00:03:41.340 The libs are saying that Trump isn't even doing as good a job on deportations as Joe Biden did.

00:03:46.040 Joe Biden was probably the worst open borders president we have ever had in our country's history.

00:03:51.020 Well, here are the real numbers.

00:03:53.220 According to Customs and Border Protection, only 359 illegal aliens are being processed daily across the southern border.

00:04:02.240 That means that in just the first few weeks of the Trump administration, of the second Trump administration,

00:04:08.580 illegal border crossings are down 90%.

00:04:12.020 Those are the numbers.

00:04:15.600 90% drop since Trump was inaugurated.

00:04:20.620 That is 90% down from the same time last year.

00:04:24.320 According to Mark Krikorian, who's the executive director of the Center for Immigration Studies,

00:04:28.520 he says if you kind of break down the numbers, we haven't had numbers this low since the 1960s.

00:04:36.800 But according to Newsweek, Newsweek is saying that the numbers aren't that good.

00:04:47.240 They're saying according to publicly accessible data, Joe Biden's numbers were actually better than Trump's.

00:04:55.800 This doesn't make any sense.

00:04:56.800 Now, Daily Wire has then done a fact check of Newsweek's fact check of the immigration numbers.

00:05:03.100 And the problem is that Newsweek is lumping in repatriations, people who were turned away at the border who never made it into America.

00:05:11.660 So they're comparing apples to oranges here.

00:05:17.180 When you actually look at Joe Biden's numbers, Biden removed just under 48,000 illegal aliens in all of fiscal year 2024.

00:06:25.700 Trump is dealing with the same law, the same statutes that Joe Biden was dealing with.

00:06:33.760 So why is it that Trump was able to knock the numbers down by 90% in just a few weeks on the job?

00:07:49.680 J.D. Vance just got in hot water for wading in to the issue of immigration and pointing out that traditionally, Christianity understands an order of charity.

00:08:03.200 That we have particular responsibilities to those who are closest to us, to our families, those in our local communities, to our co-religionists, to our countrymen.

00:08:19.000 Because if we totally ignore their needs and their safety and their concerns, and we give all of our charity to people on the other side of the world that we don't really know, that would actually be a perversion of charity.
