00:00:30.000 The Iran war ceasefire officially ends tomorrow.
00:00:33.360 The vice president is on his way back to Pakistan to try to secure a peace deal 0.50
00:00:37.660 with the terrorist regime seeking a nuclear weapon,
00:00:41.680 which is now threatening to possess, quote,
00:00:44.680 new cards for the battlefield when that ceasefire ends.
00:00:48.520 At the same time, the state of Israel has announced the largest pride festival ever,
00:00:54.020 which will take place, coincidentally,
00:00:56.220 right where the ancient cities of Sodom and Gomorrah used to be.
00:01:00.560 Now, I don't want to sound superstitious, and I don't know if you guys are big readers,
00:01:07.000 but this whole thing does remind me of a certain story from the book of Genesis.
00:01:12.680 And I am slightly concerned that history might repeat itself, first as tragedy, then as apocalypse.
00:01:20.520 Also, The Onion takes over Infowars, Tucker apologizes for endorsing Trump,
00:01:26.080 and Virginia Democrats might effectively disenfranchise almost every Republican voter
00:01:31.180 in the Commonwealth today. I'm Michael Knowles. This is The Michael Knowles Show.
00:01:35.260 welcome back to the show young adult happiness is collapsing in this country
00:01:58.920 young adult happiness was pretty steady from 1980 until a little little after 2010
00:02:04.980 and then it has taken this deep dive. And I know why. I know why. One weird trick
00:02:11.780 to make young people really, really unhappy. No one seems to be talking about it, and yet it's
00:02:16.640 so obvious. We'll get to that momentarily first, though. I am so excited to tell you guys about
00:02:22.360 Cow Guys. Go to cowguys.shop slash Michael. Big Pharma really messed up your skin. Can you pronounce
00:02:28.340 every ingredient on your lotion bottle? Does your moisturizer read like a lab report? What Big Pharma
00:02:32.860 into food. They did the skincare too. They threw all this slick marketing to convince us to rub
00:02:38.140 industrial by-product on our faces. Here's the problem. Skin issues are extremely common nowadays.
00:02:43.380 Seems like everyone knows someone's struggling with bad skin or some kind of skin condition.
00:02:47.700 Tallow is what we used for generations before the chemical companies took over.
00:02:51.500 It's what your skin understands because it's biologically appropriate.
00:02:54.540 Sweet little Elisa Tallow pilled me years ago. Cow Guys is rancher owned. It has no synthetics.
00:03:00.160 she has very high standards as you could tell obviously and sweet little lisa she's been using 1.00
00:03:06.500 that tallow underarm deodorant tallow products for years and i said hey check out cow guys she
00:03:12.420 i don't know i don't know about these new products i don't she tried it she goes this is great this
00:03:17.420 is great so right now go to cowguys.shop slash michael get your tallow bomb get a mini tallow
00:03:23.220 bomb for free no special code needed three to four months of moisturizer for 34 bucks i love
00:03:27.920 this stuff. It is great. Highly 10 out of 10 recommend. Cowguys.shop slash Michael Grab free
00:03:33.080 tallow bomb with your order. All right, before we get into any of this, the apocalypse, Sodom and
00:03:38.020 Gomorrah, all the rest of it, you know me, I love practical politics. This is one reason I don't
00:03:43.780 really get into the podcaster wars as such. We'll talk about the podcasters turning on Trump. That's
00:03:49.380 very practical, but just real practical nuts and bolts politics. If you are in Virginia, I know
00:03:55.340 there are a lot of people listening to this show right now who are in Virginia. There is a
00:03:59.460 referendum today. You have to go out and vote. The referendum could effectively disenfranchise
00:04:05.980 just about every Republican voter in the Commonwealth of Virginia at the congressional
00:04:10.860 level. Why? Because right now, Virginia is a six to five purple Commonwealth. You have almost a
00:04:21.140 perfect split of Republican districts, Democrat districts. It could swing. It could swing in any
00:04:27.520 election, but it's pretty evenly split. The new redistricting referendum that is on the ballot
00:04:33.680 today would switch Virginia from a six to five commonwealth to a 10 to one Democrat commonwealth.
00:04:43.540 This would be effectively a Democrat complete takeover of Virginia.
00:04:50.400 And do you know what they're calling it?
00:04:52.220 They're calling the ballot measure a measure to restore fairness.
00:04:58.920 You have a Commonwealth that is really quite purple.
00:05:03.260 There are a lot of conservatives in Virginia.
00:05:05.920 In the cities, there are a lot of Democrats, and it's right near D.C., but there are a lot of conservatives there.
00:05:10.520 So it's quite purple.
00:05:12.680 You just had Glenn Youngkin, the governor, not so long ago, Republican.
00:05:17.200 Now, at the congressional level, at least, it would be essentially all Democrats.
00:05:22.780 And they call that restoring fairness.
00:05:25.540 Why?
00:05:26.800 Why is this happening? 0.96
00:05:28.460 Because the Democrats really didn't like being out of power.
00:05:31.180 And the Democrats will do anything it takes to regain power.
00:05:34.500 You saw this in Virginia when the governor, Abigail Spanberger, ran as a moderate.
00:05:39.340 Meanwhile, she was endorsing an attorney general who was openly calling for violence against ordinary Republicans.
00:05:45.680 Meanwhile, the minute she took office, she enacted the most radical leftist ingenue we've ever seen in Virginia, basically in any state.
00:05:52.840 Abortion on demand up until the moment of birth. 0.97
00:05:55.880 This ballot referendum, and essentially a Democrat takeover of the state.
00:06:00.480 On and on and on.
00:06:03.040 Giving criminals, restoring their right to vote.
00:06:06.660 Putting criminals back on the street. 1.00
00:06:09.340 letting illegal aliens run amok. The most radical agenda we've seen, but she ran as a Democrat. 1.00
00:06:13.980 This is the playbook. You've heard this from other Democrats around the country.
00:06:17.660 Spanberger is the model. This is how they're going to run in the midterms. Woke is not dead.
00:06:22.500 Woke is dormant. The left is very, very angry. They really don't like you. They showed their
00:06:28.240 true colors after the assassination of Charlie Kirk, where a huge number of ordinary Democrats 0.93
00:06:32.300 said that they wanted to kill you. They felt that the assassination of Charlie Kirk, who was
00:06:35.920 extremely moderate, was justified, imagine what they would do to you. And they are on the brink
00:06:41.020 of taking power back. And they're not just on the brink of taking power back for one tough midterm
00:06:45.240 election, not just for one difficult presidential election. They're on the brink of taking power
00:06:50.220 back for the foreseeable future. Not 51-49, not 60-40, 10 to 1 in Virginia. Democrats get power.
00:07:00.920 Republicans don't get power.
00:07:02.320 We get distracted.
00:07:03.740 We always fight each other.
00:07:05.340 We wage these meta-political battles that don't even have anything to do necessarily
00:07:08.900 with elected officials or policies.
00:07:10.740 Meanwhile, the Dems are on the brink today of retaking power in a very significant part
00:07:15.360 of the country.
00:07:17.040 Get out there.
00:07:17.900 I know Republicans, just historically, when your party is in power, you are not that motivated
00:07:24.520 to go out and vote in the next election.
00:07:26.560 This is a big one.
00:07:27.880 And if it happens in Virginia, don't say you weren't warned.
00:07:30.180 The media are not covering this. You're only going to hear about this on conservative shows
00:07:34.340 and the conservative shows. Frankly, you're talking about all sorts of crazy stuff out in
00:07:37.680 the ether. They're not talking about practical politics. Get out there and vote. If you do not
00:07:41.860 vote and the Democrats regain this kind of power, don't say you weren't warned.
00:07:47.040 Don't say you weren't warned. Okay. Now, speaking of the podcasters, Tucker
00:07:50.460 has just come out and this is not the regular podcast wars where this podcaster doesn't like
00:07:57.900 this podcaster, and they're all talking about some personal slight from 10 years ago, and they're
00:08:01.960 talking about all sorts of oddball, eccentric ideas that are way out there in outer space.
00:08:07.240 We're talking about practical stuff. Tucker, who was a major backer of President Trump in 2024,
00:08:12.080 was campaigning with him, showing up at rallies with him, was visiting the White House pretty
00:08:16.600 chummy recently. Tucker is irate over the Iran war, so much so that it's led to a major falling
00:08:25.820 out. President Trump has very publicly and repeatedly disavowed Tucker, said he's out,
00:08:31.200 he's not MAGA, he's not America First. Tucker has now responded and said, not just that he's
00:08:36.860 worried about this Trump policy, not just that he thinks the Iran war could spiral out of control.
00:08:42.560 He's come out and he said he fully regrets and apologizes for endorsing Trump in 2024.
00:08:50.040 for you and i and everyone else who supported him you wrote speeches for him i campaigned for him
00:08:56.500 i mean we're implicated in this for sure yes it's not enough to say well i changed my mind
00:09:02.160 or like oh this is bad i'm out it's like in very small ways but in real ways you and me and
00:09:09.940 millions of people like us are the reason this is happening right now yes so i do think it's
00:09:16.440 like a moment to wrestle with our own consciences uh you know we'll be tormented by it for a long
00:09:23.980 time i will be and and i want to say i'm sorry for misleading people in it was not intentional
00:09:30.440 that's all i'll say i'm sorry for misleading people i regret telling people to vote for trump
00:09:37.700 mea culpa mea culpa mea maxima culpa so says tucker this is a definitive declaration
00:09:44.100 from Tucker that Kamala would have been no worse or potentially even better than Trump.
00:09:54.960 This is a definitive declaration. This is a major escalation, not of the podcast wars,
00:10:01.940 but of a shift in allegiance and a shift in perspective at the political level.
00:10:09.100 Now, obviously, I don't agree with Tucker on this point, though for Tucker's critics,
00:10:13.300 You have to admit the guy's been pretty consistent about this Iran war.
00:10:16.600 Yes, he's held very different views about politics over the years.
00:10:20.200 He's talked about that.
00:10:21.220 He used to support the Iraq war, but he's been very consistent on the Iran war.
00:10:25.160 He was showing up to the White House, making the case that they shouldn't go to war in Iran repeatedly.
00:10:31.820 Then there was this big falling out over it.
00:10:33.380 So this is a very forceful declaration from Tucker.
00:10:38.260 He thinks that Kamala would have been no worse, maybe better than Trump.
00:10:44.860 So very clearly, I disagree with Tucker on the point, but I think he's sincere on that point in his belief.
00:10:51.200 And why does this interest me?
00:10:53.820 Because I so care about the views of even a very long time, very prominent conservative pundit.
00:10:59.540 Not exactly. 0.99
00:11:00.400 The reason why I find this so interesting, so significant is it raises the stakes of the Iran
00:11:07.420 war even more. I said this the day that the Iran strikes took off. I was an Iran skeptic before,
00:11:16.060 during, and after. I remain a skeptic of Iran, of not only of the Iranian regime, but also of
00:11:20.980 the strikes on Iran. Not because I think they have bad motivations, not because I don't think
00:11:25.160 they're deserved. I just think Iran is a very difficult country to topple. I think the likelihood
00:11:29.720 of full success is dubious. I think that the proportionality, the goods to be achieved,
00:11:36.820 commensurate to the damage that will be inflicted, it's very tricky to make that case.
00:11:40.960 And I also think Trump is the best foreign policy president of my entire lifetime.
00:11:45.460 So if anybody can do it, if anybody can pull a rabbit out of a hat, it's Trump. But I said at
00:11:49.420 the time, I said, this is the riskiest move that Trump has made in 10 years,
00:11:54.800 dominating presidential politics, this is the riskiest move. Because if it works out,
00:12:02.360 this will be the greatest masterstroke of foreign policy since the fall of the Berlin Wall.
00:12:08.580 If it doesn't work out, the ramifications are incalculable for the Trump legacy,
00:12:16.600 for the Trump coalition, for America's standing in the world. Just as there was the Suez moment
00:12:22.900 when the British Empire and the French declined, definitively declined as a major world power
00:12:31.080 during the Suez crisis, when they failed to beat the Egyptians on the Suez crisis,
00:12:36.480 so too, this could be a Hormuz moment. This could be a moment that either
00:12:42.680 pushes away China's imperial ambitions for another 10 or 20 years, masterstroke,
00:12:49.140 or accelerates the rise of China. So the stakes could not possibly be higher here.
00:12:57.180 Geopolitically, not just a podcaster talking about a president, not just a pundit weighing
00:13:00.860 in on the conservative movement. Geopolitically, the stakes could not be higher.
00:13:06.560 And President Trump is in a brutal position. He's been in a brutal position for a year and a half.
00:13:10.580 He's been in a brutal position on this issue for 10 years because America's been in a brutal
00:13:13.700 position for 47 years. But it does seem like things are coming to a head, especially as the
00:13:18.980 ceasefire is about to expire tonight, which we will get to momentarily. And as Iran is making 0.86
00:13:27.000 even further threats. Okay. So we'll get to the Iran ceasefire and the kind of strange coincidence 0.72
00:13:31.880 that there's about to be a big pride festival in Sodom and Gomorrah. First though, I want to tell 0.64
00:13:36.640 you about done with debt. Go to donewithdebt.com. The numbers do not lie. Financial stress in this
00:13:41.560 country is through the roof. People are maxed out. Credit cards are choking them. Prices keep
00:13:45.740 climbing while paychecks do not. This is not just about the poor anymore, the middle class,
00:13:50.600 the people who built this country are hitting the wall too. This is not only about reckless
00:13:53.880 spending or bad decisions. It's about everyday Americans running out of options because the
00:13:57.560 system seems stacked against them. If debt is crushing you, you are not alone. Doing nothing
00:14:02.700 does not fix it. It just lets interest keep bleeding you dry. You do not need another loan.
00:14:07.500 You do not need bankruptcy court. You need a real plan. Luckily, our sponsor, Done With Debt,
00:14:11.200 can help. They don't offer gimmicks. They build smart, personalized strategies that cut through
00:14:15.280 the noise and reduce what you owe. Whether you're facing $10,000 in debt or 10 times that,
00:14:21.000 their goal is simple. Get your payments down. Get your freedom back. Do not let debt scrup
00:14:24.320 your life. I've seen it happen. It's horrible. It ruins lives and opportunities, but you can
00:14:28.520 do something about it today. Take five minutes for a free consultation. Lay out your situation.
00:14:33.520 See what is possible. No matter how bad it feels right now, you do not have to stay stuck there.
00:14:37.840 Go to donewithdebt.com right now. Donewithdebt.com.
00:14:43.820 The vice president is traveling to Islamabad right now. The vice president previously had
00:14:48.160 gone to Islamabad to try to get a peace deal. He came out afterwards. He said,
00:14:51.840 these Iranians, they just don't want to negotiate. We've been at it for 21 hours 1.00
00:14:55.300 and the Iranians don't want a deal, as has been the character of the Iranians for 47 years now. 1.00
00:15:03.800 The Speaker of the Islamic Republic, the remaining parts of the Islamic regime in Iran,
00:15:09.800 Mohammed Bagher-Ghalibaf, has come out and said, in the past two weeks,
00:15:15.740 we have prepared to reveal new cards on the battlefield.
00:15:19.780 Now, he's being a little vague here because obviously Trump has succeeded tremendously at
00:15:23.580 sinking the Iranian Navy, crushing the Iranian missiles, burying the Iranian nuclear material,
00:15:29.780 killing the top of the Iranian regime up to and including the Ayatollah.
00:15:34.700 So the Iranians are being a little vague here. 0.78
00:15:37.460 We have new cards to play. 1.00
00:15:40.240 However, you got to give the Iranians, they're pretty good at sticking around. 0.99
00:15:42.980 This Islamic regime has lasted twice as long as the previous CIA regime from 53 to 79.
00:15:49.320 So you don't want to totally write them off as bluffing,
00:15:51.920 but they're being very, very vague about what they have.
00:15:53.880 Trump is not being vague.
00:15:54.860 Trump has come out for weeks now and said,
00:15:57.220 if the Iranians don't make a deal, I'm going to blow up the bridges. 0.57
00:15:59.780 I'm going to blow up their power plants. 1.00
00:16:02.520 I'm going to send these guys back to the Stone Age. 1.00
00:16:05.060 The United States obviously has more cards to play than Iran, 0.98
00:16:08.020 but Iran has crucial cards to play, notably closing the Strait of Hormuz. 0.60
00:16:12.320 And now this vague threat, we have more cards to play in the battlefield.
00:16:16.780 It seems to me, and I do hate to say I told you so on this one,
00:16:20.160 but I've said this from the beginning, that as this accelerates,
00:16:24.580 you're going to see stark options probably neither of which are any good if you could
00:16:30.660 have overthrown the regime immediately or if you still could overthrow the regime
00:16:33.660 then you're in a whole new world but if you can't if the regime can hold on it seems to me there
00:16:40.180 are two options on the table one of which is a deal that we don't want the other one is full
00:16:45.060 scale war i think that's where we're at and the the clock is really running down here to the wire
00:16:53.640 Everybody acknowledges it.
00:16:54.880 The White House acknowledges it.
00:16:56.080 Iran acknowledges it.
00:16:58.220 So the other observation is that Trump has pulled many rabbits out of his hat.
00:17:05.920 Trump has succeeded at pulling rabbits out of his hat more than any president in any of our lifetimes.
00:17:12.920 However, this is the toughest one yet.
00:17:15.260 And I think it was ever thus. 0.86
00:17:16.760 I think this was part of the calculation on Iran. 1.00
00:17:19.360 These people who say Trump is foolhardy, reckless, stupid. 1.00
00:17:21.920 It's very, very silly to say that, I think. We've known this since 2016, at least. 1.00
00:17:29.780 Trump has succeeded at five of the toughest industries in the world, but real estate,
00:17:36.480 casinos, politics, network television, personal branding. He's succeeded at the very top of all
00:17:44.760 of those levels, usually on his first try. So a very difficult conclusion for people who fancy
00:17:52.180 themselves clever or successful is that Trump is smarter than you. He is. He just is. Or he's the
00:17:59.200 luckiest guy ever. He's either the luckiest guy ever more consistently than anybody, or he's
00:18:04.880 pretty smart. However, this situation is the toughest situation he has ever faced coming down
00:18:11.960 to the wire. I cannot say that I envy the position of the vice president or the president right now.
00:18:17.420 But it was ever thus. This has been building not just since the strikes on Fordow, not just since
00:18:22.820 the Iranian nuclear deal, not the so-called Iranian nuclear deal, which is a bad deal from
00:18:27.660 Obama where we gave the Iranians a ton of money and greenlit them on a slow version of building
00:18:33.520 a nuclear weapon, not even since the hostage crisis. This has been building for many, many
00:18:38.700 decades now. So you've got that trepidation, that fear going on in the Middle East. At the same
00:18:45.240 time, I shouldn't laugh, but I don't know, you laugh or you cry. The state of Israel has just 0.96
00:18:53.080 posted, the official state of Israel account on X has just posted a picture of, you would think
00:19:01.180 this is coming from some anti-Jewish group or anti-Israel group. It's so shocking.
00:19:09.480 It's a picture of the Israeli flag with pride flags and then a weird little rainbow at the
00:19:15.860 Dead Sea. And they write, quote, pride rises at the lowest place on earth, rainbow. This June,
00:19:23.580 the Dead Sea becomes Pride Land, the biggest LGBTQ plus festival ever in the Middle East.
00:19:31.180 Four days of nonstop celebration, community, and connection.
00:19:35.320 Israel celebrates its LGBTQ plus community bigger than ever.
00:19:41.680 I'm not volunteering for this job.
00:19:43.680 I'm not saying I would take this job.
00:19:44.940 But should Netanyahu hire me or anyone or any of you to run the PR for the state of Israel?
00:19:54.200 Because this ain't it.
00:19:55.580 This ain't it.
00:19:56.680 This is like the worst possible PR, the worst communications move.
00:20:00.940 I can possibly imagine. I know why they're doing it. I get why they're doing it. We'll get to it
00:20:05.680 in a second. But just look at the optics. At the lowest place on Earth. Oh, you mean hell?
00:20:12.600 You're talking about, sorry, in the sort of medieval cosmology, the ancient cosmology,
00:20:17.340 the lowest place on Earth would be hell. At the lowest place on Earth, in the dead sea,
00:20:24.100 in the place of the dead, we're going to have pride, which again, I don't know if you guys
00:20:29.740 are big readers, but I have read pride goes before destruction and a haughty spirit before
00:20:34.640 a fall. Pride is going to reign with all sorts of weird sex stuff that is called an abomination 0.75
00:20:41.740 in the Bible. And by the way, just to bring it back to the literal and the historical,
00:20:48.400 the literal place where this will be happening is most likely right in the historic sites of
00:20:55.740 Sodom and Gomorrah, which are destroyed in the aforementioned Bible. Is the new card that the
00:21:04.460 Iranians are going to play, is the new card just fire and brimstone? I guess, actually, that's what 1.00
00:21:09.520 they want you to think it is, because they're trying to build a nuclear weapon. This is not
00:21:12.980 good stuff, guys. But I know why they're doing it. I don't want to just leave you with this sort of,
00:21:19.740 what? What are they doing? How wacky is that? I know why the state of Israel is doing this,
00:21:24.720 because 15 years ago, this would have played. 10 years ago, this might have played.
00:21:29.100 10, 15 years ago, and really for the last 30 years or 20 years before that,
00:21:35.260 you had a lot of conservatives, right-wing people who paradoxically would argue that
00:21:44.880 all these Middle Eastern countries, these Muslim countries, these non-Western countries
00:21:49.120 were really bad. And one of the signs of how bad they were was that they did not 1.00
00:21:53.460 permit weird sex stuff. This was one of the slogans, one of the arguments. You say,
00:21:58.540 these Muslim countries, they're so backward, they won't even let people hold pride festivals. 0.99
00:22:04.140 They prosecute homosexuals, this sort of thing. And that was always a really bizarre 1.00
00:22:11.220 argument for conservatives. Conservatives really should not be promoting the sexual revolution. 0.60
00:22:19.860 That doesn't make a lot of sense, does it? Radical, liberal, leftist sexual ideologies,
00:22:25.440 that doesn't make a lot of sense. But it was a way to draw a distinction between the West,
00:22:30.920 where liberalism and leftism have unfortunately taken hold, and the non-Western countries,
00:22:37.640 which despite their billions of faults, are not particularly liberal.
00:22:43.980 So now we've seen the corrosive effects of liberalism and leftism, and there's been a
00:22:49.120 big swing, especially on the right, but even with moderate voters, against the sexual revolution,
00:22:54.380 against the LGBTQ ideology. And so ironically now, you have Western countries, which I think
00:23:02.220 includes Israel, at least as a kind of Western colony in the Middle East. That's one of the
00:23:05.840 left's chief gripes with the state of Israel, is that it functions effectively as a Western colony,
00:23:10.760 an imperialist colonial power in the brown lands of the Middle East. That's their argument against
00:23:18.380 it. You now have a lot of people in the West say, well, man, this liberalism, this leftism,
00:23:23.420 this has been really bad. We don't like this. And the PR guys who are running the state of
00:23:29.080 Israel's Twitter account, they just haven't caught up with the times. But this is a really bad look.
00:23:33.460 And it speaks to an issue that is bigger than the conflict in the Middle East, bigger than
00:23:39.320 the state of Israel. It speaks to this issue that liberalism ain't so hot anymore.
00:23:46.560 The real hardcore conservatives have known that there are lots of problems with liberalism for a long time, for centuries actually.
00:23:52.980 But I think the mainstream voter, citizen of the West has finally woken up to that fact.
00:24:00.380 That liberalism, it feels kind of nice in the moment because it maximizes individual autonomy and it gives you license to the reign of your will, even your lower appetites.
00:24:12.340 But the only way that liberalism can exist is upon the bulwark of a conservative civilization, a pre-liberal civilization.
00:24:23.580 The civilization of Christianity, of antiquity, of scholastic intellectual rigor, of discipline ultimately.
00:24:33.860 And that liberalism acts as this kind of corrosive acid.
00:24:36.980 And at a certain point, once the acid has worked through that bulwark, things fall apart in the West.
00:24:46.500 You no longer have borders anymore.
00:24:47.920 You no longer have an intellectual apparatus to defend your own civilization.
00:24:51.440 You no longer get married.
00:24:52.760 You no longer have kids.
00:24:53.980 You no longer can, at a very literal level, even continue on your civilization because you're not replacing yourselves anymore. 1.00
00:25:02.380 That's why the LGBTQ stuff doesn't really work anymore. 1.00
00:25:06.980 Bad, bad look. Bad, bad look. I would recommend they cancel the largest pride parade ever 1.00
00:25:12.220 for spiritual reasons and for political reasons. This is not it. Specific to the state of Israel,
00:25:19.560 we've talked about this major shift in public opinion over the last three years. It's happened
00:25:24.080 very, very quickly that public opinion, public support for the state of Israel has cratered in
00:25:29.160 the United States. It already had on the hard left. Then it started to among moderate and
00:25:33.460 non-liberal Democrats. The right wing was the last bastion of support for Israel. It's cratered
00:25:38.760 there too. And I think it has a fair bit to do with this. There's a major shift underway. We
00:25:45.000 are effectively living in a post-liberal political order, to use a buzzword that the left likes to
00:25:52.060 throw at us, but is really just descriptive. Liberalism has cratered as well. Support for
00:25:59.660 liberalism has really begun to collapse. And so we need to play in that new environment and we need
00:26:05.900 to make defenses of our civilization. We need to make defenses of our political actions that are
00:26:11.080 not premised on liberal ideas because those are off-putting to a lot of people. The one thing
00:26:20.040 that could get me to feel sympathetic to Muslim civilization versus either the state of Israel or
00:26:25.620 the West more broadly, is if you focus on the rainbow flag, which has become a symbol in many
00:26:33.760 ways of Western hegemony. It's the one thing, guys, don't make me sympathetic. What are we
00:26:38.800 doing here? Are we the baddies? You're making me think we're the baddies if we're flying the
00:26:43.140 rainbow flag. No good. Now, speaking of the rainbow flag, you remember those guys,
00:26:47.560 the two fellas who bought the kid and then mocked the child who was crying out for mama,
00:26:52.040 said, there's no more mama. There's no more mama. Most disturbing video I've ever seen in my 1.00
00:26:55.480 entire life. And then the kid starts crying and they're giggling. These men are giggling. Well,
00:26:59.100 somehow it gets even worse. There's a new video that these men posted. Somehow it gets even worse.
00:27:04.960 Before we get to that, speaking of religious matters, I want to get to Hallow. Go to
00:27:08.420 hallow.com slash Knowles. It is not too late to join Mark Wahlberg on Hallow and stay prayed up.
00:27:13.340 You've probably seen Mark's weekly hashtag stay prayed up posts. That constant reminder for
00:27:17.880 millions of us to keep showing up in faith every Sunday. Now you can go even deeper with him every
00:27:22.440 single day. Prayer is not just something we say before dinner or when life gets tough. It's about
00:27:27.020 surrendering control and inviting God to lead. And when you do that, it changes everything.
00:27:31.680 In this new Hallow Challenge, Mark's helping us all build a rhythm of daily prayer that sticks,
00:27:36.800 even in the chaos of real life. You will learn to pray with scripture, to hear God's voice in
00:27:41.380 his living word, and to make prayer part of the fabric of who you are. Staying prayed up is not
00:27:45.940 about perfection. It's about showing up every day with consistency, humility, and heart. That is
00:27:50.840 where God meets you. I love Hallow. Hallow has taken over the internet. It's wonderful. We have
00:27:55.960 this, coincidentally, this major religious, Christian, especially Catholic revival going on.
00:28:01.140 Go to Hallow.com slash Knowles. Download the Hallow app. Join for three months free. Let this
00:28:06.340 be the Easter season that changes everything. Hallow.com slash Knowles, K-N-W-L-E-S, for three
00:28:11.280 months free. The fellas, who I guess this one guy who's somewhat prominent, he's a musician,
00:28:17.320 He's got a big social media following.
00:28:19.280 And there's the guy in the video, talk about nomen est omen, talk about nominative determinism,
00:28:24.560 the idea that a name tells you about a person's character and future and actions.
00:28:30.040 The guy, I don't even want to, I'm not even going to say it.
00:28:32.720 I would spell it.
00:28:33.680 The guy's name is Shane.
00:28:36.260 His last name is spelled capital M, lowercase C, capital A-N-A-L-L-Y.
00:28:43.820 That's his name.
00:28:44.580 if a hollywood writer turned that story in to a producer it would be rejected for being too on
00:28:52.060 the nose but that's life that's because because history unfolds as a story that is uh rich with 0.98
00:28:59.540 meaning here's the video the new video in which these homosexual men are making filthy completely 0.99
00:29:07.780 inappropriate jokes in front of children. Who yells the loudest? Who says yes the most? 0.99
00:29:17.720 The kids are pointing to the different guys. Who's the best dancer?
00:29:21.880 Well, that one's the best dancer. Who's hornier? 1.00
00:29:24.480 What's that? Who's richest? Who is on their phone the most? 0.98
00:29:31.440 who is i didn't even know if we're gonna bleep it who is i won't repeat the word these are two guys
00:29:41.760 in front of little kids are saying who's the who's the best cook you know who's the strongest
00:29:47.680 who's this and then they make this disgusting political question of these little children
00:29:52.400 and the kids go wait what's that and the guys they giggle tee hee hee the one guy points to
00:29:57.200 himself. Tee-hee-hee. Who's the this? Who's the that? Notice, this drives home the point on two
00:30:04.720 fellas buying kids. That's not just not a question that a normal married couple would answer, 0.96
00:30:13.500 you know, a husband and a wife. It's not just a question that they would not answer. It's totally
00:30:16.920 inappropriate. That's not even a question that you could ask of a normal married couple.
00:30:22.540 because that question when you ask it to a husband and a wife the answer is obvious
00:30:28.920 999,999 times out of a million the answer to that question is obvious because men and women are
00:30:37.240 different and by the way if you did ask that question of a normal husband and wife the the 0.52
00:30:43.980 wife would be shocked and scandalized probably smack the person who answered it and if the wife
00:30:48.300 didn't the husband wouldn't because that's totally inappropriate to ask in mixed company and certainly
00:30:52.400 in front of children. But for these guys, the dynamic is different. And the dynamic's different
00:30:58.620 because their behavior is different. Their identity is different. Their ideology is
00:31:05.720 different. The way they view sex and the importance of sex in their lives is different.
00:31:10.800 Because men and women are different. Maybe the most shocking part of this video or the previous 0.94
00:31:18.880 video. The baby says, I want mama. And the guy says, there's no more mama. We intentionally
00:31:25.000 took your mama away from you so that we could satisfy our own selfish desires, albeit desires
00:31:30.420 that come from a good place, but they're so perverted and they're especially perverse because
00:31:34.060 we've prioritized our own desires over your needs. The tee hee hee, that's so funny. No more mama.
00:31:40.660 You don't get a mama. We're going to deprive you of the most important connection that a baby can 1.00
00:31:44.060 have? And then they answer this question, tee hee hee. Oh, tee hee hee. They're asking this gross
00:31:50.360 sexual question in front of you, scandalizing little kids. This is what millstones are about. 1.00
00:31:54.240 Again, not sure if you're big readers, there's a verse about this in the Bible,
00:31:58.020 about millstones for people who would scandalize children. That's everybody in that video.
00:32:05.280 Tee hee hee hee. Maybe the most shocking part of the whole thing is not just what they're saying
00:32:09.720 and what they believe. But the fact that their intellects have been so darkened, their desires
00:32:16.080 have been so perverted, that they think this is the kind of thing they should post to the internet,
00:32:20.340 and people will just find it cute. Can you imagine how darkened your intellect must be
00:32:24.540 to think that this is the sort of thing, even if you did this, which is heinous enough in itself,
00:32:30.120 that you would post it for the approval of others? You'd think people would look upon
00:32:33.820 that with approval. They're shocked by the backlash. These are people who are deeply,
00:32:39.980 powerfully confused because sin darkens the intellect. That's why. Not good. Not winning
00:32:48.100 friends and influencing people with that kind of video or promoting pride. Big swing against that
00:32:54.820 stuff. Okay. Speaking of on-camera antics, The Onion has formally and officially acquired
00:33:03.280 Infowars, the left-wing former comedy site. They used to have some funny videos. They haven't been
00:33:08.160 funny in 10 years at least. The Onion, no one even hears about them anymore. They have acquired
00:33:15.660 Alex Jones's website, Infowars, because they made a bid to buy Infowars in the bankruptcy of Alex
00:33:24.460 Jones because Alex Jones said that the Sandy Hook shooting was fake and the parents of the
00:33:32.180 victims of the Sandy Hook shooting sued him for defamation and he went bankrupt and now the
00:33:36.320 Onion has acquired it. What does this mean? Alex Jones has a shirtless rant. Some of his best rants
00:33:42.440 occur in strange sartorial circumstances, including shirtless. Alex Jones has a shirtless
00:33:48.980 rant about this that is profoundly incisive about how the left works. Daily Wire's very own Tim Rice,
00:33:57.220 Isabel Brown, and Ben Dominich are heading to DC for a special Wired in Live Capitol Hill edition
00:34:01.680 with a who's who of policymakers and surprise guests to answer our questions.
00:34:05.840 Where are America's missing scientists and military researchers? When are we getting
00:34:10.880 the full uncensored UFO files? Are we getting peace in the Middle East and low gas prices
00:34:15.440 anytime soon. Do President Trump and the Republicans have a plan to win the midterms?
00:34:19.100 Get the answers. Watch live today from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. Eastern only on Daily Wire.
00:34:24.120 My favorite comment yesterday is from ArcticRoberto9376, who says,
00:34:29.800 Schrodinger's Strait, a trip to Thailand. Wow, I called the Strait of Hormuz Schrodinger's
00:34:34.120 Strait yesterday because it was potentially opened. But then any time that the potentiality
00:34:39.480 collapsed into an actuality, the Strait was closed or maybe opened or maybe closed,
00:34:44.940 but mostly closed. And it was a Schrodinger Strait. But you're right. I suppose maybe a
00:34:49.060 better descriptor of Schrodinger Strait would be a trip to Thailand. Good point. Here is Alex Jones 1.00
00:34:53.320 invading against, after years of legal battles, the left-wing onion acquiring Infowars.
00:35:03.000 You can't take something over and then act like you're somebody, even if you say it's a parody.
00:35:07.020 You can do a parody of somebody, but none of you took something from them. Look,
00:35:10.520 just because you're wearing my shirt don't mean you're me so let's be 100 clear about that and so
00:35:17.160 you guys just keep laughing just like you did a year and a half ago or it was november 2024
00:35:21.860 is that about a year and a half uh yeah this is a story from december 10th sale of alex jones
00:35:26.920 info wars to the onion rejected and i'll get into this and uh yeah yeah so just just but yeah they
00:35:32.040 need to be us to confuse people this is what the left do they try to silence you then they
00:35:37.760 misrepresent who you are they're body snatchers they're skin walkers they literally take your
00:35:42.960 skin okay so first observation off the bat alex jones is so good at media because his thesis he
00:35:50.580 walks out shirtless and you say why is alex jones shirtless again and he then tells you his thesis
00:35:55.560 he actually pays it off this isn't gratuitous or just to be provocative he's wearing he says just
00:36:00.980 because you're wearing my shirt doesn't mean you're me they took this guy to the cleaners
00:36:05.620 so much, they took the shirt off his back. And they're wearing his shirt. They're pretending
00:36:10.920 to be him. And so he illustrates this in his wardrobe by saying, just because you're wearing
00:36:15.320 my shirt doesn't mean that you're me. And I want you to put aside for a second the way that The
00:36:20.740 Onion has acquired Infowars. The way that The Onion has acquired Infowars is entirely legal.
00:36:27.720 Alex Jones committed defamation. There was a massive, massive judgment against him for
00:36:32.980 defamation. And then it's not like he defamed the onion, but then the onion swooped in at the end
00:36:37.820 and paid a very, very low price for a very, very valuable property, Infowars. So all of that was
00:36:43.400 legal. And put aside for a second your views on what Alex Jones said about Sandy Hook and your
00:36:49.160 views on defamation. Just listen to what Alex Jones is saying about how the left operates,
00:36:54.820 because he is entirely correct. What the left does is it leeches. The left doesn't build anything.
00:37:02.980 The left doesn't have any positive vision.
00:37:05.420 The left has a merely destructive and cynical vision.
00:37:08.460 And so what the left does is it just goes into places that have been built, that are powerful, and it takes them over and wears them like a skin suit.
00:37:21.220 This has been true not just in recent years.
00:37:23.480 This has been true for centuries.
00:37:25.880 This is explicitly what communism is.
00:37:30.060 Marx writes about this.
00:37:31.300 Marx writes in very spiritual terms.
00:37:32.980 and Marx comes in. I mean, even before Marx, you had Ludwig Feuerbach. You had other
00:37:37.760 radical thinkers of the left saying, you know what we need to do? We have this thing called
00:37:41.080 Christendom, Christian civilization. We need to go in, and we need to do Christianity without Christ. 1.00
00:37:47.660 We need to do Christendom without the church. We need to, at a more recent level, we look at these 0.96
00:37:55.220 big institutions, places like Harvard and Yale in the United States, where they began as seminaries,
00:38:02.980 At the commencement exercises, at the graduations of these schools, students would debate matters of natural law in Latin and Greek.
00:38:12.000 These are serious institutions.
00:38:13.960 The left goes in and says, we're going to get rid of all that.
00:38:16.500 It's not going to be a seminary anymore.
00:38:17.660 We're going to kick religion out of the schools. 0.99
00:38:19.080 We're going to kick Greek and Latin out of the schools, effectively. 1.00
00:38:21.600 We're going to mock natural law. 1.00
00:38:24.480 We're going to create a bunch of fake departments like ethnicity, race, and migration, and women's studies and queer studies. 0.99
00:38:30.200 We're going to train kids in just stupid, radical leftist activism. 0.97
00:38:35.220 And then we're going to give them that same Harvard or Yale diploma at the end. 1.00
00:38:39.120 We're just going to wear these institutions like a skin suit. 0.88
00:38:43.400 They did it in Hollywood. 0.82
00:38:45.180 They've done it with the mainstream press.
00:38:48.760 They've done it with the West, with America.
00:38:52.340 They come in to big, powerful institutions.
00:38:56.340 They don't build them.
00:38:57.740 They just go, they sneak their way in.
00:39:00.200 And then they use them for their power, and they ultimately destroy them.
00:39:06.600 And that's what's going on with InfoWars.
00:39:09.120 InfoWars was the preeminent conspiracy company out there.
00:39:15.660 Conspiracy theory content company.
00:39:17.740 The preeminent.
00:39:18.760 There's never been a better one in the United States.
00:39:21.580 Never been a more powerful one.
00:39:23.520 And there's a big audience for that stuff.
00:39:26.120 There's a big dedicated audience, and then there are even people who like to dabble.
00:39:28.780 You know, it's like a little guilty pleasure sometimes at night.
00:39:31.280 It's kind of fun to listen to.
00:39:32.400 Okay, so what the left is going to do, is going to go in.
00:39:35.260 The Onion is paying like, I think it's 81 grand per month to license InfoWars.
00:39:40.780 That's nothing for a media company.
00:39:43.440 InfoWars is worth so much more than that as a media business.
00:39:47.260 The Onion couldn't have built that.
00:39:48.440 The Onion, I thought it was dead.
00:39:50.000 I didn't know it even really existed anymore.
00:39:53.180 But they say, oh, this is good.
00:39:54.220 We got this really powerful media company.
00:39:55.560 We're just going to take it over.
00:39:56.440 We're going to pay pennies on the dollar for it.
00:39:58.380 We're going to get this big audience, and we're going to turn it to what we want.
00:40:03.180 Alex Jones, completely insightful about how the left operates here.
00:40:08.520 Okay, speaking of our posterity, speaking of looking at the future,
00:40:13.420 young adults' happiness is collapsing in the United States, totally collapsing.
00:40:18.440 You have this study put out here by Family Studies,
00:40:21.680 shows that in 1980, 88% of adults, 22 to 35, said they were pretty or very happy.
00:40:31.440 And that started to go up a little bit just at the end of the Cold War. Well, during the Reagan
00:40:35.700 era, actually, it started to go up. Then right at the end of the Cold War, it kind of peaks.
00:40:39.460 Then it goes down a little bit, a little bit into, you know, around 9-11, it declines a little bit.
00:40:45.320 But it's pretty level. 2010 compared to 1980, it's basically the same. And then after 2010,
00:40:54.580 it craters. Why? Why does young adults' happiness crater after 2010?
00:41:01.440 Well, I know correlation is not causation, but I'm looking at similar charts on family studies.
00:41:08.200 And I can't help but notice that around 2010 is exactly when birth rates in the United States
00:41:13.120 really started to crater again. Do we have, yeah. So birth rates have been below replacement since
00:41:20.160 1971, I think it is. And they've been going up and down over the years from 1980, 1990, you know,
00:41:25.420 but you can see starting just before 2010, crucially right before 2010, birth rates really
00:41:34.040 start to take a precipitous decline again. It's up and down, up and down, and it's pretty precipitous
00:41:39.940 decline now i'm no uh statistician okay i'm but yeah there's another one from usa facts shows
00:41:47.980 essentially the same thing there's a big collapse around 1970 really starts to go down and but then
00:41:57.260 again right around 2010 starts to decline again i think people are on young people are unhappy
00:42:03.280 because they're not having kids that's that's why young people are unhappy because they're not having
00:42:08.040 kids. Because you go back to our buddy Aristotle. Aristotle says that happiness is what men are
00:42:14.260 after, what people are after. And happiness is not just feeling good. It's not just popping a
00:42:19.420 drug. It's not just jamming out, shaking around to the music like in that meme. It's not, no.
00:42:24.860 Happiness is excellent rational activity in accordance with virtue. It's activity, not
00:42:31.880 passivity. It's rational activity, not irrational activity. It's rational activity, not done poorly,
00:42:39.180 but done with excellence. And it's rational activity done with excellence in accordance
00:42:44.340 with virtue. Meaning that you are happy when you are doing things that make sense with a purpose.
00:42:53.840 and at a biological level, having kids is about as good as it gets. Now, we're not just biology.
00:43:03.900 We're also spirit. We're also intellect. But having kids makes sense. It really shows us
00:43:12.280 our purpose. Not everybody is called to have kids. Not everybody gets to have kids. There's
00:43:16.460 infertility. Some people are called to religious vocations. It's a fallen world. But 999 times
00:43:23.100 out of 1,000, you're called to have kids. And we stopped having kids. We stopped having kids,
00:43:29.000 by the way, to bring us back to the very top of the show, not just to the weird sex stuff,
00:43:32.240 but also to liberalism as a corrosive ideology. We stopped having kids because we were told
00:43:38.400 that having kids makes us unhappy. It obviously does limit our individual autonomy.
00:43:44.120 It puts someone else before we're putting ourselves. So liberalism constantly was telling
00:43:51.440 us. Don't have kids, don't have kids, don't have kids. Which is why liberalism has made us
00:43:55.440 miserable. And it's for young people especially. Because young people, 20, what is it, 24 to 35,
00:44:02.340 those are the people who have kids or don't have kids. Politics doesn't have to be all that
00:44:08.300 complicated. All the genius eggheads, they say, well, it's actually, there's a multitude of factors
00:44:13.000 and it's all really complicated. And that's why we need to put you on a bevy of pharmaceutical
00:44:17.380 drugs and send you to therapy for 30 years. And we need to study. We need critical studies of all
00:44:22.860 the blah, blah, blah, blah. It's not that hard. You want to be happy? Just like get married and
00:44:26.440 have kids or have a religious vocation. But you do those things, you're probably going to be happy.
00:44:33.900 It's a fallen world. Manage your expectations. And more importantly,
00:44:37.820 make sure that you're right with God, because ultimately that's the only way that you're going
00:44:41.060 to have full joy because we're not just physical bodies. We're also immaterial substances. And so
00:44:45.920 the only way that you could possibly satisfy that, even just at a very rational level.
00:44:49.080 The only way to satisfy your deepest longings is by uniting with any material substance,
00:44:54.020 notably the greatest substance being himself, pure act, who is God,
00:44:58.720 whom we relate to in the physical world because God is incarnate and leaves the sacraments and
00:45:03.960 we're bodies too. But you don't want to get that heady about it. Just in a real first thing you
00:45:10.800 do tomorrow, get married and have kids. You'll be happy. It's not that complicated.
00:45:13.740 liberalism and the defenses of liberalism are just this centuries-long project of convincing
00:45:21.500 us that really simple stuff is actually super complicated it's not it's not you know medieval
00:45:27.260 peasants illiterate medieval peasants who worked in the dirt every day of their lives
00:45:33.380 understood the most important facts of the world much better than we do that's a hard pill to 0.98
00:45:43.080 swallow, but it is true. Okay. There's a lot more I want to get to because Elmo is teaching kids
00:45:50.560 Arabic. The European Union is now ordering Hungary to queer its kids. So much for, oh, 0.67
00:45:58.340 you know, they kicked out Orban. This new guy's even more right-wing. The European Union wasting
00:46:02.020 no time ordering Hungary to queer its kids. Actually, the new prime minister of Hungary 0.89
00:46:07.540 is saying Netanyahu will be arrested if he goes to Hungary, which is, whatever you think of
00:46:12.740 Netanyahu, whatever you think of Israel, that's left-coded. That's what Brussels wants. That's
00:46:17.100 what the European Union wants. That's what the globalists want. So much I want to get to,
00:46:21.880 but I can't. Because we need a little levity after it. I mean, we're talking about Sodom
00:46:26.980 and Gomorrah, fire and brimstone, the end of the world. We need a little levity. We need
00:46:30.900 Tee Hee Hee Tuesday, which you have to be a member of the creme de la creme. You need to 1.00
00:46:35.460 subscribe in order to get. But we will get to your questions. Maybe I'll get to some of those
