Ep. 1622 - Joe Biden Gets Us One Step Closer to WW3

Summary

Some Democrats are beginning to admit, just amongst themselves, that Kamala Harris was a terrible candidate. They're not necessarily pointing the blame at, it was Trump, the election was rigged, or the black guys turned on us.

00:00:37.780 As President Trump prepares to make America great again,
00:00:40.780 Joe Biden gives one last go at sending us all into World War III.
00:00:45.480 I'm Michael Knowles. This is The Michael Knowles Show.
00:00:56.980 Welcome back to the show.
00:01:07.900 Some Democrats are beginning to admit, just amongst themselves, that Kamala Harris was a terrible candidate.
00:01:15.840 They're not necessarily pointing the blame at, it was Trump lied, or it was the election was rigged,
00:01:22.700 or it was the black guys turned on us, or the Hispanics turned on us.
00:01:27.000 Some are admitting Kamala was a bad candidate.
00:01:30.040 Now, before I get to any of that, I have to tell you about some wonderful, wonderful news,
00:01:33.940 which is that we now have Mayflower Compacts, as I call them, in stock.
00:01:39.660 This is the Mayflower Dawn Petite Corona product that I have been working on for nine months or so now.
00:01:45.120 Finally to market, a lovely 38 ring gauge cigar, about four, four and a half inches long.
00:01:49.880 It's not a cigarillo, exactly. It's a long filler, premium, hand-rolled cigar.
00:01:54.240 So this will last you probably 20 minutes or so, maybe more.
00:01:57.460 But they're available now.
00:01:58.680 We sold, I'd mentioned this yesterday on the show, and we sold out of a full half of our stock,
00:02:03.720 and we were pretty aggressive on the stock.
00:02:05.480 So it's going to sell out. It's going to sell out very quickly.
00:02:08.140 If you want them, I think they're just a magnificent stocking stuffer.
00:02:10.900 I already put my order in, so I feel good.
00:02:12.800 The rest can go to everybody else. I would put them in now.
00:02:16.320 These could be gone very, very quickly.
00:02:19.580 Mayflowercigars.com. You must be 21 years old or older to order.
00:02:23.000 Some exclusions apply.
00:02:24.620 There's so much more to say.
00:02:25.920 First, though, go to helixsleep.com slash Knowles.
00:02:28.560 There's nothing quite like a good night's sleep.
00:02:30.600 But how can you rest easy when you are tossing and turning on a subpar mattress?
00:02:34.780 You spend anywhere from a quarter to a third.
00:02:38.660 Some people, maybe you spend half your life sleeping.
00:02:40.300 Well, even if you're just spending a quarter of your life sleeping, make sure it's on something good, man.
00:02:45.220 That's where Helix Sleep comes in.
00:02:46.500 Let me tell you, Helix Sleep has been a revelation.
00:02:49.740 I have had my Helix mattress for four years now or more.
00:02:53.640 It is a game changer.
00:02:54.740 They offer 20 different mattress models, each designed for specific sleep positions and preferences.
00:02:59.320 Unlike some other mattress brands out there, Helix mattresses are 100% fiberglass free,
00:03:03.640 no harmful materials that could jeopardize your health or your family's well-being.
00:03:07.460 It's the kind of product you can feel good about bringing into your home.
00:03:09.900 Now I know what you're thinking.
00:03:10.900 Michael, this all sounds great, but what if I don't like it?
00:03:13.940 Don't worry.
00:03:14.360 Helix has you covered.
00:03:15.340 They have a 100-night trial, a 10- to 15-year warranty.
00:03:18.240 That is longer than most leftist policies last before they start to erode our country.
00:03:24.100 So if you're ready to revolutionize your sleep and wake up refreshed to fight the good fight,
00:03:29.520 Helix is offering our listeners 25% off all mattress orders plus two free dream pillows
00:03:33.080 and any mattress purchase.
00:03:34.400 If you get a Lux or Elite mattress, Helix is also including a free bedding bundle, meaning
00:03:39.740 two dream pillows, a sheet set, and a mattress protector.
00:03:42.380 Just go to helixsleep.com slash Knowles, H-E-L-I-X-S-L-E-E-P.com slash K-N-O-W-L-E-S.
00:03:48.860 With Helix, better sleep starts right now.
00:03:52.500 Are we headed into World War III?
00:03:54.960 Maybe, maybe not, but Joe Biden is doing everything he can to take us there.
00:03:59.980 Ukraine has just fired supersonic tactical ballistic missiles into Russia.
00:04:05.060 Where did Ukraine get the missiles?
00:04:06.780 Where does Ukraine get any of its armaments from?
00:04:09.220 From the United States.
00:04:10.500 So this is a major elevation.
00:04:12.840 We fought a Cold War with Russia for a little under five decades, and then we
00:04:18.840 defeated the Soviet Union, but we've still had pretty tense relations since then, and
00:04:23.060 looks like we are hell-bent on bringing us closer to a direct conflict with Russia than
00:04:28.480 we've been since the Cuban Missile Crisis.
00:04:30.420 This might be closer.
00:04:31.960 This might be higher stakes than the Cuban Missile Crisis.
00:04:35.460 A major, major incursion into Russia, a major escalation of the Ukraine-Russia war on the
00:04:42.640 1,000th day of that war.
00:04:44.540 And this all follows Vladimir Putin changing the tactical nuclear threshold from Russia's
00:04:53.120 perspective.
00:04:54.900 Russia has now said that it could, in principle, use tactical nuclear weapons in Ukraine, given
00:05:03.080 the provocation that Ukraine has just enacted on Russia.
00:05:06.720 Not good stuff.
00:05:07.780 So do we blame Zelensky?
00:05:09.380 Do we blame Ukraine?
00:05:10.400 Do we blame, I guess we blame Putin for the war.
00:05:12.560 That's generally our perspective.
00:05:14.880 But we also have to blame Joe Biden a little bit here, because Ukraine only fired those
00:05:20.980 missiles with the permission of Joe Biden.
00:05:22.420 Joe Biden, days previously, had given Ukraine the green light.
00:05:26.140 So as this is going on, we get some more news coming out of Finland and coming out of Sweden,
00:05:32.120 which is the two very deep undersea cables, internet cables, connecting Germany and Finland,
00:05:38.040 and another cable connecting Lithuania and Sweden.
00:05:40.880 The former is 750 miles long.
00:05:43.100 The latter is 135 miles long.
00:05:45.040 These are major, major undersea cables.
00:05:47.200 They both were severed.
00:05:49.140 I don't think this was an errant octopus.
00:05:51.180 I don't think a dolphin went diving deep and started hitting it with his little bottlenose.
00:05:55.200 This was obviously the work of human beings.
00:05:57.960 Another escalation of the war reminds me all of an important lesson from Barack Obama, one of the few
00:06:03.940 things that guy's gotten right, which is never underestimate Joe's ability to F things up.
00:06:10.240 Joe's ability, and I guess the State Department's ability, and this weak administration's ability.
00:06:15.560 What is this all about?
00:06:16.820 Why?
00:06:17.120 We thought we were good, right?
00:06:18.440 We elected Trump.
00:06:19.340 We don't like the way foreign policy has been going under Biden and Harris.
00:06:21.980 We don't like that the world seems to be on the brink of war.
00:06:24.820 It's over, right?
00:06:25.840 We won in November.
00:06:27.700 Well, no, because the inauguration's not until January 20th.
00:06:31.660 That means that you've got November to December.
00:06:35.320 Actually, you've got the rest of November, so even more than that month, to December and January.
00:06:42.440 But it's like two and a half months to really, really mess things up.
00:06:45.600 And that is what the Biden administration's trying to do.
00:06:47.720 This isn't merely accidental.
00:06:49.200 This isn't merely incompetence.
00:06:50.720 The point of escalating the war between Russia and Ukraine is to tie President Trump's hands.
00:06:55.940 When he gets into office, what the Biden administration and the State Department are hoping right now
00:07:00.560 is that the war will be at such a high fever pitch that Trump will not be able to wind down
00:07:06.260 support of Ukraine.
00:07:08.460 This is not just some kind of crazy conspiracy.
00:07:11.680 This is very obviously the grand strategy here, is to get America further ensnared in this war
00:07:19.380 to the point that Secretary of State Marco Rubio, Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth, Trump,
00:07:25.400 whoever the chairman of the Joint Chiefs will be, that these guys cannot pull us out.
00:07:30.420 That's the point.
00:07:31.220 And thus far, you've got to give the devils their due.
00:07:33.820 The Biden administration doing a pretty good job of it.
00:07:37.580 Meanwhile, President Trump is fighting just to get his nominees into office.
00:07:41.880 We're still in the transition.
00:07:43.100 Trump does not have the Oval Office yet.
00:07:44.560 And the nominees are sticking strong as they can be.
00:07:49.560 They will not be deterred by the shenanigans of the Biden administration.
00:07:54.040 Here is Tom Holman, the deportation chief.
00:07:56.740 The boarders are explaining exactly how these deportations are going to take place.
00:08:02.660 We'll give you a due process.
00:08:04.160 You can have your day in court.
00:08:05.160 When you're already removed, you're going to leave and we're going to make you leave.
00:08:08.660 Are you going to deport doctors?
00:08:10.020 They're saying that there's going to be migrant doctors in the middle of surgery and ICE is just going to be dragging them out in their scrubs.
00:08:18.280 Have you heard of that happening?
00:08:22.240 I have never heard of that happening.
00:08:23.860 I heard the other day that we're going to deport U.S. citizens, too.
00:08:27.200 I heard that one.
00:08:28.120 But look, public safety threats, national security threats, fugitives, those who had due process at great taxfare expense, were ordered removed and went to hiding fugitives.
00:08:36.720 And look, if you're in the country illegally, you're not off the table.
00:08:40.360 It's not okay to cross this border.
00:08:42.080 It's a crime.
00:08:42.800 Every illegal alien that crossed that border committed a crime.
00:08:46.420 And it's not okay if you be in this country illegally.
00:08:49.700 I don't go 200 miles an hour to come to this interview tonight because I don't want to get a ticket.
00:08:53.360 I don't lie on my taxes.
00:08:54.520 I don't want to get tax evasion.
00:08:56.140 Well, it's not okay to be in this country illegally.
00:08:58.260 So if you're in the country illegally, you've got a problem.
00:09:01.620 If you're in the country illegally, you've got a problem.
00:09:03.600 This is the point.
00:09:04.260 So I love Jesse's opening here.
00:09:09.240 He says, what we're hearing is that American citizens are going to be deported, which is obviously ridiculous.
00:09:14.100 What we're hearing is that illegal alien medical doctors performing surgery.
00:09:17.440 I'm not sure how many of those there are exactly, but they're going to be pulled out mid-surgery.
00:09:21.560 The patient's going to bleed out on the table because ICE is going to do raids of operating rooms.
00:09:26.480 Yeah, no.
00:09:28.840 So Tom Homan opens up.
00:09:29.780 He says, now, first, we're looking at the guys with face tattoos, actually.
00:09:35.400 First, we're looking at the obvious criminals who have been convicted of crimes in addition to the crime of coming into this country illegally.
00:09:42.840 But then he makes a really important point.
00:09:44.680 He doesn't give up the negotiation of the order of the deal here.
00:09:49.200 He says, hold on.
00:09:51.000 We're going to start with the face tattooed criminals.
00:09:53.780 We're going to start with the MS-13 affiliates, the Trendy Aragua affiliates, the people who are murdering Americans, raping Americans, committing violent acts against Americans.
00:10:02.720 We're going to start there.
00:10:04.420 But that does not imply that the illegal alien who does not regularly commit violent crimes can just stay here.
00:10:11.760 That's not how it works.
00:10:13.360 And he explains it's a matter of incentives.
00:10:15.600 If you tell people who've broken basic law of America that they can just stay here, you're going to get more of that.
00:10:22.640 And so the mandate from the American people across the aisle, including many Democrats, was we want to stop this illegal immigration.
00:10:29.460 The only way you do that is if you can credibly threaten every illegal alien here and say, if you are in this country illegally, you could be deported.
00:10:41.120 Obviously, we have to be wise as serpents and innocent as doves.
00:10:44.600 We don't want the Democrats to do what we know they're planning to do, which is once the deportations start to put up, you know, cute little children, little old grannies who are being thrown into boxcars or something.
00:10:55.720 That's what the Democrats want to say this is about.
00:10:57.400 They want to pretend that there's no such thing as MS-13.
00:11:00.260 They want to pretend that the cartels don't control the border.
00:11:02.540 They want to pretend that the open border hasn't led to the biggest mass poisoning in American history.
00:11:06.480 They want to pretend all these sorts.
00:11:07.600 They want to pretend people like Lake and Riley don't exist.
00:11:09.800 I guess Lake and Riley doesn't exactly exist anymore because she was murdered by an illegal alien.
00:11:14.280 But they want to pretend that all these crimes are not real.
00:11:17.840 So the Trump administration has to do two things, and Homan is doing this beautifully.
00:11:22.340 First, focus on all the obvious cases.
00:11:28.780 Force the media's hand.
00:11:30.100 Show the media to be liars.
00:11:31.480 Actually take out the most imminent threats.
00:11:34.440 But also maintain the law in principle.
00:11:39.040 Carry out justice, which is what these guys have been given a mandate to do.
00:11:43.820 Make it clear.
00:11:45.120 It's not just the face tattooed guys.
00:11:47.200 It's anyone who has broken our most basic laws.
00:11:50.460 They need to at least understand that they are liable to be deported.
00:11:55.120 There's so much more to say.
00:11:56.180 First, though, go to hillsdale.edu slash Knowles.
00:11:59.260 Time is our most precious commodity.
00:12:01.720 I've heard this from so many of our listeners who have asked for advice on how they can spend their time wisely and improve themselves and the people around them.
00:12:07.660 I'm really excited that Hillsdale is offering more than 40 free online courses in the most important and enduring subjects.
00:12:14.280 You can learn about the works of C.S. Lewis, the stories in the book of Genesis, the meaning of the U.S. Constitution, the rise and fall of the Roman Republic, the history of the ancient church with Hillsdale College's online courses, all available for free.
00:12:26.140 That is right for free.
00:12:27.980 I personally recommend you check out Marxism, Socialism, and Communism.
00:12:31.080 Over the course of six documentary-style episodes, you will hear from Hillsdale professors of history, politics, economics, as they look at Marx's life and writings, the misery and brutality of the Soviet Union, the atrocities of communist China, and the proliferation of what one might call cultural Marxism in America.
00:12:47.700 Start your free course, Marxism, Socialism, and Communism, today.
00:12:51.200 Go to hillsdale.edu slash Knowles right now.
00:12:53.720 It's free.
00:12:54.140 It's easy to get started.
00:12:55.400 Hillsdale.edu slash Knowles.
00:12:57.280 Love Hillsdale, one of the preeminent educational institutions in the country.
00:13:01.440 Hillsdale.edu slash Knowles.
00:13:04.320 Speaking of Trump nominees, President Trump has selected his pick for education secretary.
00:13:10.240 That would be Linda McMahon.
00:13:12.360 Linda McMahon, longtime Republican donor.
00:13:16.060 She ran for Senate in the state of Connecticut, wife of the founder of the WWE.
00:13:20.840 It is my great honor, President Trump writes, to announce that Linda McMahon, former administrator of the Small Business Administration,
00:13:27.940 will be the United States Education Secretary.
00:13:32.420 McMahon has recently served as chairman of the board of the America First Policy Institute, an important Trump-associated think tank.
00:13:39.960 And he says, as a strong supporter of school choice and parental rights, there's no one better to expel the woke agenda in our education system and put our children first than Linda McMahon.
00:13:49.340 Okay, that's great.
00:13:50.220 That's cool.
00:13:50.880 Like Linda McMahon.
00:13:51.600 She's terrific.
00:13:52.400 I sure hope she has a short tenure at the Department of Education, though.
00:13:57.720 Because she's a terrific pick.
00:13:59.760 I'm all for it.
00:14:00.380 But I was told that the Department of Education is going away.
00:14:05.360 So I hope that she's in there.
00:14:08.000 She, in the meantime, before Elon and Vivek turn their red tape machine gun on that aspect of the federal bureaucracy,
00:14:17.420 I hope she's able to restore some sanity, get rid of all the LGBT LMNOP mandates, try to fix up education in as much as she can.
00:14:25.860 But then that department's got to go away.
00:14:27.840 It was founded in 1979 by Jimmy Carter.
00:14:30.640 The purpose of it was to make American students better educated and smarter.
00:14:35.320 It has manifestly failed at that.
00:14:37.600 We have dropped down international rankings in education consistently and dramatically since that education department was founded.
00:14:44.580 So we've got to get rid of it.
00:14:45.900 When something doesn't serve its purpose, you've got to radically reform or just get rid of that system.
00:14:50.640 If I had a Leftist Tears Tumblr here and I poured delicious Leftist Tears in it, but the Leftist Tears started pouring out the bottom, there was a big leak.
00:15:00.200 And let's say, a better analogy, there were lots of leaks all over the Tumblr.
00:15:04.660 I could barely keep a half inch of liquid in there at any given time.
00:15:09.020 It just, the Tumblr just doesn't work.
00:15:11.240 What would I do?
00:15:12.440 Maybe you try to patch up the Tumblr, but if it's really broken beyond repair, you just throw it out.
00:15:17.600 It's good for nothing.
00:15:19.880 That's the Department of Education.
00:15:21.640 So, of course, we need someone in there.
00:15:24.020 Power goes to the people who will wield it.
00:15:25.700 So if there is such an administration, Trump needs to put a pick in there.
00:15:30.180 But that, the Trump administration has to do multiple things at the same time.
00:15:33.880 And it's tricky.
00:15:35.460 That's just how corrupt our system is now.
00:15:37.540 Trump has his work cut out for him.
00:15:38.940 There's no question about it.
00:15:40.780 But we should not be seduced by the notion that we can just wield the Department of Education for our own ends.
00:15:47.580 So that's true of certain government agencies.
00:15:49.160 Of this one, I just don't think that's how it works.
00:15:52.140 I think so long as there is a federal Department of Education, it will ultimately redound to the benefit of the left.
00:15:59.460 And so we just got to get rid of it.
00:16:01.220 And I can't wait till Elon and Vivek get there.
00:16:03.900 Okay.
00:16:04.200 Anyway, speaking of education, the Texas Board of Education is very close to some wonderful action, that is, to approving the Bible in schools.
00:16:13.960 Sort of.
00:16:16.140 I'm a strong proponent of the Bible in schools.
00:16:18.800 I'm a strong proponent of the Bible in schools for a couple reasons.
00:16:21.780 One, because I believe that the Bible is the inerrant, inspired word of God.
00:16:27.760 But even put that aside, let's say you don't believe that you're an atheist or an agnostic or Zoroastrian, whatever.
00:16:34.940 The other reason, even if you're not religious, that you should support the Bible in schools, is that the Bible is the most important book ever written.
00:16:42.160 It is a book without which we can't understand anything else about our civilization.
00:16:48.860 It is the book that has formed everything else.
00:16:52.880 You can't read William Faulkner without understanding the Bible.
00:16:57.180 You can't read the modern scientists.
00:17:01.520 You can't read Isaac Newton or Galileo without understanding the Bible.
00:17:05.760 I mean, you can read them and you can try to glean some insights from them, but it won't make sense.
00:17:10.160 Because the Bible forms the basis of our entire education or what could be our education.
00:17:19.400 If you take that out, if you take out the key piece, nothing really seems to make sense.
00:17:23.480 So that's why we need the Bible in schools.
00:17:27.520 Also, if you want to pursue truth, but you insist that we take God, the source and summit, and the actual identity of all truth out, then you're not going to have a very good run of things.
00:17:37.620 But just even at the most basic normie level, you can't understand the Western canon without the Bible.
00:17:44.000 What Texas is doing, though, is not even insisting on putting the Bible in schools, as you're going to hear from the left.
00:17:49.120 A majority of the Texas Board of Education's 15 members, they signaled their support for something called Blue Bonnet Learning,
00:17:57.820 which is an elementary school curriculum that just includes certain Christian teachings and biblical references.
00:18:05.960 That's it. That's according to the Texas Tribune.
00:18:10.380 The majority of the school board signaled their support for an elementary school curriculum that includes references to the Bible.
00:18:22.200 That's it.
00:18:23.740 I don't know how much more modest a proposal you could get.
00:18:27.960 So if you say, I oppose murder, and I think you should love your neighbor, love God above all things, and your neighbor as yourself.
00:18:37.880 Do unto others as you would have them do unto you.
00:18:39.980 If you say that, you are referencing the Bible.
00:18:42.160 We got to get that out of schools, too.
00:18:44.940 Hey, you probably shouldn't steal.
00:18:46.640 That's a reference to the Bible.
00:18:48.240 That's a reference to the Ten Commandments.
00:18:49.700 Hey, it's probably a good idea not to covet your neighbor's ox.
00:18:53.760 That actually usually is not taught in elementary schools, but it's a good rule, too.
00:18:56.920 You can't, basic aspects of even the natural law, can you not teach them?
00:19:00.420 Because they do, in fact, reference the Bible, certainly in our culture.
00:19:04.800 I don't know, pretty modest.
00:19:06.000 Here's what an opponent would say.
00:19:07.920 This is Mary Lowe, co-founder of Families Engaged for an Effective Education, some super lib group.
00:19:13.000 I am a Christian, she says, and I do believe that religion is part of our culture, but our nation does not have a religion.
00:19:20.700 We're unique in that.
00:19:22.260 Put a pause there.
00:19:23.820 You're telling me that the nation that has In God We Trust on all of our money, the nation for which in our national anthem we say,
00:19:32.460 conquer we must when our cause it is just, and this would be our motto, and God is our trust.
00:19:35.760 That nation doesn't have a religion.
00:19:36.980 A nation for which, when it was refounded by Abraham Lincoln, doing his own riffs on the King James Bible,
00:19:48.220 that that nation so devoted, so consecrated language straight out of the Bible, that that's not a religious nation.
00:19:54.840 Our nation where our first president celebrated Thanksgiving, giving thanks to God.
00:19:59.160 Our nation that was founded by pilgrims on the Mayflower, and then later by Puritans,
00:20:04.380 who said that we would be a model of Christian charity in a shining city on a hill.
00:20:08.020 We don't have a religion.
00:20:10.660 You know why she's saying that?
00:20:11.740 Because in the First Amendment it says, we will not establish a church at the national level.
00:20:16.160 Do you know why we have that provision of the Constitution?
00:20:19.020 Because there were already established churches at the state level that persisted for decades after ratification.
00:20:24.440 So she's just wrong about this.
00:20:27.220 She says, it's not even though she says, I hate religion.
00:20:29.420 I can't argue with her about hating religion exactly, if that's her subjective preference,
00:20:33.500 de gusti bus non dispet and demest.
00:20:35.580 But that's not what she's saying.
00:20:37.040 She's saying, I'm a Christian.
00:20:37.920 I think religion is part of our culture, but we don't have a religion.
00:20:40.120 And that's just not true.
00:20:40.960 We're a Christian country.
00:20:43.520 Nobody really before the middle of the 20th century would have said with a straight face that we don't have a religion.
00:20:49.340 Then she goes on.
00:20:50.100 Digression aside, she says, I do not think that our school districts should imply or try to overtly impress to young impressionable children that the state does have a religion.
00:21:00.360 Okay.
00:21:01.380 So then certainly the school shouldn't tell children that a boy can really be a girl because a person's true identity has nothing to do with their body.
00:21:10.040 Right?
00:21:11.020 That's obviously a religious, a cultish concept.
00:21:15.340 School shouldn't do that, right?
00:21:16.400 School shouldn't say it's okay for two men to get together and call it marriage.
00:21:21.260 That would be a moral teaching, an anthropological teaching even.
00:21:26.240 All the way down to religion.
00:21:27.980 School couldn't do that, right?
00:21:29.220 A school shouldn't tell children that it's wrong to commit murder or wrong to steal.
00:21:33.500 A school shouldn't punish a student for stealing or for smacking another student or for killing another student because that would imply a moral teaching.
00:21:41.900 And we're not making seminaries here.
00:21:43.740 Elementary school is not supposed to be catechism.
00:21:45.360 We don't want to have a state religion, do we?
00:21:47.700 We can't have laws that have any reference to the moral law, can we?
00:21:52.380 Well, no, that would imply a state religion.
00:21:55.320 I mean, in a way, it does imply religion.
00:21:58.060 But that's what all states have to do because that's what law is.
00:22:01.600 My only problem with this Texas proposal, it's not even a law yet.
00:22:05.520 It's not even a vote.
00:22:06.060 It's just an insinuation of support for this particular curriculum that sort of references the Bible.
00:22:14.580 My only problem with it is it's far too modest.
00:22:18.580 Far too modest.
00:22:20.220 You've got to teach the Bible in schools.
00:22:21.520 If a kid graduates from school, if a kid graduates from 12th grade, if a kid graduates from 8th grade, having not read the entire Bible or thereabouts, the kid cannot claim to be educated.
00:22:35.480 I'm not saying you've got to profess your faith in Christianity to graduate high school.
00:22:42.720 No one's suggesting that.
00:22:44.440 But you don't know it.
00:22:45.580 You're not familiar with the Bible.
00:22:47.020 You don't know who Noah is.
00:22:48.480 You don't know who Moses is.
00:22:49.920 You cannot possibly call yourself an educated person at even a basic level if you are not thoroughly familiar with the Bible, no matter what religion you say you have.
00:23:00.960 There's so much more to say.
00:23:01.960 First, though, go to puretalk.com slash Knowles.
00:23:05.620 Have you ever thought about what charities and causes the brands that you give your hard-earned money to support?
00:23:10.760 You give your money to all sorts of companies, and then they give some of that money to charities, some of which are really awful and contradict your values.
00:23:17.700 Well, Pure Talk is a little different.
00:23:19.360 Pure Talk, my cell phone company, supports veterans.
00:23:22.400 It's a veteran-led company.
00:23:23.540 It's their passion project.
00:23:24.960 That is why Pure Talk has alleviated $10 million in veteran debt.
00:23:28.280 It's why they donate tens of thousands of dollars every month to help prevent veteran suicide.
00:23:32.360 It's why they just donated $50,000 to Microworks, providing scholarships to veterans, learning the trades after active duty.
00:23:38.180 Time to jump ship from Verizon, AT&T, and T-Mobile.
00:23:40.760 There is a better option.
00:23:42.480 Pure Talk gives you the same great coverage, America's most dependable 5G network, for half the cost.
00:23:48.180 And, on top of that, you'll be helping veterans.
00:23:50.080 It is a win-win.
00:23:50.880 Here's the best part.
00:23:51.860 When you switch your cell phone service to Pure Talk on a qualifying plan, you will get one year free of Daily Wire Plus Insider.
00:23:57.260 This deal, it couldn't possibly get any better.
00:23:59.960 The only way you can get the special offer is by going to puretalk.com slash Knowles, or you can call and mention my name.
00:24:05.120 Puretalk.com slash Knowles.
00:24:06.680 Mention my name.
00:24:07.280 Don't forget that.
00:24:07.840 Switch to a qualifying plan.
00:24:09.300 Get one year free of Daily Wire Plus Insider.
00:24:12.360 Speaking of the Utes, we have a Daily Wire exclusive story here, which is that there's a children's hospital in Philadelphia that leads the nation in so-called sex change procedures.
00:24:26.000 This hospital, it's the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia, I guess.
00:24:32.200 Children's Hospital of Philadelphia, or is it Pennsylvania?
00:24:34.920 Well, it's one of the two.
00:24:35.900 It doesn't matter because the letter would be the same.
00:24:38.600 The hospital is known as CHOP.
00:24:42.080 The hospital that is devoted exclusively to the care of children, that has programs developed to help children to investigate their gender identity, according to the advocacy group Do No Harm, leading the nation in offering, quote, life-altering sex-related interventions for minors, that hospital is called CHOP.
00:25:04.920 It's really dark.
00:25:05.900 It's really gruesome.
00:25:06.860 I don't mean to make light of the fact that there are evil people trying to castrate children and successfully castrating children in America.
00:25:16.060 But that's pretty wild, right, CHOP?
00:25:18.900 It reminds me of that Alexander Pope quote,
00:25:21.320 All nature is but art unknown to thee, all chance direction which thou canst not see.
00:25:24.780 That is a pretty heavy-handed little wink from Providence.
00:25:29.100 It's called CHOP, guys.
00:25:32.860 Obviously, terribly evil needs to be done away with.
00:25:35.980 This stuff needs to be banned.
00:25:37.380 Probably this place needs to be shut down if they are castrating little kids.
00:25:44.100 And Republicans need to lead the charge on this.
00:25:46.240 I made this point yesterday.
00:25:47.040 We talked to Nancy Mace, a member of Congress who has a spine.
00:25:50.900 In our age of people missing anatomical features, this woman has a spine.
00:25:54.440 She's leading the charge to say, hey, no, on Capitol Hill, we're not going to force women to use the bathroom with men.
00:26:01.100 We're not going to allow the fantasies of disturbed men to overwhelm the legitimate rights of women.
00:26:09.500 I said, as a matter of justice, the Republicans need to take up this charge.
00:26:14.280 But also as a matter of politics, this is an easy, this is a winner.
00:26:18.060 This is the issue that flipped Virginia red for Glenn Youngkin.
00:26:20.720 This is the issue that helped Ron DeSantis win a massive re-election in Florida.
00:26:25.260 This is one of the big issues that propelled Trump, that got a lot of Democrats, center-left people, to come over and say, you know, look, I'm a lifelong Democrat.
00:26:32.620 But I just think pretending that little boys are little girls, castrating little kids, that's too much for me.
00:26:39.500 I know multiple people who say, they say, look, I'm still a liberal, I'm a Democrat, but this is too much.
00:26:44.920 And I say, look, I'm not a liberal, I'm not a leftist, I'm not a Democrat, but I'm happy to have your votes.
00:26:49.620 You're right, your party's going so insane, you should come on over.
00:26:53.280 This sort of thing, every Republican in the country should be jumping on, shutting this down.
00:26:59.480 As a matter of justice, sure, but even if the Republicans can't muster courage or moral clarity, this is shooting fish in a barrel, guys.
00:27:05.240 This is going to be your easiest, most popular political move to date.
00:27:11.020 If I can't convince you to do it as a matter of right and wrong, at the very least, do it as a matter of political expediency.
00:27:16.980 You will be applauded for it, you will win more votes, and coincidentally, you'll be doing the right thing.
00:27:21.760 Speaking of easy pickings for Republicans, there's a Democrat member of Congress with whom I was previously unfamiliar,
00:27:27.680 is woman Jasmine Crockett, who just went on a viral invective against white men.
00:27:35.460 It's because you can then misuse words like oppression.
00:27:39.120 There has been no oppression for the white men in this country.
00:27:43.800 You tell me which white men were dragged out of their homes.
00:27:48.140 You tell me which one of them got dragged all the way across an ocean and told that you are going to go and work.
00:27:55.760 Look, we are going to steal your wives.
00:27:58.200 We are going to rape your wives.
00:27:59.760 That didn't happen.
00:28:00.660 That is oppression.
00:28:02.480 We didn't ask to be here.
00:28:04.740 We're not the same migrants that y'all constantly come up against.
00:28:09.300 We didn't run away from home.
00:28:11.560 We were stolen.
00:28:13.280 So, yeah, we are going to sit here and be offended when you want to sit here and act like,
00:28:17.960 and don't let it escape you, that it is white men on this side of the aisle telling us
00:28:25.040 people of color on this side of the aisle, that y'all are the ones being oppressed,
00:28:31.180 that y'all are the ones that are being harmed.
00:28:34.160 This woman, don't you see, is being oppressed.
00:28:37.120 This woman, seating in Congress, and she's sitting in her seat in the U.S. Congress that she holds.
00:28:45.640 She is very oppressed.
00:28:46.940 She's sitting there in what appear to be Chanel earrings because of her oppression.
00:28:51.300 You know, I don't know.
00:28:52.920 I don't know.
00:28:53.380 Do they, I know Chanel clothing and accessories are expensive, but can you pay for them in
00:28:59.540 oppression?
00:29:00.340 Maybe that's what this woman did.
00:29:01.680 This woman's sitting here in her perfectly nice looking clothing with her ridiculously
00:29:05.400 long nails that she, apparently she can afford manicures.
00:29:08.620 Apparently she has the luxury and the leisure time for all sorts of cosmetic prunings and
00:29:13.080 primpings.
00:29:13.980 This woman, very, very oppressed and wants to tell those white men, whoever want to
00:29:19.540 criticize or complain about anything, that they need to shut up.
00:29:25.340 We didn't ask to come here.
00:29:27.940 Lady, I certainly did not ask for you to be in Congress.
00:29:30.920 You did ask to be in Congress.
00:29:32.200 So you are, you asked to be there at least.
00:29:33.740 She sounds like an angsty teenager, this sort of angsty teenager who says, I didn't ask to
00:29:41.260 be born.
00:29:42.460 I didn't ask to be here.
00:29:44.380 Whining like, like an uneducated person, an immature person who does not have control
00:29:50.660 over his or her own passions and emotions.
00:29:53.980 So is, is lashing out against the white man who apparently white men are never victims of
00:30:00.120 crimes.
00:30:00.580 Apparently white men's wives are never raped.
00:30:02.500 Apparently white men are never forced to do things they don't want to do.
00:30:05.000 Those are her examples.
00:30:06.600 Apparently I didn't know.
00:30:07.660 I didn't know that.
00:30:08.280 I, I, I'm pretty, I'm pretty sure that isn't true, but that's what she claims.
00:30:13.400 She is the true oppressed person.
00:30:15.340 And those evil dastardly white men need to shut their mouths and get out of politics.
00:30:20.740 All right, lady, that's an interesting bet.
00:30:23.360 We'll see.
00:30:23.960 We're going to see how this plays out for you.
00:30:26.380 Alyssa Slotkin, Democrat member of Congress, has just gone viral for saying that part,
00:30:32.400 part of the reason we lost this last, we being the Democrats in her case, lost this
00:30:36.600 last election is because we played identity politics.
00:30:39.360 We Democrats need to stop playing identity politics.
00:30:41.740 And then this woman goes viral for, for invading against white men and playing the oppression
00:30:46.140 Olympics.
00:30:46.700 Okay.
00:30:48.280 Okay.
00:30:48.680 Let's see who's right.
00:30:50.220 Is Alyssa Slotkin right?
00:30:51.660 In this case, I think probably she is.
00:30:53.260 She just won her race.
00:30:54.440 Or is this like, what's her name?
00:30:57.540 Jasmine Crockett.
00:30:59.980 Democrats, I want you to go, I want you to run every ad about three things about how much
00:31:05.860 you love killing babies.
00:31:06.800 That's, they think that's their winning issue.
00:31:08.160 Okay.
00:31:08.320 How much you love killing babies?
00:31:09.620 Run that ad.
00:31:10.400 Be totally honest about it.
00:31:11.640 How much you love castrating children?
00:31:13.400 That's a good one.
00:31:14.120 Run that ad.
00:31:14.660 You believe it's so important to you and how much you hate white men.
00:31:19.820 And, and recently after the election where one in five black guys and half of Hispanics
00:31:24.080 just about voted for Trump, how, how racist the Hispanics are and how sexist the black
00:31:30.200 guys are.
00:31:30.540 That was the other Democrat conclusion from the election.
00:31:33.400 Run those ads too.
00:31:34.940 Run those.
00:31:35.480 You hate the white guys and now you hate the one in five black men and now you hate the
00:31:38.820 Hispanics and now you want to castrate the kids and the ones that you don't kill.
00:31:43.220 Okay, fine.
00:31:43.840 Run those ads.
00:31:45.240 Let's see how it works.
00:31:46.180 I love it.
00:31:46.740 Jasmine Crockett.
00:31:47.520 I want her to be the leader of the DNC.
00:31:50.620 Make her, make that woman chairman of the DNC.
00:31:53.020 Make her the minority leader in the house of representatives for the demo.
00:31:56.220 I love it.
00:31:56.740 Sounds good to me.
00:31:57.760 Some liberals are recognizing this stuff isn't really working.
00:32:00.540 Some liberals are recognizing that it wasn't white supremacy that took down Kamala.
00:32:04.680 It wasn't the patriarchy that took down Kamala.
00:32:07.040 Democrats like Katie Couric talking to Jen Psaki, first press secretary for, for Joe Biden
00:32:12.280 admit, you know, maybe the problem was us.
00:32:15.720 I also felt that, and again, I think she really did well in so many areas and I, but I was
00:32:27.800 frustrated by her inability to really succinctly answer questions at times, Jen, and to kind
00:32:33.360 of, like, if she was asked about changing the Supreme Court at that CNN town hall, she had
00:32:42.080 an opportunity to talk about ethics and what, you know, Alito and Clarence Thomas were doing.
00:32:47.400 And she answered, like, in one sentence and then, like, went on to something that had nothing
00:32:51.820 to do with the question.
00:32:53.340 You know, people notice that, and it's like, answer the goddamn question, please.
00:32:57.620 I mean.
00:32:59.320 There you have it.
00:33:01.260 Answer the darn question, says Katie Couric.
00:33:05.520 But hold on.
00:33:06.040 I was told the whole time that Kamala was a really good candidate.
00:33:09.160 Kamala was really smart and educated and honest and articulate and direct.
00:33:13.840 And I was, she was great.
00:33:15.860 She was, I was told that, and previously, before Kamala was the nominee, I was told that
00:33:22.140 Joe Biden was not senile.
00:33:23.820 He was totally in command of his faculties.
00:33:25.860 Morning Joe told me this was the best Joe Biden sharpest that we've ever seen him.
00:33:30.320 What Katie Couric is admitting here, and Jen Psaki nodding along, I think, is implicitly
00:33:34.420 acknowledging, is they lied about Kamala.
00:33:38.900 They lied.
00:33:39.560 The same people who three weeks ago told us Kamala's great.
00:33:42.760 She is doing interviews.
00:33:44.900 She is talking to the press.
00:33:45.900 She is answering questions.
00:33:46.820 She is transparent.
00:33:47.680 They're admitting, yeah, we lied about that to you.
00:33:50.120 We were just as frustrated as you were.
00:33:52.660 Yeah, we knew she didn't answer the question.
00:33:54.120 She didn't have answers.
00:33:55.060 It was pathetic.
00:33:55.700 She was bad at that.
00:33:58.360 So in reckoning with the historic failure of the Kamala Harris candidacy, they have to
00:34:07.140 admit they lied to you.
00:34:08.000 And this is just like Kamala lying about Joe Biden's incompetence.
00:34:15.280 This is a reckoning for the media.
00:34:17.000 It's no coincidence that Katie Couric is here.
00:34:19.660 Katie Couric, a major TV journalist of the last three decades.
00:34:23.300 I'm just saying, yeah.
00:34:26.160 I mean, she's obviously a Democrat activist.
00:34:28.260 She has engaged in some dubious journalistic practices, let's say, over the years, a little
00:34:33.180 selective editing and things that are pretty sus, though now pretty typical even of the
00:34:37.360 news networks, NBC, CBS.
00:34:39.100 CBS did it while they were chopping up and re-editing the Kamala Harris 60 Minutes interview to make
00:34:43.320 her look better.
00:34:43.820 And they're admitting, you know, that didn't, we tried to cover for her, but maybe we shouldn't
00:34:49.020 have.
00:34:49.380 Maybe we should have just forced her to answer that.
00:34:50.900 Maybe we should have done our jobs.
00:34:52.640 And maybe she would have done better.
00:34:55.180 Or maybe not, at least though then, even if she wouldn't have done any better, the media
00:34:58.740 would still have some credibility instead of totally collapsing.
00:35:01.640 CNN's ratings collapsing.
00:35:03.100 MSNBC possibly up on the chopping block.
00:35:05.520 The New York Times-Washington Post admitting this was the podcast election.
00:35:08.060 The podcasters have much more influence.
00:35:09.720 We'll try to kick them off YouTube, but if that doesn't work, they're going to eat our
00:35:12.580 lunch.
00:35:14.080 They knew.
00:35:15.600 They knew.
00:35:16.340 The media are being forced to reckon with their own lies, including in real time.
00:35:21.580 Because the new line that you're hearing is that Trump's nominees are totally unqualified.
00:35:27.320 Trump's nominees for his cabinet are not only unqualified, but some of them are even criminals.
00:35:31.160 And they're especially going after Matt Gaetz in this regard.
00:35:35.820 And now the media, because the political order has shifted, they're having to own up to the
00:35:41.900 lies that they're telling in real time.
00:35:43.080 We just saw this on The View.
00:35:43.960 We'll get to it in one second.
00:35:44.840 First, though, today we are celebrating a monumental achievement by one of the most prominent
00:35:50.460 and influential voices of our time.
00:35:51.880 Dr. Jordan B. Peterson has officially reached his 500th episode of his show.
00:35:55.800 500 episodes of brilliant, thought-provoking, funny-accented, life-changing conversations.
00:36:01.880 And it's all available right now on Daily Wire Plus, including his Mastering Life series.
00:36:08.140 It is your personal roadmap to building a life of purpose, strength, and meaning coming December
00:36:12.000 1st.
00:36:13.100 Dr. Peterson is releasing his highly anticipated 10-part biblical series, Gospels, exclusively
00:36:17.640 on Daily Wire Plus.
00:36:18.500 Head over to Daily Wire Plus right now.
00:36:20.520 Celebrate Dr. Jordan Peterson's 500th episode with us today.
00:36:24.760 My favorite comment yesterday is from Meatlog, what a name, who says, the best word in a
00:36:31.600 parent's lexicon for both the parent and the child is the word no.
00:36:35.060 The same applies to issues such as this.
00:36:37.060 I don't even know what specific issue that's referencing, but I've said that for years.
00:36:41.040 I've said, in fact, this was part of the thesis of my book, Speechless, which is that conservatives
00:36:45.040 need to learn, thank you, a beautiful word, no.
00:36:49.560 Parent, look, sometimes the parent doesn't want to say no.
00:36:51.720 You want to just keep your kid happy, but you have to be able to say no.
00:36:55.980 No, Democrats, no, you don't get to flood the country with foreigners.
00:36:59.740 No.
00:37:00.440 No, Democrats, you don't get to castrate the kids.
00:37:02.760 No.
00:37:03.440 And we don't need to have a long, complex, nuanced discussion.
00:37:06.380 We don't have to meet in the middle.
00:37:07.660 Look, you want to castrate the kids.
00:37:09.380 I don't want to castrate the kids.
00:37:10.940 We'll just remove some of their genitals.
00:37:13.320 No, you don't need to compromise on that.
00:37:15.480 You want to flood the country with foreigners in contravention of our law.
00:37:18.020 We want to enforce our law.
00:37:19.120 And so, look, we'll only bring in 5 million illegals.
00:37:22.520 No.
00:37:23.140 You could just say no.
00:37:24.960 Simple as.
00:37:25.720 Ronald Reagan had a good line on this.
00:37:27.100 He said, illegal immigration is illegal.
00:37:29.060 It's that simple.
00:37:30.360 It's wrong to castrate kids.
00:37:31.860 You don't need to always have a big compromise, nuanced conciliate.
00:37:36.300 I'm as happy to compromise on issues that are open to that.
00:37:41.180 Okay, we'll argue over taxes, and maybe we'll meet in the middle somewhere.
00:37:44.840 On stuff like this, though, just say no.
00:37:46.720 Like, sometimes you got to tell the petulant little child no.
00:37:50.040 It's better for the household, and it is better for the child.
00:37:55.180 The liberals, especially in the media, are having to come to grips with their own perfidy,
00:37:59.580 with their own insidiousness.
00:38:01.680 This, we saw in The View yesterday, when, after The View has been ranting and raving about Matt Gaetz,
00:38:08.120 President Trump's pick for attorney general, the lawyers made them issue this disclaimer.
00:38:12.960 On screen.
00:38:14.660 Sonny, you have a legal note.
00:38:16.400 I do have a legal note.
00:38:17.420 Thank you, Whoopi.
00:38:18.140 Matt Gaetz has long denied all allegations, calling the claims, quote, invented,
00:38:26.000 and saying in a statement to ABC News that this false smear following a three-year criminal investigation
00:38:31.640 should be viewed with great skepticism, that DOJ investigation was closed with no charges being brought.
00:38:39.400 We'll be right back.
00:38:40.480 We'll be right back.
00:38:43.120 You can see Sonny Hauston either sincerely or performatively showing her rage that she has to read this legal disclaimer.
00:38:50.840 Why does she have to read the legal disclaimer?
00:38:53.200 Because she knows that The View is defaming Matt Gaetz.
00:38:57.080 If The View comes out and says, he's a sex criminal, he's a this, he's a that.
00:39:01.000 And why?
00:39:02.420 Well, they open it with the, they kind of bury the lead.
00:39:05.520 They open it and say, Matt Gaetz denies the allegations.
00:39:08.200 Yeah, but we don't believe Matt Gaetz.
00:39:09.200 We hate that guy.
00:39:09.720 He's a total jerk.
00:39:10.300 Oh, we hate Matt Gaetz.
00:39:11.800 And also, the DOJ investigated him for years and did not pursue any charges.
00:39:21.580 In other words, they effectively cleared him of those charges.
00:39:25.420 The same DOJ that we are told by The View is independent and above political considerations
00:39:32.240 and is just merely enforcing the law like Lady Justice with a blindfold on.
00:39:36.600 The DOJ that is currently run by Joe Biden and Kamala Harris.
00:39:39.200 They cleared Matt Gaetz for all intents and purposes.
00:39:45.560 Oh, and then she says, all right, so that's my disclaimer.
00:39:48.460 And then they cut to commercial because they have nothing to say about that.
00:39:51.020 If I read a disclaimer on some controversial issue, you know, if lawyers made, I'm not saying they did, but let's say lawyers made me stop talking about how in the 2020 election,
00:40:02.000 the Pennsylvania state constitution prohibits the Pennsylvania state constitution prohibits widespread indiscriminate mail-in ballots.
00:40:07.160 And yet the election officials and the Democrats sent them out anyway in contravention of the state constitution.
00:40:12.800 If I brought up this kind of odd circumstance, it would seem unconstitutional circumstance.
00:40:19.620 Maybe some lawyer would make me say, but, you know, the Supreme Court has ruled that it's okay to violate the constitution or whatever.
00:40:24.560 I would read that disclaimer if I were required to do so, but then I would comment on it.
00:40:30.140 I would explain why I disagree with that interpretation of the law and why my view was obviously correct.
00:40:35.620 But here, the view can't do that because they really have nothing.
00:40:39.600 So the best they can do, the best the press can do, this is a master class, is eat crow and move on.
00:40:48.660 That's the best they can do.
00:40:49.740 I don't think we should really let them move on because I think they've so decimated their credibility that there need to be real consequences.
00:40:54.760 Like, for instance, tearing up the White House press room seating chart, which there has been some rumor actually will happen.
00:41:01.520 To bring in the new media voices and the podcasters and the streamers that even the establishment media are admitting run the show today.
00:41:07.680 We'll see what happens.
00:41:09.860 Now, some Democrat politicians, even beyond the media, are being forced to own up to their lies.
00:41:16.740 Here's one.
00:41:17.380 I really like this from Hakeem Jeffries, the Democrat leader in the House of Representatives, soon to be the minority leader of the House of Representatives.
00:41:22.800 Oh, I'm sorry, he is currently the minority leader.
00:41:25.340 Republicans even presently have a slim majority, but he will remain the minority leader in the next Congress.
00:41:31.220 Hakeem Jeffries was asked by NBC on Meet the Press if he would agree with the widespread Democrat media, but I repeat myself, characterization of Trump's DNI pick,
00:41:43.460 Director of National Intelligence pick, Tulsa Gabbard, as a Russian asset.
00:41:47.280 Here's what he says.
00:41:48.520 Leader Jeffries, you're not willing to say she's a Russian asset.
00:41:52.800 No, that's not how I would characterize her at this particular juncture, but I'm open to scrutinizing whatever information is presented to all of us.
00:42:04.400 But this is going to fall on Senate Democrats and Senate Republicans.
00:42:07.760 No, that's not how I would characterize her at this particular juncture.
00:42:11.080 So he's saying I really want to characterize her this way, but I would not do that right now.
00:42:14.620 Why? Where did this even come from?
00:42:17.880 I love that this is even a question that the media can ask, because what's it based on?
00:42:22.020 It's based on a baseless accusation from Hillary Clinton.
00:42:25.520 Hillary Clinton launched this defamatory campaign against Tulsi Gabbard back in 2020.
00:42:29.840 She said, she insinuated, and then a spokesman confirmed, she said that Tulsi Gabbard was the favorite of the Russians.
00:42:38.280 And they were propping her up, and she's effectively a Russian asset.
00:42:41.280 And the Democrats have run with this since then.
00:42:44.100 Now, Hakeem Jeffries knows, you know, I'm not going to go there.
00:42:47.160 Why not?
00:42:47.660 I don't even think it's just because it's defamatory, because it's difficult to be held liable for defaming public figures in America.
00:42:53.520 That's not true in every country, but in America it is.
00:42:55.700 I think it's because Hakeem Jeffries is a pretty smart politician, and he realizes that to call Tulsi Gabbard a Russian stooge at this point is to call the voters Russian stooges.
00:43:08.140 Because Tulsi was out there on the campaign trail with Trump regularly.
00:43:13.080 It's not as though Tulsi hid her hand, and then when Trump won, she said, I support him, and now he's going to put me in some position.
00:43:20.280 She was campaigning with him.
00:43:21.320 She was part of the deal in electing Trump.
00:43:23.180 She was very, very public.
00:43:24.920 She switched parties for this, and people voted in part for her.
00:43:30.760 They voted in part for Bobby Kennedy.
00:43:32.180 They voted in part for Elon Musk.
00:43:33.580 They voted in part for Howard Lutnik.
00:43:35.400 They voted in part for the prominent figures on the campaign, and that includes Tulsi, Vivek, J.D. Vance, and Tulsi.
00:43:45.060 So what Hakeem is realizing, because the Democrats lost the popular vote, because they lost one of five black guys, because they lost 46% of Hispanics, because they lost 40% of women under the age of 30.
00:43:55.620 He's realizing, yikes.
00:43:58.200 I can't pull the principal Skinner here.
00:44:01.340 I can't say, am I out of touch?
00:44:03.060 No, it's the children who must be wrong.
00:44:04.480 I can't say it must be the voters who are wrong.
00:44:06.120 I can't say the voters are stooges for the Russians.
00:44:08.680 It's especially ironic, because the Democrats were legitimately stooges for the Russians for most of the 20th century.
00:44:13.260 They were carrying water for Stalin.
00:44:15.140 The New York Times, you know, lying about Stalin, defending him.
00:44:20.040 You know, the American left broadly defending the Soviet Union and so many communist dictators.
00:44:24.940 So it's kind of rich now that they're calling us the Russian stooges.
00:44:27.260 But in any case, they realize, hmm, hi, I'm the problem.
00:44:32.520 Maybe it's me.
00:44:33.660 Now, there was a display on Piers Morgan's show, one of the great political TV shows.
00:44:37.780 The man knows TV better than just about anyone.
00:44:40.440 There was a great debate that I think summed up our political order.
00:44:43.060 It just came out.
00:44:43.620 It's going viral.
00:44:45.080 Cenk Uygur of the Young Turks and Alan Lichtman.
00:44:49.120 Alan Lichtman is the political scientist who has these keys.
00:44:53.040 And his claim to fame is that he's accurately predicted all of the recent presidential elections, with the exception of the 2000 election, which was contested.
00:45:01.100 But he says he really got that one right, and things got screwed up later.
00:45:04.460 So he claims to have basically a perfect score.
00:45:06.880 And yet his prediction was proven wrong in 2024.
00:45:11.780 He thought Kamala was going to win.
00:45:13.300 And so there was a debate between Cenk and Alan Lichtman on Piers Morgan's show that totally sums up our current political order.
00:45:21.940 You don't know anything.
00:45:24.260 You attacked me personally.
00:45:25.240 You're so deluded.
00:45:27.220 I've only been a professor for 51 years.
00:45:29.360 On this program, I've never been able to finish a thought.
00:45:31.640 How many books have you published?
00:45:33.620 No, because you're personally attacking me again.
00:45:36.780 Say whatever you want, but I'm not going to stand for personal attacks.
00:45:39.020 Okay, but brother, you got it wrong.
00:45:40.960 Say whatever you want.
00:45:42.140 You were preposterously and stupidly wrong.
00:45:44.500 So, okay, all right.
00:45:45.420 Can I just finish a gotcha thought ever on this show?
00:45:48.300 No, not if you're personally attacking me.
00:45:50.060 I admitted I was wrong.
00:45:51.680 I don't need you to call me stupid.
00:45:53.560 You deserve a tall glass of shut up juice.
00:45:56.340 So can you just shut up for a second and let someone who knows what they're doing.
00:46:00.080 You're so right here.
00:46:01.280 You're so right.
00:46:01.760 You're so unified right now.
00:46:02.840 So I will not sit here and stand for personal attacks, for blasphemy against me.
00:46:09.480 You don't need to do that.
00:46:11.340 You don't blasphemy against you.
00:46:12.640 Who the hell are you?
00:46:13.380 Are you Jesus Christ?
00:46:14.300 You loser.
00:46:15.920 Okay.
00:46:16.400 Okay.
00:46:17.640 Sums it all up.
00:46:20.800 There's a pundit versus a political scientist.
00:46:24.300 And the pundit, Cenk Uygur, is exemplifying how obnoxious and degraded and immature and pointless
00:46:35.220 so much modern political commentary is.
00:46:37.660 There are few people who offer less value in political commentary than Cenk Uygur.
00:46:42.960 So obnoxious, so disrespectful, so just grating to listen to.
00:46:49.120 And then on the other side, you have the political scientist, who I sympathize with more here,
00:46:52.980 Alan Lichtman, who at least is attempting to act like a gentleman.
00:46:55.740 But then at the end there, he says, you are blaspheming against me.
00:46:59.600 And blasphemy is to speak against God.
00:47:04.500 So he's claiming, and it seems to me, maybe it was, he just doesn't know the meaning of the word.
00:47:09.620 It might have been a Freudian slip where you say one thing and mean your mother.
00:47:12.240 Where he's saying, like so many scientists do, especially political scientists, they say, I am God.
00:47:17.960 I know the rules of the universe.
00:47:21.200 My rules cannot be violated.
00:47:23.100 My model with the keys and the predictions has to be correct.
00:47:26.860 To criticize me, to contradict me, is to blaspheme.
00:47:30.700 That is our political order.
00:47:32.980 And so both sides completely wrong.
00:47:35.240 The scientistic view of the world, totally wrong.
00:47:37.740 The obnoxious, degraded leftist view, wrong and unpleasant.
00:47:41.680 This is it.
00:47:42.180 This is our political order.
00:47:43.140 And this is, together, what the voters rejected.
00:47:45.660 Okay, we have a guest coming on the Membrum Segmentum, which we will get to for Theology Thursday.
00:47:52.100 First, though, the rest of the show must continue beyond the Hoi Ploi on YouTube.
