The Michael Knowles Show - Ep. 1891 - The Real Reason Trump Plans to Conquer Greenland

00:00:00.000 President Trump met yesterday with the Danish prime minister at the White House over Trump's

00:00:05.500 plans to annex Greenland. Meanwhile, the chaos and scandals in Minnesota go from bad to worse

00:00:12.100 as illegal aliens and their supporters attack federal agents, federal agents shooting one of

00:00:16.740 them in the leg. We'll get into all the specifics. But I think I've finally figured out President

00:00:21.920 Trump's obsession with acquiring Greenland. Everyone thinks it's about national security

00:00:27.920 or Arctic shipping lanes or minerals and deterring China and Russia. But it occurred to me yesterday,

00:00:36.900 this morning, actually, the biggest flashpoint of domestic conflict right now is occurring. Why?

00:00:45.580 Because foreign criminals invaded and conquered our quasi-Arctic state, formerly populated by 1.00

00:00:51.740 amiable Scandinavians. So once we get the big island to the Northeast, we can either round up 1.00

00:01:00.240 all the immigrants and send them there, or we can just rename Greenland, New Minnesota, 0.90

00:01:06.540 start over again, and we're back to where we were 20 years ago, making America great again.

00:01:11.000 I'm Michael Knowles. This is the Michael Knowles Show.

00:01:27.440 Welcome back to the show. Oprah Winfrey has come to the conclusion that eating did not make her fat,

00:01:39.780 but rather fatness made her eat. We will get to that kind of logic that would make a scholastic 0.53

00:01:49.600 dizzy and maybe pass out. First, though, I want to tell you about Cow Guys. Go to cowguys.shop.

00:01:56.500 This episode is sponsored by Cow Guys. Big Pharma ruined your skincare. Can you pronounce every

00:02:01.760 ingredient on your lotion bottle? I don't think you can. Does your moisturizer read like a lab report?

00:02:06.400 What Big Pharma did to a lot of food, they did to skincare too. They used slick marketing

00:02:11.360 to convince us to rub industrial byproduct all over our faces. Here's the problem. Skin issues are

00:02:16.820 extremely common nowadays. It seems like everyone knows someone struggling with bad skin or some sort

00:02:21.440 of skin condition. Well, you know what we used for generations before these chemical companies took

00:02:25.780 over? Tallow. It's what your skin understands. It is biologically appropriate. It's an organic

00:02:32.280 compound that is bio-identical to your skin barrier. Cow Guys is rancher-owned, has no synthetics. You

00:02:38.080 use it as a lotion for your hands, your arms, your legs, your face, your lips, skin that glows morning

00:02:43.480 and night. It's effective. It's natural. It smells wonderful. Search up cowguys.shop. Get your bottle.

00:02:49.920 Get a second one free. No special code needed. That is six to eight months of moisturizer for $34.

00:02:55.800 Head on over right now and look good. Look glowing. Cowguys.shop. Grab two bottles for the price of one. 0.98

00:03:02.760 Before we get to new Minnesota, it's amazing. New Minnesota is going to be great because we're

00:03:09.680 going to say, look, we messed up. We used to have nice Scandinavians in Minnesota and then the 1.00

00:03:14.700 Scandinavians stopped being nice and then they invited in a ton of Somalis and now everything's 1.00

00:03:20.900 terrible. And so what we're going to do is we're just, we're going to say, you know what, whatever,

00:03:25.120 it's over. Cut our losses. The Somalis and the Venezuelans and the black bloc terrorists can have, 1.00

00:03:31.300 the Antifa. They can have Minnesota, but we're just going to start over. We got new Scandinavians 0.99

00:03:37.400 and we're going to keep them nice. They got to stay nice there. And I think they will. I think

00:03:41.560 we'll be very nice to them. But before we get to new Minnesota, I want to talk about old Minnesota

00:03:46.760 where things are getting from going from bad to worse. Rioters now are breaking into federal vehicles

00:03:53.640 and stealing weapons. Do we have the video? This is care of Nick Sorter.

00:04:00.240 So here you see the libs have been trying to tell us that, you know, it's just nice,

00:04:03.460 caring, suburban moms who are trying to stop the terrible ice. This isn't suburban moms.

00:04:09.440 These are masked up black bloc agents, you know, wearing Antifa style masks, in some cases face

00:04:18.800 tattooed gangsters. One of the face tattooed looks like Hispanic gangsters actually stole a rifle out 1.00

00:04:24.740 of a federal vehicle that he broke into. This is, it was always dangerous when people were downplaying

00:04:32.920 the risks. Now it's real dangerous. And so what the feds have to do here is make an example and

00:04:38.320 there's no alternative. This is in fact what the liberals did after January 6th. The difference

00:04:44.460 on January 6th, of course, is that these were not armed anarchists who really hurt anyone seriously.

00:04:52.140 The only person who was killed in political violence on January 6th, of course, was a Trump

00:04:57.040 supporter who was killed by a trigger happy cop. But what happened? What did the feds do? They went in

00:05:01.400 for months. I spoke to US marshals after January 6th. Months and months later, they were still tracking

00:05:07.620 down every single sweet little granny who showed up to take a selfie. So we can get these people,

00:05:14.020 the federal government can do it. I trust that the Trump administration is doing that now.

00:05:19.220 So in many ways, I'm not even trying to convince the Trump administration. I think the White House

00:05:22.520 gets it. I think the people who are in charge of the deportations and law enforcement get it.

00:05:26.760 But Republicans need to get this generally. Conservatives need to get this generally.

00:05:30.260 Independents need to get this generally. 0.98

00:05:31.620 We were talking, especially after Charlie Kirk was murdered, we were talking about organized

00:05:38.280 left-wing terror, Antifa, Black Bloc, the kinds of people who set off an explosive when I was 1.00

00:05:45.960 speaking at the University of Pittsburgh, the kind of people who have been leading a lot of the anarchy,

00:05:50.080 not just in recent years, but frankly, going all the way back to the 1920s in the United States.

00:05:54.140 And they're now challenging the administration. They're challenging the regime in many ways.

00:05:59.560 Are you guys serious or do we control these streets now?

00:06:03.240 And so if there were any question, the federal government can round these people up.

00:06:07.900 We saw it on January 6th, and they need to. Not even just as a matter of justice,

00:06:13.880 but as a matter of political legitimacy. If you don't round these people up like the animals they

00:06:19.440 are and make examples of them Bukele style, then you're only going to get more violence. 0.96

00:06:24.840 You're only going to get more political challenges. You're only going to get more bad optics.

00:06:28.200 The only way out right now is through. Meanwhile, I guess as evidence of that read

00:06:36.480 of things, an ICE agent was ambushed again. And so an ICE agent, Homeland Security put this out

00:06:43.080 just yesterday. Yesterday evening, 6.50 p.m. Central Time, the federal law enforcement officers

00:06:49.300 were conducting a traffic stop to round up the illegal aliens. And there's an illegal alien from

00:06:54.260 Venezuela who tried to evade arrest. He fled the scene. He's driving his car erratically.

00:06:59.800 Where have we heard this before? Crashed into a parked vehicle. Where have we heard this before?

00:07:04.040 He then gets out of the car, flees on foot. So these poor ICE agents are going. They have a

00:07:09.500 thankless job. They go, very important job, necessary job, but thankless. They go on foot,

00:07:15.820 try to get this guy. And then the Venezuelan illegal starts attacking the officer. 1.00

00:07:20.680 So they're trying to get this guy down on the ground. What happens?

00:07:25.360 Two people come out of a nearby apartment, ambush ICE. Now it's unclear. Were those guys

00:07:30.220 Venezuelans? Were they illegal aliens? Or were they just deluded lily-white Minnesotan leftists 0.68

00:07:35.780 who decided they were going to go attack ICE one day? Kind of like the lady who was killed.

00:07:42.020 I don't think she intended to be a domestic terrorist, but she drove her SUV into a cop. 1.00

00:07:47.240 Things can spin out of control quickly. In any case, the poor ICE agents

00:07:51.640 now getting ambushed. They take out shovels. They start beating this guy with a shovel.

00:07:57.400 And so luckily, happily, the ICE agent was able to get his gun out and shoot the Venezuelan. 0.93

00:08:03.760 And the part that might even make the liberals acquiesce to this is he shot him in the leg. 0.69

00:08:11.040 This is a massive struggle. This guy's getting ambushed, getting hit with shovels,

00:08:14.460 and he shoots the guy, but he doesn't shoot to stop, which is what law enforcement is trained to

00:08:18.320 do. In the melee, in the struggle, he shoots him and he shoots him in the leg. This is always what 0.68

00:08:23.240 the left says. Why did you have to shoot to kill the suspect? Why not just shoot him in the leg? 0.76

00:08:28.260 What, you know, these people who have no idea how firearms work, have no idea how law enforcement 1.00

00:08:31.960 works. They say, why did you have to shoot him? Why didn't you just shoot the gun out of his hand?

00:08:35.680 But actually, in this case, they did shoot him in the leg. Lucky for the Venezuelan, 1.00

00:08:40.720 he deserved much worse. But luckily, he stopped him. It seems that the suspects are in custody now.

00:08:49.680 You're going to get more of this. There are two options right now. The two options are bring down

00:08:57.320 an iron fist from the federal government. The full force of the law, round these people up,

00:09:03.120 Bukele style, as I previously mentioned, or allow them to keep obstructing justice, 1.00

00:09:10.020 stopping law enforcement, stopping traffic, ambushing cops, in some cases fleeing. And then

00:09:16.260 the cops are going to have to start shooting just to defend their own lives. And then you're going to

00:09:21.720 let it spin more and more out of control. And sooner than many people think, you're going to have

00:09:26.920 an anarchic situation. Those are the only two options. And I think most reasonable people,

00:09:30.860 if you think about it for more than two seconds, realize the best thing you can do,

00:09:35.080 certainly for the protection of law and order, certainly for the enforcement of the laws,

00:09:38.220 but also for the illegals, also even for the good of the anarchists.

00:09:44.460 You need to bring down an iron fist on these people. Meanwhile, very subversive politicians,

00:09:52.460 notably Tim Walls, who is almost certainly a criminal. He's under investigation now

00:09:57.700 relating to the Somali fraud scandal, but who is one of the very worst, just most disgusting 1.00

00:10:05.100 politicians in the country. He comes out and he just tries to fan the flames. 0.97

00:10:11.560 Federal government is raining down upon our communities. Two to three thousand armed agents

00:10:16.940 of the federal government have been deployed to Minnesota. Armed, masked, under-trained ICE agents

00:10:23.460 are going door to door, ordering people to point out where their neighbors of color live.

00:10:30.380 Wow. Wow. I would never accuse Tim Walls of intelligence. Most people would not.

00:10:37.400 But this isn't him just being a knucklehead. He says that ICE agents are deployed to go hunt down

00:10:44.020 neighbors of color. This is an overt effort to create a race war from Tim, from old nice, happy 0.98

00:10:52.220 Tim Walls. That's not what ICE does. ICE goes and arrests illegal aliens who shouldn't be in this

00:10:58.160 country, who even 20 years ago, both parties uniformly agreed need to be deported.

00:11:05.740 Now he's saying, no, no, no, it's, it's because these, he's implying it's white supremacist cops

00:11:10.260 going to round up neighbors of color. Hey, if you're a black guy whose family's been American 1.00

00:11:15.600 for a long time, ICE ain't coming for you. If you're a Hispanic who speaks English well, who 1.00

00:11:23.240 doesn't live in these sorts of enclaves with illegal aliens, who, ICE ain't coming for you.

00:11:30.220 This is really bad. Tim Walls was presented to the nation in this role that he was cast for,

00:11:37.980 which was to, to be the running mate to this woman of color running for president. And so his role

00:11:43.400 was to be the dopey white guy, the dope, I'm the dopey white guy who doesn't, I don't season my 0.99

00:11:48.540 chicken. And then, you know, Kamala Harris says, where'd the flavor come from? It was an actual 0.99

00:11:53.500 exchange between Kamala Harris and Tim Walls. How do you, where's the, where do you get the flavor?

00:11:57.520 Oh, I actually don't like any flavor at all. I only eat tuna sandwiches every, for every single meal.

00:12:03.260 And that was his role, was to just be this big dopey white idiot, you know, to play Homer Simpson 1.00

00:12:08.460 on the national stage. But he's much worse than that. That was actually deceitful. 1.00

00:12:16.240 I'm not, I'm not saying the guy's a Rhodes Scholar. He certainly is not.

00:12:19.360 But he knows what he's doing here. This is very subversive stuff.

00:12:24.720 This after Tim Walls called for an insurrection, this after Tim Walls gave a press conference

00:12:30.040 in which he said that he was bringing up the Minnesota National Guard to oppose federal

00:12:35.700 troops, which is literally insurrection. Ironic after the Democrats mouthed off about the January

00:12:42.060 6th, you know, supposed insurrection for years. In any case, I think the federal government needs

00:12:47.560 to bring the hammer down on this guy too. You know, it's not just the Antifa people stealing

00:12:51.940 the rifles and it's not just the women in their SUVs trying to run over law enforcement. It's not

00:12:58.400 even just the illegal aliens. They got to bring the hammer down on this guy too.

00:13:02.160 We need to restore order. I said it after the leftists celebrated the assassination of Charlie.

00:13:08.580 I said it after the survey showed that the left increasingly supported political violence.

00:13:13.520 A lot of people said, we just need to restore the free marketplace of ideas and double down. I said,

00:13:17.840 no, no, before you can have that, you need to restore order. Marketplaces require order.

00:13:21.940 Flourishing cities like Minneapolis once was, or Minnesota states, or polities, nations need order.

00:13:31.220 You're not going to get order with Tim Walz walking around. You need that guy. If he's going to be

00:13:35.320 walking around, he needs to be walking around in an orange jumpsuit is what he needs. He should not

00:13:39.360 be walking around the governor's mansion. Now, there's actually been an injection of reason and

00:13:44.180 common sense in all of this. And then we can get, we'll move on to Capitol Hill and maybe even to

00:13:48.600 New Minnesota over in Greenland, which you might acquire soon. But the most reasonable voice to

00:13:53.920 come out of Minnesota recently is actually the father-in-law of the woman who was killed by the

00:14:00.360 ICE officer. We'll get to that momentarily first though. I want to tell you about Dose. Go to

00:15:30.720 Okay. Renee Good. She's the woman who was killed by the ICE officer as she plowed her car into him.

00:15:38.620 CNN calls this guy. It's a little confusing because Renee Good is now sort of infamously 1.00

00:15:44.360 a lesbian because it was her lesbian partner who said, drive, baby, drive, drive, before she drove 1.00

00:15:49.340 into the agent. It was her lesbian partner who said, this is my fault. Why do the guns have bullets? 0.84

00:15:55.480 This is my fault. I told her to come down here. So she's perceived as a lesbian, but she has a kid 1.00

00:16:01.120 and she has a kid because she previously had a husband and the husband died. And so this is her

00:16:05.680 father-in-law, the father of Renee Good's late husband. Here's what he had to say on CNN.

00:16:12.840 Nothing about charges or anything like that, just an investigation into what happened

00:16:16.340 in terms of the ICE agents' actions. But they were, according to the prosecutors resigning today,

00:16:22.480 pressuring them to investigate Renee's actions and Becca, her wife's actions. How do you feel

00:16:29.800 about all that? Well, you know, I'm not blaming anybody. I mean, it's a hard situation all the way

00:16:36.720 around. It's hard for the, you know, for everybody involved. I mean, the ICE agent, you know, at first,

00:16:42.660 I didn't see the footage where, you know, he was actually, you know, he was actually being ran. I mean,

00:16:47.440 I seen the bump of the car hitting, you know, hitting his legs. And so in a, you know, in a flash

00:16:52.720 like that, it's, it's hard to say how you would react. From my understanding that he had been

00:16:57.700 through that before, maybe dragged or something. And so, you know, like I said, it's just, it's just

00:17:03.980 a hard situation for everybody. You know, Becca, you know, it's, it's, she's a great person as well.

00:17:09.640 I mean, you know, I don't have any many enemies. I love everybody. And, and that's what the Bible

00:17:14.200 tells us, love our neighbors as we love ourselves. But, you know, uh, I think there's some bad choices

00:17:19.280 and the word says for the wrath of God will come up on the children of disobedience. And, you know,

00:17:24.980 it's, it's, uh, I don't blame us. I don't blame Rebecca. I don't blame Renee. I just, you know,

00:17:29.380 I just wish that, you know, if, if we're walking in the spirit of God, I don't think she would have

00:17:33.880 been there. Unbelievably, beautifully put. So gracious, so charitable and spot on. He says,

00:17:44.940 look, I don't, I don't blame Rebecca. Rebecca, who's the lesbian partner who blames herself. 0.99

00:17:51.060 It's my fault. It's my fault. I, I told her to come down here. Drive, baby, drive, drive. He says,

00:17:55.700 I don't blame Rebecca. I don't blame Renee. I don't blame law enforcement. He says, I, I,

00:18:03.880 just think that there were some bad choices. And if they had been following the spirit of God,

00:18:11.000 she wouldn't have been down there. There you have it. There you have it. She wouldn't have been down

00:18:17.160 there. That's the problem. You don't have a right to block traffic. You certainly don't have a right

00:18:25.220 to obstruct law enforcement. You definitely shouldn't, uh, defy orders from law enforcement

00:18:32.780 when you yourself are breaking the law and you definitely shouldn't drive your SUV into a cop.

00:18:40.700 She would be alive if not for that. That is a, a beautifully way to put, beautiful way to put it.

00:18:48.160 And it really clarifies everything. You have the left-wing narrative, which is completely insane.

00:18:52.900 You have the, the left-wing narrative is she was doing nothing wrong. She had every right to either,

00:18:57.060 you know, she didn't hit the cop or she had every right to hit the cop or she wasn't really, 0.98

00:19:00.240 you know, just the cops are the Nazis and the Venezuelan criminals and the Somali criminals 0.97

00:19:04.980 are, I don't know, innocent little doves. So the left-wing narrative is totally crazy. 0.98

00:19:09.680 The right-wing narrative is sometimes overstated. The right-wing narrative, generally the right-wing

00:19:14.620 narrative is right, which is that she broke the law. She nearly killed a cop and he shot her in the

00:19:19.080 face because he rightly perceived an imminent threat to his life. But sometimes it's overstated if we were to

00:19:25.300 say she's a terrorist or something. I don't think she was a terrorist. She might've kind of

00:19:28.300 functioned as a terrorist, but I don't think she was intentionally a terrorist.

00:19:31.920 That can be overstated. He gives the Christian view.

00:19:36.100 Yeah. We, this is a pity. This is real sad. And, you know, people made bad choices and they

00:19:41.800 were sometimes led into those bad choices by smaller bad choices. And, but if we were following,

00:19:47.940 if we're all being honest, if we're all being honest, if you were following the spirit of God,

00:19:52.720 you wouldn't have been there. You wouldn't have been there. So, so true. Okay. Now,

00:20:00.260 speaking of ignoring the spirit of God, we turn to Capitol Hill, the libs. I mentioned this yesterday.

00:20:07.560 I said over at the Supreme Court, I said, if the libs just can't let the trans topic go away, 0.54

00:20:13.260 they can't, they got clobbered on it last November. They've been clobbered on it for years. The right,

00:20:17.860 including us in particular, have been hammering them on it. We totally won on the issue.

00:20:21.580 And the libs just can't let it go. So they're bringing this case to the Supreme Court to defend

00:20:26.180 boys and girls sports. And, and now there was this hearing on Capitol Hill

00:20:30.160 over the, the abortion drug. This is amid the Supreme Court hearing the transgender case and

00:20:38.980 Josh Hawley, one, one of the best ever to do it. Josh Hawley grilling one of these witnesses,

00:20:45.300 Dr. Verma on the question that has dominated our politics for the past five years.

00:20:54.140 Thank you, Mr. Chairman, since you bring it up, why don't we just start there? Dr. Verma,

00:20:58.820 I wasn't sure I understood your answer to Senator Moody a moment ago. Do you think that men can get 0.90

00:21:03.240 pregnant? I hesitated there because I wasn't sure where the conversation was going or what the goal

00:21:10.480 was. I mean, I do take care of patients with different identities. I take care of many women. 0.93

00:21:15.440 I take care of people with different identities. Put a pause. So this, can men get pregnant? This is 0.99

00:21:21.920 a version of what is a woman? This is a version of define a woman. This is a version of can men

00:21:27.960 become women? This is, this question, this should be a layup. This should be a layup for the left right 0.92

00:21:34.040 now. They just, they should just say, get away from, no, men cannot become pregnant. 0.96

00:21:39.260 Just say that. And they could even try to weasel their way out of it and say, well,

00:21:43.120 it's actually trans women who get pregnant or trans men or what this or that, but they could 0.88

00:21:47.800 just try to weasel their way out because they, this issue is the biggest loser that they have had 0.95

00:21:52.940 in my lifetime. Maybe it's a bigger loser even than flood the country with foreign criminals. 1.00

00:21:59.480 This is the biggest loser they've had in my lifetime. Any reasonable liberal operative, 0.97

00:22:05.520 any lib on Capitol Hill testifying or in this would just would get out of it,

00:22:11.640 but they can't keep going.

00:22:15.780 So that's where I paused. I think, um, yeah, I wasn't sure where you were going with that.

00:22:21.440 Well, the, the goal is, is the truth. So can men get pregnant? 0.97

00:22:23.980 Again, the reason I paused there is I, I'm not really sure what the goal of the question.

00:22:29.800 The goal is just to establish a biological reality. You just said a moment ago that

00:22:33.620 science and evidence should control, not politics. So let's just test that proposition.

00:22:39.480 Can men get pregnant? 1.00

00:22:41.020 I take care of people with many identities, but, um,

00:22:44.160 Can men get pregnant? 1.00

00:22:45.100 I take care of many women that can get pregnant. I do take care of people that don't identify as women.

00:22:50.200 Can, can men get pregnant? 1.00

00:22:53.300 Again, as I'm saying.

00:22:55.080 Let me just, let me just remind you of you testified to a moment ago.

00:22:57.800 Science and evidence should control, not politics.

00:23:01.100 So should, can men get pregnant? You're a doctor, I think. 0.99

00:23:04.940 I totally agree. Science and evidence should guide medicine.

00:23:07.980 Do science and evidence tell us that men can get pregnant? Biological men. Can they get pregnant? 1.00

00:23:12.700 I also think yes, no questions like this are a political tool.

00:23:16.180 No, yes, no questions are about the truth, doctor. Let's not make a mockery of this proceeding.

00:23:20.540 This is about science and evidence.

00:23:23.040 Oh, it's so beautiful. It's beautiful in a number of ways. One,

00:23:26.680 Hawley is just so good at this. He's so good. Oh, let me, you know, he's got the serious face on,

00:23:31.820 and then he asks just a crystal clear question that he knows is going to grind his opponent into the

00:23:36.160 ground. He's so good at it, but it's, it's a layup too. This is a layup. We've all done,

00:23:42.040 we've all done some version of this for years. I said five years. It's actually been longer than

00:23:46.060 five years. It's been at least six or seven years. And the libs haven't learned anything.

00:23:54.660 They can't, they can't give it up. You know why they can't give it up? Because even though they

00:24:01.060 know that the trans issue is just absolute political poison for them, it is the inescapable 1.00

00:24:07.200 conclusion of their whole political project. Sometimes we're a little too modest about,

00:24:14.080 about what we think of transgenderism. Sometimes we're a little too modest and we say, well,

00:24:20.060 this is just the natural outgrowth of gay marriage or the natural outgrowth of gay rights or the 0.95

00:24:24.660 natural natural outgrowth of feminism, all of which say that men and women are basically the same.

00:24:30.780 But the reason that Republicans keep hammering, conservatives keep hammering this and the

00:24:36.540 left can't give it up, goes deeper. It's not just because it's a weird issue and, you know,

00:24:40.780 kind of titillating as a cultural matter. It's because it goes down to the whole liberal project

00:24:46.260 of maximizing individual autonomy. That's the whole liberal project going back to classical liberalism,

00:24:54.520 going back centuries. The, the seed of liberalism says, I am primarily an individual and I will have

00:25:03.440 control over everything. I will control everything, my own destiny. I will control my own polity,

00:25:11.280 my traditions. I will control religion. I will control morality. I will control everything.

00:25:16.880 I will control, I will have so much control that I will liberate myself from my very body.

00:25:23.540 That's the culmination of it. It took centuries to get here. First, we had to liberate ourselves

00:25:30.000 from the king. Then we had to liberate ourselves from the church. Then we had to liberate ourselves 0.78

00:25:34.580 from our families, liberalization of divorce laws. Then we had to liberate ourselves from

00:25:40.180 the facts of history. We have massive, massive revision to history. Then we had to liberate

00:25:45.540 ourselves from our country. You see this collapse of patriotism. Then we had to liberate ourselves

00:25:50.720 from the traditional moral order. You see that especially in the sex stuff. And now we have to

00:25:56.520 liberate ourselves from our own bodies. You have, you have to do it. Liberalism isn't complete until

00:26:03.540 you do that. And it's interesting. It wouldn't be an episode without mentioning St. Thomas Aquinas.

00:26:08.660 Thomas Aquinas points out that the heresy particular to transgenderism, namely that the body has nothing

00:26:16.780 to do with what we really are, that the body is even bad. And that, which is, which is intrinsic to

00:26:21.960 transgenderism, the idea that I'm born a man, but I'm really a woman. And so the maleness of my body 0.97

00:26:28.120 is actually evil, that matter is evil. This is an ancient heresy. It goes back to the beginning.

00:26:34.400 It goes under the name of docetism or Gnosticism, Albigensianism. There are lots of versions of this

00:26:43.100 kind of heresy. Curious that St. Thomas Aquinas, one of the most intelligent people to ever live,

00:26:47.780 says that these kinds of heresies are the very worst of all the heresies because the central fact

00:26:55.320 of Christianity, the turning point of history is the incarnation. It's that the word became flesh

00:27:03.920 and dwelt among us. And so it's no surprise that liberalism, which is in many ways an inversion or

00:27:09.400 perversion of Christianity, would take as its apotheosis the very worst heresy. Liberalism, 0.52

00:27:17.440 which is in many ways just a kind of collection of heresies. The culmination of liberalism is

00:27:21.100 actually the very worst heresy. Okay. Now that hearing on Capitol Hill, speaking of the flesh,

00:27:25.720 speaking of incarnation and nativity, and even that hearing on Capitol Hill, which was about the

00:27:30.560 abortion pill, I want to tell you about Preborn. Go to preborn.com slash Knowles. There's some new

00:27:36.940 research that reveals something really heartbreaking. More than 7 million American women are dealing with

00:27:41.480 severe, long-lasting emotional pain after having an abortion. Grief, flashbacks, deep regret.

00:27:47.100 That for many never really goes away. Our sponsors at Preborn see the suffering up close every day in

00:27:52.920 the thousands of clinics they support across the country. Here's the good news. There's hope. And

00:27:56.980 it starts with something really powerful. When a woman sees her baby on an ultrasound, everything

00:28:01.240 shifts. Suddenly her baby's chance at life doubles. For just 28 bucks, you can sponsor that ultrasound and 0.81

00:28:06.620 potentially change a life forever. This is what genuine healthcare looks like inside Preborn's network

00:28:11.440 of clinics. They're on the front lines providing free ultrasounds, compassionate counseling,

00:28:15.320 faith-based support to young mothers facing incredibly difficult decisions. They're saving

00:28:19.620 babies, healing hearts, making it possible for women to choose motherhood. If you believe, as I do,

00:28:24.280 that every child matters and no woman should have to face this alone, join me today. Sponsor an

00:28:28.800 ultrasound. I personally support this organization. I strongly recommend you do too. These guys just

00:28:35.280 received the Shining Light Award for financial integrity. It's just a great organization. To donate,

00:28:39.120 pound 250, say keyword baby. Pound 250, keyword baby. Or go to preborn.com slash Knowles. That's

00:28:43.880 preborn.com slash Knowles. Speaking of body issues, Oprah Winfrey, in a transgender outfit herself,

00:28:51.940 wearing a suit and tie, at least a jacket and a tie, goes on The View to explain a new discovery she's

00:28:58.460 made about her own body. Oprah, for those who are young in the audience, you might not remember this,

00:29:02.520 Oprah used to be fat. And then she'd be fat, then she'd be skinny, then she'd be fat again. 1.00

00:29:06.640 She had big body problems. And she says that now, in her later years, she's come to discover

00:29:14.460 the real cause of her fatness. It is not that she became fat because she ate too much.

00:29:22.600 No, no, no. She ate too much because even when she was skinny, she was fat. 1.00

00:29:30.380 All these years, I thought I was overeating. I was standing there with all the food noise,

00:29:35.580 what I ate, what I should eat, how many calories was that? How long is it going to take? I thought

00:29:39.380 that that was because of me and my fault. Now I understand that if you carry the obesity gene,

00:29:46.520 if that is what you have, that is what makes you overeat. You don't overeat and become obese.

00:29:53.580 Obesity causes you to overeat. Obesity causes you to have all of that food noise. And what the GLP-1s

00:30:01.160 have done for me, and I know a number of other people, is to quiet that noise.

00:30:07.460 Food noise. What is food? One of the great tasks of living in the modern world is to just try to

00:30:15.020 translate this new jargon into common sense terms that we've all known forever. Food noise. What

00:30:21.160 is food noise? Do you know what it is? It's appetite. It's food. Gosh, my food noise is really up right

00:30:30.420 now, honey. When are the steaks done? So she says that she has an appetite because she has

00:30:40.100 obesity. She has genetic obesity or something like that. I looked this up. I was curious. I said,

00:30:46.080 maybe she's right. I looked up. I said, who are the fattest people on earth? When you just close

00:30:49.880 your eyes, you think of the fattest people as a people, not individuals, but people. It's Polynesians, 1.00

00:30:55.540 right? It's like you picture the big fat Samoan or like Israel Kamahuka Wakawele. I'm mispronouncing

00:31:00.340 that a little bit. You know, the ukulele player. These are famously giant people. And I said,

00:31:05.260 are they just genetically fat? I looked into it and they do have certain genetic features

00:31:10.300 that store fat more efficiently or burn energy in a more efficient way. And so they do have a

00:31:18.600 predisposition to obesity. But even they, the fattest peoples on earth cannot blame genetics for 0.97

00:31:27.220 the majority of their fatness. Genetics plays a minor role. You know why they're fat? Because they 0.99

00:31:32.560 eat a lot. That's what it is. And because people have appetites and your appetite can grow sometimes

00:31:38.160 when you habituate yourself to eating a lot. That's called a gluttony. Or your appetite can be

00:31:45.360 held in check. When you cultivate the virtue of keeping it in check, that's called temperance.

00:31:50.840 And we can try to, we can make up new euphemisms like food noise and obesity actually makes you fat

00:31:57.940 and this and that. But it's not going to change the fact. What Oprah's doing here is trying to 0.59

00:32:02.180 defend taking these new drugs, the Ozempic and the related drugs. Oh, look, I just had a young man

00:32:07.600 come on the show, Clavicular, and talk about why he takes these kinds of drugs. And they have really

00:32:12.420 negative effects. And I think they're all symptoms of body dysmorphia at best or of just trying to

00:32:20.740 cheat and take shortcuts and perpetuate vice at worst. But if you're going to do it, which I don't

00:32:28.600 recommend, then at least be honest about why you're doing it. Because Oprah doesn't want to control her 1.00

00:32:34.440 appetites. So you have to externalize everything. It's never about me. It's never about my own

00:32:42.300 habits. It's never about something that I can do. It's always external. And it's a kind of an irony

00:32:49.020 because this goes hand in hand with liberalism as well. On the one hand, we want to take, we want to

00:32:55.060 assume more and more control for ourselves so much so that we can control when we give birth. We can

00:33:01.500 control when we die. We can control what sex we are. We can control these characteristics, you know,

00:33:08.020 even that we're born with. We can control all of that. On the one hand, we make ourselves into gods.

00:33:13.920 But then on the other hand, we deny that we have any control over anything, including whether or not

00:33:17.260 we pick up the third cupcake. It's this amazing paradox. When it's convenient for us, we have so

00:33:23.400 much control that we are practically God. But when it's inconvenient for us, we have no control over

00:33:28.480 anything at all. We just have food noise and invisible obesity that's going to make us fat. 0.83

00:33:34.880 Oh, no. If only I could stop my hand from picking up that pork chop. It's a little incoherent. It's a

00:33:42.520 little contradictory, isn't it? Speaking of women politics, is video going viral? I just, I love it.

00:33:48.060 Some people are getting really angry about it. I'm not angry. I love it. I think it's great. It's a

00:33:52.160 harpy screeching at an ICE officer. Take it away. You just pick them up, put them in a truck? 1.00

00:34:00.220 Is that what you do? Are you proud of yourself for doing this? Are you absolutely proud?

00:34:08.160 Thank you for calling. Thank you for calling. Are you proud of this?

00:34:12.420 So it's this awful woman who's screeching at the ICE agent. And finally, this goes on for a while.

00:34:22.020 I only showed you a short bit of it. And then finally, his partner gets out of the car and says,

00:34:24.440 thank you for calling the ICE hotline. Thank you. And then they get back in the truck.

00:34:28.300 These should be campaign ads. These are really good. The libs right now think that the ICE raids

00:34:33.540 are good for them, that they're going to play these raids and it's going to help them in the

00:34:36.560 midterms. I'm not so sure, especially as the left continues to now try to run over law enforcement,

00:34:42.820 especially as you see these foreign criminals who are stealing rifles and causing riots. I don't know 1.00

00:34:46.740 that that helps them. But this in particular, I'm just going to assume that's a white lady. I don't 1.00

00:34:52.060 know. She sounds white. And if I'm right about that, this is the perfect campaign ad because no one 0.95

00:35:00.100 likes these kinds of ladies, these harpies. And specifically, fair or unfair, they don't like the 1.00

00:35:04.740 white harpies. Do you know why? The right doesn't like them because these women hector and hectoring 1.00

00:35:11.940 is really annoying. They're just nagging, hectoring, very annoying creatures that need to improve.

00:35:21.360 They need to be educated and husbanded and improve. But as they are, they're very annoying.

00:35:28.120 But the left doesn't like them either. Because even though the left has no problem with ladies 1.00

00:35:33.420 hectoring men, they don't like white ladies. That's the one racial slur that everyone feels 0.99

00:35:38.880 that we can use is the slur Karen. Karen refers specifically to white women, white women who we

00:35:44.880 don't like. So you find this, say it's fair, say it's unfair, say it's racist, say it's just,

00:35:52.820 it is what it is. Nagging, hectoring white harpies are probably the least sympathetic figure 1.00

00:36:01.200 in the country. And they're the star of the Minnesota riots. It's not the Venezuelans, 1.00

00:36:09.120 it's not the Somalis, it's not even ICE. It's this type of woman. It's not going to work. That's 1.00

00:36:14.280 why this incident with Renee Good, that's why the left tried to make this into George Floyd 2.0.

00:36:21.200 There are riots and some unrest in Minneapolis, but it's not really happening. You're not really

00:36:26.560 seeing those nationwide riots, but that's why. So the Libs want to give us more of these videos.

00:36:32.020 Great. Run them as campaign ads on network TV and social media, which is where most people are

00:36:37.040 watching anyway. I don't think that helps the Dems in November. Okay. Speaking of unpleasant white 1.00

00:36:43.100 women, actually the same group, we turn back to New York where Sia Weaver, the tenant director for 0.99

00:36:48.400 Zoran Mamdani just gives us even more material to work with. The wait is almost over. Episodes one

00:37:23.380 My favorite comment yesterday from Noah U6200, who says, is the Civil Rights Act becoming based?

00:37:31.380 Yes, it is. It is. This is my point. The Trump administration comes out and says, hey,

00:37:36.560 we have the Civil Rights Act on the books. If you have been fired on the basis of your race,

00:37:40.780 if you've been discriminated against on the basis of your race, please file a complaint.

00:37:44.780 Now, we've heard that for decades, but it was always, if you're black and you didn't get a job

00:37:51.820 and you think it's because you're black, or even if you don't think it's because you're black, 0.96

00:37:54.540 but you can pretend you think it's because you're black and maybe you get the job, 0.98

00:37:57.800 file a complaint. Or if you're Hispanic, or if you're this, that. But don't do it if you're a 1.00

00:38:02.940 white person. And because the Civil Rights Act is supposed to end unjust racial discrimination, 0.88

00:38:07.620 but what it really does is just discriminate against white people and to some degree Asian

00:38:11.880 people. And so the Trump administration called the bluff and said, we'll use it the way it says

00:38:17.020 it's supposed to be used, not the way it's practically used. That's what we got to do.

00:38:21.220 That's the thesis. We need, we live in a political order. And so rather than just whine about pie in the

00:38:26.980 sky, we're going to repeal the Civil Rights Act. That's not going to happen.

00:38:30.400 Just use it in a just way. Use it as it perhaps is supposed to be used. We're not going to get rid

00:38:35.780 of the administrative state. We've been building the administrative state since the early days of

00:38:39.120 the 20th century. It went into effect under Franklin Roosevelt in the 1930s. We're not

00:38:43.880 getting rid of it. So let's just use it to our advantage. Let's wield, that's what we got to do.

00:38:49.900 You got to engage in political reality. Okay, back to those unpleasant women. Here's 1.00

00:38:53.960 Sia Weaver describing the big problem for rent justice.

00:38:59.800 I think that United States public policy has done a really, really, really good job of pitting

00:39:05.300 cash for homeowners and working class homeowners and middle class homeowners against renters.

00:39:10.960 And we need to figure out how to navigate that as organizers. It's really, it's really quite

00:39:16.160 difficult, right? Because like, yes, Blackstone is a bigger and worse target than like,

00:39:21.780 you know, Mrs. Smith, who owns 15 buildings, but Mrs. Smith, who owns 15 buildings still like, 0.98

00:39:29.200 kind of sucks and has a lot more stability than renters. And there's more of them than there

00:39:35.860 are of the Blackstones. And so it's just like this challenging dynamic that white middle class 0.85

00:39:42.620 homeowners are a huge problem for a rent of justice movement.

00:39:46.860 Print it, print it, put it on TV. Love this. Love her. Put her on the payroll. I don't care.

00:39:55.180 The Michael Knowles show payroll, the Daily Wire payroll, payroll, the Republican Party payroll. I

00:39:59.620 love her. I love her. If she didn't exist, we'd have to invent her ourselves. She's straight out of

00:40:06.040 central casting. White middle class homeowners are the problem. I want that to be the Democrats slogan 0.99

00:40:13.880 for the midterms. White middle class homeowners are the problem. And I want it to come from her, 1.00

00:40:21.840 a hectoring, unsympathetic white woman. Because again, I like white women. I don't use the slur, 1.00

00:40:31.000 Karen. I find that unfair. I think white women are great some of the time. Maybe not that one, 1.00

00:40:36.840 but that's just a cultural fact. That's the least sympathetic group. She proves it because she says,

00:40:45.840 you know, and these landlords, these people who own apartments, they're awful. I mean,

00:40:52.280 Mrs. Smith, she sucks. Notice she says Mrs. Smith. That's a white name. She doesn't say Mrs. Laquisha. 1.00

00:40:58.220 She doesn't say Mrs. Gonzalez. She says Mrs. Smith. It's funny because we're talking about New York now,

00:41:02.780 New York rent rentals. Well, the attorney general of New York is under a fraud investigation

00:41:10.800 because she owns an apartment building and she lied about it. She defrauded a financial institution 1.00

00:41:18.180 because she is running an apartment building like a scummy fraudster. Her name's Letitia James. She 1.00

00:41:26.060 ain't Mrs. Smith. But it doesn't matter because the villain in this narrative for the left and to

00:41:32.720 some degree the right are these white harpies. And so that's just a political reality. And if you think, 0.94

00:41:40.520 if a political party thinks that they're going to win on telling the majority of the population

00:41:44.840 that we need to take their houses away, sign me up, man. Sign me. Where do I donate to the

00:41:51.580 Sea Weaver campaign? Now, speaking of homes, President Trump, this is a story from a few

00:41:57.000 days ago, but I have to get to it. It's very important. President Trump says he's going to

00:42:03.020 ban institutional investors from buying single family homes. This is President Trump posting to

00:42:07.720 Truth Social. For a very long time, buying and owning a home was considered the pinnacle of the

00:42:12.300 American dream. It was the reward for working hard and doing the right thing. But now because of the

00:42:16.620 record high inflation caused by Joe Biden and the Democrats in Congress, that American dream is

00:42:20.120 out of reach for far too many young people, I'm immediately taking steps to ban large institutional

00:42:24.500 investors from buying more single family homes. And I will be calling on Congress to codify it.

00:42:28.780 People live in homes, not corporations. I love this. And the establishment Republicans and maybe some

00:42:35.260 of the libertarians, they're going to hate this. But I love this. This is smart populist economics.

00:42:42.060 And you're going to hear, oh, are you going to hear from the squishy side? They're going to say,

00:42:47.100 actually, this is a corporations or people. To some degree, that's true. And actually,

00:42:52.480 you know, BlackRock has every right to buy up all the single family homes. And actually,

00:42:56.440 this could be really bad for the housing market. And actually, actually, actually, actually,

00:42:59.240 actually. And we conservatives, we and our principles need to let BlackRock scoop up all 0.64

00:43:02.960 the homes. No, my friend. No. All we care about as conservatives is just stopping the government

00:43:10.560 from doing things. No, no, no. This is actually a beautiful kind of issue because it unites the more

00:43:17.880 populist types, the more, say, traditional conservatives like me with some of the most

00:43:24.460 prominent libertarians. Who was it who said that we conservatives do not merely oppose monopoly in

00:43:31.520 government, but monopoly, unaccountable power of all kinds? It was Barry Goldwater in conscience of a

00:43:39.940 conservative. That was the libertarian presidential candidate par excellence. This is the kind of

00:43:45.340 thing that can actually unite the party. It's where most conservatives are, I think. And it's a big

00:43:50.640 issue. At the height of COVID, almost 5% of homes were purchased by these large institutional investors.

00:44:00.120 If you look at certain cities, Atlanta, Jacksonville, Charlotte, and elsewhere,

00:44:04.200 15% or more of rental homes are owned by these large institutional investors.

00:44:13.660 The institutional investors are not the biggest driver of the housing costs. They're really not.

00:44:17.880 It's a smaller portion, but they drive it a little bit. You know what the bigger portion is?

00:44:22.320 Mass migration. That's what does it. Mass migration is accounted for, is accountable for 0.87

00:44:28.140 60% of rental increases around the country and 100% in New York and California. Rents went down four

00:44:35.720 months in a row after Trump began implementing the deportations. Coincidence? I think not.

00:44:42.420 Really important thing. We should applaud. This is it. This is sensitive, accountable government. I love it.

00:44:48.960 So much more. Oh, man. What are you talking about? They say I'm over time for my show today. I have so much

00:44:56.920 more to get to. I want to get to great news about the economy. I want to get to New Minnesota. I want

00:45:02.960 to get to our conquest of Greenland. Dick Cheney, Don Rumsfeld flying F-35s, you know, dropping freedom

00:45:09.420 seeds over Greenland. The Danish colonists will greet us as liberators. I want to get to all that.

00:45:16.740 That's my tease. We got to get to it tomorrow. Today's Theology Thursday. The rest of the show

00:45:47.580 Is that who you think I was alone with?

00:45:49.400 Merlin, I knew your father. I am yet convinced that he was not of this world.

00:46:01.220 All men know of the great Taliesin. You are my father, that the gods should war for my soul.

00:46:08.900 Princess Garrus, savior of our people.

00:46:11.880 I know what the bull god offered you. I was offered the same. And?

00:46:20.520 There is a new power at work in the world. I've seen it.

00:46:24.640 A god who sacrifices what he loves for us.

00:46:27.340 We are each given only one life, singer.

00:46:30.100 No.

00:46:31.240 And we're given another.

00:46:32.000 I learned of Yezu the Christ.

00:46:37.360 And I have become his follower.

00:46:39.240 He's waiting on a miracle.

00:46:40.780 And I think you can give him one.

00:46:42.820 Trust in Yezu. 0.87

00:46:44.140 He is the only hope for men like us.

00:46:47.080 Fate of Britain never rests in the hands of the great light.

00:46:50.080 Great light?

00:46:51.220 Great darkness?

00:46:52.660 Such things mattered to me then. 0.62

00:46:55.060 What matters to you now, mistress of lies? 0.94

00:46:58.860 You. 0.99

00:47:00.420 Nephew.

00:47:00.820 The sword of a high king.

00:47:07.660 How many lives must be lost before you accept the power you were born to wield?

00:47:15.420 So cling to the promises of a god who has abandoned you.

00:47:18.640 I cannot take up that sword again.

00:47:21.420 You know what you must do.

00:47:24.920 Great light, forgive me.

00:47:30.820 The time has come to be reborn.

00:47:36.880 The time has come to be reborn.
