00:08:58.380 Primary season is heating up. We are about to exit silly season. Now people are starting to
00:09:05.480 pay attention to the races, but no one knows what to focus on. Even me. I work in politics
00:09:10.620 professionally. I'm not paying attention to all these races. There's so many. It's been a nice 1.00
00:09:14.740 summer, but with the nominations, you're starting to see names pop up. Abdul El-Sayed, names like
00:09:20.880 that. Time to focus in because things are looking very, very bad for Republicans. So the five races
00:09:28.840 to pay the closest attention to right now, at least, would be the Michigan Senate race.
00:09:34.660 There you have Abdul El-Sayed, a socialist Democrat. 0.70
00:09:39.520 He alternately positions himself as a jihadi or a homosexual,
00:09:44.320 but he's trying to appeal to the two parts of the Democrat base.
00:09:47.580 Nevertheless, he is a progressive, radical Democrat versus former Congressman Mike Rogers.
00:09:54.980 Then the next race would be down in Georgia.
00:09:58.780 Key race to look at, that would be John Ossoff, who is the Democrat incumbent,
00:10:03.260 versus Republican challenger Mike Collins.
00:10:05.460 These are important states.
00:10:06.680 You even think about the states that a Republican presidential nominee is going to look at.
00:10:10.680 You're looking at states like Michigan, Georgia, Wisconsin.
00:10:14.660 Next one to pay attention to, North Carolina Senate race.
00:10:17.520 You've got former Democrat Governor Roy Cooper versus the former head of the Republican National
00:10:22.560 Committee, Michael Watley.
00:10:23.740 And then you go to Ohio.
00:10:25.620 that race is tighter than I feel comfortable for. That is between a former Senator Sherrod Brown
00:10:31.500 versus the appointed incumbent Senator John Husted. And then finally, the Arizona governor
00:10:38.780 race. Now, do you remember, are you getting PTSD flashbacks to the Arizona governor race?
00:10:42.940 That was Katie Hobbs in, what was it? 2022, I guess it was. Yeah, 2022. She was running against
00:10:50.100 Carrie Lake wouldn't give up the race. And so it was a very tight race. Hobbs just made it through.
00:10:56.400 She's running against Republican Andy Biggs, who's awesome. We love Andy Biggs. It's going
00:11:00.260 to be a very tough race. Okay, so let's go through these five. There's a lot more to say first,

00:12:25.320 The reason that this is an open seat is because Gary Peters is not running again. Gary Peters is
00:12:30.220 a Democrat. So this is good. This gives the Republicans at least an opportunity to flip
00:12:36.680 a Democrat seat because the incumbent is not going to be there anymore. Now, in terms of the
00:12:40.320 Republican nominee. You got Mike Rogers, who lost a Senate seat to Alyssa Slotkin last time,
00:12:46.000 very unfortunately. The RealClearPolitics polling average on this race currently has
00:12:52.320 Abdul El-Sayed up. This is really bad. I mean, this is a guy who just went on Fox News and said
00:12:57.940 he supports mutilating kids' ding-a-lings. Ding-a-lings. He actually used that word.
00:13:03.440 Not a good word you want to use if you're running for high office, and yet he still seems to be
00:13:07.720 doing all right. He's got this base where he's going to win 80% of Dearborn because Dearborn
00:13:11.800 is now a Muslim city. It's part of the caliphate. But he also is going to win white liberal women 1.00
00:13:17.860 who are his main base. Right now he's up. I mean, it's a toss up, but he's up. So that worries me
00:13:25.020 greatly. If Abdul El-Sayed can shut up, if Abdul El-Sayed can keep his trap shut and stop
00:13:32.700 talking about kids' ding-a-lings, I think he has a very good chance of winning that seat. 0.98
00:13:37.720 if he can't shut up, if he is just forced, not even because of his own lack of discipline, 0.94
00:13:43.320 but if he's forced because of his crazy base, the socialists and the Islamists and the LGBT lobby,

00:13:55.380 things like transing the kids, then I think Rogers has a very good shot at it. But right now,

00:15:40.620 The former governor is going to have way better name recognition than the chairman of a party.
00:15:45.320 Being the chairman of a party doesn't always do that much for you when they actually try

00:16:04.320 You know that old line they say, as goes Ohio, so goes the nation when it comes to presidential races.

00:16:21.560 dead. But he was appointed after Vance left the Senate to go be vice president. So it's an
00:16:28.840 appointed race. He's now got to win the election on his own. Very, very tight race. According to
00:16:33.300 the real clear politics average, Brown is up. Sherrod Brown is up. There are other polls that
00:16:38.420 have Husted up. So you've got New York Times poll, Qantas poll, Bowling Green poll, sorry,
00:16:44.340 have the Republican up. But it should not be this tight. Ohio is an R plus 11 state now.
00:16:51.560 Okay, at the presidential level, Ohio is solidly Republican and gave us our current vice president.
00:16:57.600 But Sherrod Brown is very well liked and he still has working class appeal.
00:17:02.440 So if we lose the Ohio race, we're in big trouble for the midterms.

00:17:09.600 And we might be in trouble in 2028.
00:17:12.720 Because Ohio, it might be the case, is solidly Republican when Trump is on the ballot.

00:17:23.120 Now, luckily, the presumptive nominee for 2028 is an Ohio man.

00:17:28.940 Nevertheless, though, so much of the post-Trump question for the Republicans is,

00:17:57.800 The question is, can the working class coalition that we put together stick with the Republicans?

00:24:42.580 We are 25 and 26. How should I approach this? Am I overreacting when it upsets me? Should I,
00:24:47.960 is the man just kick back until she asks for it? Thanks. No, it's weird because historically,
00:24:54.280 it would be the opposite. It'd be the woman wanting to get married and the man
00:24:57.260 who is dragging his heels on it. Part of the reason this has changed is because of feminism 1.00

00:25:07.980 need a career. And a part of it also is because we've now normalized premarital sex since the
