent person.
00:11:40.840 And you heard a little bit of it at the top of that clip.
00:11:43.420 In that speech, she says, you know, men need to vote for Kamala if they care about women.
00:11:47.640 And you women, you got to tell your husbands.
00:11:49.700 You got to force your husbands and your brothers and your fathers and your sons to vote for Kamala.
00:11:54.940 So here's Michelle Obama.
00:11:56.060 She's saying, we need to introduce discord into marriages and families.
00:12:00.140 And we specifically have to do that.
00:12:02.500 We need to introduce that discord so that we can elect a woman who will allow a mother to sever the most fundamental human bond.
00:12:10.200 The bond between a mother and her child, which Mother Teresa in her Nobel Prize acceptance speech called the source of all, the greatest evil in the world, abortion.
00:12:19.080 Because it severs that bond between the mother and the child.
00:12:21.980 And if a mother can kill her child, then there's no reason that any of us can't kill each other or ourselves.
00:12:28.140 We got to do that because of what a great person she is.
00:12:31.000 It's these same kinds of appeals.
00:12:32.840 Where's the idealism?
00:12:33.920 Democrats used to at least strive for some kind of idealism.
00:12:38.000 We want to make America great.
00:12:39.960 We want a flourishing country.
00:12:41.420 We want strong families.
00:12:42.540 No.
00:12:42.920 Now they're saying, hey, vote for us and we'll let you kill your kids and abuse yourself.
00:12:49.360 That's what you get.
00:12:50.900 Those Republicans, they don't look kindly on murdering kids and hardcore porn accessible to children.
00:12:58.600 So vote for us and we'll make sure your kids have widespread access to porn.
00:13:03.460 We'll make sure that you can kill those kids.
00:13:06.140 And then if you do have the kids, that they can access the porn.
00:13:08.720 Vote for us if you're a good person.
00:13:10.660 Hmm.
00:13:11.320 Doesn't take a genius to note that that is not a good policy.

00:14:34.320 Michelle Obama, awful on the campaign trail, still in many ways more tolerable than Kamala.
00:14:40.160 We do have some breaking news.
00:14:41.540 Even with seven days to go, we have big news in the presidential race.
00:14:46.480 A new Kamala accent has just dropped.
00:14:49.620 You know, we previously had the urban accent.
00:14:52.660 Then we had the Latina accent when Kamala was speaking to a crowd of Hispanics.
00:14:57.620 She said, I love you too.
00:14:59.220 I love you too, mommy.
00:15:00.540 Hello.
00:15:01.180 And now we have Pastor Kamala, Priestess Kamala, coming to you from the pulpit.
00:15:08.920 Weeping may endure for a night, but joy cometh in the morning.
00:15:17.900 The path may seem hard, the work may seem heavy, but joy cometh in the morning.
00:15:25.860 And church morning is on its way.
00:15:29.380 I have a dream today.
00:15:32.680 Not really persuasive at all.
00:15:36.300 At least for me.
00:15:37.240 I don't know, maybe I'm just biased.
00:15:39.680 I don't like this woman.
00:15:40.860 She does not strike me as a pastor.
00:15:45.200 She doesn't seem to have the thumos, the ethos that is required for a really stirring pastor.
00:15:52.520 It just seems fake.
00:15:54.020 It just seems totally disingenuous and fake.
00:15:58.400 Say what you will about Trump.
00:16:02.620 He is not fake.
00:16:04.520 This is, I think, one explanation as to why so many people who typically do not support Republicans, who typically are strong supporters of Democrats, seem to be coming over to Kamala.
00:16:16.460 Seem to be coming over from Kamala to Trump in poll after poll after poll.
00:16:20.140 Trump, no matter what crowd you put him in front of, he is exactly the same guy.
00:16:25.940 He dresses the same.
00:16:27.620 He makes the same facial expressions.
00:16:29.860 He speaks in the same voice.
00:16:31.240 And he says the same things.
00:16:33.660 He is the same guy.
00:16:35.660 With Kamala, you put her in front of Hispanics.
00:16:41.020 She talks like, hello, like Desi Arnaz, Ricky Ricardo, Kamala Harris.
00:16:46.940 Ay, ay, ay.
00:16:47.580 Then you put her in front of Christians.
00:16:49.700 Don't forget, one week ago, people came into a Kamala Harris rally and said, Jesus is Lord.
00:16:57.120 And she laughed at them in their face and said, oh, you're at the wrong rally.
00:17:01.660 You got to go to that Trump rally down the street.
00:17:04.120 We don't take kindly to Christians in my rally.
00:17:08.040 And she did her little witch gackle.
00:17:10.080 Now, one week later, she comes out.
00:17:12.180 Joy cometh in the morning, I say.
00:17:14.500 Can I get a hallelujah?
00:17:16.940 Can I get a say hallelujah?
00:17:19.100 I'm Kamala Harris for.
00:17:20.500 Oh, wait, hold on.
00:17:20.880 What crowd am I in front of?
00:17:22.620 Hold on.
00:17:23.100 Let me just rejigger my, hey, Christians aren't welcome here.
00:17:26.600 You go to the rally down the street.
00:17:28.600 Wait, hold on.
00:17:29.060 Which crowd am I?
00:17:29.660 Oh, I meant to say hello.
00:17:31.220 You're both for me.
00:17:32.840 She's too, she's confused in her message and in her voice and in her tone and in her everything.
00:17:42.700 And it's, it's easy to make fun of when she's throwing her voice.
00:17:45.920 And even when she's clearly pandering to different groups, but you see this on policy too.
00:17:51.780 Kamala, she's the toughest on crime that there is.
00:17:54.220 Oh, actually, Kamala wants to abolish the police.
00:17:57.180 Kamala, she's going to be hard on the border and build that wall.
00:18:00.260 Oh, actually, Kamala supports open borders and she was the borders are and let in a record
00:18:04.360 number of illegals.
00:18:06.180 Kamala Harris, she's, is she pro-Israel?
00:18:09.880 Is she pro-Palestine?
00:18:11.100 Is she pro-war?
00:18:12.120 Is she anti-war?
00:18:13.380 Is she, nobody has any idea.
00:18:14.520 She wants to totally ban fracking.
00:18:16.080 No, she actually loves fracking.
00:18:17.420 That's why people are leaving her.
00:18:18.860 People were saying this even at the Trump rally.
00:18:22.900 The Trump rally, people were saying, you know, look, I don't agree with the guy on everything.
00:18:27.540 Nobody agrees with the guy on everything.
00:18:28.860 Dr. Phil came out and endorsed Trump at the rally.
00:18:31.720 This was his first really public statement to say, no, I'm actually behind Trump.
00:18:35.200 And he said, I want to be clear.
00:18:36.540 I don't agree with this guy on everything, but I know where he stands.
00:18:39.680 And that in an era that is, that is so fake, that just seems so contrived and dishonest and fake.
00:18:48.600 I'm going to vote for the person with whom I agree 70 or 80% of the time, but who I know I can trust
00:18:55.980 rather than the person who tries to convince me that I agree with him or her a hundred percent of
00:19:01.000 the time, but I can't trust anything that in this case, she says not working out very well.
00:19:07.020 So it would appear from the polls.
00:19:08.820 So that's why you have Joe Biden coming out now and saying, all right, we tried to kick him off the
00:19:14.540 ballot.
00:19:14.860 It didn't work.
00:19:15.240 We tried to imprison him.
00:19:16.040 It didn't work.
00:19:16.640 We swapped the candidates.
00:19:17.520 That didn't work.
00:19:18.400 We tried this.
00:19:19.180 We tried that.
00:19:19.840 Okay.
00:19:20.100 You know what?
00:19:21.140 We just got to go back to locking him up.
00:19:24.380 He is talking about doing everything, the entire department of education.
00:19:30.300 He's talking, he means it.
00:19:31.700 Not, this is not a joke.
00:19:32.760 This is a guy who also wants to replace every civil servant, every single one, thinks he has
00:19:41.120 a right under the Supreme Court ruling on immunity to be able to, if need be, if he, if it was the case,
00:19:47.560 to actually eliminate, physically eliminate, shoot, kill someone who is a, he believes would be the threat to him.
00:19:55.420 I mean, so I know this sounds bizarre.
00:19:59.800 It sounds like if I said this five years ago, you'd lock me up.
00:20:04.120 We got to lock him up.
00:20:08.980 Politically lock him up.
00:20:11.880 You could see the exact moment when even Joe realized, oh, yikes, I shouldn't have said that.
00:20:17.720 We got to lock him up.
00:20:20.460 Politically.
00:20:21.200 Yeah.
00:20:21.700 That's the ticket.
00:20:22.600 And, and so Corrine Jean-Pierre has had to try to cover for this, the White House press secretary.
00:20:26.700 She said, no, no, he, he said, he, he means that we have to lock him out politically.
00:20:30.920 No, he didn't say lock him out.
00:20:33.160 He didn't say bar him from the political process, which would be bad enough.
00:20:36.320 He says, lock him up.
00:20:38.280 This is a, this is a big deal because though the Democrats have been trying to lock him up for many,
00:20:44.720 many months now, they have not conceded that rhetoric.
00:20:50.520 They have continued to say Donald Trump is a threat to democracy.
00:20:55.740 And one of the chief pieces of evidence for his threat to democracy is that he wants to lock up his political opponents.
00:21:02.620 They chanted, lock her up at the 2016 campaign.
00:21:06.740 Trump said he would lock up Hillary Clinton, even though he never did that, never, never had any intention of doing that.
00:21:11.020 But, but, but he is a threat because he wants to lock up his opponents.
00:21:14.740 Now, Trump has been saying they want to lock me up.
00:21:17.920 The Democrats have denied it.
00:21:18.980 No, no, no.
00:21:19.240 We're just letting lady justice go where she may.
00:21:22.220 Now Biden admits, yeah, we're, we're trying to lock him up.
00:21:25.220 Which means that immediately, immediately, Trump's lawyers filed a motion to dismiss the, the 2020 election case.
00:21:35.020 Which, the, the Jack Smith case where they're trying to lock him up for his threat to democracy.
00:21:39.340 And, and Trump's lawyers are citing Joe Biden's remark.
00:21:42.720 They're saying, look, this guy's admitting.
00:21:44.340 We've said from the beginning, this is a witch hunt where the Department of Justice has been weaponized by the Biden administration to try to lock up Biden's, what, the man who was Joe Biden's chief political rival, now is Kamala Harris's political rival.
00:21:56.800 The former president, the leading presidential candidate.
00:21:59.920 And the Biden White House has been denying that.
00:22:02.060 The DOJ has been denying that.
00:22:03.180 Well, hey, you don't have to believe us.
00:22:04.420 You don't have to believe Donald Trump.
00:22:05.500 You can hear it from the horse's mouth or some part of the horse.
00:22:09.100 Joe Biden, who's saying, yeah, we are trying to lock him up.
00:22:14.860 Now, speaking of increasingly totalitarian government, you think it's bad here in America?

00:23:30.160 In the UK, over in the motherland, it is now illegal to pray in your head.
00:23:38.780 It's an article, encourage you to read it all in the free press, Barry Weiss's paper.
00:23:43.720 This is by my friend, Maddie Kearns.
00:23:45.980 She was arrested for praying in her head.
00:23:49.380 Citizens in the UK have been arrested, prosecuted, and convicted for silently praying outside abortion clinics.
00:23:58.940 Even organizing pro-life meetings in your own home may be a criminal offense.
00:24:04.860 So you've heard before, I've covered the story of the woman who was praying silently outside an abortion clinic across the street.
00:24:12.540 And cops come up to her and they say, oh, well there, lady, yeah, what are you doing in your own head there?
00:24:17.600 Yeah, you're crying, yeah?
00:24:19.120 And she says, excuse me?
00:24:20.960 Yeah, well, you can't be praying even in your own head.
00:24:23.460 So sorry there, mate, but I've got to arrest you.
00:24:25.580 Yeah, yeah, you know, you understand, governor.
00:24:27.320 Yeah, yeah.
00:24:28.560 And the woman goes along, and it's an obvious miscarriage of justice.
00:24:33.260 Somehow, the situation has gotten even more absurd.
00:24:36.400 Now, because of new laws, if you live within, call it whatever it is, 200 meters, 200, even though they should use standard measurements in the UK because it's the English measurements.
00:24:48.300 Now they use the metric system, so it gets very confusing.
00:24:50.040 But if you live within a certain radius of a baby killing site, an abortion mill, you are not permitted to wear pro-life slogans on your clothing.
00:25:01.940 You can't say, you know, protect life, choose life.
00:25:03.820 You can't wear that in your home.
00:25:06.500 You can't hold meetings with like-minded people who think it's wrong to kill babies.
00:25:12.340 You can't pray in your own head.
00:25:15.620 Here's just a little bit from the article.
00:25:17.940 On October 4th, Emma, who asked not to be named, can't believe she just named her like that.
00:25:22.560 No, it's obviously, this is a pseudonym, got a letter from the Scottish government addressed,
00:25:26.120 Dear resident, its purpose was to alert her that her home, due to its proximity to the hospital, is now in an abortion censorship zone.
00:25:35.160 This is due to the UK's brand new safe access law, which came into effect September 24th.
00:25:40.800 This was very recent.
00:25:41.980 Made it a criminal offense to do anything within 200 meters of an abortion facility that could influence someone's decision to access, provide, or facilitate an abortion.
00:25:52.420 Even, quote, activities in a private place, such as a house, within the area, could be an offense if they can be seen or heard within the zone, and are done intentionally or recklessly.
00:26:09.720 Recklessly.
00:26:11.280 Wearing a shirt that says, choose life.
00:26:14.760 Therefore, choose life.
00:26:16.360 You know, a quote from the Bible.
00:26:18.440 If you wear that on a shirt, that is reckless, according to Scottish government.
00:26:24.900 If you do that in your own home, and your home has the misfortune of being within 200 meters, pretty decent distance, of a baby killing site, you could be arrested because of how reckless that was of you.
00:26:37.280 If you pray, if you're sitting on your balcony, if you're just sitting in your living room with the window open, and you pray, please, dear God, help the babies who are being killed, help the mothers not to kill them.
00:26:52.160 Please protect life, Lord.
00:26:54.600 You pray that, and maybe someone can hear you.
00:26:58.120 You could be arrested in your own home.
00:27:00.500 And then, if you walk outside your home, and you just have the look of someone who's praying in her own head, you could be arrested, prosecuted.
00:27:15.480 And what's the penalty here?
00:27:17.580 The law carries a maximum fine of £10,000.
00:27:21.920 Right now, that's over $13,000, but depending on the exchange rate, it could be much more.
00:27:26.720 It's not just Scotland.
00:27:28.860 On October 31st, a similar law will go into effect in both England and Wales.
00:27:33.620 This was passed by Parliament last year.
00:27:36.320 And in those countries, unlike in Scotland, the fine will be unlimited.
00:27:39.880 So you could lose everything.
00:27:41.340 You could lose your livelihood.
00:27:42.800 You could lose all of your property for praying silently that babies not be killed.
00:27:52.720 Do not think this can't happen here.
00:27:54.660 Some Americans are going to say, well, we have the First Amendment.
00:27:58.340 Oh, yeah?
00:27:59.320 Do we?
00:28:01.100 As I've noted, actually even somewhat approvingly, the First Amendment is not absolute.
00:28:06.220 There are all sorts of categories of speech that are not protected, such as fraud, such as direct threats, such as obscenity.
00:28:13.440 And then even beyond that, there are all sorts of mechanisms from the government, often through private organizations, that censor people and that punish people who speak out, such as when the federal government has pressured Facebook and YouTube and Google to silence the speech of conservatives.
00:28:30.540 You saw this last election cycle with the Hunter Biden laptop story.
00:28:35.620 People were not even permitted to privately message the Hunter Biden story.
00:28:40.280 Privately.
00:28:41.100 There's a little bit of a parallel here to praying silently in your own head.
00:28:45.880 Couldn't even privately message those stories because the government came out and said, oh, this is Russian misinformation, which turned out to be a complete lie.
00:28:52.800 But because of that, the government pressured the big tech companies, the big tech companies control the public square.
00:28:59.380 Think of how the federal government, how the FBI, sent agents in to spy on Catholic parishes.
00:29:05.140 Catholic parishes, which the FBI called radical extremist traditionalist parishes, compared them basically to domestic terrorists.
00:29:15.000 And then the FBI lied about it.
00:29:16.540 They said it was just one memo and one field office.
00:29:18.340 Turned out, no, it's actually pretty widespread.
00:29:20.480 Multiple memos, multiple field offices.
00:29:23.520 Don't think this can't happen here.
00:29:25.660 This reminds us of a difference.
00:29:28.040 The left loves to accuse the right of being authoritarian.
00:29:31.520 We sometimes call the left authoritarian.
00:29:33.020 But more, you hear it, the left talking about Donald Trump.
00:29:35.700 They say that Donald Trump, he's an authoritarian.
00:29:38.520 Because why?
00:29:39.900 Because he thinks that people from terrorist countries should not be permitted into the country unbedded.
00:29:43.960 Because he believes that it's good to revere the American flag.
00:29:48.540 He spoke at the rally about restoring the traditional American laws that would make it a criminal offense, a subject to fines or even jail time to burn the American flag.
00:29:58.400 Which is actually a conservative view.
00:30:00.720 And it's not libertarian, but it's a conservative view.
00:30:02.520 It's a return to the American tradition.
00:30:04.780 He just floated that idea.
00:30:06.660 Or, I don't know, whatever.
00:30:07.920 There are all sorts of rules and standards and norms that the left calls authoritarian.
00:30:13.440 I think this is a really silly term.
00:30:16.640 I think President Trump is about as libertarian as it gets compared to the American norm and certainly compared to the left.
00:30:24.320 But let's grant it.
00:30:26.300 Let's say that Trump believes in some authority and some ability to discern between good and bad and right and wrong.
00:30:33.340 Okay, that's fair.
00:30:34.240 The left, I don't think Trump is authoritarian, but if you want to try to throw that label at him, I think it is eminently clear that the left is totalitarian.
00:30:45.160 What's the difference?
00:30:47.240 Authoritarian says, hey, there are going to be certain standards and you better not cross those standards.
00:30:51.520 You better not put porn in elementary schools because then we're going to have a problem.
00:30:54.620 You get a lot of latitude here, but if you start putting porn in elementary schools, then we're going to have a problem.
00:31:00.160 We're going to punish you for that.
00:31:01.120 That's authoritarian, I guess, according to the left.
00:31:04.240 Totalitarian, though, does not merely pertain to certain policies, certain relations between the government and the citizenry.
00:31:16.300 Totalitarian permeates the entire society.
00:31:21.120 Authoritarian is when the government punishes you when you cross a line.
00:31:24.640 Totalitarian is when the government encourages kids to rat out their families to the authorities so that they can go arrest the parents.
00:31:30.780 That's totalitarian.
00:31:32.120 Authoritarian says, you can't go out there and, I don't know, parade with a Nazi flag in the streets.
00:31:41.300 If you parade with a Nazi flag, we're going to arrest you.
00:31:44.020 I guess you could call it, you could tenuously call that totalitarian.
00:31:48.480 Authoritarian, rather.
00:31:49.860 Totalitarian is when the government says, you can't pray in your own head.
00:31:53.200 If we catch you praying in your own head, you're going to be arrested.
00:31:55.420 The left wants to make a weak argument that the right is authoritarian.
00:32:01.360 Okay, the left is revealing itself day in, day out to be totalitarian, which is much worse.
00:32:08.900 All governments, all states, all polities need to have some kind of authority.
00:32:12.720 But totalitarian, that's what we're talking about.
00:32:14.840 People trying to control your mind and punish you severely if you commit a thought crime against them.
00:32:21.620 What's happening in the UK could very easily happen here.
00:32:24.820 Now, speaking of prayer, great news, especially for a swing state like Michigan.
00:32:30.500 President Trump has just been endorsed by major Muslim leaders in Michigan.
00:32:37.580 Good afternoon, Michiganders.
00:32:38.920 As the President said, we just had a positive meeting with President Trump.
00:32:49.660 We as Muslims stand with President Trump because he promises peace.
00:32:55.240 He promises peace, not war.
00:32:57.660 We are supporting Donald Trump because he promised to end war in the Middle East and Ukraine.
00:33:14.520 The bloodshed has to stop all over the world.
00:33:20.160 And I think this man can make that happen.
00:33:22.540 I personally believe that God saved his life twice for a reason.
00:33:36.760 For a reason.
00:33:37.740 What's the reason?
00:33:38.480 So that Americans can elect him, and specifically Muslims in the swing state of Michigan,
00:33:43.800 who could be the deciding factor in the election, so they vote for Trump.
00:33:49.140 Wow, man, this guy.
00:33:50.460 This guy is something else, isn't he?
00:33:52.540 I was just at MSG.
00:33:54.560 You had, I don't know, what was that arena?
00:33:57.560 A quarter of Jews?
00:33:58.580 There were so many Jews there.
00:34:00.400 Yarmulkes.
00:34:01.100 There were Israel flags.
00:34:02.500 Rudy Giuliani made a quarter of his speech about how much he loves Israel and the Jews.
00:34:06.860 You get all this Jewish support, and you get all of this Muslim support,
00:34:11.320 and all of this Arab support, and support from other Muslims in Michigan.
00:34:16.960 How?
00:34:18.040 How does Trump?
00:34:18.540 Because Trump understands that politics is the art of inclusion.
00:34:23.100 It's the art of the possible.
00:34:24.840 So it's not just an accident.
00:34:27.220 He's not duping people into supporting him.
00:34:30.160 Jews, pro-Israel Jews, I should clarify, because a lot of Jews don't like the state of Israel,
00:34:34.460 but pro-Israel Jews like Trump because Trump does not hate Israel and does not hate them.
00:34:41.360 That's why they like Trump.
00:34:42.180 The left has become quite anti-Jewish.
00:34:44.800 Trump likes the Jews, so they like Trump.
00:34:48.040 He's willing to support the state of Israel, too.
00:34:51.600 Muslims like Trump because Trump hates war.
00:34:54.660 He seriously hates war.
00:34:56.820 The war hawks, people like the Cheneys, they are supporting Kamala Harris.
00:35:01.340 Trump is kind of the peace candidate here.
00:35:03.620 Tulsi Gabbard, Tulsi Gabbard, whose big issue is opposing war, Tulsi spoke at the Trump rally
00:35:09.160 in MSG.
00:35:11.260 Trump actually is offering something to both of those groups.
00:35:17.760 It's not a trick.
00:35:18.500 It's not deceit.
00:35:19.220 It's not being two-faced.
00:35:20.280 It's not lying like Kamala Harris is doing to people and pandering to different groups
00:35:24.460 when she sees them.
00:35:25.340 He's got the same message to everyone.
00:35:27.380 That message happens to be appealing to groups who are traditionally at odds or who are frequently
00:35:32.420 at odds.
00:35:33.820 That is really good politics.
00:35:36.840 That is really impressive.
00:35:38.720 That is how you build new coalitions.
00:35:40.520 That is how you crack the political status quo.
00:35:43.640 Maybe that is how you win in seven days.

00:36:19.580 My favorite comment yesterday is from the Drummer's Workshop Normals Music.
00:36:23.880 Wow, yet again.
00:36:24.760 He's just got great comments.
00:36:26.800 Joe Rogan.
00:36:27.420 Kamala, are you familiar with the UFC?
00:36:29.540 Kamala Harris.
00:36:30.720 I grew up in a middleweight family.
00:36:32.060 That's what she's going to say.
00:36:34.300 Except, no, she's not going to say it because she's never going to go on Joe Rogan.
00:36:37.620 Because while Trump can hang for three hours plus and weave and go off the cuff and be likable
00:36:45.180 and be persuasive, Kamala can't do that.
00:36:47.440 Kamala can't even do it scripted.
00:36:51.340 Turning to the future generations.
00:36:53.800 Kamala says this is a future-oriented campaign for a new generation of leadership,
00:36:57.980 even though she's got the exact same policies as Joe Biden, and she's not appealing to young
00:37:02.980 people as other Democrats do.
00:37:04.780 Young people are weighing in on a rather different matter.
00:37:08.440 I guess a matter that relates to that first ad we played for Kamala.
00:37:12.180 The UCLA Center for Scholars and Storytellers has a study at Teens and Screens shows that young
00:37:18.020 people want fewer sex scenes in movies and TV, which will surprise some boomers and maybe
00:37:25.720 Gen X, who assume that young people always just want more sex and more sex and more nudity
00:37:30.440 is more cool, more cooler and more better, and they want it.
00:37:33.400 Turns out, no, young people want fewer sex scenes.
00:37:36.940 63%—63.5% of adolescents want less sex as a plot device.
00:37:43.420 So 62.4% said sexual content is not needed as a plot device.
00:37:48.320 Big jumps from last year when 51.5% of those surveys said they wanted more content about people
00:37:54.300 in platonic relationships, and 47.5% said they didn't seek out shows or movies where sex
00:37:59.140 was a major plot point.
00:38:02.100 Some conservatives are going to want to celebrate this.
00:38:04.100 They say, all right, great, the kids are becoming more chaste and more based, and that's good.
00:38:08.040 And there's something to that.
00:38:10.640 Obviously, young people are reacting against the absolute saturation of our culture in porn
00:38:16.840 and obscenity.
00:38:17.780 They are reacting against that.
00:38:19.260 Just as in the 1950s we prosecuted pornographers and we enforced wholesome standards, then in the
00:38:27.700 60s and 70s it totally swung in the other direction.
00:38:29.760 Now it's starting to swing back.
00:38:30.680 Absolutely true.
00:38:31.740 It's the same reason that surrealist and abstract painting took off after photography.
00:38:37.420 So when you have photography that can give you a perfect reproduction of a scene, then it diminishes
00:38:46.980 the spectacle, the wonder that comes from really realistic oil painting.
00:38:55.280 Then all of a sudden artists had to try to do something different.
00:38:58.220 I think that's a little bit what's going on here.
00:39:00.200 So in some ways it's good, and it's anti-obscenity.
00:39:02.880 In some ways, though, I worry about this because, yes, you want less gross sex stuff in movies.
00:39:11.440 You want less blunt sex stuff.
00:39:13.640 You want less obscenity, of course.
00:39:16.180 But this survey goes further.
00:39:19.020 In this survey, people say they don't want romantic relationships to even really be a plot device.
00:39:27.160 Now again, why is that?
00:39:28.040 It's because in our culture, the pendulum has swung so far that any relationship between two people is viewed as sexual,
00:39:36.840 or at least potentially sexual.
00:39:39.600 If two guys are close friends now, they're like gay.
00:39:43.500 They call it a bromance.
00:39:45.540 Even though Aristotle would say that friendship is actually the highest form of love,
00:39:50.480 even more than romantic love.
00:39:52.140 Now our modern culture says, no, everything has to be romantic love.
00:39:56.580 Everything has to be sexual.
00:39:58.340 We're kind of following the modern reading of Freud.
00:40:02.840 It says that everything is just brimming with sexuality, and we kind of cover it all up.
00:40:07.180 We cover up the eros of everything.
00:40:09.160 So the young people are, I think, rebelling against that and saying,
00:40:13.740 we don't have any friends.
00:40:14.760 We're lonely.
00:40:15.900 We have porn everywhere.
00:40:17.560 I guess we could plausibly have sex and bump uglies with people in a kind of material way,
00:40:24.540 in a way that doesn't really involve much romance or love, but is just kind of sensual.
00:40:31.140 But we don't have friends anymore.
00:40:32.580 Nobody has friends.
00:40:33.740 So I could see that rebellion.
00:40:36.240 However, the fear is that some of this might be coming from feminism.
00:40:43.560 Some of this might be coming from modern sexual theories, which deny the complementarity of the sexes,
00:40:51.120 which try to pretend that men and women can just, as a general rule, be friends without there being any kind of romance.
00:40:58.460 The denial that birds do it, bees do it, even sentimental trees do it, let's do it, let's fall in love.
00:41:03.040 We need to make sure when we consider the popular media that we don't just keep allowing that pendulum to swing from one extreme where Lucy can't even say that she's pregnant on TV
00:41:20.140 to the other extreme where everything is just porn and sex all the time.
00:41:25.820 We want there to be moderation.
00:41:27.920 Moderation is a virtue, actually.
00:41:29.740 Not like the way the squishy Republican politicians talk about it, but in terms of actual moderation.
00:41:35.320 We need to recognize that friendship is really important and crucial to a good life.
00:41:39.680 And romance is good, too.
00:41:42.480 And the complementarity of the sexes is good, too.
00:41:46.940 We seem to have this totally schizophrenic culture.
00:41:50.380 And you can see this even in our politics.
00:41:52.120 When we talk about the polarization of politics, that is a real problem.
00:41:59.140 If the culture just keeps swinging one extreme, one extreme to the other or to the other, you're not going to have any stability.
00:42:04.080 You're not going to have any consensus.
00:42:05.220 You're not going to really even have a shared conception of the common good.
00:42:09.620 Got to restore a little normality here.
00:42:11.540 And it's important, getting back to what we were talking to at the top of the show, it's especially important that we restore normality in our sexual politics.
00:42:21.160 The libs who have waged the sexual revolution have done so with some political wisdom because they recognize that sex is real important to who we are.
00:42:30.940 Sex is a big motivator.
00:42:32.040 And if you can pervert people's sexual appetites, if you can arouse their passions, if you can appeal to the prurient interest, that you can control people.
00:42:43.980 This is in large part why obscenity laws used to outlaw things that appealed to the prurient interest.
00:42:49.700 Most people don't even know what that word means anymore.
00:42:51.920 They outlawed things that just seek to arouse you at a really base level because that takes people out of their reason and it makes people much easier to control, much easier to enslave, frankly.
00:43:01.740 Now, speaking of enslaving people and all sorts of political control, the libs have tried in the final couple weeks to just go all in on this Trump is a fascist line.
00:43:14.980 There was a memo circulating among some Democrats yesterday that showed that that line is not really working all that well and encouraged Democrats to cut it out because people don't believe it.
00:43:23.020 But even Eric Adams, the Democrat mayor of New York, has just come out and said that these comparisons to Hitler, this constant invective and accusation that Trump is a fascist, we got to cut it out not just because it's politically ineffective for Democrats, but because it's just not true.
00:43:41.220 I have had those terms hurled at me by some political leaders in the city using terms like Hitler and fascist.
00:43:52.940 My answer is no.
00:43:57.380 I know what Hitler has done and I know what a fascist regime looks like.
00:44:06.260 I think, as I've called over and over again, that the level of conversation, I think we could all dial down the temperature.
00:44:17.280 And I've heard people say that the former president should not be able to have a rally in Madison Square Garden.
00:44:25.220 I strongly disagree.
00:44:26.160 This is America, this is New York, and I think it's important that we allow individuals to exercise their right to get their message clear to New Yorkers.
00:44:41.340 Of course.
00:44:43.540 Of course, really simple.
00:44:45.680 Really simple.
00:44:46.580 He's saying this because the line isn't working for Democrats because it isn't true, because it makes the Democrats look really bad.
00:44:53.720 Meanwhile, you got Barack Obama coming out.
00:44:56.940 He's scratching his head and he's saying, how did we get so toxic?
00:45:00.940 I don't understand how we got so toxic and just so divided and so bitter.
00:45:07.380 And I get why sometimes people just don't want to pay attention to it.
00:45:11.260 And we all have friends like that.
00:45:12.640 We have family members who just like, ah, you know, it's all, it's all a circus out there.
00:45:17.980 I get that.
00:45:18.560 How did we get so toxic?
00:45:20.980 Says the man who called religious Americans bitter clingers, bitterly clinging to their guns and religion.
00:45:28.580 People who support their constitutional rights and the Bible, bitterly clinging to their guns and religion.
00:45:32.840 The man who promised to fundamentally transform America because he doesn't like America because he hates America.
00:45:38.380 You don't fundamentally transform something that you love.
00:45:40.680 You want to fundamentally transform things that you hate.
00:45:42.920 The man who said that racism is deeply rooted in America.
00:45:46.600 The man who accused a cop of acting stupidly in the Henry Louis Gates incident up in Cambridge.
00:45:54.340 He accused the cop of acting stupidly because the cop responded to a burglary, undermined our law enforcement.
00:46:00.520 The man whose wife said she was first proud of America when America elected her husband president.
00:46:05.880 Before that, she wasn't proud.
00:46:07.780 How did we get so toxic?
00:46:09.620 These people made politics toxic.
00:46:12.920 They're the ones who did.
00:46:15.340 It's pretty much all them.
00:46:17.340 Okay.
00:46:17.980 I'm not even saying it's all Democrats.
00:46:19.280 It's those kind of extreme leftist Democrats.
00:46:22.800 Wasn't totally like this.
00:46:24.380 Certainly not in the 90s and in the early 2000s.
00:46:28.100 Obama marked a shift.
00:46:29.280 The real progressive rise marked a shift.
00:46:31.440 These people made our politics toxic and unpleasant for everyone, including the left.
00:46:35.960 If you don't want our politics to be so toxic anymore, vote for Trump on election day.
00:46:40.820 If you want more of the same that's degraded our country so much over the last couple decades,
00:46:44.900 well, then I guess you want to vote for Kamala.
00:46:46.600 Today is Teehee Tuesday.
